1Brāhmaṇ jīvan kā śhvāṅs - sadā umaṅg aur utsāh
1The breath of Brahmin life is constant zeal and enthusiasm.
2Āj trimūrti śhiv bāp sarv bachchō̃ kō viśhēṣh tri-sambandh sē dēkh rahē haĩ .
2Today, Trimurti Father Shiva is especially seeing all His children in three relationships.
3Sabsē pahlā pyārā sambandh hai sarv prāptiyō̃ K|kē mālik vāris hō , vāris kē sāth īśhvarīy vidyārthī hō , sāth-sāth her|har kadam mē̃ follow karnē vālē satgurū K|kē pyārē hō .
3The first most loving relationship is that of your being the masters of all attainments, the heirs. 4As well as being heirs, you are Godly students and, along with that, you are those who are loved by the Satguru, because you follow Him at every step.
4Trimūrti śhiv bāp bachchō̃ K|kē bhī yah tīn sambandh viśhēṣh rūp mē̃ dēkh rahē haĩ .
5Trimurti Father Shiva is seeing the children especially in these three relationships.
5Vaisē tō sarv sambandh nibhānē key|kī anubhavī ātmāyē̃ hō lēkin āj viśhēṣh tīn sambandh dēkh rahē haĩ .
6In fact, you are the souls who are experienced in fulfilling the responsibility of all relationships, but today, Baba is especially seeing the three relationships.
6Yah tīn sambandh sabhī kō pyārē haĩ .
7All of you love these three relationships.
7Āj viśhēṣh trimūrti śhiv jayantī manānē K|kē umaṅg sē sabhī bhāg-bhāgkar pahũch gayē haĩ .
8Today, all of you have come running here with enthusiasm in order to celebrate Trimurti Shiv Jayanti.
8Bāp kō mubārak dēnē āyē hō vā bāp sē mubārak lēnē āyē hō ? 9Dōnō̃ kām karnē āyē hō .
9Have you come to give congratulations to the Father or have you come to receive congratulations from the Father?
10Jab nām hī hai śhiv jayantī vā śhivrātri , tō trimūrti kyā siddh kartā hai ?
10You have come to do both. 11Since the very name is Shiv Jayanti and Shiv Ratri, what does Trimurti prove?
11Prajāpitā brahmā dvārā kyā kartē haĩ ?
12What does He do through Prajapita Brahma?
12Āp brāhmaṇō̃ key|kī rachnā rachtē haĩ nā .
13He creates the creation of you Brahmins.
13Unhō̃ key|kī phir pālnā hōtī hai .
14You are then sustained.
14Tō trimūrti śhabda siddh kartā hai ki bāp K|kē sāth-sāth āp brāhmaṇ bachchē bhī sāth haĩ .
15So the word Trimurti proves that together with the Father are you Brahmin souls.
15Akēlā bāp kyā karēgā !
16What would the Father do by Himself?
16Isliē bāp key|kī jayantī sō āp brāhmaṇ bachchō̃ key|kī bhī jayantī .
17This is why the birthday of the Father also means the birthday of you Brahmin children.
17Tō bāp bachchō̃ kō is alaukik divya janm key|kī vā is diamond jayantī key|kī padmāpadma guṇā mubārak dē rahē haĩ .
18This is why the Father is giving you children multimillionfold congratulations for this alokik, divine birth, this diamond birth.
18Āp sabkē mubārak K|kē patra , card bāp kē pās pahũch hī gayē aur abhī bhī kaī bachchē dil sē mubārak K|kē gīt gā rahē haĩ chāhē dūr haĩ , chāhē sammukh haĩ . 19Dūr vālō̃ K|kē bhī mubārak K|kē gīt kānō̃ mē̃ sunāī dē rahē haĩ .
19Your letters and cards of congratulations have already reached the Father, and, even now, many children are singing songs of congratulations from their hearts. 20Whether they are far away or whether they are personally in front of Baba, Baba’s ears can hear the songs of congratulations, even from those who are far away.
20Return mē̃ bāpdādā bhī dēśh-vidēśh K|kē sarv bachchō̃ kō padma-padma badhāiyā̃ dē rahē haĩ .
21In return, BapDada is giving multimillionfold congratulations to the children of this land and of foreign lands.
21Yah tō sabhī bachchē jāntē hī hō ki brāhmaṇ jīvan mē̃ kōī bhī utsav manānā arthāt sadā umaṅg-utsāh bharī jīvan banānā .
22All of you children know that to celebrate any festival in Brahmin life means to create an elevated life constantly filled with zeal and enthusiasm.
22Brāhmaṇō̃ key|kī alaukik dictionary mē̃ manānē kā arth|earth hai bannā .
23In the alokik dictionary of Brahmins, to celebrate means to become.
