Song

7Gīt  : tumhē̃ pākē hamnē jahān pā liyā hai …

7Song: Having found You, we have found the whole world. 8The earth and sky all belong to us.

Murli

8Ōm śhānti .

9Om shanti.

9Yah gīt kaun suntē haĩ  ?

10Who listens to this song?

10Bachchē suntē haĩ vahī arth|earth kō bhī samajhtē haĩ .

11You children listen to it and you also understand the meaning of it.

11Prajā bhī jō suntī hai vah bhī viśhva kā mālik bantī hai .

12All the people who listen to it also become the masters of the world.

12Jaisē bhāratvāsī sab kahtē haĩ hamārā bhārat , vaisē vahā̃ bhī yathā rājā rānī tathā prajā , sab samajhtē haĩ viśhva K|kē mālik haĩ .

13Just as all the people of Bharat say, "Our Bharat", similarly there, too, all the kings, queens and subjects consider themselves to be the masters of the world.

13Jaisē europe-vasi āyē tō vah bhī kahtē thē ham hindustān K|kē mālik haĩ .

14When the Europeans came, they too said that they were the masters of Hindustan.

14Us samay phir hindustānī nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki ham hindustān K|kē mālik haĩ . 15Vah gulām thē .

15At that time, those who lived in Hindustan didn't say they were the masters of Hindustan; they were slaves.

16Rājāī sārī unhō̃ K|kē hāth mē̃ thī .

16The whole kingdom was in the hands of the British.

17Phir hamārā rājya bhāgya rāvaṇ nē chhīnā .

17Ravan had snatched away our fortune of the kingdom.

18Abhī hamkō apnā rājya chāhiē .

18We now want our kingdom back.

19Yah parāyā rājya hai .

19This is a foreign kingdom.

20Gāyā bhī jātā hai dūrdēśh K|kē rahnē vālē .

20It is sung: “The Resident of the faraway land”.

21Ab tum apnā rājya lē rahē hō .

21You are now claiming your kingdom back.

22Tum kōī kē liē laṛtē nahī̃ hō .

22You are not fighting for anyone else.

23Apnē liē hī tum sab kuchh kartē hō .

23You are doing everything for yourselves.

24Vah sēnā laṛtī hai apnē president vā prime minister kē liē .

24Armies fight for their President or Prime Minister.

25Baṛē ādmī tō vah bantē haĩ nā .

25They are the ones who are important people.

26Unkō naśhā achchhā rahtā hai phir bhī abhī kahtē haĩ nā - bhārat hamārā hai .

26They have very good intoxication and, even now, they say: Our Bharat.

27Parantu bhāratvāsiyō̃ kō yah patā nahī̃ hai ki yah kōī hamārā rājya nahī̃ hai .

27However, the people of Bharat don’t know that this kingdom is not theirs.

28Yah rāvaṇ kā rājya hai , jismē̃ ham rah rahē haĩ .

28This is Ravan’s kingdom and we are living in it.

29Rāmrājya mē̃ aisē nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki yah parāyā hai .

29In the kingdom of Rama, we would not say that this is a foreign kingdom.

30Abhī bhārat par rāvaṇ kā pūrā rājya hai .

30It is now Ravan's kingdom over the whole of Bharat.

31Rām kā rājya thā , dēvtāō̃ kā rājya thā , abhī nahī̃ hai .

31There used to be the kingdom of Rama, the kingdom of the deities, but not any more.

32Tum jāntē hō 5 hajār varṣh kē bād ham rājya lē rahē haĩ .

32You know that you are claiming your kingdom back again after 5000 years.

33Kissē  ?

33From whom?

34Paramātmā bāp sē .

34From the Father, the Supreme Soul.

35Rām akṣhar kahnē sē lōg mūnjhtē haĩ isliē bēhad kā bāp kahnā ṭhīk hai .

35When you speak of Rama, people become confused. 36This is why it is better to say "The unlimited Father".

36Bāp akṣhar bahut mīṭhā hai .

37The word "Father" is very sweet.

37Bāp hī varsā yād dilātē haĩ .

38“Father” reminds you of your inheritance.

