1Sadā prasann kaisē rahē̃  ?

1How to be constantly happy.

2Āj bāpdādā chārō̃ ōr K|kē bachchō̃ kō dēkh rahē thē .

2Today, BapDada was looking at all the children from everywhere.

3Kyā dēkhā  ?

3What did He see?

4Har ēk bachchā svayã her|har samay kitnā prasann rahtā hai , sāth-sāth dūsrō̃ kō svayã dvārā kitnā prasann kartē haĩ  ? 5Kyōṅki paramātma sarv prāptiyō̃ K|kē pratyakṣasvarūp mē̃ prasannatā hī chēhrē par dikhāī dētī hai .

4The extent to which each child is happy at every moment. 5Along with that, Baba also saw how much you make others happy, because happiness is the only thing visible on your faces as the practical form of all Godly attainments.

6 «  prasannatā ' ' brāhmaṇ jīvan kā viśhēṣh ādhār hai .

6Happiness is the special basis of Brahmin life.

7Alpkāl key|kī prasannatā aur sadākāl key|kī sampannatā key|kī prasannatā - ismē̃ rāt-din kā antar hai .

7There is the difference of day and night between temporary happiness and the permanent happiness based on the complete and perfect stage.

8Alpkāl key|kī prasannatā alpkāl K|kē prāpti vālē K|kē chēhrē par thōṛē samay kē liē dikhāī jarūr dētī hai lēkin rūhānī prasannatā svayã kō tō prasann kartī hī hai parantu rūhānī prasannatā K|kē vibration anya ātmāō̃ tak bhī pahuñchtē haĩ , anya ātmāē̃ bhī śhānti aur śhakti key|kī anubhūti kartī haĩ .

8Temporary happiness is definitely visible for a short time on the faces of those who have temporary attainments. 9However, spiritual happiness definitely makes you happy, and the vibrations of spiritual happiness also reach other souls. 10Other souls also experience peace and power.

9Jaisē phaldāyak vr̥ikṣha apnē śhītaltā key|kī chhāyā mē̃ thōṛē samay kē liē mānav kō śhītaltā kā anubhav karātā hai aur mānav prasann hō jātā hai . 10Aisē paramātm-prāptiyō̃ K|kē phal sampann rūhānī prasannatā vālī ātmā dūsrō̃ kō bhī apnē prāptiyō̃ key|kī chhāyā mē̃ tan-man key|kī śhānti aur śhakti key|kī anubhūti karātī hai .

11Just as a tree that is full of fruit gives people the experience of coolness for a short time with its cool shade, and they become happy, in the same way, souls who are full of the fruit of Godly attainments and spiritual happiness give others the experience of peace and strength in body and mind with the shade of their attainments.

11Prasannatā K|kē vibration sūrya key|kī kiraṇō̃ samān vāyumaṇḍal kō , vyakti kō aur sab bātē̃ bhulāē sachchē rūhānī śhānti key|kī , khuśhī key|kī anubhūti mē̃ badal dētē haĩ .

12Like rays of the sun, the vibrations of happiness make you forget the atmosphere, people and everything else and change everything into an experience of true, spiritual peace and happiness.

12Vartamān samay key|kī agyānī ātmāyē̃ apnē jīvan mē̃ bahut kharchā karkē bhī prasannatā mē̃ rahnā chāhtī haĩ .

13At the present time, souls without knowledge spend a lot of money in order to stay happy in their lives.

13Āp lōgō̃ nē kyā kharchā kiyā  ?

14What did you people spend?

14Binā paisā kharcha kartē bhī sadā prasann rahtē hō nā  !

15Without spending any money, you stay constantly happy, do you not?

15Vā aurō̃ key|kī madad sē prasann rahtē hō  ?

16Or, are you only happy with the help of others?

16Bāpdādā bachchō̃ kā chart check kar rahē thē .

17BapDada was checking the children’s charts.

17Kyā dēkhā  ?

18What did He see?

18Ēk haĩ sadā prasann rahnē vālē aur dūsrē haĩ prasann rahnē vālē . 19 «  sadā ' ' śhabda nahī̃ hai . 20Prasannatā bhī tīn prakār key|kī dēkhī - ( 1 ) svayã sē prasann , ( 2 ) dūsrō̃ dvārā prasann , ( 3 ) sēvā dvārā prasann .

