¹“meethe bachche - ek manamnaabhav ke mahaamantra se tum samajhdaar bante ho, yahi mantra sab paapon se mukta karne vaala hai''

¹Essence: Sweet children, you become sensible with the one great mantra of “Manmanabhav”. ²This is the mantra that liberates you from all sins.

²prashn:- saare gyaan ka saar kya hai, manamnaabhav rahne vaalon ki nishaani kya hogi?

³Question: What is the essence of the entire knowledge? ⁴What are the signs of those who remain “Manmanabhav”?

³uttar:- saare gyaan ka saar hai ki ab hamko vaapis ghar jaana hai।

⁵Answer: The essence of the entire knowledge is that we now have to return home. ⁶This world is dirty; we have to renounce it and return to our home.

⁴yeh chhi-chhi duniya hai, isko chhod humein apne ghar chalna hai।

⁷Simply to remember this much is also to be “Manmanabhav”.

⁵agar yeh yaad rahe to bhi manamnaabhav hua। ⁶manamnaabhav rahne vaale bachche sada gyaan ka vichaar saagar manthan karte rahenge।

⁸The children who remain in the stage of “Manmanabhav” constantly churn the ocean of knowledge.

⁷woh baba se meethi-meethi roohrihaan karenge।

⁹They have sweet, spiritual conversations with Baba.

⁸prashn:- kis aadat ke vasheebhoot aatma baap ki yaad mein nahin rah sakti? ⁹uttar:- agar gande chitra dekhne ki, gande samaachaar padhne ki aadat padi to baap ki yaad rah nahin sakti।

¹⁰Question: By coming under the influence of which habit is a soul not able to stay in remembrance of the Father? ¹¹Answer: If a soul has the habit of looking at dirty pictures or reading dirty stories, he is unable to stay in remembrance of the Father.

¹⁰cinema hai dozak ka dvaar, jo vrittiyon ko kharaab kar deta hai। ¹¹om shanti। ¹²roohaani baap baith roohaani bachchon ko samjhaate hain। ¹³samjhaana unko hota hai, jismen kuchh kam samajh hai।

¹²The cinema is a gateway to hell and it spoils your attitude.

¹⁴tum abhi bahut samajhdaar ban chuke ho jo samajhte ho ki yeh hamaara behad ka baap bhi hai, behad ki shiksha bhi dete hain।

¹³Om shanti. ¹⁴The spiritual Father sits here and explains to you spiritual children. ¹⁵Explanations are given to those who have little understanding.

¹⁵srishti ke aadi-madhya-ant ka raaz bhi samjhaate hain। ¹⁶student ki buddhi mein knowledge honi chaahiye na aur phir baap saath mein bhi zaroor le jaayega kyonki baap jaante hain ki yeh puraani chhi-chhi duniya hai।

¹⁶You have now become very sensible and you understand that that One is your unlimited Father and that He also gives you unlimited teachings. ¹⁷He explains the secrets of the beginning, the middle and the end of the world. ¹⁸This knowledge has to be in the intellects of you students.

¹⁷is puraani duniya se main bachchon ko ghar le jaane liye aaya hoon।

¹⁹The Father will definitely take you back with Him because He knows that this is a dirty old world.

¹⁸baba samjhaate hain yahaan baithe baithe bachchon ke andar mein zaroor aata hoga ki oho! ¹⁹yeh hamaara behad ka baap bhi hai, phir shiksha bhi bahut oonchi dete hain।

²⁰I have come into this old world to take the children home. ²¹Baba explains: While sitting here, you children must be feeling inside that that One really is your unlimited Father and that He gives you very elevated teachings.

²⁰saari rachna ke aadi madhya ant ka raaz bhi samjhaaya hai।

²²He has also explained the secrets of the beginning, the middle and the end of creation.

²¹yeh sab yaad karna bhi manamnaabhav hai। ²²yeh bhi tumhaare chart mein aa sakta hai।

²³To remember all of this is also to be “Manmanabhav”; it can be included in your chart.

²³yeh to bahut sahaj hai।

²⁴It is very easy!

²⁴aur bhal kuchh bhi na karo, parantu uthte baithte, chalte phirte buddhi mein yeh yaad rahe।

²⁵Even if you don’t do anything else, let your intellects remember this while you are sitting, walking and moving around.

