¹Essence: Sweet children, the Father is laying the foundation of heaven. ²You children have to become His helpers and accumulate your share. ³Follow God’s directions and make your reward elevated.

²prashn:- baapdaada ko kin bachchon ki sada talaash rehti hai?

⁴Question: What type of children is BapDada always on the lookout for?

³uttar:- jo bahut-bahut meethe sheetal svabhaav vaale serviceable bachche hain।

⁵Answer: The Father is always on the lookout for children who are extremely sweet with cool natures and who are serviceable. ⁶Only serviceable children will glorify the Father's name.

⁴aise bachchon ki baap ko talaash rehti hai। ⁵serviceable bachche hi baap ka naam baala karenge। ⁶jitna baap ka madadgaar bante hain, aagyaakaari, vaphaadaar hain, utna woh varse ke hakdaar bante hain।

⁷To the extent that you become a helper of the Father and are obedient and trustworthy, so you accordingly claim a right to the inheritance.

⁹om ka arth kisne bataaya?

¹⁰Who has explained the meaning of “Om”?

¹⁰baap ne।

¹¹The Father.

¹¹jab baba kaha jaata hai to uska naam zaroor chaahiye।

¹²Since you call Him, “Baba”, He must definitely have a name.

¹²saakaar ho va niraakaar ho, naam zaroor chaahiye।

¹³Whether He is corporeal or incorporeal, He must definitely have a name.

¹³aur jo aatmaayen hain un par kabhi naam nahin padta।

¹⁴Other souls can never be given names.

¹⁴aatma jab jeev aatma banti hai tab shareer par naam padta hai।

¹⁵Names are given to bodies when souls become human beings.

¹⁵brahma devtaae namah kehte, vishnu ko bhi devta kehte kyonki aakaari hain to aakaari shareer ka naam pada।

¹⁶It is said: Salutations to the deity Brahma. ¹⁷Vishnu is also said to be a deity, because those who have subtle forms or subtle bodies are also given names.

¹⁶naam hamesha shareer par padta hai।

¹⁸A name is always given to a body.

¹⁷sirf ek niraakaar parampita paramatma hai, jiska naam shiv hai।

¹⁹Only the incorporeal Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is given the name Shiva.

¹⁸ek hi is aatma ka naam hai, baaki sabka deh par naam padta hai।

²⁰Only His soul is given a name; all others are only given names for their bodies.

¹⁹shareer chhoda to phir naam badal jaayega। ²⁰paramatma ka ek hi naam chalta hai, kabhi badalta nahin।

²¹Once a soul sheds a body, the name changes, but God, the Supreme Soul, is only given one name and that never changes.

²¹isse siddha hota hai ki woh kabhi janma-maran mein nahin aata hai।

²²This proves that He does not enter birth and death.

²²agar khud janma-maran mein aave to auron ko janma-maran se chhuda na sake।

²³If He were to enter into the cycle of birth and death, He would not be able to liberate others from rebirth.

²³amarlok mein kabhi janma-maran nahin kaha jaata। ²⁴vahaan to badi sahaj reeti se ek shareer chhod doosra lete hain।

²⁴The expression, ‘birth and death’ is not used in the land of immortality, because everyone there easily sheds a body and takes the next.

²⁵marna yahaan hai।

²⁵The word ‘death’ is only used here.

²⁶satayug mein aise nahin kehte ki phalaana mar gaya।

²⁶In the golden age, it would not be said that such and such a person has died.

²⁷marna shabd duhkh ka hai।

²⁷The word ‘death’ implies sorrow.

²⁸vahaan to puraana shareer chhod doosra kishor avastha ka shareer le lete hain। ²⁹khushi manaate hain।

²⁸There, having shed an old body, a soul would then take a young body and they celebrate that in happiness.

³⁰puraani duniya mein kitne manushya hain, yeh sab khatma hone vaale hain।

²⁹There are so many humans in the old world; they are all to be finished.

³¹dikhaate hain yaadav aur kaurav the, ladaai mein woh khatma ho gaye to kya paandavon ko ranj hua hoga?

³⁰It is shown that there were the Yadavas and the Kauravas and that they were destroyed in the war. ³¹So, would the Pandavas have experienced sorrow?

