1Paramātma pālnā aur parivartan śhakti kā pratyakṣha svarūp - sahajyōgī jīvan

1The practical form of Godly sustenance and the power of transformation is an easy yogi life.

2Āj bāpdādā har ēk bachchō̃ K|kē mastak par viśhēṣh śhrēṣhṭh bhāgya key|kī tīn lakīrē̃ dēkh rahē haĩ .

2Today, BapDada is especially seeing the three lines of the three special types of elevated fortune on the forehead of each child.

3Sarv bachchō̃ kā bhāgya tō sadā sarvaśhrēṣhṭha hai hī lēkin āj viśhēṣh tīn lakīr chamak rahī haĩ .

3The fortune of each child is constantly most elevated anyway, but the three lines are especially sparkling today.

4Ēk hai paramātma pālnā K|kē bhāgya key|kī lakīr aur dūsrī hai bēhad K|kē ūñchē tē ūñchē paṛhāī K|kē bhāgya key|kī lakīr .

4One is the line of fortune of Godly sustenance, the second is the line of fortune of this most elevated study.

5Tīsrī hai śhrēṣhṭh mat prāpt hōnē K|kē bhāgya key|kī lakīr .

5The third is the line of fortune of attaining the most elevated directions.

6Chāhē laukik , chāhē alaukik , har ēk kō is jīvan mē̃ yē tīn prāptiyā̃ hōtī hī haĩ .

6In this life, whether lokik or alokik, you all have these three attainments in your life: you receive sustenance, teachings and also directions.

7Pālnā bhī miltī , paṛhāī bhī miltī aur mat bhī miltī hai .

7Through these three, each of you souls becomes an instrument to create your own present and future.

8In tīnō̃ dvārā hī her|har ātmā apnā vartamān aur bhaviṣhya banānē kē nimitt bantī haĩ .

8From whom are you elevated souls receiving sustenance? 9You are being sustained with Godly sustenance at every second.

9Āp sabhī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō kiskī pālnā mil rahī hai  ?

10Just as God is the Highest on High, so too, Godly sustenance is just as elevated.

10Paramātma pālnā K|kē andar her|har second pal rahē hō .

11Who has become worthy of this Godly sustenance and how many have become worthy of it?

11Jaisē param ātmā ūñchē tē ūñchē haĩ tō paramātma pālnā bhī kitnī śhrēṣhṭh hai  ! 12Aur is paramātma pālnā K|kē pātr kaun banē haĩ aur kitnē banē haĩ  ?

12The souls of the whole world say "Father", but they do not become worthy of this sustenance or study, whereas you few souls have become worthy of this fortune.

13Sārē viśhva key|kī ātmāyē̃ ' bāp ' kahtī haĩ lēkin pālnā aur paṛhāī K|kē pātr nahī̃ bantī haĩ . 14Aur āp kitnī thōṛī-sī ātmāyē̃ is bhāgya K|kē pātr bantī hō  !

13You receive this Godly sustenance in each cycle only for this short time. 14Divine sustenance and human sustenance are received for many births, but this elevated sustenance cannot ever be received again, if it is not received now.

15Sārē kalp mē̃ yahī thōṛā-sā samay paramātma pālnā miltī hai .

15Do you constantly experience the elevated line of such elevated fortune sparkling on your forehead?

16Daivī pālnā , mānav pālnā yē tō anēk janm miltī hai lēkin yē śhrēṣhṭh pālnā ab nahī̃ tō kab nahī̃ .

16Do you wish to attain something for all time or for only some time? 17So, should the effort for the attainment be all the time or only sometimes?

17Aisē śhrēṣhṭh bhāgya key|kī śhrēṣhṭh lakīr sadā apnē mastak mē̃ chamaktē huē anubhav kartē hō  ?

18Should it be constantly intense or should it sometimes be ordinary and sometimes intense? 19What is the practical situation?

18Kōī bhī prāpti sadā karnā chāhtē hō yā kabhī-kabhī karnā chāhtē hō  ?

20There is a difference between what you desire and what happens practically, is there not?

19Tō prāpti kā puruṣhārth bhī sadā chāhiyē yā kabhī-kabhī chāhiyē  ?

21In fact, you think about something a lot, but you do not maintain your awareness as much as you should.

20Aur sadā tīvr chāhiyē yā kabhī sādhāraṇ , kabhī tīvr  ? 21Practical kyā hai  ? 22Chāhnā aur practical mē̃ antar hō jātā hai nā  !

