¹Essence: Sweet children, the furnace of yoga is most valuable for you because it is in this furnace that your sins will be burnt away.

²prashn:- kin bachchon ki buddhi mein beej aur jhaad ki knowledge spashta baith sakti hai? ³uttar:- jo vichaar saagar manthan karte hain।

²Question: Which children have the knowledge of the Seed and the tree very clearly in their intellects? ³Answer: Those who churn the ocean of knowledge.

⁴vichaar saagar manthan ke liye amritvele ka time bahut achha hai।

⁴The early morning hours of nectar is a very good time for churning knowledge.

⁵amritvele uth-kar buddhi se ek baba ko yaad karo।

⁵Wake up early in the morning and let your intellect remember the one Baba.

⁶tumhaara ajpaajaap chalta rahe।

⁶Let the soundless chant continue.

⁷sookshm va sthool mein shivbaaba, shivbaaba kahne ki darkaar nahin।

¹⁰roohaani baap baithkar roohon ko samjhaate hain arthaat bachchon ko samjhaate hain।

¹¹baap kehte hain mujhe bhi jisma hai tab to baat kar sakta hoon।

¹¹The Father says: I also have a body and this is how I am able to speak.

¹⁷beej aur jhaad ki samjhaani to bahut sahaj hai।

¹⁶The explanation of the Seed and the tree is very easy.

¹⁸maali ko knowledge rehta hai na ki phalaana beej bone se itna bada jhaad niklega।

¹⁷A gardener has knowledge of how a huge tree will emerge by planting such-and-such a seed.

³⁰bahuton ko aadat padi hui hai, shiv-shiv simran karte honge।

³⁰Many have the habit of chanting “Shiva, Shiva”.

³¹tumko shiv-shiv na sthool mein, na sookshm mein japna hai।

³¹You do not need to say “Shiva, Shiva”, either in a physical or a subtle way.

³²tum bachche jaante ho ki hamaara baap aaya hua hai।

³²You children understand that our Father has come.

³³aayega bhi zaroor koi shareer mein।

³³He would definitely come in someone’s body.

³⁴unka koi apna shareer to hai nahin।

³⁴He doesn’t have a body of His own. ³⁵He is beyond rebirth.

³⁵woh punarjanma rahit hai।

³⁶Rebirth takes place in this human world.

³⁶punarjanma manushya srishti mein hota hai।

³⁷Lakshmi and Narayan are the two forms of Vishnu.

³⁷vishnu ke do roop lakshmi-naaraayan hain।

³⁸People say: Dev, dev, mahadev, (deity, deity, great deity).

³⁸dev-dev mahaadev kehte hain। ³⁹brahma aur vishnu ka aapas mein connection hai।

⁵⁵They do a great deal of hatha yoga. ⁵⁶They make a lot of effort; you mothers are not able to do that.

⁵⁶tumko hathayogiyon ke muaaphik aasan nahin lagaana hai।

⁵⁷You don’t have to sit in special postures like hatha yogis do.

⁵⁷haan sabha mein theek hokar baithna hai।

⁵⁸Yes, you do have to sit with discipline in the gathering.

⁵⁸tumhaara raajayog hai - taang par taang chadhaakar baithna।

⁵⁹Yours is Raj Yoga. ⁶⁰You have to sit in a semi-lotus position.

⁵⁹aise raajayog mein baithne se nasha chadhega।

⁶¹By your sitting in yoga in such a royal way, there will be intoxication.

⁶⁰hathayog mein donon taang chadhaate hain।

⁶²In hatha yoga they interlock their legs.

⁶¹baba tumko takleeph nahin dete hain।

⁶³Baba doesn’t give you such difficulty.

⁶²sirf thoda farka rakhna chaahiye। ⁶³common baithne mein aur yog mein baithne mein।

⁶⁴However, there has to be a slight difference in sitting in an ordinary way and sitting in yoga.

⁶⁴tum raajayog seekh rahe ho। ⁶⁵to aise baithna chaahiye jo manushya samjhen yeh raajayog mein baithe hain।

⁶⁵You are studying Raj Yoga, and so you should sit in such a way that human beings understand that this is Raj Yoga.

⁶⁶yeh hamaara raajaai ka dhang hai।

⁶⁶These are your royal manners.

⁶⁷tum behad ke baap dvaara raajaaon ka raaja ban rahe ho।

⁶⁷You are being made into the kings of kings by the unlimited Father.

⁶⁸aise baap ko ghadi-ghadi yaad karna hai।

⁶⁸You should remember such a Father again and again.

