023-01-22 prātaḥmurlī ōm śhānti ' ' avyakt-bāpdādā ' ' revise 29-12-89 madhuban

0 23/01/22 Madhuban Avyakt BapDada Om Shanti 29/12/89 1The essence of the study is: coming and going

1Paṛhāī kā sār - «  ānā aur jānā ' ' 2Āj murlīdhar bāp apnē master murlīdhar bachchō̃ kō dēkh rahē haĩ . 3Sabhī bachchē murlī aur milan K|kē chātrak haĩ .

2Today, the Murlidhar Father is seeing His master murlidhar children. 3All the children are like chatraks (mythical bird thirsty for a drop of rain), thirsty for the murli and the meeting.

4Aisē chātrak sivāē brāhmaṇ-ātmāō̃ K|kē aur kōī hō nahī̃ saktā .

4No one except Brahmin souls can be as thirsty.

5Yah jñān-muralī aur paramātma milan nyārā aur pyārā hai .

5This murli of knowledge and meeting with God are unique and lovely.

6Duniyā key|kī anēk ātmāyē̃ paramātma-milan key|kī pyāsī haĩ , intjār mē̃ haĩ . 7Lēkin āp brāhmaṇ-ātmāyē̃ duniyā K|kē kōnē mē̃ gupta rūp mē̃ apnā śhrēṣhṭh bhāgya prāpt kar rahī hō kyōṅki divya bāp kō jānnē athavā dēkhnē kē liē divya buddhi aur divya dr̥iṣhṭi chāhiē jō bāp nē āp viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ kō dī hai isliē āp brāhmaṇ hī jān saktē aur milan manā saktē hō .

6Many souls of the world are thirsty to meet God and are waiting in anticipation, whereas you Brahmin souls in a corner of the world are attaining your elevated fortune in an incognito way. 7In order to know and see the divine Father, you need a divine intellect and divine vision, which the Father has given each of you special souls. 8This is why only you Brahmins are able to know Him and celebrate meeting Him.

8Duniyā vālē tō pukārtē rahtē - «  ēk būnd K|kē pyāsē ham ' ' aur āp kyā kahtē hō  ?

9People of the world keep calling out: “We are thirsty for one drop”, whereas what do you say?

9Ham varsē K|kē adhikārī haĩ , kitnā antar hai - kahā̃ pyāsī aur kahā̃ adhikārī  !

10“We have a right to the inheritance.” 11How great the difference is between those who are thirsty and those who have a right!

10Abhī bhī sabhī adhikārī bankar adhikār sē ākar pahuñchē hō .

12Now, all of you have arrived here by right, as those who have a right.

11Dil mē̃ yah naśhā hai ki ham apnē bāp K|kē ghar mē̃ athavā apnē ghar mē̃ āyē haĩ .

13You have the intoxication in your heart that you have come to your Father's home, that is, to your own home.

12Aisē nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki ham āśhram mē̃ āyē haĩ .

14You wouldn't say that you have come to an ashram.

13Apnē ghar mē̃ āyē haĩ - aisē samajhtē hō nā  ?

15You believe that you have come home, do you not?

14Adhikār key|kī niśhānī hai apnāpan . 15Apnē bāp kē pās āyē haĩ , apnē parivār mē̃ āyē haĩ .

16The sign of having a right is that there is the feeling of belonging. 17You have come to your Father; you have come to your family.

16Mēhmān bankar K|kē nahī̃ ātē lēkin bachchē āyē haĩ apnē ghar mē̃ .

18You children don’t come here as guests but you come to your home.

17Chāhē chār din kē liē ātē hō lēkin samajhtē hō - madhuban apnē sthān par pahuñchē haĩ .

19Even though you come for four days, you think that you have come to Madhuban, your own place.

18Tō yah ānā aur jānā . 19Āp brāhmaṇō̃ key|kī jō paṛhāī hai vā murlīdhar key|kī jō murlī hai uskā sār yah dō śhabda hī haĩ - «  ānā aur jānā ' ' .

20Coming and going: these two words ‘coming’ and ‘going’ are the essence of the study of you Brahmins and of the murli of the Murlidhar.

20Yād kī yātrā kā abhyās kyā kartē hō  ?

21What is it that you practise for your pilgrimage of remembrance?

21Karmayōgī kā arth|earth hī hai - maĩ aśharīrī ātmā śharīr K|kē bandhan sē nyārī hū̃ , karma karnē kē liē karma mē̃ ātī hū̃ aur karma samāpt kar karm-sambandh sē nyārī hō jātī hū̃ , sambandh mē̃ rahtē haĩ , bandhan mē̃ nahī̃ rahtē .

