¹Essence: Sweet children, sit in silence by withdrawing your senses like a tortoise and spin the discus of self-realisation. ²Remember the Father who is the Saccharine of all relationships and your sins will be absolved.

²prashn:- eeshvareey kul ke bachchon prati baap ki shreemat kya hai?

³Question: What is the Father's shrimat for the children who belong to God’s clan?

³uttar:- tum jab eeshvar ke bachche bane, unke sammukh baithe ho to pyaar se use yaad karo। ⁴unki shreemat par chalo।

⁴Answer: Since you have become the children of God and are sitting personally in front of Him, you have to remember Him with a lot of love. ⁵Follow His shrimat. ⁶The more you remember Him, the more intoxication you will have.

⁵jitna use yaad karenge utna nasha rahega। ⁶parantu maaya raavan dekhta hai ki mere graahak chhinte hain to woh bhi yuddha karta hai।

⁷However, Maya, Ravan, sees that his customers are being snatch away and so he wages war on you.

⁷baba kehte hain bachche kamjor mat bano।

⁸Baba says: Children, don't become weak.

¹¹yeh kaun kehte hain bachchon ko ki he bachche, kyonki manua kaha jaata hai aatma ko।

¹³Who says to you children, "O children"? ¹⁴It is the soul that is referred to as the mind.

¹²aatma mein hi man-buddhi hain।

¹⁵The mind and intellect are in the soul.

¹³to yeh bhi naam rakh diya hai।

¹⁶So, they have been given these names.

¹⁴naam to bahut cheezon ke bahut rakhe hain jaise parampita paramatma, baba, koi phir father kehte hain।

¹⁷Many things have many names. ¹⁸For instance, God is called the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Baba, and some even call Him Father.

¹⁵to baba hai sabse simple।

¹⁹So, Baba is the simplest name of all.

¹⁶baba kehte hain tum kiski santaan ho, woh yaad aata hai?

²⁰Baba says: Do you remember whose children you are?

¹⁷ab tum bachche baithe ho, saamne kaun hai?

²¹You children are now sitting here. ²²Who is in front of you?

¹⁸aatmaayen kahengi baba baitha hai।

²³You souls would say that Baba is sitting in front of you.

¹⁹kitni simple baat hai।

²⁴It is such a simple matter!

²⁰bachche jaante hain ham aatmaon ka parampita param aatma pita hai।

²⁵You children know that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is the Father of you souls.

²¹manushya to chhote, bade sabko baba kah dete hain aur yeh phir aatma apne baba ko baba kehti hai।

²⁶People say "Baba" to young and old, whereas souls here call their Father "Baba".

²²O god father kehte hain।

²⁷The soul says: O God, the Father.

²³ab shareer ke father ko to god father nahin kahenge।

²⁸The father of a body would not be called God, the Father.

²⁴tum jaante ho ham us baba ke saamne baithe hain, yeh aatma ki baat hai shivbaaba samjhaate hain to main kaun hoon!

²⁹You know that you are sitting in front of that Baba. ³⁰This refers to the soul. ³¹Shiv Baba explains who He is.

²⁵main param aatma hoon।

³²I am the Supreme Soul.

²⁶main tum sabhi aatmaon ka paramdham mein rahne vaala pita hoon, isliye mujhe param aatma kehte hain। ²⁷ikattha karne se ho jaata hai paramatma।

³³I am the Father of all of you souls and I reside in the supreme abode. ³⁴This is why I am called the Supreme Soul. ³⁵When you combine the two words Param and Atma (Supreme and Soul) it becomes Paramatma (God).

³⁷Who is sitting here?

³⁰shivbaaba, woh na hota to yeh brahma bhi nahin hota।

³⁸Shiv Baba. ³⁹If He weren't here, Brahma wouldn't be here either.

³¹tum bachchon ki dil mein hamesha unki yaad rehti hai।

⁴⁰You children always have remembrance of Him in your hearts.