19One kind is of those who are constantly happy and the other kind is of those who are happy: the word “constantly” does not apply to them. 20Baba saw three types of happiness. 211. Happy with oneself. 222. Happiness with others.

21Agar tīnō̃ mē̃ prasann haĩ tō bāpdādā kō svataḥ hī prasann kiyā hai aur jis ātmā kē ūpar bāp prasann hai vah tō sadā saphaltā mūrt hai hī hai .

233. Happiness in doing service. 24If you are happy in all three, you have automatically pleased BapDada, and the souls with whom the Father is pleased are always embodiments of success.

22Bāpdādā nē dēkhā kaī bachchē apnē sē bhī aprasanna rahtē haĩ .

25BapDada saw that some children are unhappy with themselves.

23Chhōṭī-sī bāt K|kē kāraṇ aprasanna rahtē haĩ .

26They are unhappy because of little things.

24Pahlā-pahlā pāṭh «  maĩ kaun ' ' iskō jāntē huē bhī bhūl jātē haĩ .

27Although they know the first lesson of “Who am I?”, they forget it.

25Jō bāp nē banāyā hai , diyā hai - uskō bhūl jātē haĩ .

28They forget what the Father has made them and has given them.

26Bāp nē har ēk bachchē kō full varsē kā adhikārī banāyā hai .

29The Father has given each child a right to the full inheritance.

27Kiskō pūrā , kiskō ādhā varsā nahī̃ diyā hai .

30He has not given some children the full inheritance and others only half the inheritance.

28Kiskō ādhā vā chauthā milā hai kyā  ?

31Has anyone received only half or a quarter of the inheritance?

29Ādhā milā hai yā ādhā liyā hai  ?

32Have you only been given half or have you only taken half?

30Bāp nē tō sabhī kō master sarvśhaktimān kā vardān vā varsā diyā .

33The Father has given everyone the blessing and inheritance of being a master almighty authority.

31Aisē nahī̃ ki kōī śhaktiyā̃ bachchō̃ kō dī|the aur kōī nahī̃ dī|the .

34It isn’t that He has given you children some powers but not given other powers.

32Apnē liē nahī̃ rakhī .

35He hasn’t kept anything for Himself.

33Sarvguṇ sampann banāyā hai , sarv prāpti svarūp banāyā hai .

36He has filled you all with all virtues and made you embodiments of all attainments.

34Lēkin bāp dvārā jō prāptiyā̃ huī haĩ uskō svayã mē̃ samā nahī̃ saktē .

37However, you are unable to accommodate in yourself the attainments that you have received from the Father.

35Jaisē sthūl dhan vā sādhan prāpt hōtē bhī kharcha karnā na āyē vā sādhanō̃ kō use karnā na āyē tō prāpti hōtē bhī ussē vañchit rah jātē haĩ .

38Just as, while having physical wealth and all facilities, you don’t know how to spend the money or use the facilities, so too, while having these attainments, you remain deprived of them.

36Aisē sab prāptiyā̃ vā khajānē sabkē pās|pass haĩ lēkin kārya mē̃ lagānē key|kī vidhi nahī̃ ātī hai aur samay par use karnā nahī̃ ātā hai .

39In the same way, you all have all the attainments and treasures, but you don’t know the way to use them. 40You don’t know how to use them at the right time.

37Phir kahtē - maĩ samajhtī thī ki yah karnā chāhiē , yah nahī̃ karnā chāhiē lēkin us samay bhūl gayā .

41You then say, “I realise that I should have done that, or I shouldn’t have done that, but I forgot it at that time.

38Abhī samajhtī hū̃ ki aisā nahī̃ hōnā chāhiē .

42I now understand that it should not be like that.”

39Us samay ēk second bhī nikal gayā tō saphaltā key|kī mañjil par pahuñch nahī̃ saktē kyōṅki samay key|kī gāṛī nikal gaī .

43If, at that time, even one second goes by, you won’t be able to reach your destination of success, because the train of time will have departed.

