¹Essence: Sweet children, become true lovers and remember Me, the one Beloved, and your lifespans will increase. ²It is only by having yoga and by studying that you are able to claim a high status.

²prashn:- bhaarat ko svarga banaane ke liye baap bachchon se kaun si madad maangate hain?

³Question: What help does the Father ask of you children in order to make Bharat into heaven?

³uttar:- bachche - mujhe pavitrata ki madad chaahiye। ⁴pratigya karo - ham kaam vikaar ko laat maar pavitra zaroor banenge।

⁴Answer: Children, I need the help of your purity.

⁵savere-savere uth apne se baaten karo - meethe baba ham aapki madad ke liye taiyaar hain।

⁵Promise you will kick away the vice of lust and definitely become pure. ⁶Wake up early in the morning and say: Sweet Baba, I am ready to help You.

⁶ham pavitra ban bhaarat ko pavitra zaroor banaayenge।

⁷I will become pure and definitely make Bharat pure.

⁷ham aapki shiksha par zaroor chalenge।

⁸I will definitely follow Your teachings.

⁸koi bhi paap ka kaam nahin karenge।

⁹I will not perform any sinful acts.

⁹baba aapki kamaal hai, svapna mein bhi nahin tha ki ham koi vishwa ka maalik banenge।

¹⁰Baba, it is the wonder of You. ¹¹I never even dreamt that I would become a master of the world.

¹⁰aap humein kya se kya bana rahe hain।

¹²Look what You are making me from what I was!

¹³laadle bachche yeh jaante hain, ham aatmaayen aashik hain us ek maashook baap ki।

¹⁵You beloved children know you souls are lovers of the one beloved Father.

¹⁴bachche jaante hain aashik aur maashook ka sambandh kitna teekha hota hai।

¹⁶You children know how strong the relationship between a lover and beloved is.

¹⁵woh jismaani aashik jo hote hain vo jisma par aashik hote hain, vikaar ke liye nahin।

¹⁷Human lovers have love for each other’s body, but not because of vice.

¹⁶bachche jaante hain jab koi ki shaadi hoti hai to woh bhal stri-puroosh kahlaate hain parantu woh bhi aashik maashook hain ek do ko patit banaane vaale।

¹⁸You children know that when a couple get married and are called husband and wife, they become a lover and beloved to make one another impure.

¹⁷pahle se hi unko pata hai, jaante hain vikaari banenge।

¹⁹They are aware in advance that they will indulge in vice.

¹⁸abhi tum bachche aashik bane ho ek maashook ke, jo sabhi aatmaon ka maashook hai।

²⁰You children have now become lovers of the one Beloved who is the Beloved of all souls.

¹⁹sabhi us ek ke aashik hain।

²¹All are lovers of that One.

²⁰sab bhakta aashik hain bhagwan ke।

²²All devotees are lovers of the one God.

²¹parantu bhakton ko bhagwan ka pata nahin hai।

²³However, devotees don't know God.

²²bhagwan ko na jaanne kaaran kuchh bhi shakti aadi unse pa nahin sakte।

²⁴Because of not knowing God, they’re unable to receive any power etc. from Him.

²³saadhu-santa aadi pavitra rehte hain to unko kuchh na kuchh alpakaal ke liye milta hai।

²⁵Sages and holy men etc. remain pure and so they receive something or other for a temporary period.

²⁴tum to yaad karte ho ek maashook ko।

²⁶You remember the one Beloved.

²⁵usse buddhiyog lagaaya jaata hai। ²⁶jo baap bhi hai, shikshak bhi hai, patit-paavan sarvashaktimaan hai।

²⁷You connect your intellects in yoga to Him, the One who is also the Father, the Teacher and the Purifier, the Almighty Authority.

²⁷us baap se tum yog lagaakar shakti lete ho।

²⁸You have yoga with the Father and take power from Him.

²⁸tumhaara gyaan hi alag hai, shakti lete ho maaya par jeet paane liye।

²⁹Your knowledge is different. ³⁰You receive power in order to conquer Maya.

²⁹aisa jo vishwa ka maalik banaane vaala maashook hai, kitna meetha hai।

³¹Such a Beloved is so sweet. ³²He makes you into the masters of the world!