³²hai woh bhi aatma, koi farka nahin hai।

⁴¹He too is a soul; there is no difference.

³³jaise aatma star hai, us star ka saakshaatkaar hota hai। ³⁴vaise baap ka bhi star roop mein saakshaatkaar hoga।

⁴²Just as a soul is a star and you have a vision of that star, in the same way, a vision of the Father would also be in the form of a star.

³⁵baaki yeh jo kehte hain ki bahut tej hai, sahan nahin kar sakte। ³⁶yeh man ki bhaavna hai।

⁴³However, when they have said that He is so bright that it can't be tolerated, that is the feeling in their minds.

³⁷baaki to baap yathaartha karke samjhaate hain ki jaise tum aatma ho vaise main bhi aatma hoon।

⁴⁴Everything the Father tells you is accurate. ⁴⁵Just as you are souls, similarly, I too am a soul.

³⁸mujhe bhi is tan mein is aatma ke baaju mein bhrakuti mein baithna hai।

⁴⁶I have to sit next to the soul in this body, in his forehead.

³⁹to woh baith samjhaate hain ki tum aatmaon mein 84 janmon ka part bhara hua hai।

⁴⁷He sits here and explains that you souls have parts of 84 births recorded in you. ⁴⁸Each one has his own part.

⁴⁰so bhi har ek mein apna-apna part hai। ⁴¹kehte hain aatma paramatma alag rahe bahukaal.... ab param aatma akshar clear hai।

⁵³Brahma is not called the Supreme Soul.

⁴⁵yeh sab hain jeev aatmaayen। ⁴⁶inmen koi paap aatma, koi punya aatma hai।

⁵⁴All of these are living beings; some are sinful souls and some are charitable souls.

⁴⁷baap kehte hain mujhe paap va punya aatma nahin kaha jaata hai।

⁵⁵The Father says: I am not called a sinful soul or a charitable soul.

⁴⁸mujhe paramatma hi kaha jaata hai।

⁵⁶I am simply called the Supreme Soul.

⁴⁹mera bhi part hai।

⁵⁷I too have a part.

⁵⁰ek baar aakar patit duniya ko paavan banaata hoon।

⁵⁸I come once every cycle to make the impure world pure.

⁵¹yaad bhi karte hain ki patit-paavan aao। ⁵²parantu koi samajhte thode hi hain ki ham patit, raavan sampradaay hain।

⁵⁹People remember: O Purifier, come, but no one considers himself to be impure or to belong to the community of Ravan.

⁵³kehte hain raamraajya chaahiye।

⁶⁰They say that they want the kingdom of Rama.

⁵⁴raavan ko jalaate bhi hain parantu yeh nahin jaante ki ham hi raavan sampradaay hain।

⁶¹They burn Ravan, but they don’t even know that they are part of the community of Ravan.

⁵⁵zaroor patit hain tab to bulaate hain।

⁶²They are definitely impure and this is why they call out.

⁵⁶krishna ko to nahin bulaate।

⁶³They don’t call out to Krishna.

⁵⁷unko to param aatma nahin kehte।

⁶⁴He is not called the Supreme Soul.

⁵⁸ham sabka baap jo paramdham se aaya hai, usko hi param aatma kaha jaata hai।

⁶⁵The Father of all of us has come from the supreme abode and He is called the Supreme Soul.

⁵⁹eeshvar va bhagwan kahne se rola pad jaata hai।

⁶⁶By His being called Ishwar and Bhagawan there is confusion.

⁶⁰baap is jeev aatma dvaara samjhaate hain।

⁶⁷The Father explains to you through this living being.

⁶¹tumko kehte hain bachche ashareeri bhav।

⁶⁸He tells you: Children, may you be bodiless!

⁶²tum mere bachche the, jab tumko bheja tha।

⁶⁹You were My children when I sent you here.

⁶³svarga mein shareer dhaaran kar aaye, chakra lagaate-lagaate ab tumne 84 ka chakra poora kiya।

⁷⁰You adopted bodies in heaven and then went around the cycle. ⁷¹You have now completed the cycle of 84 births.

