¹Mīṭhē bachchē - «  ēk dō kō khuśhī key|kī khurāk khilātē rahō , sadā khuśhmauz mē̃ rahnā aur khuśhī bāṇṭnā , yahī hai jab-radasta khātirī karnā ' '

¹Essence: Sweet children, continue to serve one another the nourishment of happiness. ²To stay constantly happy and in pleasure and to share that happiness is the most powerful hospitality.

²Praśhna  : apnī ūñchī avasthā banānē key|kī vidhi kyā hai  ? ³Kin mukhya bātō̃ kā dhyān rakhnā hai  ?

³Question: What is the way to elevate your stage? ⁴What main things do you have to pay attention to?

⁴Uttar  : ūñchī avasthā banānī hai tō 1 - naṣhṭōmōhā bannē key|kī himmat rakhnī hai . ⁵2 - apnā chart rakhnā hai ki bābā kō yād kartē samay unsē kyā-kyā bātē̃ key|kī  ?

⁵Answer: In order to make your stage elevated, 1) Have the courage to be a conqueror of attachment. ⁶2) Keep your chart of what you talked to Baba about while remembering Him and for how long you remembered Him.

⁶Kitnā samay yād kiyā  ? ⁷3 - nīnd kō jītnē vālā bannā hai .

⁷3) You have to be a conqueror of sleep.

⁸4 - purānē śharīr key|kī sambhāl bhī karnī hai phir isē bhūlnā bhī hai .

⁸4) You have to look after your old body and also forget it.

⁹5 - daivī svabhāv banānā hai .

⁹5) Make your nature divine.

¹⁰Svabhāv K|kē vaśhībhūt hōkar kisī kō bhī satānā nahī̃ hai .

¹⁰Do not be influenced by your nature and thereby harass anyone.

¹¹6 - sab defect nikāl pure diamond bannā hai .

¹¹6) Remove all defects and become a pure diamond.

¹²7 - sabkō sukh dēnē vālā khuśhbūdār fool|phūl bannā hai .

¹²7) Become a fragrant flower that gives happiness to everyone.

¹³Ōm śhānti .

¹³Om shanti.

¹⁴Gyān kā tīsrā nētra dēnē vālā rūhānī bāp baiṭh rūhānī bachchō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ .

¹⁴The spiritual Father who gives each of you a third eye of knowledge sits and explains to you spiritual children.

¹⁵Gyān kā tīsrā nētra sivāē bāp K|kē aur kōī dē nahī̃ saktā .

¹⁵No one, apart from the Father, can give you a third eye of knowledge.

¹⁶Abhī tum bachchō̃ kō gyān kā tīsrā nētra milā hai .

¹⁶Each of you children has received a third eye of knowledge.

¹⁷Abhī tum bachchē jāntē hō abhī yah purānī duniyā badalnē vālī hai .

¹⁷You know that this old world is now to change.

¹⁸Bichārē manuṣhya nahī̃ jāntē ki kaun badlānē vālā hai aur kaisē badlātē haĩ kyōṅki unhō̃ kō gyān kā tīsrā nētra hī nahī̃ hai .

¹⁸The poor helpless people do not know how or who is going to change it, because they do not even have a third eye of knowledge.

¹⁹Tum bachchō̃ kō abhī gyān kā tīsrā nētra milā hai jissē tum sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē ādi madhya ant kō jān gayē hō .

¹⁹Each of you children has now received a third eye of knowledge with which you now know the beginning, middle and end of the world.

²⁰Yah hai gyān key|kī saccharin .

²⁰This is the saccharine of knowledge.

²¹Saccharin key|kī ēk būnd bhī kitnī mīṭhī hōtī hai .

²¹Even one drop of saccharine is so sweet.

²²Gyān kā bhī ēk hī akṣhar hai manmanābhav .

²²Similarly, the one word of knowledge is “Manmanabhav”.

²³Sabhī sē kitnā mīṭhā hai .

²³It is sweeter than everything else.

²⁴Apnē kō ātmā samajh aur bāp kō yād karō .

²⁴Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

²⁵Bāp śhāntidhām aur sukhdhām kā rāstā batā rahē haĩ .

²⁵The Father is showing you the path to the land of peace and the land of happiness.

²⁶Bāp āyē haĩ bachchō̃ kō svarg kā varsā dēnē .

²⁶The Father has come to give you children the inheritance of heaven.

²⁷Tō bachchō̃ kō kitnī khuśhī rahnī chāhiē .

²⁷So, you children should have so much happiness.

²⁸Kahtē bhī haĩ khuśhī jaisī khurāk nahī̃ .

²⁸It is said: There is no nourishment like happiness.

²⁹Jō sadaiv khuśhī mauj mē̃ rahtē haĩ unkē liē vah jaisē khurāk hōtī hai .

²⁹For those who remain constantly happy and in pleasure, it is as though it is nourishment for them.

³⁰21 janm mauj mē̃ rahnē key|kī yah jabardast khurāk hai .

³⁰This is a very powerful nourishment to remain in pleasure for 21 births.

³¹Yah khurāk sadaiv ēk dō kō khilātē rahō .

