023-01-22 praatahmurli om shanti ''avyakt-baapdaada'' revise 29-12-89 madhuban
0 23/01/22 Madhuban Avyakt BapDada Om Shanti 29/12/89 1The essence of the study is: coming and going
1padhaai ka saar - “aana aur jaana'' 2aaj murleedhar baap apne master murleedhar bachchon ko dekh rahe hain। 3sabhi bachche murli aur milan ke chaatrak hain।
2Today, the Murlidhar Father is seeing His master murlidhar children. 3All the children are like chatraks (mythical bird thirsty for a drop of rain), thirsty for the murli and the meeting.
4aise chaatrak sivaae brahman-aatmaon ke aur koi ho nahin sakta।
4No one except Brahmin souls can be as thirsty.
5yeh gyaan-murli aur parmaatma milan nyaara aur pyaara hai।
5This murli of knowledge and meeting with God are unique and lovely.
6duniya ki anek aatmaayen parmaatma-milan ki pyaasi hain, intajaar mein hain। 7lekin aap brahman-aatmaayen duniya ke kone mein gupta roop mein apna shreshtha bhaagya praapta kar rahi ho kyonki divya baap ko jaanne athva dekhne ke liye divya buddhi aur divya drishti chaahiye jo baap ne aap vishesh aatmaon ko di hai isliye aap brahman hi jaan sakte aur milan mana sakte ho।
6Many souls of the world are thirsty to meet God and are waiting in anticipation, whereas you Brahmin souls in a corner of the world are attaining your elevated fortune in an incognito way. 7In order to know and see the divine Father, you need a divine intellect and divine vision, which the Father has given each of you special souls. 8This is why only you Brahmins are able to know Him and celebrate meeting Him.
8duniya vaale to pukaarte rehte - “ek boond ke pyaase ham'' aur aap kya kehte ho?
9People of the world keep calling out: “We are thirsty for one drop”, whereas what do you say?
9ham varse ke adhikaari hain, kitna antar hai - kahaan pyaasi aur kahaan adhikaari!
10“We have a right to the inheritance.” 11How great the difference is between those who are thirsty and those who have a right!
10abhi bhi sabhi adhikaari bankar adhikaar se aakar pahunche ho।
12Now, all of you have arrived here by right, as those who have a right.
11dil mein yeh nasha hai ki ham apne baap ke ghar mein athva apne ghar mein aaye hain।
13You have the intoxication in your heart that you have come to your Father's home, that is, to your own home.
12aise nahin kahenge ki ham aashram mein aaye hain।
14You wouldn't say that you have come to an ashram.
13apne ghar mein aaye hain - aise samajhte ho na?
15You believe that you have come home, do you not?
14adhikaar ki nishaani hai apnaapan। 15apne baap ke paas aaye hain, apne parivaar mein aaye hain।
16The sign of having a right is that there is the feeling of belonging. 17You have come to your Father; you have come to your family.
16mehmaan bankar ke nahin aate lekin bachche aaye hain apne ghar mein।
18You children don’t come here as guests but you come to your home.
17chaahe chaar din ke liye aate ho lekin samajhte ho - madhuban apne sthaan par pahunche hain।
19Even though you come for four days, you think that you have come to Madhuban, your own place.
18to yeh aana aur jaana। 19aap braahmanon ki jo padhaai hai va murleedhar ki jo murli hai uska saar yeh do shabd hi hain - “aana aur jaana''।
20Coming and going: these two words ‘coming’ and ‘going’ are the essence of the study of you Brahmins and of the murli of the Murlidhar.
20yaad ki yaatra ka abhyaas kya karte ho?
21What is it that you practise for your pilgrimage of remembrance?
21karmayogi ka arth hi hai - main ashareeri aatma shareer ke bandhan se nyaari hoon, karma karne ke liye karma mein aati hoon aur karma samaapta kar karma-sambandh se nyaari ho jaati hoon, sambandh mein rehte hain, bandhan mein nahin rehte।
22To be a karma yogi means: I, a bodiless soul, am detached from the bondage of my body. 23I come into action simply in order to perform an action; I complete that action and become detached from any relationship with that action. 24I stay in relationship, but not in bondage.
22to yeh kya hua?
25So, what is this?
23karma ke liye “aana'' aur phir nyaara ho jaana।
26It means “to come” - to perform an action - and then “to go” by becoming detached.
