Song

9Gīt  : mukhṛā dēkh lē prāṇī …

11Song: Look at your face in the mirror of your heart, O man!

Murli

10Ōm śhānti .

12Om shanti.

11Bhagvānuvāch - yah kisnē kahā mukhṛā dēkh lē hē prāṇī  ?

13God speaks. 14Who said: Look at your face in the mirror of your heart, O man?

12Prāṇī kahā jātā hai jīv ātmā kō .

15A human being is an embodied soul.

13Jīv ātmā bachchē haĩ nā bāp K|kē .

16Embodied souls are children of the Father.

14Jāntē haĩ ham ātmā haĩ .

17You know that you are souls.

15Is samay hamārī ātmā kā bāp parampitā paramātmā hai .

18At this time the Father of you souls is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

16Jīv jō śharīr hai unkā bāp bhī ab prajāpitā brahmā hai .

19The father of bodily beings is Prajapita Brahma.

17Ham bāpdādā key|kī aulād haĩ .

20You are the children of Bap and Dada.

18Bāp baiṭh jīv ātmāō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ - hē bachchē , apnē dil darpaṇ mē̃ jāñch karō ki kitnā percent ham puṇya ātmā banē haĩ  ?

21The Father sits here and explains to you embodied souls: O children: Check in the mirror of your heart: To what percentage have I become a charitable soul?

19Kitnā ham puṇya kartē haĩ  ?

22How much charity do I perform?

20Manuṣhya tō in bātō̃ kō nahī̃ samajhtē ki dān-puṇya avināśhī gyān ratnō̃ kā karnā hai .

23People don't understand that donations have to be made and charity performed of the imperishable jewels of knowledge.

21Yah bhī abhī buddhi mē̃ āyā hai ki hamārā bāp teacher gurū sab kuchh vah ēk bēhad kā bāp hai .

24It has now entered your intellects that your Father, Teacher and Satguru are the one unlimited Father.

22Dēh-abhimān ṭūṭ paṛtā hai .

25Your body consciousness is breaking.

23Us bēhad K|kē bāp kō hamnē ādhākalp yād kiyā hai .

26We have been remembering that unlimited Father for half a cycle.

24Yād karnā bhakti mārg sē śhurū hōtā hai .

27Remembering Him began on the path of devotion.

25Bhakta bhagvān kō yād kartē haĩ .

28Devotees remember God.

26Samajhtē bhī haĩ bhagvān ēk hai .

29They believe that God is One.

27Ham ātmāō̃ kā bāp vah nirākār hai .

30The Father of us souls is that incorporeal One.

28Sākār bāp tō jānvar ādi sabkā hai .

31Animals etc. too have corporeal fathers.

29Bākī yah bābā hamārā vahī paramdhām nivāsī sachchā bābā hai .

32However, that Baba is our true Baba who is the Resident of the supreme abode.

30Hamkō sachchā banānē vālā hai .

33He is the One who makes us true.

31Puṇya ātmāyē̃ haĩ sabhī sachkhaṇḍ mē̃ rahnē vālī .

34All of those who reside in the land of truth are charitable souls.

32Tum jāntē hō jitnā bāp kē sāth ham sachchē rahē̃gē utnā bāp K|kē sachkhaṇḍ mē̃ hamkō ūñch pad milēgā , iskē liē race hai .

35You know that to the extent you remain honest with the Father, you will accordingly receive a high status in the Father's land of truth. 36This race is for that.

33Us paṛhāī sē bhī kōī barrister bantā , kōī engineer bantā , kōī pakkā , kōī kachchā , kōī key|kī āmdanī lākh rūpayā tō kōī key|kī 500 rūpayā bhī muśhkil .

37Through a worldly study, someone would become a barrister and someone else would become an engineer. 38Some would be weak and others would be strong. 39Some would earn a hundred thousand and others would scarcely earn five hundred rupees.

34Paṛhāī par madār ṭhaharā|ṭhahrā nā .

