¹Essence: Sweet children, remember the Father and the cycle. ²There is no need to say anything through your lips. ³Simply remove your hearts from this hell and you will become ever free from disease.

²prashn:- baap direct aakar apne bachchon ki shreshtha praalabdha banaane ke liye kaun si raay dete hain?

⁴Question: What does the Father advise you children directly in order for you to make your reward elevated?

³uttar:- bachche, ab tumhaara sab kuchh khatma hone vaala hai।

⁵Answer: Children, everything you have is now going to finish. ⁶Nothing will be of any use. ⁷Therefore, like Sudama, create your future reward.

⁴kuchh bhi kaam nahin aayega isliye sudaame ki tarah apni bhavishya praalabdha bana lo। ⁵baap direct aaya hai to apna sab kuchh saphal kar lo।

⁸The Father has come directly and so you should use everything you have in a worthwhile way.

⁶hospital kam college khol do jisse bahuton ka kalyaan ho।

⁹Open a hospital-cum-college through which many can benefit.

⁷sabko raasta bataao।

¹⁰Show everyone the path.

⁸shreemat par sada chalte raho।

¹¹Continue to follow shrimat constantly.

¹⁰behad ka baap bachchon ko samjha rahe hain।

¹²tum jaante ho ki barobar sab patit hain aur patit-paavan baap ko yaad karte hain।

¹⁵You know that all are truly impure and that they remember the Purifier Father.

¹³patit manushya ko zaroor besmajh kahenge।

¹⁶Impure human beings would definitely be said to be ignorant.

¹⁴sabhi bulaate hain ki he patit-paavan aakar hamko paavan banaao।

¹⁷Everyone calls out: O Purifier, come and purify us!

¹⁵bhaaratvaasi jaante hain ki satayug mein yeh bhaarat paavan tha।

¹⁸The people of Bharat know that Bharat was pure in the golden age.

¹⁶paavan grihastha dharma tha, is samay patit grihastha adharma hai।

¹⁹There was the pure household religion. ²⁰At this time, the household irreligion is impure.

¹⁷dharmaatma paavan ko kaha jaata hai।

²¹Those who are pure are said to be righteous souls.

¹⁸is bhaarat mein 5 hajaar varsha pahle jab lakshmi-naaraayan ka raajya tha to unko paavan raajya kaha jaata tha।

²⁶laakhon karodon roopaya kharcha kar devtaaon ke mandir banaate hain।

³⁰Hundreds of thousands of rupees are spent in building temples to the deities.

²⁷somnaath ka mandir kitna heere-javaahron se saja hua tha।

³¹The Somnath Temple was so beautifully decorated with diamonds and jewels.

²⁸us samay ke hisaab anusaar karodon rupaye kharcha nahin kiya hoga kyonki us samay to heere-javaahar aadi ka daam kuchh bhi nahin rehta।

³²At that time, they would not have spent millions of rupees because diamonds and jewels hardly cost anything.

²⁹is samay agar woh mandir hota to athaah padmon ki milkiyat ho jaae।

³⁰ab baap samjhaate hain meethe bachche ved, shaastra adhyayan karna, yeh bhakti hai, usko gyaan nahin kaha jaata।

³⁴The Father now explains: Sweet children, to study the Vedas and scriptures is to do devotion; it cannot be called knowledge.

³¹satayug mein teertha aadi nahin maante hain।

³⁵They don’t believe in pilgrimages etc. in the golden age.

³²ganga-jamuna nadiyaan to satayug mein bhi hain। ³³abhi bhi hain।

³⁶The Ganges and Jamuna rivers exist in the golden age and they also exist at this time.

³⁴satayug mein koi teertha karne ke liye nadiyaan nahin thi।

³⁷In the golden age there were no rivers to go on a pilgrimage to.

³⁵baap to hai gyaan ka saagar, woh baith gyaan dete hain।

³⁸The Father is the Ocean of Knowledge. ³⁹He sits here and gives you knowledge.

³⁶aadhaakalpa yeh bhakti chalti hai।

⁴⁰That devotion continues for half a cycle.

³⁷pahle avyabhichaari bhakti hoti hai।

⁴¹At first, there is unadulterated devotion.