22Do you have to become an embodiment of thinking (sochna swaroop - someone who just constantly keeps thinking) or an embodiment of awareness (smruti swaroop)?

23Sōchtē tō bahut hō lēkin smr̥iti mē̃ cum|kam rakhtē hō .

23You are those who are going to become embodiments of awareness, are you not?

24Sōchnā svarūp bannā hai yā smr̥iti svarūp bannā hai  ?

24So, keep one thing in your awareness: who wakes you up at amrit vela?

25Smr̥iti svarūp bannē vālē hō nā  !

25The Father's love awakens you.

26Tō ēk bāt bhī smr̥iti mē̃ rakhō ki amr̥itvēlē āpkō uṭhānē vālā kaun  ?

26The beginning of the day is so elevated and the Father Himself calls you to celebrate a meeting!

27Bāp kā pyār uṭhātā hai . 28Din kā ārambh kitnā śhrēṣhṭh hai  !

27He has a heart-to-heart conversation with you and fills you with power.

29Aur bāp svayã milan manānē K|kē liyē bulātē haĩ , ruhrihān kartē haĩ , śhaktiyā̃ bhartē haĩ  !

28So the beginning of every day is so elevated. 29Do you wake up with the Father's love or do you sometimes wake up just out of compulsion?

30Tō her|har din kā ādi kitnā śhrēṣhṭh hai  !

30In reality, it is the songs of love that awaken you.

31Bāp key|kī mōhabbat sē uṭhtē hō ki kabhī-kabhī mazbūrī sē bhī uṭhtē hō  ? 32Yathārth tō mōhabbat K|kē gīt āpkō uṭhātē haĩ .

31From amrit vela, the Father calls you and awakens you with so much love: Sweet children, lovely children, come!

33Amr̥itvēlē sē bāp kitnā snēh sē bulātē haĩ , uṭhātē haĩ - mīṭhē bachchē , pyārē bachchē , āō … . 34Tō jiskā ādi itnā śhrēṣhṭh hai tō madhya aur ant kyā hōgā  ?

32He awakens you and calls you with so much love. 33So imagine what the middle and end would be of someone who has such an elevated beginning! 34It would be elevated, would it not?

35Śhrēṣhṭh hōgā nā  ! 36Bāpdādā dēkh rahē thē ki kitnā pālnā kā bhāgya vartamān samay bachchō̃ kō prāpt hai  !

35BapDada was seeing to what extent you children have attained the fortune of sustenance of the present time.

37Jitnā prāpt hai utnā phāydā uṭhātē hō  ?

36So, do you take as much benefit as you have attainments?

38Svapn mē̃ bhī saṅkalp mātra nahī̃ thā ki itnē bhāgya K|kē pātr banē̃gē  !

37In your dreams too, you never thought that you would be worthy of such fortune.

39Sōchnē sē bāhar thā lēkin milā kitnā sahaj  !

38It was beyond your thoughts, and yet you attained it so easily!

40Bāp K|kē pyār key|kī pālnā kā practical svarūp hī hai ' sahaj yōgī jīvan ' .

39The practical form of the Father's sustenance of love is an easy yogi life.

41Jissē pyār hōtā hai uskē liyē muśhkil paristhiti yā muśhkil kōī bhī bāt dēkhī-sunī nahī̃ jātī .

40Whoever you have love for, you cannot bear to see or hear of that one in a difficult situation or going through something difficult.

42Tō bāp nē bhī muśhkil kō sahaj banāyā hai nā  !

41So the Father also made everything difficult easy, did He not?

43Sadā sahaj hai .

42It is constantly easy.

44Tō sadā hī puruṣhārth key|kī gati tīvr hō .

43So constantly let the speed of your efforts be intense.

45Āj bahut achchhā puruṣhārth hai aur kal thōṛī percentage kam hō gaī tō kyā sadā sahaj kahē̃gē  ?

44If today your effort is very good whereas tomorrow the percentage reduces slightly, would you call that constantly easy?

46Sadā muśhkil kaun banātē haĩ  ?

45Then, who makes it difficult all the time?

47Svayã hī banātē hō nā  ?

46You yourself make it difficult, do you not?

48Kāraṇ kyā  ?

47So, what is the reason?

49Sōchnē key|kī tō ādat hai lēkin smr̥iti svarūp K|kē saṅskār kabhī emerge rakhtē hō , kabhī merge hō jātē haĩ kyōṅki smr̥iti svarūp sō samarth svarūp .