40Everything depends on how you study.

35Ab tum bachchē avināśhī gyān ratnō̃ sē bhaṇḍārā bhartē hō , jō hī kām ānā hai .

41You children are making your treasure-stores full of the jewels of knowledge. 42Only these will be useful to you.

36Dhārṇā kar puṇya ātmā bannā hai .

43You have to imbibe them and become charitable souls.

37Aurō̃ kō bhī dān dē puṇya ātmā banānā hai .

44Donate them to others and make them into charitable souls.

38Dil sē pūchhnā hai ham kitnā dhāraṇ kar aur puṇya kartē haĩ  ?

45Ask your heart: How much do I imbibe and how much charity do I perform?

39Agar puṇya nahī̃ kartē tō jarūr pāp ātmā hī rah jātē .

46If I don't perform charity, I would definitely remain a sinful soul.

40Tō apnā mukhṛā dēkhnā hai .

47Therefore, look at your face.

41Pichhāṛī mē̃ baiṭhnē vālē kō tō master bhī jāntā hai , bāp bhī jāntā hai .

48The Teacher and Father would also know about those who sit at the back.

42Register sē patā lag jātā hai .

49You can tell everything from the register.

43Ab vah tō huī sthūl bātē̃ , yah haĩ gupta .

50That is a physical matter, but this is incognito.

44Mama bābā dhārṇā karātē rahtē haĩ .

51Mama and Baba continue to inspire you to imbibe.

45Avināśhī gyān ratnō̃ kō dhāraṇ karō aur karāō .

52Imbibe the imperishable jewels of knowledge and also inspire others to imbibe them.

46Khud hī puṇya ātmā nahī̃ banē̃gē tō aurō̃ kō kaisē banāyēṅgē  ?

53If you don't become a charitable soul yourself, how would you make others that?

47Yah kōī duniyāvī bātē̃ nahī̃ .

54This is not a worldly matter.

48Yahā̃ tō haĩ īśhvarīy bātē̃ .

55Here, this is a spiritual matter.

49Jitnā jō sāhūkār hōtā hai utnā unkō khuśhī kā pārā chaṛhtā hai .

56To the extent that someone is wealthy, his mercury of happiness accordingly rises.

50Dhan tō manuṣhyō̃ kē pās bahut hai nā .

57Some people have a lot of wealth.

51Akhbār mē̃ bhī ḍāltē haĩ , is samay phalānā sabsē sāhūkār hai . 52Number-vār tō hōtē hī haĩ nā .

58It is printed in the newspapers which ones are the wealthiest of all at this time; it is numberwise.

53Yahā̃ tō vināśhī dhan key|kī bāt nahī̃ .

59Here, it is not a matter of perishable wealth.

54Yahā̃ hai avināśhī gyān ratnō̃ key|kī kamāī karnā aur karānā .

60Here, you have to earn and inspire others to earn the imperishable jewels of knowledge.

55Ismē̃ pūchhnē key|kī bāt nahī̃ rahtī .

61You don't need to ask about anything in this.

56Pūchh kar dān nahī̃ kiyā jātā , karkē dikhānā hai .

62You don’t need to ask before making a donation. 63You have to demonstrate doing it.

57Bāp kahtē haĩ dil darpaṇ mē̃ dēkhō , ham kitnē puṇya ātmā banē haĩ  ?

64The Father says: Check in the mirror of your heart as to how much of a charitable soul you have become.

58Ham sab number one pāp ātmā thē .

65We were all number one sinful souls.

59Puṇya ātmā bhī number one thē .

66We were also number one charitable souls.

60Ab phir gyān kā tīsrā nētra milā hai .

67Each of us has once again received a third eye of knowledge.

61Puṇya ātmā ban rahē haĩ .

68We are becoming charitable souls.

62Ab jitnā-jitnā yah gyān dhan ikaṭṭhā kartē haĩ utnā sāhūkār bantē haĩ .