⁶⁴is samay sab raavan ki santaan hain।

⁷²At this time, all are the children of Ravan.

⁶⁵raavan ne hi patit banaaya hai।

⁷³It was Ravan that made you impure.

⁶⁶ab tum bane ho eeshvareey santaan।

⁷⁴You have now become the children of God.

⁶⁷ab baba aaya hai।

⁷⁵Baba has now come.

⁶⁸kehte hain mera part hai aasuri sampradaay ko daivi sampradaay banaana।

⁷⁶He says: My part is to make the devilish community into the divine community.

⁶⁹main bhi drama anusaar apne time par aata hoon - kalpa ke sangamayuge।

⁷⁷According to the drama, I too come at My own time, at the confluence age of each cycle.

⁷⁰kaliyug hai patit puraani tamopradhaan duniya, tab main aata hoon sooryavanshi, chandravanshi kul ka raajya sthaapan karne।

⁷⁸When it is the impure, old, tamopradhan world of the iron age, it is then that I come to establish the kingdoms of the sun and moon dynasties.

⁷¹na ho tab to sthaapan karoon।

⁷⁹Only when they no longer exist can I establish them.

⁷²phir jab sooryavanshi chandravanshi honge to vaishya, shoodra vanshi nahin honge।

⁸⁰Then, when the sun and moon dynasties exist, the merchant and shudra dynasties will not exist.

⁷³ab tum eeshvareey santaan bane ho, daivi santaan banne ke liye।

⁸¹You have now become the children of God in order to become the children of the deities.

⁷⁴to baap ke saath yog chaahiye jisse vikarma vinaash hon।

⁸²Therefore, you need to have yoga with the Father through which your sins can be absolved.

⁷⁵ever healthy, ever wealthy banne ke liye svadarshan chakra phiraana pade।

⁸³You have to spin the discus of self-realisation in order to become ever healthy and ever wealthy.

⁷⁶baba ko yaad karna hai, ismen hi mehnat hai।

⁸⁴You have to remember Baba; it is this that requires effort.

⁷⁷yeh chart rakho ki kitna samay baba ko yaad karte hain?

⁸⁵Keep a chart of how long you remember Baba.

⁷⁸jitna yaad mein rahenge to ateendriy sukh ki bhaasna aayegi।

⁸⁶The more you stay in remembrance, the more you will have the feeling of supersensuous joy.

⁷⁹tab kaha jaata hai ateendriy sukh poochhna ho to gopi vallabh ke gop gopiyon se poochho।

⁸⁷This is why it is said that if you want to know about supersensuous joy, ask the gopes and gopis who belong to Gopi Vallabh.

⁸⁰vallabh kaha jaata hai baap ko।

⁸⁸The Father is called Vallabh.

⁸¹baap ka roop bhi bete jaisa hi hota hai।

⁸⁹The form of a father would be the same as his children.

⁸²vaise aatmaon ka baap bhi aatma hi hai parantu paramdham mein rahne vaala hai।

⁹⁰In the same way, the Father of souls is also a soul, but He is the One who resides in the supreme abode.

⁸³agar woh beej neeche chakra mein chala aaye to jhaad oopar chala jaaye। ⁸⁴jaise woh jhaad hota hai, unka beej neeche jhaad oopar।

⁹¹If that Seed were to come down into the cycle, the tree would go up above, just as the seed of a physical tree is down below and the tree is above.

⁸⁵parantu yeh ulta jhaad hai, jiska beejroop param aatma paramdham mein nivaas karte hain।

⁹²However, this is an inverted tree. ⁹³The Seed of it, the Supreme Soul, resides in the supreme abode.

⁸⁶aatmaayen bhi part bajaane oopar se neeche aati hain।

⁹⁴Souls come down from up above in order to play their parts.