48You have the habit of thinking and you sometimes keep the sanskars of an embodiment of awareness emerged and sometimes merged. 49So, an embodiment of awareness is an embodiment of power.

50Sōchnā , yah samarthī svarūp nahī̃ hai . 51Smr̥iti samarthī hai .

50An embodiment of thinking is not an embodiment of power; awareness is power.

52Vismr̥iti mē̃ kyō̃ ā jātē hō  ?

51So, why do you become forgetful?

53Ādat sē majbūr hō jātē hō .

52You are compelled by your habits.

54Agar majbūt nahī̃ tō majbūr hō jāyēṅgē .

53If you are not strong (majboot), you would then be compelled (majboor).

55Jahā̃ majbūt haĩ vahā̃ majbūrī nahī̃ hai . 56Jab original ādat vismr̥iti key|kī nahī̃ hai .

54When you are strong, there will be no compulsion, since your original habit is not that of forgetfulness.

57Ādi mē̃ smr̥iti svarūp prālabdh prāpt karnē vālī dēvātmāyē̃ hō , yōg lagānē kā puruṣhārth nahī̃ kartē lēkin smr̥iti svarūp key|kī prālabdh prāpt kartē hō .

55In the beginning, you are deity souls who attain the reward of being embodiments of awareness; you do not make effort to have remembrance but you attain the reward of being embodiments of awareness.

58Tō ādi mē̃ bhī smr̥iti svarūp kā pratyakṣha jīvan hai aur anādi ātmā , jab āp paramdhām sē I|āī|eye tō āp viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ K|kē saṅskār svataḥ hī smr̥iti svarūp haĩ .

56So, you have the practical lives of being embodiments of awareness in the beginning and when you, the eternal souls, come down from the supreme abode, the sanskars of you special souls are then automatically those of embodiments of awareness.

59Aur ant mē̃ saṅgam par bhī smr̥iti svarūp bantē hō nā  !

57At the end, at the confluence age too, you become embodiments of awareness, do you not?

60Tō anādi , ādi aur ant - tīnō̃ hī kāl smr̥iti svarūp haĩ .

58So, eternally, in the beginning and at the end, during all three aspects of time, you are embodiments of awareness.

61Vismr̥iti tō bīch mē̃ I|āī|eye .

59Forgetfulness is the middle; it came in the middle.

62Tō ādi , anādi svarūp sahaj hōnā chāhiyē yā madhya kā svarūp  ?

60So, should the original and eternal form be easy or should the middle form be easy?

63Sōchtē hō ki hā̃ , maĩ ātmā hū̃ lēkin smr̥iti svarūp hō chalnā , bōlnā , dēkhnā usmē̃ antar paṛ jātā hai .

61You are thinking about this, "Yes, I am a soul", but there is a difference between that and in conducting yourself, in seeing and speaking as an embodiment of that awareness.

64Tō yah smr̥iti mē̃ rakhō ki ham paramātma pālnā key|kī adhikārī ātmāyē̃ haĩ .

62Therefore, have the awareness of being the souls who have a right to Godly sustenance.

65Bāpdādā chart check kartē haĩ tō lakīr kabhī ūñchī , kabhī nīchī hōtī hai , kabhī kōī dāg hōtā hai , kabhī jīvan K|kē kāġaj mē̃ kōī dāg nahī̃ bhī hōtā hai aur kōī samay dāg hī dāg , ēk pīchhē dūsrā , dūsrē kē pīchhē tīsrā dāg hī nazar ātē haĩ .

63When BapDada checks your charts, sometimes the line is high and sometimes low; sometimes there is a mark and sometimes it is straight. 64Sometimes, there is no mark stain on the paper of your life but, at other times there is nothing but marks. 65One after another, the second and then the third: all you see are marks.

66Kyō̃  ?

66Why?

67Ēk tō galtī hō jātī hai lēkin galatī|galtī hōnē kē bād bhī usī galatī|galtī kō sōchtē rahtē hō .

67You make a mistake, but then, even after making a mistake, you continue to think about it. 68"Why? 69What? 70How?

68Kyō̃ , kyā , kaisē , aisē nahī̃ , vaisē . . . . kaī rūp sē bāt kō chhōṛtē nahī̃ hō .

71It should not be like this, it should be like this." 72You do not leave the situation alone in any way.