69To the extent that you accumulate this wealth of knowledge, accordingly, you become wealthy.

63Us vināśhī dhan sē ham beggar bantē aur is avināśhī dhan sē ham sāhūkār bantē haĩ .

70We now become beggars of perishable wealth and wealthy with imperishable wealth.

64Maṭṭā saṭṭā ( adlī-badlī ) kartē haĩ .

71We have an exchange.

65Tan-man-dhan sab kuchh ham bābā kō dē dētē haĩ .

72We give our bodies, minds and wealth, everything, to Baba.

66Bābā phir hamkō gyān ratna dētē haĩ , jissē hamkō tan-man-dhan sab kuchh nayā miltā hai .

73Baba then gives us the jewels of knowledge with which we receive everything new; body, mind and wealth.

67Vahā̃ māyā hōtī nahī̃ jō kōī kā man bhaṭakē .

74There, Maya doesn't exist to cause anyone's mind to wander around.

68Yahā̃ tō man māyā K|kē vaśh hai .

75Here, people's minds are influenced by Maya.

69Man sabsē jāstī hairān karnē vālā hai .

76The mind is the thing that causes the most trouble.

70Yōg nahī̃ hai tō man śhaitān ban jātā hai .

77When there is no yoga, the mind becomes like a devil.

71Dēkhnā hai ham bābā sē kitnā dhan lēkar aur phir dān kartē haĩ .

78You have to see how much wealth you take from Baba and how much you then donate to others.

72Mama bābā bhī tō tumhārē jaisē manuṣhya hī haĩ .

79Mama and Baba are also human beings, the same as you.

73Kān sē suntē haĩ .

80They too listen with their ears.

74Nirākār bābā in organs sē bōltē haĩ .

81The incorporeal Father speaks with these organs.

75Nirākār ātmāō̃ kō apnā-apnā śharīr hai .

82Incorporeal souls have their own bodies.

76Yah hai purānā kaliyugī śharīr jō duḥkh dētā rahtā hai .

83This is an old iron-aged body that continues to cause sorrow.

77Bachchē jāntē haĩ bāp ākar hamkō sadā sukhī banātē haĩ .

84You children know that the Father comes and makes you constantly happy.

78Bāp milā hai tō andar khuśhī sē tāliyā̃ bajtī rahtī haĩ , tab bāhar mē̃ bhī bajtī haĩ .

85You have found the Father and so there is clapping of happiness inside and this is why there is clapping externally also.

79Pahlē saṅkalp key|kī tālī andar bajtī hai phir bāhar bajtī hai .

86First of all, there is the clapping of thoughts inside and then there is clapping externally.

80Pahlē andar āyēgā ki yah karē̃ phir karmēndriyō̃ sē kar lētē haĩ .

87First, it would come to you that you should do something and then you would do it with your physical organs.

81Tō jāñch karnī chāhiē ki hamārē andar śhuddha saṅkalp ātē haĩ vā vikalp ātē haĩ  ?

88Therefore, check whether you have pure thoughts or sinful thoughts inside you.

82Saṅkalp śhuddha khyāl kō , vikalp aśhuddh khyāl kō kahā jātā hai .

89Pure thoughts are pure thoughts and sinful thoughts are impure thoughts.

83Bēhad K|kē bāp kō kōī vikalp thōṛēhī āyēgā .

90The unlimited Father does not have sinful thoughts.

84Vah tō hai hī sukhdātā .

91He is the Bestower of Happiness.

85Tumhārē pās|pass vikalp āyēṅgē - kiskō duḥkh dēnē K|kē vā vikarma karnē K|kē .

92You would have sinful thoughts of causing someone sorrow or of performing a sinful act.

86Maĩ tō tumkō hūbahū āp samān banānē ātā hū̃ .

93I come here to make you identical to Myself.

87Yah tō jāntē hō bāp hamēśhā bachchō̃ kō āp samān banātē haĩ .

94You know that a father would always make his children equal to himself.

