¹Essence: Sweet children, you have to live like milk and sugar and not have any conflict. ²Renounce any bad habits you may have. ³Don’t cause anyone sorrow.

²prashn:- janma-janmaantar ke liye oonch pad paane ke liye kaun sa raham svayan par zaroor karna hai?

⁴Question: What mercy must you definitely have for yourselves in order to claim a high status for birth after birth?

³uttar:- svayan ki andar se jaanch karke jo bhi buri aadten hain, krodh aadi vikaar hain unhein nikaal dena, ksheerkhanda hokar rehna, ek ki shreemat par chalna, matbhed mein na aana, koi bhi evil baaten na sunna, na sunaana - yahi apne oopar raham karna hai।

⁵Answer: Look within yourselves and remove any bad habits such as anger etc. or any vices from yourselves. ⁶Stay together like milk and sugar. ⁷Follow the shrimat of the One. ⁸Don't have any conflict.

⁴isse hi janma-janmaantar ke liye oonch pad mil jaata hai।

⁹Don't listen to or speak of evil things. ¹⁰All of this means to have mercy for yourself.

⁵jo apne oopar raham nahin karte woh 21 janmon ke sukh ko lakeer laga dete hain।

¹¹It is through this that each of you receives a high status for birth after birth. ¹²Those who don't have mercy for themselves cross out their line of happiness for 21 births.

⁸shivbaaba ki mahima bachchon ne suni।

¹⁵You children heard Shiv Baba's praise.

⁹yeh mahima kaun karte hain aur kaun jaante hain?

¹⁶Who sings this praise and who knows it?

¹⁰sirf brahman kul bhooshan arthaat nai manushya srishti ki sampradaay jinhen parampita paramatma ne apna banaaya ya janma diya hai vahi jaante hain kyonki pahle-pahle is srishti mein vahi brahma dvaara janma lete hain। ¹¹jaise tumne pahle-pahle janma liya hai parampita paramatma se।

¹⁷Only the decoration of the Brahmin clan, that is, those who are the community of the new world, the ones who the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, has made belong to Him and have been given a new birth know this, because they are the first ones to take birth through Brahma in this world.

¹²to woh hai sabhi ka sahaayak, saari duniya ka sahaayak, sabhi duhkh door karne vaala hai।

¹⁸You first took birth to the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, and so He is the One who supports everyone.

¹³manushya bahut duhkhi hain kyonki abhi hai kaliyug ka ant।

¹⁹He is the One who supports the whole world; He is the One who removes all sorrow.

¹⁴to sabhi ka sahaayak bante hain। ¹⁵phir bhi akshar hain na aam aur khaas।

²⁰People are very unhappy because it is now the end of the iron age.

¹⁶to khaas bhaarat ka hai, unmein bhi khaas jo bahut janmon ke ant ke janma mein aakar milte hain arthaat jo pahle-pahle srishti par aate hain। ¹⁷tum bachche jaante ho to kaise sabka sahaayak aakar bante hain।

²¹Therefore, He becomes the One who supports everyone. ²²Nevertheless, there are the terms, ‘in general’ and ‘in particular’. ²³So, He especially helps Bharat and, in that too, He comes and meets those who are in the last of their many births, that is, those who come into this world first.

¹⁸bhagat bhagwan ko yaad karte hain, parantu bhagwan ko jaante nahin hain।

²⁴You children know how He comes and becomes the One who supports everyone.

¹⁹jab bhagwan ko hi nahin jaante hain to bhagwan jo nai brahman mukh vanshaavli rachte hain, unko bhi nahin jaante।

²⁵Devotees remember God, but they don't know God. ²⁶Since they don’t know God, they don’t even know the new, mouth-born Brahmin creation that He creates.

²⁰parampita paramatma aakar pahle-pahle brahman sampradaay rachte hain, yeh koi ko pata hi nahin।

²⁷The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, comes and first of all creates the Brahmin community. ²⁸No one knows this.

²¹aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma to hai satayug mein।

²⁹The original, eternal deity religion exists in the golden age.