³²nahin। ³³paandavon ka to raajya sthaapan hua।

³²No; the kingdom of the Pandavas was established.

³⁴is samay tum ho brahma vanshi brahman, brahmaakumaar aur kumaariyaan।

³³At present, you are the clan of Brahma, Brahmins, Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

³⁵brahma ko itne bachche hain to zaroor prajaapita thahra।

³⁴Brahma has so many children. ³⁵So, he must surely be the Father of People.

³⁶brahma vishnu shankar ka baap hai shiv।

³⁶Shiva is the Father of Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar.

³⁷unko hi bhagwan kaha jaata hai।

³⁷He alone is called God.

³⁸is samay tum jaante ho ki ham eeshvareey kul ke hain।

³⁸You know that we now belong to the clan of God.

³⁹ham baba ke saath, baba ke ghar nirvaandhaam mein jaane vaale hain।

³⁹We are to return with Baba to Baba's home, to the land of nirvana.

⁴⁰baba aaya hua hai, unko saajan bhi kaha jaata hai।

⁴⁰Baba has now come. ⁴¹He is also called the Bridegroom.

⁴¹parantu accurate sambandh mein woh baap hai kyonki varsa sajniyon ko nahin milta hai।

⁴²However, the accurate relationship with Him is that of the Father, because brides do not receive an inheritance.

⁴²varsa bachche lete hain to baap kehna right hai।

⁴³Children claim an inheritance, and so it is right to call Him, “Father”.

⁴³baap ko bhool jaane se hi manushya naastik bane hain।

⁴⁴By forgetting the Father, people have become atheists.

⁴⁴krishna ke charitra gaaye jaate hain। ⁴⁵parantu krishna ka charitra to koi hai nahin।

⁴⁵Krishna's activities are remembered, but those are not significant activities.

⁴⁶bhaagvat mein krishna ke charitra hain lekin charitra hona chaahiye - shivbaaba ka। ⁴⁷woh bhi baap, teacher, satguru hai, ismen charitra ki kya baat hai।

⁴⁶The divine activities of Krishna are mentioned in the Bhagawad, whereas they should in fact be the divine activities of Shiv Baba.

⁴⁸krishna ke bhi charitra nahin hain। ⁴⁹woh bhi bachcha hai। ⁵⁰jaise chhote bachche hote hain।

⁴⁷Since He is the Father, the Teacher and the Satguru, there is no question of playful activities in this.

⁵¹bachche hamesha chanchal hote hain, to sabhi ko pyaare lagte hain। ⁵²krishna ke liye jo dikhaate hain ki matki phodi, aisa to kuchh bhi hai nahin।

⁴⁸Even Shri Krishna does not have such mischievous activity; he is a little child and little children are always mischievous and they are loved by everyone.

⁵³shivbaaba ka kya charitra hai? ⁵⁴woh to tum dekhte ho ki padhaakar patit se paavan banaate hain।

⁴⁹They have made out that Krishna broke a pitcher, but it was not like that.

⁵⁵kehte hain bhakti maarga mein main tumhaari bhaavna poori karta hoon।

⁵⁰You now see what Shiv Baba's activities are. ⁵¹He teaches you and makes you pure from impure.

⁵⁶baaki yahaan to main padhaata hoon। ⁵⁷is samay jo mere bachche hain, vahi mujhe yaad karte hain।

⁵²He says: On the path of devotion, I fulfil your feelings and desires of devotion, whereas here, I teach you.

⁵⁸aur sabki yaad ko bhool ek baap ki yaad mein rahne ka prayatna karte hain। ⁵⁹aise nahin ki main sarvavyaapi hoon।

⁵³At this time, only those who are My children remember Me. ⁵⁴They forget everyone else and try to remember the one Father alone.

⁶⁰mujhe jo yaad karte hain, main bhi unko yaad karta hoon।

⁵⁵It isn't that I am omnipresent. ⁵⁶I remember those who remember Me.

⁶¹so bhi yaad to bachchon ko hi karenge।

⁵⁷It is the children who are remembered.

⁶²mukhya baat to ek hai।

⁵⁸There is one main aspect.