38Ēk bāp K|kē sivāē aur sab kuchh bhūl jānā hai .

39Everything, apart from the one Father, has to be forgotten.

39Ham ātmāyē̃ bāp sē varsā lē rahī haĩ .

40We souls are claiming our inheritance from the Father.

40Bāp ākar tumkō ātma-abhimānī banātē haĩ .

41The Father comes and makes you soul conscious.

41Ham ātmā haĩ .

42I am a soul.

42Ātmā kitnī chhōṭī mahīn hai .

43I, the soul, am so tiny, so subtle.

43Usmē̃ 84 janmō̃ kā part bharā huā hai .

44A part of 84 births is recorded within me.

44Yah mōṭī buddhi vālē manuṣhya nahī̃ jāntē haĩ . 45Na samjhā saktē haĩ .

45Human beings with gross intellects neither know this nor can they explain this.

46Bābā sē varsā lē rahē haĩ , kitnā sahaj hai .

46We are claiming our inheritance from Baba.

47Parantu māyā bhulā dētī hai isliē bachchō̃ kō mēhnat karnī paṛtī hai .

47It is so easy, but Maya makes you forget. 48This is why you children have to make effort.

48Ismē̃ kōī hathiyār , bārūd key|kī bāt nahī̃ .

49There is no question of weapons or bombs in this.

49Na kōī drill ādi sīkhnī hai , na kōī śhāstra ādi uṭhānā hai .

50Neither do you have to learn any drill etc., nor do you have to take up any scriptures.

50Sirph bābā kō yād karnā hai .

51You simply have to remember Baba.

51Bāp jō sunātē haĩ vah dhāraṇ karnā hai .

52Imbibe whatever the Father tells you.

52Ham apnā rājyabhāgya lē rahē haĩ .

53We are claiming our fortune of the kingdom.

53Jaisē nāṭak mē̃ actor part bajākar phir kapṛē badalī kar apnē ghar jātē haĩ , vaisē tumhārī buddhi mē̃ bhī hai ki ab nāṭak pūrā hōnē vālā hai .

54Just as actors in a play finish their roles, change their costumes and go back home, in the same way, your intellects are aware that this play is about to end.

54Ab aśharīrī bankar ghar jānā hai .

55We now have to become bodiless and return home.

55Ham her|har 5 hajār varṣh kē bād part bajātē haĩ .

56We play our parts every 5000 years.

56Ādhākalp rājya kartē , ādhākalp gulām ban jātē .

57We rule for half a cycle and then become slaves for half a cycle.

57Bachchō̃ kō kōī jāstī taklīph nahī̃ dētē haĩ .

58You children are not given a lot of difficulty.

58Buddhi mē̃ sirph yād rahnī chāhiē .

59There should just be remembrance in your intellects.

59Puruṣhārth kar jitnā hō sakē yah bhūlnā nahī̃ chāhiē .

60Make as much effort as possible and don't forget this.

60Ab nāṭak pūrā hōtā hai .

61The play is now coming to an end.

61Bākī thōṛā samay hai , hamkō jānā hai .

62Very little time remains and we have to return home.

62Aisē-aisē apnē sāth bātē̃ kartē-kartē tum pāvan ban vāpis chalē jāyēṅgē .

63While talking about these things to yourself, you will become pure and then return home.

63Har ēk bachchā jān saktā hai ki maĩ bābā kō kitnā yād kartā hū̃ .

64Each one of you children can know how much you remember Baba.

64Chāhē kōī chart likhē yā na likhē . 65Parantu buddhi mē̃ tō rahtā hai nā . 66Tō sārē din mē̃ hamnē kyā-kyā kiyā  ?

65Whether you write a chart or not, your intellects still remain aware of what you did throughout the whole day.

67Jaisē vyāpārī lōg apnī murādī sambhāltē haĩ , rātri kō .

66Just as businessmen check their income at night, so this too is a business.

68Yah bhī vyāpār hai . 69Rātri kō sōnē K|kē samay jāñch kartē haĩ sārē din mē̃ bāp kō kitnā yād kiyā  ? 70Kitnō̃ kō bāp kā parichay diyā  ?