⁶⁹satayug mein baap ko yaad nahin kiya jaata hai। ⁷⁰apne ko kiya jaata hai।

⁶⁹You do not remember the Father in the golden age; you only remember yourselves.

⁷¹kaliyug mein na baap ko jaante, na apne ko jaante hain।

⁷⁰In the iron age, souls neither know the Father nor themselves.

⁷²sirf baap ko pukaarte hain।

⁷¹They simply call out to the Father.

⁷³abhi tum achhi reeti jaan gaye ho।

⁷²You have now come to know Baba very clearly.

⁷⁴aur koi aise nahin samajhte hain ki baap bindi hai।

⁷³No one else understands that the Father is a dot.

⁷⁵ati sookshm bhi kehte hain phir kehte hain hajaaron sooryon se bhi teekha hai।

⁷⁴They say that He is very subtle, and yet they also say that He is brighter than a thousand suns.

⁷⁶to baat milti nahin hai।

⁷⁵Those things don’t match.

⁷⁷jab kehte hain naam-roop se nyaara hai phir hajaaron soorya se teekha kyon kehna chaahiye?

⁷⁶Since they say that He is beyond name and form, how can they say that He is brighter than a thousand suns?

⁷⁸pahle tum bhi aise samajhte the।

⁷⁷Previously, you also used to think in that way.

⁷⁹baap kehte hain - drama mein yeh samjhaani deri se milni thi।

⁷⁸The Father says: This explanation had to be given later on in the drama.

⁸⁰sookshm te sookshm guhya baaten samajhkar samjhaai jaati hain।

⁷⁹The subtlest and deepest aspects have to be understood and then explained to others.

⁸¹aise nahin khyaal aana chaahiye ki pahle hajaaron sooryon se tejomay kehte the ab phir bindi kyon kehte?

⁸⁰Don’t think: Why were we told previously that God was brighter than a thousand suns and that we are now told that He is just a dot?

⁸²jab aai.si.S. padhenge tab aai.si.S. ki baaten karenge, pahle kaise karenge?

⁸¹It is only when someone is studying for the I.C.S. ⁸²(Indian Civil Service) that he would speak about the I.C.S.

⁸³ismen moonjhane ki darkaar nahin hai।

⁸³How could he speak about it beforehand?

⁸⁴drama mein jab baba ko samjhaana hai tab samjhaate hain, inke baad bhi ajun kya-kya samjhaayenge, kyonki baap ka bhi prabhaav to nikalna hai na।

⁸⁴There is no need to be confused about this. ⁸⁵According to the drama, when Baba has to explain, He will explain. ⁸⁶Baba will explain further because the Father’s influence has to spread.

⁸⁵jaise tumhaari aatma hai vaise woh bhi aatma hai।

⁸⁷Just as you are souls, in the same way, He too is a soul.

⁸⁶paramdham mein rehte hain।

⁸⁸He resides in the supreme abode.

⁸⁷unko param aatma kehte hain।

⁸⁹He is called the Supreme Soul.

⁸⁸yahaan jab aate hain to knowledge dete hain।

⁹⁰When He comes here, He gives knowledge.

⁸⁹baap kehte hain - jab patit duniya hogi tab main paavan duniya banaane aaoonga।

⁹¹The Father says: When the world becomes impure, I come to purify it.

⁹⁰pukaarte bhi hain he patit-paavan, he duhkh harta sukh-karta aao।

⁹²They call out: O Purifier, O Remover of Sorrow, Bestower of Happiness, come!

⁹¹woh to sangam par aayega।

⁹³He comes at the confluence age.

⁹²jab raat poori hogi tab din hoga। ⁹³puraani duniya ka ant hoga।

⁹⁴When the night is over, the day will begin and it will be the end of the old world.

⁹⁴karmaateet avastha ant mein hogi।

⁹⁵You will reach your karmateet stage at the end.

⁹⁵tumko rehna bhi grihastha vyavhaar mein hai, chhodna bhi nahin hai।

⁹⁶You have to live at home; you must not leave that.

⁹⁶shareer nirvaah arth vyavhaar karte hue kamal phool samaan pavitra rehna hai।

⁹⁷Remain as pure as a lotus flower while forming connections for the livelihood of your bodies.

⁹⁷devta to hain hi poorn pavitra। ⁹⁸parantu kab aur kaise banen!

⁹⁸Deities were completely pure, but when and how did they become like that?

⁹⁹zaroor purushaartha kiya tab to praalabdha paai।

⁹⁹Surely, they must have made effort in order to receive their reward.