23Tō sirph āj utsav manāyēṅgē vā sadā utsāh bharī jīvan banāyēṅgē ?
24So, will you simply celebrate the festival today, or will you create a life constantly filled with zeal and enthusiasm?
24Jaisē is sthūl śharīr mē̃ śhvāṅs hai tō jīvan hai .
25You have a life when there is breath in those physical bodies.
25Agar śhvāṅs khatm hō gayā tō jīvan kyā hōgī ?
26What would your life be if your breath finished? 27It would be finished.
26Khatm . 27Aisē brāhmaṇ jīvan kā śhvāṅs hai sadā umaṅg aur utsāh .
28So, too, the breath of Brahmin life is constant zeal and enthusiasm.
28Brāhmaṇ jīvan mē̃ her|har second umaṅg-utsāh nahī̃ tō brāhmaṇ jīvan nahī̃ .
29In Brahmin life, if there isn't zeal and enthusiasm at every second, then that is not Brahmin life.
29Śhvāṅs key|kī gati bhī normal ( sāmānya ) hōnī chāhiē .
30However, the speed of your breathing also has to be normal.
30Agar śhvāṅs key|kī gati bahut tēj hō jāē tō bhī jīvan yathārth nahī̃ aur slow hō jāē tō bhī yathārth jīvan nahī̃ kahī jāyēgī .
31If your breathing is very fast, then that is not a normal life and if it is slow, then too, it would not be called a normal life.
31High pressure yā lō|low pressure hō jātā hai nā .
32You either have high pressure or low pressure.
32Tō iskō normal jīvan nahī̃ kahā jātā .
33So that would not be called a normal life.
33Tō yahā̃ bhī check karō ki « mujh brāhmaṇ jīvan K|kē umaṅg-utsāh key|kī gati normal hai ?
34So, here, too, check: is the speed of the zeal and enthusiasm of my Brahmin life normal?
34Yā kabhī bahut fast , kabhī bahut slow hō jātī ?
35Or, is it sometimes very fast and sometimes very slow?
35Ēkras rahtī hai ?
36Or, does it remain constant?
36' ' ēkras hōnā chāhiē nā .
37It should be constant, should it not?
37Kabhī bahut , kabhī cum|kam yah tō achchhā nahī̃ hai nā , isliē saṅgamyug key|kī her|har ghaṛī utsav hai .
38If it is sometimes fast and sometimes slow, that is not good. 39This is why every moment of the confluence age is a festival.
38Yah tō viśhēṣh manōrañjan kē liē manātē haĩ kyōṅki brāhmaṇ jīvan mē̃ aur kahā̃ jākar manōrañjan manāyēṅgē !
40You specially celebrate a special day for your entertainment because, in Brahmin life, where else would you go for entertainment?
39Yahā̃ hī tō manāyēṅgē nā ! 40Kahā̃ viśhēṣh sāgar K|kē kinārē par yā bagīchē mē̃ yā club mē̃ tō nahī̃ jāyēṅgē nā .
41You would only entertain yourself here, would you not? 42You would not especially go to the seaside or to a park or to a club, would you?
41Yahā̃ hī sāgar kā kinārā bhī hai , bagīchā bhī hai tō club bhī hai .
43The seaside, the park and the club are all here.
42Yah brāhmaṇ club achchhī hai nā !
44This Brahmin club is good, is it not?
43Tō brāhmaṇ jīvan kā śhvāṅs hai umaṅg-utsāh .
45So, the breath of Brahmin life is zeal and enthusiasm.
44Śhvāṅs key|kī gati ṭhīk hai nā ki kabhī nīchē-ūpar hō jātī hai ?
46So your breathing is normal, is it not? 47Or does it fluctuate?
45Bāpdādā har ēk bachchē kō check kartē rahtē haĩ .
48So BapDada continues to check each child.
46Yē kān mē̃ lagākar check nahī̃ karnā paṛtā .
49He does not have to check with a stethoscope in His ears.
47Ājkal tō science nē bhī sab automatic nikālē haĩ .
50Nowadays, science has made everything automatic.
48Tō śhiv jayantī vā śhivrātri dōnō̃ K|kē rahasya kō achchhī tarah sē jān gayē hō nā !
51Shiv Ratri or Shiv Jayanti - you know the significance of both very clearly, do you not?
49Dōnō̃ hī rahasya svayã bhī jān gayē hō aur dūsrō̃ kō bhī spaṣhṭ sunā saktē haĩ kyōṅki bāp key|kī jayantī kē sāth āpkī bhī hai .
52You can also tell others, can you not? 53You know the significance of both and you are also able to tell others about it clearly.
50Apnē birth-day ( janma-din ) kā rahasya tō sunā saktē hō nā !
54As well as the birthday of the Father, it is also the birthday of you children.
