8Gīt : tumhārē bulānē kō jī chāhtā hai …
8Song: The heart desires to call You.
Murli
9Ōm śhānti .
9Om shanti.
10Mīṭhē-mīṭhē bachchē , tumhē̃ gōp-gōpiyā̃ bhī kahā jātā hai .
10Sweetest children, you can also be called gopes and gopis.
11Satyug mē̃ gōp-gōpiyā̃ nahī̃ hōtē haĩ .
11There are no gopes and gopis in the golden age.
12Vahā̃ tō rājdhānī chaltī hai .
12It is a kingdom that exists there.
13Gōp-gōpiyā̃ saṅgamyug par haĩ jabki gōpī vallabh bhī ātē haĩ .
13Gopes and gopis exist at the confluence age, when Gopi Vallabh (Father of the gopis) comes.
14Vallabh bāp kō kahā jātā hai .
14The Father is called Vallabh.
15Bachchē yād kartē haĩ ki bābā phir sē āō .
15Children remember the Father and say: Baba, come once again.
16Sabhī centres K|kē bachchē hōṅgē . 17Sabkō patā hai ki bābā is samay murlī bajātā hōgā .
16The children at all the centres know that Baba must be speaking a murli at this time and that that murli is being recorded on a tape.
18Vah murlī tape mē̃ bhartī hōgī , likhtē bhī hōṅgē . 19Litho hōgī phir hamārē pās|pass āyēgī .
17It would also be written down and be reproduced by litho and sent to them.
20Ham dhārṇā karē̃gē phir ham dhārṇā karāyēṅgē .
18They will imbibe it and enable others to imbibe it.
21Yah sab samajhtē hōṅgē ki madhuban mē̃ tō gōp-gōpiyā̃ gōpī vallabh sē sammukh suntē hōṅgē . 22Vō hī murlī phir ham 4-5 din kē bād sunē̃gē .
19They know that the gopes and gopis in Madhuban must be listening personally to Gopi Vallabh and that they themselves will hear the same murli after four or five days.
23Aisē khyālāt chaltē hōṅgē nā .
20They must be having these types of thoughts.
24Kahtē haĩ - bābā , āp āō tō ham sadaiv muskarānē lag jāvē̃ . 25Jaisē dēvtāyē̃ sadaiv harṣhit rahtē haĩ .
21They say: Baba when You come, we will begin to smile constantly just as the deities remain constantly cheerful.
26Vahā̃ yathā rājā rānī tathā prajā sab harṣhit rahtē haĩ .
22There, the king, the queen and the subjects all remain cheerful.
27Duḥkh kā nām-niśhān nahī̃ rahtā .
23There is no name or trace of sorrow there.
28Yahā̃ tō hai hī prajā kā rājya .
24Here, it is government by the people.
29Tō bachchē jāntē haĩ bābā ākar hamkō paṛhātē haĩ .
25You children understand that Baba comes and teaches you.
30Yahā̃ garīb hī achchhī rīti paṛhtē haĩ . 31Jaisē vē|way garīb bhī kōī aim|M|am . L . A . , kōī aim|M|am . pī|P . ban jātē haĩ nā .
26Here, it is the poor who study well, just as out of those poor people, one may become an MLA (Member of the Legislative Assembly) or an MP (Member of Parliament).
32Yahā̃ garīb hī paṛh saktē haĩ .
27Here, only the poor can study.
33Vāris bhī garīb hī bantē haĩ .
28It is the poor who become heirs.
34Sāhūkārō̃ kō laphaṛā bahut rahtā hai .
29The rich have too many complications.
35Ēk tō dhan kā naśhā , dūsrā phir phursat nahī̃ miltī . 36Bali bhī nahī̃ chaṛh saktē .
30Firstly, they have the intoxication of their wealth and secondly, they have no time and so they cannot sacrifice themselves.
37Yahā̃ bali chaṛhnā paṛtā hai tan-man-dhan sahit . 38Sāhūkārō̃ kā hr̥iday vidīraṇ hōtā hai .
31Here, you have to sacrifice yourselves with your minds, bodies and wealth.
39Phurnā bahut rahtā hai isliē garīb jhaṭ bali chaṛhtē haĩ .
32The hearts of the wealthy ones shrink; they have many other concerns.