¹⁰⁰purushaartha anusaar praalabdha bani।

¹⁰⁰Their reward was created according to their efforts.

¹⁰¹jaisa karma vaisi praalabdha, yeh to chalta hi rehta hai।

¹⁰¹As are the actions, so will be the reward; this continues to happen.

¹⁰²abhi to tumko karma sikhlaane vaala baap mila hai।

¹⁰²You have now found the Father, the One who teaches you how to act.

¹⁰³unko achhi reeti yaad karna chaahiye।

¹⁰³You have to remember Him very well.

¹⁰⁴tum adopted bachche ho।

¹⁰⁴You are adopted children.

¹⁰⁵maarvaadiyon mein adoption bahut hoti hai। ¹⁰⁶tumhaari bhi adoption hai।

¹⁰⁵There is a great deal of adoption among the Marwadis (a tribe in India).

¹⁰⁷tum inke garbha se nahin nikle ho।

¹⁰⁶You too are adopted; you are not born through a womb.

¹⁰⁸adoption mein donon baap yaad rehte hain।

¹⁰⁷When someone is adopted, he remembers both his fathers.

¹⁰⁹ant tak jaante hain ki ham asul kiska tha। ¹¹⁰ab inki god ke bachche bane hain।

¹⁰⁸Until the very end of his life, he remembers whose child he really is and also the father who adopted him.

¹¹¹tum bhi jaante ho ham kiske the aur kiske bane hain।

¹⁰⁹You also know whom you used to belong to and whose children you have now become.

¹¹²main adopt hua hoon parampita paramatma ke paas, woh hai svarga ka rachayita।

¹¹⁰You know that you have been adopted by the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul. ¹¹¹He is the Creator of heaven.

¹¹³unki rachna kitna samay chalti hai?

¹¹²For how long does His creation last?

¹¹⁴aadhaakalpa।

¹¹³For half a cycle.

¹¹⁵narka ka rachayita hai raavan, unka bhi aadhaakalpa raajya chalta hai। ¹¹⁶satopradhaan se tamopradhaan bante hain।

¹¹⁴Ravan is the creator of hell and his kingdom also lasts for half a cycle; from satopradhan it becomes tamopradhan.

¹¹⁷yeh samajh ki baat hai।

¹¹⁵This has to be understood.

¹¹⁸kuchh samajh mein na aaye to poochhna chaahiye।

¹¹⁶If you don’t understand something, you can ask.

¹¹⁹jab soorya chaand ko grahan lagta hai to kehte hain de daan… soorya chaand ko maa-baap kaha jaata hai।

¹¹⁷When there is an eclipse of the sun or the moon, they say: Give a donation and the eclipse will be removed.

¹²⁰yahaan bhi mel female donon ko grahan lagta hai, tab kehte hain 5 vikaaron ka daan de do।

¹¹⁸The sun and the moon are memorials of the Father and mother. ¹¹⁹Here, both males and females experience an eclipse.

¹²¹woh to varsha mein 1-2 vaari grahan lagta hai।

¹²⁰This is why it is said: Give the donation of the five vices.

¹²²yeh to kalpa ki baat hai।

¹²¹There is an eclipse once or twice a year.

¹²³baap aakar ek hi baar daan lete hain।

¹²⁸naye bachche aur boodhe mein farka to hai na।

¹²⁸There is a difference between a new-born baby and an old person.

¹²⁹chhota bachcha kitna meetha priy lagta hai।

¹²⁹A little baby is very sweet and lovely.

¹³⁰sab unko choomte hain। ¹³¹god mein bithaate hain।

¹³⁰Everyone kisses a baby and takes it in their lap.

¹³²puraana jad-jadeebhoot ho jaata hai to kehte hain kahaan shareer chhoote to achha। ¹³³jyaada duhkh kyon sahan karen।

¹³¹When the body becomes old and decayed, they say: It is better to renounce it; why should more pain be endured?

¹³⁴aatma ek shareer chhod jaakar doosra leti hai।

¹³²A soul sheds a body and takes another.

¹³⁵yahaan ham beemaar ko marne nahin dete hain phir bhi jitna sune utna achha।

¹³³Here, you don’t allow the sick to die, because the more they listen, the better it is.

¹³⁶shivbaaba aur varse ko yaad karte rahen।

¹³⁴Let them continue to remember Shiv Baba and the inheritance.

¹³⁷beemaari mein jab jyaada peeda hoti hai to sab bhool jaata hai।

¹³⁵People forget everything when they are ill and in a lot of pain.