88Bachchō̃ kō janm kōī duḥkh kē liē thōṛēhī dētē haĩ .

95Children are not given birth to experience sorrow.

89Duḥkh tō karmō̃ anusār miltā hai .

96They take sorrow according to their own karma.

90Mā̃ bāp key|kī āśhā rahtī hai ki bachchō̃ kō bahut sukhī rakhē̃ parantu māyā key|kī pravēśhtā hai .

97The Mother and Father want to keep the children very happy, but Maya interferes.

91Laukik bāp samajhtē haĩ bachchō̃ kō śhādī karāē bahut sukh dētē haĩ .

98A physical father would believe that he is giving his children a lot of happiness by getting them married.

92Parantu pārlaukik bāp kahtē śhādī kiyā mānā barbādī kiyā .

99However, the Father from beyond says: To get married means to bring total ruin to oneself.

93Ham tumkō aisā gul-gul banātē haĩ jō svarg mē̃ tum śhādī karē̃gē tō paṭrānī paṭrājā banē̃gē , jhūlō̃ mē̃ jhūlē̃gē .

100I make you into such beautiful flowers that, when you marry in heaven, you will become the empresses and emperors and swing in swings.

94Laukik bāp aur pārlaukik bāp key|kī buddhi mē̃ dēkhō kitnā fark hai  !

101Look how much difference there is in the intellects of physical fathers and in the Father from beyond!

95Is samay māyā K|kē saṅskār manuṣhyō̃ mē̃ baṛē kaṛē haĩ , jaisē ajāmil haĩ . 96Maĩ tō chāhtā hū̃ bachchō̃ kō itnā sukhī banāū̃ jō ēkdam jhūlō̃ mē̃ jhūlē̃ .

102At this time, people have very strong sanskars of Maya in them. 103It is as though they are like Ajamil, the greatest sinner. 104I want to make you children so happy that you swing in swings.

97Bēhad K|kē bāp K|kē dil andar bachchō̃ K|kē sukh liē kitnī first class āśhā rahtī hai .

105The unlimited Father has such a first-class desire in His heart to give happiness to the children.

98Bachchō̃ kō mā̃ bāp paidā kartē haĩ tō mā̃ bāp kō hī phir sukhī banānā hai .

106Parents create children and so they have to make them happy.

99Bēhad kā bāp bhī chāhtē haĩ bachchē sukhī banē̃ .

107The unlimited Father also wants His children to be happy.

100Parantu laukik aur pārlaukik bāp key|kī buddhi mē̃ bahut fark hai .

108However, there is a lot of difference between the intellects of worldly fathers and the Father from beyond.

101Bēhad kā bāp kahtē haĩ ēk mujh sāth buddhi kā yōg jōṛō aur sab laukik mā̃ bāp , mitra-sambandhī ādi jō bhī haĩ un sabsē buddhi kā yōg tōṛnā hai .

109The unlimited Father says: Connect your intellects in yoga to Me and break your intellects away from your physical parents and your friends and relatives etc.

102Maĩ tumhārā sab kuchh hū̃ .

110I am everything to you.

103Māyā tumkō her|har bāt mē̃ duḥkh dilāyēgī maĩ tumkō sukh kā sāgar banātā hū̃ .

111Maya causes you sorrow in every situation whereas I make you into oceans of happiness.

104Maĩ khud rājāī kā sukh nahī̃ bhōgūṅgā .

112I Myself do not experience the happiness of the kingdom.

105Parantu kahē̃gē tō sahī nā sukh kā sāgar , śhānti kā sāgar , tab tō sukhī banātā hū̃ .

113However, I am called the Ocean of Happiness and the Ocean of Peace and this is why I am able to make you happy.

106Kitnā achchhī rīti samjhātē haĩ , aur kōī samjhā na sakē .

114He explains so clearly. 115No one else can explain in this way.

107Bhārat mē̃ hī gātē haĩ tvamēv mātāśhcha pitā tvamēv .