40Ismē̃ bhī pahlē number mē̃ kanyāyē̃ jātī haĩ . 41Mama bhī kanyā hai nā .
33This is why the poor sacrifice themselves very quickly and, among them, it is the kumaris who come first.
42Bāp key|kī banī aur kahē̃gē - bas , mērā tō śhivbābā dūsrā na kōī .
34Mama too was a kumari. 35She belonged to the Father and said: Mine is Shiv Baba and none other.
43Iskō bali chaṛhnā kahā jātā hai .
36This is what is meant by sacrificing oneself.
44Gr̥ihastha vyavahār mē̃ rahtē huē jaisē ki vahā̃ nahī̃ haĩ .
37While living at home with your families, it is as though you are not there.
45Buddhi mē̃ śhāntidhām , sukhdhām hī bastā hai .
38Only the land of peace and land of happiness remain in your intellects.
46Ab ham jātē haĩ sweet home , phir sweet rājāī mē̃ .
39We are now going to our sweet home and then to our sweet kingdom.
47Gr̥ihastha vyavahār mē̃ rahtē rachnā key|kī bhī pālnā karnī hai , parantu śhrīmat sē .
40While living at home with your families, you have to sustain your creation, but on the basis of shrimat.
48Śhrīmat tab milē jab bali chaṛhē .
41Only when you sacrifice yourselves can you receive shrimat.
49Sarvśhaktimān kē sāth yōg lagānē sē hī śhakti miltī hai .
42Only by having yoga with the Almighty Authority can you receive power.
50Bāp kā nahī̃ bantē haĩ tō śhakti nahī̃ milēgī .
43If you do not belong to the Father, you cannot receive power.
51Sagē aur lagē hōtē haĩ .
44There are real children and there are stepchildren.
52Un sannyāsiyō̃ mē̃ bhī sagē aur lagē hōtē haĩ .
45Even among sannyasis, there are real ones and step ones.
53Kōī tō gharbār chhōṛ jākar kaphnī pahantē haĩ . 54Vah ṭhaharē sagē .
46Some renounce their homes and families and put on saffron-coloured robes; they are real ones.
55Kōī phir followers hōtē haĩ . 56Vah rahtē haĩ gr̥ihastha mē̃ . 57Unkō kahtē haĩ sautēlē . 58Sagē nahī̃ kahē̃gē .
47There are others who are just followers; they live at home with their families; they are said to be step ones; they cannot be called real ones.
59Unhē̃ phir varsā mil na sakē kyōṅki apavitr rahtē haĩ .
48They cannot receive an inheritance because they remain impure.
60Yahā̃ bhī kōī tō sagē haĩ jō pavitratā key|kī rākhī bāndhtē haĩ .
49Here, too, there are real ones who have a rakhi of purity tied on them.
61Bākī jō pavitra nahī̃ rahtē haĩ unkō sagē kah na sakē̃ .
50Those who do not remain pure cannot be said to be real children.
62Yah hai rājyōg dvārā sannyās . 63Vah hai haṭhyōg dvārā sannyās .
51This is renunciation through Raj Yoga, whereas that renunciation is through hatha yoga.
64Bābā nē samjhāyā hai - kaisē apnē kō sannyāsiyō̃ K|kē followers kahlātē haĩ . 65Parantu rahtē haĩ ghar gr̥ihastha mē̃ .
52Baba has explained how people call themselves followers of the sannyasis and yet they still live at home with their families.
66Tō unkō vāstav mē̃ followers vā sannyāsī kah na sakē̃ .
53In fact, they can neither be called followers nor sannyasis.
67Sannyās karnē kā puruṣhārth karnē chāhtē haĩ parantu bandhan hai .
54They want to make effort for renunciation, but they have bondages.
68Jinhōnnē kalp pahlē sannyās kiyā hai vahī chhōṛtē haĩ .
55Only those who had renunciation in the previous cycle will have renunciation again.
69Vah hō jātē haĩ sagē aur vah lagē .
56They become real ones whereas others are that in name only.
70Yahā̃ jō bhī bāp K|kē bantē haĩ vahī sagē ṭhaharē .
57Here, those who belong to the Father are real children.
71Madad aur varsā bhī sagē kō hī milēgā .
58It is the real children who receive help and the inheritance.
72Lagē kō madad mil na sakē .
59Step ones cannot receive help.
73Bābā nē samjhāyā hai - yah hai gyān indra sabhā .