40Chāhē ēk second late|lēṭ kiyā chāhē ēk ghaṇṭā late|lēṭ kiyā - samay nikal tō gayā nā .

44Whether you were delayed by even a second or by an hour, the time would have gone by.

41Aur jab samay key|kī gāṛī nikal jātī hai tō phir svayã sē dilśhikasta hō jātē haĩ aur aprasannatā K|kē saṅskār emerge hōtē haĩ - mērā bhāgya hī aisā hai , mērā drama mē̃ part hī aisā hai .

45Then, when the train of time has departed, you become disheartened with yourselves and sanskars of unhappiness emerge: “My fortune is like that; such is my part in the drama.”

42Pahlē bhī sunāyā thā - sva sē aprasanna rahnē K|kē mukhya dō kāraṇ hōtē haĩ , ēk dilśhikasta hōnā aur dūsrā kāraṇ hōtā hai dūsrō̃ key|kī viśhēṣhtā , bhāgya vā part kō dēkh īrṣhyā utpanna hōnā .

46You were told earlier too that there are two main reasons for being unhappy with oneself. 471. Being disheartened. 482. Feeling jealous seeing the specialities, the fortune and the parts of others.

43Himmat kam hōtī hai , īrṣhyā jyādā hōtī hai .

49You then have less courage and greater feelings of jealousy.

44Dilśhikasta bhī kabhī prasann nahī̃ rah saktā aur īrṣhyā vālā bhī kabhī prasann nahī̃ rah saktā kyōṅki dōnō̃ hisāb sē aisī ātmāō̃ key|kī ichchhā kabhī pūrṇ nahī̃ hōtī aur ichchhāē̃ «  achchhā ' ' bannē nahī̃ dētī isliē prasann nahī̃ rahtē .

50Neither can those who are disheartened ever be happy, nor can those who are jealous because, in both cases, the desires of such souls can never be fulfilled, and desires don’t allow you to become good. 51Therefore, you are not able to be happy.

45Prasann rahnē kē liē sadā ēk bāt buddhi mē̃ rakhō ki drama K|kē niyam pramāṇ saṅgamyug par har ēk brāhmaṇ ātmā kō kōī-na-kōī viśhēṣhtā milī huī hai .

52In order to be happy, constantly keep one thing in your intellects: according to the rules of the drama, at the confluence age, each Brahmin soul has definitely been given one speciality or other.

46Chāhē mālā kā last 16 , 000 vālā dānā hō - uskō bhī kōī-na-kōī viśhēṣhtā milī huī hai .

53Even if it is the last bead of the rosary of 16,000, that soul has also been given one speciality or other.

47Unsē bhī āgē chalō - nau lākh jō gāyē huē haĩ , unhē̃ bhī kōī-na-kōī viśhēṣhtā milī huī hai .

54Go further than that: even out of the 900,000 souls who have been remembered, each one has been given one speciality or other.

48Apnī viśhēṣhtā kō pahlē pahchānō .

55First of all, recognise your speciality.

49Abhī tō nau lākh tak pahuñchē hī nahī̃ hō . 50Tō brāhmaṇ janm K|kē bhāgya key|kī viśhēṣhtā kō pahchānō aur kārya mē̃ lagāō .

56As yet, you have not even reached 900,000 who have recognised the speciality of the fortune of Brahmin life.

51Sirph dūsrē key|kī viśhēṣhtā kō dēkh karkē dilśhikasta vā īrṣhyā mē̃ nahī̃ āō . 52Lēkin apnī viśhēṣhtā kō kārya mē̃ lagānē sē ēk viśhēṣhtā phir aur viśhēṣhatāō̃ kō lāyēgī .

57Recognise that and use it. 58Do not become disheartened or jealous seeing the specialities of others, but use your own speciality, and that one speciality will bring other specialities.

53Ēk kē āgē bindī lagtī jāyēgī tō kitnē hō jāyēṅgē  ?

59When a zero continues to be placed after “1”, it becomes so many.

54Ēk kō ēk bindī lagāō tō 10 ban jātā aur dūsrī bindī lagāō tō 100 ban jāyēgā . 55Tīsrī lagāō tō … , yah hisāb tō ātā hai nā .