⁸⁷taal taaliyaan nikalti jaati hain, ab baap kehte hain tumko raavan ne kaala kar diya hai।

⁹⁵The branches continue to emerge. ⁹⁶The Father says: Ravan made you ugly.

⁸⁸ab tumko gora banna hai।

⁹⁷You now have to become beautiful.

⁸⁹krishna aur naaraayan donon ko kaala kar diya hai।

⁹⁸They have shown both Krishna and Narayan as dark blue.

⁹⁰lakshmi ko gora banaate hain, kyon?

⁹⁹Why do they show Lakshmi as fair?

⁹¹kaam chita par to donon baithe honge।

¹⁰⁰Both must have sat on the pyre of lust.

⁹²krishna ke liye kehte unko takshak sarpa ne dasa, naaraayan ko phir kisne dasa?

¹⁰¹They say of Krishna that he was bitten by a snake. ¹⁰²So, who bit Narayan?

⁹³kuchh bhi samajhte nahin hain।

¹⁰³They don't understand anything.

⁹⁴chitra aadi bhi sab raavan ki mat par banaaye hain।

¹⁰⁴They have created all the images by following the dictates of Ravan.

⁹⁵ab baba aaya hai shreemat dekar raavan se liberate karne ke liye।

¹⁰⁵Baba has now come and is giving you shrimat in order to liberate you from Ravan.

⁹⁶main sabka sadgati daata hoon, shri shri 108 jagatguru ka title bhi inka hai, jagat ki sadgati karte hain।

¹⁰⁶I am the Bestower of Salvation for All. ¹⁰⁷The title ‘Shri Shri 108 Jagadguru’ is also His title and so He gives salvation to the world.

⁹⁷granth mein inki mahima bahut likhi hai। ⁹⁸sadguru sachcha paatshaah, sachkhanda sthaapan karne vaala।

¹⁰⁸A lot of His praise is written in the Granth: the Satguru, the true Emperor, is the One who establishes the land of truth.

⁹⁹baba ko yeh sab kantha tha। ¹⁰⁰partu arth ka pata nahin tha।

¹⁰⁹Baba had learnt all of that by heart, but he didn't understand the meaning of it.

¹⁰¹apne ko bahut religious minded samajhte the। ¹⁰²parantu the raavan ke kul ke।

¹¹⁰He used to consider himself to be very religious minded, but he belonged to Ravan’s clan.

¹⁰³ab tum eeshvar ke kul ke bane ho to kitna pyaar se unko yaad karna chaahiye।

¹¹¹You now belong to God's clan and so you have to remember Him with so much love.

¹⁰⁴baba aap kitne meethe ho।

¹¹²Baba, You are so sweet!

¹⁰⁵hamko svarga mein le chalte ho, heavenly god father ko jitna yaad karenge to nasha chadhega।

¹¹³You take us to heaven. ¹¹⁴The more you remember Heavenly God, the Father, the more intoxication you will feel.

¹⁰⁶ab kiske saamne baithe ho?

¹¹⁵Whom are you sitting in front of at this time?

¹⁰⁷baap kehte hain he laadle bachche main tera parampita, tum aatmaon se baat kar raha hoon।

¹¹⁶The Father says: O beloved children, I am your Supreme Father. ¹¹⁷I am speaking to you souls.

¹⁰⁸ab meri shreemat par kyon nahin chalte।

¹¹⁸Now, why are you not following My shrimat?

¹⁰⁹parantu kaam roopi bhoot gira deta hai।

¹¹⁹The evil spirit of lust makes you fall.

¹¹⁰baap kehte hain kamjor kyon bante ho?

¹²⁰The Father says: Why do you become weak?

¹¹¹shreemat mil rahi hai phir aasuri mat par kyon chalte ho?

¹²¹You are receiving shrimat. ¹²²So, why are you following devilish dictates?

¹¹²yeh yuddha to karni hai।

¹²³You have to battle.

¹¹³maaya samajhti hai mere graahak chhinte hain to ladti hai।

¹²⁴Maya believes that her customers are being snatch away and so she battles.

