0 01/01/23 Madhuban Avyakt BapDada Om Shanti 26/03/1993
1Avyakt varṣh mē̃ lakṣhya aur lakṣhaṇ kō samān banāō
1In the Avyakt Year make your aim and qualifications the same.
2Āj nirākārī aur ākārī bāpdādā sarvaśhrēṣhṭha brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ kō ākār rūp sē aur sākār rūp sē dēkh rahē haĩ .
2Today, incorporeal and subtle BapDada is seeing the most elevated Brahmin souls in their subtle and corporeal forms.
3Sākār rūp vālī āp sabhī ātmāyē̃ bhī bāp K|kē sammukh hō aur ākārī rūpdhārī bachchē bhī sammukh haĩ . 4Dōnō̃ kō bāpdādā dēkh harṣhit hō rahē haĩ .
3All of you souls who are personally in front of the Father in your corporeal forms, and the children who are in their subtle forms are also in front of Baba. 4BapDada is pleased to see both.
5Sabhī K|kē dil mē̃ ēk hī saṅkalp hai , umaṅg hai ki ham sabhī bāp samān sākārī sō ākārī aur ākārī sō nirākārī bāp samān banē̃ .
5All of you have one thought and enthusiasm in your hearts: that you will all become the same as the Father, from corporeal to subtle and from subtle to incorporeal.
6Bāpdādā sabhī K|kē is lakṣhya aur lakṣhaṇ kō dēkh rahē haĩ .
6BapDada is seeing this aim and the qualifications for it in everyone.
7Kyā dikhāī diyā ?
7What is visible?
8Majority kā lakṣhya bahut achchhā dr̥iṛh hai lēkin lakṣhaṇ kabhī dr̥iṛh haĩ , kabhī sādhāraṇ haĩ .
8The aim of the majority is very good and determined, but the qualifications for it are sometimes determined and sometimes ordinary.
9Lakṣhya aur lakṣhaṇ mē̃ samāntā ānā , yah niśhānī hai samān bannē key|kī .
9Bringing about equality in the aim and qualifications is a sign of becoming like the Father.
10Lakṣhya dhāraṇ karnē mē̃ 99 pratiśhat bhī kōī haĩ , bākī number-vār haĩ .
10There are some who have imbibed 99% of their aim and all the rest are numberwise.
11Lēkin sadā , sahaj aur natural nature mē̃ lakṣhaṇ dhāraṇ karnē mē̃ kahā̃ tak haĩ , ismē̃ minority 90 pratiśhat tak haĩ , bākī aur number-vār haĩ .
11However, to what extent have you imbibed the qualifications constantly and easily, in a natural way and made it part of your nature? 12In this, the minority you have done this up to 90%. 13All the rest are numberwise.
12Tō lakṣhya aur lakṣhaṇ mē̃ aur lakṣhaṇ kō bhī natural aur nature banānē mē̃ antar kyō̃ hai ?
14So, why is there a difference in the aim and its qualifications and in making those qualifications natural and part of your nature?
13Samay pramāṇ , circumstance pramāṇ , samasyā pramāṇ kaī bachchē puruṣhārth dvārā apnē lakṣhya aur lakṣhaṇ kō samān bhī banātē haĩ . 14Lēkin yah natural aur nature hō jāyē , usmē̃ abhī aur attention chāhiē .
15According to the time, according to the circumstances, according to the problems, some children make their aim and its qualifications the same by making effort, but greater attention is now needed to make them natural and part of your nature.
15Yah varṣh avyakt phariśhtā sthiti mē̃ sthit rahnē kā manā rahē hō .
16You are celebrating this year as the year of stabilising yourselves in the stage of an avyakt angel.
16Yah dēkh bāpdādā bachchō̃ K|kē pyār aur puruṣhārth - dōnō̃ kō dēkh-dēkh khuśh hōtē haĩ , « vāh bachchē , vāh ' ' kā gīt bhī gātē haĩ .
17BapDada is pleased to see both the love and the efforts of the children and He also sings the song: Wah children! wah!
17Sāth-sāth abhī aur āgē sarv bachchō̃ K|kē lakṣhya aur lakṣhaṇ mē̃ samāntā dēkhnā chāhtē haĩ .
18Along with this, He further wishes to see equality between all the children's aim and their qualifications.
18Āp sab bhī yahī chāhtē hō nā .
19All of you also want this, do you not?
19Bāp bhī chāhtē , āp bhī chāhtē , phir bīch mē̃ bākī kyā hai ?
20The Father wants this, you also want it, and so what comes in-between?
20Vah bhī achchhī tarah sē jāntē hō .
21You also know this very well.
21Āpas mē̃ workshop kartē hō nā !
22You hold workshops amongst yourselves, do you not?
22Bāpdādā nē lakṣhya aur lakṣhaṇ mē̃ antar hōnē key|kī viśhēṣh ēk hī bāt dēkhī .
23BapDada saw one special aspect for there being a difference between the aim and its qualifications.
23Chāhē ākārī phariśhtā , chāhē nirākārī nirantar , natural nature hō jāyē - iskā mūl ādhār hai nirahaṅkārī bannā .
24Whether you become a subtle angel or incorporeal, the main basis to make this constantly your natural nature, is to become egoless.
24Ahaṅkār anēk prakār kā hai .
25There are many types of ego.