69Bāt āpkō chhōṛ kar chalī jātī hai lēkin āp bāt kō nahī̃ chhōṛtē hō .

73The situation leaves you and goes away, but you do not let go of the situation.

70Jitnā samay sōchnē svarūp bantē hō , yathārth smr̥iti svarūp nahī̃ bantē hō , tō dāg kē ūpar dāg lagtē jātē haĩ .

74Then, for as long as you become an embodiment of those thoughts, you do not become an embodiment of awareness accurately, and the marks begin to accumulate, one after another.

71Paper kā time kam hōtā hai lēkin vyarth sōchnē kā saṅskār hōnē K|kē kāraṇ paper kā time baṛhā dētē hō .

75The duration of the paper is very short but, because of having the sanskars of having wasteful thoughts, you increase the duration of the paper.

72Second pūrā huā aur nirvikalp sthiti ban jāyē yah saṅskār emerge karō .

76As soon as that second passes by, let your stage become completely free from any wasteful thoughts. 77Now, let this sanskar emerge.

73Nirvikalp bannā ātā hai nā  ?

78Do you know how to become free from sinful thoughts?

74Apnē śhrēṣhṭh bhāgya kō smr̥iti mē̃ lākar sadā harṣhit rahō .

79By keeping your elevated fortune in your awareness, you will remain constantly cheerful.

75Apnē paramātma pālnā kō sadā bār-bār smr̥iti mē̃ lāō .

80Constantly bring your Godly sustenance into your awareness.

76Sunnā bhī ātā hai , sōchnā bhī ātā hai lēkin phark kyā paṛ jātā hai  ?

81You know how to listen, you know how to think, but what is the difference?

77Bāpdādā bachchō̃ kā khēl dēkhtē rahtē haĩ .

82BapDada continues to see the games of the children.

78Sārē din mē̃ kyā-kyā khēl kartē hō - yē rātri kō check kartē hō nā  ?

83Do you check at night the games that you played throughout the day?

79Māyā K|kē khilaunē baṛē ākarṣhaṇ vālē haĩ .

84The toys of Maya are very attractive.

80Tō un khilaunō̃ sē khēlnē lag jātē hō .

85You begin to play with the toys of Maya.

81Pahlē tō bahut pyār sē māyā khēl karātī hai aur khēl karātē-karātē jab hār khilātī hai tab hōśh mē̃ ātē haĩ .

86At first, Maya plays with you with a lot of love; then after she has defeated you in playing games, you become conscious again.

82Majority mē̃ ēk viśhēṣh śhakti key|kī kamī rah jātī hai .

87The majority of you especially have one weakness in one particular power.

83Kabhī bahut achchhē chaltē hō , kabhī chaltē hō , kabhī uṛtē hō , āgē baṛhtē hō lēkin phir nīchē kyō̃ ā jātē hō  ?

88You move along very well; sometimes you walk and sometimes you fly. 89You continue to move forward, but, whilst flying, why do you come down?

84Iskā viśhēṣh kāraṇ kyā  ?

90What is the main reason for this?

85Parivartan śhakti key|kī kamjōrī hai .

91There is weakness in the power of transformation.

86Samajhtē bhī hō ki yē yathārth nahī̃ hai lēkin parivartit hōnē key|kī kamī hō jātī hai .

92You understand when something is not accurate, but although you do understand it, you lack the ability to bring about that transformation.

87Brāhmaṇ jīvan mē̃ parivartan mē̃ ā gayē , ab kōī kahē̃gē ki maĩ brāhmaṇ nahī̃ hū̃  ?

93You have brought about transformation in your Brahmin life, and so would any of you say that you are not a Brahmin?

88Sabhī apnē kō be|B . K|kē . likhtē hō nā  !

94What do you all write your name as?

89Ham brāhmaṇ haĩ , yah samajhtē hō nā  ?

95You write B.K., do you not?

90Brāhmaṇ jīvan mē̃ jō parīkṣhāyē̃ ātī haĩ usmē̃ parivartan karnē key|kī śhakti āvaśhyak hōtī hai .

96You consider yourselves to be Brahmins, do you not? 97The power of transformation is essential for the tests that come in Brahmin life.

91Jab vyarth saṅkalp chaltē haĩ tō samajhtē bhī hō ki yē vyarth haĩ . 92Lēkin vyarth saṅkalpō̃ kā bahāv itnā tēz hōtā hai jō apnē taraph khīñchtā jātā hai .