116It is only in Bharat that they sing: You are the Mother and the Father.

108Yah mahimā kahā̃ sē I|āī|eye jō gātē rahtē haĩ  ?

117Where did this praise that they continue to sing emerge from?

109Bāp kahtē haĩ mujh ēk dvārā tumkō sab sukh miltē haĩ isliē tumkō kahtē haĩ aur saṅg tōṛō .

118The Father says: You receive all happiness from Me alone. 119This is why I tell you to break away from everyone else.

110Dēh sahit jō bhī tumhārē sambandhī ādi haĩ sabkō bhūlō .

120Forget all your relatives etc. including your own body.

111Apnē kō dēhī-abhimānī samjhō .

121Consider yourselves to be souls.

112Bāp kitnā gul-gul banātē haĩ  !

122The Father makes you into such beautiful flowers.

113Kahtē haĩ mērā hī sunō , mērē sāth yōg lagāō .

123He says: Listen to Me alone and have yoga with Me alone.

114Jaisē maĩ gyān kā sāgar hū̃ , sārī rachnā kō jāntā hū̃ , aisē tumhārī buddhi mē̃ bhī yah sr̥iṣhṭi kā chakra phirtā hai .

124Just as I am the Ocean of Knowledge and I know the whole of creation, in the same way, also turn this world cycle around in your intellects.

115Māt-pitā kab bachchō̃ kō duḥkh nahī̃ dētē .

125A mother and father never cause their children sorrow.

116Duḥkh kē liē rachnā nahī̃ rachtē .

126They don't create a creation to cause them sorrow.

117Ab bāp kahtē haĩ bītī sō bītī . . . drama anusār ab gul-gul pavitra banō .

127The Father now says: The past is the past. 128Now, according to the drama, become pure and beautiful.

118Vahā̃ tō vikārō̃ key|kī bāt nahī̃ hōtī .

129There, there is no question of vice.

119Mahārājā-mahārānī bantē haĩ .

130You are becoming emperors and empresses.

120Sārī duniyā kahtī hai satyug heaven viceless world hai .

131The whole world says: The golden age, heaven, is the viceless world.

121Vahā̃ K|kē dēvī-dēvatāō̃ kō sab pūjtē haĩ kyōṅki pavitra thē , sarvguṇ sampann thē .

132Everyone worships the deities of that place because they were pure and full of all virtues.

12216 kalā sē phir kalāhīn bannā hī hai . 123Chandramā bhī pichhāṛī mē̃ dēkhō kyā hō jātā hai  !

133They had to become those with no degrees from being those with 16 celestial degrees. 134Look at what happens with the moon at the end.

124Jiskō amāvasyā kahtē haĩ . 125Yah bhī aisē hī hai .

135It is called “Amavas” – (the night of no moon, the darkest night).

126Manuṣhyō̃ mē̃ kōī guṇ nahī̃ rahā hai .

136It is the same here. 137Human beings now don't have any virtues.

12716 kalā tō kyā , ēk kalā bhī nahī̃ rahī hai .

138Let alone 16 degrees, they don't have even one degree!

128Ēk kalā bhī na rahnē sē iskō ghōr andhiyārā kahā jātā hai .

139Because of them not having even one degree, this is called extreme darkness.

129Phir kalāyē̃ ātē ātē 16 kalā ban jāyēṅgē .

140Then, by developing those qualities, you will become 16 celestial degrees full.

130Abhī tum kalāhīn kālē ban paṛē hō .

141You have now become those who have no degrees and ugly.

131Brahmā key|kī andhiyārī rāt kahī jātī hai .

142It is said: The dark night of Brahma. 143Brahma is called Prajapita.

132Brahmā kō prajāpitā kahā jātā hai .

144You are called Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

133Tum kahlātē hō brahmākumār kumārī . 134Pahlē be|B . K|kē . key|kī andhiyārī rāt thī ab sōjharē mē̃ āyē haĩ phir 16 kalā bantē haĩ .