³⁰jinhonne baap ko apna banaaya hai woh jaante hain kitna achha maashook hai, jisko aadhaakalpa se sab yaad karte hain।

³³Those who have made the Father belong to them know how good the Beloved is. ³⁴He is the One whom everyone has been remembering for half the cycle.

³¹woh jismaani aashik maashook to ek janma ke hote hain।

³⁵Those human lovers are lovers for just one birth.

³²tumne to aadhaakalpa yaad kiya hai।

³⁶You have been remembering that One for half the cycle.

³³abhi tumne baap ko jaana hai to tumko bahut shakti mil rahi hai।

³⁷You now know the Father and so you are receiving a lot of power.

³⁴tum shreemat par chal svarga ka shreshtha te shreshtha maalik bante ho।

³⁸You are following shrimat and becoming the most elevated masters of all of heaven.

³⁵aashik banti hai aatma, kartavya aatma karti hai - karmendriyon se।

³⁹A soul becomes a lover. ⁴⁰It is souls that do everything through their physical organs.

³⁶abhi tum bachchon ko yeh dhun lagi hui hai ki baap se varsa lena hai।

⁴¹You children are now concerned to claim your inheritance from the Father.

³⁷vish ki len-den ke liye jo hathiyaala baandhate the woh baap ne aakar ab cancel kiya hai।

⁴²The Father has come and cancelled the tying of the knot that you had for the exchange of poison.

³⁸kehte hain in sab baaton ko chhod ab mere ko yaad karo।

⁴³He says: Renounce all of those things and now remember Me.

³⁹jismaani aashik ko bhi har samay khaate-peete, uthte-baithte maashook ki yaad rehti hai na।

⁴⁴Human lovers also remember their beloved at every moment while eating, drinking and doing everything.

⁴⁰unmein buri bhaavna nahin hoti hai। ⁴¹vikaar ki baat nahin।

⁴⁵They don't have impure feelings; there is no question of vice there.

⁴²abhi tum yaad karte ho ek ko।

⁴⁶You now remember the One.

⁴³yaad ke purooshaartha anusaar tum apni aayu badha sakte ho।

⁴⁷You can increase your lifespan according to the effort you make for remembrance.

⁴⁴samjho koi brahman kehte hain ki tumhaari aayu 50 varsha hai, baap kehte hain tum abhi yogbal se apni aayu badha sakte ho।

⁴⁸For instance, a worldly brahmin might say that your lifespan is 50 years. ⁴⁹The Father says: You can now increase your lifespans with the power of yoga.

⁴⁵jitna yog mein jaasti rahenge utna aayu badhegi।

⁵⁰The more you stay in yoga, the more your lifespans will increase.

⁴⁶phir bhavishya janma-janmaantar badi aayu vaale hi ban jaayenge।

⁵¹Then, in the future, you will become those with long lifespans for birth after birth.

⁴⁷yog nahin to phir saja khaani padti hai, phir pad bhi kam ho padta hai।

⁵²If there is no yoga, there will have to be punishment and the status is also reduced.

⁴⁸bhal sukhi to sab banenge parantu yog aur padhaai se।

⁵³Although everyone will be happy, it will only be by having yoga and studying.

⁴⁹farka saara pad ka rehta hai na।

⁵⁴The difference is in the status.

⁵⁰jitna purooshaartha utna oonch pad।

⁵⁵The more effort you make, the higher the status you claim.

⁵¹dhan to nambarvaar hoga na।

⁵⁶You will have wealth, numberwise.

⁵²ek jaise sab dhani ho na saken।

⁵⁷Not everyone can be wealthy to the same extent.

⁵³to baap samjhaate hain bachche jitna ho sake meri mat par chalo।

⁵⁸The Father explains: Children, follow My directions as much as possible.

⁵⁴aadhaakalpa tum aasuri mat par chalte ho, jisse tumhaari aayu kamti hoti gai hai।

⁵⁹You have been following devilish dictates for half the cycle and those have continued to reduce your lifespans.

⁵⁵bhal kitna bhi bada aadmi ho। ⁵⁶aaj janma liya, kal mar gaya।

⁶⁰No matter how important someone may be, he might take birth today and die tomorrow.