¹¹⁴tumko baap shakti de raha hai।

¹²⁵The Father is giving you power.

¹¹⁵itna paath padhaate hain, sab ved shaastron ka saar samjhaate hain।

¹²⁶He teaches you so many lessons and also explains to you the essence of all the Vedas and scriptures.

¹¹⁶sookshm vatan mein to nahin sunaayenge।

¹²⁷He would not tell you that in the subtle region.

¹¹⁷dikhaaya hai vishnu ki naabhi se brahma nikla।

¹²⁸They have shown Brahma emerging from the navel of Vishnu.

¹¹⁸sookshm vatan mein naabhi kahaan se aai?

¹²⁹How could there be a navel in the subtle region?

¹¹⁹kya-kya baith likha hai।

¹³⁰Just look at the things they have written.

¹²⁰abhi tumko jo knowledge mil rahi hai yeh parampara nahin chalti, yahaan hi khalaas ho jaati hai।

¹³¹The knowledge that you are receiving now doesn't last forever; it ends here. ¹³²All the scriptures that are written later continue forever.

¹²¹peechhe jo shaastra aadi banaate hain woh parampara se chalte hain, yeh gyaan to praayahlop ho jaata hai।

¹³³This knowledge disappears here. ¹³⁴The Father says: Now follow My directions! ¹³⁵Become soul conscious!

¹²²ab baap kehte hain meri mat par chalo, dehi abhimaani bano, ismen daudi lagaakar mere gale ka haar bano।

¹³⁶Run the race and become a garland around My neck! ¹³⁷This race is of intellects. ¹³⁸Sannyasis cannot say: May you become bodiless!

¹²³yeh buddhi ki daudi hai, sannyaasi nahin kah sakte ki ashareeri bhav, maamekam yaad karo।

¹³⁹Constantly remember Me alone. ¹⁴⁰God says this to everyone because all are His children.

¹²⁴paramatma sabhi ko kehte hain kyonki sabhi meri santaan hain, sabko vaapis le jaane liye aaya hoon।

¹⁴¹I have come to take everyone back home. ¹⁴²However, you children listen to Him personally, but not the whole world does.

¹²⁵parantu sammukh to bachche sunte hain, saari duniya nahin sunti।

¹⁴³So people celebrate Shiv Ratri (the night of Shiva). ¹⁴⁴They also have temples to Shiva.

¹²⁶shivraatri manaate hain, shiv ka mandir bhi hai।

¹⁴⁵He definitely came, but Shiva's form is not so large. ¹⁴⁶He is a star.

¹²⁷zaroor aaya hai parantu shiv ka itna bada chitra nahin hai। ¹²⁸woh to star hai।

¹⁴⁷When you tell people this, they ask you if the images that have been created in the temples are wrong.

¹²⁹agar kaho to kahenge ki kya mandir mein chitra wrong hain?

¹⁴⁸This is why the Father explains: Children, I too am a soul.

¹³⁰isliye baap samjhaate hain bachche main bhi aatma hoon sirf tum janma-maran mein aate ho, main nahin aata hoon, tab to tumko liberate kar sakoon।

¹⁴⁹It is just that you enter the cycle of birth and death whereas I don’t. ¹⁵⁰This is why I am able to liberate you.

¹³¹main patit-paavan hoon to zaroor patit duniya mein aana pade na।

¹⁵¹I am the Purifier and so I definitely have to come into the impure world.

¹³²agar patit-paavan na kahen to samjhenge nai duniya banaate hain। ¹³³pralay ho jaati hai phir nai srishti create karte hain।

¹⁵²If you don't call Him the Purifier, people would think that He creates a new world, that annihilation takes place and that He then creates a new world.

¹³⁴parantu unko patit-paavan kaha jaata hai, to isse siddha hota hai ki yeh srishti to anaadi hai, iski pralay nahin hoti hai।

¹⁵³However, He is called the Purifier which proves that this world is eternal. ¹⁵⁴It doesn’t go through annihilation; it simply becomes impure and I make it pure.

