1Pūrvaj aur pūjya key|kī smr̥iti mē̃ rahkar sarv key|kī alaukik pālnā karō

1Remain aware of being ancestors and worthy of worship

2Āj viśhva-rachtā bāp apnī śhrēṣhṭh rachnā kō dēkh rahē haĩ .

2and give alokik sustenance to everyone. 3Today, the Father, the Creator of the World, is seeing His elevated creation.

3Sarv rachnā mē̃ sē śhrēṣhṭh rachnā āp brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ hō kyōṅki āp hī viśhva key|kī pūrvaj ātmāyē̃ hō .

4Out of the whole of creation, it is you Brahmin souls who are the most elevated creation, because you are the ancestor souls of the world.

4Ēk taraph pūrvaj hō , sāth-sāth pūjya ātmāyē̃ bhī hō .

5On the one hand, you are ancestors and, as well as that, you are also worthy-of-worship souls.

5Is kalp-vr̥ikṣha key|kī foundation arthāt jaṛ āp brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ hō .

6The foundation, that is, the roots of this kalpa tree are you Brahmin souls.

6Is vr̥ikṣha K|kē mūl ādhār ' tanā ' bhī āp hō isliē āp sarv ātmāō̃ kē liē pūrvaj hō .

7You, the trunk, are also the main support of this tree, and this is why you are the ancestors of all souls.

7Sr̥iṣhṭi-chakra K|kē andar jō viśhēṣh dharm-pitā kahlāyē jātē haĩ un dharm-pitāō̃ kō bhī āp pūrvaj ātmāō̃ dvārā hī bāp kā sandēśh prāpt hōtā hai , jis ādhār sē hī samay pramāṇ vō dharm-pitāyē̃ apnē dharm key|kī ātmāō̃ prati sandēśh dēnē kē nimitt bantē haĩ .

8In the world cycle, it is through you ancestor souls that other souls who are called the founders of religions also receive the Father's message. 9On the basis of this, according to the time, those fathers of religions become the instruments to give a message to the souls of their own religions.

8Jaisē brahmā bāp great-great grand father hai , tō brahmā kē sāth āp brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ bhī sāthī hō isliē āp pūrvaj ātmāyē̃ gāī huī hō .

10Just as Father Brahma is the great-great grandfather, so, together with Brahma, you Brahmin souls are his companions and this is why you are remembered as the ancestor souls.

9Pūrvaj ātmāō̃ kā , direct chāhē indirect , sarv ātmāō̃ sē connection hai . 10Jaisē vr̥ikṣha key|kī sarv ṭāl-ṭāliyō̃ kā sambandh jaṛ sē vā tanā sē jarūr hōtā hai .

11Ancestor souls, whether directly or indirectly, have a connection with all souls, just as all the twigs and branches of a tree definitely have a relationship with the roots and the trunk.

11Chāhē kisī bhī dharm key|kī chhōṭī vā baṛī ṭāl-ṭāliyā̃ hō̃ lēkin sambandh svataḥ hī hōtā hai .

12Whether it is a small or big twig or branch of a religion, each one naturally has a relationship.

12Tō pūrvaj huē nā .

13Therefore, you are ancestors, are you not?

13Ādhā kalp rājya-adhikārī bannē kē bād phir pūjya ātmāyē̃ bantē hō .

14After having a right to the kingdom for half a cycle, you become worthy-of-worship souls.

14Pūjya bannē mē̃ bhī āp ātmāō̃ jaisī pūjā aur kisī bhī dharm K|kē ātmāō̃ key|kī nahī̃ hōtī .

15In being worthy of worship, souls of no other religion are worshipped in the way that you are worshipped.

15Jaisē āp pūjya ātmāō̃ key|kī vidhipūrvak pūjā hōtī hai , aisē kōī dharm-pitā key|kī bhī pūjā nahī̃ hōtī .

16No other fathers of a religion are worshipped as you worthy of worship souls are worshipped, with discipline, in an accurate way.

16Bāp K|kē kārya mē̃ jō āp brāhmaṇ sāthī bantē hō , unhō̃ key|kī bhī dēvtā vā dēvī K|kē rūp mē̃ vidhipūrvak pūjā hōtī hai .