24karma ke bandhan-vash karma mein nahin aate ho lekin karmendriyon ko adheen kar adhikaar se karma karne ke liye karmayogi bante ho।
27You don't come into action under the influence of any bondage of karma, but you make the sense organs subservient and become karma yogis in order to perform actions with authority.
25indriyon ke karma ke vasheebhoot nahin ho।
28You are not influenced by the actions performed by your senses.
26koi bhi kisi ke vash ho jaata to vash hui aatma majboor ho jaati hai aur maalik banne vaali aatma kabhi kisse majboor nahin hoti, apne svamaan mein majboot hoti hai।
29If someone comes under an influence, then a soul under an influence is compelled, whereas a soul who is a master is never compelled by anything. 30That soul is strong in his self-respect.
27kai bachche abhi bhi kabhi-kabhi kisi-na-kisi karmendriy ke vash ho jaate hain, phir kehte hain - aaj aankh ne dhokha de diya, aaj mukh ne dhokha de diya, drishti ne dhokha de diya।
31Even now, some children sometimes still come under the influence of one physical organ or another and they then say: “Today, my eyes deceived me, today, my mouth deceived me, my drishti deceived me.”
28parvash hona arthaat dhokha khaana aur dhokhe ki nishaani hai duhkh ki anubhooti hona।
32To come under one influence or another means to be deceived. 33The sign of being deceived is experiencing sorrow.
29aur dhokha khaana chaahte nahin hain lekin na chaahte hue bhi kar lete hain, isko hi kaha jaata hai vasheebhoot hona।
34You don't want to be deceived, but you do something even against your will. 35This is known as being influenced.
30duniya vaale kehte hain - chakkar mein aa gaye…chaahte bhi nahin the lekin pata nahin kaise chakkar mein aa gaye।
36People of the world say “We were caught in a spin. 37We didn't want to, we don't know how but we were caught in a spin.”
31aap svadarshan chakradhaari aatma kisi dhokhe ke chakkar mein nahin aa sakti kyonki svadarshan chakra anek chakkar se chhudaane vaala hai।
38You souls, who are spinners of the discus of self-realisation, can never get caught in a spin of deception, because this discus of self-realisation liberates you from all other spins.
32na sirf apne ko, lekin auron ko bhi chhudaane ke nimitta bante hain।
39It is one that not only liberates you, but also enables you to become instruments to liberate others.
33anek prakaar ke duhkh ke chakkaron se bachne ke liye sochte hain - is srishti-chakra se nikal jaayen...।
40People think about becoming free from the sorrow of many types of spinning and so they want to come out of the world cycle.
34lekin srishti chakra ke andar part bajaate hue anek duhkh ke chakkaron se mukta ho jeevanmukta sthiti ko praapta kar sakte hain - yeh koi nahin jaanta hai।
41However, they do not know that it is possible to play a part in the world cycle while being liberated from the spinning of the many types of sorrow and still achieve the stage of being liberated in life.
35aap challenge karte ho ki ham aapko jeevan mein mukti double dila sakte hain - jeevan bhi ho aur mukti bhi ho aisi challenge ki hai na?
42You challenge them and tell them that you can enable them to claim double liberation in life, where there is liberation as well as life. 43You have issued such a challenge, have you not?
36nashe se kehte ho ki jeevanmukti aapka aur hamaara janma siddha adhikaar hai, to svadarshan chakradhaari arthaat duhkh ke chakkaron se mukta rahne vaale aur mukta karne vaale।
44You say with intoxication, “Liberation-in-life is our and your birthright.” 45So, to be a spinner of the discus of self-realisation means to be liberated from the spinning of sorrow and to liberate others.
37vasheebhoot hone vaale nahin lekin adhikaari ban, maalik ban sarva karmendriyon se karma karaane vaale।
46You are not those who are influenced, but those who act with all your sense organs by right, as masters.
38dhokha khaane vaale nahin lekin auron ko bhi dhokhe se chhudaane vaale।
47You are not ones who are deceived, but those who liberate others from deception.
39yahi abhyaas karte ho na - karma mein aana aur phir nyaara ho jaana, to yaad ka abhyaas kya raha?
48This is what you practise, is it not? 49To come into action and then become detached. 50So, what is the practice of remembrance?
40aana aur jaana।
51Coming and going.
41aur padhaai arthaat gyaan ka saar kya hai?
52Then, what is it that you study, that is, the essence of knowledge?