²²baaki sangamayug ko bhool gaye hain kyonki geeta ke bhagwan ko hi dvaapar mein le gaye hain।

³⁰However, people have forgotten the confluence age, because they have portrayed the God of the Gita as existing in the copper age.

²³satayug ke aadi aur kaliyug ke ant ke sangam ka kisko pata nahin hai। ²⁴na geeta ke bhagwan ko jaante hain।

³¹Neither do they know about the confluence between the end of the iron age and the beginning of the golden age nor do they know the God of the Gita.

²⁵geeta to hai hi sabhi shaastron ki maat-pita।

³²The Gita is the mother and father of all the scriptures.

²⁶aise nahin ki sirf bhaarat ke shaastron ki maat-pita hai।

³³It isn't that it is the mother and father of the scriptures of only Bharat; no.

²⁷nahin, jo bhi bade te bade shaastra saari duniya mein hain, sabhi ki maat-pita hai।

³⁴It is the mother and father of all the main scriptures of the world.

²⁸bhagvaanuvaach - main tumko phir se sahaj raajayog sikhaata hoon jisko phir geeta naam diya hai।

³⁵God speaks: I come and once again teach you easy Raj Yoga, which they have called the Gita.

²⁹to apne ko bhi kehna padta hai ki ham nai geeta sunaate hain।

³⁶So, I too have to say: I am teaching a new Gita.

³⁰puraani geeta to khandan ki hui hai।

³⁷The old Gita has been falsified.

³¹yeh to bhagwan khud apne mukh kanval se baith sunaate hain।

³⁸God Himself sits here and speaks this through His lotus lips.

³²tumhaari buddhi mein parampita paramatma shiv hi yaad aata hai।

³⁹You have the remembrance of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, Shiva, in your intellects.

³³woh hai svarga ka rachayita, sabka sahaayak।

⁴⁰He is the Creator of heaven, the One who supports everyone.

³⁴shreekrishna ko sabhi ka sahaayak nahin kahenge।

⁴¹Shri Krishna cannot be called the One who supports everyone.

³⁵bhagwan srishti ka rachayita ek hi hai।

⁴²God, the Creator of the world, is only One.

³⁶shreekrishna to svayan rachna hai। ³⁷bageeche ka first class phool hai।

⁴³Shri Krishna is himself a creation; he is a first-class flower of the garden.

³⁸parampita paramatma ko baagvaan bhi kehte hain, khivaiya bhi kehte hain।

⁴⁴The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is called the Master of the Garden and also the Boatman.

³⁹manushya to samajh na saken ki khivaiya kaise hai?

⁴⁵People cannot understand how He is the Boatman.

⁴⁰barobar asaar sansaar se le jaakar phir yahaan nai duniya mein bhej dete hain।

⁴⁶He truly takes us away from this tasteless world and then sends us to the new world there.

⁴¹yahaan hi phoolon ka bageecha banaate hain।

⁴⁷He creates the flower garden here.

⁴²sabhi bachche jo bhagat ban gaye hain, asul bhagwan ki santaan the, unko maaya duhkhi banaati hai।

⁴⁸All the children who have become devotees were originally the children of God. ⁴⁹Maya causes them a lot of sorrow.

⁴³bhagwan to hai hi ek।

⁵⁰There is only one God.

⁴⁴woh sabhi bhakton ko zaroor sukh deta hai।

⁵¹He definitely gives happiness to all the devotees.

⁴⁵koi bhi kisko sukh deta hai tab unko yaad karte hain।

⁵²Someone who gives happiness to another person is remembered.

⁴⁶stri pati ko athva bachcha baap ko athva dosta, dosta ko yaad karte hain।

⁵³A wife remembers her husband, a child remembers his father and a friend remembers a friend.

⁴⁷zaroor usne sukh diya hoga।

⁵⁴Surely, they must have given happiness.

⁴⁸bhaai se bhi dosta pyaara hota hai kyonki sukh dete hain।

⁵⁵A friend who gives happiness is loved more than a brother.

⁴⁹to sukh dene vaale ko hi yaad kiya jaata hai।

⁵⁶Therefore, only the One who gives happiness is remembered.

⁵⁰abhi saari srishti ke manushya bhagat hain।

⁵⁷Now, all human beings of the whole world are devotees.

