Question
2Praśhna : tum bachchō̃ kō is bēhad drama key|kī her|har scene bahut hī pasand hai - kyō̃ ?
3Question: Why do you children love every scene of this unlimited drama very much?
Answer
3Uttar : kyōṅki svayã creator kō yah drama pasand hai .
4Answer: Because the Creator Himself loves this drama. 5Since the Creator loves it, you children would also definitely love it. 6You cannot become upset about anything.
4Jab creator kō pasand hai tō bachchō̃ kō bhī avaśhya pasand hōgā . 5Tum kisī bāt mē̃ bhī nārāz nahī̃ hō saktē . 6Tum jāntē hō yah duḥkh-sukh kā nāṭak bahut sundar banā huā hai .
7You know that a very beautiful play about happiness and sorrow has been created and there continues to be within it the performance of victory and defeat.
7Ismē̃ hār-jīt kā khēl chaltā rahtā hai , isē kharāb kah nahī̃ saktē .
8You cannot say it is bad. 9The day is good and the night is also good.
8Din bhī achchhā tō rāt bhī achchhī … is drama mē̃ jō bhī part milā huā hai , usē khuśhī sē bajānē vālē bahut majē mē̃ rahtē haĩ .
10Those who play with great happiness whatever parts they have received in this drama remain in great pleasure.
9Is bēhad nāṭak key|kī knowledge kā simraṇ karnē vālē sadā harṣhit rahtē haĩ .
11Those who remember the knowledge of this unlimited play remain constantly cheerful.
10Buddhi bharpūr rahtī hai .
12Their intellects remain full.
Song
11Gīt : hamārē tīrtha nyārē haĩ . . .
13Song: Our pilgrimage is unique.
Murli
12Ōm śhānti .
14Om shanti.
13Vāstav mē̃ school mē̃ kōī gīt nahī̃ gāyē jātē haĩ . 14Yah pāṭhśhālā hai .
15In fact, songs are not sung in a school. 16This is a study place, so then why are songs sung here?
15Phir bhī yahā̃ gīt kyō̃ gāyē jātē haĩ ?
17These songs will not be sung in the golden age.
16Satyug mē̃ tō yah gīt nahī̃ gāyē jātē haĩ .
18We are now sitting at the confluence age.
17Abhī ham lōg baiṭhē haĩ saṅgam par isliē bhakti aur gītō̃ ādi kō lēkar uskā arth|earth samjhātē haĩ , manuṣhya tō arth|earth samajhtē nahī̃ .
19This is why we take up the aspects and songs of devotion and explain what they mean. 20Human beings don't understand their meanings.
18Ham abhī na yahā̃ haĩ , na vahā̃ haĩ . 19Bīch mē̃ baiṭhē haĩ , tō inkā thōṛā ādhār lētē haĩ .
21Now, we are neither here nor there; we are sitting in between, and so we take a little support from them.
20Bachchō̃ kō gyān aur bhakti kā rāz tō samjhāyā gayā hai .
22The secrets of knowledge and devotion have been explained to you children.
21Is samay tum gyān sun rahē hō , bhaviṣhya kē liē .
23At this time, you are listening to knowledge for the future.
22Bhaviṣhya kē liē puruṣhārth kar kōī prālabdh banāvē , aisā kōī manuṣhya nahī̃ hai .
24There are no other human beings who make effort to create their reward for the future.
23Tum puruṣhārth kartē hō - bhaviṣhya naī duniyā kē liē .
25You are making effort for the future new world.
24Manuṣhya dān puṇya ādi kartē haĩ dūsrē janm kē liē .
26Human beings make donations and perform charity etc. for their next birth.
25Vah hai bhakti , yah hai gyān , kōī kahtē bhī haĩ gyān , bhakti aur vairāgya .
27That is devotion, whereas this is knowledge. 28Some even speak of knowledge, devotion and disinterest.
26Sannyāsiyō̃ kā hai had kā vairāgya . 27Tumhārā hai bēhad kā vairāgya .
29Sannyasis have limited renunciation, whereas you have unlimited renunciation.
28Vō lōg gharbār sē vairāgya dilātē haĩ , duniyā sē nahī̃ .
30Those people make you have disinterest in your homes and families, but not in the world.
29Vah yah jāntē hī nahī̃ ki tamōpradhān jaṛjaṛībhūt sr̥iṣhṭi hai , inkā vināśh hōnā hai kyōṅki kalp key|kī āyu baṛī lambī banā dī hai .
31Because they have lengthened the duration of the cycle, they don't even know that this is a tamopradhan decayed world and it has to be destroyed.