42karmaateet ban ghar jaana hai aur phir raajya karne ka part bajaane apne raajya mein aana hai।
53To become karmateet and return home, and then to go to your kingdom and play your part of ruling.
43yahi gyaan ka saar hai na।
54This is the essence of knowledge, is it not?
44to “jaana'' aur “aana'' - yahi gyaan aur yog hai, isi abhyaas mein din-raat lage hue ho।
55So coming and going: this is knowledge and yoga. 56You are engaged in practising this day and night.
45buddhi mein ghar jaane ki aur phir raajya mein aane ki khushi hai।
57You have in your intellects the happiness of going home and of coming into your kingdom.
46jaise madhuban apne ghar mein aate ho to kitni khushi rehti hai।
58When you come to your home of Madhuban, you have so much happiness.
47jab se ticket book karaate ho tab se jaana hai, jaana hai - yeh buddhi mein yaad rehta hai na!
59From the time you book your ticket, you have thoughts inside, "I am going to go, I am going to go!” 60You remember this in your intellect.
48to jab madhuban ghar ki khushi hai to aatma ke ghar jaane ki bhi khushi hai।
61You have the happiness of going to your Madhuban home, and therefore also of going to the home of souls.
49lekin khushi se kaun jaayega?
62However, who will go in happiness?
50jitna sada yeh “aane'' aur “jaane'' ka abhyaas hoga। 51jab chaaho tab ashareeri sthiti mein sthit ho jaao aur jab chaaho tab karmaateet ban jaao - yeh abhyaas bahut pakka chaahiye।
63Those who constantly have more practice of coming and going, who stabilise themselves in the bodiless stage whenever they want and become karmateet whenever they want. 64This practice has to be very firm.
52aise na ho ki aap ashareeri banne chaaho aur shareer ka bandhan, karma ka bandhan, vyaktiyon ka bandhan, vaibhvon ka bandhan, svabhaav-sanskaaron ka bandhan apni taraph aakarshit kare।
65It shouldn’t be that you wish to become bodiless, but that the bondage of your body, the bondage of karma, the bondage of others, the bondage of possessions, or the bondage of nature and sanskars attract you.
53koi bhi bandhan ashareeri banne nahin dega।
66Any type of bondage will not allow you to become bodiless.
54jaise koi tight dress pahante hain to samay par second mein utaarne chaahen to utaar nahin sakenge, khinchaavat hoti hai kyonki shareer se chipka hua hai।
67It is the same as when someone is wearing a tight dress and, due to necessity, wishes to take it off in a second, but she is not able to do so, and struggles because it is clinging to the body.
55aise koi bhi bandhan ka khinchaav apni taraph kheechega।
68In the same way, any bondage will pull you to itself.
56bandhan aatma ko tight kar deta hai isliye baapdaada sadaiv yeh paath padhaate hain - nirlipta arthaat nyaare aur ati pyaare।
69A bondage makes souls tight. 70Therefore, BapDada always teaches this lesson: Be immune, that is, be detached and extremely loving.
57yeh bahutkaal ka abhyaas chaahiye।
71You have to practise this for a long period of time.
58gyaan sunna-sunaana, seva karna yeh alag cheez hai lekin yeh abhyaas ati aavashyak hai।
72Listening to knowledge, giving knowledge to others and doing service are different things, but this practice is extremely necessary.
59paas with honour banna hai to is abhyaas mein paas hona ati aavashyak hai।
73In order for you to pass with honours, it is essential to pass in this practice.
60aur isi abhyaas par attention dene mein double underline karo, tab hi double light ban karmaateet sthiti ko praapta kar double taajdhaari banenge।
74So, doubly underline paying attention to this practice. 75Only then will you become double-light, attain the karmateet stage and claim a double crown.
61brahman bane, baap ke varse ke adhikaari bane, godly student banen, gyaani tu aatma bane, vishwa sevaadhaari bane - yeh bhaagya to pa liya lekin ab paas with honour hone ke liye, karmaateet sthiti ke sameep jaane ke liye brahma baap samaan nyaare ashareeri banne ke abhyaas par vishesh attention।
76You became Brahmins, you claimed a right to the Father’s inheritance, you became Godly students, you became enlightened souls, you became world servers. 77You have attained all of that fortune, but now, in order to pass with honours, and come close to the karmateet stage, like Father Brahma, pay special attention to practising becoming detached and bodiless.