67At night, before going to sleep, check how much you remembered the Father during the whole day and to how many you gave the Father’s introduction.

71Jō hōśhiyār hōtē haĩ unkā dhandhā achchhā chaltā hai .

68The business of someone who is clever runs well.

72Buddhū hōgā tō dhandhā bhī aisē hī chalēgā .

69If someone is a simpleton, his business would also be like that.

73Yah tō apnī kamāī karnī hai .

70Here, you have to earn an income.

74Bāp sirph kahtē haĩ - mujhē yād karō , chakra kō yād karō tō chakravartī rājā banē̃gē .

71The Father simply says: Remember Me and remember the cycle and you will become rulers of the globe.

75Ismē̃ too much āśhāyē̃ nahī̃ hōnī chāhiē .

72You shouldn't have too much desire in this.

76Gānv mē̃ rahnē vālō̃ kō āśhāyē̃ cum|kam rahtī haĩ , sāhūkārō̃ kō bahut hōtī haĩ .

73Village people don't have as many desires as wealthy people, who have many desires.

77Vah apnī garībī mē̃ hī khuśh rahtē haĩ . 78Rōṭlā khānē par hir jātē haĩ ( sūkhī rōṭī khānē key|kī ādat paṛ jātī hai ) .

74Some poor people are happy even in their poverty; they are used to eating simple chapattis.

79Sāhūkārō̃ mē̃ ichchhāyē̃ bahut hōtī haĩ .

75Wealthy people have many desires.

80Mā̃ bāp kō hī taṅg kar dētē haĩ .

76Some children even harass their parents.

81Bābā anubhavī hai .

77Baba is experienced in this.

82Garībō̃ par rahm bhī ātā hai .

78He also has compassion for poor people.

83Garīb dēkhē̃gē , itnā baṛā ādmī gyān suntā hai tō ham bhī sunē̃ .

79When poor people see that a wealthy person is listening to this knowledge, they would also want to come and listen.

84Chitra tō bābā nē bahut banavāyē haĩ .

80Baba has had many pictures made.

85Kōī kahtē haĩ hamkō service chāhiē .

81Some of you say that you want to do service.

86Bābā kahtē haĩ pahlē tum hōśhiyār banō phir service par jāō kyōṅki ājkal bhakti kā bhī jōr hai .

82Baba says: First of all, become clever and then go on service because, nowadays, devotion is also very powerful.

87Ēk taraph samjhāō , dūsrē taraph gurūō̃ key|kī chakarī chaltī hai .

83On the one hand, you explain to them and, on the other hand, they are caught up with their gurus.

88Vah ḍarā dētē haĩ - tum agar bhakti nahī̃ karē̃gē tō tumkō phal kaisē milēgā  ?

84The gurus frighten them by saying, “How would you receive the fruit if you don't perform devotion?

89Bhakti sē tō bhagvān miltā hai .

85One finds God by performing devotion.”

90Jab tak is gyān mē̃ pakkā hō jāē , pūrā niśhchay hō jāē ki hamkō bhagvān milā hai , vah hamkō kahtē haĩ ki mujhē yād karō tō vikarma vināśh hō jāyē̃ .

86First, you have to become firm in knowledge and also have full faith that you have found God and that He says: Remember Me and your sins will be absolved.

91Jab yah pakkā niśhchay jam jāyē tab hī kissē sāmnā kar sakē̃ .

87Only when this faith has become very firm will you be able to face anyone.

92Tumhārē sē hī opposition hai . 93Tum ēk bāt kahtē vah dūsrī bāt kahtē .

88People only oppose you; we say one thing and they say something else.

94Duniyā mē̃ bahut maṭh-panth haĩ , jahā̃ manuṣhya jākar kuchh na kuchh sunkar ātē haĩ .

89There are many sects and cults in the world where people go and hear one thing or another.

95Gītā kā bhī bhinn-bhinn arth|earth sunātē haĩ , tō manuṣhya phans paṛtē haĩ .

90They also relate various interpretations of the Gita and people thereby become trapped in that.

96Sannyāsī kabhī gr̥ihasthiyō̃ kō nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki vikār mē̃ nahī̃ jāō .