25Sabsē viśhēṣh kahnē mē̃ bhal ēk śhabda ' dēh-abhimān ' hai lēkin dēh-abhimān kā vistār bahut hai .
26When you speak, there is one main phrase, and that is ‘body consciousness’, but there is a lot of expansion of body consciousness.
26Ēk hai mōṭē rūp mē̃ dēh-abhimān , jō kaī bachchō̃ mē̃ nahī̃ bhī hai .
27One is body consciousness in the gross form, which many children do not have.
27Chāhē svayã key|kī dēh , chāhē aurō̃ key|kī dēh , agar aurō̃ key|kī dēh kā bhī ākarṣhaṇ hai , vō bhī dēh-abhimān hai .
28If there is attraction to bodies, whether to your own body or those of others, that too is body consciousness.
28Kaī bachchē is mōṭē rūp mē̃ pās|pass haĩ , mōṭē rūp sē dēh K|kē ākār mē̃ lagāv vā abhimān nahī̃ hai . 29Parantu iskē sāth-sāth dēh K|kē sambandh sē apnē saṅskār viśhēṣh haĩ , buddhi viśhēṣh hai , guṇ viśhēṣh haĩ , kōī kalāyē̃ viśhēṣh haĩ , kōī śhakti viśhēṣh hai uskā abhimān arthāt ahaṅkār , naśhā , rōb - yē sūkṣhma dēh-abhimān hai .
29However, some children have passed that gross form. 30They may not have arrogance or attachment to bodily forms in a gross way, but in relation to their bodies, they have special sanskars, special intellects, special virtues, special talents or special powers. 31The ego of those - that is, the arrogance, intoxication and bossiness – is subtle arrogance of the body.
30Agar in sūkṣhma abhimān mē̃ sē kōī bhī abhimān hai tō na ākārī phariśhtā natural-nirantar ban saktē , na nirākārī ban saktē kyōṅki ākārī phariśhtē mē̃ bhī dēhbhān nahī̃ hai , double light hai .
32Out of all those subtle types of arrogance, if there is any one type of arrogance, then, neither can you naturally and constantly become subtle angels nor can you become incorporeal, because subtle angels do not have any body consciousness either. 33They are double light.
31Dēh-ahaṅkār nirākārī bannē nahī̃ dēgā .
34The arrogance of your bodies does not allow you to become incorporeal.
32Sabhī nē is varṣh attention achchhā rakhā hai , umaṅg-utsāh bhī hai , chāhnā bhī bahut achchhī hai , chāhtē bhī haĩ lēkin āgē aur attention please !
35You have all paid very good attention this year. 36There is zeal and enthusiasm; there is a very good desire; you want this too, but let there be further attention paid, please.
33Check karō « kisī bhī prakār kā abhimān vā ahaṅkār natural svarūp sē puruṣhārthī svarūp tō nahī̃ banā dētā hai ?
37Check: Does any type of ego or arrogance change your natural form into the form of an effort-maker?
34Kōī bhī sūkṣhma abhimān aṅśh rūp mē̃ bhī rahā huā tō nahī̃ hai jō samay pramāṇ aur kahā̃ sēvā pramāṇ bhī emerge hō jātā hai ?
38Is there a trace of a subtle form of ego that still remains, which may emerge according to the time or even sometimes according to the service you do?
35' ' kyōṅki anśh-mātra hī samay par dhōkhā dēnē vālā hai isliē is varṣh mē̃ jō lakṣhya rakhā hai , bāpdādā yahī chāhtē haĩ ki lakṣhya sampann hōnā hī hai .
39It may only be a trace, but it would deceive you at that particular time. 40Therefore, BapDada's desire is that you fulfil your aim that you have for this year.
36Chaltē-chaltē kōī viśhēṣh sthūl rūp mē̃ us din , us samay kōī bhūl bhī nahī̃ kartē hō lēkin kabhī-kabhī yē anubhav kartē hō nā ki « āj vā abhī nāmālūm kyā hai jō jaisī khuśhī hōnī chāhiē vaisī nahī̃ hai , nā-mālūm āj akēlāpan vā nirāśhā vā vyarth saṅkalpō̃ kā achānak tūphān kyō̃ ā rahā hai !
41As you move along, even though you don't make a specific mistake on a particular day or at a particular time, you do sometimes experience not knowing why there isn't the happiness that there should be on that day, or at that moment. 42You don't know why on some days there is loneliness, hopelessness or suddenly a storm of waste thoughts.
37Amr̥itvēlā bhī kiyā , class bhī kiyā , sēvā bhī , job bhī kiyā parantu yē kyō̃ hō rahā hai ?
43You had amrit vela, you went to class, you did service, you did your job, and so why is that happening? 44What is the reason?
38' ' kāraṇ kyā hōtā hai ? 39Mōṭē rūp kō tō check kar lētē hō aur usmē̃ samajhtē hō ki kōī galatī|galtī nahī̃ huī .
45By checking the gross things, you understand that a mistake hasn’t been made; but that a trace of a subtle form of arrogance does emerge.
40Lēkin sūkṣhma abhimān K|kē svarūp kā aṅśh sūkṣhma mē̃ prakaṭ hōtā hai isliē kōī bhī kām mē̃ dil nahī̃ lagēgī , vairāgya , udās-udās feel hōgā .