17You Brahmins become companions in the Father’s work and so you are worshipped with discipline, in an accurate way, in the form of a god or goddess.

17Aur kōī bhī dharm-pitā K|kē sāthī dharm key|kī pālnā karnē vālī ātmāō̃ key|kī vidhipūrvak pūjā nahī̃ hōtī , gāyan hōtā hai .

18Even the companions of a father of a religion who sustain a religion are not worshipped accurately, in the right way; they are only remembered.

18Statue ( mūrti ) banātē haĩ lēkin āp jaisē pūjya nahī̃ bantē .

19Their statues are created but they do not become worthy of worship in the same way that you do.

19Āpkā gāyan bhī hōtā hai tō pūjā bhī hōtī hai .

20You are praised and also worshipped.

20Gāyan key|kī vidhi bhī āp brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ key|kī sabsē nyārī hai .

21The method of the praise of you Brahmin souls is the most unique.

21Jaisē āp dēvātmāō̃ kā gāyan bahut sundar rūp sē kīrtan K|kē rūp mē̃ hōtā hai , ārtī K|kē rūp mē̃ hōtā hai , aisē anya ātmāō̃ kā gāyan isī prakār sē nahī̃ hōtā .

22The praise of you deity souls happens in the most beautiful way with the singing of devotional songs and aarti (devotion with lighted candles); other souls are not praised in this way.

22Aisē kyō̃ hōtā  ?

23Why does this happen?

23Kyōṅki āp śhrēṣhṭh rachnā pūrvaj aur pūjya hō .

24Because you, the elevated creation, are ancestors and worthy-of-worship souls.

24Ādi ātmāyē̃ āp brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ hō kyōṅki ādi dēv brahmā K|kē sahyōgī śhrēṣhṭh kārya kē nimitt banē hō .

25You Brahmin souls are the souls of the beginning, because you became the co-operative instruments with Adi Dev Brahma in his elevated work.

25Anādi rūp mē̃ bhī param ātmā K|kē ati samīp rahnē vālē hō .

26In your eternal form, you remain extremely close to the Supreme Soul.

26Ātmāō̃ kā jō chitra dikhātē hō usmē̃ sabsē samīp ātmāyē̃ kaunsī dikhātē hō  ?

27In the picture of souls, which souls are shown to be the closest of all?

27Usmē̃ āp hō .

28You are those souls.

28Tō anādi rūp mē̃ bhī ati samīp hō jiskō double vidēśhī kahtē haĩ nearest aur dearest .

29In your eternal form, too, you are extremely close; the double-foreigners call this being ‘nearest and dearest’.

29Aisē apnē kō samajhtē hō  ?

30Do you consider yourselves to be those?

30Pūrvaj kā kyā kām hōtā hai  ?

31What is the task of ancestors?

31Pūrvaj sabhī key|kī pālnā kartē haĩ .

32Ancestors sustain everyone.

32Baṛō̃ key|kī pālnā hī prasiddh hōtī hai .

33The sustenance of seniors is well known.

33Tō āp sabhī pūrvaj ātmāyē̃ sarv ātmāō̃ key|kī pālnā kar rahē hō  ? 34Yā sirph apnē ānē vālē students key|kī pālnā kartē hō  ?

34So, are all of you ancestor souls sustaining all souls, or do you only sustain those students who come to you?

35Vā sambandh-sampark vālī ātmāō̃ key|kī pālnā kartē hō  ?

35Or, do you sustain the souls who are in connection and relationship with you?

36Sārē viśhva key|kī ātmāō̃ K|kē pūrvaj hō vā sirph brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ K|kē pūrvaj hō  ?

36Are you the ancestors of the souls of the whole world, or are you only the ancestors of Brahmin souls?

37Jō jaṛ vā tanā hōtā hai vah sārē vr̥ikṣha kē liē hōtā hai . 38Vā sirph apnē tanā kē liē hī hōtā hai  ?

37Are the roots and the trunk for the whole tree, or is the trunk just for itself?

39Sab ṭāl-ṭāliyō̃ kē liē hōtā hai nā .

38They are for all the branches and twigs.

40Jaṛ athavā tanā dvārā sārē vr̥ikṣha K|kē pattō̃ kō pānī miltā hai .