91Sannyasis never tell householders not to indulge in vice.

97Agar vah kahē̃ bhī ki nirvikārī banō phir kyā hōgā  ?

92Even if they do tell someone to become viceless, what would happen by that?

98Aim-object tō kuchh hai nahī̃ .

93They don't have any aim or objective.

99Ulṭā rāstā batānē vālē duniyā mē̃ bahut haĩ .

94There are many people in the world who show wrong paths.

100Sachchā rāstā batānē vālē haĩ thōṛē .

95There are very few who show the right path.

101Un par bhī māyā kā bahut war|vār hōtā hai .

96They are attacked by Maya a great deal.

102Dil kahēgī ki pavitra banē̃ parantu māyā buddhi kō phirātī rahēgī .

97Their hearts would say that they should become pure, but Maya would turn their intellects away.

103Bahut kharāb khyālāt lātī rahēgī .

98She brings many bad thoughts.

104Māyā key|kī laṛāī hai bahut .

99There are many battles with Maya.

105Chaltē-chaltē tūphān bahut ātē haĩ .

100While you are moving along, many storms come.

106Agar kōī bhī vikār kā bhūt andar hōgā tō dil kō khātā rahēgā .

101If the evil spirit of any vice exists within you, your conscience will continue to bite.

107Kōī kō kahēgā krōdh kā dān dō aur khud krōdh kartē rahē̃gē tō lōg kahē̃gē tum khud krōdh kartē rahtē hō phir hamkō kaisē kahtē hō  ?

102If you tell people to donate anger and you yourself continue to become angry, they would tell you: You yourself continue to become angry and so how can you tell us this?

108Tō krōdh kō bhī chhōṛnā hī paṛē .

103Therefore, anger also has to be renounced.

109Krōdh kōī chhipākar tō nahī̃ kiyā jātā hai .

104One can’t become angry secretly.

110Krōdh mē̃ tō āvāj bahut hōtā hai .

105A lot of noise is created in anger.

111Āpas mē̃ laṛtē haĩ . 112Ēk dō kō gālī dētē haĩ .

106They fight amongst themselves; they even insult one another.

113Bābā dēkhtē haĩ - krōdh kā bhūt nikaltā hī nahī̃ hai .

107Baba sees that they are not able to get rid of the evil spirit of anger.

114Kōī-kōī yahā̃ sammukh bābā K|kē hōtē bhī krōdh kar lētē haĩ .

108Some become angry even when they are in Baba’s presence.

115Bahutō̃ mē̃ krōdh kā bhūt ā jātā hai , yah bahut kharāb hai . 116Taṅg kartē haĩ .

109The evil spirit of anger enters many, and it is very bad; it continues to harass you.

117Bābā tō phir pyār sē samjhātē haĩ . 118Agar nām badnām karē̃gē tō phir pad bhī bhraṣhṭa kar dēgē .

110Baba then explains with love: If you defame Baba's name, you would even destroy your status.

119Yah tō samjhānā chāhiē ki tumnē 5 vikār bābā kō dān diyē haĩ tō phir vāpas kyō̃ lētē hō .

111You are told that you have donated the five vices to Baba, and so why do you take them back?

120Agar phir krōdh kar liyā tō grahaṇ chhūṭēgā nahī̃ .

112If you become angry again, the eclipse of the omens will not be removed.

121Vah phir vr̥iddhi kō pātā hai .

113The anger then continues to increase.

122Bāp key|kī āśhīrvād kē badlē śhrāp mil jātā hai kyōṅki bāp kē sāth dharmarāj bhī hai .

114Instead of receiving the Father's blessings, you become cursed, because Dharamraj is with the Father.

123Yah bhī drama mē̃ nūndh hai .

115This too is fixed in the drama.

124Krōdh karnā yah bhī pāp hai , jinmē̃ 5 vikār haĩ unkō pāp ātmā kahā jātā hai .

116It is also a sin to become angry. 117Those who have the five vices are called sinful souls.

125Satyug mē̃ haĩ sab puṇya ātmā .

118In the golden age, all are charitable souls.