46This is why you are unable to put your heart into any task. 47There is only disinterest and you just feel sad. 48You then either want to go to a place of solitude or you think about going to sleep.
41Yā tō sōchē̃gē kōī ēkānt K|kē sthān par chalē jāyē̃ , yā sōchē̃gē sō jāyē̃ , rest mē̃ chalē jāyē̃ yā parivār sē kinārā kar lē̃ thōṛē time kē liē .
49You want to go for a rest or move away from the family for a little while. 50The reason for all of these states is the wonder of the trace of something.
42In sab sthitiyō̃ kā kāraṇ aṅśh key|kī kamāl hōtī hai .
51Don't even call it a wonder (kamal), but call it an upheaval (dhamaal).
43Kamāl nahī̃ kahō , dhamāl hī kahō . 44Tō sampūrṇ nirahaṅkārī bannā arthāt ākārī-nirākārī sahaj bannā .
52To be completely egoless means easily to become subtle and incorporeal. 53Sometimes, you have no desire to do anything.
45Jaisē kabhī-kabhī dil nahī̃ hōtī ki kyā sadā ēk hī dincharyā mē̃ chalnā hai , change tō chāhiē nā ?
54You think: Is this going to be our timetable all the time? 55There has to be some change.
46Na chāhtē bhī yah sthiti ā jātī hai .
56You arrive at this stage even against your will.
47Jab nirahaṅkārī ban jāyēṅgē tō ākārī aur nirākārī sthiti sē nīchē ānē key|kī dil nahī̃ hōgī .
57When you become egoless, you will not want to come down from the subtle and incorporeal stages.
48Usī mē̃ hī lavlīn anubhav karē̃gē kyōṅki āpkī original anādi stage tō nirākārī hai nā .
58You will experience yourself to be lost in those. 59Why? 60Your original stage is incorporeal, is it not?
49Nirākār ātmā nē is śharīr mē̃ pravēśh kiyā hai . 50Śharīr nē ātmā mē̃ nahī̃ pravēśh kiyā , ātmā nē śharīr mē̃ pravēśh kiyā .
61The incorporeal soul has entered that body; that body has not entered the soul, but the soul has entered that body.
51Tō anādi original svarūp tō nirākārī hai nā ki śharīrdhārī hai ?
62So, your original eternal form is incorporeal, is it not? 63Or, is it that of a bodily being?
52Śharīr kā ādhār liyā lēkin liyā kisnē ?
64The support of a body has been taken, but who has taken that support?
53Āp ātmā nē , nirākār nē sākār śharīr kā ādhār liyā .
65You, the incorporeal soul, have taken the support of a corporeal body.
54Tō original kyā huā , ātmā yā śharīr ?
66So what is original: the soul or the body?
55Ātmā .
67The soul.
56Yē pakkā hai ?
68Are you sure about this?
57Tō original sthiti mē̃ sthit hōnā sahaj yā ādhār lēnē vālī sthiti mē̃ sahaj ?
69Is it easy to stabilise yourself in your original stage or in the stage of taking support? 70What is easy?
58Ahaṅkār ānē kā darvājā ēk śhabda hai , vō kaunsā ?
71The door for arrogance to enter is one word. 72What is that word?
59' maĩ ' .
73It is the word “I”.
60Tō yah abhyās karō jab bhī ' maĩ ' śhabda ātā hai tō original svarūp sāmnē lāō ' maĩ ' kaun ? 61Maĩ ātmā yā phalānā-phalānī ?
74Practise: whenever the word "I" is used, bring the original form in front of you. 75Who am I? 76Should it be the soul, or should it be "I am such-and-such a person"?
62Aurō̃ kō gyān dētē hō nā ' maĩ ' śhabda hī uṛānē vālā hai , ' maĩ ' śhabda hī nīchē lē ānē vālā hai .
77You give others the knowledge of how the word "I" makes you fly and how that same word "I" makes you fall.
63' maĩ ' kahnē sē original nirākār svarūp yād ā jāyē , yē natural hō jāyē tō yah pahlā pāṭh sahaj hai nā .
78If, by saying the word "I", your original, incorporeal form is remembered, and it becomes natural, then this first lesson is easy, is it not?
64Tō isī kō check karō , ādat ḍālō ' maĩ ' sōchā aur nirākārī svarūp smr̥iti mē̃ ā jāyē .
79So check this. 80Instil this habit. 81As soon as you think "I", the incorporeal form comes in your awareness.
65Kitnī bār ' maĩ ' śhabda kahtē hō !
82How many times do you say "I"?
66Mainnē yah kahā , ' maĩ ' yah karū̃gī , ' maĩ ' yah sōchtī hū̃ … anēk bār ' maĩ ' śhabda use kartē hō .
83"I said this." 84"I will do this." 85"I think this." 86You use the word "I" many times.
67Tō sahaj vidhi yah hai nirākārī vā ākārī bannē key|kī jab bhī ' maĩ ' śhabda use karō , phauran apnā nirākārī original svarūp sāmnē āyē .
87So this is the easy way to become incorporeal and subtle. 88Whenever you use the word "I", let your incorporeal and original form instantly appear in front of you.
68Yē muśhkil hai vā sahaj hai ?
89Is this difficult or easy?
69Phir tō lakṣhya aur lakṣhaṇ samān huā hī paṛā hai .