39Through the roots and the trunk, do all the leaves of the whole tree receive water?

41Vā sirph thōṛī ṭāl-ṭāliyō̃ kō pānī miltā hai  ?

40Or, do only a few branches and twigs receive water?

42Sabkō miltā hai nā .

41Each one receives it, does it not?

43Last vālē pattō̃ kō bhī miltā hai .

42Even the very last leaves receive it.

44Itnā bēhad kā naśhā hai  ? 45Vā bēhad sē had mē̃ bhī ā jātē hō  ?

43So, do you have such unlimited intoxication, or do you become limited from unlimited?

46Kitnī sēvā karnī hai  !

44How much service you have to do!

47Har ēk pattē kō pānī dēnā hai arthāt sarv ātmāō̃ key|kī pālnā karnē kē nimitt hō .

45Each leaf has to be given water, that is, you are the instruments to sustain each and every soul.

48Kisī bhī dharm key|kī ātmāō̃ kō miltē hō vā dēkhtē bhī hō tō «  hē pūrvaj ātmāyē̃  ! 49Aisē anubhav kartī hō ki yah sab ātmāyē̃ hamārē great-great grand father key|kī vaṅśhāvalī hai , ham brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ bhī master great-great grand father haĩ arthāt pūrvaj haĩ , yah sab hamārē haĩ  ?

46When you meet or see souls of any other religion, o ancestor souls, do you have the experience that all souls are the progeny of your great-great-grandfather? 47That is, do you feel that you Brahmin souls are also master great-great grandfathers, that is, ancestors, and that everyone belongs to you?

50' ' vā sirph brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ hamārī haĩ  ?

48Or, do just the Brahmin souls belong to you?

51Jab bhāī-bhāī kahtē haĩ tō āp pūrvaj ātmāyē̃ baṛē bhāī arthāt bāp samān hō .

49Since all are brothers, you ancestor souls are the senior brothers, that is, Bap saman (like the father).

52Is smr̥iti kō hī practical life mē̃ anubhav karnā hai aur karānā hai .

50This awareness has to be experienced in your practical lives and you also have to give others this experience.

53Āp sabhī pūrvaj ātmāō̃ key|kī pālnā kā svarūp kyā hai  ?

51What is the form of sustenance of all you ancestor souls?

54Laukik jīvan mē̃ bhī pālnā kā ādhār kyā hōtā hai  ?

52What is the basis of sustenance in lokik life?

55Pālnā karnā arthāt kisī kō bhī śhaktiśhālī banānā .

53To give sustenance means to make someone powerful.

56Kisī bhī vidhi sē , sādhan sē pālnā dvārā śhaktiśhālī banātē - chāhē bhōjan dvārā , chāhē paṛhāī dvārā . 57Lēkin pālnā kā pratyakṣha svarūp ātmā mē̃ śhakti , śharīr mē̃ śhakti ātī hai .

54You make someone powerful with sustenance through a method or facility; whether it is through food or through the study, the practical form of sustenance is that the soul receives power and the body becomes strong.

58Tō pālnā kā pratyakṣha svarūp huā śhaktiśhālī banānā .

55So the practical form of sustenance is to make others powerful.

59Āp pūrvaj ātmāō̃ K|kē pālnā key|kī vidhi kyā hai  ?

56What is the method of sustenance of you ancestor souls?

60Alaukik pālnā kā svarūp hai svayã mē̃ bāp dvārā prāpt huī sarv śhaktiyā̃ anya ātmāō̃ mē̃ bharnā .

57The form of alokik sustenance is to fill souls with all the powers you have received from the Father.

61Jis ātmā kō jis śhakti key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai , uskī us samay us śhakti dvārā pālnā karnā - aisī pālnā karnī ātī hai  ?

58Whichever power a soul needs at any time, sustain that soul with that particular power at that time. 59Do you know how to give such sustenance?

62Pūrvaj tō hō nā .

60You are ancestors, are you not?

63Sabhī pūrvaj ātmāyē̃ hō ki chhōṭē hō  ?

61Are all of you ancestors or are you juniors?

64Sabhī pūrvaj haĩ yā kōī-kōī viśhēṣh ātmāyē̃ haĩ  ?

