¹Essence: Sweet children, you have to offer everyone spiritual hospitality according to shrimat. ²Eat the nourishment of happiness and serve it to others; this is offering real hospitality. ³Question: What is the way to fill yourself with the power of spirituality on the path of knowledge?

²prashn:- gyaan mein spirituality ka jauhar bharne ki vidhi kya hai, usse kaun-kaun se phaayde honge? ³uttar:- jab kisi ko bhi gyaan sunaate ho to aatma samajhkar aatma ko gyaan do, isse spirituality ka jauhar bhar jaayega।

⁴What are its benefits? ⁵Answer: When you give knowledge to anyone, consider him to be a soul and then give him knowledge. ⁶By doing this, they will be filled with the power of spirituality.

⁴is nai aadat se kisi ko bhi gyaan sunaayenge to use jhat teer lag jaayega।

⁷By instilling this new habit in yourself, when you give this knowledge to anyone, the arrow will quickly strike the target.

¹⁵The poor people don’t know who will change it or how He will change it, because they don’t have a third eye of knowledge.

¹⁸yeh akshar sabhi se kitna meetha hai।

²⁰This word is the sweetest of all.

¹⁹apne ko aatma samajh aur baap ko yaad karo।

²¹Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

²⁰baap shantidham aur sukhdhaam ka raasta bata rahe hain।

²²The Father is showing you the path to the land of peace and the land of happiness.

²¹baap aaye hain bachchon ko svarga ka varsa dene। ²²to bachchon ko kitni khushi rahni chaahiye।

²³The Father has come to give you children your inheritance of heaven and so you children should have a great deal of happiness.

²³kehte bhi hain khushi jaisi khuraak nahin।

²⁴It is said: There is no nourishment like happiness.

²⁴jo sadaiv khusheemauj mein rehte hain unke liye woh jaise khuraak hoti hai।

²⁵It is as though it is nourishment for those who remain constantly happy and in pleasure.

²⁵21 janma mauz mein rahne ki yeh jabardasta khuraak hai।

²⁶This is the powerful nourishment for staying in pleasure for 21 births.

²⁶yeh khuraak sadaiv ek do ko khilaate raho।

²⁷Continue to serve one another this nourishment.

²⁷ek do ki jabardasta khaatiri yeh karni hai।

²⁸You have to give tremendous hospitality to one another.

²⁸aisi khaatiri aur koi manushya, manushya ki kar na sake।

²⁹No human being can give such hospitality to another.

²⁹tum bachche shreemat par sabhi ki roohaani khaatiri karte ho।

³⁰You offer spiritual hospitality to everyone on the basis of shrimat.

³⁰sachchi-sachchi khush khairaaphat bhi yeh hai kisko baap ka parichay dena।

³¹To give someone the Father’s introduction is also a true state of well-being.

³¹meethe bachche jaante hain behad ke baap dvaara hamko jeevanmukti ki khuraak milti hai।

³²You sweet children know you are receiving the nourishment of liberation-in-life from the unlimited Father.

³²satayug mein bhaarat jeevanmukta tha, paavan tha।

³³In the golden age, Bharat was liberated-in-life; it was pure.

³³baap bahut badi oonchi khuraak dete hain।

³⁴The Father gives very great and elevated nourishment.

³⁴tab to gaayan hai ateendriy sukh poochhna ho to gop-gopiyon se poochho।

³⁵This is why there is the song: If you want to know about supersensuous joy, ask the gopes and gopis.

³⁵yeh gyaan aur yog ki kitni first class wonderful khuraak hai aur yeh khuraak ek hi roohaani surgeon ke paas hai aur kisko is khuraak ka maaloom hi nahin hai।

³⁶This nourishment of knowledge and yoga is first class and wonderful and it is only the one spiritual Surgeon who has this nourishment. ³⁷No one else knows about this nourishment.

³⁶baap kehte hain meethe bachchon tumhaare liye tiri (hatheli) par saugaat le aaya hoon।

³⁸The Father says: Sweet children, I have brought you a gift on the palms of My hands.

³⁷mukti, jeevanmukti ki yeh saugaat mere paas hi rehti hai।

³⁹These gifts of liberation and liberation-in-life remain with Me.

³⁸kalpa-kalpa main hi aakar tumko deta hoon।

⁴⁰It is I who comes every cycle to give you these.

³⁹phir raavan chheen leta hai।

⁴²most beloved baap se vishwa ki baadshaahi milti hai।

⁴⁴You receive the kingdom of the world from the most beloved Father.

⁴³yeh kam baat hai kya!