²⁵wonderful cheez ko yaad karna hota hai।

²⁶Something that is wonderful is always remembered.

²⁶tum samajhte ho baba ko yaad karne se, padhaai padhne se ham phir se vishwa ka maalik bante hain।

²⁷You understand that by remembering Baba and studying this education you are once again becoming the masters of the world.

²⁷yeh buddhi mein chalta rehna chaahiye।

²⁸This should continue to turn around in your intellects.

²⁸bhal kahaan bhi bas-train aadi mein baithe ho parantu buddhi mein yaad ho।

²⁹Whether you are sitting on a bus or a train etc., let your intellects remain in remembrance.

²⁹pahle-pahle to bachchon ko baap chaahiye।

³⁰First of all, you children need the Father.

³⁰tum jaante ho ham aatmaon ka roohaani behad ka baap hai।

³¹You know that the spiritual Father of us souls is unlimited.

³¹sahaj yaad dilaane liye baba yukti bataate hain। ³²maamekam yaad karo to aadha-kalpa ke jo tumhaare vikarma hain, woh sab yog agni se bhasma ho jaayen।

³²In order for you to have remembrance easily, Baba gives you this method: Constantly remember Me alone and your sinful actions of half the cycle will be burnt away in this fire of yoga.

³³janma-janmaantar bahut hi yagya jap tap aadi kiye hain।

³³For birth after birth, you have been doing a great deal of penance and having sacrificial fires etc.

³⁴bhakti maarga vaalon ko pata nahin hai ki yeh sab kyon karte hain।

³⁴Those on the path of devotion do not even know why they do all of that.

³⁵inse kya praapti hogi।

³⁵What benefit would they receive from that?

³⁶mandiron mein jaate hain itni bhakti karte hain, samajhte hain yeh sab parampara se chala aaya hai।

³⁶They go to temples and do so much devotion! ³⁷They believe that all of that has been going on since time immemorial.

³⁷shaastron ke liye bhi kahenge ki yeh parampara se chale aaye hain।

³⁸They even say of the scriptures that they have been continuing since time immemorial.

³⁸parantu manushyon ko pata hi nahin hai ki svarga mein to shaastra hote nahin।

³⁹However, human beings don’t realize that there are no scriptures in heaven.

³⁹woh samajhte hain srishti ke shuru se hi yeh sab chala aata hai।

⁴⁰They believe that all of that has been in existence since the beginning of the world.

⁴⁰na kisko yeh kah sakte ki behad ka baap kaun hai।

⁴¹None of them can tell you who the unlimited Father is.

⁴¹yahaan had ka baap va had ka teacher to nahin hai।

⁴²Here, there isn’t a limited father or teacher.

⁴²had ke teacher se to tum sab padhe hue ho। ⁴³jo padhkar hi naukri aadi karte hain, kamaai karte hain।

⁴³You have all been educated by limited teachers, with whom you studied to get a job and earn an income.

⁴⁴tum bachche jaante ho yeh jo hamaara behad ka baap hai, unka koi bhi baap hai nahin aur yeh behad ka teacher bhi hai।

⁴⁴You children know that this is your unlimited Father and that He doesn’t have a father. ⁴⁵He is the unlimited Teacher and He doesn’t have a teacher.

⁴⁵inka koi teacher nahin।

⁴⁶Who educated those deities?

⁴⁶in devtaaon ko kisne padhaaya, yeh to zaroor yaad aana chaahiye na!

⁴⁷You should definitely remember this. ⁴⁸This too is to be “Manmanabhav”.

⁴⁷yeh bhi manamnaabhav hai। ⁴⁸yeh padhaai to kahaan se padhe nahin hain।

⁴⁹This knowledge has not been taught anywhere else.

⁴⁹baap svayan hi knowledgeful hai।

⁵⁰The Father Himself is knowledge-full.

⁵⁰inko kisne padhaaya hai kya?

⁵¹Did someone educate Him?

⁵¹manushya srishti ka woh beejroop hai aur chaitanya hai, gyaan ka saagar hai।

⁵²He is the Sentient Seed of the human world tree. ⁵³He is the Ocean of Knowledge.