90Your qualifications will then be certain to become equal to your aim.
70Sirph yah yukti nirahaṅkārī banānē kā sahaj sādhan apnākar K|kē dēkhō .
91Simply use this easy way of becoming egoless and see.
71Yah dēhbhān kā ' maĩ ' samāpt hō jāyē .
92Let this "I" of the arrogance of your body finish.
72Kyōṅki ' maĩ ' śhabda hī dēh-ahaṅkār mē̃ lātā hai aur agar ' maĩ ' nirākārī ātmā svarūp hū̃ - yah smr̥iti mē̃ lāyēṅgē tō yah ' maĩ ' śhabda hī dēh-bhān sē parē lē jāyēgā .
93It is the word "I" that takes you into arrogance of a body. 94If you become aware of the form of "I, the incorporeal soul", then this word "I" will take you beyond any arrogance of a body.
73Ṭhīk hai nā .
95This is right, is it not?
74Sārē din mē̃ 25-30 bār tō jarūr kahtē hōṅgē .
96Throughout the day, you probably use the word "I" 25 to 30 times.
75Bōltē nahī̃ hō̃ tō sōchtē tō hōṅgē ' maĩ ' yah karū̃gī , mujhē yah karnā hai . . . .
97You may not say it, but you probably think it. 98"I will do this, I will do that."
76Plan bhī banātē hō tō sōchtē hō nā .
99Even when you make plans, what do you think?
77Tō itnē bār kā abhyās , ātmā svarūp key|kī smr̥iti kyā banā dēgī ?
100When you have practised doing something so many times, what would happen to your awareness of your form of a soul?
78Nirākārī .
101It would make you incorporeal.
79Nirākārī ban , ākārī phariśhtā ban kārya kiyā aur phir nirākārī !
102Become incorporeal, become a subtle angel, carry out your task and then become incorporeal once again.
80Karm-sambandh K|kē svarūp sē sambandh mē̃ āō , sambandh kō bandhan mē̃ nahī̃ lāō .
103Have a relationship with your relationships of karma. 104Do not have any bondage in a relationship.
81Dēh-abhimān mē̃ ānā arthāt karm-bandhan mē̃ ānā .
105To have arrogance of the body means to have some bondage of karma.
82Dēh sambandh mē̃ ānā arthāt karm-sambandh mē̃ ānā .
106To have a relationship with a body means to have a relationship of karma.
83Dōnō̃ mē̃ antar hai .
107There is a difference between the two.
84Dēh kā ādhār lēnā aur dēh K|kē vaśh hōnā dōnō̃ mē̃ antar hai .
108There is a difference between taking the support of that body and being under the influence of that body.
85Phariśhtā vā nirākārī ātmā dēh kā ādhār lēkar dēh K|kē bandhan mē̃ nahī̃ āyēgī , sambandh rakhēgī lēkin bandhan mē̃ nahī̃ āyēgī .
109By taking the support of that body, an angel and incorporeal soul will not have any bondage of the body; they will have a relationship, but not have any bondage.
86Tō bāpdādā phir isī varṣh mē̃ result dēkhē̃gē ki nirahaṅkārī , ākārī phariśhtē aur nirākārī sthiti mē̃ lakṣhya aur lakṣhaṇ kitnē samān huē ?
110This year, BapDada will see the result: to what extent your aim and qualifications for becoming egoless, subtle angels and incorporeal are becoming equal.
87Mahāntā key|kī niśhānī hai nirmāntā .
111The sign of greatness is humility.
88Jitnā nirmān utnā sabkē dil mē̃ mahān svataḥ hī banē̃gē .
112The greater the humility, the more a soul will automatically be great in everyone's heart.
89Binā nirmāntā K|kē sarv K|kē master sukhdātā ban nahī̃ saktē .
113Without having humility, you cannot become a master bestower of happiness for all.
90Nirmāntā nirahaṅkārī sahaj banātī hai .
114Humility easily makes you egoless.
91Nirmāntā kā bīj mahāntā kā phal svataḥ hī prāpt karātā hai .
115The seed of humility automatically enables you to attain the fruit of greatness.
92Nirmāntā sabkē dil mē̃ duāyē̃ prāpt karānē kā sahaj sādhan hai .
116Humility is the easy way to claim blessings from the heart of everyone.
93Nirmāntā sabkē man mē̃ nirmān ātmā kē prati sahaj pyār kā sthān banā dētī hai .
117A soul with humility is easily given a place of love in everyone's heart. 118Humility automatically makes you worthy of praise.
94Nirmāntā mahimā yōgya svataḥ hī banātī hai .
119The special sign of your becoming egoless is your humility.
95Tō nirahaṅkārī bannē key|kī viśhēṣh niśhānī hai - nirmāntā . 96Vr̥itti mē̃ bhī nirmāntā , dr̥iṣhṭi mē̃ bhī nirmāntā , vāṇī mē̃ bhī nirmāntā , sambandh-sampark mē̃ bhī nirmāntā .
120There is humility in your attitude, humility in your drishti, humility in your words and also humility in your connections and relationships. 121It should not be that you say: "It wasn't in my attitude, but the words just emerged”.
97Aisē nahī̃ ki mērī vr̥itti mē̃ nahī̃ thā lēkin bōl nikal gayā .
122No, whatever is in your attitude, so accordingly will be your drishti.