22To be a karma yogi means: I, a bodiless soul, am detached from the bondage of my body. 23I come into action simply in order to perform an action; I complete that action and become detached from any relationship with that action. 24I stay in relationship, but not in bondage.

22Tō yah kyā huā  ?

25So, what is this?

23Karma kē liē «  ānā ' ' aur phir nyārā hō jānā .

26It means “to come” - to perform an action - and then “to go” by becoming detached.

24Karma K|kē bandhan-vaś karma mē̃ nahī̃ ātē hō lēkin karmēndriyō̃ kō adhīn kar adhikār sē karma karnē kē liē karmayōgī bantē hō .

27You don't come into action under the influence of any bondage of karma, but you make the sense organs subservient and become karma yogis in order to perform actions with authority.

25Indriyō̃ K|kē karma K|kē vaśhībhūt nahī̃ hō .

28You are not influenced by the actions performed by your senses.

26Kōī bhī kisī K|kē vaśh hō jātā tō vaśh huī ātmā majbūr hō jātī hai aur mālik bannē vālī ātmā kabhī kissē majbūr nahī̃ hōtī , apnē svamān mē̃ majbūt hōtī hai .

29If someone comes under an influence, then a soul under an influence is compelled, whereas a soul who is a master is never compelled by anything. 30That soul is strong in his self-respect.

27Kaī bachchē abhī bhī kabhī-kabhī kisī-n-kisī karmēndriy K|kē vaśh hō jātē haĩ , phir kahtē haĩ - āj āṅkh nē dhōkhā dē diyā , āj mukh nē dhōkhā dē diyā , dr̥iṣhṭi nē dhōkhā dē diyā .

31Even now, some children sometimes still come under the influence of one physical organ or another and they then say: “Today, my eyes deceived me, today, my mouth deceived me, my drishti deceived me.”

28Parvaśh hōnā arthāt dhōkhā khānā aur dhōkhē key|kī niśhānī hai duḥkh key|kī anubhūti hōnā .

32To come under one influence or another means to be deceived. 33The sign of being deceived is experiencing sorrow.

29Aur dhōkhā khānā chāhtē nahī̃ haĩ lēkin na chāhtē huē bhī kar lētē haĩ , iskō hī kahā jātā hai vaśhībhūt hōnā .

34You don't want to be deceived, but you do something even against your will. 35This is known as being influenced.

30Duniyā vālē kahtē haĩ - chakkar mē̃ ā gayē … chāhtē bhī nahī̃ thē lēkin patā nahī̃ kaisē chakkar mē̃ ā gayē .

36People of the world say “We were caught in a spin. 37We didn't want to, we don't know how but we were caught in a spin.”

31Āp svadarśhan chakradhārī ātmā kisī dhōkhē K|kē chakkar mē̃ nahī̃ ā saktī kyōṅki svadarśhan chakra anēk chakkar sē chhuṛānē vālā hai .

38You souls, who are spinners of the discus of self-realisation, can never get caught in a spin of deception, because this discus of self-realisation liberates you from all other spins.

32Na sirph apnē kō , lēkin aurō̃ kō bhī chhuṛānē kē nimitt bantē haĩ .

39It is one that not only liberates you, but also enables you to become instruments to liberate others.

33Anēk prakār K|kē duḥkh K|kē chakkarō̃ sē bachnē kē liē sōchtē haĩ - is sr̥iṣhṭi-chakra sē nikal jāyē̃ . . . .

40People think about becoming free from the sorrow of many types of spinning and so they want to come out of the world cycle.

34Lēkin sr̥iṣhṭi chakra K|kē andar part bajātē huē anēk duḥkh K|kē chakkarō̃ sē mukt hō jīvanmukt sthiti kō prāpt kar saktē haĩ - yah kōī nahī̃ jāntā hai .

41However, they do not know that it is possible to play a part in the world cycle while being liberated from the spinning of the many types of sorrow and still achieve the stage of being liberated in life.

35Āp challenge kartē hō ki ham āpkō jīvan mē̃ mukti double dilā saktē haĩ - jīvan bhī hō aur mukti bhī hō aisī challenge kī hai nā  ?

42You challenge them and tell them that you can enable them to claim double liberation in life, where there is liberation as well as life. 43You have issued such a challenge, have you not?

36Naśhē sē kahtē hō ki jīvanmukti āpkā aur hamārā janm siddha adhikār hai , tō svadarśhan chakradhārī arthāt duḥkh K|kē chakkarō̃ sē mukt rahnē vālē aur mukt karnē vālē .