¹³⁸baaki jiska kismen bhaav hota hai woh saamne aa jaata hai।

¹³⁶However, the one in whom they have faith appears in front of them at that time.

¹³⁹tumhaara to anjaam (vaayda) hai mera to ek shivbaaba doosra na koi।

¹⁴⁰phir doosre kisko yaad kyon karte ho।

¹³⁹The Father says: You should not remember anyone except Me.

¹⁴¹baap kehte hain - mere bigar kiski smriti bhi na aaye। ¹⁴²gaaya hua hai antakaal jo stri simre... saara shlok kah dete, arth kuchh bhi nahin samajhte।

¹⁴⁰It is said: Someone who remembers his wife at the end will reach his destination accordingly. ¹⁴¹Although they recite the whole of this verse; they do not understand the meaning of it.

¹⁴³hai saari sangam ki baat jo bhakti mein gaate hain, is samay sirf tumko baap aur varse ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁴²All the things they remember on the path of devotion are from the confluence age. ¹⁴³At this time, you simply have to remember the Father and the inheritance.

¹⁴⁴shri naaraayan tumhaari praalabdha hai to arth poora buddhi mein hona chaahiye।

¹⁴⁴The status of Shri Narayan is your reward, and so the full meaning of this should be in your intellects.

¹⁴⁵bigar arth to bahut yaad karte rehte hain।

¹⁴⁵Many people remember it without understanding the significance of it.

¹⁴⁶pichhaadi mein jiske saath jaasti preet hoti hai, vahi yaad aate hain।

¹⁴⁶At the end, whomsoever you have the most love for will be remembered.

¹⁴⁷bada khabardaar rehna chaahiye।

¹⁴⁷You have to remain very cautious.

¹⁴⁸tumko yaad karna hai ek baap ko।

¹⁴⁸You only have to remember the one Father.

¹⁴⁹baap kehte hain - manamnaabhav।

¹⁴⁹The Father says: Manmanabhav!

¹⁵⁰tum bachche kehte ho baba ham kalpa-kalpa aapse milte hain।

¹⁵⁰You children say: Baba, we meet You every cycle.

¹⁵¹yeh gyaan aapse madhuban mein aakar lete hain।

¹⁵¹We come to Madhuban to receive this knowledge from You.

¹⁵²yeh hai vasheekran mantra।

¹⁵³satguru hai to tumhein mantra bhi aisa deta hai, jo tum amar ban jaao।

¹⁵³The Satguru gives you such a mantra that you become immortal. ¹⁵⁴This is the mantra to conquer Maya.

¹⁵⁴yeh hai maaya par jeet paane ka mantra। ¹⁵⁵is par gaate hain tulseedaas chandan ghise.... yeh bhi ab ki baat hai jo baad mein gaai jaati hai।

¹⁵⁵Due to this, they say that Tulsidas rubbed some sandalwood on a stone and that God then appeared and gave him the tilak of sovereignty. ¹⁵⁶That applies to this time and it is remembered later on.

¹⁵⁶tum bachchon ko raajtilak mil raha hai - baap aur varse ko yaad karne se।

¹⁵⁷You children are receiving the unlimited tilak of sovereignty by remembering the Father and the inheritance.

¹⁵⁷baap aur baadshaahi ko yaad kar shareer chhodenge to raajaai tilak mil jaayega।

¹⁵⁸If you leave the body in remembrance of the Father and the kingdom, you receive a tilak of sovereignty.

¹⁵⁸ek ko to nahin milega। ¹⁵⁹maala 108 ki bhi hai।

¹⁵⁹It is not that only one will receive it.

¹⁶⁰16108 ki bhi hai। ¹⁶¹ab to sirf tumko accurate baba ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁶⁰There is the rosary of 108 and also the rosary of 16,108. Now, simply remember Baba accurately.

¹⁶⁵While giving donations and performing charity etc., human beings have continued to fall without achieving anything.

¹⁷⁰aasuri mat par sab anartha ho gaya hai।

¹⁶⁶Everything has become meaningless by devilish dictates being followed.

¹⁷¹yeh bhi naaraayan ki pooja karte the, ab phir pujaari se poojya ban rahe hain - practical mein।

¹⁶⁷This one used to worship Narayan and, from being a worshipper, he is now becoming worthy of worship in a practical way.

¹⁷²ab tum bachche jaante ho shivbaaba hamko padhaate hain।

¹⁶⁸You children now understand that Shiv Baba is teaching us.

¹⁷³yeh to pakka yaad rakhna hai। ¹⁷⁴nahin to vikarma vinaash nahin honge।