98Nahī̃ . 99Jō vr̥itti hōgī vō dr̥iṣhṭi hōgī , jō dr̥iṣhṭi hōgī vō vāṇī hōgī , jō vāṇī hōgī vahī sambandh-sampark mē̃ āyēgā .
123Whatever is in your drishti, your words will be according to that, and whatever is in your words, that will also be in your connections and relationships.
100Chārō̃ mē̃ hī chāhiē .
124There has to be humility in all four.
101Tīn mē̃ hai , ēk mē̃ nahī̃ hai tō bhī ahaṅkār ānē key|kī margin hai .
125If there is humility in three and not in one, then there is a margin for allowing arrogance to enter you.
102Iskō kahā jātā hai phariśhtā .
126This is known as being an angel.
103Tō samjhā , bāpdādā kyā chāhtē haĩ aur āp kyā chāhtē hō ?
127So, do you understand what BapDada desires and what you desire?
104' chāhnā ' dōnō̃ key|kī ēk hai , abhī ' karnā ' bhī ēk karō .
128The desires of both are the same. 129Now let the deeds be the same.
105Achchhā ! 106Āgē sēvā K|kē nayē-nayē plan kyā banāyēṅgē ?
130What new plans for service will you make for the future?
107Kuchh banāyā hai , kuchh banāyēṅgē . 108Chāhē yah varṣh , chāhē āgē kā varṣh jaisē aur plan sōchtē hō ki bhāṣhaṇ bhī karē̃gē , sambandh-sampark bhī baṛhāyēṅgē , baṛē programme bhī karē̃gē , chhōṭē programme bhī karē̃gē yē tō sōchtē hī hō lēkin vartamān samay K|kē gati pramāṇ abhī sēvā key|kī bhī fast gati chāhiē .
131You have made some plans already and you have yet to make more plans. 132Whether for the future, whether for this year, or for future years, you say for the future plans that you will give lectures, you will increase contacts and relationships, you will have large and small programmes; you think about this. 133However, according to the present speed of time, the speed of service also has to be just as fast.
109Vō kaisē hōgī ?
134How will that happen?
110Vāṇī dvārā , sambandh-sampark dvārā tō sēvā kar hī rahē hō , mansā-sēvā bhī kartē hō lēkin abhī chāhiē thōṛē samay mē̃ sēvā key|kī saphaltā jyādā hō .
135You are doing service through words and through connections and relationships. 136You are also serving through your mind. 137However, what is now needed is that there should be greater success in service in a shorter time.
111Saphaltā arthāt result .
138Success means results.
112Uskī vidhi hai ki vāṇī K|kē sāth-sāth pahlē apnī sthiti aur sthān K|kē vibrations powerful banāō .
139The way to achieve this is that, along with words, first make your stage and the vibrations of your place powerful.
113Jaisē āpkē jaṛ chitra kyā sēvā kar rahē haĩ ?
140For instance, what service do your non-living images do?
114Vibrations dvārā kitnē bhaktō̃ kō prasann kartē haĩ !
141They satisfy so many devotees with their vibrations. 142They do this, do they not?
115Double vidēśhiyō̃ nē mandir dēkhē haĩ ?
143Have the double-foreigners seen their temples?
116Āpkē hī tō mandir haĩ nā !
144They are your temples, are they not?
117Ki sirph bhārat vālō̃ K|kē mandir haĩ ?
145Or, are they the temples of only the people of Bharat?
118Āpkē chitra sēvā kar rahē haĩ nā !
146They are yours too. 147Your images are doing service.
119Tō vāṇī dvārā bhal karō lēkin abhī aisī planning karō , vāṇī K|kē sāth-sāth vibration key|kī aisī vidhi banāō jō vāṇī aur vibration double kām karē .
148So, by all means serve with words, but now make such plans that, along with words, create such a method of serving with vibrations, so that the vibrations and words perform a double task.
120Vibration bahutkāl rahtā hai .
149Vibrations stay for a long time.
121Vāṇī sē sunā huā kabhī-kabhī kaiyō̃ kō bhūl bhī jātā hai lēkin vibration key|kī chhāp jyādā samay chaltī hai .
150When people hear words, many forget them, whereas the impression of vibrations lasts longer.
122Jaisē āp lōg apnē jīvan mē̃ anubhavī hō ki kōī kā ulṭā vibration agar āpkē man mē̃ yā buddhi mē̃ baiṭh jātā hai , tō ulṭā kitnā samay chaltā hai !
151You have experienced in your lives that any wrong type of vibrations stay in your minds and intellects for a long time. 152For how long do those wrong vibrations last?
123Vibration andar baiṭh jātā hai nā .
153They stay inside you, do they not?
124Aur bōl tō usī samay bhūl jāyēgā lēkin vibration K|kē rūp mē̃ man aur buddhi mē̃ chhāp lag jātī hai .
154At that time, the words are forgotten but an impression is left on your minds and intellects in the form of vibrations.
125Aur kitnā samay usī vibration K|kē vaśh , us vyakti sē vyavahār mē̃ ātē hō ? 126Chāhē ulṭā hō , chāhē sulṭā hō lēkin vibration muśhkil sē miṭtā hai .
155For how long do you then remain under the influence of those vibrations of others and interact with those people on that basis? 156This happens, does it not?