62Are all of you ancestors, or is it that only a few special souls are this?

65Tō pūrvajō̃ kō pālnā karnī ātī hai nā .

63So, you ancestors know how to give sustenance, do you not?

66Sirph centre key|kī pālnā kartē hō yā sārē viśhva K|kē ātmāō̃ key|kī pālnā kartē hō  ?

64Do you only sustain your centres, or do you sustain the souls of the whole world?

67Sirph pravr̥itti key|kī pālnā kartē hō yā viśhva key|kī pālnā kartē hō  ?

65Do you only sustain your household, or do you sustain the souls of the whole world?

68Vartamān samay āp pūrvaj ātmāō̃ K|kē pālnā key|kī sarv ātmāō̃ kō āvaśhyaktā hai .

66At the present time, all souls are in need of sustenance from you ancestor souls.

69Samāchār tō sab interest sē suntē hō ki kyā-kyā hō rahā hai .

67All of you listen with interest to the news about what is happening.

70 ( ayōdhyā key|kī ghaṭnā kē bād kaī sthānō̃ sē hiṅsā K|kē samāchār mil rahē haĩ ) lēkin pūrvaj ātmāō̃ nē samāchār sunnē kē bād sarv key|kī pālnā key|kī  ?

68(There was a lot of violence in some places after the Ayodhya incident.) 69So, after listening to the news, did you ancestor souls sustain everyone?

71Aśhānti K|kē samay āp pūrvaj ātmāō̃ kā aur viśhēṣh kārya svataḥ hī hō jātā hai . 72Tō hē pūrvaj  ! 73Apnē pālnā key|kī sēvā mē̃ lag jāō .

70At a time of peacelessness, the special task of you ancestor souls happens automatically, that is: O ancestors, become occupied in doing the service of sustaining others.

74Jaisē aśhānti K|kē samay viśhēṣh pulis vā military samajhtī hai ki yah hamārā kārya hai aśhānti kō śhānt karnā .

71It is just as at a time of peacelessness, the police and the military think that their task is to make peace in the situation of peacelessness.

75Order dvārā pahũch jātē haĩ aur aisē time par viśhēṣh attention sē apnī sēvā kē liē alert hō jātē haĩ .

72They arrive on the scene according to the orders they have received, and they become alert at such times in their service and pay special attention.

76Āp sabnē halchal kā samāchār tō sunā , lēkin sēvā mē̃ alert huē vā sunnē kā hī ānand liyā  ?

73So, all of you heard the news of the upheaval, but did you become alert in doing service? 74Or, did you simply take pleasure in listening?

77Apnā pūrvajpan smr̥iti mē̃ āyā  ?

75Did you remember your ancestor status?

78Sabhī ātmāō̃ key|kī śhānti key|kī śhakti sē pālnā key|kī  ?

76Did you sustain all souls with the power of peace?

79Yā yahī sōchtē rahē yahā̃ yah huā , vahā̃ yah huā  ?

77Or, did you keep thinking: "This happened here, that happened there"?

80Viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ key|kī aisē samay par sēvā key|kī ati āvaśhyaktā hai .

78It is an absolute necessity for special souls to do service at such times.

81Apnī vr̥itti dvārā , mansā-śhakti dvārā viśhēṣh sēvā key|kī  ?

79Did you do special service with your attitude and with the power of your minds?

82Vā jaisē vidhipūrvak yād mē̃ rahtē hō , sēvā kartē hō , usī rīti hī kiyā  ?

80Or, did you just carry on with your remembrance and service according to the method in the usual way?

83Āp rūhānī social worker bhī hō . 84Tō rūhānī social worker nē apnī viśhēṣh extra social sēvā key|kī  ?

81You are spiritual social workers, so did the spiritual social workers do their extra special social service?

85Itnī apnī jimmēvārī samajhī  ?

82Did you consider yourselves to have such a responsibility?

86Yā programme milēgā tō karē̃gē  ?

83Or, did you think that you will do it if you receive a programme?

87Aisē samay par second mē̃ apnī sēvā par alert hō jānā chāhiē .

84At such times, you should become alert in doing your service within a second.

88Yahī āp pūrvaj ātmāō̃ key|kī jimmēvārī hai .