44You say with intoxication, “Liberation-in-life is our and your birthright.” 45So, to be a spinner of the discus of self-realisation means to be liberated from the spinning of sorrow and to liberate others.

37Vaśhībhūt hōnē vālē nahī̃ lēkin adhikārī ban , mālik ban sarv karmēndriyō̃ sē karma karānē vālē .

46You are not those who are influenced, but those who act with all your sense organs by right, as masters.

38Dhōkhā khānē vālē nahī̃ lēkin aurō̃ kō bhī dhōkhē sē chhuṛānē vālē .

47You are not ones who are deceived, but those who liberate others from deception.

39Yahī abhyās kartē hō nā - karma mē̃ ānā aur phir nyārā hō jānā , tō yād kā abhyās kyā rahā  ?

48This is what you practise, is it not? 49To come into action and then become detached. 50So, what is the practice of remembrance?

40Ānā aur jānā .

51Coming and going.

41Aur paṛhāī arthāt gyān kā sār kyā hai  ?

52Then, what is it that you study, that is, the essence of knowledge?

42Karmātīt ban ghar jānā hai aur phir rājya karnē kā part bajānē apnē rājya mē̃ ānā hai .

53To become karmateet and return home, and then to go to your kingdom and play your part of ruling.

43Yahī gyān kā sār hai nā .

54This is the essence of knowledge, is it not?

44Tō «  jānā ' ' aur «  ānā ' ' - yahī gyān aur yōg hai , isī abhyās mē̃ din-rāt lagē huē hō .

55So coming and going: this is knowledge and yoga. 56You are engaged in practising this day and night.

45Buddhi mē̃ ghar jānē key|kī aur phir rājya mē̃ ānē key|kī khuśhī hai .

57You have in your intellects the happiness of going home and of coming into your kingdom.

46Jaisē madhuban apnē ghar mē̃ ātē hō tō kitnī khuśhī rahtī hai .

58When you come to your home of Madhuban, you have so much happiness.

47Jab sē ticket book karātē hō tab sē jānā hai , jānā hai - yah buddhi mē̃ yād rahtā hai nā  !

59From the time you book your ticket, you have thoughts inside, "I am going to go, I am going to go!” 60You remember this in your intellect.

48Tō jab madhuban ghar key|kī khuśhī hai tō ātmā K|kē ghar jānē key|kī bhī khuśhī hai .

61You have the happiness of going to your Madhuban home, and therefore also of going to the home of souls.

49Lēkin khuśhī sē kaun jāyēgā  ?

62However, who will go in happiness?

50Jitnā sadā yah «  ānē ' ' aur «  jānē ' ' kā abhyās hōgā . 51Jab chāhō tab aśharīrī sthiti mē̃ sthit hō jāō aur jab chāhō tab karmātīt ban jāō - yah abhyās bahut pakkā chāhiē .

63Those who constantly have more practice of coming and going, who stabilise themselves in the bodiless stage whenever they want and become karmateet whenever they want. 64This practice has to be very firm.

52Aisē na hō ki āp aśharīrī bannē chāhō aur śharīr kā bandhan , karma kā bandhan , vyaktiyō̃ kā bandhan , vaibhavō̃ kā bandhan , svabhāv-sanskārō̃ kā bandhan apnī taraph ākarṣhit karē .

65It shouldn’t be that you wish to become bodiless, but that the bondage of your body, the bondage of karma, the bondage of others, the bondage of possessions, or the bondage of nature and sanskars attract you.

53Kōī bhī bandhan aśharīrī bannē nahī̃ dēgā .

66Any type of bondage will not allow you to become bodiless.

54Jaisē kōī tight dress pahantē haĩ tō samay par second mē̃ utārnē chāhē̃ tō utār nahī̃ sakē̃gē , khiñchāvaṭ hōtī hai kyōṅki śharīr sē cipakā huā hai .

67It is the same as when someone is wearing a tight dress and, due to necessity, wishes to take it off in a second, but she is not able to do so, and struggles because it is clinging to the body.

55Aisē kōī bhī bandhan kā khiñcāv apnī taraph khīchēgā .

68In the same way, any bondage will pull you to itself.

56Bandhan ātmā kō tight kar dētā hai isliē bāpdādā sadaiv yah pāṭh paṛhātē haĩ - nirlipta arthāt nyārē aur ati pyārē .

69A bondage makes souls tight. 70Therefore, BapDada always teaches this lesson: Be immune, that is, be detached and extremely loving.

57Yah bahutkāl kā abhyās chāhiē .

71You have to practise this for a long period of time.

58Gyān sunnā-sunānā , sēvā karnā yah alag chīz hai lēkin yah abhyās ati āvaśhyak hai .