⁴⁵This is not a small thing.

⁴⁴to sadaiv harshit rehna chaahiye।

⁴⁶Keep yourselves constantly cheerful.

⁴⁵godly student life is di best।

⁴⁷“Godly student life is the best.”

⁴⁶yeh abhi ka hi gaayan hai na।

⁴⁸This praise applies to this time.

⁴⁷phir nai duniya mein bhi tum sadaiv khushiyaan manaate rahenge।

⁴⁹Then, in the new world too, you will continue to celebrate in happiness.

⁴⁸duniya nahin jaanti ki sachchi-sachchi khushiyaan kab manaai jaayengi।

⁵⁰People of the world do not know when true happiness is celebrated.

⁴⁹manushyon ko to satayug ka gyaan hi nahin hai।

⁵¹Human beings don’t have any knowledge of the golden age.

⁵⁰to yahaan hi manaate rehte hain।

⁵²So, they continue to celebrate it here.

⁵¹parantu is puraani tamopradhaan duniya mein khushi kahaan se aai।

⁵³However, where can happiness come from in this old tamopradhan world?

⁵²yahaan to traahi-traahi karte rehte hain।

⁵⁴People here continue to cry out in distress.

⁵³kitna duhkh ki duniya hai।

⁵⁵This is a world of such sorrow.

⁵⁴baap tum bachchon ko kitna sahaj raasta bataate hain।

⁵⁶The Father shows you children a very easy path.

⁵⁵grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte kamal phool samaan raho।

⁵⁷Stay at home with your family and remain as pure as a lotus.

⁵⁶dhandha-dhori aadi karte bhi mujhe yaad karte raho। ⁵⁷jaise aashik aur maashuk hote hain।

⁵⁸Remember Me while at your business. ⁵⁹There is a lover and beloved; they continue to remember one another.

⁵⁸woh to ek do ko yaad karte rehte hain।

⁶⁰One is his beloved and he is her lover.

⁵⁹woh unka aashik, woh unka maashuk hota hai।

⁶¹However, here, it is not like that.

⁶⁰yahaan woh baat nahin hai, yahaan to tum sabhi ek maashuk ke janma-janmaantar se aashik ho rehte ho।

⁶²Here, you are lovers of the Beloved for birth after birth. ⁶³The Father does not become your lover.

⁶¹baap kabhi tumhaara aashik nahin banta।

⁶⁴You remember that Beloved in order to call Him here.

⁶²tum us maashuk se milne ke liye yaad karte aaye ho।

⁶⁵You call out to Him even more when there is lot of sorrow.

⁶³jab duhkh jaasti hota hai to jaasti sumiran karte hain। ⁶⁴gaayan bhi hai duhkh mein sumiran sab karen, sukh mein kare na koy।

⁶⁶This is why there is the saying: Everyone remembers God in times of suffering and no one remembers him in times of happiness.

⁶⁵is samay baap bhi sarvashaktivaan hai, to din-pratidin maaya bhi sarvashaktivaan, tamopradhaan hoti jaati hai isliye ab baap kehte hain meethe bachche dehi-abhimaani bano।

⁶⁷At this time, the Father is the Almighty Authority. ⁶⁸Day by day, Maya is also becoming a tamopradhan almighty authority. ⁶⁹Therefore, the Father says: Sweet children, now become soul conscious.

⁶⁶apne ko aatma samajh mujh baap ko yaad karo aur saath-saath daiveegun bhi dhaaran karo to tum aise (lakshmi-naaraayan) ban jaayenge।

⁷⁰Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father, and, together with that, imbibe divine virtues and you will become like Lakshmi and Narayan.

⁶⁷is padhaai mein mukhya baat hai hi yaad ki।

⁷¹The main aspect in this study is remembrance.

⁶⁸oonch te oonch baap ko bahut pyaar, sneh se yaad karna chaahiye।

⁷²You have to remember the highest-on-high Father with a lot of love and affection.

⁶⁹woh oonch te oonch baap hi nai duniya sthaapan karne vaala hai।

⁷³The Father is the One who establishes the new world.

⁷⁰baap kehte hain main aaya hoon tum bachchon ko vishwa ka maalik banaane, isliye ab mujhe yaad karo to tumhaare anek janmon ke paap kat jaayen।

⁷⁴He says: I have come to make you children into the masters of the world. ⁷⁵Therefore, you must remember Me so that your sins of many births can be cut away.

⁷¹patit-paavan baap kehte hain tum bahut patit ban gaye ho isliye ab tum mujhe yaad karo to tum paavan ban aur paavan duniya ka maalik ban jaayenge।

⁷⁶The Purifier Father says: You have become very impure. ⁷⁷So, you have to remember Me in order to become pure and the masters of the pure world.