⁵⁷daan-punya karne se bade ghar mein janma milta hai na।

⁶¹You receive a birth in a grand home when you have given donations and performed charity.

⁵⁸ab baap tumko avinaashi gyaan ratnon ka daan de jholi bhar rahe hain। ⁵⁹tum kitne saahookaar bante ho।

⁶²The Father is now donating the imperishable jewels of knowledge to you and filling your aprons; you become so wealthy!

⁶⁰yeh avinaashi gyaan ratnon ka daan kaho athva varsa kaho, baap se mil raha hai।

⁶³Whether you call it the donation of the imperishable jewels of knowledge or the inheritance, you are receiving it from the Father.

⁶¹tum baap se varsa lete ho to tumko phir auron ko raasta bataana hai।

⁶⁴You are receiving the inheritance from the Father, so you have to show others the path.

⁶²bhagwan ke ham bachche hain to zaroor bhagwan bhagavti pad milna chaahiye।

⁶⁵We are God's children, and so we should definitely receive the status of gods and goddesses.

⁶³bhaarat mein gaaya jaata hai goddess lakshmi, god naaraayan।

⁶⁶Goddess Lakshmi and god Narayan are remembered in Bharat.

⁶⁴nai duniya mein god goddess hi raajya karte hain kyonki god dvaara pad mila hua hai।

⁶⁷In the new world, it is only gods and goddesses who rule the kingdom because they received their status from God.

⁶⁵parantu baap samjhaate hain agar unko god goddess kahenge to yatha raaja raani tatha praja ko bhi god goddess kehna pade, isliye devi-devta kaha jaata hai।

⁶⁸However, the Father explains: If you call them god and goddess, then, as are the king and queen, so the subjects. ⁶⁹Therefore, all the people would also have to be called gods and goddesses.

⁶⁶tum jaante ho ham bhaarat ko svarga bana rahe hain।

⁷⁰This is why they are called deities. ⁷¹You know that you are making Bharat into heaven.

⁶⁷parampita paramatma ki shreemat dvaara ham raajayog seekhte hain।

⁷²We are studying Raja Yoga by following the shrimat of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁶⁸phir raajya bhaagya paayenge।

⁷³We will then attain our fortune of the kingdom.

⁶⁹paramatma hi svarga ki sthaapna karte hain to zaroor narka mein aaven tab to narka ko svarga banaaven।

⁷⁴God alone establishes heaven and so it is definitely when He comes into hell that He can change hell into heaven.

⁷⁰jo kalpa pahle bane honge vahi banenge।

⁷⁵Those who became that in the previous cycle will become so again.

⁷¹sab ekras to nahin hote hain, nambarvaar purooshaartha karte hain।

⁷⁶Not everyone is the same. ⁷⁷Everyone makes effort, numberwise.

⁷²aajkal to bachche himmat kar paan ka beeda uthaate hain - baba phalaani bachchi ko bahut maar padti hai, ham unko bachaane ke liye yugal ban jaate hain।

⁷⁸Nowadays, some children have courage and take the responsibility to help someone: Baba, such-and-such a child is beaten a lot and so, in order to save her, we will get married.

⁷³achha yeh to theek hai parantu phir gyaan ki taakat chaahiye, dhaarna chaahiye।

⁷⁹OK, that is fine, but you need the power of yoga and you also have to imbibe knowledge well.

⁷⁴jitna vaaris aur praja banaayenge, kaanton ko phool banaane ki seva karenge utna oonch pad paayenge।

⁸⁰The more heirs and subjects you create and the more you do the service of changing thorns into flowers, the higher the status you will claim.

⁷⁵kitni mehnat karni padti hai।

⁸¹You have to make a great deal of effort.

⁷⁶aise bahut vilaayat mein bhi rehte hain।

⁸²There are many such couples abroad too.

⁷⁷companion ho rehte hain, pavitra rehte hain।

⁸³They remain pure, as companions.

⁷⁸phir sab milkiyat stri ko de dete va to charity mein de dete hain।

⁸⁴Then, the husband would give all his property either to his wife or to a charity.