98When you have wasteful thoughts, you understand that they are wasteful, but, just as there is great force in a river or an ocean, so the flow of wasteful thoughts is so fast that they pull you.

93Jaisē nadī kā vā sāgar kā bahut force hōtā hai tō kitnā bhī apnē kō rōknē key|kī kōśhiśh kartē haĩ lēkin phir bhī bahtē jātē haĩ . 94Samajhtē bhī hō , sōchtē bhī hō ki yē ṭhīk nahī̃ hai , issē nuksān hai phir bhī bahāv mē̃ bah jātē hō iskā kāraṇ kyā  ?

99No matter how much you try to stop them, they still continue to flow. 100You understand and you also think that it is not right; you understand that it causes a lot of loss, but you still continue to flow with them. 101What is the reason for this?

95Parivartan śhakti key|kī kamī .

102A lack of the power of transformation.

96Pahlā viśhēṣh parivartan hai svarūp kā parivartan .

103The first special transformation is the transformation of your form.

97Maĩ śharīr nahī̃ , lēkin ātmā hū̃ , yah svarūp kā parivartan hai .

104Look at the first transformation of your form: I am not a body, but a soul.

98Yah ādi parivartan hai .

105This is the first transformation of your form.

99Ismē̃ bhī check karō tō jab dēhbhān kā force hōtā hai tō ātma abhimān K|kē svarūp mē̃ ṭik saktē hō yā bah jātē hō  ?

106Check this: When there is the force of body consciousness, are you able to stabilise yourself in soul consciousness or do you flow away?

100Agar second mē̃ parivartan śhakti kām mē̃ ā jāyē tō samay , saṅkalp kitnē bach jātē haĩ .

107If the power of transformation were to be used in a second, so much of your time and thoughts would be saved.

101West|waste sē best mē̃ jamā hō jātē haĩ .

108From being wasted, they would be accumulated in the best way.

102Pahlī parivartan śhakti hai svarūp kā parivartan aur svabhāv kā parivartan .

109The first transformational powers are of your form and your nature. 110The old nature deceives you in your effort-making life.

103Purānā svabhāv puruṣhārthī jīvan mē̃ dhōkhā dētā hai .

111You even understand that your nature is not right and that it deceives you from time to time.

104Samajhtē bhī hō ki yah mērā svabhāv yathārth nahī̃ hai aur yah svabhāv samay prati samay dhōkhā bhī dētā hai - yah bhī samajhtē hō , lēkin phir bhī svabhāv K|kē vaśh hō jātē hō .

112You understand this but, nevertheless, you come under the influence of your nature. 113Then, in order to justify yourself, you say, "That was not my intention; my nature is like that; I did not wish it, but my nature is like that."

105Phir apnē bachāv K|kē liyē kahtē hō ki mērā bhāv nahī̃ thā , mērā svabhāv aisā hai , maĩ chāhtā yā chāhtī nahī̃ hū̃ lēkin mērā svabhāv hai .

114Your birth has changed; you became Brahmins and so your birth has changed, has it not? 115Your relationships changed, your father changed, your mother changed, your family changed, but your nature has not changed.

106Brāhmaṇ ban gayē tō janm badal gayā , sambandh badal gayā , mā̃-bāp badal gayē , parivār badal gayā lēkin svabhāv nahī̃ badalā|badlā .

116What royal words do you then use? 117"My nature is like that.” 118So, the first weakness is in the transformation of your form.

107Phir royal śhabda kahtē ki mērī nature hai .

119The second is in the transformation of your nature.

108Tō pahlī kamjōrī svarūp kā parivartan , dūsrā svabhāv kā parivartan , tīsrā saṅkalp kā parivartan .

120The third is in the transformation of your thoughts. 121Transform the wasteful into powerful within a second.

109Second mē̃ vyarth kō samarth mē̃ parivartan karō . 110Kaī samajhtē haĩ bas ādhā ghaṇṭē kā tūphān thā , ādhā ghaṇṭā , 15 minute chalā , lēkin ādhā ghaṇṭā vā 15 minute key|kī kamjōrī saṅskār banā dētī hai nā  ?

122Many think that it was just a storm of half-an-hour, that it did not last long, only half-an-hour; it only lasted 15 minutes. 123However, whether it was half-an-hour or 15 minutes, a weakness for 15 minutes or half-an-hour creates a sanskar.

111Jaisē śharīr mē̃ agar kōī bār-bār kamjōr hōtā rahē tō sadā K|kē liyē kamjōr ban jātē haĩ .