85This is the responsibility of you ancestor souls.

89Abhī bhī viśhva mē̃ halchal hai aur yah halchal tō samay prati samay baṛhnī hī hai .

86Even now, there is upheaval in the world, and this upheaval is going to increase from time to time.

90Āp ātmāō̃ kā pharja hai aisē samay par ātmāō̃ mē̃ viśhēṣh śhānti key|kī , sahan śhakti key|kī himmat bharnā , light-house ban sarv kō śhānti key|kī light dēnā .

87Therefore, the duty of you souls at such a time is to fill souls with the powers of peace, tolerance and courage. 88Become a lighthouse and give everyone the light of peace.

91Samjhā , kyā karnā hai  ?

89Do you understand what you have to do?

92Abhī apnī jimmēvārī vā pharj-adāī aur tīvr gati sē pālan karō jissē ātmāō̃ kō rūhānī śhakti key|kī rāhat milē , jaltē huē duḥkh key|kī agni mē̃ śhītal jal bharnē kā anubhav karē̃ .

90Now, fulfil your responsibility and your duty at an even faster speed, so that souls receive the comfort of spiritual power, so that they experience cool water at times of burning fires of sorrow. 91Can you fulfil this duty?

93Yah pharj-adāī kar saktē hō  ?

92Can you do this from a distance?

94Dūr sē bhī kar saktē yā jab sāmnē āyēṅgē tab karē̃gē  ?

93Or, are you only able to do it when you go in front of them?

95Kar tō rahē hō lēkin abhī aur jaisē halchal tēj hōtī jātī hai , tō āpkī sēvā bhī aur tēj hō .

94You are doing it, but now the upheaval is becoming intense, and so let your service also become more intense.

96Samjhā , pūrvajō̃ key|kī pālnā kyā hai  ?

95Do you understand what the sustenance of ancestors is?

97Aisē nahī̃ ki pūrvaj haĩ lēkin pālnā nahī̃ kar saktē .

96Let it not be that you say that you are ancestors, but that you are not able to give sustenance.

98Pūrvaj kā kām hī hai pālnā dvārā śhakti dēnā .

97No, the task of ancestors is to give power through sustenance.

99Śhrēṣhṭh śhaktiśhālī sthiti dvārā paristhiti kō pār karnē key|kī śhakti anubhav karāō .

98With your own elevated, powerful stage, enable others to experience the power of going beyond situations.

100Achchhā  !

99Achcha.

101Chārō̃ ōr K|kē sarv ādi dēv brahmā K|kē madadgār ādi ātmāō̃ kō , sarv ātmāō̃ K|kē foundation pūrvaj ātmāō̃ kō , sadā sarv ātmāō̃ prati bēhad sēvā key|kī śhrēṣhṭh vr̥itti rakhnē vālī ātmāō̃ kō , sarv rūhānī social sēvādhārī ātmāō̃ kō bāp-dādā kā yād , pyār aur namastē .

100To all the souls of the beginning from everywhere who are helpers of Adi Dev Brahma, to the ancestor souls who are the foundation of all souls, to the souls who constantly have an elevated attitude of doing unlimited service of all souls, to all the souls who are spiritual social workers, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

102Dādiyō̃ sē mulākāt  : vartamān samay aśhānt ātmāō̃ kō śhānti dēnā - yahī sabhī kā viśhēṣh kārya hai .

101To the Dadis: 102At the present time, the special task of everyone is to give peace to peaceless souls.

103Merciful bāp K|kē bachchō̃ kō sarv ātmāō̃ kē prati rahm ātā hai nā .

103You children of the merciful Father have mercy for all souls, do you not?

104Merciful kyā kartā hai  ?

104What do merciful souls do?

105Rahm kā arth|earth hī hai kisī bhī prakār key|kī himmat dēnā , nirbal ātmā kō bal dēnā .

105Mercy means to give courage in any way, to empower weak souls.

106Tō ātmāō̃ K|kē duḥkh kā saṅkalp tō master sukhdātā ātmāō̃ kē pās pahuñchtā hī hai .

106Souls’ thoughts of sorrow reach the souls who are master bestowers of happiness.