¹³⁵sirf patit hoti hai, unko paavan banaata hoon isliye main nandeegan par va bhaagyashaali rath par aata hoon - tumhein nar se naaraayan banaane।

¹⁵⁵This is why I enter this bull or lucky chariot in order to make you into Narayan from ordinary humans.

¹³⁶sab chaahte bhi hain ham sooryavanshi banen।

¹⁵⁶Everyone wants to become part of the sun dynasty.

¹³⁷katha bhi hai - ek bhakta ne kaha ki main lakshmi ko var sakta hoon!

¹⁵⁷There is also the story of the devotee who asked if he could marry Lakshmi.

¹³⁸naarad bhakta tha na।

¹⁵⁸Narad was the devotee.

¹⁴²yeh sab tumko kaun bata rahe hain?

¹⁴³shivbaaba brahma daada ki bhrakuti ke beech mein baith tumko samjha rahe hain।

¹⁶⁴Shiv Baba is sitting in the centre of the forehead of Brahma Dada and explaining these things to you.

¹⁴⁴jaise inki aatma bhrakuti mein baithi hai to zaroor unke baaju mein baitha hoga na।

¹⁶⁵Since this one's soul is sitting in the forehead, He must definitely be sitting next to him.

¹⁴⁵yeh knowledgeful baap tumko saara raaz aadi madhya ant ka samjha rahe hain, jisse tumko svadarshan chakra phiraana sahaj ho।

¹⁶⁶The knowledge-full Father tells you all the secrets of the beginning, the middle and the end with which it is easy for you to spin the discus of self-realisation.

¹⁴⁶svadarshan chakra phiraane se tumhaare vikarma vinaash honge, nahin to sajaayen khaayenge।

¹⁶⁷By spinning the discus of self-realisation your sins will be absolved. ¹⁶⁸Otherwise, there will be punishment.

¹⁴⁷vijay maala mein bhi nahin aayenge।

¹⁶⁹You won't even become part of the rosary of victory.

¹⁴⁸kachhue misal jab free ho to chup baithkar chakra ko phiraao।

¹⁷⁰When you are free, sit in silence like a tortoise and spin the discus of self-realisation.

¹⁴⁹ab tumko ghar vaapis jaana hai।

¹⁷¹You now have to return home.

¹⁵⁰yeh antim janma pavitra raho।

¹⁷²Remain pure in this last birth.

¹⁵¹isko kaha jaata hai loklaaj, patit banne ki maryaadaayen todo aur koi ko yaad nahin karo।

¹⁷³This is called breaking the discipline of following the code of conduct of worldly society and of becoming impure. ¹⁷⁴Remember no one else.

¹⁵²aap muye mar gai duniya।

¹⁷⁵When you die, the world is dead for you.

¹⁵³ashareeri ban mera bano to vikarma vinaash ho jaayenge।

¹⁷⁶Become bodiless, belong to Me and your sins will be absolved.

¹⁵⁴sabko marna to hai hi phir kaun kiske liye royega।

¹⁷⁷Everyone has to die, so who would weep for whom?

¹⁵⁵hiroshima mein sab mar gaye, koi rone vaala bacha hi nahin isliye ab rone vaali duniya se vaapis jaana hai।

¹⁷⁸In Hiroshima, everyone died and there was no one left to weep for anyone else. ¹⁷⁹This is why you now have to go back from the land of tears.

¹⁵⁶is gandi duniya mein to har ek ke ang-ang mein keede pade hain, usko yaad kyon karen।

¹⁸⁰In this dirty world, every organ of everyone is filled with germs, so why should you remember them?

¹⁵⁷svarga mein thode hi aise shareer honge।

¹⁸¹In the golden age you will not have such bodies.

¹⁵⁸vahaan to ang-ang mein khushbu hoti hai।

¹⁸²There, every organ will have fragrance.