⁷²patit-paavan baap ko hi bulaate hain na।

⁷⁸You call out to the Purifier Father.

⁷³ab baap aaye hain, to zaroor paavan banna pade। ⁷⁴baap duhkhaharta, sukhkarta hai।

⁷⁹Now that the Father has come, you definitely have to become pure.

⁷⁵barobar satayug mein paavan duniya thi to sabhi sukhi the।

⁸⁰The Father is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

⁷⁶ab baap phir se kehte hain bachche shantidham aur sukhdhaam ko yaad karte raho।

⁸¹The golden age was definitely a pure world and so all were happy there.

⁷⁷abhi hai sangamayug। ⁷⁸khivaiya tumko is paar se us paar le jaate hain।

⁸²Now, once again, the Father says: Children, remember the land of peace and the land of happiness.

⁷⁹naeeya koi ek nahin, saari duniya jaise ek bada jahaaj hai, unko paar le jaate hain।

⁸³This is now the confluence age. ⁸⁴The Boatman is taking you from this shore across to the other side.

⁸⁰tum meethe bachchon ko kitni khushiyaan honi chaahiye।

⁸⁵There is not only one boat; the whole world is like a big ship.

⁸¹tumhaare liye to sadaiv khushi hi khushi hai।

⁸⁶He takes that across. ⁸⁷You sweet children should have so much happiness.

⁸²behad ka baap hamko padha rahe hain।

⁸⁸For you, there is nothing but happiness.

⁸³vaah!

⁸⁹Wah!

⁸⁴yeh to kab na suna, na padha।

⁹⁰The unlimited Father is teaching us!

⁸⁵bhagvaanuvaach main tum roohaani bachchon ko raajayog sikha raha hoon, to poori reeti seekhna chaahiye। ⁸⁶dhaarna karni chaahiye।

⁹¹You have neither heard this before nor have you studied this. ⁹²God speaks: I am teaching you spiritual children Raja Yoga, and so you should study it fully.

⁸⁷poori reeti padhna chaahiye।

⁹³You should study and also imbibe it fully.

⁸⁸padhaai mein nambarvaar to sadaiv hote hi hain।

⁹⁴Everyone is always numberwise in studying anyway.

⁸⁹apne ko dekhna chaahiye main uttam hoon, madhyam hoon va kanishta hoon?

⁹⁵Each of you should look at yourself: Am I the highest, average or the lowest?

⁹⁰baap kehte hain apne ko dekho main oonch pad paane ke laayak hoon?

⁹⁶The Father says: Check yourself: Am I worthy of claiming a high status?

⁹¹roohaani service karta hoon?

⁹⁷Am I doing spiritual service?

⁹²kyonki baap kehte hain bachche serviceable bano, follow karo।

⁹⁸The Father says: O children, become serviceable and follow the Father.

⁹³main aaya hi hoon service ke liye।

⁹⁹I have come for the sake of doing service.

⁹⁴roz service karta hoon isliye hi to yeh rath liya hai।

¹⁰⁰I do service every day. ¹⁰¹This is why I have taken this one’s chariot.

⁹⁵inka rath beemaar pad jaata hai to bhi main inmen baith murli likhta hoon।

¹⁰²When this one’s chariot becomes ill, I sit in this one and write the murli.

⁹⁶mukh se to bol nahin sakte to main likh deta hoon, taaki bachchon ke liye murli miss na ho to main bhi service par hoon na। ⁹⁷yeh hai roohaani service।

¹⁰³I cannot speak through the mouth, and I therefore write it down instead so that you children don’t miss a murli. ¹⁰⁴Therefore, I too am on service; this is spiritual service.

⁹⁸tum bhi baap ki service mein lag jaao। ⁹⁹on god fatherly service।

¹⁰⁵You too should engage yourselves in the Father’s service: On Godfatherly Service.

¹⁰⁰baap hi tumko saare vishwa ka maalik banaane aaye hain, jo achha purushaartha karte hain unko mahaaveer kaha jaata hai।

¹⁰⁶The Father has come to make you into the masters of the world. ¹⁰⁷Those who make effort well are called mahavirs.

¹⁰¹dekha jaata hai kaun mahaaveer hain jo baba ke direction par chalte hain।

¹⁰⁸It is seen who the mahavirs are who follow Baba’s directions.