72Listening to knowledge, giving knowledge to others and doing service are different things, but this practice is extremely necessary.

59Pass with honour bannā hai tō is abhyās mē̃ pās|pass hōnā ati āvaśhyak hai .

73In order for you to pass with honours, it is essential to pass in this practice.

60Aur isī abhyās par attention dēnē mē̃ double underline karō , tab hī double light ban karmātīt sthiti kō prāpt kar double tājdhārī banē̃gē .

74So, doubly underline paying attention to this practice. 75Only then will you become double-light, attain the karmateet stage and claim a double crown.

61Brāhmaṇ banē , bāp K|kē varsē K|kē adhikārī banē , godly student banē̃ , gyānī tū ātmā banē , viśhva sēvādhārī banē - yah bhāgya tō pā liyā lēkin ab pass with honour hōnē kē liē , karmātīt sthiti K|kē samīp jānē kē liē brahmā bāp samān nyārē aśharīrī bannē K|kē abhyās par viśhēṣh attention .

76You became Brahmins, you claimed a right to the Father’s inheritance, you became Godly students, you became enlightened souls, you became world servers. 77You have attained all of that fortune, but now, in order to pass with honours, and come close to the karmateet stage, like Father Brahma, pay special attention to practising becoming detached and bodiless.

62Jaisē brahmā bāp nē sākār jīvan mē̃ karmātīt hōnē K|kē pahlē nyārē aur pyārē rahnē K|kē abhyās kā pratyakṣha anubhav karāyā .

78Brahma Baba gave you the practical experience of the instant fruit of his practice of being detached and loving before becoming karmateet in his physical life.

63Jō sabhī bachchē anubhav sunātē hō - suntē huē nyārē , kārya kartē huē nyārē , bōltē huē nyārē rahtē thē .

79All of you children share your experience of this: He remained detached while listening, he remained detached while performing actions and detached while speaking.

64Sēvā kō vā kōī karma kō chhōṛā nahī̃ lēkin nyārē hō last din bhī bachchō̃ key|kī sēvā samāpt kī .

80He did not stop doing service. 81He did not stop performing any action, but he remained detached and, even on the last day, completed the service of the children.

65Nyārāpan her|har karma mē̃ saphaltā sahaj anubhav karātā hai .

82Detachment easily brings the experience of success in every action.

66Karkē dēkhō . 67Ēk ghaṇṭā kiskō samjhānē key|kī bhī mēhnat karkē dēkhō aur uskē antar mē̃ 15 minute mē̃ suntē huē , bōltē huē nyārēpan key|kī sthiti mē̃ sthit hōkē dūsrī ātmā kō bhī nyārēpan key|kī sthiti kā vibration dēkar dēkhō .

83Try it and see; speak to someone for an hour and make effort to make him understand and, in contrast to that, listen and speak to another soul for 15 minutes while stabilised in the stage of being detached, as you give the other soul vibrations of the stage of detachment.

68Jō 15 minute mē̃ saphaltā hōgī vah ēk ghaṇṭē mē̃ nahī̃ hōgī .

84The success that you achieve in these 15 minutes would not be achieved in one hour.

69Yahī practice brahmā bāp nē karkē dikhāī .

85Father Brahma practised this and demonstrated it to you.

70Tō samjhā kyā karnā hai  !

86So, do you understand what you have to do?

71Pahlē nimitt tō teachers haĩ .

87The first instruments are you teachers, are you not?

72Follow father karē̃gī nā .

88You will follow the father, will you not?

73Sēvā kā vistār bhal kitnā bhī baṛhāō lēkin vistār mē̃ jātē sār key|kī sthiti kā abhyās cum|kam na hō , vistār mē̃ sār bhūl na jāyē .

89No matter how much you expand service, while going into expansion, do not reduce your practice of stabilising in the stage of the essence. 90Do not forget the essence in the expansion.

74Khāō-piyō , sēvā karō lēkin nyārēpan kō nahī̃ bhūlō .

91Eat, drink and do service, but do not forget to be detached.

75Vāṇī dvārā bhī kahā̃ tak sēvā karē̃gē , kitnō̃ key|kī karē̃gē  !

92To what extent can you serve with words? 93How many will you serve?

76Ab tō rūhānī vibration , aśharīrīpan key|kī sthiti K|kē vibration , nyārē aur pyārēpan K|kē śhaktiśhālī vibration vāyumaṇḍal mē̃ phailāō .

94Now spread spiritual vibrations into the atmosphere, the vibrations of the stage of being bodiless and the powerful vibrations of being detached and loving.

77Sēvā key|kī tīvragati kā sādhan bhī yahī hai .