51Yādgār tō bhakta lōg bhī baṛī bhāvnā sē manātē haĩ .
55So you can relate the significance of your own birthday, can you not?
52Lēkin antar yah hai ki vah śhivrātri par her|har sāl vrat rakhtē haĩ aur āp tō picnic kartē hō kyōṅki āp sab nē janmatē hī sadākāl kē liē arthāt sampūrṇ brāhmaṇ jīvan kē liē ēk bār vrat dhāraṇ kar liyā , isliē bār-bār nahī̃ karnā paṛtā .
56The memorials are also celebrated by the devotees with a lot of love and devotion. 57However, the difference is that they hold a fast on Shiv Ratri every year, whereas you have a picnic. 58As soon as you take birth, all of you have a fast just once for all time, that is, for your entire Brahmin life.
53Unhō̃ kō her|har sāl vrat rakhnā paṛtā hai .
59This is why you do not have to fast again and again.
54Āp sabhī brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ nē janm lētē hī yah vrat lē liyā ki ham sadā bāp samān sampann aur sampūrṇ rahē̃gē .
60They have to fast every year whereas you Brahmin souls made a vow the moment you took birth: that you would become constantly perfect and complete like the Father.
55Yah pakkā vrat liyā hai yā thōṛā kachchā … ?
61You made this strong vow, did you not? 62Or, is it a little weak?
56Jab ātmā aur param-ātmā kā sambandh avināśhī hai tō vrat bhī avināśhī hai nā .
63Since the relationship between you souls and the Supreme Soul is eternal, what should the vow be?
57Duniyā vālē sirph khān-pān kā vrat rakhtē haĩ . 58Issē bhī kyā siddha hōtā hai ?
64It should be eternal, should it not? 65So the people of the world simply have a fast of their food and drink.
59Āpnē brāhmaṇ jīvan mē̃ sadā kē liē khān-pān kā bhī vrat liyā hai nā .
66What does this show? 67You have made a vow in your Brahmin life for your food and drink for all time, have you not?
60Ki yah free hai khānā-pīnā jō bhī chāhē khā lō ?
68Or, are you free to do what you want? 69To eat or drink whatever you want?
61Pakkā vrat hai vā « kabhī-kabhī thak jāō tō vrat tōṛ dō ?
70No. 71Have you made the vow firm? 72Or, do you break your vow when you get tired?
62Kabhī time nahī̃ miltā tō kyā banāyē̃ , kuchh bhī maṅgākar khā lēvē̃ ? 63' ' thōṛā-thōṛā ḍhīlā kartē hō ?
73If you sometimes do not have any time, is it that you get something from outside and eat that?
64Dēkhō , āpkē bhakta vrat rakh rahē haĩ .
74Do you sometimes become slack in fulfilling your vow?
65Chāhē sāl mē̃ ēk bār bhī rakhtē haĩ lēkin maryādā kō pālan tō kar rahē haĩ nā .
75Look, your devotees hold a fast, even if it is once a year, but they still follow that code of conduct.
66Tō jab āpkē bhakta vrat mē̃ pakkē haĩ , tō āp kitnē pakkē hō ?
76Since your devotees are firm in their fast, how firm should you be?
67Pakkē hō ?
77Are you firm?
68Kabhī-kabhī thōṛā ḍhīlā kar dētē hō chalō , kal bhōg lagā dēgē , āj nahī̃ lagātē .
78Or, do you sometimes become slack? 79“It doesn't matter if we offer bhog tomorrow and not today.”
69Yah bhī āp brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ key|kī jīvan K|kē bēhad K|kē vrat K|kē yādgār banē huē haĩ .
80So this is a memorial of your unlimited fast in the life of you Brahmin souls.
70Viśhēṣh is din pavitratā kā bhī vrat rakhtē haĩ .
81On this day especially, people also make a vow of purity.
71Ēk pavitratā kā vrat rakhtē ; dūsrā khān-pān kā vrat rakhtē ; tīsrā sārā din kisī kō bhī kisī prakār kā duḥkh yā dhōkhā nahī̃ dēgē , yah bhī vrat rakhtē haĩ .
82Firstly, they make a vow of purity and, secondly, they make a vow regarding their food and drink. 83Thirdly, they never cause any type of sorrow to anyone or deceive anyone in any way throughout the whole day.
72Lēkin āp kā is brāhmaṇ jīvan kā vrat bēhad kā hai , unhō̃ kā ēk din kā hai .
84They too make that vow. 85However, the vow of your Brahmin life is unlimited, whereas theirs is for one day.
73Pavitratā kā vrat tō brāhmaṇ janm sē hī dhāraṇ kar liyā hai nā !
86So you imbibed the vow of purity in Brahmin life as soon as you took birth, did you not?