¹⁰²baap ka pharmaan hai apne ko aatma samajh bhaai-bhaai dekho। ¹⁰³is shareer ko bhool jaao।

¹⁰⁹The Father’s order is: Consider yourselves to be souls and see others as your brothers.

¹⁰⁴baba bhi shareer ko nahin dekhte hain।

¹¹⁰Forget your bodies. ¹¹¹Baba does not see bodies either.

¹⁰⁵baap kehte hain main aatmaon ko dekhta hoon।

¹¹²The Father says: I only see souls.

¹⁰⁶baaki yeh to gyaan hai ki aatma shareer bigar bol nahin sakti।

¹¹³However, there is the knowledge that a soul cannot speak without a body.

¹⁰⁷main bhi is shareer mein aaya hoon, loan liya hua hai।

¹¹⁴I have entered this body; I have taken it on loan.

¹⁰⁸shareer ke saath hi aatma padh sakti hai।

¹¹⁵Only when a soul is in a body can he study.

¹⁰⁹baba ki baithak yahaan hai।

¹¹⁶Baba sits here (middle of the forehead).

¹¹⁰yeh hai akaal takhta।

¹¹⁷This is the immortal throne.

¹¹¹aatma akaalmoorta hai।

¹¹⁸Each soul is an immortal image.

¹¹²aatma kab chhoti badi nahin hoti hai, shareer chhota bada hota hai।

¹¹⁹Souls do not become smaller or larger; bodies become smaller or larger.

¹¹³jo bhi aatmaayen hain un sabhi ka takhta yeh bhrikuti ka beech hai।

¹²⁰The middle of the forehead is the throne of each soul. ¹²¹Everyone’s body is different.

¹¹⁴shareer to sabhi ke bhinna-bhinna hote hain। ¹¹⁵kiska akaal takhta purush ka hai, kiska akaal takhta stri ka hai।

¹²²The immortal throne of some is that of a man and the immortal throne of others is that of a woman.

¹¹⁶kiska akaal takhta bachche ka hai।

¹²³The immortal throne of some is of a child.

¹¹⁷baap baith bachchon ko roohaani drill sikhlaate hain।

¹²⁴The Father sits here and teaches spiritual drill to you children.

¹¹⁸jab koi se baat karo to pahle apne ko aatma samjho। ¹¹⁹ham aatma phalaane bhaai se baat karte hain।

¹²⁵Whenever you talk to anyone, first of all consider yourself to be a soul: I, the soul, am talking to this brother.

¹²⁰baap ka paigaam dete hain ki shivbaaba ko yaad karo।

¹²⁶Give the Father’s message to remember Shiv Baba.

¹²¹yaad se hi junk utarni hai। ¹²²sone mein jab alloy padti hai to sone ki value hi kam ho jaati hai।

¹²⁷It is by your having remembrance that the alloy will be removed from you. ¹²⁸When gold has alloy mixed with it, its value decreases.

¹²³tum aatmaon mein bhi junk padne se tum valueless ho gaye ho।

¹²⁹When alloy becomes mixed into you souls, you even become valueless.

¹²⁴ab phir paavan banna hai।

¹³⁰You have to become pure again.

¹²⁵tum aatmaon ko ab gyaan ka teesra netra mila hai।

¹³¹Each of you souls has now received a third eye of knowledge.

¹²⁶us netra se apne bhaaeeyon ko dekho।

¹³²See your brothers through that eye.

¹²⁷bhaai-bhaai ko dekhne se karmendriyaan kab chanchal nahin hongi।

¹³³By having the vision of brotherhood your sense organs will not become mischievous.

¹²⁸raaj-bhaag lena hai, vishwa ka maalik banna hai to yeh mehnat karo।

¹³⁴If you want to claim your fortune of the kingdom and become masters of the world, make effort.

¹²⁹bhaai-bhaai samajh sabhi ko gyaan do। ¹³⁰to phir yeh tev (aadat) pakki ho jaayegi।

¹³⁵Consider everyone to be your brother and donate knowledge to them. ¹³⁶This habit will then become firm.

¹³¹sachche-sachche brothers tum sabhi ho।

¹³⁷All of you are true brothers.

¹³²baap bhi oopar se aaye hain, tum bhi aaye ho।

¹³⁸The Father has come from up above and you too have come from up above.

¹³³baap bachchon sahit service kar rahe hain।

¹³⁹The Father together with the children are doing service.

¹³⁴service karne ki baap himmat dete hain।

¹⁴⁰The Father gives you courage to do service.

¹³⁵himmate marda… to yeh practice karni hai - main aatma bhaai ko padhaata hoon।

¹⁴¹So, you now have courage. ¹⁴²Therefore, practise this: I, the soul, am teaching my brother.