95This is the way to have a fast speed of service.

78Dūsrō̃ key|kī sēvā karnē K|kē pahlē svayã is vidhi mē̃ sampann hōṅgē tab sēvā key|kī siddhi kō prāpt karē̃gē .

96Before serving others, if you perfect this method in yourselves, you will be able to achieve success in service.

79Ab vāṇī mē̃ ānā sahaj hō gayā hai aur dil sē bhī kartē hō kyōṅki abhyās pakkā hō gayā hai .

97It has now become easy to speak, and you do that from your hearts, because that practice is now firm.

80Aisē yah abhyās bhī natural hō jāyēgā .

98Similarly, this practice will also become natural.

81Is natural abhyās sē hī nature badlī|badalī hōgī . 82Chāhē manuṣhya ātmāō̃ key|kī nature , chāhē prakr̥iti ( nature ) .

99It is by having this natural practice that nature will change, whether it is the nature of human souls or nature of the elements (matter).

83Samjhā  ?

100Do you understand?

84Muśhkil tō nahī̃ lagtā hai nā  !

101You do not find this difficult, do you?

85Baṛē tē baṛē bāp K|kē bachchē haĩ aur baṛē-tē-baṛī prāpti K|kē adhikārī haĩ , tō uskē liē kōī baṛī bāt nahī̃ .

102You are the children of the greatest Father and you have a right to the greatest attainment, and so this is not a big thing for you.

86Attention rakhnā tō ātā hai nā ki tension rakhnā ātā hai .

103You know how to pay attention, do you not? 104Or, do you know how to have tension?

87Nijī saṅskār attention K|kē haĩ .

105Your original sanskars are those of paying attention.

88Jab tension rakhnā ātā hai tō attention rakhnā kyā baṛī bāt hai  ?

106Since you know how to have tension, is it a big thing to pay attention?

89Tension rakhnē mē̃ tō ādatī hō gayē nā .

107You have instilled the habit of having tension, have you not?

90Attention kā bhī tension nahī̃ rakhō lēkin natural attention hō .

108Do not have any tension, even in paying attention, but have natural attention.

91Kaī aisā bhī kartē haĩ - attention kō tension mē̃ badal dētē , lēkin attention kō attention K|kē rūp mē̃ rakhō , badlī|badalī nahī̃ karō .

109What some do is to change attention into tension, but let attention remain in the form of attention; do not change it.

92Original abhyās ātmā kō nyārē hōnē kā hai .

110The original practice of you souls is that of remaining detached.

93Nyārī thī , nyārī hai , phir nyārī banēgī .

111It was detached, it is detached and it will become detached.

94Sirph attachment nyārā bannē nahī̃ dētā hai .

112It is just that attachment does not allow it to become detached.

95Vaisē ātmā key|kī original nature śharīr sē nyārē rahnē kī hai , alag hai .

113In fact, the original nature of souls is to remain detached from bodies; they are separate.

96Śharīr ātmā nahī̃ , ātmā śharīr nahī̃ . 97Tō nyārē huē nā .

114A body is not a soul, and a soul is not a body; so they are detached, are they not?

98Sirph 63 janmō̃ sē attachment key|kī ādat paṛ gaī hai .

115It is just that there has been the habit of attachment for 63 births.

99Original tō original hī hōtā hai .

116Original always remains original.

100Achchhā . 101Double vidēśhī bhī bahut pahuñch gayē haĩ - nayā varṣh manānē kē liē .

117Achcha, many double foreigners have also arrived. 118You have arrived in order to celebrate the New Year.

102Mēhmān bankarkē āyē hō yā bachchē bankar āyē hō  ?

119Have you come as guests or have you come as the children?

103Apnāpan lagtā hai nā . 104Bāpdādā bhī bachchō̃ kō apnē ghar mē̃ dēkh harṣhit hōtē haĩ .

120You have a feeling of belonging, do you not? 121BapDada is also pleased seeing His children in His home.

105Bachchē sadaiv ghar kā śhrr̥iṅgār hōtē haĩ . 106Bachchō̃ sē madhuban saj jātā hai , isliē bāpdādā apnē ghar K|kē śhrr̥iṅgār kō dēkh khuśh hō rahē haĩ .

122Children are always the decoration of the home, and so Madhuban is decorated with you children. 123This is why BapDada is pleased to see the decoration of His home.

107Chāhē bhāratvāsī , chāhē vidēśhī - dōnō̃ hī ghar K|kē śhrr̥iṅgār haĩ .

124Whether you are a Bharatwasi or a foreigner, you are both the decoration of the home.