⁵¹manushya ke hi 84 janma gaaye hue hain।

⁵⁸The 84 births of human beings are remembered.

⁵²kutte billi ke 84 janma nahin kahenge।

⁵⁹You wouldn't speak of 84 births of cats and dogs.

⁵³gaaya bhi gaya hai ki aatma paramatma alag rahe.... is samay mela hota hai।

⁶⁰It is remembered that souls and the Supreme Soul remained separated for a long time. ⁶¹The beautiful meeting takes place at this time.

⁵⁴parampita paramatma sabhi bachchon ke beech aate hain।

⁶²The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, comes among all the children.

⁵⁵mahphil lagi hui hai na।

⁶³A happy gathering has taken place.

⁵⁶ek hoti hai sukh ki mahphil, doosri hoti hai duhkh ki।

⁶⁴One is a happy gathering and the other is an unhappy gathering.

⁵⁷satayug mein hai sukh ki mahphil।

⁶⁵In the golden age, there is the gathering of happiness.

⁵⁸yahaan to duhkh ki kahenge।

⁶⁶Here, it is of unhappiness.

⁵⁹koi marte hain to bhi duhkh ki mahphil lag jaati hai।

⁶⁷When someone dies, there is a gathering of sorrow.

⁶⁰koi bada aadmi marta hai to shok mein jhanda neeche kar dete hain।

⁶⁸When an important person dies, they lower flags out of respect.

⁶¹to duhkh ki mahphil hui na।

⁶⁹Therefore, that is a gathering of sorrow, is it not?

⁶²bhagat bahut duhkhi hote hain to bhagwan ko yaad karte hain।

⁷⁰When devotees are very unhappy, they remember God.

⁶³parantu unko jaante bilkul nahin।

⁷¹However, they don't know Him at all.

⁶⁴kehte bhi hain usne paida kiya। ⁶⁵aakhreen bhi unko jaanenge ya nahin?

⁷²They even say that He created them, but would they eventually come to know Him or not?

⁶⁶ant mein gaayan karte hain he bhagwan teri leela aparmaapaar hai।

⁷³At the end, they sing the praise: O God, Your divine activities are limitless.

⁶⁷mahima gaai hui hai।

⁷⁴This praise has been sung.

⁶⁸tum jaante ho baap nahin hota to srishti chakra ka raaz kaun samjhaata, kaun hamko chakravarti banaata?

⁷⁵You know that if the Father didn’t come, who would tell you the secrets of the world cycle? ⁷⁶Who would make you into rulers of the globe?

⁶⁹ab sangam par tum sada ke liye duhkh se chhootne ka prayatna kar rahe ho।

⁷⁷Now, at the confluence age, you are making effort to be liberated from sorrow for all time.

⁷⁰sangamayug koi bada nahin hai।

⁷⁸The confluence age is not long.

⁷¹apna yeh naya janma hai।

⁷⁹This is our new birth.

⁷²yeh chhota sa yug hai - ham bachchon ke purushaartha ke liye।

⁸⁰It is a short age for us children to make effort.

⁷³bada imtahaan hai।

⁸¹The examination is very important.

⁷⁴inki subject sabhi imtahaanon se nyaari hai।

⁸²The subjects are different from all other examinations.

⁷⁵paanch vikaaron par jeet paani hai।

⁸³You have to conquer the five vices.

⁷⁶bahut manushya kehte hain pavitra rehna to asambhav hai। ⁷⁷grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte hue maaya ko jeetna to bada mushkil hai।

⁸⁴Many people say that it is impossible to remain pure, that it is very difficult to conquer Maya while living at home with their family.

⁷⁸samajhte hain aisa ustaad to mil na sake।

⁸⁵They believe that they could never find such a Master.

⁷⁹sannyaasi bhi gharbaar chhodne bigar pavitra rah nahin sakte।

⁸⁶Sannyasis cannot remain pure without leaving their homes and families.

⁸⁰to baap is maaya par jeet paane ki yukti bataate hain। ⁸¹jaise kalpa pahle bhi sikhaai thi।

⁸⁷So, the Father shows you ways to conquer this Maya, just as He taught you a cycle ago.

