Question
2Praśhna : most beloved bāp mē̃ bhī kaī bachchō̃ kō kabhī-kabhī sanśhay uṭh jātā hai - kyō̃ aur kab ?
3Question: Why and when do some children develop doubt about the most beloved Father?
Answer
3Uttar : bachchē jab kisī key|kī bātō̃ mē̃ ā jātē , saṅgdōṣh mē̃ ānē sē hī sanśhay uṭhtā hai .
4Answer: When children become influenced by what others say or when they are influenced by bad company, they develop doubt. 5When they leave here, they leave behind the things they have heard here.
4Yahā̃ sē bāhar gayē tō yahā̃ key|kī yahā̃ rahī . 5Aisā bhūl jātē jō apnī khuś-ḵẖaiṟāphat kā samāchār bhī nahī̃ dētē .
6They forget to such an extent that they don’t even write news of their well-being.
6Class mē̃ bhī nahī̃ jātē , murlī bhī nahī̃ paṛhtē isliē bābā kahtē - bachchē , is saṅgdōṣh sē bahut sāvdhān rahnā .
7They neither go to class nor study the murli. 8This is why Baba says: Children, be very cautious about the influence of the company you keep.
7Kabhī bhī kisī key|kī bātō̃ mē̃ nahī̃ ānā .
9Don’t be influenced by what others say.
Song
8Gīt : is pāp key|kī duniyā sē …
10Song: Take us away from this world of sin to a place of rest and comfort.
Murli
9Ōm śhānti .
11Om shanti.
10Abhī param śhikṣhak yah pāṭhśhālā chalā rahē haĩ .
12The Supreme Teacher is running this school.
11Yah tō samjhāyā gayā hai vah parampitā bhī hai tō param śhikṣhak bhī hai .
13It has been explained that He is the Supreme Father and also the Supreme Teacher.
12Tum bāp K|kē bantē hō .
14You belong to the Father.
13Is samay bāp jō tumhārī parvariśh kartē haĩ , vahī śhikṣhak ban tum bachchō̃ kō śhikṣhā dē rahē haĩ .
15It is at this time that the Father sustains you children and also becomes your Teacher and teaches you.
14Tum jō is pāp key|kī duniyā mē̃ rahē huē hō phir tumkō puṇya ātmāō̃ key|kī duniyā mē̃ lē jānē key|kī śhikṣhā dē rahē haĩ .
16You are now living in this world of sin, so He is giving you teachings in order to take you to the world of charitable souls.
15Yah hai pāp ātmāō̃ kī duniyā .
17This is the world of sinful souls.
16Sabsē jāstī pāp karānē vālī māyā rāvaṇ hai .
18It is Maya, Ravan, who makes you commit the most sin.
17Sabsē baṛā pāp hai ēk-dō kō patit banānā .
19The greatest sin of all is to make one another impure.
1821 janm kē liē ātmā kō pāvan banānē kā part patit-pāvan bāp kā hai .
20It is in the Purifier Father’s part to make you souls pure for 21 births.
19Jab ō god father kahtē haĩ tō āṅkh jarūr ūpar kartē haĩ .
21When people say: O God the Father, they definitely raise their eyes upwards.
20Phir kah dētē haĩ paramātmā sarvavyāpī hai .
22Then they say that God is omnipresent.
21Bāp samjhātē haĩ is māyā rāvaṇ nē sabkō tuchchh buddhi banā diyā hai .
23The Father explains that Maya, Ravan, has made everyone’s intellect impure.
22Sab paramātmā kō yād kartē haĩ kyōṅki jāntē haĩ yah duḥkhdhām hai .
24Everyone remembers God because they know that this is a land of sorrow.
23Sādhū lōg bhī samajhtē haĩ yah duḥkhdhām hai isliē sādhnā kartē haĩ śhāntidhām mē̃ jānē key|kī .
25Even sages and holy men understand that this is the world of sorrow. 26This is why they make spiritual endeavour to go to the land of peace.
24Bhāratvāsī bhī chāhtē haĩ ham śhrīkr̥iṣhṇapurī mē̃ jāyē̃ .
27The people of Bharat want to go to the land of Shri Krishna.
25Sabhī sē pyārē tē pyārā hai śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa .
28Shri Krishna is loved the most.
26Parantu bhāratvāsī samajhtē nahī̃ ki vah kab āyā , kyā ākar kiyā ?
29However, the residents of Bharat do not know when he came or what he did when he came.
27Bāp kahtē haĩ yahā̃ ēk bhī puṇya ātmā nahī̃ .
30The Father says: There is not a single pure, charitable soul here.
28Bhal dān-puṇya tō kartē rahtē haĩ , issē alp kāl sukh miltā hai . 29Aisē nahī̃ ki sadā sukhī , sadā śhānt ban jātē haĩ .