124When someone becomes physically weak again and again, he becomes weak for all time.

112Tō 15 minute kōī cum|kam nahī̃ haĩ .

125So 15 minutes is not a small matter.

113Saṅgamyug kā ēk-ēk second varṣhō̃ K|kē samān hai .

126Each second of the confluence age is equal to many years.

114Tō aisē albēlē nahī̃ banō .

127So, do not become careless in this way.

115Bhal thōṛā hī chalā lēkin ganvāyā kitnā  ?

128"It did not last for long”, but how much did you lose?

116Jab kadam mē̃ padam kahtē hō tō 15 minute mē̃ kitnē kadam uṭhē̃gē aur kitnē padam gãvāyē  ?

129When you speak of multimillions in one step, how many steps could you take in 15 minutes and how many multimillions would you lose?

117Jamā mē̃ tō hisāb achchhā rakhtē hō ki kadam mē̃ padam jamā hō gayā lēkin ganvānē kā bhī tō hisāb rakhō .

130You keep a very good account of your accumulation and think that you have accumulated multimillions in every step, so you should also keep an account of your losses and what you are losing.

118Tō na chāhtē huē bhī saṅskār khīñchtē haĩ .

131However, the sanskars pull you even against your conscious wish.

119Jō bhī bāt bār-bār hōtī vō saṅskār rūp mē̃ bhar jātī hai .

132Whatever repeatedly happens will take on the form of a sanskar.

120Tō saṅkalp parivartan karō .

133So transform your sanskars!

121Sirph sōchtē nahī̃ rahō - karnā nahī̃ chāhiyē , hō gayā , kyā karũ  ?

134Do not just think about it, "I should not do this, what can I do?” 135Do not say, "What can I do?"

122Nahī̃ , sōchō aur karkē dikhāō .

136Think and do it practically.

123Kahtē hō bītī kō bindī lagāō , ēk-dō kō gyān dētē hō nā - kōī ākar bāt karē̃gē tō kahē̃gē ṭhīk hai , bindī lagā dō , lēkin svayã bindī lagātē hō  ?

137You say that you have to put a full stop to the past. 138You give this knowledge to one another, do you not? 139When anyone comes and tells you anything that has happened, you say, "It's all right, just put a full stop!"

124Bindī lagānē liyē kaun-sī śhakti chāhiē  ?

140However, do you put a full stop? 141In order to put a full stop, what power do you need?

125Parivartan śhakti .

142The power of transformation.

126Parivartan śhakti vālā sadā hī nirmal aur nirmān rahtā hai .

143Those who have the power of transformation are constantly pure, gentle and humble.

127Jaisē pahlē bhī bāpdādā nē sunāyā hai ki mould hōnē vālā hī real gold hai .

144BapDada also told you earlier that those who are able to mould themselves are real gold.

128Real gold key|kī niśhānī hai vō mould hō jāyēgā .

145The sign of those who are real gold is that they are able to mould themselves.

129Tō check karō ki parivartan śhakti samay par kām ātī hai yā samay bīt jānē kē bād sōchtē hī rahtē haĩ  ?

146So check whether you are able to use the power of transformation at a time of need, or whether you continue to think about it after that time of need.

130Tō parivartan śhakti kō baṛhānā hai .

147You need to increase the power of transformation.

131Jismē̃ parivartan śhakti hai vō sabkā pyārā bantā hai .

148Those who have the power of transformation are loved by everyone.

132Vichārō̃ mē̃ bhī sahaj rahēgā , āgē baṛhtē sēvā mē̃ rahtē hō nā  ?

149They will be easy in their thoughts. 150As you move forward, you remain engaged in doing service, do you not?

133Sēvā mē̃ bhī vighna rūp kyā hōtā hai  ?

151What form does an obstacle take even in service?

134Mērā vichār , mērā plan , mērī sēvā itnī achchhī hōtē huē bhī mērā kyō̃ nahī̃ mānā gayā  ?

152"My idea, my plan, my service is so good and yet why was my idea not accepted?"

135Tō uskō real gold kahē̃gē  ?

153Would such a person be called real gold?

136Mērāpan ā gayā , mērā-pan ānā arthāt alloy mix hōnā .

154When there is the consciousness of "mine", it means that alloy is mixed with it.

137Jab real gold mē̃ alloy mix hō jātā hai tō vō real rahtā hai  ?

155So, when alloy is mixed into real gold, does it remain real gold anymore?