108Bāpdādā ānē key|kī bhī mubārak dētē haĩ , jānē key|kī bhī mubārak dētē haĩ . 109Yahā̃ ānā bhī achchhā hai , jānā bhī achchhā hai .

125BapDada congratulates you for coming and He also congratulates you for leaving, because coming here is good and leaving here is also good.

110Vidāī nahī̃ hai , badhāiyā̃ hī badhāiyā̃ haĩ .

126It is not farewell, but only congratulations on top of congratulations.

111Jāyēṅgē tō sēvā key|kī badhāiyā̃ aur yahā̃ āyē hō tō milnē key|kī badhāiyā̃ .

127When you leave here, you are congratulated for the service you do and when you come here, you are congratulated for the meeting.

112Dōnō̃ hī mubārak haĩ nā .

128Both are congratulations, are they not?

113Achchhā .

129Achcha.

114Sarv dēśh-vidēśh K|kē sadā adhikārī bachchō̃ kō , sadā gyān aur yād K|kē sār mē̃ rahnē vālī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō , sadā ānā aur jānā is smr̥iti sē sampann bannē vālī ātmāō̃ kō , sadā brahmā bāp kō follow karnē vālē , karmātīt sthiti K|kē samīp pahuñchnē vālē yōgī ātmāō̃ kō , sadā apnēpan K|kē anubhav aur adhikār key|kī khuśhī mē̃ rahnē vālē khuśhmizāj bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .

130To all the children from this land and abroad who constantly have a right, to the elevated souls who constantly maintain the essence of gyan and yoga, to the souls who are to become full of the awareness of coming and going, to the yogi souls who constantly follow Father Brahma and come close to their karmateet stage, to the children who stay in the happiness of feeling they belong and have a right, to those with happiness in their hearts, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

115Doctors prati avyakt mahāvākya - sabhī doctors K|kē dil mē̃ kyā hai  ?

131Avyakt BapDada meeting a group of doctors: 132What is in the hearts of all you doctors?

116Hospital tō nahī̃ hai  ?

133It isn’t the hospital, is it?

117Bāp kō dil mē̃ biṭhānā arthāt sadā kē liē anēkō̃ kō śhaphā dēnā .

134To make the Father sit in your heart means to give a cure for all time to many others.

118Ājkal tō doctors bhī kahtē haĩ ki davāī itnā kām nahī̃ karēgī jitnā duā karēgī .

135Nowadays, even doctors say that medicine doesn’t work as much as blessings do.

119Vō bhī davāīyō̃ sē dilśhikasta hō gayē haĩ kyōṅki jāntē haĩ nā ki iskī result kyā hai aur kyā nikalēgī  !

136They too have become disappointed by medicine, because they know what the result of it is; what else can it be? 137This is why everyone’s vision is now going towards blessings.

120Isliē abhī sabkī nazar duāō̃ taraph jā rahī hai .

138Now, yoga, in the form of exercise, is increasing everywhere.

121Abhī yōg exercise K|kē rūp mē̃ chārō̃ ōr baṛhtā jā rahā hai . 122Abhī yōg tak āyē haĩ , sahajyōg tak ā jāyēṅgē .

139They have now reached the stage of yoga, and they will eventually come to the stage of easy yoga (sahaj yoga).

123Davāīyō̃ kē bajāē dūsrī taraph abhī buddhi tō gaī hai nā .

140At least their intellects have gone in a different direction away from medicine.

124Ākhir ṭhikānē par ā jāyēṅgē tō doctors yahī kām kartē hō nā .

141Ultimately, they will come to the right destination. 142So this is the work that you doctors do, is it not?

125Sabkī buddhi kō ṭhikānē par lagānē vālē hō nā  ?

143You are the ones who bring everyone’s intellect to the right place, are you not?

126Achchhā hai , himmat rakhnē sē bāp key|kī madad svataḥ mil rahī hai , miltī rahēgī .

144It is good. 145By maintaining courage, you automatically receive the Father’s help and will continue to do so.

127Jahā̃ himmat hai vahā̃ asambhav bhī sambhav hō jāyēgā .

146Where there is courage, the impossible becomes possible.

128Sabhī asambhav kō sambhav karnē vālē hō .

147You are all those who make the impossible possible.

129Jō duniyā vālē kahtē haĩ man kō ēkāgr karnā bahut muśhkil hai , asambhav bhī kah dētē haĩ aur āp kyā kahtē hō  ?

148People of the world say it is very difficult to concentrate their minds. 149They even say that is impossible, whereas what do you say?

130Āpkē liē tō second key|kī bāt hai nā .

150For you, it is a matter of a second, is it not?