127Lēkin yah rūhānī vibrations phailānē kē liē pahlē apnē man mē̃ , buddhi mē̃ vyarth vibrations samāpt karē̃gē tab rūhānī vibration phailā sakē̃gē .
157Whether they are wrong or right, vibrations are removed with great difficulty. 158However, in order to spread spiritual vibrations, first finish the vibrations of waste in your minds and intellects.
128Kisī K|kē bhī prati agar vyarth vibrations dhāraṇ kiyē huē haĩ tō rūhānī vibrations nahī̃ phailā saktē .
159Only then will you be able to spread spiritual vibrations. 160If you have wasteful vibrations about anyone, you cannot spread spiritual vibrations.
129Vyarth vibration rūhānī vibration kē āgē ēk dīvār ban jātī hai .
161The vibrations of waste become a wall in front of spiritual vibrations.
130Chāhē sūrya kitnā bhī prakāśhmay hō , agar sāmnē dīvār ā gaī , bādal ā gayē tō sūrya K|kē prakāśh kō prajjvalit hōnē nahī̃ dētē .
162No matter how powerful the sun may be, if there is a wall in front of it, or if there are clouds, the light of the sun cannot come through.
131Jō pakkā vibration hai vō hai dīvār aur jō halkē vibration haĩ vō hai halkē bādal yā kālē bādal .
163So, strong vibrations are like a wall and lighter vibrations are like light clouds or black clouds.
132Vō rūhānī vibrations kō ātmāō̃ tak pahuñchnē nahī̃ dēgē .
164They don't allow spiritual vibrations to reach souls.
133Jaisē sāgar mē̃ kōī jāl ḍālkar anēk chījō̃ kō ēk hī bār ikaṭṭhā kar dētē haĩ yā kahā̃ bhī apnī jāl phailākar ēk samay par anēkō̃ kō apnā banā lētē haĩ , tō vibrations ēk hī samay par anēk ātmāō̃ kō ākarṣhit kar saktē haĩ .
165Many things can be caught in the sea at the same time by people throwing a net, and some people spread their nets and make many people belong to them at the same time. 166In the same way, vibrations can attract many souls at the same time.
134Vibrations vāyumaṇḍal banātē haĩ .
167Vibrations create an atmosphere.
135Tō āgē key|kī sēvā mē̃ vr̥itti dvārā rūhānī vibration sē sāth-sāth sēvā karō , tabhī fast hōgī .
168So when doing service in future, together with your attitude, do service with your vibrations and the speed will then be fast.
136Vibration aur vāyumaṇḍal K|kē sāth-sāth vāṇī key|kī bhī sēvā karē̃gē tō ēk hī samay par anēk ātmāō̃ kā kalyāṇ kar saktē hō .
169If, together with vibrations and the atmosphere, you do service with words, you will benefit many souls at the same time.
137Bākī programmes kē liē āgē bhī banī banāī stage kā prayōg aur jyādā karō , uskō aur baṛhāō .
170For the programmes, make more use of an already prepared stage. 171Increase that form of service.
138Samparka vālō̃ dvārā yah sahyōg lēkar is sēvā key|kī vr̥iddhi kō prāpt kar saktē haĩ .
172Taking this co-operation from those in contact you can expand this type of service.
139Sahyōgiyō̃ kā sahyōg kisī bhī vidhi sē baṛhātē chalō tō svataḥ hī sēvā mē̃ sahyōgī bannē sē sahaj yōgī ban jāyēṅgē .
173Increase co-operation from the co-operative ones in any way. 174Then, by being co-operative in service, they will automatically become easy yogis.
140Kaī aisī ātmāyē̃ hōtī haĩ jō sīdhā sahajyōgī nahī̃ banē̃gī lēkin sahyōg lētē jāō , sahyōgī banātē jāō . 141Tō sahyōg mē̃ āgē baṛhtē-baṛhtē sahyōg unhō̃ kō yōgī banā dētā hai .
175There are souls who do not become easy yogis straight away. 176However, you must keep taking co-operation from them, make them co-operative and by them moving forward in giving co-operation, their co-operation will make them into yogis.
142Tō sahyōgī ātmāō̃ kō aur stage par lāō , unhō̃ kā sahyōg saphal karō . 143Samjhā , kyā karnā hai ?
177So bring co-operative souls onto the stage of service. 178Make use of their co-operation in a worthwhile way.
144Kōī ēk ātmā bhī sahyōgī bantī hai tō vah ātmā practical mē̃ sahyōg lēnē sē , dēnē sē , pratyakṣha duāō̃ sē sahaj āgē baṛhtī hai aur anēkō̃ key|kī sēvā kē nimitt bantī hai .
179Do you understand what you have to do? 180If even one soul gives or receives co-operation, that soul moves forward easily with instant blessings and becomes an instrument to serve many others.
145Sāth-sāth varṣh mē̃ mās mukarar karō kuchh mās viśhēṣh svayã K|kē puruṣhārth vā śhrēṣhṭh śhakti dhāraṇ karnē K|kē abhyās K|kē , jiskō āp tapasyā , retreat yā bhaṭṭhiyā̃ kahtē hō .
181Along with that, during the year, fix months when there can be the practice of special effort for yourself and for developing elevated power. 182You call this tapasya, a retreat or a bhatthi.