30Ab bāp baiṭh samjhātē haĩ , buddhi bhī kahtī hai yah bāt tō bilkul hī ṭhīk hai .
32The Father now sits here and explains to you, and your intellects also say: This is absolutely right.
31Mukhya bāt hai pavitratā key|kī , jiskē liē vah gharbār chhōṛtē haĩ .
33Therefore, purity is the main reason why they leave their homes and families.
32Tum sārī purānī duniyā kō buddhi sē bhūl jātē hō .
34You remove the whole of the old world from your intellects.
33Pavitra bantē hō , pavitra duniyā mē̃ jānē kē liē .
35You become pure in order to go to the pure world.
34Tumhārī yātrā hai buddhi key|kī .
36Your pilgrimage is of your intellects.
35Karmēndriyō̃ sē kahā̃ jānā nahī̃ hai , tumhārā śhārīrik kuchh bhī nahī̃ chaltā .
37You don’t have to go anywhere with your physical organs. 38Nothing of your bodies is used in this.
36Abhī ham rūhānī bāp kē pās jātē haĩ , vah jismānī yātrāyē̃ tō anēk haĩ . 37Kab kahā̃ jāyēṅgē , kab kahā̃ .
39We are now going to the spiritual Father. 40There are many physical pilgrimages. 41Sometimes, they go to one place, sometimes to another place.
38Tumhārī buddhi ēk taraph hī hai .
42Your intellects are only in one place.
39Iskō avyabhichārī bhakti kahē̃ tō bhī hō saktā hai .
43It is also fine if you call this ‘unadulterated devotion’.
40Tum ēk kō yād kartē hō .
44You only remember the One.
41Un sabkī bhakti hai vyabhichārī . 42Anēkō̃ kō yād kartē haĩ .
45The devotion of all of them is adulterated; they remember so many others.
43Tumhārī hai avyabhichārī rūhānī yātrā , jismē̃ ham jā rahē haĩ vāpis apnē ghar .
46Yours is the unadulterated spiritual pilgrimage through which you are returning home.
44Vō lōg nirvāṇdhām kō ghar bhī nahī̃ samajhē̃gē .
47Those people wouldn’t consider the land of nirvana to be their home.
45Kahtē haĩ pār nirvāṇ gayā . 46Tum jāntē hō vahā̃ ham ātmāyē̃ bābā kē sāth rahtī haĩ .
48They say: So-and-so went beyond to the land of nirvana. 49You know that we souls reside there with Baba.
47Abhī bābā hamkō lēnē kē liē āyē haĩ .
50Baba has now come to take us back.
48Vah samajhtē haĩ ham sab īśhvar K|kē rūp haĩ .
51Those people think that they are all forms of God.
49Kitnē śhāstra ādi paṛhtē haĩ , yahā̃ tumkō vah kuchh bhī nahī̃ sikhāyā jātā hai .
52They study so many scriptures etc. 53Here, you are not taught any of those.
50Tumkō tō in karm-kānḍa kā bhī sannyās karāyā jātā hai .
54You are even made to renounce all the physical activities of devotion.
51Yah sab bhakti K|kē karmakānḍa haĩ .
55All of that is the activity of devotion.
52Jaisē prabhū key|kī gati mat nyārī hai .
56The ways and means of God are unique.
53Pahlē-pahlē tumkō alpha sikhātē haĩ .
57First of all, you are taught about Alpha.
54Bāp khud hī dalāl bankar ātē haĩ .
58The Father Himself comes as the Agent.
55Gātē bhī haĩ , parantu samajhtē nahī̃ haĩ .
59They even sing this, but they don’t understand it.
56Tumkō kōī bhakti sē ghr̥iṇā nahī̃ hai .
60You don't dislike devotion.
57Kōī sē bhī ghr̥iṇā nahī̃ ātī hai , jabki jāntē haĩ ki drama banā huā hai .
61You don't have any dislike for anything, since you know that this drama is predestined.
58Hā̃ samjhātē jarūr haĩ ki is purānī chhī-chhī duniyā kō chhōṛnā hai , vāpis jānā hai .
62Yes, it is definitely explained to you that you have to renounce this dirty old world and return home.
59Jab bhakti mē̃ thē tō bhakti sē pyār thā .
63When you were on the path of devotion you had love for devotion.
60Gīt ādi sunnē sē mauj ātī thī .
64You used to enjoy yourself listening to the songs etc.
61Ab samajhtē haĩ vah tō kōī kām K|kē nahī̃ thē .
65You now understand all of that was of no use.