138Uskā mūlya rahtā hai  ?

156Does it have any value?

139Kitnā phark paṛ jātā hai  !

157There is then so much difference.

140Tō samay aur vāyumaṇḍal kō parakhkar apnē kō parivartan karnā , iskī āvaśhyaktā hai . 141Mōṭī-mōṭī bātō̃ mē̃ parivartan karnā tō sahaj hai lēkin her|har paristhiti mē̃ , her|har sambandh , samparka mē̃ samay aur vāyumaṇḍal kō samajh svayã kō parivartan karnā , yahī number one bannā hai .

158In this too, you have to consider the time and the atmosphere. 159It is easy to bring about transformation in big matters, but you have to understand the time and the atmosphere in every situation, in every relationship and in every connection and then bring about transformation in yourself. 160This is what it means to become number one.

142Yē nahī̃ sōchō ki phalānā bhī samajhē nā , yē bhī tō parivartan karē nā , sirph maĩ hī parivartan karũ kyā  ?

161Do not think: This one should also understand. 162This one should also transform himself. 163Why should I be the only one to transform myself?

143Jō ōṭē sō arjun , ismē̃ agar āpnē apnē kō parivartan kiyā tō yē parivartan hī vijayī bannē key|kī niśhānī hai .

164Those who take the initiative are Arjuna. 165If you transform yourself in this, then this transformation is a sign of being victorious.

144Samjhā . 145Achchhā .

166Do you understand?

146Chārō̃ ōr K|kē sarv sadā smr̥iti svarūp ātmāō̃ kō , sadā second mē̃ parivartan śhakti dvārā sva parivartan karnē vālī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō , sadā sahaj yōgī anubhav karnē vālē anubhavī ātmāō̃ kō , sadā bāp K|kē samīp aur samān bannē K|kē umaṅg-utsāh mē̃ rahnē vālī sarv ātmāō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur namastē .

167Achcha. 168To all the souls everywhere who are embodiments of awareness, to the elevated souls who bring about self-transformation in a second with the power of transformation, to the experienced souls who constantly experience yoga to be easy, to the elevated souls who constantly maintain the zeal and enthusiasm of being close to and becoming the same as the Father, to all souls, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.

147Teachers  : sabhī teachers tō sadā hī gyān svarūp , smr̥iti svarūp haĩ hī kyōṅki jaisē bāp śhikṣhak bankar ātē haĩ tō bāp samān nimitt śhikṣhak hō .

169Teachers: All the teachers are constantly embodiments of knowledge and embodiments of remembrance. 170Just as the Father comes as the Teacher, so you too are instrument teachers the same as the Father.

148Bāp jaisē nahī̃ hō , lēkin nimitt śhikṣhak hō .

171You are not like the Father, but you are instrument teachers.

149Tō teachers key|kī viśhēṣhtā nimitt bhāv aur nirmān bhāv .

172So, the speciality of teachers is that they have the feeling of being an instrument and of being humble.

150Saphal teacher vahī bantī hai jiskā nirmal svabhāv hō .

173A successful teacher is one who has a pure and clean nature.

151Abhī nirmal svabhāv kē ūpar viśhēṣh underline karō .

174Now, especially underline having a pure and clean nature.

152Kuchh bhī hō jāē lēkin apnā svabhāv sadā nirmal rahē .

175No matter what happens, let your nature always be pure and clean.

153Yahī nirmal svabhāv nirmāntā key|kī niśhānī hai .

176This pure and clean nature is a sign of humility.

154Tō underline karō ' nirmal svabhāv ' .

177So now underline "a pure and clean nature".

155Bilkul śhītal . 156Śhītaltā kā gāyan śhītlā dēvī hai .

178Completely cool; the praise of coolness is remembered in the form of the goddess of coolness.

157Tō nirmal svabhāv arthāt śhītal svabhāv .

179To have a pure and clean nature means to have a cool nature.

158Bāt jōśh dilānē kī hō lēkin āp nirmal hō tab kahē̃gē saphal teacher .

180The situation may be one that has force, but if you remain pure and cool, you would then be called a successful teacher.

159Tō bāp-dādā phir bhī underline karā rahā hai kis par  ?

181So, what is BapDada making you underline even now? 182A pure and clean nature.

160Nirmal svabhāv . 161Samjhā  ?

183Do you understand?

162Achchhā  !

184Achcha.