74Sirph brahmcharya nahī̃ lēkin pāñchō̃ hī vikārō̃ par vijay hō iskō kahtē haĩ pavitratā kā vrat .
87Purity is not just celibacy, but the vow of purity is to gain victory over the five vices. 88This is called the vow of purity.
75Tō sōchō ki pavitratā K|kē vrat mē̃ kahā̃ tak saphal huē haĩ ?
89So, check to what extent you are successful in your vow of purity.
76Jaisē brahmcharya arthāt kām mahāśhatru kō jītnē K|kē liyē viśhēṣh attention mē̃ rahtē hō , aisē hī aur bhī chār sāthī jō kām mahāśhatru K|kē haĩ , unkā bhī itnā hī attention rahtā hai ?
90Just as you pay special attention to celibacy, that is, to conquering the greatest enemy, lust, in the same way, do you also pay the same attention to conquering the four companions of lust, the greatest enemy? 91Or, do you allow yourself some freedom in that?
77Ki uskē liē chhuṭṭī hai thōṛā-thōṛā krōdh bhal kar lō ?
92That it does not matter if you get a little angry?
78Chhuṭṭī hai nahī̃ , lēkin apnē āpkō chhuṭṭī dē dētē hō .
93You are not allowed to, but you allow yourself that freedom.
79Dēkhā gayā hai ki krōdh K|kē bāl-bachchē jō haĩ unkō chhuṭṭī dē dī hai .
94It has been seen that you give freedom to the children of anger.
80Krōdh mahābhūt kō tō bhagāyā hai lēkin uskē jō bāl-bachchē haĩ unsē thōṛī prīt abhī bhī rakhī hai .
95You have chased away the great evil spirit of anger, but you still have love for its children.
81Jaisē chhōṭē bachchē achchhē lagtē haĩ nā . 82Tō yah krōdh K|kē chhōṭē bachchē kabhī-kabhī pyārē lagtē haĩ !
96Just as little children are loved very much, so too, the little children of anger are sometimes loved very much.
83Vrat arthāt sampūrṇ pavitratā kā vrat .
97So a vow means a vow of complete purity.
84Kaī bachchē bahut achchhī-achchhī bātē̃ sunātē haĩ .
98Many children tell Baba many very good things.
85Kahtē haĩ « krōdh āyā nahī̃ lēkin krōdh dilāyā gayā , tō kyā karē̃ ?
99They say: I did not get angry, but I was made angry, so what can I do?
86Mērē kō nahī̃ āyā lēkin dūsrā dilātā hai .
100I did not get angry, but what can I do if others make me angry?
87' ' bahut mazē key|kī bātē̃ kartē haĩ .
101They say something very entertaining.
88Kahtē haĩ āp bhī us samay hōtē tō āpkō bhī ā jātā . 89Tō bāpdādā kyā kahē̃gē ?
102They say: If You had been there at that time, You too would have got angry.
90Bāpdādā bhī kahtē achchhā , tumkō māph kar diyā , lēkin āgē phir nahī̃ karnā .
103So what would BapDada say: BapDada says: Achcha, you are forgiven, but do not do it in future.
91Śhivrātri kā arth|earth hī hai andhkār miṭāē prakāśh lānē vālī rātri .
104Shiv Ratri means to finish the darkness of the night and to bring the light.
92Master gyān-sūrya prakaṭ hōnā yah hai śhivrātri .
105It means the rise of the master suns of knowledge. 106This is Shiv Ratri.
93Āp bhī master gyān-sūrya ban viśhva mē̃ andhkār kō miṭāē rōśhnī dēnē vālē hō .
107So you are those in this world who become master suns of knowledge, who finish the darkness and bring about light.
94Jō viśhva kō rōśhnī dēnē vālā hai vah svayã kyā hōgā ?
108So what would those who bring light into the world be themselves?
95Svayã andhkār mē̃ tō nahī̃ hōgā nā .
109They would not be in the dark, would they?
96Dīpak K|kē māphik tō nahī̃ hō ?
110You are not like little lamps.
97Dīpak kē nīchē andhiyārā hōtā hai , ūpar rōśhnī hōtī hai .
111There is darkness below the little lamps and light above them.
98Āp master gyān-sūrya hō .
112You are master suns of knowledge.
99Tō master gyān-sūrya svayã bhī prakāśh-svarūp hai , light-might rūp hai aur dūsrō̃ kō bhī light-might dēnē vālē haĩ .
113So a master sun of knowledge is himself a form of light and might and also gives light and might to others.
100Jahā̃ sadā rōśhnī hōtī hai vahā̃ andhkār kā savāl hī nahī̃ , andhkār hō hī nahī̃ saktā .
114So where there is constant light, there is no question of darkness; there cannot be any darkness.
101Tō sampūrṇ pavitratā arthāt rōśhnī .