60Put a zero beside “1” and it becomes 10. Put another zero and it becomes 100. Put a third zero and it becomes a 1000. You know this calculation, do you not?

56Kārya mē̃ lagānā arthāt baṛhnā .

61To use it means to increase it.

57Dūsrō̃ kō nahī̃ dēkhō .

62Do not look at others.

58Apnī viśhēṣhtā kō kārya mē̃ lagāō .

63Use your speciality.

59Jaisē dēkhō , bāpdādā sadā «  bhōlī-bhaṇḍārī ' ' ( bhōlī dādī ) kā misāl dētā hai .

64For example, BapDada always gives the example of Bholi Dadi in the kitchen.

60Mahārathiyō̃ kā nām kabhī āyēgā lēkin inkā nām ātā hai .

65The names of the maharathis may sometimes be mentioned, but her name is always mentioned.

61Jō viśhēṣhtā thī vah kārya mē̃ lagāī .

66She uses her speciality.

62Chāhē bhaṇḍārā hī sambhālatī hai lēkin viśhēṣhtā kō kārya mē̃ lagānē sē viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ K|kē misal gāī jātī hai .

67Even though she only looks after the kitchen, by using her speciality, she is remembered as a special soul.

63Sabhī madhuban kā varṇan kartē tō dādiyō̃ key|kī bhī bātē̃ sunāyēṅgē tō bhōlī key|kī bhī sunāyēṅgē .

68When everyone speaks of Madhuban, they relate things of the Dadis and also of Bholi Dadi.

64Bhāṣhaṇ tō nahī̃ kartī lēkin viśhēṣhtā kō kārya mē̃ lagānē sē svayã bhī viśhēṣh ban gaī .

69She doesn’t give lectures, but she herself has become special by using her specialities.

65Dūsrē bhī viśhēṣh nazar sē dēkhtē .

70Others also look at her and see her as special.

66Tō prasann rahnē kē liē kyā karē̃gē  ?

71So, what will you do to be happy?

67Viśhēṣhtā kō kārya mē̃ lagāō .

72Use your specialities and they will increase.

68Tō vr̥iddhi hō jāyēgī aur jab sarv ā gayā tō sampann hō jāyēṅgē aur prasannatā kā ādhār hai - «  sampannatā ' ' .

73Then, when you develop all of them, you will become full, and the basis of happiness is fullness.

69Jō sva sē prasann rahtē vah aurō̃ sē bhī prasann rahē̃gē , sēvā sē bhī prasann rahē̃gē .

74Those who are happy with themselves will be happy with others and with service too.

70Jō bhī sēvā milēgī usmē̃ aurō̃ kō prasann kar sēvā mē̃ number āgē lē lē̃gē .

75They will please others with whatever service they are given to do and they will claim a number ahead.

71Sabsē baṛē-tē-baṛī sēvā āpkī prasannamūrta karēgī .

76The biggest service will be done by your images of happiness.

72Tō sunā , kyā chart dēkhā  !

77So, did you hear what charts Baba saw?

73Achchhā  !

78Achcha.

74Teachers kō āgē baiṭhnē kā bhāgya milā hai kyōṅki paṇḍā bankar ātī haĩ tō mēhnat bahut kartī haĩ .

79Teachers have the fortune of sitting at the front, because you come as guides and work very hard.

75Ēk kō sukhdhām sē bulāyēṅgē tō dūsrē kō viśhāl bhavan sē bulāyēṅgē .

80You will call someone from Sukhdham and another one from Vishal Bhavan.

76Exercise achchhī hō jātī hai .

81You get very good exercise.

77Centre par tō paidal kartī nahī̃ hō .

82You don’t go for walks at the centres.

78Jab śhurū mē̃ sēvā ārambh key|kī tō paidal jātī thī nā .

83When service first began, you (Dadis) used to go everywhere on foot, did you not?

79Āpkī baṛī dādiyā̃ bhī paidal jātī thī̃ .

84Your senior Dadis also used to go on foot.

80Sāmān kā thailā hāth mē̃ uṭhāyā aur paidal chalī .

85They would carry one piece of baggage and go by foot.