62Sunnē mē̃ kōī harjā nahī̃ hai parantu jāntē haĩ , yah bhī bhakti key|kī act hai .
66There is nothing wrong in listening to them, but you know that too is an act of devotion.
63Hamārā ab unsē buddhiyōg ṭūṭ gyān sē juṭ gayā hai .
67Our intellect’s yoga has now broken away from that and connected to knowledge.
64Gyān aur bhakti dōnō̃ kō tum jāntē hō .
68You know both knowledge and devotion.
65Manuṣhyō̃ kō jab tak gyān na milē tō bhakti kō hī bahut achchhā samajhtē haĩ .
69Until people receive knowledge, they consider devotion to be very good.
66Ham janma-janmāntar bhakti kartē āyē .
70We have been performing devotion for birth after birth.
67Bhakti sē snēh baṛh gayā .
71Our love for devotion increased.
68Ab hamārī buddhi mē̃ hai - yah duḥkh sukh , hār jīt kā banā huā drama hai .
72It is now in our intellects that this drama of happiness and sorrow, victory and defeat, is predestined.
69Tō un par rahm ātā hai , kyō̃ na unhō̃ kō bhī rachayitā aur rachnā kā gyān mil jāyē , tō bābā kā varsā pā sakē̃ .
73So, we feel mercy for them. 74Why should they too not receive the knowledge of the Creator and creation so that they can claim their inheritance from Baba?
70Jō khuśhī apnē kō milī hai vah dūsrō̃ kō dēnī chāhiē .
75Give to others the happiness that you have received.
71Sindhavr̥ti ( vidēśh mē̃ business karnē jānē vālē ) jab dēkhtē haĩ phalānī jagah dhandhā achchhā chaltā hai , tō apnē mitr sambandhiyō̃ kō bhī rāy dētē haĩ ki phalānī jagah chalō , vahā̃ kamāī bahut achchhī hōgī .
76When Sindhi businessmen see there can be very good business in a particular country, they advise their friends and relatives about it: Go to such-and-such a place; you can earn very well there.
72Tum jāntē hō ki is rāvaṇ rājya mē̃ duḥkh hī duḥkh hai .
77You know that there is nothing but sorrow in this kingdom of Ravan.
73Manuṣhyō̃ kō yah mālūm nahī̃ hai ki gyān kyā chīz hai . 74Sādhū-santa bhī nahī̃ jāntē ki is gyān sē svarājya miltā hai .
78People don't know what knowledge is. 79Even sages and holy men don’t know that you can receive self-sovereignty through this knowledge.
75Pūchhtē haĩ is gyān sē kyā prāpti hōtī hai ?
80They ask what you can attain through this knowledge.
76Tō likhā jātā hai śhānti aur sukh dōnō̃ miltē haĩ , sō bhī avināśhī .
81Then, it is written, “You can receive both peace and happiness and that, too, is imperishable.”
77Kiskō sukh-śhānti kā dhandhā hāth ā jātā hai tō phir usmē̃ hī lag paṛtē haĩ .
82When someone sets up a good business of peace and happiness, he remains engaged in it.
78Hā̃ jismānī service bhī kuchh samay kē liē karnī paṛtī hai .
83Yes, you also have to do physical work for some time.
79Satsaṅg kā time bhī subah aur śhām kō hōtā hai .
84The time for spiritual gatherings is in the morning and in the evening.
80Mātāō̃ kō ghar kā bandhan rahtā hai tō unhō̃ kē liē phir din kā time rakhā jātā hai .
85Mothers have the bondage of looking after their homes, and so a special time has to be kept for them during the day.
81Subah kā time sabsē achchhā hai , fresh mind hōtā hai .
86The morning time is best because the mind is fresh.
82Jō suntē hō unkō phir dhāraṇ kar ugārnā hai .
87Imbibe and digest whatever you hear.
83Duniyā mē̃ yah kiskō mālūm nahī̃ ki nirākār paramātmā bhī paṛhānē ātē haĩ .
88No one in the world knows that the incorporeal Supreme Soul comes to teach you.
84Bhagvānuvāch - tumkō rājyōg sikhlākar nar sē nārāyaṇ banātā hū̃ .
89God speaks: I teach you Raja Yoga and change you from an ordinary man into Narayan.
85Yah yōg baṛā nāmīgrāmī hai .
90This yoga is very well known.
86Manuṣhya vināśhī dhan kā dān puṇya kartē haĩ tō rājāī ghar mē̃ achchhā janma lētē haĩ .
91People make donations and give perishable wealth in charity and so they receive a good birth in a royal family.