131Bas bābā kahā aur man ṭhikānē par pahuñchā .

151You simply say “Baba!” and your mind reaches its destination.

132Tō āpkē liē second kā kām hai aur unhō̃ kē liē asambhav hai .

152So, for you, it is a task of a second whereas, for them, it is impossible. 153There is so much difference!

133Kitnā antar ā gayā  !

154It doesn’t take you time, does it?

134Time tō nahī̃ lagtā hai  ? 135Aisē tō nahī̃ - gīt bajē , lāl battī jalē tab hī man ṭikēgā  ?

155It isn’t that you have to wait for the song to play, for the red lights to be switched on and only then can your minds concentrate, is it?

136Mēhnat tō nahī̃ karnī paṛtī  ?

156You don’t have to work hard at it, do you?

137Apnā bāp hai nā .

157He is your Father, after all, is He not?

138Kōī dūsrē kā bāp tō nahī̃ hai .

158He is not anyone else’s Father.

139Apnā bāp nahī̃ hō aur kōī kahē - yah āpkā bāp hai , isē yād karō tō yād nahī̃ kar sakē̃gē nā  !

159If someone were not your father and someone told you that he was your father and that you had to remember him, you would not be able to remember him, would you?

140Lēkin yah tō apnā hai .

160However, this One is your Father.

141Apnī chīz kō yād karnā kabhī muśhkil nahī̃ hōtā .

161It is never difficult to remember someone who belongs to you.

142Parāyē kō yād karnā muśhkil hōtā hai .

162It is difficult to remember those who don’t belong to you.

143Āp tō adhikār sē yād kartē hō yā bhagvān hai , bahut baṛā hai , sūrya samān hai - aisē yād kartē hō  ?

163You remember Him with a right. 164Or is it that you remember Him, thinking that He is God, He is so great, He is like the sun?

144Sab kuchh mērā hai - is adhikār sē yād karō .

165Remember Him with the right of everything belonging to you.

145Rūhānī gulāb ban sārā din khuśabu phailātē rahō .

166Become spiritual roses and continue to spread fragrance throughout the day.

146Khuśhbū aisī chīz hōtī hai jō dūr vālō̃ kō bhī ākarṣhit kartī hai .

167Fragrance is such that it even attracts those at a distance.

147Dūr sē hī sōchē̃gē - yah khuśhbū kahā̃ sē ā rahī hai .

168Those at a distance will wonder where the fragrance is coming from.

148Tō āpkī rūhāniyat viśhva kō ākarṣhit karēgī .

169So, your spirituality will attract the world.

149Dēkhō , rūhāniyat key|kī khuśhbū nē dēśh sē vidēśh kō bhī ākarṣhit kiyā nā  !

170Look, the fragrance of spirituality even attracted people abroad to this land, did it not?

150Vidēśh tak khuśhbū pahũchī  !

171The fragrance reached lands abroad.

151Kōī bhī kām kartē śhubh saṅkalp sē yah khuśhbū phailātē rahō .

172Whatever work you do, continue to spread this fragrance with your pure thoughts.

152Kōī bhī kām kartē check karō ki buddhi kitnē taraph jā rahī hai  ?

173While doing any work, check in how many directions your intellect is going.

153Na chāhtē bhī anēk taraph jātī hai , ēk taraph nahī̃ hōtī .

174Even against your conscious wish, it goes in many directions; it does not go in just one direction.

154Tō jab aur taraph jā saktī hai tō sēvā bhī tō kar saktē hō nā , yād bhī kar saktē hō .

175Since it can go in other directions, you can also do service and have remembrance at the same time too, can you not?

155Bahut thōṛā samay hōtā hai jō full buddhi us kām mē̃ rahtī hai .

176It is for a very little time that you need to engage your intellect fully in a task.

156Jō aisā kōī kām hōgā - jaisē doctors operation kartē haĩ , jarūrī operation hai tō full buddhi hōgī . 157Bākī davāī dē rahē haĩ , dēkh rahē haĩ tō buddhi aur kām bhī kartī hai .

177When there is a certain type of work, such as a surgeon carrying out an essential operation, the intellect would then be fully engaged in that, but when medicine is being given or you are checking a patient, your intellect can then do other work too.

158Jab vah kar saktī hai tō yah kyō̃ nahī̃ kar saktī .

178Since it can do that work, why can it not do this work?

159Man aur buddhi key|kī ādat hai chakra lagānē key|kī .

179The mind and intellect have a habit of spinning.

160Chāhē gyān kā chakra chalāō aur chāhē vyarth chalāō lēkin chakkar chaltā jarūr hai .