107Jaisē vahā̃ duḥkh key|kī lahar hai , aisē hī viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ mē̃ sēvā key|kī viśhēṣh lahar chalē - dēnā hai , kuchh karnā hai .

107Just as there, there are the waves of sorrow, in the same way, you special souls should have waves of doing special service.

108Kyā kiyā vō har ēk kō sēvā kā extra chart check karnā chāhiē .

108"We have to give; we have to do something." 109Each of you has to check your chart as to what extra service you did.

109Jaisē sādhāraṇ sēvā chaltī hai , vō tō chaltī hai . 110Lēkin vartamān samay vāyumaṇḍal dvārā , vr̥itti dvārā sēvā kā viśhēṣh attention rakhō .

110Ordinary service continues anyway, but at the present time, pay special attention to doing service through the atmosphere and with your attitude.

111Isī sē sva key|kī sthiti bhī svataḥ hī śhaktiśhālī hō jāyēgī .

111By doing this, your own stage will automatically become powerful.

112Aisī lahar phailāī hai  ?

112Have you spread such waves?

113Viśhva K|kē rājē bantē haĩ tō sarv ātmāō̃ kē prati lahar hōnī hai nā .

113You are becoming kings of the world, and so you have to spread these waves to all souls.

114Vañchit kōī ātmā na rah jāyē .

114No soul should remain deprived.

115Chāhē anya dharm key|kī ātmāyē̃ hō̃ lēkin haĩ tō apnī vaṅśhāvalī .

115No matter what religion souls belong to, they are your progeny.

116Chāhē kōī bhī dharm key|kī ātmāyē̃ haĩ lēkin jaṛ tō ēk hī hai .

116No matter what religion souls belong to, the roots are one.

117Yah lahar hai  ?

117Are there such waves?

118 ( nahī̃ hai ) attention please  !

118(There aren't.) 119Attention please!

119Avyakt bāpdādā key|kī personal mulākāt - vyarth K|kē prabhāv mē̃ ānē vālē nahī̃ , apnā śhrēṣhṭh prabhāv ḍālnē vālē banō

120Avyakt BapDada speaking to a group personally: 121Do not be those who are influenced by waste, but those who create their own elevated impact.

120Sadā apnē kō puruṣhārth mē̃ āgē baṛhnē vālī ātmā hū̃ - aisē anubhav kartē hō  ?

122Do you constantly experience yourselves to be souls who move forward in your efforts?

121Puruṣhārth mē̃ kabhī bhī kabhī ṭhahartī kalā , kabhī utartī kalā aisā nahī̃ hōnā chāhiē . 122Kabhī bahut achchhā , kabhī achchhā , kabhī thōṛā achchhā aisā nahī̃ .

123In your efforts, let it not be that you are sometimes at a standstill or sometimes in the stage of descent, sometimes very good, sometimes good and sometimes a little good.

123Sadā bahut achchhā kyōṅki samay cum|kam hai aur sampūrṇ bannē key|kī mañjil śhrēṣhṭh hai .

124Let it always be very good, because there is now little time and the destination to become perfect is very elevated.

124Tō apnē bhī puruṣhārth key|kī gati tīvr karnī paṛē .

125So, you have to increase the speed of your efforts.

125Puruṣhārth K|kē tīvr gati key|kī niśhānī hai ki vah sadā double light hōgā , kisī bhī prakār kā bōjh nahī̃ anubhav karēgā .

126The sign of having a fast speed in your effort is that such souls will always be double light and not experience any type of burden.

126Chāhē prakr̥iti dvārā kōī paristhiti āyē , chāhē vyaktiyō̃ dvārā kōī paristhiti āyē lēkin her|har paristhiti , sva-sthiti kē āgē kuchh bhī anubhav nahī̃ hōgī .

127Even if a situation of nature (natural calamity) arises, or a situation arises through people, that situation will be experienced to be nothing in front of your stage.

127Sva-sthiti key|kī śhakti par-sthiti sē bahut ūñchī hai , kyō̃  ?

128The power of your own stage is greater than the external stage. 129Why?

128Yah sva hai , vah par hai .

130This is your own stage; the other is external.

129Apnī śhakti bhūl jātē hō tab hī par-sthiti baṛī lagtī hai .

131It is when you forget your own power that the external situation seems big.