145At first, there was the dark night of the BKs and you have now come into the light and are once again becoming 16 celestial degrees full.

135Jō 16 kalā sūryavanśhī thē unkī kalāyē̃ kam hōtī gaī , ab phir sab kalāyē̃ dhāraṇ kar rahē haĩ .

146The degrees of the sun dynasty who were 16 degrees full continued to decrease. 147You are now imbibing all degrees.

136Aisā dhāraṇ kartē haĩ jō satyug mē̃ 16 kalā sampūrṇ bantē haĩ .

148You imbibe them in such a way that you become 16 celestial degrees full in the golden age.

137Jaisē rājā rānī 16 kalā sampūrṇ vaisē hī lucky stars , yathā rājā rānī tathā prajā . . number-vār tō hōtē hī haĩ .

149Just as the king and queen become 16 celestial degrees full, in the same way, so do you lucky stars. 150As are the king and queen, so the subjects; it is numberwise.

138Abhī tō rājāyē̃ raṅk ban gayē haĩ , raṅk sē hī phir rājā banē̃gē .

151Kings have now become beggars and from beggars they will become kings again.

139Ab bāp kahtē haĩ in sabkō bhūl aśharīrī ban jāō .

152The Father now says: Forget all of them and become bodiless.

140Apnē kō dēhī samajh mitr sambandhī ādi sabkō bhūlō .

153Consider yourselves to be souls and forget your friends and relatives etc.

141Ab tum sab kuchh bali chaṛhtē hō .

154You now surrender everything you have.

142Ham tumkō avināśhī gyān ratna dētē haĩ .

155I give you the imperishable jewels of knowledge.

143Ēk-ēk ratna key|kī value kōī kar nahī̃ saktē .

156No one can put a value on each jewel.

144Bābā rūp basant key|kī kahānī sunātē haĩ , jinkē mukh sē ratna nikaltē thē .

157Baba tells you the story of Rup and Basant, the one from whose mouth jewels used to emerge.

145Bākī tō sab bhakti mārg K|kē śhāstra banā diyē haĩ .

158They have created the scriptures of the path of devotion.

146Sadgati karnē vālā ēk hī bāp hai , jō gyān sē tumhārī sadgati kartē haĩ , iskō gyān amr̥it bhī kahā jātā hai .

159Only the one Father grants salvation. 160He grants you salvation with knowledge. 161This is also called the nectar of knowledge.

147Mān sarōvar kahtē haĩ , amr̥it bhī kahtē haĩ .

162They speak of Mansarovar (a lake in which you become an angel by taking a dip.)

148Vahā̃ pānī pilātē haĩ .

163It is also called nectar.

149Brāhmaṇ lōg lōṭī mē̃ pānī ḍālkar kahtē haĩ amr̥it hai .

164They give you water to drink there. 165Brahmins keep that water in a small urn and call it nectar.

150Vāstav mē̃ yah gyān tō knowledge hai .

166In fact, this gyan (nectar) is knowledge.

151Bāp kahtē haĩ lāḍlē bachchē tum dēhī-abhimānī banō .

167The Father says: Beloved children, become soul conscious!

152Māyā chhōṛēgī nahī̃ .

168Maya will not leave you alone.

153Tum dēhī-abhimānī bannē key|kī kōśhiśh karē̃gē tō māyā phir dēh-abhimānī banātī rahēgī .

169When you try to become soul conscious, Maya continues to make you body conscious.

154Yah laṛāī number one hai .

170This war is the number one war.

155Māyā dēh-abhimānī banāē ēkdam khaḍḍē mē̃ ḍāl dētī hai , dērī nahī̃ kartī .

171Maya makes you become body conscious and throws you straight into a pit; she doesn't take long.

156Tō apnī buddhi sē kām lēnā chāhiē .

172Therefore, use your own intellects.

157Bābā tō kahē̃gē achchhī rīti paṛhō tō teacher kā bhī nām bālā hōgā .