³⁸shiv ki hi pooja karte hain।

⁴²They only worship Shiva at that time.

³⁹phir devtaaon ki, abhi to bhakti vyabhichaari ho gai hai।

⁴³Then they worship the deities. ⁴⁴Now, even devotion has become adulterated.

⁴⁰bhakti karte, shaastra aadi padhte rehte hain to sab bhagat ho gaye।

⁴⁵They continue to read scriptures etc. in performing devotion. ⁴⁶All have become devotees.

⁴¹sajniyaan mujh ek saajan ko yaad karti hain।

⁴⁷All the brides remember Me, the one Bridegroom.

⁴²bhakton ki raksha karne vaala hai bhagwan।

⁴⁸God is the One who protects the devotees.

⁴³to zaroor bhakti mein takleeph hoti hai tab to kehte hain aakar hamko liberate karo।

⁴⁹So, surely, there must be difficulty in devotion - that is why they call out: Come and liberate us!

⁴⁴duhkh se mukta karo।

⁵⁰Free us from sorrow!

⁴⁵guide ban muktidhaam mein le chalo।

⁵¹Become our Guide and take us to the land of liberation!

⁴⁶unko yeh pata nahin hai ki bhagwan kaun hai।

⁵²They don’t know who God is. ⁵³They go to the Shiva and Shankar Temple.

⁴⁷shiv va shankar ke mandir mein jaate hain। ⁴⁸shiv-shankar ko ikattha kar diya hai।

⁵⁴They have combined Shiva and Shankar, although the two are separate.

⁴⁹hain donon alag-alag, woh niraakaar, woh sookshm shareerdhaari।

⁵⁵That One is incorporeal and this one is a being with a subtle body.

⁵⁰woh mool vatan mein rahne vaala, woh sookshm vatan mein rahne vaala।

⁵⁶That One resides in the incorporeal world and this one resides in the subtle region.

⁵¹to baap samjhaate hain mandir mein bail dikhaate hain।

⁵⁷The Father explains: They show a bull in the temple.

⁵²samajhte hain shiv-shankar ki bail par savaari thi।

⁵⁸They believe that Shiva and Shankar used to ride a bull.

⁵³ab shiv ke liye kehte hain woh sarvavyaapi hai।

⁵⁹They also say of Shiva that He is omnipresent.

⁵⁴aise nahin kahenge ki shiv shankar sarvavyaapi hain।

⁶⁰They would not say that Shiva and Shankar are omnipresent.

⁵⁵ek parampita paramatma niraakaar ko kehte hain।

⁶¹They call the one incorporeal One, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁵⁶ab baap kehte hain dekho main niraakaar tumko kaise padhaata hoon।

⁶²The Father now says: Look how I, the Incorporeal, am teaching you!

⁵⁷bail par koi savaari thode hi hoti hai।

⁶³Would anyone be riding a bull?

⁵⁸hamaari savaari bail par kyon dikhaai hai?

⁶⁴Why have people shown Me riding a bull?

⁵⁹main to saadhaaran manushya tan mein pravesh karke aata hoon।

⁶⁵I enter an ordinary body when I come.

⁶⁰inke 84 janmon ki kahaani baith tumko sunaata hoon।

⁶⁶I sit and tell you the story of this one’s 84 births.

⁶¹tum bhi brahma mukh vanshaavli aakar bane ho।

⁶⁷You too have come and become the mouth-born creation of Brahma.

⁶²inka naam hai bhaageerath arthaat bhaagyashaali rath kyonki pahle-pahle yeh sunte hain aur yahi saubhaagyashaali hain।

⁶⁸This one is called Bhagirath (the Lucky Chariot) because he hears everything first. ⁶⁹He is the one hundred times fortunate.

⁶⁴baaki sab aatmaayen vaapis chali jaati hain apne ghar, jahaan se aai hain।

⁶⁶srishti ka chakra phirta rehta hai।

⁷³The cycle of the world continues to turn.

⁶⁷mool vatan, sookshm vatan mein yeh satayug treta nahin hote hain।

⁷⁴The golden and silver ages do not exist in the incorporeal world or the subtle region.