⁵²chaitanya hone kaaran manushya srishti roopi jhaad ka aadi se ant tak raaz sunaate hain।

⁵⁴Because he is the Sentient Being, He tells you all the secrets of the human world tree from the beginning to the end.

⁵³ant mein aakar aadi ka gyaan sunaate hain aur kehte hain he bachchon jis tan mein main viraajmaan hoon, in dvaara main aadi se lekar is samay tak sab kuchh sunaata hoon।

⁵⁵He comes at the end and gives you the knowledge of the beginning. ⁵⁶He says: O children, I have incarnated in this one and I tell you through him the secrets from the beginning to the present moment.

⁵⁴ant ke liye to peechhe samjhaayenge।

⁵⁷I will tell you about the end later on.

⁵⁵tum aage chalkar samajh jaayenge ki ab ant hai kyonki us samay tum karmaateet avastha ko pahunch jaayenge aur aasaar bhi dekhenge ki is puraani chhi-chhi duniya ka vinaash to hona hi hai।

⁵⁸As you progress, you will understand when it is the end because, by that time, you will have reached your karmateet stage. ⁵⁹You will also see the signs of that. ⁶⁰This dirty old world has to be destroyed.

⁵⁶yeh koi nai baat nahin hai।

⁶¹This is nothing new.

⁵⁷anek baar dekha hai aur dekhte hi rahenge।

⁶²You have seen this many times and you will continue to see it.

⁵⁸kalpa pahle raajya liya tha phir ganvaaya ab phir le rahe hain।

⁶³You claimed the kingdom a cycle ago, you lost it and are now claiming it once again.

⁵⁹baba hamko padhaate hain।

⁶⁴Baba is teaching us.

⁶⁰tum samajhte ho ham hi vishwa ke maalik the, phir 84 janma liye, phir baba vishwa ka maalik banaane ke liye vahi gyaan de rahe hain।

⁶⁵You understand that you were the masters of the world and that you then took 84 births. ⁶⁶In order to make you into the masters of the world again, Baba is giving you that same knowledge.

⁶¹tum andar mein samajhte ho baba teacher bhi hai।

⁶⁷You understand inside that Baba is also the Teacher.

⁶²achha agar baap yaad nahin padta to teacher ko yaad karo।

⁶⁸Achcha, if you cannot remember the Father, then remember the Teacher.

⁶³teacher kab bhoolega kya?

⁶⁹Can one ever forget one’s teacher?

⁶⁴teacher se to padhte rehte ho।

⁷⁰You continue to study with the Teacher.

⁶⁵haan maaya gaphlat karaati hai woh tumko pata nahin padta hai।

⁷¹Yes, Maya makes you make mistakes and you are not aware of them.

⁶⁶maaya aankhon mein ekdam dhool daal deti hai। ⁶⁷jo hamko bhagwan padhaate hain, yeh ekdam bhool jaate hain।

⁷²Maya blows dust in your eyes so that you forget that it is God who is teaching you.

⁶⁸baap har baat ki samjhaani dete hain।

⁷³The Father explains everything to you.

⁶⁹yeh hai behad ki samjhaani। ⁷⁰woh hai had ki।

⁷⁴This explanation is unlimited whereas that is limited.

⁷¹yeh behad ki knowledge baba kalpa-kalpa tum bachchon ko dete hain।

⁷⁵Baba gives you children this unlimited knowledge every cycle.

⁷²achha jaasti padh nahin sakte ho to bhala baba ke roop se yaad karo।

⁷⁶Achcha, if you cannot study a great deal, then remember Baba in the form of the Father.

⁷³unka to koi baap hai nahin, woh sabka baap hai। ⁷⁴parantu unke bachche sab hain।

⁷⁷He does not have a father; He is the Father of all and all of you are His children.

⁷⁵koi bata sakega ki shivbaaba kiska bachcha hai?

⁷⁸Can anyone say whose Child Shiv Baba is?

⁷⁶woh hai behad ka baap।

⁷⁹He is the unlimited Father.

⁷⁷bachche samajhte hain ham behad ke baap ke bane hain।

⁸⁰You children understand that you now belong to the unlimited Father.

⁷⁸yeh hamaari padhaai bhi wonderful hai aur ham brahman hi padhte hain।

⁸¹Our study is wonderful! ⁸²It is only we Brahmins who study these teachings.