173Baba says: Study very well and the name of the Teacher will also be glorified.

158Bāp hai izāphā dēnē vālā .

174The Father is the One who gives you the prize.

159Achchhī rīti paṛhnē vālē kō aur paṛhānē vālē kō izāphā miltā hai .

175A prize is given to those who study well and who also teach well; they are praised.

160Vāh-vāh nikaltī hai . 161Pad bhī ūñch pānā hai tō pahlē-pahlē apnē darpaṇ mē̃ dēkhō - hamārā bāp kē sāth love hai  ?

176If you want to claim a high status, first of all, look in the mirror of your heart: Do I love the Father?

162Kitnā maĩ dēhī-abhimānī hū̃  ?

177How soul conscious am I?

163Kitnā maĩ rāt din puruṣhārth kartā hū̃  ?

178How much effort do I make day and night?

164Dēh-abhimān ānē sē yātrā mē̃ khaṛē hō jātē haĩ .

179When body consciousness comes, you come to a halt on your pilgrimage.

165Bāp kō yād karnā bhūl jātā hai tō aur hī dō kadam pīchhē haṭ jātē haĩ .

180When you forget to remember the Father, you move two steps backwards.

166Ēk taraph phāydā hōtā hai tō dūsrē taraph nuksān bhī hō jātā hai .

181On the one side, there is profit and on the other side, there is loss.

167Dēhī-abhimānī bantē tō khātā bhartā jātā hai .

182When you become soul conscious, your account continues to become full.

168Māyā kahā̃ na kahā̃ ghāṭā ḍāl dētī hai .

183Maya makes you incur a loss somewhere or other.

169Responsible bachchē apnē khātē kā vichār rakhtē haĩ .

184Responsible children are concerned about their accounts.

170Nahī̃ tō kōī dēvālā mārtē haĩ .

185Otherwise, some even go bankrupt.

171Yah vyāpār hī aisā hai , jō jamā bhī hōtā , tō nā bhī hōtā .

186This business is such that there is profit and also loss.

172Māyā bhulā dētī hai nā .

187Maya makes you forget.

173Tō dēkhnā hai kitnā bāp kō yād kartē haĩ aur kitnā aurō̃ kō āp samān banātē haĩ  ?

188Therefore, check how much you remember the Father and how much you make others equal to yourself.

174Vyāpārī tō sab hisāb rakhtē haĩ , nahī̃ tō vyāpārī nahī̃ anāṛī haĩ .

189Businessmen keep all their accounts. 190Otherwise, they are not businessmen but fools.

175Kōī tō bahutō̃ kō sukh dētē haĩ , bachchē bābā kō likhtē bhī haĩ ki phalānē nē aisā tīr mārā jō maĩ pāp ātmā sē puṇya ātmā ban gayā .

191Some give happiness to many others. 192Children even write to Baba: So-and-so struck me with such an arrow that I became a charitable soul from a sinful soul.

176Un par balihār jātē haĩ .

193They surrender themselves to that person.

177Sāth mē śharīr nirvāh arth|earth karma bhī karnā hai .

194You also have to act for your livelihoods.

178Gr̥ihastha vyavahār mē̃ rahtē bāp sē vyāpār bhī karnā hai .

195Whilst living at home with your families, you also have to do business with the Father.

179Yōgbal sē pāpō̃ kō bhasma karnā hai .

196Burn away your sins with the power of yoga.

180Aurō̃ kō puṇya ātmā banānā hai .

197Make others into charitable souls.

181Yah hai sārā buddhi kā kām .

198All of this is work for your intellects.

182Buddhi sālim tab bantī hai jab bāp kō yād kartē haĩ .

199Your intellects become wholesome (strong and healthy) when you remember the Father.

183Nahī̃ tō dēh-abhimān mē̃ mitr sambandhī yād āyēṅgē .

200Otherwise, out of body consciousness, you would remember your friends and relatives.

184Māyā chhōṛtī nahī̃ hai .