⁷⁹abhi tum bachchon ko parampita paramatma maashook mila hai, jo tumko vishwa ka maalik banaate hain to unki kitni yaad rahni chaahiye।

⁸⁵You children have now found the Beloved, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, who makes you into the masters of the world. ⁸⁶Therefore, you should remember Him a great deal.

⁸⁰aise baap ko to bahut yaad karna chaahiye।

⁸⁷You should remember such a Father a great deal.

⁸¹tum hi baap ko jaante ho aur koi bhi saadhu-santa aadi baap ko nahin jaante।

⁸⁸Only you know the Father. ⁸⁹None of the sages or holy men etc. know the Father.

⁸²yahaan baap bachchon ke sammukh baithe hain।

⁹⁰The Father is here, sitting personally in front of you children.

⁸³is samay bhal koi pavitra rehte hain parantu unhein pavitrata ka bal nahin mil sakta। ⁸⁴jitna tum bachchon ko patit-paavan baap se milta hai kyonki woh baap ko nahin jaante।

⁹¹Now, although someone may remain pure, he cannot receive the power of purity which you children receive from the Purifier Father, because he doesn't know the Father.

⁸⁵aatma so paramatma athva brahm hi paramatma hai - aise kah dete hain।

⁹²They say each soul is the Supreme Soul and that the brahm element is God.

⁸⁶anekaanek mat-mataantar hain।

⁹³There are innumerable opinions.

⁸⁷yahaan tum sabki ek advait mat hai।

⁹⁴Here, all of you have the one united opinion.

⁸⁸manushya se devta banne ki mat milti hai baap dvaara।

⁹⁵You receive the directions from the Father to change from human beings into deities.

⁸⁹barobar manushya se devta banaane mein deri nahin lagti hai। ⁹⁰moot paleeti manushyon ko aakar pavitra banaate hain।

⁹⁶It truly doesn't take Him long to change humans into deities: He comes and makes impure human beings pure.

⁹¹mahima to hai na।

⁹⁷This is the praise of Him.

⁹²baaki shaastra to bahut sunte, padhte aaye hain parantu unse koi phal nahin milta।

⁹⁸They have been listening to and studying many scriptures but there is no fruit received from that.

⁹³abhi baap aaye hain to unka sachcha-sachcha aashik banna chaahiye।

⁹⁹The Father has now come and so you should become His true lovers.

⁹⁴buddhiyog aur kahaan bhatakna nahin chaahiye।

¹⁰⁰Your intellects’ yoga should not wander anywhere else.

⁹⁵grihastha vyavhaar mein bhal raho parantu kamal phool samaan।

¹⁰¹You may live at home with your families, but remain like a lotus flower.

⁹⁶bhakti maarga mein to koi hanoomaan ko, koi ganesh ko, koi kisko pakadte aaye hain।

¹⁰²On the path of devotion, some have been holding on to Hanuman, some to Ganesh and others to someone else.

⁹⁷parantu woh koi bhagwan to nahin hain।

¹⁰³However, they are not God.

⁹⁸bhal shivbaaba ka naam bhi yaad hai, parantu samajhte nahin hain।

¹⁰⁴Although they remember the name of Shiv Baba, they don't understand Him to be God.

⁹⁹paramatma ko patthar thikkar mein daal diya hai।

¹⁰⁵They have said that God is in pebbles and stones.

¹⁰⁰soot hi saara moonjha hua hai, sivaae baap ke koi unko suljha na sake।

¹⁰⁶Everything has become tangled and so no one, except the Father, can untangle it all.

¹⁰¹bhagwan kisko bhi milta nahin।

¹⁰⁷No one can find God.

¹⁰²svayan bhagwan kehte hain jab bhakti poori ho tab main aaoon।

¹⁰⁸God Himself says: I come when devotion ends.

¹⁰³aadhaakalpa bhakti maarga chalta hai, din aur raat।

¹⁰⁹The path of devotion continues for half the cycle.

¹⁰⁴shuru mein bhi pahle-pahle jab praveshta hui to deevaaron par aise-aise chakra nikaalte rehte the, jaise chhote bachche hote hain।

¹¹⁰There is the day and the night. ¹¹¹In the beginning, when Shiv Baba first entered him (Brahma), he used to draw circles on a wall like little children do.