62jaise brahma baap ne saakaar jeevan mein karmaateet hone ke pahle nyaare aur pyaare rahne ke abhyaas ka pratyaksha anubhav karaaya।
78Brahma Baba gave you the practical experience of the instant fruit of his practice of being detached and loving before becoming karmateet in his physical life.
63jo sabhi bachche anubhav sunaate ho - sunte hue nyaare, kaarya karte hue nyaare, bolte hue nyaare rehte the।
79All of you children share your experience of this: He remained detached while listening, he remained detached while performing actions and detached while speaking.
64seva ko va koi karma ko chhoda nahin lekin nyaare ho last din bhi bachchon ki seva samaapta ki।
80He did not stop doing service. 81He did not stop performing any action, but he remained detached and, even on the last day, completed the service of the children.
65nyaaraapan har karma mein saphalta sahaj anubhav karaata hai।
82Detachment easily brings the experience of success in every action.
66karke dekho। 67ek ghanta kisko samjhaane ki bhi mehnat karke dekho aur uske antar mein 15 minute mein sunte hue, bolte hue nyaarepan ki sthiti mein sthit hoke doosri aatma ko bhi nyaarepan ki sthiti ka vibration dekar dekho।
83Try it and see; speak to someone for an hour and make effort to make him understand and, in contrast to that, listen and speak to another soul for 15 minutes while stabilised in the stage of being detached, as you give the other soul vibrations of the stage of detachment.
68jo 15 minute mein saphalta hogi woh ek ghante mein nahin hogi।
84The success that you achieve in these 15 minutes would not be achieved in one hour.
69yahi practice brahma baap ne karke dikhaai।
85Father Brahma practised this and demonstrated it to you.
70to samjha kya karna hai!
86So, do you understand what you have to do?
71pahle nimitta to teachers hain।
87The first instruments are you teachers, are you not?
72follow father karengi na।
88You will follow the father, will you not?
73seva ka vistaar bhal kitna bhi badhaao lekin vistaar mein jaate saar ki sthiti ka abhyaas kam na ho, vistaar mein saar bhool na jaaye।
89No matter how much you expand service, while going into expansion, do not reduce your practice of stabilising in the stage of the essence. 90Do not forget the essence in the expansion.
74khaao-piyo, seva karo lekin nyaarepan ko nahin bhoolo।
91Eat, drink and do service, but do not forget to be detached.
75vaani dvaara bhi kahaan tak seva karenge, kitnon ki karenge!
92To what extent can you serve with words? 93How many will you serve?
76ab to roohaani vibration, ashreereepan ki sthiti ke vibration, nyaare aur pyaarepan ke shaktishaali vibration vaayumandal mein phailaao।
94Now spread spiritual vibrations into the atmosphere, the vibrations of the stage of being bodiless and the powerful vibrations of being detached and loving.
77seva ki teevragti ka saadhan bhi yahi hai।
95This is the way to have a fast speed of service.
78doosron ki seva karne ke pahle svayan is vidhi mein sampanna honge tab seva ki siddhi ko praapta karenge।
96Before serving others, if you perfect this method in yourselves, you will be able to achieve success in service.
79ab vaani mein aana sahaj ho gaya hai aur dil se bhi karte ho kyonki abhyaas pakka ho gaya hai।
97It has now become easy to speak, and you do that from your hearts, because that practice is now firm.
80aise yeh abhyaas bhi natural ho jaayega।
98Similarly, this practice will also become natural.
81is natural abhyaas se hi nature badli hogi। 82chaahe manushya aatmaon ki nature, chaahe prakriti (nature)।
99It is by having this natural practice that nature will change, whether it is the nature of human souls or nature of the elements (matter).
83samjha?
100Do you understand?
84mushkil to nahin lagta hai na!
101You do not find this difficult, do you?
85bade te bade baap ke bachche hain aur bade-te-badi praapti ke adhikaari hain, to uske liye koi badi baat nahin।
102You are the children of the greatest Father and you have a right to the greatest attainment, and so this is not a big thing for you.
86attention rakhna to aata hai na ki tension rakhna aata hai।
103You know how to pay attention, do you not? 104Or, do you know how to have tension?
87niji sanskaar attention ke hain।
105Your original sanskars are those of paying attention.
88jab tension rakhna aata hai to attention rakhna kya badi baat hai?
106Since you know how to have tension, is it a big thing to pay attention?