81Ājkal tō āp sab banē-banāyē par āyē hō .

86Nowadays, all of you have come at a time when everything is ready made.

82Tō lucky hō nā .

87So, you are lucky, are you not?

83Banē-banāyē centre mil gayē haĩ .

88You have got ready-made centres.

84Apnē makān hō gayē haĩ .

89The buildings are our own.

85Pahlē tō jamunāghāṭ par rahī thī̃ .

90Previously, they used to live on a bank of the River Jamuna.

86Ēk hī kamrā - rāt kō sōnē kā , din kō sēvā kā hōtā thā .

91They had just the one room: their bedroom at night and the service room during the day.

87Lēkin khuśhī-khuśhī sē jō tyāg kiyā usī K|kē bhāgya kā phal abhī khā rahī hō .

92However, you are now eating the fruit of the fortune of the renunciation they had with happiness.

88Āp phal khānē K|kē time par āī hō .

93You have come at the time of eating the fruit.

89Bōyā inhōnnē , khā āp rahī hō .

94They sowed the seeds and you are reaping the fruit.

90Phal khānā tō bahut sahaj hai nā .

95It is very easy to eat fruit, is it not?

91Ab aisē phalasv-rūp quality nikālō .

96Now, let such quality fruit emerge.

92Samjhā  ?

97Do you understand?

93Kvāṇṭiṭī ( saṅkhyā ) tō hai hī aur yah bhī chāhiē .

98The quantity already exists, and that too is needed.

94Nau lākh tak jānā hai tō kvāṇṭiṭī aur quality - dōnō̃ chāhiē .

99You want to reach 900,000 and so both quality and quantity are needed.

95Lēkin 16 , 000 key|kī pakkī mālā tō taiyār karō . 96Abhī quality key|kī sēvā par viśhēṣh underline karō .

100However, at least prepare a strong rosary of 16,000. Now, especially underline doing service of quality souls.

97Her|har group mē̃ teachers bhī ātī , kumāriyā̃ bhī ātī haĩ , lēkin nikaltī nahī̃ haĩ .

101In every group there are teachers and also kumaris, but the kumaris don’t emerge (surrender).

98Madhuban achchhā lagtā hai , bāp sē pyār bhī hai lēkin samarpaṇ hōnē mē̃ sōchtī haĩ .

102They like Madhuban and they also love the Father, but they have to think about it before they surrender themselves.

99Jō svayã offer kartā hai vah nirvighna chaltā hai aur jō kahnē sē chaltā hai vah ruktā hai phir chaltā hai .

103Those who offer themselves are able to move along without any obstacles, whereas those who move along having been told to do so come to a standstill and then start moving again.

100Vah bār-bār āpkō hī kahē̃gē - hamnē tō pahlē hī kahā thā surrender nahī̃ hōnā chāhiē .

104They would repeatedly tell you: We had told you in advance that we would not surrender.

101Kōī-kōī sōchtī haĩ - issē tō bāhar rahkar sēvā karē̃ tō achchhā hai .

105Some of them think that it is better to stay outside (the centres) and do service.

102Lēkin bāhar rahkar sēvā karnā aur tyāg karkē sēvā karnā , ismē̃ antar jarūr hai .

106However, there is definitely a difference between staying outside and doing service and doing service having renounced everything.

103Jō samarpaṇ K|kē mahatva kō jāntē haĩ vah sadā hī apnē kō kaī bātō̃ sē kinārē hō ārām sē ā gayē haĩ , kaī mēhnat sē chhūṭ gayē .

107Those who understand the importance of surrendering have stepped aside from many things, and have come here easily and freed from having to work hard in many respects.

104Tō teachers apnē mahatva kō achchhī rīti jāntī hō nā  ?

108So, teachers, you understand very well how important you are, do you not?

105Naukrī aur yah sēvā - dōnō̃ kām karnē vālē achchhē vā ēk kām karnē vālē achchhē  ?

109Are those who do both tasks – their jobs and this service – good, or those who only do this service?

106Unhō̃ kō phir bhī double part bajānā paṛtā hai .

110Those kumaris still have to play double parts.