130Sadā double light kā arth|earth hī hai ki light arthāt ūñchē rahnē vālē .

132To be constantly double light means that you are light, that is, those who stay up above.

131Halkā sadā ūñchā jātā hai , bōjh vālā sadā nīchē jātā hai .

133Those who are light always stay up above; those who have a burden always stay down below.

132Ādhā kalp tō nīchē hī ātē rahē nā .

134For half a cycle you continued to come down.

133Lēkin abhī samay hai ūñchā jānē kā .

135However, it is now time to go up.

134Tō kyā karnā hai  ?

136So, what are you going to do?

135Sadā ūpar .

137Stay constantly above.

136Śharīr mē̃ bhī dēkhō tō ātmā kā nivās-sthān ūpar hai , ūñchā hai . 137Pāṅw mē̃ tō nahī̃ hai nā .

138In terms of bodies, too, the place where a soul resides in a body is high; a soul is not in the feet.

138Jaisē śharīr mē̃ ātmā kā sthān ūñchā hai , aisē sthiti bhī sadā ūñchī rahē .

139Just as the position of a soul in a body is high, in the same way let your stage remain constantly high.

139Brāhmaṇ key|kī niśhānī bhī ūñchī chōṭī dikhātē haĩ nā .

140They show the topknot at the top as a symbol of Brahmins.

140Chōṭī kā arth|earth hai ūñchā .

141The topknot means high.

141Tō sthūl niśhānī isīliē dikhāī hai ki sthiti ūñchī hai .

142The physical sign has been shown because your stage is high.

142Śhūdra kō nīchē dikhātē haĩ , brāhmaṇ kō ūñchā dikhātē haĩ .

143Shudras are shown down below, whereas Brahmins are shown high up.

143Tō brāhmaṇō̃ kā sthān aur sthiti dōnō̃ ūñchī .

144So, the place and stage of Brahmins are high.

144Agar sthān key|kī yād hōgī tō sthiti svataḥ ūñchī hō jāyēgī .

145If you remember your place, your stage will automatically become high.

145Brāhmaṇō̃ key|kī dr̥iṣhṭi bhī sadā ūpar rahtī hai kyōṅki ātmā , ātmāō̃ kō dēkhtī hai , ātmā ūpar hai tō dr̥iṣhṭi bhī ūpar jāyēgī .

146The drishti of Brahmins always remains high because souls look at souls. 147The souls are above and so the vision will also go above.

146Kabhī bhī kissē miltē hō yā bāt kartē hō tō ātmā kō dēkhkar bāt kartē hō , ātmā sē bāt kartē hō .

148Whenever you meet anyone or speak to them, you look at the soul and speak to the soul.

147Āpkī dr̥iṣhṭi ātmā key|kī taraph jātī hai .

149Your vision goes to the soul.

148Ātmā mastak mē̃ hai nā .

150Each soul is in a forehead.

149Tō ūñchī sthiti mē̃ sthit rahnā sahaj hai .

151So, it is easy to remain stable in an elevated stage.

150Jab aisī sthiti hō jātī hai tō nīchē key|kī bātō̃ sē , nīchē K|kē vāyumaṇḍal sē sadā hī dūr rahē̃gē , uskē prabhāv mē̃ nahī̃ āyēṅgē .

152When your stage becomes like that, you will always remain distant from the atmosphere and things down below; you will not be influenced by them.

151Achchhā prabhāv paṛtā hai yā kharāb bhī paṛ jātā hai  ?

153There can be a good impact or even a bad influence.

152Agar pravr̥itti mē̃ kharāb vāyumaṇḍal hō , phir kyā kartē hō  ?

154If there is a bad atmosphere in the household, then what do you do?

153Prabhāvit hōtē haĩ  ?

155Do you get influenced?

154Kharāb kō achchhā banānē vālē hō yā prabhāv mē̃ ānē vālē hō  ?

156Are you those who turn bad into good or those who become influenced?

155Kyōṅki māyā bhī dēkhtī hai ki achchhā , aṅgulī tō pakaṛ lī hai .

157Maya also sees – OK, she has caught hold of your finger.

156Aṅgulī kē bād hāth pakaṛēgī , hāth kē bād pāṅw pakaṛ lēgī isliē prabhāv mē̃ nahī̃ ānā .