180Whether you spin the discus of knowledge or you spin a discus of waste, there definitely is some spinning going on.

161Āp svadarśhan-chakra chalāō tō aur chakkar khatm hō jāyēṅgē .

181When you spin the discus of self-realisation, all other spinning ends.

162Tō sabhī sēvā mē̃ sahyōgī hō  ?

182So all of you are co-operative in doing service, are you not?

163Jisē samay nahī̃ miltā , circumstance haĩ - vah hāth uṭhāō .

183Those of you who don’t have any time due to your circumstances, raise your hands!

164Mansā sēvā tō sab kar saktē hō nā  ?

184All of you can serve with your minds, can you not?

165Busy rahnē kē liē sēvā bahut achchhā sādhan hai .

185Doing service is a very good way to keep busy.

166Jitnā apnē kō busy rakhē̃gē utnā safe rahē̃gē .

186The busier your keep yourself, the safer you will be.

167Chāhē mansā karō , chāhē vāchā karō , chāhē karmaṇā karō lēkin buddhi sē busy jarūr rahō .

187Whether you serve with your thoughts, words or actions, definitely keep your intellects busy.

168Hāth-pā̃v sē tō rahtē hō lēkin buddhi sē busy rahō .

188You remain busy with your hands and feet, but also keep your intellects busy.

169Apnā time-table banāō .

189Create a timetable for yourself.

170Jitnā baṛā ādmī utnā time-table fix hōtā hai .

190The more important a person is, the more his timetable is fixed.

171Tō āp baṛē-tē-baṛē ādmī hō nā  !

191So, you are the greatest people, are you not?

172Sārē kalp mē̃ ḍhūṇḍhkar K|kē āō brāhmaṇō̃ sē baṛā kōī hai  ?

192Search throughout the whole cycle: is there anyone greater than Brahmins?

173Dēvtāyē̃ bhī nahī̃ haĩ .

193Even the deities are not that.

174Chāhē āp hī dēvtā banē̃gē lēkin is jīvan kē āgē vah bhī kuchh nahī̃ hai .

194Even though you yourselves will become deities, that is nothing compared to this life.

175Jīvan hai tō brāhmaṇ jīvan ati śhrēṣhṭh hai .

195Of all lives, a Brahmin life is the most elevated.

176Achchhā .

196Achcha.

177Vardān  : avyakt pālnā dvārā śhaktiśhālī ban last sō fast jānē vālē first number K|kē adhikārī bhav

197Blessing: May you claim a right to the first number by becoming strong with avyakt sustenance and being last and so fast. 198 Souls who have come in the time of the avyakt part have easily received the fortune of achieving a fast speed in their efforts.

178Avyakt part mē̃ ānē vālī ātmāō̃ kō purūṣhārth mē̃ tīvragati kā bhāgya sahaj milā huā hai .

199This avyakt sustenance easily makes you strong and so you can move forward as much as you want. 200At this time you receive the blessing of being last and so fast, fast and so first.

179Yah avyakt pālnā sahaj hī śhaktiśhālī banānē vālī hai isliē jō jitnā āgē baṛhnā chāhē baṛh saktē haĩ .

201So, use this blessing, that is, put this blessing into practice in a way that’s appropriate for the time. 202Use whatever you have received and you will claim a right to be in the first number.

180Is samay last sō fast aur fast sō first kā vardān prāpt hai . 181Tō is vardān kō kārya mē̃ lagāō arthāt samay pramāṇ vardān kō svarūp mē̃ lāō . 182Jō milā hai usē use karō tō first number mē̃ ānē kā adhikār prāpt hō jāyēgā . 183Slōgan  : svamān key|kī seat par set rahō tō sarv kā mān svataḥ prāpt hōgā .

203Slogan: Be seated on the seat of self-respect and you will automatically receive everyone’s respect.

184Lavlīn sthiti kā anubhav karō

204*** Om Shanti *** Experience the stage of being merged in love.

185Bāp sē sachchā pyār hai tō pyār key|kī niśhānī hai - samān , karmātīt banō .

205If you have true love for the Father, the sign of love is to become equal and karmateet.

186' karāvanhār ' hōkar karma karō , karāō . 187Karmēndriyā̃ āpsē nahī̃ karāvē̃ lēkin āp karmēndriyō̃ sē karāō .

206Perform actions as “karavanhar” (one who inspires) and get others to do the same. 207Do not let your physical organs make you act, but you make the physical organs work.

188Kabhī bhī man-buddhi vā saṅskārō̃ K|kē vaśh hōkar kōī bhī karma nahī̃ karō .

208Never perform any actions while under the influence of your mind, intellect or sanskars.