³¹Continue to serve one another this nourishment.

³²Ēk dō key|kī jabardast khātirī yah karnī hai .

³²Offer this powerful hospitality to one another.

³³Aisī khātirī aur kōī manuṣhya , manuṣhya kī kar na sakē .

³³No other human being can offer this type of hospitality to anyone else.

³⁴Tum śhrīmat par sabhī key|kī rūhānī khātirī kartē hō .

³⁴You children offer spiritual hospitality to everyone according to shrimat.

³⁵Sachchī-sachchī khuśh-khairāphat bhī yah hai kiskō bāp kā parichay dēnā .

³⁵True welfare is also to give someone the Father’s introduction.

³⁶Mīṭhē bachchē jāntē haĩ bēhad K|kē bāp dvārā hamkō jīvanmukti key|kī khurāk miltī hai .

³⁶Sweet children you know that you are to receive the nourishment of liberation-in-life from the unlimited Father.

³⁷Satyug mē̃ bhārat jīvanmukt thā , pāvan thā .

³⁷In the golden age, Bharat was liberated-in-life and pure.

³⁸Bāp bahut baṛī ūñch khurāk dētē haĩ , tab tō gāyan hai atīndriya sukh pūchhnā hō tō gōp-gōpiyō̃ sē pūchhō .

³⁸The Father is giving you great and elevated nourishment. ³⁹This is why there is the praise: If you want to know about supersensuous joy, ask the gopes and gopis.

³⁹Yah gyān aur yōg key|kī kitnī first class wonderful khurāk hai . ⁴⁰Aur yah khurāk ēk hī rūhānī surgeon kē pās hai .

⁴⁰This is such first-class, wonderful nourishment of knowledge and yoga and only the one spiritual Surgeon has it.

⁴¹Aur kiskō is khurāk kā mālūm hī nahī̃ hai .

⁴¹No one else even knows about this nourishment.

⁴²Bāp kahtē haĩ mīṭhē bachchō̃ tumhārē liē tirī ( hathēlī ) par saugāt lē āyā hū̃ .

⁴²The Father says: Sweet children, I have brought a gift for you on the palm of My hand.

⁴³Mukti , jīvanmukti key|kī yah saugāt mērē pās|pass hī rahtī hai , kalp-kalp maĩ hī ākar tumkō dētā hū̃ phir rāvaṇ chhīn lētā hai .

⁴³Only I keep this gift of liberation and liberation-in-life. ⁴⁴Every cycle, I come and give it to you. ⁴⁵Ravan then snatches it away from you.

⁴⁴Tō abhī tum bachchō̃ kō kitnā khuśhī kā pārā chaṛhā rahnā chāhiē .

⁴⁶So, the mercury of happiness of you children should rise so high.

⁴⁵Tum jāntē hō hamārā ēk hī bāp , teacher aur sachchā-sachchā sadgurū hai jō hamkō sāth lē jātē haĩ .

⁴⁷You know that your one Father is also the Teacher and the true Satguru who will take you back with Him.

⁴⁶Most beloved bāp sē viśhva kī bādśhāhī miltī hai .

⁴⁸You receive the sovereignty of the world from the most beloved Father.

⁴⁷Yah cum|kam bāt hai kyā  !

⁴⁹Is this a small thing?

⁴⁸Sadaiv harṣhit rahnā chāhiē .

⁵⁰So, you should remain constantly happy.

⁴⁹Godly student life is the best .

⁵¹Godly student life is the best.

⁵⁰Yah abhī kā hī gāyan hai nā .

⁵²That praise is of this time.

⁵¹Phir naī duniyā mē̃ bhī tum sadaiv khuśhiyā̃ manātē rahē̃gē .

⁵³Then, in the new world too, you will always be celebrating in happiness.

⁵²Duniyā nahī̃ jāntī ki sachchī-sachchī khuśhiyā̃ kab manāī jāyēṅgī .

⁵⁴The world doesn’t know when true happiness is celebrated.

⁵³Manuṣhyō̃ kō tō satyug kā gyān hī nahī̃ hai tō yahā̃ hī manātē rahtē haĩ .

⁵⁵People don’t have any knowledge of the golden age. ⁵⁶So, they continue to celebrate here.

⁵⁴Parantu is purānī tamōpradhān duniyā mē̃ khuśhī kahā̃ sē I|āī|eye .

⁵⁷However, where can happiness come from in this tamopradhan world?

⁵⁵Yahā̃ tō trāhi-trāhi kartē rahtē haĩ .

⁵⁸People here continue to cry out in distress.

⁵⁶Kitnā duḥkh key|kī duniyā hai .

⁵⁹This is a world of such sorrow.

⁵⁷Bāp tum bachchō̃ kō kitnā sahaj rāstā batātē haĩ .

⁶⁰The Father is showing you children such an easy path.

⁵⁸Gr̥ihastha vyavahār mē̃ rahtē kamal fool|phūl samān rahō .

⁶¹While living at home with your families, live like a lotus flower.