⁶³bahaadur to kisi ko tab kahenge jab koi bade aadmi ko samjhaakar dikhaao।

⁵⁹You have to be courageous when you explain to an important person to make him understand.

⁶⁴saara madaar hai geeta par।

⁶⁰Everything depends on the Gita.

⁶⁵geeta niraakaar parampita paramatma ki gaai hui hai, na ki manushyon ki।

⁶¹The Gita is sung by the incorporeal Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, not by a human being.

⁶⁶bhagwan ko roodra bhi kaha jaata hai। ⁶⁷krishna ko roodra nahin kahenge।

⁶²God is also known as Rudra, but Shri Krishna is not called Rudra.

⁶⁸roodra gyaan yagya se hi vinaash jvaala nikli hai। ⁶⁹kai log paramatma ko maalik kahkar yaad karte hain।

⁶³The flames of destruction emerge from the sacrificial fire of the knowledge of Rudra.

⁷⁰kehte hain us maalik ka naam nahin hai।

⁶⁴Many people remember God as the Master.

⁷¹achha bhala woh maalik kahaan hai?

⁶⁵They say that that Master does not have a name.

⁷²kya woh vishwa ka, saari srishti ka maalik hai?

⁶⁶Achcha, where is that Master? ⁶⁷Is He the Master of the whole world?

⁷³parampita paramatma to srishti ka maalik nahin banta hai, srishti ka maalik to devi-devta bante hain।

⁶⁸The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is not the Master of the whole world. ⁶⁹It is the deities who become the masters of the world.

⁷⁴parampita paramatma to brahmaanda ka maalik hai।

⁷⁰The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is the Master of Brahmand.

⁷⁵brahm tatva baap ka ghar to ham bachchon ka bhi ghar hai।

⁷¹Brahmand is the home of the Father, and therefore the home of the children as well.

⁷⁶brahmaanda hai baap ka ghar, jahaan aatmaayen ande misal dikhaate hain।

⁷²Brahmand is the Father's home where we souls live as oval-shaped forms.

⁷⁷aise koi hain nahin।

⁷³It is not really like that.

⁷⁸ham aatmaayen jyotirbindu vahaan nivaas karti hain, phir brahmaanda se ham neeche utarte hain part bajaane ke liye, ham ek-do ke pichhaadi aate rehte hain।

⁷⁴We souls live there like dots of light. ⁷⁵We then come down from Brahmand to play our parts. ⁷⁶Souls come down one after another and the tree continues to grow.

⁷⁹jhaad vriddhi ko paata rehta hai।

⁷⁷Baba is the Seed.

⁸⁰baba hai beejroop, foundation devi-devtaaon ka kahen va braahmanon ka kahen।

⁷⁸Should this be called the foundation of the deities or the foundation of the Brahmins?

⁸¹brahman beej daalte hain। ⁸²brahman hi phir devta ban raajya karte hain।

⁷⁹Brahmins sow seeds and it is the Brahmins who later become deities and rule the kingdom.

⁸³ab hamaare dvaara shiv-baba foundation laga rahe hain।

⁸⁰Shiv Baba is now laying the foundation through us.

⁸⁴Deityism arthaat svarga ka foundation lag raha hai।

⁸¹We are laying the foundation of deityism, that is, of heaven.

⁸⁵jitna jo madadgaar banenge utna woh apna hissa lenge।

⁸²To whatever extent you become helpers, so you accordingly claim your share.

⁸⁶nahin to sooryavanshi kaise banen!

⁸³How else could you become part of the sun dynasty?

⁸⁷abhi tum woh oonch praalabdha bana rahe ho।

⁸⁴You are now creating that elevated reward.

⁸⁸har ek manushya purushaartha se praalabdha banaate rehte hain।

⁸⁵Each one of you creates your reward with your own efforts.

⁸⁹praalabdha banaane liye achha kaam kiya jaata hai।

⁸⁶In order to create your reward, you have to perform good actions.

⁹⁰daan-punya karna, dharmashaala aadi banaana। ⁹¹sab eeshvar arth hi karte hain kyonki unka phal dene vaala woh hai।

⁸⁷They give donations and perform charity and also build pilgrim rest houses in God's name, because it is He who gives the fruit of all of that.