⁸²jab baba sikhaate hain tab ham bhagat se gyaani bante hain।

⁸⁸When the Father teaches us devotees, we become knowledgeable ones.

⁸³isko hi bhaarat ka praacheen gyaan aur yog kaha jaata hai।

⁸⁹This is called the ancient knowledge and yoga of Bharat.

⁸⁴isko duniya mein koi bhi nahin jaante।

⁹⁰No one in the world knows it.

⁸⁵baap samjhaate hain yeh gyaan praayahlop ho jaata hai aur yeh devta dharma bhi lop ho jaata hai।

⁹¹The Father explains that this knowledge disappears and that even that deity religion disappears.

⁸⁶drama mein hi aisa hai।

⁹²It is like that in the drama.

⁸⁷jab praayahlop ho jaae, srishti duhkhi ho tab to bhagwan aakar phir se sthaapan kare।

⁹³It is only when it disappears and the world becomes unhappy then God comes and establishes it once again.

⁸⁸yeh bhi koi ko pata nahin ki kaliyug ki aayu kab poori hoti hai।

⁹⁴No one knows when it is the end of the iron age.

⁸⁹tum hi baap ko aur is drama ke aadi madhya ant ko jaante ho।

⁹⁵Only you know the Father and the beginning, the middle and the end of this drama.

⁹⁰dekhne mein kitne saadhaaran ho - kubjaaen-ahilyaayen।

⁹⁶To look at, you are all ordinary, hunchbacked and with stone intellects but the knowledge is so elevated!

⁹¹parantu knowledge kitni oonchi hai।

⁹⁷You know the cycle of all your 84 births.

⁹²apne saare 84 janmon ke chakra ko tum jaanti ho।

⁹⁸If someone remembers Baba even a little, that too is good.

⁹³thoda bhi koi yaad kare to bhi achha। ⁹⁴parantu koi prashn poochhe aur uttar dena na aaye to bolna chaahiye ki ham abhi padh rahe hain। ⁹⁵hamse bahut teekhe hain। ⁹⁶woh aapko achhi reeti samjha sakenge।

⁹⁹However, if someone asks you a question and you don't know how to answer it, you should tell that person that you are still studying, that there are others who are much cleverer than you and that they will be able to explain to you very well.

⁹⁷apna ahankaar nahin rakhna chaahiye।

¹⁰⁰You mustn't have ego.

⁹⁸kah dena chaahiye, hamaari badi behen ji bahut teekhi hain। ⁹⁹aap phir koi samay aana to woh samjhaayengi।

¹⁰¹You should tell that person that your senior sister is very clever and that if he or she comes at some other time, she will explain.

¹⁰⁰samjho koi aisa prashn nikalta hai to teekhi bhi uska uttar nahin de sakti to bolna chaahiye ham sab padh rahe hain। ¹⁰¹ant tak padhte rahenge।

¹⁰²For instance, if someone asks a question, which even a clever sister cannot answer, you should say: We are all still studying and will continue to study till the end.

¹⁰²guhya se guhya knowledge sunte rahenge।

¹⁰³We will continue to listen to the deepest knowledge of all.

¹⁰³yeh point abhi hamko samjhaai nahin gai hai।

¹⁰⁴This point has not yet been explained to us.

¹⁰⁴yeh to zaroor hai, itna samay jo pada hai to zaroor ajun guhya point rahi hui hain, jo sunaate rahenge।

¹⁰⁵However, it is certain that, although we have been studying for so long, some very deep points still remain and that Baba will continue to explain them.

¹⁰⁵school mein bhi dheere-dheere padhaaya jaata hai।

¹⁰⁶At schools, too, they teach you gradually.

¹⁰⁶aise thode hi ek hi din mein saari knowledge mil jaati hai।

¹⁰⁷It isn't that you receive all the knowledge in just one day.

¹⁰⁷vaise yahaan bhi padhaai mein, yog lagaane mein, aap samaan banaane mein samay lagta hai।

¹⁰⁸In the same way, here, too, it takes time to study, to have yoga and to make others the same as yourselves.