158After holding on to your finger, she will get hold of your hand, then your foot. 159Therefore, do not be influenced.

157Prabhāv mē̃ ānē vālē nahī̃ , śhrēṣhṭh prabhāv ḍālnē vālē .

160You are not those who become influenced, but those who create an elevated impact.

158Tō brāhmaṇ ātmā arthāt sadā double light , ūñchē rahnē vālē .

161So, a Brahmin soul means one who is always double light, one who remains up above.

159Isī smr̥iti sē āgē uṛtē chalō .

162By having this awareness, continue to fly ahead.

160Achchhā  !

163Achcha.

161Sabhī khuśh rahtē hō nā .

164All of you remain happy, do you not?

162Duḥkh key|kī lahar tō nahī̃ ātī  ?

165You do not have waves of sorrow, do you?

163Kyōṅki jō duḥkhdhām chhōṛ chalē unkē pās|pass duḥkh key|kī lahar kaisē ā saktī .

166How can waves of sorrow come to those who have left the land of sorrow?

164Saṅgam par duḥkhdhām aur sukhdhām dōnō̃ kā gyān hai .

167At the confluence age, you know about both the land of sorrow and the land of happiness.

165Dōnō̃ K|kē knowledgeful śhaktiśhālī ātmāyē̃ haĩ .

168Those who are knowledge-full about both are powerful souls.

166Galatī|galtī sē bhī duḥkhdhām mē̃ jā nahī̃ saktē .

169You cannot go to the land of sorrow even by mistake.

167Sadā khuśh rahnē vālō̃ kē pās duḥkh key|kī lahar kabhī ā nahī̃ saktī .

170Waves of sorrow can never come to those who stay constantly happy.

168Achchhā  !

171Achcha.

169Sēvā aur sva-unnati dōnō̃ kā balance rakhō .

172Keep a balance of doing service and making self-progress.

170Aisē nahī̃ sēvā mē̃ mast hō gayē tō sva-unnati bhūl gayē .

173Let it not be that you become so intoxicated with doing service that you forget about your self-progress.

171Sēvā kā śhauk jyādā hai . 172Lēkin dōnō̃ kā balance . 173Samjhā  ?

174You have a greater interest in doing service, but there has to be a balance of the two.

174Achchhē chal rahē haĩ lēkin sirph achchhē tak nahī̃ rahnā , aur achchhē tē achchhē .

175Do you understand? 176You are moving along well, but do not stop at that; let it be the best of all.

Blessing

175Vardān  : apnī jīvan kō hīrē samān valuable banānē vālē smr̥iti aur vismr̥iti K|kē chakkar sē mukt bhav

177Blessing: May you be free from the cycle of remembrance and forgetfulness and make your life as valuable as a diamond.

176Yah saṅgamyug smr̥iti kā yug hai aur kaliyug vismr̥iti kā yug hai .

178 The confluence age is the age of remembrance and the iron age is the age of forgetfulness.

177Agar apnē śhrēṣhṭh part , śhrēṣhṭh bhāgya key|kī sadā smr̥iti hai tō hīrē samān valuable hō aur agar vismr̥iti hai tō patthar hō .

179If you remain constantly aware of your elevated part and your elevated fortune, you are as valuable as a diamond, whereas if you forget this, you are a stone.

178Yah smr̥iti aur vismr̥iti kā khēl hai .

180This is a game of remembering and forgetting.

179Saṅgamyug K|kē rahvāsī kabhī kaliyug mē̃ chakkar lagānē jā nahī̃ saktē .

181Those who live at the confluence age can never go on a tour of the iron age.

180Agar thōṛā bhī buddhi gaī tō chakkar mē̃ phans jāyēṅgē kyōṅki kaliyug mē̃ bahut raunak hai lēkin vah raunak dhōkhā dēnē vālī hai .

182If your intellect is even slightly pulled there, you will be trapped there, because there is a lot of splendour in the iron age, but that is deceptive.

Slogan

181Slōgan  : apnī karmandriyō̃ kō law aur order pramāṇ chalānē vālē hī sachchē rājyōgī haĩ .

183Slogan: S Those who use their physical senses with law and order are true Raj Yogis.