⁹²tum ab shreemat par purushaartha kar rahe ho। ⁹³baaki saari duniya manushya mat par purushaartha kar rahi hai।

⁸⁸You are now making effort on the basis of shrimat, whereas all the rest of the world make effort on the basis of human directions.

⁹⁴so bhi aasuri mat hai।

⁸⁹Those are devilish instructions.

⁹⁵eeshvareey mat ke baad hai daivi mat, phir ho jaati hai aasuri mat।

⁹⁰After Godly directions, deity directions come and then devilish directions.

⁹⁶ab tum bachchon ko eeshvareey mat milti hai।

⁹¹You children now receive Godly directions.

⁹⁷baba mama bhi unki mat se shreshtha bante hain।

⁹²Baba and Mama become elevated through His directions.

⁹⁸koi manushya devtaaon jaise shreshtha ho hi nahin sakte।

⁹³No human being can be as elevated as a deity. ⁹⁴Who makes the deities so elevated?

⁹⁹devtaaon ko shreshtha banaane vaala kaun?

⁹⁵No one here is elevated. ⁹⁶Shri Shri is only the One.

¹⁰⁰yahaan to koi shreshtha hai nahin।

⁹⁷He alone is the most elevated Father, Teacher and Guru.

¹⁰¹shri shri hai hi ek vahi sabse oonch te oonch baap, teacher, satguru hai।

⁹⁸He is the one who creates Shri Lakshmi and Shri Narayan.

¹⁰²vahi phir shri lakshmi-naaraayan banaate hain। ¹⁰³bhal raam ko bhi kehte hain shri seeta, shri raam।

⁹⁹Rama and Sita are also called Shri Rama and Shri Sita, but after their title ‘moon dynasty warriors’ is added.

¹⁰⁴parantu unke pichhaadi add ho jaata hai kshatriy, chandravanshi।

¹⁰⁰Lakshmi and Narayan are 16 celestial degrees full; they belong to the sun dynasty.

¹⁰⁵woh lakshmi-naaraayan to 16 kala sampoorn sooryavanshi devta kul hua aur raam-seeta 14 kala chandravanshi। ¹⁰⁶do kala kam hui hai na।

¹⁰¹Their clan is the deity clan, whereas Rama and Sita are 14 celestial degrees; they belong to the moon dynasty, and so they are two degrees less.

¹⁰⁷so to hona hi hai zaroor।

¹⁰²However, this is inevitable.

¹⁰⁸manushya yeh nahin jaante hain ki srishti ki girti kala hoti hai।

¹⁰³People do not know how the world goes into the stage of descent.

¹⁰⁹16 kala se 14 kala hui to degrade hui na।

¹⁰⁴It comes down from 16 celestial degrees to 14, and so it becomes degraded.

¹¹⁰is samay to bilkul degrade hai।

¹⁰⁵At this time, it is totally degraded.

¹¹¹yeh hai raavan sampradaay।

¹⁰⁶This is the community of Ravan.

¹¹²raavan raajya hai na।

¹⁰⁷This is the kingdom of Ravan.

¹¹³raavan mat ko kaha jaata hai aasuri mat।

¹⁰⁸The dictates of Ravan are called devilish directions.

¹¹⁴sab patit hain।

¹⁰⁹Everyone is impure.

¹¹⁵paavan koi is patit duniya mein nahin ho sakta।

¹¹⁰There cannot be anyone pure in this impure world.

¹¹⁶bhaaratvaasi jo paavan the vahi phir patit bane hain phir unhon ko hi main aakar paavan banaata hoon।

¹¹¹The residents of Bharat were pure and they have now become impure. ¹¹²I come and purify them once again.

¹¹⁷patit-paavan krishna nahin gaaya jaata hai। ¹¹⁸na charitra ki baat hai।

¹¹³Krishna is not remembered as the Purifier, and so there is no question of his activity being remembered.

¹¹⁹patit-paavan ek paramatma ko hi kahenge।

¹¹⁴Only the one Supreme Soul is called the Purifier.

¹²⁰pichhaadi mein sab kahenge aho prabhu aapki gat mat nyaari।

¹¹⁵At the end, everyone will say: O God, Your instructions and destination are unique.