201Maya doesn't leave you alone.

185Śhivbābā key|kī mat par chaltē-chaltē śhrīmat kō bhī lāt mār dētē haĩ phir pad bhraṣhṭa ban jātē haĩ .

202Whilst following Shiv Baba's directions, you even kick shrimat aside and your status is then destroyed.

186Ant mē̃ bahut pachhatāyēṅgē , trāhi trāhi karē̃gē .

203At the end, there will be great repentance and you will cry out in distress.

187Achchhē-achchhē bachchē tō sabkī dil par chaṛhtē haĩ .

204Good children climb into everyone's heart.

188Nām bhī bālā kartē haĩ .

205They even glorify the name.

189Pāṇḍav sēnā mē̃ kaun-kaun mahārathī haĩ aur kaun-kaun us sēnā mē̃ mahārathī haĩ  ?

206Who are the maharathis in the Pandava Army and who are the maharathis in that army?

190Tum dōnō̃ sēnāō̃ kō jāntē hō nā .

207You know both armies.

191Yah sabhī samajhnē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .

208All of these matters have to be understood.

192Kōī virlē hī śhrīmat par chaltē haĩ .

209Scarcely a few follow shrimat.

193Śhrīmat par na chalnē K|kē kāraṇ bāp kā nām badnām kartē haĩ arthāt lāt mārtē rahtē haĩ .

210Because of not following shrimat, you defame the Father's name, that is, you kick shrimat aside.

194Yah hai sat kā saṅg .

211This is the company of the Truth.

195Ēk dō kō āp samān banāē svarg kā mālik banātē haĩ .

212You make others equal to yourselves and make them into the masters of heaven.

196Māyā itnā pāp ātmā banā dētī hai jō bāp kō bhī phārkatī dē dētē haĩ .

213Maya makes you into such sinful souls that you even become run away from the Father.

197Bhaktimārg mē̃ sab sajniyā̃ hai phir bāp K|kē rūp mē̃ abhī tum bachchē banē hō .

214On the path of devotion, all of you are brides. 215In terms of Him being the Father, all of you have become His children.

198Phir sajnī bhī hō , tō sajnī kō sājan key|kī kitnī yād rahnī chāhiē  !

216Then, you are also His brides and so, as brides, how much should you remember the Bridegroom?

199Achchhā  !

217Achcha.

200Mīṭhē-mīṭhē sikīladhē bachchō̃ prati māt-pitā bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur good morning .

218To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

201Rūhānī bāp kī rūhānī bachchō̃ kō namastē .

219The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

Essence for dharna

202Dhārṇā kē liē mukhya sār  :

220Essence for dharna:

2031 ) rūp-basant ban mukh sē gyān ratna nikālnē haĩ .

225Blessing: May you stabilise your mind in an elevated position and finish the game of changing your pose and become an easy yogi.

208Jaisī man key|kī position hōtī hai vah chēhrē K|kē pose sē dikhāī dētī hai .

226 The position of your mind is visible in the way you pose your face.

209Kaī bachchē kabhī-kabhī bōjh uṭhākar mōṭē ban jātē haĩ , kabhī bahut sōchnē K|kē saṅskār K|kē kāraṇ andāj sē bhī lambē hō jātē haĩ aur kabhī dilśhikasta hōnē K|kē kāraṇ apnē kō bahut chhōṭā dēkhtē haĩ .

227Some children carry a burden and become heavy with it. 228Sometimes, because of the sanskar of thinking too much, they feel bigger than they could have imagined. 229Sometimes, because of being disheartened, they see themselves as being very small.

210Tō apnē aisē pose sākṣhī hōkar dēkhō aur man key|kī śhrēṣhṭh position mē̃ sthit hō aisē bhinn-bhinn pose parivartan karō tab kahē̃gē sahajyōgī .

230So, look at your poses as a detached observer and stabilise your mind in its most elevated position. 231Stop all your different poses and you will then be called an easy yogi.