⁵⁹Dhandhā-dhōrī ādi kartē bhī mujhē yād kartē rahō . ⁶⁰Jaisē āśhuk aur māśhuk hōtē haĩ . ⁶¹Vah tō ēk dō kō yād kartē rahtē haĩ . ⁶²Vah unkā āśhik , vah unkā māśhuk hōtā hai .

⁶²Even while doing your business, etc. continue to remember Me, just like a lover and beloved continue to remember one another, one is the lover and the other is the beloved.

⁶³Yahā̃ yah bāt nahī̃ hai yahā̃ tō tum sabhī ēk māśhuk K|kē janma-janmāntar sē āśhik hō rahtē hō .

⁶³Here, it is not like that. ⁶⁴Here, all of you are lovers of the one Beloved for birth after birth.

⁶⁴Bāp kab tumhārā āśhik nahī̃ bantā .

⁶⁵The Father never becomes a lover.

⁶⁵Tum us māśhuk kō ānē liē yād kartē āyē hō .

⁶⁶You have been remembering that Beloved in order to meet Him.

⁶⁶Jab duḥkh jāstī hōtā hai tō jāstī sumiraṇ kartē haĩ .

⁶⁷When you experience more sorrow, you remember Him more.

⁶⁷Tab tō gāyan bhī hai duḥkh mē̃ sumiraṇ sab karaĩ , sukh mē̃ karē na kōy .

⁶⁸It is remembered: Everyone remembers Him in times of sorrow but no one remembers Him in times of happiness.

⁶⁸Is samay bāp bhī sarvśhaktivān hai . ⁶⁹Din-pratidin māyā bhī sarvśhaktivān tamōpradhān hōtī jātī hai isliē ab bāp kahtē haĩ mīṭhē bachchē dēhī-abhimānī banō .

⁶⁹At this time, the Father is the Almighty Authority, the One with all powers and so, day by day, Maya too is becoming a tamopradhan almighty authority. ⁷⁰This is why the Father now says: Sweet children, become soul conscious.

⁷⁰Apnē kō ātmā samajh mujh bāp kō yād karō aur sāth-sāth daivīguṇ bhī dhāraṇ karō tum aisē ( lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ ) ban jāyēṅgē .

⁷¹Consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me, your Father and, together with that, also imbibe divine virtues and you will become like them (Lakshmi and Narayan).

⁷¹Is paṛhāī mē̃ mukhya bāt hai hī yād kī .

⁷²In this study, the main thing is remembrance.

⁷²Ūñch tē ūñch bāp kō bahut pyār , snēh sē yād karnā chāhiē .

⁷³You should remember the highest-on-high Father with a lot of love and affection.

⁷³Vah ūñch tē ūñch bāp hī naī duniyā sthāpan karnē vālā hai .

⁷⁴It is that highest-on-high Father who will establish the new world.

⁷⁴Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ āyā hū̃ tum bachchō̃ kō viśhva kā mālik banānē isliē ab mujhē yād karō tō tumhārē anēk janmō̃ K|kē pāp kaṭ jāyē̃ .

⁷⁵The Father says: I have come to make you children into the masters of the world. ⁷⁶Therefore, now remember Me and the sins of your innumerable births will be cut away.

⁷⁵Patit pāvan bāp kahtē haĩ tum bahut patit ban gayē hō isliē ab tum mujhē yād karō tō tum pāvan ban aur pāvan duniyā kā mālik ban jāyēṅgē .

⁷⁷The Purifier Father says: You have become very impure and this is why you must now remember Me and you will become pure and the masters of the pure world.

⁷⁶Patit-pāvan bāp kō hī bulātē haĩ nā .

⁷⁸People call out to the Purifier Father.

⁷⁷Ab bāp āyē haĩ tō jarūr pāvan bannā paṛē .

⁷⁹Now, the Father has come and so you definitely have to become pure.

⁷⁸Bāp duḥkhhartā , sukhkartā hai .

⁸⁰The Father is the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness.

⁷⁹Barōbar satyug mē̃ pāvan duniyā thī tō sabhī sukhī hī thē .

⁸¹Truly, there was the pure world in the golden age and so everyone was happy.

⁸⁰Ab bāp phir sē kahtē haĩ bachchē śhāntidhām aur sukhdhām kō yād kartē rahō .

⁸²The Father says once again: Children, continue to remember the land of peace and the land of happiness.

⁸¹Abhī hai saṅgamyug .

⁸³It is now the confluence age.

⁸²Khivaiyā tumkō is pār sē us pār lē jātē haĩ .

⁸⁴The Boatman is taking you from this side to the other side.

⁸³Naīyā kōī ēk nahī̃ , sārī duniyā jaisē ēk baṛā jahāj hai , unkō pār lē jātē haĩ .

⁸⁵It is not just a matter of one boat, but it is as though the whole world is one big ship and He takes that across.

⁸⁴Bāp mīṭhē-mīṭhē bachchō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ apnē kō ātmā samajh bāp kō yād karō .

⁸⁶The Father explains to you sweetest children: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

⁸⁵Tum bhī bāp key|kī service mē̃ lag jāō .

⁸⁷You can also engage yourselves in doing the Father’s service.

⁸⁶On god fatherly service .

⁸⁸On Godfatherly service.