¹²¹aapki rachna ko koi nahin jaante।

¹¹⁶No one else knows of Your creation.

¹²²so to ab tum jaan gaye ho।

¹¹⁷However, you have now come to understand it.

¹²³yeh gyaan hai bilkul naya।

¹¹⁸This knowledge is absolutely new.

¹²⁴nai cheez jab nikalti hai to pahle thodi hoti hai phir badhti jaati hai।

¹¹⁹When something new emerges, it is very rare but it later increases.

¹²⁵tum bhi pahle ek kone mein pade the। ¹²⁶ab desh-deshaantar vriddhi ko paate rahenge। ¹²⁷raajdhaani sthaapan zaroor honi hai।

¹²⁰So, to begin with, you too were only in one corner, but expansion will now take place in one country after another and the kingdom will definitely be established.

¹²⁸mool baat to yeh siddha karni hai ki geeta ka bhagwan shreekrishna nahin hai।

¹²¹The main aspect to be proved is that Shri Krishna is not the God of the Gita.

¹²⁹varsa baap denge, krishna nahin।

¹²²The inheritance is given by the Father, not by Shri Krishna.

¹³⁰lakshmi-naaraayan bhi apne bachchon ko varsa denge। ¹³¹woh bhi yahaan ke purooshaartha ki praalabdha milti hai।

¹²³Lakshmi and Narayan would only give an inheritance to their own children and that would be the reward of the efforts they made now.

¹³²satayug, treta mein behad ka varsa hai।

¹²⁴There is the unlimited inheritance of the golden and silver ages.

¹³³golden, silver jubilee manaate hain।

¹²⁵People celebrate golden and silver jubilees.

¹³⁴yahaan to ek din manaate hain। ¹³⁵ham to 1250 varsha golden jubilee manaate hain।

¹²⁶Here, they just celebrate for one day, whereas we celebrate the golden jubilee for 1250 years.

¹³⁶khushiyaan manaate hain na। ¹³⁷maalaamaal ban jaate hain।

¹²⁷We celebrate in happiness and become full of treasures.

¹³⁸to yeh andar mein badi khushi rehti hai।

¹²⁸So, there is this internal happiness.

¹³⁹aise nahin ki sirf baahar se battiyaan aadi jalaate hain।

¹²⁹It isn't that there is external decoration with lights etc.

¹⁴⁰svarga mein ham bilkul sampattivaan, bahut sukhi ho jaate hain।

¹³⁰In heaven, we are very prosperous and very happy.

¹⁴¹devta dharma jaisa sukhi aur koi hota nahin।

¹³¹No one is as happy as those who belong to the deity religion.

¹⁴²phir silver jubilee aadi ko bhi poora samajhte nahin hain।

¹³²People do not fully understand this silver jubilee etc.

¹⁴³abhi tum aadhaakalpa ki jubilee manaane ke liye baap se varsa pa rahe ho।

¹³³You are now claiming the inheritance from the Father in order to celebrate jubilees for half the cycle.

¹⁴⁴to mukhya baat yeh samajhne ki hai ki geeta ka bhagwan shiv hai।

¹³⁴So, you have to understand this main aspect: Shiva is the God of the Gita.

¹⁴⁵usne hi raajayog sikhlaaya tha, so phir se ab sikhla rahe hain।

¹³⁵He was the One who taught Raja Yoga, and so He is now teaching it once again.

¹⁴⁶sikhlaate bhi tab hain jab raajaai hai nahin।

¹³⁶He teaches this when the kingdoms no longer exist.

¹⁴⁷praja ka praja par raajya hai। ¹⁴⁸ek do ki topi utaarne mein deri nahin karte hain।

¹³⁷People now rule over people and they don't take long to take away one another's titles!

¹⁴⁹tum bachche unki mat par chalne se sukhdhaam ke maalik banenge।

¹³⁸By following His directions, you children will become the masters of the land of happiness.

¹⁵⁰aise bahut hain jo gyaan ko poora dhaaran nahin karte, parantu centre par aate rehte hain।

¹³⁹There are many who are not able to imbibe knowledge fully but who continue to go to a centre.