¹⁰⁸baap din-pratidin sahaj kar samjhaate hain।

¹⁰⁹The Father makes it very easy and explains to you day by day.

¹⁰⁹bhagwan ek hai, unko hi sab yaad karte hain।

¹¹⁰God is One and everyone remembers Him.

¹¹⁰bhagwan hi heaven sthaapan karte hain to zaroor devta banaane ke liye sangam par hi raajayog sikhaayenge।

¹¹¹God alone establishes heaven, and so He would definitely teach Raja Yoga at the confluence age to make you into deities.

¹¹¹to manners bhi aise chaahiye।

¹¹²Therefore, good manners are also required.

¹¹²jab paap khatma hon tab to vijay maala ka daana banen।

¹¹³Only when all your sins have ended can you become a bead of the rosary of victory.

¹¹³time lagta hai।

¹¹⁴It takes time.

¹¹⁴yeh hai suhaavna sangam ka mela।

¹¹⁵This is the beautiful gathering of the confluence age.

¹¹⁵samjhaana hai saari duniya ke manushya bhagat hain।

¹¹⁶You have to explain that all human beings of the whole world are devotees.

¹¹⁶saadhna karte hain bhagwan ke liye ki woh paramatma aakar sabhi ko vaapis le jaaye। ¹¹⁷mukti jeevanmukti ka gyaan de deve, devta dharma ki sthaapna kare।

¹¹⁷They make spiritual endeavour to find God, for God to come and take everyone back, for Him to give the knowledge of liberation and liberation-in-life and to establish the deity religion.

¹¹⁸sannyaasi to samajhte hain sukh kaag vishta samaan hai।

¹¹⁸Sannyasis believe that happiness is like the droppings of a crow.

¹¹⁹so to zaroor is duniya ka sukh aisa hai।

¹¹⁹Yes, the happiness of this world is definitely like that.

¹²⁰parantu kya bhaarat mein kabhi sukh nahin tha।

¹²⁰However, was there never happiness in Bharat?

¹²¹sannyaasi to pasanda karte hain mukti ko।

¹²¹Sannyasis prefer liberation.

¹²²woh kabhi jeevanmukti ka gyaan de na sake।

¹²²They can never give the knowledge of liberation-in-life.

¹²³bhagwan ko hi aakar raajayog sikhaana hai।

¹²³God alone has to come to teach Raj Yoga.

¹²⁴sannyaasiyon ko nahin sikhaana hai kyonki woh koi aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma sthaapan nahin karte hain।

¹²⁴Sannyasis don't have to teach it because they don't establish the original, eternal deity religion.

¹²⁵abhi sab kehte bhi hain ki ek mat ho।

¹²⁵Now, everyone wants there to be one direction.

¹²⁶parantu is duniya mein to ekmat ho na sake।

¹²⁶However, there cannot be one direction in this world.

¹²⁷athaah maten hain। ¹²⁸maata pita, bhaai behen, kaaka maama aadi sabhi anek mat dene vaale hain।

¹²⁷There are innumerable opinions: mother and father, brother and sister, maternal uncle and paternal uncle all give different directions.

¹²⁹ab un par nahin chalna hai। ¹³⁰ek ki hi shreemat par chalna hai।

¹²⁸You must no longer follow them; follow the shrimat of only the One.

¹³¹bhagwan aakar ek shreemat dete hain to phir ek mat ki raajdhaani ho jaati hai।

¹²⁹God comes and gives one shrimat, and so there is a kingdom created for those who follow the one direction.

¹³²devi-devtaayen sadaiv ksheerkhanda rehte hain।

¹³⁰Deities constantly live like milk and sugar.

¹³³yahaan to bahut ladte jhagadte rehte hain।

¹³¹Here, many continue to fight and quarrel.

¹³⁴shaastron mein bhi hai ki kaurav paandav din mein ladte the, raat ko ksheerkhanda ho jaate the।

¹³²It is mentioned in the scriptures that the Kauravas and the Pandavas fought one another during the day and lived like milk and sugar at night.

¹³⁵yahaan bhi bachche samajhte hain ki hamaare mein krodh ka ansh aa gaya।

¹³³Here, too, children understand when they have a trace of anger in them.