⁶⁸yeh drama ka chakra yahaan phirta hai।

⁷⁵This cycle of the drama rotates here.

⁶⁹aadhaakalpa gyaan satayug-treta, aadha-kalpa bhakti dvaapar-kaliyug।

⁷⁶For half a cycle, there is knowledge, the golden and silver ages, and then for half a cycle there is devotion, the copper and iron ages.

⁷⁰satayug mein lakshmi-naaraayan ka raajya tha phir lakshmi-naaraayan di first, second… raajaai chalti hai।

⁷⁷It was the kingdoms of Lakshmi and Narayan in the golden age: the kingdoms of Lakshmi and Narayan the First, Lakshmi and Narayan the Second, continue.

⁷¹treta mein hai chandravanshi raam ki dynasty।

⁷²satayug mein 8 janma, treta mein 12 janma।

⁷³yeh 84 janmon ki kahaani baap hi samjhaate hain।

⁷⁴baap apne brahman bachchon ko hi milte hain aur kisko nahin।

⁸¹The Father only meets His Brahmin children and not anyone else.

⁷⁵bachche bane hain tab unko padhaate hain।

⁸²Only when you become His children does He teach you.

⁷⁶baap kehte hain - main tumhaara baap-teacher-satguru hoon।

⁸³The Father says: I am your Father, Teacher and Satguru.

⁷⁷sadgati kar saath le jaata hoon।

⁸⁴I grant you salvation and take you back with Me.

⁷⁸paavan hone ka bahut sahaj upaay hai, jo tumko batlaata hoon।

⁸⁵The method I give you of how to become pure is very easy.

⁷⁹yahaan baith tum kya karte ho?

⁸⁶What are you doing while sitting here?

⁸⁰bachche kehte hain - baba ham aapko yaad karte hain।

⁸⁷Children say: Baba, we are remembering You.

⁸¹aapka pharmaan hai ki nirantar mujhe yaad karne ka purushaartha karo to is yog agni se tumhaare vikarma vinaash ho jaayenge।

⁸⁸The Father’s order is: Constantly make effort to remember Me and your sins will be absolved through this fire of yoga. ⁸⁹You will then become pure and satopradhan.

⁸²phir tum pavitra satopradhaan ban jaayenge। ⁸³ab tum tamopradhaan ho, yaad se hi khaad niklegi।

⁹⁰You are now tamopradhan and the alloy will only be removed by your having remembrance.

⁸⁴koi takleeph ki baat nahin।

⁹¹There is no question of difficulty.

⁸⁵ever nirogi banne ke liye kitni sahaj yukti hai।

⁹²This is such an easy way to become ever free from disease.

⁸⁶devtaayen kabhi beemaar nahin hote। ⁸⁷is yaad se hi tum nirogi banenge।

⁹³Deities never fall ill. ⁹⁴Only by having this remembrance will you become free from disease.

⁸⁸paap bhasma hone se tum paavan ban jaayenge।

⁹⁵When your sins are burnt away, you will become pure.

⁸⁹badi bhaari kamaai hai।

⁹⁶This is such a big income.

⁹⁰ghoomo, phiro sirf mujhe yaad karo।

⁹⁷You may go on tours, but simply remember Me.

⁹¹pahle yeh practice karni hai।

⁹⁸First of all, practise this.

⁹²yaad karne se ham 21 janma ke liye nirogi ban jaayenge।

⁹⁹By having remembrance, you will become free from disease for 21 births.

⁹³koi takleeph ki baat nahin, sirf maamekam yaad karo।

¹⁰⁰There is no question of difficulty. ¹⁰¹Simply constantly remember Me alone.

⁹⁴yeh baap ne aatmaon ko kaha, he aatmaayen sunti ho?

¹⁰²The Father says to souls: O souls, are you listening?

⁹⁵baap mukh se kehte hain mujhe yaad karo aur ghar ko yaad karo।

¹⁰³The Father says through His mouth: Remember Me and remember your home.

⁹⁶ab yeh narka khalaas hona hai। ⁹⁷jaana hai apne ghar।

¹⁰⁴This hell is now to end and you have to return to your home.