89tension rakhne mein to aadti ho gaye na।
107You have instilled the habit of having tension, have you not?
90attention ka bhi tension nahin rakho lekin natural attention ho।
108Do not have any tension, even in paying attention, but have natural attention.
91kai aisa bhi karte hain - attention ko tension mein badal dete, lekin attention ko attention ke roop mein rakho, badli nahin karo।
109What some do is to change attention into tension, but let attention remain in the form of attention; do not change it.
92original abhyaas aatma ko nyaare hone ka hai।
110The original practice of you souls is that of remaining detached.
93nyaari thi, nyaari hai, phir nyaari banegi।
111It was detached, it is detached and it will become detached.
94sirf attachment nyaara banne nahin deta hai।
112It is just that attachment does not allow it to become detached.
95vaise aatma ki original nature shareer se nyaare rahne ki hai, alag hai।
113In fact, the original nature of souls is to remain detached from bodies; they are separate.
96shareer aatma nahin, aatma shareer nahin। 97to nyaare hue na।
114A body is not a soul, and a soul is not a body; so they are detached, are they not?
98sirf 63 janmon se attachment ki aadat pad gai hai।
115It is just that there has been the habit of attachment for 63 births.
99original to original hi hota hai।
116Original always remains original.
100achha। 101double videshi bhi bahut pahunch gaye hain - naya varsha manaane ke liye।
117Achcha, many double foreigners have also arrived. 118You have arrived in order to celebrate the New Year.
102mehmaan bankarke aaye ho ya bachche bankar aaye ho?
119Have you come as guests or have you come as the children?
103apnaapan lagta hai na। 104baapdaada bhi bachchon ko apne ghar mein dekh harshit hote hain।
120You have a feeling of belonging, do you not? 121BapDada is also pleased seeing His children in His home.
105bachche sadaiv ghar ka shrringaar hote hain। 106bachchon se madhuban saj jaata hai, isliye baapdaada apne ghar ke shrringaar ko dekh khush ho rahe hain।
122Children are always the decoration of the home, and so Madhuban is decorated with you children. 123This is why BapDada is pleased to see the decoration of His home.
107chaahe bhaaratvaasi, chaahe videshi - donon hi ghar ke shrringaar hain।
124Whether you are a Bharatwasi or a foreigner, you are both the decoration of the home.
108baapdaada aane ki bhi mubaarak dete hain, jaane ki bhi mubaarak dete hain। 109yahaan aana bhi achha hai, jaana bhi achha hai।
125BapDada congratulates you for coming and He also congratulates you for leaving, because coming here is good and leaving here is also good.
110vidaai nahin hai, badhaaiyaan hi badhaaiyaan hain।
126It is not farewell, but only congratulations on top of congratulations.
111jaayenge to seva ki badhaaiyaan aur yahaan aaye ho to milne ki badhaaiyaan।
127When you leave here, you are congratulated for the service you do and when you come here, you are congratulated for the meeting.
112donon hi mubaarak hain na।
128Both are congratulations, are they not?
113achha।
129Achcha.
114sarva desh-videsh ke sada adhikaari bachchon ko, sada gyaan aur yaad ke saar mein rahne vaali shreshtha aatmaon ko, sada aana aur jaana is smriti se sampanna banne vaali aatmaon ko, sada brahma baap ko follow karne vaale, karmaateet sthiti ke sameep pahunchne vaale yogi aatmaon ko, sada apnepan ke anubhav aur adhikaar ki khushi mein rahne vaale khushmizaaj bachchon ko baapdaada ka yaadapyaar aur namaste।
130To all the children from this land and abroad who constantly have a right, to the elevated souls who constantly maintain the essence of gyan and yoga, to the souls who are to become full of the awareness of coming and going, to the yogi souls who constantly follow Father Brahma and come close to their karmateet stage, to the children who stay in the happiness of feeling they belong and have a right, to those with happiness in their hearts, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.
115doctors prati avyakt mahaavaakya - sabhi doctors ke dil mein kya hai?
131Avyakt BapDada meeting a group of doctors: 132What is in the hearts of all you doctors?
116hospital to nahin hai?
133It isn’t the hospital, is it?
117baap ko dil mein bithaana arthaat sada ke liye anekon ko shapha dena।
134To make the Father sit in your heart means to give a cure for all time to many others.
118aajkal to doctors bhi kehte hain ki davaai itna kaam nahin karegi jitna dua karegi।
135Nowadays, even doctors say that medicine doesn’t work as much as blessings do.