¹³⁶aatma padhti hai na।

¹⁴³It is souls who study.

¹³⁷isko spiritual knowledge kaha jaata hai, jo roohaani baap se hi milti hai।

¹⁴⁴This is called spiritual knowledge which you receive from the spiritual Father.

¹³⁸sangam par hi baap aakar yeh knowledge dete hain ki apne ko aatma samjho।

¹⁴⁵The Father comes and gives you this knowledge at the confluence age: Consider yourselves to be souls.

¹³⁹tum nange aaye the phir yahaan shareer dhaaran kar tumne 84 janma part bajaaya hai।

¹⁴⁶You came bodiless, took bodies here and played your parts for 84 births.

¹⁴⁰ab phir vaapis chalna hai isliye apne ko aatma samajh bhaai-bhaai ki drishti se dekhna hai।

¹⁴⁷You now have to go back again. ¹⁴⁸Therefore, consider yourselves to be souls and have the vision of brotherhood.

¹⁴¹yeh mehnat karni hai।

¹⁴⁹You have to make this effort.

¹⁴²tum bachchon ko apni mehnat karni hai, doosre mein hamaara kya jaata।

¹⁵⁰You children have to make your own effort. ¹⁵¹What concern do we have with others?

¹⁴³charity begins at hom arthaat pahle khud ko aatma samajh phir bhaaeeyon ko samjhaao to achhi reeti teer lagega।

¹⁵²Charity begins at home, that is, first consider yourselves to be souls and then explain to your brothers and the arrow will strike the target well.

¹⁴⁴yeh jauhar bharna hai।

¹⁵³You have to fill yourselves with this force.

¹⁴⁵mehnat karenge tab hi oonch pad paayenge।

¹⁵⁴Only when you make effort will you claim a high status.

¹⁴⁶baap aaye hi hain phal dene liye to mehnat karni pade।

¹⁵⁵The Father has come to give you the fruit, and so you should make effort.

¹⁴⁷kuchh sahan bhi karna padta hai।

¹⁵⁶You also have to tolerate a few things.

¹⁴⁸tumhein koi ulti-sulti baat bole to tum chup raho।

¹⁵⁷Just remain silent when anyone says anything wrong.

¹⁴⁹tum chup rahenge to phir doosra kya karega।

¹⁵⁸What can the other person do if you remain silent?

¹⁵⁰taali do haath se bajti hai।

¹⁵⁹Clapping takes place with two hands.

¹⁵¹ek ne mukh ki taali bajaai, doosra chup kar de to woh aapehi chup ho jaayenge।

¹⁶⁰If the first one claps with his mouth but the other one remains silent, then the first one will automatically become silent.

¹⁵²taali se taali bajne se aavaaj ho jaata hai।

¹⁶¹Only when there is the clapping of two hands is there noise.

¹⁵³bachchon ko ek do ka kalyaan karna hai।

¹⁶²You children have to bring benefit to each other.

¹⁵⁴baap samjhaate hain bachche sadaiv khushi mein rahne chaahte ho to manamnaabhav। ¹⁵⁵apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo।

¹⁶³The Father explains: Children, if you want to remain constantly happy, become “Manmanabhav”: consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

¹⁵⁶bhaaeeyon (aatmaon) taraph dekho।

¹⁶⁴Look at the soul, your brother.

¹⁵⁷bhaaeeyon ko bhi yeh knowledge do।

¹⁶⁵Give this knowledge to your brothers.

¹⁵⁸yeh tev (aadat) pad jaane se phir kabhi criminal aai dhokha nahin degi।

¹⁶⁶When you develop this habit, you will not be deceived by any criminal eye.

¹⁵⁹gyaan ke teesre netra se teesre netra ko dekho।

¹⁶⁷With the third eye of knowledge, look at the third eye.

¹⁶⁰baba bhi tumhaari aatma ko hi dekhte hain।

¹⁶⁸Baba too only looks at you souls.

¹⁶¹koshish yeh karni hai sadaiv aatma ko hi dekhen। ¹⁶²shareer ko dekhen hi nahin।

¹⁶⁹You have to try and only look at souls all the time and not even see their bodies.

¹⁶³yog karaate ho to bhi apne ko aatma samajh bhaaeeyon ko dekhte rahenge to service achhi hogi। ¹⁶⁴baba ne kaha hai bhaaeeyon ko samjhaao।

¹⁷⁰When you conduct meditation, if you consider yourself to be a soul and continue to see others as brothers, good service will be done.