107Bhal nirbandhan haĩ phir bhī double part tō hai nā . 108Āpkā tō ēk hī part hai .

111Although they are free from bondage, they still have double parts, whereas you only have one part.

109Pravr̥itti vālō̃ kō tīn part bajānā paṛtā - ēk paḍhāī kā , dūsrā sēvā kā aur sāth-sāth pravr̥itti kō pālnē kā .

112Householders have to play three roles – of studying, of serving and of sustaining their household.

110Āp tō sab bātō̃ sē chhūṭ gaī .

113You have become free from all things.

111Achchhā  !

114Achcha.

112Sarv sadā prasannatā key|kī viśhēṣhtā sampann śhrēṣhṭh ātmāē̃ , sadā apnī viśhēṣhtā kō pahchān kārya mē̃ lagānē vālī sensible aur isēnsaphul ātmāō̃ kō , sadā prasann rahnē vālē , prasann karnē key|kī śhrēṣhṭhatā vālī mahān ātmāō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .

115To all the elevated souls who are constantly full of the speciality of happiness, to the sensible and essence-full souls who always recognise their specialities and use them, to the great souls who are constantly happy and have the greatness of making others happy, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

113Āgrā - rājasthān

116BapDada meeting Agra and Rajasthan groups:

114Sadā apnē kō akāltakhtnaśhīn śhrēṣhṭh ātmā samajhtē hō  ?

117Do you always consider yourselves to be the elevated souls seated on your immortal thrones?

115Ātmā akāl hai tō uskā takht bhī akāltakht hō gayā nā  !

118You souls are immortal and so your thrones are also immortal, are they not?

116Is takht par baiṭhkar ātmā kitnā kārya kartī hai .

119You souls do so much work while seated on those thrones.

117 «  takhtnaśhīn ātmā hū̃ ' ' - is smr̥iti sē svarājya key|kī smr̥iti svataḥ ātī hai .

120With the awareness that each of you is a soul seated on a throne, you automatically have the awareness that you have a right to self-sovereignty.

118Rājā bhī jab takht par baiṭhtā hai tō rājāī naśhā , rājāī khuśhī svataḥ hōtī hai .

121When a king is seated on his throne, he naturally has the intoxication and happiness of his kingdom.

119Takhtnaśhīn mānā svarājya adhikārī rājā hū̃ - is smr̥iti sē sabhī karmēndriyā̃ svataḥ hī order par chalē̃gī .

122To be seated on the throne means to be a king who has self-sovereignty. 123By having this awareness, all your physical organs will automatically follow all your orders.

120Jō akāltakht-naśhīn samajhkar chaltē haĩ unkē liē bāp kā bhī diltakhta hai kyōṅki ātmā samajhnē sē bāp hī yād ātā hai .

124The Father’s heart is a heart-throne for those who move along considering themselves to be seated on their immortal thrones, because by understanding yourselves to be souls, you remember the Father.

121Phir na dēh hai , na dēh K|kē sambandh haĩ , na padārtha haĩ , ēk bāp hī saṅsār hai isliē akāltakht-naśhīn bāp K|kē dilatakht-naśīn bhī bantē haĩ .

125Then, there are no bodies, bodily relations or material things. 126The one Father is your world. 127Therefore, those who are seated on their immortal thrones are seated on the Father’s heart-throne.

122Bāp key|kī dil mē̃ aisē bachchē hī rahtē haĩ jō «  ēk bāp dūsrā na kōī ' ' haĩ .

128Only the children who belong to the one Father and none other remain in the Father’s heart.

123Tō double takht hō gayā .

129So, you have a double throne.

124Jō sikīladhē bachchē hōtē haĩ , pyārē hōtē haĩ unhē̃ sadā gōdī mē̃ biṭhāyēṅgē , ūpar biṭhāyēṅgē nīchē nahī̃ .

130Beloved, long lost and now found children are always made to sit in the lap; they are made to sit up high, not on the floor.

125Tō bāp bhī kahtē haĩ takht par baiṭhō , nīchē nahī̃ āō .

131So, the Father too says: Sit on the throne, do not get down from it.

126Jiskō takht miltā hai vah dūsrī jagah baiṭhēgā kyā  ?