115So, complete purity means light.
102Andhkār miṭānē vālī ātmāō̃ kē pās andhkār rah nahī̃ saktā .
116Darkness cannot remain with those souls who dispel darkness. 117Can there be any darkness?
103Rah saktā hai ? 104Ā saktā hai ?
118Can darkness come to you?
105Chalō , rahē nahī̃ lēkin ākar chalā jāē yah hō saktā hai ?
119OK, it may not remain, but does it come to you and then go away?
106Agar kisī bhī vikār kā aṅśh hai tō uskō rōśhnī kahē̃gē yā andhkār kahē̃gē ?
120Is this possible? 121If there is the slightest trace of any vice, would you call that light or darkness?
107Andhkār khatm hō gayā nā .
122So the darkness has finished, has it not?
108Śhiv-rātri kā chitra bhī dikhātē hō nā .
123You show a picture of Shiv Ratri, do you not?
109Usmē̃ kyā dikhātē hō ?
124What do you show in that picture?
110Andhkār bhāg rahā hai ki thōṛā-thōṛā rah gayā ?
125How the darkness is being dispelled. 126Or, does a little still remain?
111Is śhivrātri par viśhēṣh kyā karē̃gē ?
127What will you especially do on this Shiv Ratri?
112Kuchh karē̃gē yā sirph jhaṇḍā laharāyēṅgē ?
128Will you do anything or will you just hoist a flag?
113Jaisē sadā pratigyā kartē hō ki ham yah nahī̃ karē̃gē , yah nahī̃ karē̃gē . . . aur phir karē̃gē bhī , aisē tō nahī̃ ?
129What will you do? 130Will you just make a promise as you do every year, “I will not do this, I will not do that”, and then do it?
114Pahlē bhī sunāyā hai ki pratigyā kā arth|earth hī hai ki jān chalī jāē lēkin pratigyā na jāyē .
131It is not like that, is it? 132You were also told earlier that a promise means, that even if you die, the promise should not be broken.
115Kuchh bhī tyāg karnā paṛē , kuchh bhī sunnā paṛē lēkin pratigyā na jāyē .
133No matter what you have to renounce, no matter what you have to hear, your promise should not be broken.
116Aisē nahī̃ jab kōī samasyā nahī̃ tab tō pratigyā ṭhīk hai , agar kōī samasyā ā gaī tō samasyā śhaktiśhālī hō jāē aur pratigyā uskē āgē kamjōr hō jāē .
134It should not be that when there are no problems, your promise is fine, but when any problems come, the problem becomes powerful and your promise becomes weak.
117Iskō pratigyā nahī̃ kahā jātā .
135That is not called a promise.
118Vachan arthāt vachan .
136A promise means a promise.
119Tō aisē pratigyā man sē karē̃ , kahnē sē nahī̃ .
137So make such a promise with your mind, not just in words.
120Kahnē sē karnē vālē us samay tō śhaktiśhālī saṅkalp kartē haĩ .
138Those who make a promise because others ask them to, have a powerful thought at that time.
121Kahnē sē karnē vālē mē̃ śhakti tō rahtī hai lēkin sarv śhaktiyā̃ nahī̃ rahtī̃ .
139Those who make a promise when others ask them to have some power, but they do not have all the powers.
122Jab man sē pratigyā kartē hō aur kissē pratigyā key|kī ?
140You make a promise in your mind, and to whom do you make it?
123Bāp sē .
141To the Father.
124Tō bāp sē man sē pratigyā karnā arthāt man kō ' manmanābhav ' bhī banānā aur manmanābhav kā mantra sadā kisī bhī paristhiti mē̃ yatra ban jātā hai .
142To make a promise to the Father and to make it with your mind means to make the mind “Manmanabhav”. 143This mantra of “Manmanabhav” then constantly becomes the weapon for any situation.
125Lēkin man sē karnē sē yah hōgā . 126Man mē̃ āyē ki mujhē yah karnā nahī̃ hai .
144However, this will only happen when you make it with your mind.
127Agar man mē̃ yah saṅkalp hōtā hai ki kōśhiśh karē̃gē ; karnā tō hai hī ; bannā tō hai hī ; aisē nahī̃ karē̃gē tō kyā hōgā ; kyā karē̃gē , isliē kar lō . . . iskō kahā jāyēgā thōṛī-thōṛī majbūrī .
145Let it enter your mind: “I must not do this.” 146If there is a thought in your mind: “I will try, I have to do it. 147I have to become. 148What will happen if I don't do it like this?
128Jō man sē karnē vālā hōgā vah yah nahī̃ sōchēgā ki karnā hī paṛēgā . . . .
149What will I do? 150That is why I had better do it.” 151This is then known as a little bit of compulsion.
129Vah yah sōchagā ki bāp nē kahā aur huā hī paṛā hai .