¹³⁶baba ham aapse maaphi maangate hain।

¹³⁴They say: Baba, I am asking You for forgiveness.

¹³⁷to tumko bhi dekhna chaahiye - saare din mein kisko duhkh to nahin diya?

¹³⁵So, you should also check that you don't cause sorrow for anyone throughout the day.

¹³⁸kisse matbhed mein to nahin aaye?

¹³⁶Did you have any conflict with anyone?

¹³⁹kisse evil to nahin bola, jisse koi ko duhkh hua ho?

¹³⁷You didn't say anything evil to someone, something that hurt that person, did you?

¹⁴⁰evil to kabhi nahin sunna chaahiye, aisa kuchh dekha, suna to baap ko batlaana chaahiye।

¹³⁸You must never listen to anything evil. ¹³⁹If you see or hear anything like that, you should tell the Father about it.

¹⁴¹baap hi bachchon ko sab samjhaate hain।

¹⁴⁰The Father has to explain everything.

¹⁴²nahin to aadat pakki ho jaae।

¹⁴¹Otherwise, that habit will become strong.

¹⁴³koi mein koi bhi gandi aadat hai to chhod dena chaahiye, nahin to pad bhrashta ho padenge।

¹⁴²If any of you have any bad habits, you should renounce them, otherwise, your status would be destroyed.

¹⁴⁴baadshaahi ke aage praja ke naukar chaakar gareeb hi kahenge na।

¹⁴³Compared to the sovereignty, the maids and servants of the subjects would be called poor.

¹⁴⁵yeh majdoor log kya hain?

¹⁴⁴Who are all the labourers?

¹⁴⁶vahaan bhi makaan banaane vaale to honge na।

¹⁴⁵There will be those who build buildings there too.

¹⁴⁷to baap samjhaate hain kabhi loonpaani nahin hona chaahiye।

¹⁴⁶So, the Father explains that you must never become like salt water.

¹⁴⁸krodh karna bahut bura hai।

¹⁴⁷It is very bad to become angry.

¹⁴⁹janma-janmaantar ke sukh ko lakeer lag jaati hai।

¹⁴⁸If you do, you cross out your line of happiness for birth after birth.

¹⁵⁰apne oopar raham karte raho।

¹⁴⁹Continue to have mercy for yourselves.

¹⁵¹gyaan maarga mein manners bahut achhe chaahiye।

¹⁵⁰Very good manners are required on the path of knowledge.

¹⁵²paanch bhooton ko bhagaate raho।

¹⁵¹Continue to chase away the five evil spirits.

¹⁵³baap shreemat dete hain aur kya karenge।

¹⁵²The Father gives you shrimat; what else would He do?

¹⁵⁴bahut likhte bhi hain ki baba hamaara krodh chhoot gaya hai। ¹⁵⁵beedi peena aadi gandi aadten chhoot gai hain।

¹⁵³Many write to Baba and say that they have renounced their anger, that they have become free from bad habits and smoking, etc.

¹⁵⁶to goya apne par raham kiya na।

¹⁵⁴So, that is having mercy on oneself, is it not?

¹⁵⁷ab heavenly god father svarga ka pad praapta karaane hamko padha rahe hain।

¹⁵⁵Now, Heavenly God, the Father, is teaching us and enabling us to claim a status in heaven.

¹⁵⁸aisa buddhi mein aata hai?

¹⁵⁶Does this enter your intellects?

¹⁵⁹yeh nasha rehna chaahiye।

¹⁵⁷You should have this intoxication.

¹⁶⁰jitna yaad karenge utni khushi rahegi।

¹⁵⁸The more you stay in remembrance, the more happiness you will have.

¹⁶¹bhal bhagwan ko sabhi to nahin jaante parantu na jaante bhi kalyaan to sabhi ka hona hai।

¹⁵⁹Not everyone knows God, but even though they do not know Him, everyone has to be benefitted.

¹⁶²sabhi ko yeh pata pad jaae ki bhagwan aaya hai to yahaan bheed mach jaae।

¹⁶⁰If everyone were to come to know that God has come, there would be a big crowd here.