119vo bhi davaaeeyon se dilshikasta ho gaye hain kyonki jaante hain na ki iski result kya hai aur kya niklegi!
136They too have become disappointed by medicine, because they know what the result of it is; what else can it be? 137This is why everyone’s vision is now going towards blessings.
120isliye abhi sabki nazar duaaon taraph ja rahi hai।
138Now, yoga, in the form of exercise, is increasing everywhere.
121abhi yog exercise ke roop mein chaaron or badhta ja raha hai। 122abhi yog tak aaye hain, sahjayog tak aa jaayenge।
139They have now reached the stage of yoga, and they will eventually come to the stage of easy yoga (sahaj yoga).
123davaaeeyon ke bajaae doosri taraph abhi buddhi to gai hai na।
140At least their intellects have gone in a different direction away from medicine.
124aakhir thikaane par aa jaayenge to doctors yahi kaam karte ho na।
141Ultimately, they will come to the right destination. 142So this is the work that you doctors do, is it not?
125sabki buddhi ko thikaane par lagaane vaale ho na?
143You are the ones who bring everyone’s intellect to the right place, are you not?
126achha hai, himmat rakhne se baap ki madad svatah mil rahi hai, milti rahegi।
144It is good. 145By maintaining courage, you automatically receive the Father’s help and will continue to do so.
127jahaan himmat hai vahaan asambhav bhi sambhav ho jaayega।
146Where there is courage, the impossible becomes possible.
128sabhi asambhav ko sambhav karne vaale ho।
147You are all those who make the impossible possible.
129jo duniya vaale kehte hain man ko ekaagra karna bahut mushkil hai, asambhav bhi kah dete hain aur aap kya kehte ho?
148People of the world say it is very difficult to concentrate their minds. 149They even say that is impossible, whereas what do you say?
130aapke liye to second ki baat hai na।
150For you, it is a matter of a second, is it not?
131bas baba kaha aur man thikaane par pahuncha।
151You simply say “Baba!” and your mind reaches its destination.
132to aapke liye second ka kaam hai aur unhon ke liye asambhav hai।
152So, for you, it is a task of a second whereas, for them, it is impossible. 153There is so much difference!
133kitna antar aa gaya!
154It doesn’t take you time, does it?
134time to nahin lagta hai? 135aise to nahin - geet baje, laal batti jale tab hi man tikega?
155It isn’t that you have to wait for the song to play, for the red lights to be switched on and only then can your minds concentrate, is it?
136mehnat to nahin karni padti?
156You don’t have to work hard at it, do you?
137apna baap hai na।
157He is your Father, after all, is He not?
138koi doosre ka baap to nahin hai।
158He is not anyone else’s Father.
139apna baap nahin ho aur koi kahe - yeh aapka baap hai, ise yaad karo to yaad nahin kar sakenge na!
159If someone were not your father and someone told you that he was your father and that you had to remember him, you would not be able to remember him, would you?
140lekin yeh to apna hai।
160However, this One is your Father.
141apni cheez ko yaad karna kabhi mushkil nahin hota।
161It is never difficult to remember someone who belongs to you.
142paraaye ko yaad karna mushkil hota hai।
162It is difficult to remember those who don’t belong to you.
143aap to adhikaar se yaad karte ho ya bhagwan hai, bahut bada hai, soorya samaan hai - aise yaad karte ho?
163You remember Him with a right. 164Or is it that you remember Him, thinking that He is God, He is so great, He is like the sun?
144sab kuchh mera hai - is adhikaar se yaad karo।
165Remember Him with the right of everything belonging to you.
145roohaani gulaab ban saara din khushbu phailaate raho।
166Become spiritual roses and continue to spread fragrance throughout the day.
146khushbu aisi cheez hoti hai jo door vaalon ko bhi aakarshit karti hai।
167Fragrance is such that it even attracts those at a distance.
147door se hi sochenge - yeh khushbu kahaan se aa rahi hai।
168Those at a distance will wonder where the fragrance is coming from.
148to aapki roohaaniyat vishwa ko aakarshit karegi।
169So, your spirituality will attract the world.
149dekho, roohaaniyat ki khushbu ne desh se videsh ko bhi aakarshit kiya na!
170Look, the fragrance of spirituality even attracted people abroad to this land, did it not?
150videsh tak khushbu pahunchi!