⁸⁷Bāp hī tumkō viśhva kā mālik banānē āyē haĩ .

⁸⁹The Father Himself comes to make you into the masters of the world.

⁸⁸Jō achchhā puruṣhārth kartē haĩ unkō mahāvīr kahā jātā hai .

⁹⁰Those who make effort very well are called mahavirs. ⁹¹It is seen who are the mahavirs who follow Baba’s directions.

⁸⁹Dēkhā jātā hai kaun mahāvīr haĩ jō bābā K|kē direction par chaltē haĩ .

⁹²The Father’s order is: Consider yourselves to be souls and see others as your brothers.

⁹⁰Bāp kā pharmān hai apnē kō ātmā samajh bhāī-bhāī dēkhō .

⁹³Forget those bodies. ⁹⁴Even Baba doesn’t look at bodies.

⁹¹Is śharīr kō bhūl jāō .

⁹⁵The Father says: I look at souls.

⁹²Bābā bhī is śharīr kō nahī̃ dēkhtē haĩ .

⁹⁶You know that a soul cannot speak without a body.

⁹³Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ ātmāō̃ kō dēkhtā hū̃ .

⁹⁷I too have entered this body, I have taken it on loan.

⁹⁴Bākī yah tō gyān hai ki ātmā śharīr bigar bōl nahī̃ saktī .

⁹⁸A soul can only study through a body. ⁹⁹Baba’s seat is here (on the forehead).

⁹⁵Maĩ bhī is śharīr mē̃ āyā hū̃ .

¹⁰⁰This is an immortal throne.

⁹⁶Loan liyā huā hai .

¹⁰¹A soul is an immortal image.

⁹⁷Śharīr kē sāth hī ātmā paṛh saktī hai .

¹⁰²A soul never grows bigger or smaller; a body is small or big.

⁹⁸Bābā key|kī baiṭhak yahā̃ hai . ⁹⁹Yah hai akāl takht .

¹⁰³The thrones of all the souls is the centre of their foreheads.

¹⁰⁰Ātmā akālmūrt hai .

¹⁰⁴The bodies of all are different.

¹⁰¹Ātmā kab chhōṭī baṛī nahī̃ hōtī hai , śharīr chhōṭā baṛā hōtā hai .

¹⁰⁵The immortal thrones of some are of a male and of others, they are of a female.

¹⁰²Jō bhī ātmāyē̃ haĩ un sabhī kā takht yah bhrakuṭī kā bīch hai .

¹⁰⁶The immortal thrones of some are those of a child.

¹⁰³Śharīr tō sabhī K|kē bhinn-bhinn hōtē haĩ .

¹⁰⁷The Father sits here and teaches you children spiritual drill.

¹⁰⁴Kiskō akāl takht puruṣh kā hai , kiskā akāl takht strī kā hai .

¹⁰⁸Whenever you speak to anyone, first of all consider yourself to be a soul.

¹⁰⁵Kiskā akāl takht bachchē kā hai .

¹⁰⁹I, the soul, am speaking to my brother so-and-so.

¹⁰⁶Bāp baiṭh bachchō̃ kō rūhānī drill sikhlātē haĩ .

¹¹⁰I am giving him the Father’s message: Remember Shiv Baba.

¹⁰⁷Jab kōī sē bāt karō tō pahlē apnē kō ātmā samjhō .

¹¹¹Only by having remembrance will the rust be removed.

¹⁰⁸Ham ātmā phalānē bhāī sē bāt kartē haĩ .

¹¹²The value of gold is reduced when alloy is mixed into it.

¹⁰⁹Bāp kā paigām dētē haĩ ki śhivbābā kō yād karō .

¹¹³You souls have also become valueless, because you souls have become rusty.

¹¹⁰Yād sē hī junk utarnī hai .

¹¹⁴You now have to become pure once again.

¹¹¹Sōnē mē̃ jab alloy paṛtī hai tō sōnē key|kī value kam hō jātī hai .

¹¹⁵Each of you souls has now received a third eye of knowledge. ¹¹⁶Look at your brothers with that eye.

¹¹²Tum ātmāō̃ mē̃ bhī junk paṛnē sē tum valueless hō gayē hō .

¹¹⁷By looking at others as brothers, your physical organs will not cause mischief.

¹¹³Ab phir pāvan bannā hai . ¹¹⁴Tum ātmāō̃ kō ab gyān kā tīsrā nētra milā hai .

¹¹⁸If you want to claim your fortune of the kingdom and become a master of the world, then make this effort.

¹¹⁵Us nētra sē apnē bhāīyō̃ kō dēkhō . ¹¹⁶Bhāī-bhāī kō dēkhnē sē karmēndriyā̃ kab chañchal nahī̃ hōṅgī .

¹¹⁹Give knowledge to everyone while considering them to be your brothers and then this habit will become firm.

¹¹⁷Rāj-bhāg lēnā hai , viśhva kā mālik bannā hai tō yah mēhnat karō . ¹¹⁸Bhāī-bhāī samajh sabhī kō gyān dō .

¹²⁰All of you are true brothers. ¹²¹The Father has come from up above and you have also come from there.