87Yahā̃ tō tum 21 janm kā varsā pā rahē hō .
92Here, you are claiming your inheritance for 21 births.
88Tum sab kuchh dān kartē hō 21 janm kē liē .
93You donate everything and receive the return for 21 births.
89Phir kōī bhī pad pānē kē liē purūṣhārth nahī̃ karnā paṛēgā .
94At that time, you won't have to make effort to attain a status.
90Pad fix hō jātā hai .
95The status becomes fixed.
91Abhī tum apnā varsā bāp sē lē rahē hō isliē bābā kahtē haĩ achchhī tarah paṛhō tō janma-janmāntar rājā banō .
96You are now claiming your inheritance from the Father. 97This is why He says: Study well and become a king for birth after birth.
92Pahlā janm milēgā hī ūñch .
98The first birth you receive will be of a high status.
93Prajā kō bhī ūñch miltā hai .
99Even some subjects receive a high status.
94Rājāī mē̃ dās dāsiyā̃ ādi sab chāhiē .
100Maids and servants, etc. are all required for a kingdom.
95Jitnā paṛhē̃gē , mahādānī banē̃gē utnā ūñch pad pāyēṅgē .
101The more you study and become a great donor, the higher the status you will claim.
96Bābā bhī mahādānī hai .
102Baba is also the great Donor.
97Sabkō sāhūkār banā dētē haĩ .
103He makes everyone wealthy.
98Sukh aur śhānti kā varsā dētē haĩ .
104He gives everyone the inheritance of peace and happiness.
99Pahlē-pahlē sukh mē̃ hī ātē haĩ , sabhī sukhī rahtē thē kyōṅki pahlā samay satōpradhān phir rajō phir tamō mē̃ ātē haĩ .
105At first you go into happiness. 106Everyone there was happy because the first period was satopradhan and then they continued to go through the stages of sato, rajo and tamo.
100Unkā part apnā aur hamārā part apnā .
107Their parts are their own and our parts are our own.
101Jō is dharm K|kē haĩ , unkā hī sapling lagtā hai .
108The sapling is planted of those who belong to this religion.
102Tum jab sampūrṇ ban jāyēṅgē tō jhaṭ jān jāyēṅgē ki yah hamārē dharm kā hai vā nahī̃ hai .
109When you become complete, you will quickly know whether they belong to your religion or not.
103Tum bachchē sabkō samjhātē hō ki bāp naī duniyā rachtē haĩ tō bhārat kō hī varsā milā thā , phir gum hō gayā .
110You children explain to everyone that the Father creates the new world and so Bharat alone received the inheritance and then lost it.
104Drama anusār varsā lēnā bhī hai tō ganvānā bhī hai .
111According to the drama, the inheritance has to be claimed and it then has to be lost.
105Yah chakra chaltā rahtā hai .
112This cycle continues to turn all the time.
106Is samay hamnē varsā ganvāyā hai , ab phir sē lē rahē haĩ .
113We lost our inheritance and we are now claiming it back again.
107Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ K|kē rājya kā kiskō bhī patā nahī̃ hai , isliē pūchhā jātā hai ki lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kō yah rājya kab aur kaisē milā ?
114No one knows about the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan. 115This is why it is asked: When and how did Lakshmi and Narayan receive their kingdom?
108Jaisē unhō̃ nē kr̥iṣhṇa kō āgē rakh lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kō gum kar diyā hai aur ham phir lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kō āgē rakh kr̥iṣhṇa kō gum kar dētē haĩ .
116They show Krishna in the beginning and have made Lakshmi and Narayan disappear, whereas we show Lakshmi and Narayan at the front and have made Krishna disappear.
109Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ tō haĩ hī satyug K|kē , nārāyaṇ vāch tō hō na sakē .
117Lakshmi and Narayan belong to the golden age. 118You cannot say, “Narayan speaks”.
110Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ ātā hī hū̃ saṅgam par .
119The Father says: I come at the confluence age.
111Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ nē jarūr āgē janm mē̃ saṅgam par hī rājya liyā hai .
120Lakshmi and Narayan must definitely have claimed their kingdom in their previous birth at the confluence age.
112Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ hī 84 janm bhōg ab antim janm mē̃ haĩ .
121Lakshmi and Narayan take 84 births and are now in their final birth.
113Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kō bhī rājya dēnē vālā jarūr kōī hōgā nā .
122There must definitely have been someone who gave Lakshmi and Narayan their kingdom.
114Tō bhagvān nē hī diyā .
123So, God must have given it to them.