⁷⁹devta va kshatriy, vaishya, shoodra yeh padhaai nahin padh sakte।

⁸³Deities, warriors, merchants and shudras do not study this.

⁸⁰baap ki yeh knowledge hi bilkul nyaari hai।

⁸⁴The knowledge that the Father gives is unique.

⁸¹tumhaare sivaae koi samajh na sake।

⁸⁵No one except you can understand it.

⁸²tum bachchon ko khushi ka paara chadhta hai ki ham tamopradhaan se satopradhaan banen।

⁸⁶The mercury of happiness of you children rises because you know that you are becoming satopradhan from tamopradhan.

⁸³ab oonch pad paane liye khoob purushaartha karna hai।

⁸⁷You now have to make a great deal of effort in order to claim a high status.

⁸⁴aise nahin svarga mein to sab jaayenge।

⁸⁸It is not that everyone will go to heaven anyway.

⁸⁵agar gyaan aur yog ki dhaarna nahin hogi to oonch pad nahin milega।

⁸⁹If you do not imbibe knowledge and yoga, you will not be able to claim a high status.

⁸⁶baba kehte hain 16 kala sampoorn banne mein yaad ki bahut mehnat hai। ⁸⁷dekhna hai kisko duhkh to nahin dete hain?

⁹⁰Baba says: In order to become 16 celestial degrees full, you have to make a lot of effort to have remembrance.

⁸⁸ham sukhdaata ke bachche hain।

⁹¹Check that you are not causing anyone sorrow.

⁸⁹sabko sukh dena hai। ⁹⁰mansa, vaacha, karmana kisko duhkh nahin dena hai।

⁹²You are the children of the Bestower of Happiness, and so you have to give happiness to everyone.

⁹¹is samay tum jo padhte ho, gulgul bante ho।

⁹³Never cause anyone sorrow through your thoughts, words or deeds.

⁹²yeh kamaai hi tumhaare saath chalne vaali hai, ismen koi kitaab aadi padhne ki jaroorat hi nahin।

⁹⁴At this present time, all of you are now studying and becoming like flowers. ⁹⁵Only this study will go with you. ⁹⁶There is no need to study books etc.

⁹³us padhaai mein kitne kitaab aadi padhne padte hain।

⁹⁷In other types of education, you have to study so many books etc.

⁹⁴yeh baba ki knowledge sabse nyaari hai aur badi sahaj bhi hai।

⁹⁸This knowledge of Baba’s is unique and it is also very easy.

⁹⁵parantu hai sab gupta।

⁹⁹However, it is incognito.

⁹⁶tumhaare sivaae koi samajh na sake ki yeh kya padhte hain।

¹⁰⁰No one except you can understand what you are studying.

⁹⁷wonderful padhaai hai।

¹⁰¹It is a wonderful study.

⁹⁸baap kehte hain kabhi absent nahin hona। ⁹⁹padhaai kabhi nahin chhodna।

¹⁰²The Father says: Never be absent; never leave this study.

¹⁰⁰baba ke paas sabka register aata hai।

¹⁰³Baba receives everyone’s register.

¹⁰¹unse hi baba samajh jaata hai yeh 10 maas absent raha, yeh 6 maas raha। ¹⁰²koi to chalte-chalte padhaai bhi chhod dete hain।

¹⁰⁴Baba can understand from that, when someone stays absent for ten months and when someone else stays absent for six months.

¹⁰³yeh bahut wonderful cheez hai।

¹⁰⁵While moving along, some leave this study.

¹⁰⁴aisi wonderful cheez aur koi hoti hi nahin।

¹⁰⁶This is so wonderful; there is nothing as wonderful as this!

¹⁰⁵kalpa-kalpa tum bachchon ko aisa baap aakar milta hai।

¹⁰⁷Such a Father comes and meets you children every cycle.

¹⁰⁶tum bachche jaante ho yeh saakaar baba to punarjanma mein aata hai।

¹⁰⁸You children understand that this corporeal father takes rebirth.

¹⁰⁷yeh 84 ka chakra khaate hain tatatvam, yeh khel hai na।

¹⁰⁹He goes around the cycle of 84 births and the same applies to you.