¹⁰⁵samajh mein kuchh nahin aata tha।

¹¹²He wasn't able to understand anything.

¹⁰⁶ham tum sab babies the, phir dheere-dheere buddhi mein aata gaya।

¹¹³You and I were all babies and then it gradually entered our intellects.

¹⁰⁷abhi tum padhkar hoshiyaar hue ho to bilkul sahaj reeti samjha sakte ho।

¹¹⁴You are now studying and have become clever and so are able to explain very easily.

¹⁰⁸aise nahin samajhna yeh bahut puraane bachche hain, isliye hamse hoshiyaar hain। ¹⁰⁹ham to itna padh nahin sakenge।

¹¹⁵Don't think that someone is a very much older child than you and so is cleverer than you and that you will not be able to study as much.

¹¹⁰baba kehte hain - pichhaadi mein aane vaale bahut aage ja sakte hain। ¹¹¹deri se aane vaale aur hi din-raat yog mein masta ho lag padenge।

¹¹⁶Baba says: Those who come later can go very far ahead. ¹¹⁷Those who come later will be engaged in yoga day and night and remain very intoxicated. ¹¹⁸Day by day, you continue to receive many good points.

¹¹²din-pratidin points bahut achhi-achhi milti rehti hain।

¹¹⁹The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is the Creator of heaven.

¹¹³parampita paramatma svarga ka rachayita hai to unse varsa milna chaahiye na। ¹¹⁴satayug mein tha। ¹¹⁵abhi nahin hai, tab to baap phir dene aaye hain।

¹²⁰Therefore, you have to receive the inheritance from Him. ¹²¹You had it when you were in the golden age, but you don't have it now and this is why the Father has come again to give it to you.

¹¹⁶kitne upaay kiye jaate hain ki bachchon ko kuchh samajh mein aa jaae aur yog mein lag jaaen।

¹²²He tries so hard for you children to understand something and engage yourselves in having yoga.

¹¹⁷koi kehte hamko phursat nahin।

¹²³Some say that they don't have any time.

¹¹⁸is yaad se hi tum sadaiv ke liye nirogi banenge।

¹²⁴You can become free from disease for all time by having this remembrance.

¹¹⁹to us dhandhe mein lag jaana chaahiye na।

¹²⁵Therefore, you should become engaged in this business.

¹²⁰ismen sthool kuchh bhi karne ka nahin hai।

¹²⁶There is nothing physical that you have to do here.

¹²¹laukik baap ki yaad rah sakti hai, paarlaukik baap ko kyon bhool jaate ho।

¹²⁷You are able to remember your worldly fathers, so why do you forget the Father from beyond this world?

¹²²baap kehte hain tum bhaaratvaasiyon ko 5 hajaar varsha pahle bhi varsa diya tha na।

¹²⁸The Father says: I gave you people of Bharat the inheritance 5000 years ago too.

¹²³tum vishwa ke maalik the na - kya yeh bhool gaye ho?

¹²⁹Have you forgotten that you were masters of the world?

¹²⁴tum sooryavanshi the, phir chandravanshi, vaishya vanshi banen।

¹³⁰From being the sun dynasty, you became the moon dynasty and then the merchant dynasty.

¹²⁵ab phir brahman vanshi banaane aaya hoon।

¹³¹I have now come to make you into the Brahmin dynasty.

¹²⁶brahman banenge tab to yagya ki sambhaal kar sakenge।

¹³²It is only when you become Brahmins that you will be able to look after the sacrificial fire.

¹²⁷brahman kabhi vikaari ban nahin sakte।

¹³³Brahmins can never indulge in vice.

¹²⁸ant tak to pavitra rehna hi hai tab nai duniya ke maalik ban sakenge।

¹³⁴You have to remain pure until the end, for only then will you be able to become the masters of the new world.

¹²⁹kitni bhaari praapti hai।

¹³⁵The attainment is so great!

¹³⁰tum baap ko yaad nahin karte ho।

¹³⁶You don't remember the Father.

¹³¹bachcha bankar aur baap ko yaad na kare aisa to kabhi hota nahin।

¹³⁷It has never happened that a child wouldn’t remember his father.