¹¹⁹Tō phir yah ṭēv ( ādat ) pakkī hō jāyēgī .

¹²²The Father is doing service together with you children.

¹²⁰Sachchē-sachchē brothers tum sabhī hō .

¹²³He is giving you the courage to do service.

¹²¹Bāp bhī ūpar sē āyē haĩ , tum bhī āyē hō .

¹²⁴When a child has courage, the Father helps.

¹²²Bāp bachchō̃ sahit service kar rahē haĩ .

¹²⁵So you have to practise: I, the soul, am teaching my brother.

¹²³Service karnē key|kī bāp himmat dētē haĩ .

¹²⁶It is the soul that is studying.

¹²⁴Himmatē mardā … tō yah practice karnī hai . ¹²⁵Maĩ ātmā bhāī kō paṛhātā hū̃ .

¹²⁷This is called spiritual knowledge which you receive from the spiritual Father.

¹²⁶Ātmā paṛhtī hai nā . ¹²⁷Iskō spiritual knowledge kahā jātā hai . ¹²⁸Jō rūhānī bāp sē hī miltī hai .

¹²⁸Only at the confluence age does the Father come and give this knowledge: Consider yourself to be a soul.

¹²⁹Saṅgam par hī bāp ākar yah knowledge dētē haĩ ki apnē kō ātmā samjhō .

¹²⁹You came naked and then adopted that body here and have played your part of 84 births.

¹³⁰Tum naṅgē āyē thē phir yahā̃ śharīr dhāraṇ kar tumnē 84 janm part bajāyā hai .

¹³⁰You now have to return home. ¹³¹Therefore, consider yourself to be a soul and have the vision of brotherhood.

¹³¹Ab phir vāpis chalnā hai isliē apnē kō ātmā samajh bhāī kī dr̥iṣhṭi sē dēkhnā hai .

¹³²You have to make this effort. ¹³³You have to make effort for yourself; what does it matter to you what others do?

¹³²Yah mēhnat karnī hai .

¹³⁴Charity begins at home.

¹³³Apnī mēhnat karnī hai , dūsrē mē̃ hamārā kyā jātā . ¹³⁴Charity begins at home arthāt pahlē khud kō ātmā samajh phir bhāīyō̃ kō samjhāō .

¹³⁵This means that you first of all have to consider yourself to be a soul and explain to your brothers and the arrow will then strike the target very well.

¹³⁵Tō achchhī rīti tīr lagēgā .

¹³⁶You have to fill them with this power.

¹³⁶Yah jauhar bharnā hai . ¹³⁷Mēhnat karē̃gē tab hī ūñch pad pāyēṅgē .

¹³⁷Only when you make effort will you claim elevated fruit.

¹³⁸Kuchh sahan bhī karnā paṛtā hai .

¹³⁸You also have to tolerate a little.

¹³⁹Kōī ulṭī-sulṭī bāt bōlē tō tum chup rahō .

¹³⁹When someone tells you wrong things, just remain quiet.

¹⁴⁰Tum chup rahē̃gē tō phir dūsrā kyā karēgā .

¹⁴⁰When you remain quiet, what can the other person do?

¹⁴¹Tālī dō hāth sē bajtī hai .

¹⁴¹Only when there are two hands can you clap.

¹⁴²Ēk nē mukh key|kī tālī bajāī , dūsrā chup kar dē tō vah āpēhī chup hō jāyēṅgē .

¹⁴²If one says something and the other one remains quiet, the first one will naturally become quiet.

¹⁴³Tālī sē tālī bajnē sē āvāj hō jātā hai .

¹⁴³When the two hands clap (when there is conflict), there is sound.

¹⁴⁴Bachchō̃ kō ēk dō kā kalyāṇ karnā hai .

¹⁴⁴Children have to benefit one another.

¹⁴⁵Bāp samjhātē haĩ bachchē sadaiv khuśhī mē̃ rahnē chāhtē hō tō manmanābhav .

¹⁴⁵The Father explains: Children, if you want to stay in constant happiness, become “Manmanabhav”.

¹⁴⁶Apnē kō ātmā samajh bāp kō yād karō .

¹⁴⁶Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

¹⁴⁷Bhāīyō̃ ( ātmāō̃ ) taraph dēkhō .

¹⁴⁷Look at your brothers, souls.

¹⁴⁸Bhāīyō̃ kō bhī yah knowledge dō .

¹⁴⁸Give this knowledge to your brothers too.

¹⁴⁹Yah ṭēv ( ādat ) paṛ jānē sē phir kab criminal eye dhōkhā nahī̃ dē̃gī .

¹⁴⁹By your instilling this habit, the criminal eye will never deceive you.

¹⁵⁰Gyān K|kē tīsrē nētra sē tīsrē nētra kō dēkhō .

¹⁵⁰Look at each third eye of knowledge, the soul.

¹⁵¹Bābā bhī tumhārī ātmā kō hī dēkhtē haĩ .

¹⁵¹Baba too only looks at you, you souls.

¹⁵²Kōśhiśh yah karnī hai sadaiv ātmā kō hī dēkhē̃ .