126Vahā̃ kōī pāp nahī̃ kartē .

119No one commits any sin there.

127Abhī janma-janmāntar K|kē pāpō̃ kā bōjhā sir par bahut hai .

120There is now a big burden of the sins of many births on each one’s head.

128Pahlē yōgbal sē kaṭ karnā hai .

121First of all, cut them away with the power of yoga.

129Māyā baṛī kharāb hai .

122Maya is very bad.

130Lōbh bahutō̃ mē̃ hai .

123Many have greed.

131Kapṛē kā , jūtē kā , pāī paisē key|kī bāt kā lōbh hai , tō jhūṭh bōltē rahtē haĩ .

124They have greed for clothes, shoes, trivial things and they therefore continue to tell lies.

132Yah sab lōbh key|kī niśhāniyā̃ haĩ .

125All of those are signs of greed.

133Yahā̃ tō sab kuchh miltā hai .

126You receive everything here.

134Bāhar mē̃ tō ghar-ghar mē̃ khiṭ-khiṭ lagī huī hai .

127Outside, there is conflict in every home.

135Saṅg bhī bahut kharāb hai .

128The company is also very bad.

136Pati brāhmaṇ , tō strī śhūdra . 137Strī brāhmaṇī tō pati śhūdra . 138Ghar mē̃ hī hans aur bagulē , bahut khiṭpiṭ rahtī hai .

129The husband would be a Brahmin and the wife would be a shudra, or the wife would be a Brahmin and the husband would be a shudra.

139Apnē kō śhānt rakhnē key|kī yukti rakhnī hōtī hai .

130When a swan and stork live together in the same home, there is a lot of conflict.

140Gharbār chhōṛnā bhī bābā allow nahī̃ kartē .

131Find a way to keep yourself peaceful.

141Aisē bahut āśhram haĩ jahā̃ bāl bachchō̃ sahit jākar rahtē haĩ , phir khiṭpiṭ tō sab jagah hōtī hōgī .

132Baba doesn't allow you to renounce your home and family. 133There are many ashrams where people go and live with their children etc.

142Śhānti kahā̃ bhī nahī̃ hai .

134Conflict happens everywhere.

143Sachchī-sachchī śhānti , sukh , pavitratā 21 janmō̃ kē liē tum bachchō̃ kō ab mil rahī hai .

135There is no peace anywhere. 136You children are now receiving true peace, happiness and purity for 21 births.

144Aisī mat aur kōī dē na sakē .

137No one else can give you such directions.

145Bābā kahtē haĩ maĩ kitnā dūrdēśh sē ātā hū̃ service karnē .

138Baba says: I come from such a faraway land to do service.

146Tumkō bhī service karnī hai .

139You too have to do service.

147Pradarśhanī , mēlē mē̃ bahut nahī̃ samajh saktē .

140People cannot understand a great deal at the fairs and exhibitions.

148Bhal governor opening kartē haĩ , parantu yah thōṛēhī buddhi mē̃ ātā hai ki inhō̃ kō paramātmā paṛhātē haĩ brahmā dvārā , jissē viśhva kā varsā miltā hai .

141Although a Governor would inaugurate a place, his intellect is not aware God is teaching you through Brahma or that you are to receive the inheritance of the world from Him.

149Sirph kahtē haĩ achchhā hai . 150Mātāyē̃ achchhā kartavya kar rahī haĩ , śhrēṣhṭhāchārī banā rahī haĩ .

142They simply say this is good and the mothers are doing a very good job by making everyone elevated.

151Bhal yah bhī likhtē haĩ ki maĩ māntā hū̃ ki gītā bhagvān nē gāī hai . 152Likh diyā parantu buddhi mē̃ thōṛēhī baiṭhtā hai , na puruṣhārth chaltā hai samajhnē kā .

143Although he would write down for you that he believes God spoke the Gita, this would not sit in his intellect nor would he make effort to understand.

153Tumhārī buddhi mē̃ hai ki śhivbābā brahmā dvārā kahtē haĩ ki mujhē yād karō tō tum yah lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ banē̃gē .

144It is in your intellects that Shiv Baba says through Brahma: Remember Me and you will become Lakshmi and Narayan.