¹⁰⁸khel kabhi bhoola nahin jaata hai। ¹⁰⁹khel sadaiv yaad rehta hai।

¹¹⁰This is a play. ¹¹¹A play can never be forgotten; a play is always remembered.

¹¹⁰baba samjhaate hain ek to yeh duniya dozak hai aur ismen bhi khaas yeh bioscope (cinema) dozak hai।

¹¹²Baba explains that this world in general is extreme hell and that the cinema in particular is like extreme hell.

¹¹¹vahaan jaane se vrittiyaan bahut kharaab ho jaati hain।

¹¹³By going there, your attitude becomes completely spoilt.

¹¹²akhbaar mein bhi koi achhe-achhe chitra dekhte hain to usmein bhi buddhi jaati hai - yeh khoobsoorat hai, inko prize milni chaahiye, khyaalaat chalti hain।

¹¹⁴Even when they look at nice pictures in the newspapers, their intellects are then pulled by them. ¹¹⁵Thoughts arise, such as that a particular one is very beautiful, that she should get a prize.

¹¹³aisa dekhe hi kyon!

¹¹⁶Why do you look at such pictures?

¹¹⁴buddhi se samajhte hain yeh saari duniya hi khatma ho jaane vaali hai।

¹¹⁷Your intellects understand that the whole world is to end.

¹¹⁵tum sirf mujhe hi yaad karo।

¹¹⁸Simply continue to remember Me.

¹¹⁶aisi-aisi cheejen na dekho, na khyaal karo।

¹¹⁹Do not think about or look at such things.

¹¹⁷yeh to puraani duniya ke chhi-chhi (gande) shareer hain, inke taraph kya dekhna hai।

¹²⁰All of those dirty bodies belong to the old world. ¹²¹What is there to see in them?

¹¹⁸ek baap ko hi dekhna hai।

¹²²Only see the Father.

¹¹⁹baba kehte hain meethe-meethe bachche manzil bahut oonchi hai।

¹²³Baba says: Sweetest children, the destination is very high.

¹²⁰maaya koi kam nahin hai।

¹²⁴Maya is no less.

¹²¹maaya ka dekho kitna bhabhka hai।

¹²⁵Just look how much pomp of Maya there is!

¹²²us taraph hai science aur yahaan hai tumhaari silence।

¹²⁶On that side, there is science and on this side there is your silence.

¹²³vo log chaahte hain mukti ko paayen। ¹²⁴yahaan tumhaari em object hai jeevanmukti ko paane ki।

¹²⁷Those people just want liberation whereas, here, you have the aim and objective of attaining liberation-in-life.

¹²⁵jeevan-mukti paane ka koi raasta bata na sake।

¹²⁸No one else can show you the path to liberation-in-life.

¹²⁶sannyaasi aadi koi bhi yeh knowledge de na sake।

¹²⁹Sannyasis etc. cannot give you this knowledge.

¹²⁷vo kisko samjha nahin sakte ki grihastha vyavhaar mein rahkar pavitra banna hai।

¹³⁰They cannot tell anyone to continue to live at home with his family and become pure.

¹²⁸yeh ek hi baap samjhaate hain।

¹³¹Only the one Father says this.

¹²⁹bhakti maarga mein time vesta hi hota aaya hai।

¹³²The path of devotion has been nothing but a waste of time.

¹³⁰kitni bhoolen hoti hain।

¹³³There have been so many mistakes!

¹³¹bhool karte-karte bhole hi ban gaye hain।

¹³⁴While making mistakes, they have become completely ignorant.

¹³²yeh last janma 100 percent bhoolon ka hi hai।

¹³⁵This last birth is one of one hundred per cent mistakes.

¹³³jara bhi buddhi kaam nahin karti।

¹³⁶The intellect does not function at all.

¹³⁴ab baba tumko samjhaate hain, tab tum samajhte ho।

¹³⁷It is only because Baba explains to you that you now understand.

¹³⁵abhi tum sab samajh gaye ho to auron ko bhi samjhaate ho।

¹³⁸Now that you have understood everything, you are able to explain to others.

¹³⁶khushi ka paara bhi tumhein chadhta hai।

¹³⁹Your mercury of happiness rises.

¹³⁷wonder hai na - is baap ko koi baap nahin, koi shikshak nahin।

¹⁴⁰It is a wonder that that Father does not have a father or a teacher.