152Those who do it with the mind will never think: “It has to be done, it must be done.”
130Niśhchay aur saphaltā mē̃ niśhchit hōgā . 131Yah hai first number key|kī pratigyā .
153They will think that the Father has said it and so it is certain that it has already happened.
132Second number key|kī pratigyā hai bannā tō hai , karnā tō hai hī , patā nahī̃ kab hō jāyē . 133Yah ' tō ' , ' tō ' . . . karnā arthāt tōtā hō gayā nā .
154This is the promise of those who are in the first number, whereas the promise of those in the second number is: We have to become that, we have to do it, but we don't know when it will happen.
134Bāpdādā kē pās har ēk nē kitnī bār pratigyā kī hai , vah sārā file hai .
155It means that those who think, “If, if”, have become parrots. 156BapDada has the full file of how many times each one has made a promise.
135File bahut baṛē hō gayē haĩ .
157The files have become very thick.
136Abhī file nahī̃ bharnā hai , final karnā hai .
158You must no longer compile a file, but make it final.
137Jab kōī bāpdādā kō kahtē haĩ ki pratigyā key|kī chiṭkī likhāyē̃ , tō bāpdādā K|kē sāmnē sārī file ā jātī hai .
159When someone says to BapDada, “Let us make everyone write down their promise”, the whole file emerges in front of BapDada.
138Abhī bhī aisē karē̃gē ?
160Do you still want to do this?
139File mē̃ kāgaj add karē̃gē ki final pratigyā karē̃gē ?
161Do you still want to add papers to your file?
140Pratigyā kamjōr hōnē kā ēk hī kāraṇ bāpdādā nē dēkhā hai .
162Or, will you make a final promise? 163BapDada saw one main reason for a weak promise.
141Vah ēk śhabda bhinn-bhinn royal rūp mē̃ ātā hai aur kamjōr kartā hai .
164That one word comes up in many different royal forms and it makes you weak.
142Vah ēk hī śhabda hai body-conscious kā ' maĩ ' .
165So this one word is one of body consciousness, “I”.
143Yah ' maĩ ' śhabda hī dhōkhā dētā hai .
166This word “I” deceives you.
144' maĩ ' yah samajhtā hū̃ , ' maĩ ' hī yah kar saktā hū̃ , ' mainnē ' jō kahā vahī ṭhīk hai , ' mainnē ' jō sōchā vahī ṭhīk hai .
167“I think this”, “I can do this”, “But only I can do this”, “What I said was right”, “What I thought was right”.
145Tō ' bhinn-bhinn ' royal rūp mē̃ yah maĩ-pan pratigyā kō kamjōr kartā hai .
168So this “I” in different royal forms makes your promise weak.
146Ākhir kamjōr hōkar K|kē dilśhikasta K|kē śhabda sōchtē haĩ maĩ itnā sahan nahī̃ kar saktā ; apnē kō itnā ēkdam nirmān kar dū̃ , itnā nahī̃ kar saktā ; itnī samasyāyē̃ pār nahī̃ kar saktē , muśhkil hai .
169Eventually, you become weak and have thoughts of hopelessness: “I cannot tolerate so much”, “I can't do so much that I can make myself completely humble”, “I can't listen to so much”, “I can't overcome so many difficulties”, “It is difficult”.
147Yah ' maĩ-pan ' kamjōr kartā hai .
170This kind of consciousness of “I” makes you weak.
148Bahut achchhē royal rūp haĩ .
171There are many good, royal forms.
149Apnī life mē̃ dēkhō yahī ' maĩ-pan ' saṅskār K|kē rūp mē̃ , svabhāv K|kē rūp mē̃ , bhāv K|kē rūp mē̃ , bhāvnā K|kē rūp mē̃ , bōl K|kē rūp mē̃ , sambandh-sampark K|kē rūp mē̃ aur bahut mīṭhē rūp mē̃ ātā hai ?
172However, look in your own lives to see to what extent this consciousness of “I” appears in the form of your sanskars, in the form of your natures, in the form of your feelings, in the form of your motives, in the form of your words, in the form of your relationships and connections.
150Śhivrātri par yah ' maĩ ' - ' maĩ ' key|kī bali chaṛhtī hai .
173They do appear in very sweet forms. 174At Shiv Ratri, there is the sacrifice of this “I, I”.
151Bhakta bēchārō̃ nē tō bakrī K|kē ' maĩ-maĩ . . . ' karnē vālē kō bali chaṛhāyā .
175The poor devotees offer the sacrifice of a goat that bleats, “meh, meh”, but it is this “I, I”. 176Sacrifice this!
152Lēkin hai yah ' maĩ-maĩ ' , iskī bali chaṛhāō .
177They celebrate the memorial of all of you in a different way.