⁹⁸bhojan banaate samay bhi yaad ka purushaartha karo।

¹⁰⁵Also make effort to stay in remembrance when preparing meals.

⁹⁹bhal tum karmayogi ho to bhi kam se kam 8 ghante tak zaroor pahuncho।

¹⁰⁶Even though you are karma yogis, you must definitely at least reach the stage of having eight hours of remembrance.

¹⁰⁰5 minute, 10 minute, aadha ghanta aise chart ko badhaate raho।

¹⁰⁷Continue to increase your chart: five minutes, ten minutes, half an hour, etc.

¹⁰¹jaanch karte raho hamne kitna samay baap ko yaad kiya? ¹⁰²jis baap se vaikuntha ki baadshaahi milti hai, 21 janmon ke liye sada nirogi bante hain।

¹⁰⁸Continue to check for how long you remembered the Father from whom you receive the sovereignty of Paradise and become ever free from disease for 21 births.

¹⁰³kitni sahaj yukti hai।

¹⁰⁹This is such an easy method!

¹⁰⁴chakra ka knowledge samjhaaya hai ki choti brahman, devta, kshatriy, vaishya, shoodra yeh chakra yaad karna hai।

¹¹⁰The knowledge of the cycle has been explained to you. ¹¹¹You have to remember the cycle of the Brahmins, the topknot, the deities, warriors, merchants and shudras.

¹⁰⁵beej aur jhaad ko yaad karo।

¹¹²Remember the Seed and the tree.

¹⁰⁶abhi tum jaante ho ek dharma ki sthaapna ho to doosre dharma vinaash ho jaayenge।

¹¹³You now know that the one religion is being established and that the other religions are to be destroyed.

¹⁰⁷satayug mein ek hi dharma hai। ¹⁰⁸tumko mehnat hi ismen hai।

¹¹⁴In the golden age, there is just the one religion.

¹⁰⁹baap kehte hain mujh beej ko yaad karo aur jhaad ko yaad karo।

¹¹⁵The Father says: Remember Me, the Seed, and the tree. ¹¹⁶It is this that requires your efforts.

¹¹⁰sthaapna, vinaash aur paalna... yeh hai bahut sahaj।

¹¹⁷Establishment, destruction and sustenance; this is very easy.

¹¹¹sahjayog aur sahaj gyaan।

¹¹⁸This is very easy yoga and easy knowledge.

¹¹²beej se jhaad kaise nikalta hai, yeh tumhaari buddhi mein gyaan hai।

¹¹⁹Your intellects have the knowledge of how the tree emerges from the Seed.

¹¹³raho bhal grihastha mein parantu pavitra rehna hai।

¹²⁰You may live at home with your families, but you do have to remain pure.

¹¹⁴yeh to achha hai na।

¹²¹This is good, is it not?

¹¹⁵baap kehte hain 63 janma tumne narka mein gote khaaye hain।

¹²²The Father says: You have been choking in hell for 63 births.

¹¹⁶paap kiye, ab bilkul hi paap aatma ban pade ho।

¹²³You have been committing sins and have now become absolutely sinful souls.

¹¹⁷raavan ki mat par chalte aaye ho।

¹²⁴You have been following the dictates of Ravan.

¹¹⁸gaandhi bhi raamraajya chaahte the।

¹²⁵Gandhiji too wanted there to be the kingdom of Rama.

¹¹⁹iska matlab raavan raajya mein the।

¹²⁶This means that he was in the kingdom of Ravan.

¹²⁰manushyon ki buddhi kitni maleen ho gai hai। ¹²¹kuchh bhi samajhte nahin hain।

¹²⁷The intellects of human beings have become so dirty that they don’t understand anything at all!

¹²²svarga kab tha kisko pata hi nahin hai।

¹²⁸They don’t know at all when it was heaven.

¹²³lakshmi-naaraayan ko 5 hajaar varsha hue hain, yeh kisko maaloom nahin hai।

¹²⁹No one knows that it is now 5000 years since Lakshmi and Narayan came into existence.

¹²⁴satayug ki aayu laakhon varsha kah dete hain।

¹³⁰They say that the duration of the golden age is hundreds of thousands of years.