60Baba has explained that this is the Court of the knowledge of Indra.
74Yahā̃ sab gyān pukhrāj parī . . . haĩ .
61Here, all are angels of knowledge.
75Nau ratnō̃ key|kī bhī bahut mahimā hai .
62There is great praise of the nine jewels.
76Nau ratna key|kī aṅgūṭhī bhī pahantē haĩ .
63People wear a ring of nine jewels.
77Brāhmaṇ lōg kahtē haĩ yah pahanō̃ tō tumhārī daśhā badalēgī .
64Brahmin priests say: Wear this so that your omens can change.
78Pattharō̃ key|kī bhī mahimā kar dī hai .
65They have even praised the gems.
79Vē|way hī tō tum bachchē hō .
66In fact, you children are those gems.
80Jitnē jō serviceable bachchē haĩ vē|way vijay mālā mē̃ ātē haĩ .
67You children become part of the rosary of victory to the extent that you become serviceable.
81Ūñch tē ūñch hai hīrā banānē vālā bābā . 82Unkō bīch mē̃ rakhtē haĩ .
68Baba, who makes you into highest-on-high diamonds, is placed in the centre.
83Manuṣhya tō in bātō̃ kō jāntē hī nahī̃ .
69Human beings don’t know about such things.
84Nau ratna kaun haĩ ? 85Patthar sē bhēṇṭ kyō̃ kartē haĩ ?
70They don’t know who the nine jewels are and why they are compared to gems.
86Jaisē nadiyō̃ sē bhī bhēṇṭ kartē haĩ , tum hō gyān nadiyā̃ . 87Vah hai pānī key|kī .
71In the same way, you are compared to rivers; you are rivers of knowledge, whereas others are of water.
88Tō kahtē haĩ - bābā āō tō ham sadaiv harṣhit rahē̃gē .
72Therefore, you say: Baba come, so that we can remain constantly cheerful.
89Āpkī murlī sunkar aurō̃ kō sunāyēṅgē .
73We will listen to Your murlis and explain them to others.
90Phir hā̃ , prince-princess ban ratna jaṛit murlī bhī bajātē haĩ .
74Yes, we will then become princes and princesses and play flutes studded with diamonds.
91Murlī bajānē kā śhauk rahtā hai .
75There is the desire to play the flute.
92Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō bhī murlī thī jarūr . 93Jabki vah prince thā , rās kartā thā .
76Shri Krishna too surely had a flute and used to dance when he was a prince.
94Bākī gyān murlī sunānā yā bajānā tō gyān sāgar kā hī kām hai .
77However, to play or speak the murli of knowledge is the task of the Ocean of Knowledge alone.
95Vah gyān murlī bāp ākar chalātē haĩ .
78The Father comes and plays the flute of knowledge.
96Gyān key|kī bāt yahā̃ hī hōtī hai .
79Matters of this knowledge only apply here.
97Vahā̃ gyān key|kī bāt nahī̃ hōtī hai .
80There, there is no question of this knowledge.
98Ab murlī bajānē vālī tum bachchiyā̃ hō .
81It is you daughters who play this murli (flute) now.
99Satyug mē̃ trikāldarśhīpanē kā gyān nahī̃ hōtā .
82There is no knowledge of the three aspects of time in the golden age.
100Vahā̃ yah knowledge prāyaḥlōp hō jātī hai . 101Paramparā nahī̃ chal saktī .
83There, this knowledge will have disappeared; it does not continue eternally.
102Pīchhē tō hōtī hai prālabdh .
84At that time, there is only the reward.
103Gyān ēk hī bār miltā hai .
85Knowledge is only received once.
104Abhī tum 21 janmō̃ kē liē prālabdh pā rahē hō .
86You are now attaining your reward for 21 births.
105Prālabdh milēgī phir tō bābā bhī paramdhām mē̃ jākar baiṭh jātē haĩ .
87Once you have attained your reward, Baba goes and sits in the supreme abode.
106Tumkō gyān-yōgbal sē viśhva kā mālik banākar ham vāṇī sē parē hō baiṭh jātē haĩ . 107Phir vahā̃ mērē kō kōī nahī̃ jāntē .
88Once I have made you into the masters of the world through this knowledge and the power of yoga, I go and sit beyond sound.