154Yah paigām sabkō sunānā hai .

145Give everyone this message.

155Tum paigambar K|kē bachchē hō aur jō bhī ātē haĩ , vah dharm sthāpak haĩ .

146You are the children of the Messenger, whereas all the others who come are founders of religions.

156Tum sabkō yah message sunāō ki bābā svarg naī duniyā kī sthāpanā kar rahē haĩ .

147Give everyone the message that Baba is carrying out the establishment of the new world of heaven.

157Bābā kahtē haĩ agar tum mujhē yād karē̃gē aur pavitra rahē̃gē tō tum bhī svarg K|kē mālik ban jāyēṅgē .

148Baba says: If you remember Me and remain pure, you will become the masters of heaven.

158Ghaṛī-ghaṛī yah khyālāt chalnē chāhiē .

149You should repeatedly have these thoughts.

159Kachchī avasthā hōnē K|kē kāraṇ dhandhē-dhōrī mē̃ jātē haĩ tō sab kuchh bhūl jātā hai .

150When your stage is weak and you get involved in your business etc., you forget everything.

160Phir jō kuchh mahāvākya suntē haĩ , vah bhī vyarth nahī̃ jātē haĩ .

151The elevated versions you hear don't go to waste.

161Ēk-ēk ratna cum|kam nahī̃ hai .

152Each jewel is not a small thing.

162Ēk ratna bhī svarg kā mālik banā saktā hai .

153Even one jewel can make you into a master of the world.

163Gātē bhī haĩ bhārat hamārā bahut ūñch dēśh hai .

154People sing: Our Bharat is a very elevated land.

164Tum jāntē hō hamārā bhārat jō svarg thā , vah ab nark banā hai .

155You know your Bharat, which used to be heaven, has now become hell.

165Ab phir bābā kahtē haĩ māmēkam yād karō tō vikarma vināśh hōṅgē .

161There are many villages where they get together and have classes, and then they write a letter to Baba.

172Tum bachchō̃ kā kām hai brāhmaṇ dharm kō baṛhānā , tāki sab manuṣhya dēvtā ban jāyē̃ .

162It is the duty of you children to expand the Brahmin religion so that all human beings become deities.

163Those who belong here will not become trapped in other spiritual gatherings.

174Yahā̃ mukhya bāt hai pavitratā key|kī .

164Here, the main thing is purity.

175Is par hī bāp bachchō̃ K|kē , strī puruṣh K|kē , puruṣh strī K|kē duśhman ban jātē haĩ .

165It is because of this that father and son, husband and wife become enemies.

176Government bhī kahtī hai yah kyā kartē  ?

166Even the Government asks: What are you doing?

177Yah kyō̃ hōtā hai  ?

167Why does this happen?

178Parantu dharm mē̃ interfere tō kar nahī̃ saktē .

168However, they cannot interfere in a matter of religion.

179Sva-rājya tō sthāpan kar hī lē̃gē .

173Happiness exists in the golden and silver ages and sorrow exists in the copper and iron ages: the new world and the old world.

185Duniyā ēk hī hai , sirph naī aur purānī bantī hai .

174The world is the same, it simply becomes old and new.

186Ab purānī duniyā vināśh hō naī bannē vālī hai .

175The old world is now to be destroyed and the new one created.

187Yah purānī duniyā ab kōī kām key|kī nahī̃ rahī hai phir naī duniyā chāhiē .

176This old world is now of no use and so a new world is needed.

188Dēhlī mē̃ kitnē bār nayē mahal banē hōṅgē .

178Whoever came destroyed all the old ones and then built their own new ones as memorials.

190Jab baṛī laṛāī lagēgī tō yah sab ṭūṭ phūṭ jāyēgā . 191Phir naī duniyā mē̃ nayē mahal banāyēṅgē .

185We will shed our old bodies and return home. 186What else would you need once you have such a firm stage?

198Aisī avasthā mē̃ kōī śharīr bhī chhōṛē tō bahut ūñch kul mē̃ janma lē̃gē .

187If someone in such a stage leaves his body, he would take birth in a very high family.