¹⁵¹andar dil bitta-bitta karti ki ek bachcha paida kar den। ¹⁵²maaya ki temptation hoti hai ki shaadi kar ek bachche ka sukh le leven।

¹⁴⁰They have the desire in their hearts to have a child; there is the temptation of Maya for them to get married and have the happiness of having a child.

¹⁵³are guarantee thode hi hai ki bachcha sukh hi dega।

¹⁴¹However, there is no guarantee that the child will give happiness.

¹⁵⁴do chaar varsha mein bachcha mar jaaye to aur hi duhkhi ho padenge।

¹⁴²If their child dies after two or four years, they experience even more sorrow.

¹⁵⁵aaj shaadmaana karte hain kal chita par chadhte to rona peetna padta hai।

¹⁴³Today, they celebrate but tomorrow, when it is put on the pyre, they weep and wail.

¹⁵⁶yeh hai hi duhkhadhaam।

¹⁴⁴This is the land of sorrow.

¹⁵⁷dekho, khaana bhi kaisa khaate hain!

¹⁴⁵Just look at what kind of food they eat!

¹⁵⁸to baap samjhaate hain ki bachche aisi aashaayen nahin rakho।

¹⁴⁶This is why the Father explains: Children, do not have such desires.

¹⁵⁹maaya bada toofaan mein le aayegi। ¹⁶⁰jhat vikaar mein gira degi। ¹⁶¹phir aane mein bhi lajja aayegi।

¹⁴⁷Maya will bring you many storms; she will instantly make you indulge in vice and you will then feel too ashamed to come here.

¹⁶²sab kahenge kul ko kalankit kiya hai to varsa kya lenge।

¹⁴⁸Everyone would say that you have defamed the family. ¹⁴⁹Then, what inheritance would you claim?

¹⁶³baba mama kehte ho to brahmaakumaar kumaariyaan aapas mein ho gaye bhaai-behen।

¹⁵⁰You say "Mama" and "Baba", so the Brahma Kumars and Kumaris are brothers and sisters.

¹⁶⁴phir agar vikaaron mein gir pade to aise kul kalankit aur hi sau guna kadi saja khaayenge aur pad bhi bhrashta hoga।

¹⁵¹If you then indulge in vice, you defame the family. ¹⁵²Therefore, as well as you destroying your status, you will have one hundred-fold punishment.

¹⁶⁵koi to vikaar mein jaate phir batlaate nahin to bahut danda ke bhaagi bante hain।

¹⁵³Some indulge in vice but do not tell Baba, and so they will experience a lot of punishment.

¹⁶⁶dharmaraaj baba to kisi ko chhodte nahin hain।

¹⁵⁴Baba, Dharamraj, does not let go of anyone.

¹⁶⁷vo log to saja khaate jel bhogte hain। ¹⁶⁸lekin yahaan vaalon ke liye to badi kadi saja hai।

¹⁵⁵People in the world are sent to jail as punishment, but for people here, the punishment is even more severe.

¹⁶⁹aise bhi centres par bahut aate hain।

¹⁵⁶Many such people go to a centre.

¹⁷⁰baap samjhaate hain ki aise kaam nahin karo।

¹⁵⁷The Father explains: Do not perform such actions.

¹⁷¹kehte ho ki ham eeshvareey aulaad hain aur phir vikaar mein jaana, yeh to apni satyaanaash karni hai।

¹⁵⁸To indulge in vice after calling yourself a Godly child means to destroy all truth in yourself completely.

¹⁷²koi bhi bhool ho to jhat baap ko bata do।

¹⁵⁹If you make any mistakes, tell the Father instantly.

¹⁷³vikaar bigar rah nahin sakte ho to yahaan nahin aao to behtar hai। ¹⁷⁴nahin to vaayumandal kharaab ho jaata hai।

¹⁶⁰If you cannot ‘stop’ indulging in vice, it is better for you not to come here, otherwise, the atmosphere becomes spoilt.

¹⁷⁵tumhaare beech mein koi bagula va ashuddha khaane vaala baithe to kitna kharaab lage।

¹⁶¹If a stork, or someone who eats impure food, sits among you, it is very bad.