108Mujh rachayitā aur mērī rachnā kō kōī jān nahī̃ saktē .
89No one knows Me there. 90No one can know Me, the Creator, or My creation.
109Na bāp kō jāntē , na sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kō jāntē haĩ .
91They neither know the Father nor the beginning, the middle or the end of the world.
110Vahā̃ yah gyān nahī̃ rahtā hai .
92This knowledge does not remain there.
111Rādhē-kr̥iṣhṇa kō vahā̃ yah patā hō ki phir 14 kalā bannā hai tō rājya , tāj key|kī khuśhī hī gum hō jāyē .
93If Radhe and Krishna were to know that they later had to become 14 celestial degrees, the happiness of the kingdom and the crown would disappear.
112Yah gyān vahā̃ rahtā hī nahī̃ .
94This knowledge does not exist there.
113Bāp her|har bāt clear samjhātē haĩ .
95The Father explains everything very clearly.
114Tum bhī sannyāsī hō , vē|way bhī sannyāsī haĩ .
96You are renunciates and they too are renunciates.
115Vō hai haṭhyōg kā sannyās .
97However, their renunciation is through hatha yoga.
116Sannyāsī had kā ghar bār chhōṛ jātē haĩ .
98Those sannyasis renounce their limited homes and families.
117Vahā̃ hai śhaṅkarāchārya aur yah hai śhivāchārya .
99There, there is Shankaracharya, whereas it is Shivacharya here.
118Śhivbābā gyān kā sāgar hai nā .
100Shiv Baba is the Ocean of Knowledge.
119Unkō āchārya kahā jātā hai .
101He is called the Teacher.
120Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa āchārya nahī̃ .
102Shri Krishna is not a teacher.
121Bhagvān śhivāchārya baiṭh tum bachchō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ .
103God Shiva, the Teacher, sits here and explains to you children.
122Rājyōg sikhlātē haĩ .
104He teaches you Raj Yoga.
123Vah haṭhyōgī haĩ . 124Vah rājyōg sikhlā na sakē .
105Those are hatha yogis; they cannot teach Raj Yoga.
125Yah bēhad kā bāp hī satyug kā rājya prāpt karānē rājyōg sikhlātē haĩ .
106Only the unlimited Father can teach Raj Yoga for attainment of the kingdom of the golden age.
126Tum ab bāp kē pās āyē hō .
107You have now come to the Father.
127Vē|way janm by janm sannyās lētē haĩ . 128Tum 21 janm phir sannyās nahī̃ lētē hō .
108Those people adopt renunciation for birth after birth, whereas you do not have to renounce anything for 21 births.
129Tum jāntē hō yah purānī duniyā hai , ham iskō ṭhōkar mārtē haĩ .
109You understand that this is the old world and that you are now kicking it away.
130Śhivbābā nē dō prakār key|kī yātrā samjhāī hai - ēk rūhānī yātrā , dūsrī jismānī .
110Shiv Baba has explained two types of pilgrimage: One is the spiritual pilgrimage and the other is the physical pilgrimage.
131Supreme bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ tumkō yātrā par lē jātā hū̃ . 132Phir tum mr̥ityulōk mē̃ nahī̃ āyēṅgē .
111The Supreme Father says: I take you on a pilgrimage and you will not return to the land of death.
133Bāp hai supreme paṇḍā .
112The Father is the Supreme Guide.
134Unkē bachchē bhī paṇḍē ṭhaharē .
113His children are also guides.
135Tum hō rūhānī paṇḍē , rūhānī yātrā karānē vālē .
114You are spiritual guides who enable souls to go on this spiritual pilgrimage.
136Yah dhāraṇ karnē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .
115These are things to imbibe.
137Bachchē achchhī rīti dhārṇā kar samjhātē haĩ .
116You children imbibe these well and explain them to others.
138Kōī phir aisē bhī haĩ jinkā yōg pūrā nahī̃ rahtā hai .
117There are some who do not have accurate yoga.
139Bhal gyān key|kī dhārṇā achchhī rahtī hai . 140Yōg nahī̃ ṭhahartā hai .
118Although they imbibe knowledge very well, their yoga is not constant.
141Gyān mē̃ māyā interfere nahī̃ kartī hai .
119Maya doesn’t interfere in knowledge, she only interferes in yoga.