¹³⁸tab seekha kahaan se!

¹⁴¹So, from where did He learn?

¹³⁹manushya wonder khaayenge।

¹⁴²Human beings will be amazed at this.

¹⁴⁰bahut samajhte hain inka zaroor koi guru hoga।

¹⁴³Many think that this one must definitely have learnt this from a guru.

¹⁴¹agar yeh bhi guru se seekha hua ho phir guru ke aur bhi shishya hone chaahiye। ¹⁴²sirf yeh ek shishya thode hi hoga।

¹⁴⁴If he had learnt it from a guru, then that guru would have had many other disciples; there wouldn’t be just this one disciple.

¹⁴³guru ke to bahut shishya hote hain।

¹⁴⁵A guru has many disciples.

¹⁴⁴aagaakhaan ke dekho kitne shishya hain।

¹⁴⁶Just look how many disciples the Aga Khan has!

¹⁴⁵unhon ko guru ke liye dekho kitna regard rehta hai।

¹⁴⁷Just look how much regard they give to their guru!

¹⁴⁶unko heeron mein vazan karte hain।

¹⁴⁸They weigh him against diamonds.

¹⁴⁷tum kismen vazan karenge?

¹⁴⁹What would you weigh that One against?

¹⁴⁸yeh to sabse supreme hai।

¹⁵⁰He is the Supreme.

¹⁴⁹inka vazan kitna hoga?

¹⁵¹How much would He weigh?

¹⁵⁰tum kya karenge!

¹⁵²What would you do?

¹⁵¹vazan karen to kitna hoga? ¹⁵²koi cheez pad sakti hai?

¹⁵³How much would He weigh if you were to weigh Him?

¹⁵³shivbaaba to bindi hai na। ¹⁵⁴aajkal vazan bahut karte hain।

¹⁵⁴Is there anything you could use to weigh Him with?

¹⁵⁵koi sone mein, koi chaandi mein, platinum mein bhi karte hain।

¹⁵⁵Shiv Baba is a dot. ¹⁵⁶Nowadays, many people are weighed against something.

¹⁵⁶woh sone se bhi mahanga hota hai। ¹⁵⁷ab baap samjhaate hain woh jismaani guru to tumhein sadgati dete nahin।

¹⁵⁷Some are weighed with gold, some with silver and some are even weighed with platinum which is even more expensive than gold.

¹⁵⁸sadgati mein le jaane vaala to ek hi baap hai, unko kismen vazan karenge?

¹⁵⁸The Father now explains: Those worldly gurus do not grant you salvation. ¹⁵⁹Only the one Father leads you to salvation.

¹⁵⁹manushya to sirf bhagwan-bhagwan hi kehte rehte hain।

¹⁶⁰What would you weigh Him with? ¹⁶¹Human beings simply say: Oh God!

¹⁶⁰lekin yeh nahin jaante ki woh baap hai, teacher bhi hai।

¹⁶²Oh God! ¹⁶³They do not know that He is the Father as well as the Teacher.

¹⁶¹baithe kitna saadhaaran hain।

¹⁶⁴He is sitting in an ordinary way.

¹⁶²bachchon ka mukhda dekhne ke liye thoda sa oopar baithte hain।

¹⁶⁵He sits a little higher in order to see the faces of you children.

¹⁶³madadgaar bachchon ke bigar ham sthaapna kaise kar sakte hain।

¹⁶⁶How could I bring about establishment without you helpful children?

¹⁶⁴jo jaasti madad karte hain unko zaroor baba lav karenge।

¹⁶⁷Baba definitely loves those who help Him a lot.

¹⁶⁵laukik mein bhi ek bachcha 2000 kamaata, doosra 1000 kamaata hoga। ¹⁶⁶to baap ka lav kis par rahega?

¹⁶⁸In worldly life, if one child earns 2000 rupees and the other one earns 1000 rupees, which one would the father love more?

¹⁶⁷parantu aajkal to bachche poochhte hi baap ko kahaan hain?

¹⁶⁹However, nowadays, children aren’t even concerned about their parents.

¹⁶⁸behad ka baap bhi dekhte hain phalaane-phalaane bachche bahut achhe madadgaar hain।

¹⁷⁰The unlimited Father also sees that such-and-such a child is a very good helper.