146Harēk dēśh K|kē pramāṇ dō-dō mās fix karō , jaisī season hō . 147Dō mās tapasyā K|kē , dō mās chhōṭī-chhōṭī sēvāō̃ K|kē , dō mās baṛē rūp key|kī sēvāō̃ K|kē aisē fix karō .
183Therefore, according to each country, fix two months for this according to the season: two months for taspasya, two months for small programmes, two months for large programmes.
148Aisē nahī̃ ki 12 mās sēvā mē̃ itnē busy hō jāō jō sva key|kī pragati kē liē time cum|kam milē .
184Fix it in this way. 185It should not be that you become so busy doing service for 12 months that there is no time for self-progress.
149Jaisā dēśh kā season hō , kaī samay aisē hōtē haĩ jismē̃ bāhar key|kī viśhēṣh sēvā nahī̃ kar saktē , vō samay apnē pragati kē prati viśhēṣh rūp sē rakhō .
186As is the country and the season of that country, so let there be special time for your own progress because there are times when outside service is not possible.
150Sārā sāl sēvā nahī̃ karō yah bhī nahī̃ hō saktā , sārā sāl sirph tapasyā karō yah bhī nahī̃ hō saktā , isliyē dōnō̃ kō sāth-sāth lakṣhya mē̃ rakhtē huē apnē sthān K|kē pramāṇ mukarar karō jismē̃ sēvā aur sva key|kī pragati dōnō̃ sāth-sāth chalē̃ .
187Not to do service throughout the year is not possible. 188To have tapasya throughout the entire year is also not possible. 189Therefore, keep both in your aim. 190Each country, whether Bharat or abroad, can fix a time according to your place: a time in which service and self-progress can both happen simultaneously.
151Achchhā . 152Is varṣh key|kī season key|kī samāpti hai .
191This is the completion of this year's season.
153Samāpti mē̃ kyā kiyā jātā hai ? 154Samāpti mē̃ ēk tō samārōh kiyā jātā hai aur dūsrā ādhyātmik bātō̃ mē̃ svāhā kiyā jātā hai .
192There is a ceremony at the time of completion and secondly, in spiritual matters, a sacrifice is made. 193So what will you sacrifice?
155Tō abhī svāhā kyā karē̃gē ? 156Ēk bāt viśhēṣh man-buddhi sē svāhā karō , vāṇī sē nahī̃ , sirph paṛh liyā vah nahī̃ , man-buddhi sē svāhā karō . 157Phir dēkhō , sva aur sēvā mē̃ tīvr gati kaisē hōtī hai !
194Sacrifice one special thing with your minds and intellects, not just in words. 195Do not just read it out, but sacrifice it with the mind and intellect, and then see how progress takes place in the self and in service at a fast speed.
158Tō āj key|kī lahar hai kisī bhī ātmā kē prati vyarth vibration kō svāhā karō .
196So today's wave is to sacrifice any wasteful vibrations for any soul.
159Svāhā kar saktē hō ? 160Ki thōṛā-thōṛā rahēgā ?
197Are you able to sacrifice these, or will a little still remain?
161Aisē nahī̃ samjhō ki yah hai hī aisā tō vibration tō rahēgā nā !
198Do not think, "This person is like that anyway, so the vibrations will remain."
162Kaisā bhī hō lēkin āp negative vibration kō badal positive vibration rakhē̃gē tō vah ātmā bhī negative sē positive mē̃ ā hī jāyēgī , ānī hī hai kyōṅki jab tak yah vyarth vibration man-buddhi mē̃ hai , tō fast gati key|kī sēvā hō hī nahī̃ saktī .
199No matter what the other person is like, if you change your negative vibrations and have positive vibrations, that soul will definitely change from negative to positive, because for as long as there are those wasteful vibrations in the mind and intellect while doing service, service cannot be done at a fast speed.
163Vr̥itti dvārā rūhānī vibrations phailānē haĩ . 164Vr̥itti hai rocket , jō yahā̃ baiṭhē-baiṭhē jahā̃ bhī chāhō , jitnā bhī powerful parivartan karnē chāhō vah kar saktē hō .
200With your spiritual vibrations and your attitude, whilst sitting somewhere, you can bring about as much powerful transformation as you wish because one’s attitude is like a rocket; it is a spiritual rocket.
165Yah rūhānī rocket hai . 166Jahā̃ tak jitnō̃ kō pahuñchānē chāhō , utnā powerful vr̥itti sē vibration , vibration sē vāyumaṇḍal banā saktē hō .
201You can reach as far and to as many souls as you wish with your powerful attitude, vibrations and atmosphere. 202Even if they are really wrong, you must not absorb their wrong.
167Chāhē vō real mē̃ wrong bhī hō lēkin āp uskā wrong dhāraṇ nahī̃ karō .
203You understand that it is wrong, so why do you absorb that which is wrong?
168Wrong kō āp kyō̃ dhāraṇ kartē hō ?
204Is this shrimat? 205It is one thing to understand it.
169Yē śhrīmat hai kyā ? 170Samajhnā alag chīz hai . 171Knowledgeful bhalē banō lēkin knowledgeful kē sāth powerful bankar K|kē uskō samāpt kar dō .
206By all means, be knowledge-full, but as well as being knowledge-full, be powerful and do not absorb it inside you, but finish it.