¹⁵²You have to try to look constantly at the soul alone.

¹⁵³Śharīr kō dēkhē̃ hī nahī̃ .

¹⁵³Do not even look at the body.

¹⁵⁴Yōg karātē hō tō bhī apnē kō ātmā samajh bhāīyō̃ kō dēkhtē rahē̃gē tō service achchhī hōgī .

¹⁵⁴When conducting yoga, if you consider yourself to be a soul and continue to look at your brothers, good service will take place.

¹⁵⁵Bābā nē kahā hai bhāīyō̃ kō samjhāō .

¹⁵⁵Baba has said: Explain to your brothers.

¹⁵⁶Bhāī sabhī bāp sē varsā lētē haĩ .

¹⁵⁶All brothers claim their inheritance from the Father.

¹⁵⁷Yah rūhānī knowledge ēk hī bār tum brāhmaṇ bachchō̃ kō miltī hai .

¹⁵⁷Only once do you Brahmin children receive this spiritual knowledge.

¹⁵⁸Tum brāhmaṇ hō phir dēvtā bannē vālē hō .

¹⁵⁸You are Brahmins and you are then going to become deities.

¹⁵⁹Is saṅgamyug kō thōṛēhī chhōṛē̃gē , nahī̃ tō pār kaisē jāyēṅgē .

¹⁵⁹You are not going to leave this confluence age. ¹⁶⁰How else would you go across?

¹⁶⁰Kūdē̃gē thōṛēhī .

¹⁶¹You are not going to jump there.

¹⁶¹Yah wonderful saṅgamyug hai .

¹⁶²This is the wonderful confluence age.

¹⁶²Tō bachchō̃ kō rūhānī yātrā par rahnē key|kī ṭēv ( ādat ) ḍālnī hai .

¹⁶³So, you children have to instil the habit of staying on the spiritual pilgrimage.

¹⁶³Tumhārē hī phāydē key|kī bāt hai .

¹⁶⁴It is a matter for your own benefit.

¹⁶⁴Bāp key|kī śhikṣhā bhāīyō̃ kō dēnī hai .

¹⁶⁵Give the Father’s teachings to your brothers.

¹⁶⁵Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ tum ātmāō̃ kō gyān dē rahā hū̃ .

¹⁶⁶The Father says: I am giving knowledge to you souls.

¹⁶⁶Ātmā kō hī dēkhtā hū̃ .

¹⁶⁷I only look at souls.

¹⁶⁷Manuṣhya-manuṣhya sē bāt karēgā tō unkē mũh kō dēkhēgā nā .

¹⁶⁸When a person talks to another, he looks at his face.

¹⁶⁸Tum ātmā sē bāt kartē hō tō ātmā kō hī dēkhnā hai .

¹⁶⁹You speak to souls and so you must only look at the soul.

¹⁶⁹Bhal śharīr dvārā gyān dētē hō parantu ismē̃ śharīr kā bhān tōṛnā hōtā hai .

¹⁷⁰Even though you give knowledge through a body, you still have to break the consciousness of the body.

¹⁷⁰Tumhārī ātmā samajhtī hai paramātmā bāp hamkō gyān dē rahē haĩ .

¹⁷¹You souls, understand that the Father, the Supreme Soul, is giving you knowledge.

¹⁷¹Bāp bhī kahtē haĩ ātmāō̃ kō dēkhtā hū̃ , ātmāyē̃ bhī kahtī ham paramātmā bāp kō dēkh rahē haĩ .

¹⁷²The Father says: I look at souls. ¹⁷³Souls also say: I look at the Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁷²Unsē knowledge lē rahē haĩ , iskō kahā jātā hai spiritual gyān key|kī lēn-dēn , ātmā key|kī ātmā kē sāth .

¹⁷⁴I am receiving knowledge from Him. ¹⁷⁵This is called an exchange of spiritual knowledge of souls with souls.

¹⁷³Ātmā mē̃ hī gyān hai .

¹⁷⁶This knowledge is in the soul.

¹⁷⁸This is like power.

¹⁷⁶Tumhārē gyān mē̃ yah jauhar bhar jāyēgā , tō kiskō bhī samjhānē sē jhaṭ tīr lag jāyēgā .

¹⁷⁹When your knowledge is filled with power and you then explain to anyone, the arrow will strike the target.

¹⁷⁷Bāp kahtē haĩ practice karkē dēkhō tīr lagtā hai nā .

¹⁸⁰The Father says: Practise this and see if the arrow strikes the target or not.

¹⁷⁸Yah naī ṭēv ḍālnī hai tō phir śharīr kā bhān nikal jāyēgā .

¹⁸¹You have to instil this new habit and the consciousness of the body will then be removed.

¹⁸⁶Bāp jāntē haĩ bachchō̃ kō yah śhikṣhā dēnā bhī mērā part hī hai .

¹⁸⁹It is so easy. ¹⁹⁰The Father knows that giving you children these teachings is in His part.

¹⁸⁷Kōī naī bāt nahī̃ .

¹⁹¹It is not anything new.

¹⁸⁸Her|har 5000 varṣh bād hamkō ānā hōtā hai .