142Yōg mē̃ māyā interfere kartī hai . 143Jaisē radio mē̃ speech kartē haĩ tō laṛāī jab lagtī hai tō ēk dō kā āvāj sunnē nahī̃ dētē haĩ .
120It is the same as when a speech is being given on the radio during wartime and they jam the transmission to stop it being heard.
144Khiṭ-khiṭ kartē haĩ tō yōg mē̃ māyā bhī interfere kartī hai .
121Similarly, where there is a disturbance, Maya interferes in yoga.
145Bhārat mē̃ yōg kā nām maśhhūr hai .
122The name ‘yoga’ is very famous in Bharat.
146Prāchīn yōg kisnē sikhāyā ?
123Who taught this ancient yoga?
147Unhōnnē śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa bhagvānuvāch kah diyā hai .
124They have said that it was God Shri Krishna who taught it.
148Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa tō hai satyug mē̃ phir unkā nām , rūp , dēśh , kāl badaltē-badaltē yah hai antim janm .
125Shri Krishna only exists in the golden age. 126Then his name, form, place and time period continue to change.
149Phir usmē̃ bāp pravēśh kar unkō yah banā rahē haĩ .
127Now, in his final birth, the Father enters him and makes him that again.
150Tum jāntē hō brāhmaṇ sō dēvtā banē , phir kṣhatriya sō vaiśhya sō śhūdra banē̃ .
128You know that Brahmins become deities, who then become warriors, merchants and shudras.
151Bāp baiṭh samjhātē haĩ maĩ jō bhī tumkō knowledge dētā hū̃ vah prāyaḥlōp hō jātī hai .
129The Father sits here and explains: Whatever knowledge I am giving you will disappear. 130I give it to you through this one.
152Is dvārā sunātā hū̃ .
131So, the foremost river is Brahma.
153Tō pahlā number nadī brahmā . 154Mēlā lagtā hai nā - brahmaputrā aur sāgar par .
132A mela (gathering) takes place at the confluence of the Brahmaputra River and the ocean.
155Yah brahmaputrā hai baṛī nadī . 156Jō dhārṇā karkē karātē haĩ .
133This Brahmaputra is a big river who imbibes knowledge and enables others to imbibe it.
157Barōbar bhagvān rūp badalkar āyā hai .
134It is true that God has changed His form and come.
158Jō nirākār rūp hai vah badal kar sākār mē̃ ātē haĩ .
135He changes His incorporeal form and comes into the corporeal.
159Brāhmaṇō̃ kā sabsē ūñch kul hai .
136The Brahmin clan is the highest of all.
160Bāp brahmā mukh kamal dvārā brāhmaṇō̃ kō gyān dē dēvī-dēvtā dharm aur kṣhatriya dharm key|kī sthāpanā kartē haĩ .
137The Father gives this knowledge to Brahmins through the lotus lips of Brahma and creates the deity and warrior religions.
161Satyug-trētā mē̃ aur kōī dharm hōtā nahī̃ .
138There are no other religions in the golden and silver ages.
162Ab sthāpanā hō rahī hai .
139They are being established now.
163Rādhē-kr̥iṣhṇa jō haĩ vah lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ bantē haĩ .
140Radhe and Krishna become Lakshmi and Narayan.
164Jinhōnnē bhī paṛhāī kī hai vah satyug mē̃ tō jarūr āyēṅgē kyōṅki avināśhī gyān kā vināśh nahī̃ hōtā hai .
141Those who have studied will definitely go into the golden age, because this imperishable knowledge can never be destroyed.
165Prajā tō bahut bantī hai nā .
142Many subjects are created.
166Kōī chalē jātē haĩ phir chakra lagākar ā jātē haĩ .
143Some leave and go on a tour and then return. 144Where else would they go?
167Jāyēṅgē kahā̃ , śhamā tō ēk hī hai . 168Parvānē anēk haĩ . 169Tō śhamā par ātē rahē̃gē .
145There is only the one Flame for the many moths and so they will keep returning to the Flame.
170Bhāgantī hō jānē vālē bhī āyēṅgē .
146Those who have run away will also return.
171Satgurū key|kī nindā karāī hai phir bhī bābā kē pās ātē haĩ tō samjhāyā jātā hai phir sē tum yah gyān uṭhā saktē hō .
147Although they defame the Satguru, they still come back to Baba. 148It is then explained to them that they can take up this knowledge again.