132Would those who are given a throne sit anywhere else?

127Tō akāltakht vā diltakhta kō bhūl dēh key|kī dharnī mē̃ , miṭṭī mē̃ nahī̃ āō . 128Dēh kō miṭṭī kahtē hō nā .

133So, do not forget your immortal throne or the heart-throne and come into the soil of the body, into the dirt of the body.

129Miṭṭī , miṭṭī mē̃ mil jāyēgī - aisē kahtē haĩ nā  !

134A body is said to be of dust, is it not?

130Tō dēh mē̃ ānā arthāt miṭṭī mē̃ ānā .

135You say: Dust turns to dust, do you not?

131Jō royal bachchē hōtē haĩ vah kabhī miṭṭī mē̃ nahī̃ khēltē .

136So, to come into a body means to come into the consciousness of dust.

132Paramātm-baccē tō sabsē royal huē .

137Royal children never play in the dirt.

133Tō takht par baiṭhnā achchhā lagtā hai yā thōṛī-thōṛī dil hōtī hai - miṭṭī mē̃ bhī dēkh lē̃ .

138Godly children are the most royal of all. 139So, do you enjoy sitting on the throne or do you have a slight desire to sit in the dirt?

134Kaī bachchō̃ key|kī ādat miṭṭī khānē key|kī vā miṭṭī mē̃ khēlnē key|kī hōtī hai .

140Some children have a habit of eating dirt and playing with dirt.

135Tō aisē tō nahī̃ hai nā  !

141So, you are not like that, are you?

13663 janm miṭṭī sē khēlā .

142You have played in the dirt for 63 births.

137Ab bāp takhtnaśhīn banā rahē haĩ , tō miṭṭī sē kaisē khēlē̃gē , jō miṭṭī mē̃ khēltā hai vah mailā hōtā hai .

143The Father is now making you sit on a throne, and so how can you play in the dirt? 144Those who play in the dirt become dirty.

138Tō āp bhī kitnē mailē hō gayē .

145So, you too became so dirty.

139Ab bāp nē svachchha banā diyā .

146The Father has now cleansed you.

140Sadā isī smr̥iti sē samarth banō .

147By having this awareness, stay constantly powerful.

141Śhaktiśhālī kabhī kamjōr nahī̃ hōtē .

148Those who are powerful never become weak.

142Kamjōr hōnā arthāt māyā key|kī bīmārī ānā .

149To become weak means to have an illness of Maya.

143Abhī tō sadā tandurust hō gayē .

150You have now become healthy for all time.

144Ātmā śhaktiśhālī hō gaī .

151You souls have become powerful.

145Śharīr kā hisāb-kitāb alag chīz hai lēkin man śhaktiśhālī hō gayā nā .

152Karmic accounts of your bodies are a different matter, but your minds have become powerful, have they not?

146Śharīr kamjōr hai , chaltā nahī̃ hai , vah tō antim hai , vah tō hōgā hī lēkin ātmā powerful hō .

153Your bodies are weak and don’t function; they are your last bodies and that will happen anyway. 154However, you souls must be powerful.

147Śharīr kē sāth ātmā kamjōr na hō .

155You souls must not become weak when your bodies are weak.

148Tō sadā yād rakhnā ki double takhtnaśhīn sō double tājdhārī bannē vālē haĩ .

156So, always remember that you are those who are going to be seated on the double throne and have a double crown.

149Achchhā  !

157Achcha.

150Sabhī santuṣhṭ hō nā  !

158All of you are content, are you not?

151Santuṣhṭ arthāt prasann .

159To be content means to be happy.

152Sadā prasann rahtē hō yā kabhī-kabhī rahtē hō  ?

160Are you constantly happy or only sometimes?

153Kabhī aprasanna , kabhī prasann - aisē tō nahī̃ , kabhī kisī bāt sē aprasanna tō nahī̃ hōtē hō  ?

161You are not happy sometimes and unhappy at other times, are you? 162You never become unhappy with some situations, do you?

154Āj yah kar liyā , āj yah hō gayā , kal vah hō gayā - aisē patra tō nahī̃ likhtē hō  ?