¹⁹⁶Constantly remember Me alone and you will receive salvation.

¹⁹³Yād kī yātrā sē pāyā majbūt hō jāyēgā .

¹⁹⁷With the pilgrimage of remembrance, the pillars will become strong.

¹⁹⁴Yah dēhī-abhimānī bannē key|kī śhikṣhā ēk hī bār tum bachchō̃ kō miltī hai .

¹⁹⁸Only once do you children receive these teachings to become soul conscious.

¹⁹⁵Kitnā wonderful gyān hai .

¹⁹⁹This knowledge is so wonderful!

¹⁹⁶Bābā wonderful hai tō bābā kā gyān bhī wonderful hai , jō aur kōī batā na sakē .

²⁰⁰Baba is wonderful and Baba’s knowledge is wonderful. ²⁰¹No one else can ever give it.

¹⁹⁷Yah hai tum brāhmaṇō̃ kā sarvōttam ūñch tē ūñch kul .

²⁰²This is the highest on high clan of you Brahmins.

¹⁹⁸Is samay tumhārā jīvan amūlya hai isliē is śharīr key|kī bhī sambhāl karnī hai .

²⁰³At this time, your lives are invaluable and this is why you have to look after those bodies.

¹⁹⁹Tamōpradhān hōnē kāraṇ śharīr key|kī āyu bhī kam hōtī gaī hai .

²⁰⁴Because of being tamopradhan, the lifespan of your bodies has continued to reduce.

²⁰⁰Ab tum jitnā yōg mē̃ rahē̃gē , utnā āyu baṛhēgī .

²⁰⁵The more you stay in yoga, the more your lifespan will increase.

²⁰¹Tumhārī āyu baṛhtē-baṛhtē 150 varṣh hō jāyēgī satyug mē̃ , isliē śharīr key|kī bhī sambhāl karnī hai .

²⁰⁶With your lifespan increasing, they will become 150 years in the golden age, and this is why you have to look after your bodies.

²⁰²Aisē nahī̃ yah tō miṭṭī kā putlā hai , kahā̃ yah khalās hō jāyē , nahī̃ .

²⁰⁷Do not think that it is a puppet of clay, and so it doesn’t matter if it finishes; no.

²⁰³Inkō jītē rakhnā hai .

²⁰⁸You have to keep it alive.

²⁰⁴Yah amūlya jīvan hai nā .

²⁰⁹This is an invaluable life.

²⁰⁵Kōī bīmār hōtē haĩ tō unsē taṅg nahī̃ hōnā chāhiē .

²¹⁰If someone is ill, do not be distressed by that one.

²⁰⁶Unkō bhī bōlō śhivbābā kō yād karō .

²¹¹Tell him to remember Shiv Baba.

²⁰⁷Jitnā yād karē̃gē utnā unkē pāp kaṭtē jāyēṅgē .

²¹²The more remembrance you have, the more your sins will continue to be cut away.

²⁰⁸Unkī service karnī chāhiē . ²⁰⁹Jītā rahē , śhivbābā kō yād kartā rahē .

²¹³You have to serve that one so that he continues to live and remember Shiv Baba.

²¹⁰Bachchō̃ mē̃ naṣhṭōmōhā bannē key|kī bhī himmat chāhiē .

²¹⁴Bābā kō yād karnē samay bābā sē kyā bātē̃ key|kī  ?

²¹⁸What did I talk to Baba about when remembering Him? ²¹⁹How much did I praise Him?

²¹⁵Kitnā bābā key|kī mahimā key|kī , bhōjan par kitnā samay yād kiyā , phir bhūl gayā .

²²⁰How much did I remember Him at the time of taking meals? ²²¹And then I forgot Him.

²¹⁶Apnī avasthā kō ūñch banānā bahut jarūrī hai , nīnd kō jītnē vālā bannā hai .

²²²It is essential to make your stage elevated. ²²³You have to become conquerors of sleep.

²¹⁷Yād kō baṛhātē jāō .

²²⁴Continue to increase remembrance.

²¹⁸Aurō̃ kō sikhlātē jāō , ismē̃ naṣhṭōmōhā jarūr bannā paṛē .

²²⁵Continue to teach others. ²²⁶You definitely have to become destroyers of attachment in this.

²¹⁹Purānē śharīr kō bhūlnā paṛē , bāp K|kē banē hō tō unkō hī yād karnā paṛē .

²²⁷You also have to forget your old bodies. ²²⁸You now belong to the Father and so you have to remember Him.

²²⁰Jō bāp hamkō hīrē jaisā banātē haĩ unkō kitnā lav|love sē yād karnā chāhiē .

²²⁹You have to remember the Father who makes you into a diamond with so much love.

²²¹Apnī jāñch karnī hai mērā daivī svabhāv hai  ?

²³⁰Check: Is my nature divine?

²²²Manuṣhya kō svabhāv bahut satātā hai .

²³¹People are very much harassed by their own natures.

²²³Harēk kō apnā tīsrā nētra milā hai , tō ussē jāñch karnī hai .

²³²Each one of you has received your own third eye, so you have to check with that.

²²⁴Mērī yād bābā tak pahũchtī hai  ?