172Samajhnā alag chīz hai , samānā alag chīz hai , samāpt karnā aur alag chīz hai .
207It is one thing to understand it but something else to absorb it and a different thing to finish it.
173Bhal samajhtē hō yē wrong hai , yē right hai , yē aisā hai . 174Lēkin andar vah samāō nahī̃ .
208So you understand that that is wrong and that this is right; that this one is like this, but do not absorb it inside you.
175Samānā ātā hai , samāpt karnā nahī̃ ātā hai .
209You know how to absorb it, but you don't know how to finish it.
176Gyān arthāt samajh .
210Knowledge means understanding.
177Lēkin samajhdār uskō kahā jātā hai jiskō samajhnā bhī ātā hō aur miṭānā bhī ātā hō , parivartan karnā bhī ātā hō .
211However, a sensible person is one who knows how to understand and also knows how to erase something and also knows how to transform it.
178Is varṣh mē̃ man aur buddhi kō bilkul vyarth sē free karō .
212So, in this season, throughout this year, make your minds and intellects absolutely free from waste.
179Yahī fast gati kō sādhāraṇ gati mē̃ lē ātī hai isliē yē samāpti samārōh karō arthāt svāhā karō .
213It is this that changes a fast speed into an ordinary speed. 214Therefore, this year have the ceremony of finishing this, that is, sacrifice it.
180Bilkul clean .
215Become absolutely clean.
181Kaisā bhī hai , lēkin kṣhamā karō .
216No matter what they are like, understand them and forgive them.
182Śhubh bhāvnā , śhubh kāmnā key|kī vr̥itti sē śhubh vibrations dhāraṇ karō kyōṅki last mē̃ āgē baṛhtē huē yahī vr̥itti-vibration āpkī sēvā baṛhāyēgī , tab jaldī sē jaldī kam sē kam 9 lākh banā sakē̃gē .
217Develop pure vibrations with your attitude of good wishes and pure feelings. 218As you move forward to the end, this attitude and those vibrations will increase your service. 219You will then be able to create at least nine hundred thousand very quickly.
183Samjhā , kyā svāhā karnā hai ?
220Do you understand what has to be sacrificed?
184Vyarth vr̥itti , vyarth vibration svāhā !
221A wasteful attitude and wasteful vibrations.
185Phir dēkhō , natural yōgī aur nature mē̃ phariśhtā banē hī huē haĩ .
222Then see how you become a natural yogi and an angel in your nature. 223Let there be a retreat for this experience.
186Is anubhav par retreat karō , workshop karō « kaisē hōgā , nahī̃ ; aisē hōgā . 187' ' achchhā !
224Let there be a workshop - not about “How will it happen?”, but “This is how it will happen”.
188Sadā svayã kō bār-bār original svarūp ' maĩ nirākārī hū̃ ' - aisē niśhchay aur naśhē mē̃ uṛnē vālē , sadā nirmāntā dvārā mahāntā key|kī prāpti K|kē anubhavī ātmāyē̃ , aisē nirmān , sadā mahān aur sadā ākārī nirākārī sthiti kō nature aur natural banānē vālē sarv śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō bāpdādā kā bahut-bahut-bahut yād-pyār aur namastē .
225To those who constantly fly again and again with the faith and intoxication of "I am an incorporeal soul" to the humble souls who attain greatness through their constant humility, to all the elevated and humble souls who make their subtle and incorporeal stages natural and their nature, lots and lots and lots of love and remembrance and namaste from BapDada.
Blessing
189Vardān : is marjīvā jīvan mē̃ sadā santuṣhṭ rahnē vālē ichchhā mātram avidyā bhav
226Blessing: May you be ignorant of any knowledge of desire and remain constantly content with this life of dying alive.
190Āp bachchē marjīvā banē hī hō sadā santuṣhṭ rahnē kē liē .
227 You children have died alive in order to be constantly content.
191Jahā̃ santuṣhṭatā hai vahā̃ sarvguṇ aur sarvśhaktiyā̃ haĩ kyōṅki rachayitā kō apnā banā liyā , tō bāp milā sab kuchh milā .
228Where there is contentment, there are all the virtues and all the powers, because you have made the Creator belong to you. 229Having found the Father, you have found everything.
192Sarv ichchhāyē̃ ikṭṭhī karō unsē bhī padamguṇā jyādā milā hai .
230Even if you put all your desires together, you have received multimillion-fold more than those.
193Uskē āgē ichchhāyē̃ aisē haĩ jaisē sūrya kē āgē dīpak .
231Compared to this, desires are like a lamp in front of the sun.
194Ichchhā uṭhnē key|kī tō bāt hī chhōṛō lēkin ichchhā hōtī bhī hai - yah question bhī nahī̃ uṭh saktā .
232Let alone the question of any desires arising, you cannot even have a question about anything like a desire.
195Sarv prāpti sampann haĩ isliē ichchhā mātram avidyā , sadā santuṣhṭ maṇi haĩ .
233You are full of all attainments and this is why you are ignorant of any knowledge of desire and a constant jewel of contentment.
Slogan
196Slōgan : jinkē saṅskār easy haĩ vē|way kaisī bhī paristhiti mē̃ svayã kō mould kar lē̃gē .
234Slogan: Those whose sanskars are easy are able to mould themselves to any situation.
235*** Om Shanti ***