171The fragrance reached lands abroad.
151koi bhi kaam karte shubh sankalp se yeh khushbu phailaate raho।
172Whatever work you do, continue to spread this fragrance with your pure thoughts.
152koi bhi kaam karte check karo ki buddhi kitne taraph ja rahi hai?
173While doing any work, check in how many directions your intellect is going.
153na chaahte bhi anek taraph jaati hai, ek taraph nahin hoti।
174Even against your conscious wish, it goes in many directions; it does not go in just one direction.
154to jab aur taraph ja sakti hai to seva bhi to kar sakte ho na, yaad bhi kar sakte ho।
175Since it can go in other directions, you can also do service and have remembrance at the same time too, can you not?
155bahut thoda samay hota hai jo full buddhi us kaam mein rehti hai।
176It is for a very little time that you need to engage your intellect fully in a task.
156jo aisa koi kaam hoga - jaise doctors operation karte hain, zaroori operation hai to full buddhi hogi। 157baaki davaai de rahe hain, dekh rahe hain to buddhi aur kaam bhi karti hai।
177When there is a certain type of work, such as a surgeon carrying out an essential operation, the intellect would then be fully engaged in that, but when medicine is being given or you are checking a patient, your intellect can then do other work too.
158jab woh kar sakti hai to yeh kyon nahin kar sakti।
178Since it can do that work, why can it not do this work?
159man aur buddhi ki aadat hai chakra lagaane ki।
179The mind and intellect have a habit of spinning.
160chaahe gyaan ka chakra chalaao aur chaahe vyartha chalaao lekin chakkar chalta zaroor hai।
180Whether you spin the discus of knowledge or you spin a discus of waste, there definitely is some spinning going on.
161aap svadarshan-chakra chalaao to aur chakkar khatma ho jaayenge।
181When you spin the discus of self-realisation, all other spinning ends.
162to sabhi seva mein sahayogi ho?
182So all of you are co-operative in doing service, are you not?
163jise samay nahin milta, circumstance hain - woh haath uthaao।
183Those of you who don’t have any time due to your circumstances, raise your hands!
164mansa seva to sab kar sakte ho na?
184All of you can serve with your minds, can you not?
165busy rahne ke liye seva bahut achha saadhan hai।
185Doing service is a very good way to keep busy.
166jitna apne ko busy rakhenge utna safe rahenge।
186The busier your keep yourself, the safer you will be.
167chaahe mansa karo, chaahe vaacha karo, chaahe karmana karo lekin buddhi se busy zaroor raho।
187Whether you serve with your thoughts, words or actions, definitely keep your intellects busy.
168haath-paanv se to rehte ho lekin buddhi se busy raho।
188You remain busy with your hands and feet, but also keep your intellects busy.
169apna time-table banaao।
189Create a timetable for yourself.
170jitna bada aadmi utna time-table fix hota hai।
190The more important a person is, the more his timetable is fixed.
171to aap bade-te-bade aadmi ho na!
191So, you are the greatest people, are you not?
172saare kalpa mein dhoondhakar ke aao braahmanon se bada koi hai?
192Search throughout the whole cycle: is there anyone greater than Brahmins?
173devtaayen bhi nahin hain।
193Even the deities are not that.
174chaahe aap hi devta banenge lekin is jeevan ke aage woh bhi kuchh nahin hai।
194Even though you yourselves will become deities, that is nothing compared to this life.
175jeevan hai to brahman jeevan ati shreshtha hai।
195Of all lives, a Brahmin life is the most elevated.
176achha।
196Achcha.

203Slogan: Be seated on the seat of self-respect and you will automatically receive everyone’s respect.
184lavleen sthiti ka anubhav karo
204*** Om Shanti *** Experience the stage of being merged in love.
185baap se sachcha pyaar hai to pyaar ki nishaani hai - samaan, karmaateet bano।
205If you have true love for the Father, the sign of love is to become equal and karmateet.
186‘karaavanhaar' hokar karma karo, karaao। 187karmendriyaan aapse nahin karaaven lekin aap karmendriyon se karaao।
206Perform actions as “karavanhar” (one who inspires) and get others to do the same. 207Do not let your physical organs make you act, but you make the physical organs work.
188kabhi bhi man-buddhi va sanskaaron ke vash hokar koi bhi karma nahin karo।
208Never perform any actions while under the influence of your mind, intellect or sanskars.