²³³Is my remembrance reaching Baba?

²²⁵Jō defect hai unkō nikāl pure diamond bannā hai .

²³⁴Remove the defects you have and become a pure diamond.

²²⁶Thōṛā bhī defect hōgā tō value kam hō jāyēgī , isliē mēhnat kar apnē kō valuable hīrā banānā hai .

²³⁵If there is the slightest defect, your value will be reduced. ²³⁶This is why you have to make effort to increase your value.

²²⁷Bābā jāntē haĩ karmātīt avasthā tō pichhāṛī mē̃ number-vār puruṣhārth anusār ānī hai .

²³⁷Baba knows that you will reach your karmateet stage at the end, numberwise, according to your efforts.

²²⁸Phir bhī puruṣhārth karānē liē tō bābā kahē̃gē nā .

²³⁸Nevertheless, Baba tells you to make effort.

²²⁹Number-vār puruṣhārth anusār hī bābā kō bhī pyārē lagē̃gē jō aurō̃ kō sukh dēnē vālā khuśhbūdār fool|phūl hai , vah chhipā nahī̃ rah saktā .

²³⁹You will be loved by Baba, numberwise, according to the efforts that you make. ²⁴⁰Those who are fragrant flowers and who give happiness to others cannot remain hidden.

²³⁰Bāp phir bhī bachchō̃ kō kahtē haĩ mīṭhē bachchē māmēkam yād karō tō mail nikal jāyē .

²⁴¹The Father says to the children: Sweet children, constantly remember Me alone and the dirt will be removed.

²³¹Bāp kō yād kartē dil ēkdam ṭhar jānī chāhiē . ²³² ( śhītal hō jānī chāhiē ) .

²⁴²While remembering the Father, your hearts have to become completely cool.

²³³Bāp kī yād satānī chāhiē .

²⁴³Let the remembrance of the Father harass you.

²³⁴Bābā , mīṭhē bābā , āp hamkō kyā sē kyā banā rahē hō  !

²⁴⁴Baba, sweet Baba, You are changing me so much from what I was.

²³⁵Aur tō kōī jāntē hī nahī̃ tum kyā ban rahē hō .

²⁴⁵Others don’t know what you are becoming.

²⁴⁶So you have to remember such a sweet Father with so much love.

²³⁷Kaī bāndhēliyā̃ bahut yād kartī haĩ .

²⁴⁷Some mothers who are in bondage stay in remembrance a lot.

²³⁸Patā nahī̃ kaisē apnē kō chhuṛākar ātī haĩ .

²⁴⁸You can’t tell how they are able to liberate themselves and come to Baba.

²³⁹Unhō̃ kā jitnā lav|love rahtā hai utnā aur bachchō̃ mē̃ nahī̃ .

²⁴⁹Other children do not have as much love as the love that they have.

²⁴⁰Ēkdam bābā kō yād kar snēh mē̃ āṅsū bahātī haĩ .

²⁵⁰They remember Baba a lot and shed tears of love.

²⁴¹Bābā āpsē kab milē̃gī  !

²⁵¹Baba, when will I meet you?

²⁴²Viśhva kā mālik banānē vālā bābā , ō bābā kab ākar sammukh milē̃gī  !

²⁵²Baba, the One who makes us into the masters of the world, o Baba, when will I be able to meet you personally?

²⁴³Aisē bahut prēm sē bābā kō yād kartī haĩ . ²⁴⁴Sabhī duḥkh miṭānē vālē bābā āp nē kitnā hamārā saubhāgya banāyā hai , āp hamkō viśhva kā mālik banātē haĩ .

²⁵³In this way, they remember Baba with a lot of love: Baba, the One who removes all sorrow, You have created such fortune for us. ²⁵⁴You make us into the masters of the world!

²⁴⁵Yād kā bhī bal unkō bahut miltā hai .

²⁴⁹1 ) kōī bhī ulṭī bātē̃ bōlē tō chup rahnā hai .

²⁶⁷Make effort for yourself. ²⁶⁸Do not look at others.

²⁵⁷Vardān  : apnī will power dvārā har ēk kō will karānē vālē śhrēṣhṭh sēvādhārī bhav

²⁶⁹Blessing: May you be an elevated server and enable everyone to will everything with your will power.

²⁵⁸Vartamān samay kaī ātmāyē̃ āpkē sahyōg kē liē chātrak haĩ lēkin apnī śhakti nahī̃ hai .

²⁷⁰ At present, many souls are thirsty for your co-operation, but they do not have their own power.

²⁵⁹Unhē̃ āpkō apnē śhaktiyō̃ key|kī madad viśhēṣh dēnī paṛēgī isliē nimitt banē huē sēvādhāriyō̃ mē̃ sarv śhaktiyō̃ key|kī power chāhiē .

²⁷¹You especially have to give them help with your powers. ²⁷²Therefore, you servers who are instruments, have to have the power of all powers.

²⁶⁰Jaisē brahmā bāp nē last mē̃ bachchō̃ kō śhaktiyō̃ key|kī will key|kī , us will sē yah kārya chal rahā hai , aisē follow father .