153Yādgār tō āp lōgō̃ kā aur rūp mē̃ manā rahē haĩ . 154Bali chaṛh chukē haĩ yā abhī thōṛī ' maĩ-pan ' key|kī bali rahī huī hai ?
178Have you sacrificed this, or does a little of the consciousness of “I” still remain to be sacrificed? 179What is the result? 180Have you sacrificed it already?
155Kyā result hai ? 156Pratigyā karnī hai tō sampūrṇ pratigyā karō .
181Since there is love for the Father, everyone has passed in the subject of love.
157Jab bāp sē pyār hai , pyār mē̃ tō sab pās|pass haĩ .
182Will any of you say that you have 75% love or 50% love?
158Kōī kahēgā bāp sē 75 pratiśhat pyār hai , 50 pratiśhat pyār hai ?
183When it comes to love, all of you would say that you have more than 100% love.
159Pyār kē liē sab kahē̃gē 100 pratiśhat sē bhī jyādā pyār hai !
184The Father also says: You are those who have true love and that you have passed in this.
160Bāp bhī kahtē haĩ ki sabhī pyār karnē vālē haĩ , ismē̃ pās|pass haĩ . 161Pyār mē̃ tyāg kyā chīz hai !
185What is renunciation when there is love? 186Make a promise with your mind and let it be a determined promise.
162Tō pratigyā man sē karō aur dr̥iṛh karō .
187Check yourself again and again.
163Bār-bār apnē āpkō check karō ki pratigyā powerful hai yā parīkṣhā powerful hai ?
188Is the examination powerful or is the promise powerful? 189Because, one examination or another weakens your promise.
164Kōī na kōī parīkṣhā pratigyā kō kamjōr kar dētī hai .
190You double foreigners are clever when it comes to making a promise, are you not?
165Double vidēśhī tō vāydā karnē mē̃ hōśhiyār haĩ nā . 166Tōṛnē mē̃ nahī̃ , jōṛnē mē̃ hōśhiyār hō .
191You are not clever when it comes to breaking it, but you are clever when it comes to connecting.
167Bāpdādā sabhī double vidēśhī bachchō̃ kā bhāgya dēkh harṣhit hōtē haĩ .
192BapDada smiles seeing the fortune of all the double-foreign children.
168Bāp kō pahchān liyā yahī sabsē baṛē tē baṛī kamāl kī hai !
193You have recognised the Father and this is the biggest wonder of all.
169Dūsrī kamāl - variety vr̥ikṣha key|kī ḍāliyā̃ hōtē huē bhī ēk bāp K|kē chandan K|kē vr̥ikṣha key|kī ḍāliyā̃ ban gayē !
194The second wonder is that, although you are part of the variety of branches of the tree, you have become the branches of the sandalwood tree of the one Father.
170Ab ēk hī vr̥ikṣha key|kī ḍāliyā̃ hō .
195You are now all the branches of the one tree.
171Bhinnatā mē̃ ēktā lāī .
196You have brought about oneness in the variety.
172Dēśh bhinn hai , bhāṣhā bhinn-bhinn hai , culture bhinn-bhinn hai lēkin āp lōgō̃ nē bhinnatā kō ēktā mē̃ lāyā .
197The countries are different, the languages are different, the cultures are different, but you have brought about unity within the variety.
173Abhī sabkā culture kaunsā hai ?
198What is the culture of everyone now?
174Brāhmaṇ culture hai .
199It is Brahmin culture.
175Yah kabhī nahī̃ kahnā ki hamārā vidēśh kā culture aisē kahtā hai ; yā bhārat-vāsī kahē̃ ki hamārē bhārat kā culture aisē hōtā hai .
200Never say, “Our foreign culture says this.” 201Or, that the people of Bharat say, “Our culture of Bharat is like this”.
176Na bhārat , na vidēśh - brāhmaṇ culture .
202It is not Indian or foreign, but it is Brahmin culture.
177Tō bhinnatā mē̃ ēktā yahī tō kamāl hai !
203Unity within the variety is the wonder.
178Aur kamāl kyā kī hai ?
204What other wonder have you performed?
179Bāp K|kē banē tō sab prakār key|kī alag-alag rasm-rivāj , dincharyā ādi sab milākar ēk kar dī .
205Ever since you have belonged to the Father, you made all the different varieties of customs and systems and the timetable the same.
180Chāhē America mē̃ hō̃ , chāhē london mē̃ hō̃ , kahā̃ bhī hō̃ lēkin brāhmaṇō̃ key|kī dincharyā ēk hī hai .
206Whether you are in America or whether you are in London, wherever you are, the timetable of Brahmins is the same.
181Yā alag hai ?
207Or, is it different?
182Vidēśh key|kī dincharyā alag hō , bhārat key|kī alag hō nahī̃ .