115Is samay tum bilkul hī beggar hō phir prince ban jātē hō .
124At this time you are complete beggars and you will then become princes.
116Prince kā tō jarūr rājā mahārājā kē pās janm hōgā .
125A prince would definitely take birth to a king or an emperor.
117Abhī tak bhī kōī achchhē-achchhē rājāyē̃ haĩ , jinkā prajā par bahut pyār rahtā hai .
126Even now there are some good kings who have a lot of love for their people.
118Abhī tum jāntē hō ham rājyōg sīkh rahē haĩ , jissē ham rājya-bhāgya pātē haĩ .
127You know that we are now studying Raja Yoga through which we attain our fortune of the kingdom.
119Hamkō yah niśhchay hai , kyōṅki yah anādi drama hai . 120Hār jīt kā khēl hai .
128We have this faith because this is an eternal drama; it is a performance of victory and defeat.
121Jō hōtā hai vah ṭhīk , kyā creator kō drama pasand nahī̃ hōgā !
129Whatever happens is fine. 130Would the Creator not like this drama?
122Jarūr pasand hōgā .
131He would definitely love it.
123Tō creator K|kē bachchō̃ kō bhī pasand hōgā . 124Ham ghr̥iṇā kōī sē nahī̃ kar saktē .
132Therefore, the children of the Creator would definitely also love it.
125Yah tō samajhtē haĩ ki bhakti kā bhī drama mē̃ part hai .
133We cannot dislike anyone. 134You understand that devotion is part of the drama.
126Drama sārā achchhā hai .
135The whole drama is good.
127Burā drama kyō̃ kahē̃gē !
136Why would you say that the drama is bad?
128Drama kā rāz buddhi mē̃ hai , jō tumkō samjhātē haĩ .
137We have the secrets of the drama in our intellects and we are explaining them to you.
129Abhī bhakti kā part pūrā hōtā hai .
138The part of devotion is now coming to an end.
130Ab puruṣhārth kar bāp sē varsā lēnā hai .
139Now make effort to claim your inheritance from the Father.
131Bāp kahtē haĩ yah sab āsurī sampradāy haĩ , ismē̃ ghr̥iṇā key|kī tō bāt hī nahī̃ .
140The Father says: All of this is the devilish community. 141There is no question of disliking anything.
132Īśhvarīy sampradāy aur āsurī sampradāy kā tō khēl hai .
142This is a play about the Godly community and the devilish community.
133Vah kōī apnē kō duḥkhī samajhtē thōḍēhī hai .
143Those people don't consider themselves to be unhappy.
134Bhakti kartē rahtē haĩ aur samajhtē haĩ ēk din bhagvān ākar bhakti kā phal dēgā . 135Ghar baiṭhē kōī na kōī rūp mē̃ bhagvān ākar milēgā ; aur sannyāsī lōg samajhtē haĩ ham āpēhī chalē jāyēṅgē nirvāṇdhām .
144They continue to perform devotion and think that God will come one day and grant them the fruit of their devotion, that while sitting at home they will find God in one form or another. 145Sannyasis think they will go to the land of nirvana by themselves.
136Apnē puruṣhārth sē tatva kē sāth yōg lagātē haĩ aur samajhtē haĩ ham līn hō jāyēṅgē .
146They try with their own efforts to have yoga with the element of light and they believe they will merge into it.
137Duniyā mē̃ anēk mat haĩ , bābā ākar ēk mat banātē haĩ .
147There are so many opinions in the world. 148Baba comes and unites them in one direction.
138Samjhātē haĩ yah drama anādi banā huā hai , bahut hī sundar nāṭak banā huā hai .
149He explains that this drama is eternally created. 150A very beautiful play is created.
139Drama mē̃ duḥkh sukh kā part nūndhā huā hai , jisē dēkh bahut khuśhī hōtī hai .
151The parts of happiness and sorrow are fixed in the drama and there is a lot of happiness on seeing it.
140Yah bēhad kā khēl baṛā fine banā huā hai .
152A very fine unlimited play is created.
141Sō tō sabkō pasand hī ānā chāhiē .
153Everyone should love it.
142Din bhī achchhā tō rāt bhī achchhī .
154The day is good and the night is also good.
143Khēl hai nā .
155It is a play.
144Jāntē haĩ ab rāt pūrī hōnī hai .
156You know that the night is now to end.
145Hamkō din mē̃ jākar ūñch pad pānā hai .
157We have to go into the day and claim a high status.
146Nārāz kyā hōṅgē , drama mē̃ jō part milā hai , vah tō bajānā hī hai .