¹³²baap ko bhool jaayenge to varsa kaise milega?

¹³⁸If you forget the Father, how would you receive the inheritance?

¹³³yeh to aamadni hai na।

¹³⁹This is an income.

¹³⁴saadhu-santon ke paas to praapti kuchh nahin hai।

¹⁴⁰Sages and holy men have no attainment at all.

¹³⁵sirf pavitrata ka bal hai, eeshvareey bal nahin hai।

¹⁴¹They simply have the power of purity, but not God's power.

¹³⁶eeshvar ko jaante hi nahin to bal mile kaise?

¹⁴²They don't even know God, so how could they receive power?

¹³⁷bal tumko mila hai।

¹⁴³You are the ones who receive power.

¹³⁸baap khud kehte hain ham tumko svarga ka maalik banaane aaye hain।

¹⁴⁴The Father Himself says: I have come to make you into the masters of heaven.

¹³⁹tum thode samay ke liye pavitra nahin rah sakte ho?

¹⁴⁵Can you not remain pure for a short time?

¹⁴⁰krodh hai second number bhoot।

¹⁴⁶Anger is the second most evil spirit.

¹⁴¹bade te bada bhoot hai kaam ka।

¹⁴⁷The greatest evil spirit is lust.

¹⁴²satayug mein bhaarat viceless tha, kitna sukhi tha।

¹⁴⁸In the golden age, Bharat was viceless and they were very happy there.

¹⁴³vicious bana hai to ab bhaarat ka kya haal ho gaya hai!

¹⁴⁹Bharat has now become vicious and so look at the condition of it now!

¹⁴⁴baap phir bhaarat ko viceless banaane aaye hain to aise baap ko yaad karna tum bhool jaate ho?

¹⁵⁰The Father has come once again to make Bharat viceless and yet you forget to remember such a Father!

¹⁴⁵maaya phat se vikarma kara deti hai!

¹⁵¹Maya very quickly makes you perform sinful acts.

¹⁴⁶badi bhaari manzil hai।

¹⁵²The destination is very high.

¹⁴⁷tum aise baap ki shreemat par nahin chalte ho!

¹⁵³You don't follow the shrimat of such a Father!

¹⁴⁸aise baap se pyaar nahin hai!

¹⁵⁴You don't love such a Father!

¹⁴⁹kehte hain bhool jaate hain, achha ek ghadi, aadhi ghadi... kam se kam itni to koshish karo jo ant mein baap hi yaad rahe।

¹⁵⁵You say that you forget Him. ¹⁵⁶OK, at least make enough effort for an hour or half an hour so that, at the end, you only remember the Father.

¹⁵⁰yeh antakaal hai na।

¹⁵⁷These are the final times.

¹⁵¹antakaal jo naaraayan simre... main naaraayan banta hoon। ¹⁵²tum bhi bante ho na।

¹⁵⁸“Those who remember Narayan in their final moments…” ¹⁵⁹I am becoming Narayan and you too are becoming that.

¹⁵³baap kehte hain poore aashik bhi bano na।

¹⁶⁰The Father says: Become complete lovers.

¹⁵⁴baap to daata hai।

¹⁶¹The Father is the Bestower.

¹⁵⁵baap ko apna banaayenge to baap raay athva mat denge।

¹⁶²If you make the Father belong to You, He will give you directions or advice.

¹⁵⁶sautele ko to mat nahin denge।

¹⁶³He will not give directions to stepchildren.

¹⁵⁷baap to daata hai।

¹⁶⁴The Father is the Bestower.

¹⁵⁸tumse kuchh lete hain kya?

¹⁶⁵Does He take anything from you?

¹⁵⁹tum jo kuchh bhi karte ho apne liye।

¹⁶⁶Whatever you do, you do it for yourself.

¹⁶⁰main to vishwa ka maalik bhi nahin banta hoon।

¹⁶⁷I don't even become the Master of the World.

¹⁶¹aise kabhi nahin samajhna hai ki ham shivbaaba ko daan dete hain।

¹⁶⁸Don't ever think that you are donating something to Shiv Baba.

¹⁶²nahin, shivbaaba se varsa lete hain।