208Is the timetable of the lands abroad different from that of Bharat?
183Sabkī ēk hai .
209Is it like this?
184Tō yah bhinnatā kā tyāg yah kamāl hai .
210No, it is the same. 211Renunciation of this difference is the wonder.
185Samjhā , kyā-kyā kamāl kī hai ?
212Do you understand what wonders you have performed?
186Jaisē āp bāp kē liē gātē hō nā ki bāp nē kamāl kar dī ! 187Bāp phir gātē haĩ bachchō̃ nē kamāl kar dī .
213You sing about the Father, saying that He has performed wonders and the Father then sings of the children saying that the children have performed wonders.
188Bāp-dādā dēkh-dēkh harṣhit hōtē haĩ .
214Seeing you, BapDada is pleased.
189Bāp harṣhit hōtē haĩ aur bachchē khuśhī mē̃ nāchtē haĩ .
215Baba is pleased and you children dance in happiness.
190Sēvā bhī chārō̃ ōr vidēśh key|kī , dēśh key|kī suntē rahtē haĩ .
216BapDada continues to hear about the service being done everywhere abroad and in this land.
191Dōnō̃ hī sēvā mē̃ race kar rahē haĩ .
217Both are racing ahead in doing service.
192Programmes sabhī achchhē huē haĩ aur āgē bhī hōtē rahē̃gē .
218All the programmes have been very good and they will be even better in the future.
193Yah dr̥iṛh saṅkalp use kiyā arthāt saphal kiyā .
219You used determined thoughts with determination, that is, you used them in a worthwhile way.
194Jitnā dr̥iṛh saṅkalp kō saphal kartē jāyēṅgē utnī sahaj saphaltā anubhav kartē jāyēṅgē .
220The more the determined thoughts are used in a worthwhile way, the easier the experience of success will be.
195Kabhī bhī yah nahī̃ sōchō ki yah kaisē hōgā .
221Never think: How will this happen?
196' kaisē ' kē bajāē sōchō ki ' aisē ' hōgā .
222Instead of thinking “How?” think “This is how”.
197Saṅgam par viśhēṣh vardān hī hai asambhav kō sambhav karnā .
223The confluence age has a special blessing of making the impossible possible.
198Tō ' kaisē ' śhabda ā hī nahī̃ saktā .
224So, there cannot be the word, “How?”
199Yah hōnā muśhkil hai , nahī̃ .
225Is it difficult for this to happen?
200Niśhchay rakh-kar chalō ki yah huā paṛā hai , sirph practical mē̃ lānā hai .
226No; let there be the faith that it is certain it has already happened. 227We simply have to put it into practice.
201Yah repeat hōnā hai .
228It has to repeat.
202Banā huā hai , banē huē kō banānā arthāt repeat karnā .
229It is already fixed, and what is fixed has to be recreated, that is, it has to repeat.
203Iskō kahā jātā hai sahaj saphaltā kā ādhār dr̥iṛh saṅkalp K|kē khajānē kō saphal karō .
230This is known as the basis of easy success and it is to use the treasure of determined thoughts in a worthwhile way. 231Do you understand?
204Samjhā , kyā hōgā , kaisē hōgā , nahī̃ .
232Never think “What will happen? 233How will it happen?”
205Hōgā aur sahaj hōgā !
234It will happen and it will happen easily.
206Saṅkalp key|kī halchal hai tō vah saphaltā kō halchal mē̃ lē āyēgī .
235If there is upheaval in your thoughts, it will bring about upheaval in your success.
207Achchhā !
236Achcha.
208Chārō̃ ōr K|kē sadā utsav manānē vālē , sadā umaṅg-utsāh sē uṛnē vālē , sadā sampūrṇ pratigyā K|kē pātr adhikārī ātmāyē̃ , sadā asambhav kō sahaj sambhav karnē vālē , sadā her|har prakār key|kī parīkṣhā kō kamjōr kar pratigyā kō powerful banānē vālē , sadā bāp K|kē pyār K|kē return mē̃ kuchh bhī tyāg karnē key|kī himmat vālē , aisē trimūrti śhiv bāp K|kē janma-sāthī , brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ kō alaukik janmadin key|kī yādpyār aur mubārak .
237To those from everywhere who constantly celebrate with festivity, to those who constantly fly with zeal and enthusiasm, to the souls who have a right and are worthy with complete purity, to those who constantly make the impossible easily possible, to those who constantly make every examination weak and their promise powerful, to those who constantly have the courage to renounce anything in return for the Father's love, to such Brahmin souls who are companions of Trimurti Father Shiva from birth, love, remembrance and congratulations on this alokik birthday.
209Bāpdādā key|kī viśhēṣh śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō namastē .
238BapDada's namaste to the special, elevated souls.