163Praśhna  : sabsē baṛā khazānā kaun sā hai  ? 164Jissē hī gyān aur yōg key|kī parakh hōtī hai  ?

185Question:What is the greatest treasure of all, with which knowledge and yoga can be revealed?

165Uttar  : sabsē baṛā khazānā hai khuśhī .

186Answer:The greatest treasure is happiness.

166Chāhē kitnā bhī gyān hō , yōg hō lēkin khuśhī key|kī prāpti nahī̃ tō gyān ṭhīk nahī̃ .

187No matter how much knowledge and yoga you have, if you haven’t achieved happiness, then the knowledge is not right.

167Kōī bhī paristhiti ā jāē khuśhī gāyab nahī̃ hō saktī .

188No matter what circumstances come, your happiness must not disappear.

168Avināśhī bāp kā avināśhī khazānā milā hai isliē khuśhī kabhī gāyab nahī̃ hō saktī .

189You have received this imperishable treasure from the eternal Father and your happiness can therefore never disappear.

169Yōg lagātē lēkin khuśhī nahī̃ tō yōg ṭhīk nahī̃ .

190If you have yoga, but are not happy, then your yoga is not right.

170Āpkī khuśhī dēkh dūsrē āpsē pūchhē̃ ki kyā āpkō milā hai , yahī gyān aur yōg key|kī pratyakṣhatā kā sādhan hai .

191When others see your happiness, let them ask you what you have received. 192This is the way to reveal knowledge and yoga.

171Praśhna  : kis lagan K|kē ādhār par vighnō̃ key|kī samāpti svataḥ hō jātī hai  ?

193Question:With what love can your obstacles be easily finished?

172Uttar  : ēk bāp dūsrā na kōī , isī lagan mē̃ magan rahō tō vighna ṭik nahī̃ saktā .

194Answer:One Father and none other: remain absorbed in this love and no obstacles can then remain.

173Vighna hai tō lagan nahī̃ .

195When there are obstacles, there is no love.

174Vighna bhal āyē̃ lēkin uskā prabhāv na paṛē .

196Let obstacles come, but they must not influence you.

175Jab svayã prabhāvśhālī ātmā ban jātē tō kisī kā prabhāv nahī̃ paṛ saktā .

197When you become an influential soul, nothing can influence you.

176Jaisē sūrya kō kōī kitnā bhī chhipāyē tō chhip nahī̃ saktā  ! 177Sadā chamaktā rahtā hai .

198No matter how much someone tries to hide the sun, it cannot be hidden, it constantly continues to shine.

178Aisē hī prabhāvśhālī ātmāō̃ kō kōī bhī prabhāv apnē taraph khīñch nahī̃ saktā .

199In the same way, nothing can influence or pull influential souls to it.

179Tō sadā ēk bāp dūsrā na kōī , isī lagan mē̃ magan rahnē vālē , yahī viśhēṣh saṅgamyug kā anubhav hai .

200Constantly belong to the one Father and none other and stay absorbed in this love. 201This is the special experience of the confluence age.

Blessing

180Vardān  : snēh key|kī lift dvārā uṛtī kalā kā anubhav karnē vālē avināśhī snēhī bhav

202Blessing: May you be eternally loving and experience the flying stage with the lift of love.

181Mēhnat sē mukt hōnē kē liē bāp K|kē snēhī banō .

203 In order to be liberated from having to work hard, be loving to the Father.

182Yah avināśhī snēh hī avināśhī lift ban uṛtī kalā kā anubhav karātā hai .

204This eternal love becomes an imperishable lift and gives you the experience of the flying stage.

183Lēkin yadi snēh mē̃ albēlāpan hai tō bāp sē current nahī̃ miltī aur lift kām nahī̃ kartī .

205However, if there is carelessness in your love, you cannot receive a current from the Father and this lift will not work.

184Jaisē light band hōnē sē , connection khatm hōnē sē lift dvārā sukh key|kī anubhūti nahī̃ kar saktē , aisē snēh cum|kam hai tō mēhnat kā anubhav hōtā hai , isliē avināśhī snēhī banō .

206Just as when the light and connection stops, you cannot have happiness from the lift, in the same way, when there is little love, you experience having to work hard. 207Therefore, be eternally loving.

Slogan

185Slōgan  : śhubh saṅkalp aur divya buddhi K|kē yantra dvārā tīvragati key|kī uṛān bhartē rahō .

208Slogan: Continue to fly at a fast speed in the vehicle of pure thoughts and a divine intellect.