163“Today, I did this. 164Today, this happened. 165Yesterday, that happened”. 166You don’t write letters like those, do you?

155Sadā prasannchit rahnē vālē apnē rūhānī vibration sē aurō̃ kō bhī prasann kartē haĩ .

167Those who are constantly happy also make others happy with their spiritual vibrations.

156Aisē nahī̃ - maĩ tō prasann rahtā hī hū̃ .

168Do not think: I am constantly happy anyway.

157Lēkin prasannatā key|kī śhakti phailēgī jarūr .

169However, the power of happiness will definitely spread.

158Tō aur kiskō bhī prasann kar sakō - aisē hō yā apnē tak hī prasann ṭhīk hō  ?

170Are you happy to the extent that you are able to make others happy too? 171Or, are you happy by only being happy with yourself?

159Dūsrō̃ kō bhī karē̃gē , phir tō abhī kōī patra nahī̃ āyēgā .

172If you also make others happy, no such letters will be received.

160Agar kōī aprasannatā kā patra āyē tō vāpas uskō hī bhējē̃ nā  !

173If someone sends a letter of unhappiness, send it back to them.

161Yah time aur yah tārīkh yād rakhnā .

174Remember this time and this date.

162Hā̃ , yah patra likhō - ō . K|kē . hū̃ aur sab mērē sē bhī ō . K|kē . haĩ .

175Yes, write this letter: I am OK and others are also OK with me.

163Yah dō line likhō , bas . 164Maĩ bhī ō . K|kē . aur dūsrē bhī mērē sē ō . K|kē . haĩ .

176Just write these two lines, that’s all: I am OK and others are also OK with me.

165Itnā kharcha kyō̃ kartē hō  ?

177Why do you spend so much money?

166Yah tō dō line kôrḍa par hī ā saktī haĩ aur bār-bār bhī nahī̃ likhō .

178These two lines can also be written on a card, so do not repeatedly write letters.

167Kaī tō rōz kôrḍa bhēj dētē haĩ , rōz nahī̃ bhējnā .

179Some send cards every day. 180Do not send cards every day.

168Mās mē̃ dō bār , 15 din mē̃ ēk ō . K|kē . kā kôrḍa likhō , aur kathāē̃ nahī̃ likhnā .

181You can send a card with OK twice a month or every fortnight. 182Do not write long stories.

169Apnī prasannatā sē aurō̃ kō bhī prasann banānā .

183Now, make others happy with your happiness.

170Achchhā  !

184Achcha.

Blessing

171Vardān  : samānē aur sāmnā karnē key|kī śhakti dvārā sēvā mē̃ saphaltā prāpt karnē vālē rūhānī sēvādhārī bhav

185Blessing: May you be a spiritual server who achieves success in doing service with the powers to accommodate and to face.

172Rūhānī sēvādhāriyō̃ kō sēvā K|kē sivāē kuchh bhī sūkṣatā nahī̃ , vē|way mansā-vāchā-karmaṇā service sē ēk second bhī rest nahī̃ lētē isliē best ban jātē haĩ .

186 Spiritual servers cannot think of anything except doing service. 187They do not take a rest for even a second in their thoughts, words or actions and this is why they are the best.

173Vē|way sēvāō̃ mē̃ saphaltā prāpt karnē kē liē sadā yahī slōgan yād rakhtē ki samānā aur sāmnā karnā - yahī hamārā niśhānā hai .

188In order to achieve success in doing service they always remember the slogan: To accommodate and to face is our goal.

174Vē|way apnē purānē saṅskārō̃ kō samātē haĩ aur sāmnā māyā sē kartē na ki daivī parivār sē .

189They accommodate their old sanskars and face Maya, not the divine family.

175Aisē bachchē jō knowledgeful K|kē sāth-sāth powerful bhī haĩ unhē̃ hī kahā jātā hai rūhānī sēvādhārī .

190Such children, along with being knowledge-full, are also powerful and are said to be spiritual servers.

Slogan

176Slōgan  : chhōṭī bāt kō baṛā nahī̃ karō , vātāvaraṇ kō śhaktiśhālī banāō .

191Slogan: Do not make small things big; make the atmosphere powerful.