¹²⁵aadhaakalpa hai gyaan, aadhaakalpa hai bhakti phir jab puraani duniya ho jaati hai to aata hai vairaagya।

¹³¹For half a cycle there is knowledge and for half a cycle there is devotion. ¹³²Then, when the world becomes old, you have disinterest.

¹²⁶is narka se dil hata dete hain।

¹³³This enables you to remove your hearts from this hell.

¹²⁷tum yahaan baithe bahut kamaai karte ho।

¹³⁴You are earning a lot of income while sitting here.

¹²⁸baap kehte hain - tum chakravarti raaja bante ho।

¹³⁵The Father says: You are becoming rulers of the globe.

¹²⁹yeh tumhaara antim 84 vaan janma hai, vinaash saamne khada hai।

¹³⁶This is the last of your 84 births and destruction is just ahead.

¹³⁰mrityulok ka vinaash amarlok ki sthaapna ho rahi hai।

¹³⁷The land of death is to be destroyed and the land of immortality is being established.

¹³¹amarnaath baba se ham satya-naaraayan banne ki satya katha sun rahe hain।

¹³⁸We are listening to Baba, the Lord of Immortality, telling the true story of becoming true Narayan.

¹³²hai ek katha। ¹³³shaastra aadi kitne dher banaaye hain।

¹³⁹There is just the one religious story, but they have created so many scriptures etc.

¹³⁴karod-padam roopaye kharcha karte hain। ¹³⁵hai sab jhooth।

¹⁴⁰They spend millions and billions on them, but they are all lies.

¹³⁶baap sach bataae sachkhanda ki sthaapna karte hain।

¹⁴¹The Father tells you the truth and establishes the land of truth.

¹³⁷kitna achhi reeti samjhaaya jaata hai।

¹³⁸kaisi bhi ablaayen, ganikaayen, ahilyaayen us svarga ka maalik ban sakti hain।

¹⁴³Innocent women, those without virtues and those with stone intellects can also become the masters of heaven.

¹⁴⁷vahaan satayug mein to gareeb se gareeb ka mahal bhi yahaan se achha hoga।

¹⁵²In the golden age, even the palace of the poorest person would be better than here.

¹⁴⁸chaandi sona laga hua hoga।

¹⁵³It would be covered with silver and gold.

¹⁴⁹vahaan sab sastaai rehti hai, sabko apni jameen rehti hai।

¹⁵⁴There, everything is very cheap. ¹⁵⁵They all have their own land.

¹⁵⁰sudaame ka misaal... bhakti maarga mein do mutthi eeshvar arth dete aaye ho।

¹⁵¹koi 5-10-100 rupaye bhi daan karte hain, jiska evja doosre janma mein milta hai isliye hi manushya daan-punya aadi karte hain।

¹⁵⁸Some would donate five, ten or a hundred rupees and receive the return of that in their next birth. ¹⁵⁹That is why people make donations and perform charity.

¹⁵²koi hospital kholte hain to doosre janma mein tandarusti achhi milti hai।

¹⁶⁰Those who open hospitals receive good health in their next birth; they wouldn’t have any illness.

¹⁵³koi beemaari nahin hoti hai। ¹⁵⁴koi college banaate hain to doosre janma mein padhkar hoshiyaar ho jaate hain।

¹⁶¹Some open colleges and so they study in their next birth and become clever; they receive the fruit of one birth in their next birth.

¹⁵⁵ek janma ka phal doosre janma mein milta hai। ¹⁵⁶ab parampita paramatma niraakaar baap to daata hai।

¹⁶²The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, the incorporeal Father, is the Bestower.

¹⁵⁷baap kehte hain - bachche ek hospital kam college kholo, ismen bahuton ka kalyaan hoga।

¹⁶³The Father says: Children, open a hospital-cum-college and many will benefit from that.

¹⁵⁸iska phal tumko 21 janma ke liye milega।

¹⁶⁴You will receive the fruit of that for 21 births.

¹⁵⁹woh hai indirect ek janma ke liye, yeh hai direct, 21 janmon ke liye praalabdha milti hai kyonki ab baap direct baithe hain।