31Even though they continue to give donations and perform charity, it doesn’t mean that they become constantly happy and peaceful; they only receive temporary happiness.
30Duḥkhdhām mē̃ sadā śhānti hō nahī̃ saktī .
32There cannot be constant peace in this land of sorrow.
31Ēk ghar mē̃ bhī śhānti nahī̃ rahtī hai . 32Kōī na kōī jhagaṛā|jhagṛā rahtā hī hai isliē parampitā paramātmā kō pukārtē haĩ - bābā is pāp key|kī duniyā sē aur jagah lē chal .
33Peace doesn’t exist in any home; there is one quarrel or another happening. 34This is why people call out to the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul: Baba, take us somewhere else, away from this world of sin.
33Kōī chāhtē haĩ nirvāṇdhām mē̃ jāyē̃ parantu jab uskā bhī mālūm hō tab tō jā sakē nā .
35Some want to go to the land of nirvana. 36However, they could only go there if they knew about it.
34Nivās sthān kā patā hō tō vahā̃ jā bhī sakē̃ .
37They could only go there if they knew that place of residence.
35Samjhō picnic karnē jātē haĩ , kahē̃gē āj phalānī jagah picnic karē̃ . 36Jagah kā mālūm hōgā tab tō jāyēṅgē .
38Suppose you are going on a picnic or you say that you want to have a picnic at a particular place; you could only go there if you knew that place.
37Manuṣhya samajhtē haĩ ham baikuṇṭh jāvē̃ . 38Parantu jāntē nahī̃ - kaisē jāyē̃ ?
39Human beings want to go to Paradise, but they don’t know how to get there.
39Kōī martā hai tō kahtē haĩ left for heavenly abode , tō jarūr nark mē̃ hai nā .
40When someone dies, they say: “Left for the heavenly abode.” 41Surely, he must have been in hell.
40Kahtē bhī haĩ patit-pāvan ākar hamkō pāvan banāō .
42They even say: O Purifier! 43Come and purify us.
41Svarg mē̃ tō haĩ hī pāvan .
44You are pure in heaven.
42Yahā̃ manuṣhya gātē rahtē haĩ - patit-pāvan āō kyōṅki yah patit sr̥iṣhṭi hai .
45Because this world is impure, people continue to sing: O Purifier, come!
43Parantu samajhtē nahī̃ . 44Apnā naśhā rahtā hai .
46However, they don’t understand; they have their own intoxication.
45Kitnī unhō̃ key|kī mahimā hōtī hai .
47They are praised so much.
46Kōī baṛā ādmī martā hai tō kitnā unkā kartē haĩ !
48When an important person dies, they do so much and give him a lot of praise.
47Kitnī unhō̃ key|kī mahimā hōtī hai !
49You now understand that you are sitting with the Father.
48Abhī tum samajhtē hō ham bāp kē sāth baiṭhē haĩ .
50He is the highest-on-high Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.
49Vah sabsē ūñch tē ūñch parampitā paramātmā hai . 50Phir second number mē̃ brahmā hai .
51Brahma is the second number. 52That one is the spiritual Father and this one is the physical father.
51Vah rūhānī pitā , yah jismānī pitā .
53Bap and Dada are combined.
52Bāpdādā dōnō̃ ikaṭṭhē haĩ .
54Baba says: This is a world of sorrow.
53Bābā kahtē haĩ - yah duḥkh key|kī duniyā hai nā .
55The Father has come to make it a land of happiness.
54Bāp āyē hai sukhdhām banānē . 55Is samay teacher K|kē rūp mē̃ baiṭhē haĩ .
56At this time, He is sitting here in the form of the Teacher.
56Phir lē jāyēṅgē sāth mē̃ .
57Later, He will take us back with Him.
57Tō tum bachchō̃ kō ab lāyak banā rahē haĩ .
58Therefore, He is now making you children worthy.
58Sabhī kō lē tō jarūr jāūṅgā .
59I will definitely take everyone back with Me.
59Tum jāntē hō ham ātmāyē̃ nirvāṇdhām mē̃ rahtī haĩ .
60You understand that we souls used to reside in the land of nirvana.
60Ātmā jab śharīr sē alag śhānt hai tō rājāī nahī̃ kar saktī .
61A soul cannot rule a kingdom when he is separated from a body and peaceful.
61Rājāī karnī hai śharīr kē sāth .
62Only while in a body can he rule a kingdom.
62Pahlē tō jarūr sweet home jānā paṛē . 63Tō jarūr sweet bābā chāhiē . 64Bāp samjhātē haĩ - hē bhāratvāsiyō̃ , mērā janm bhī bhārat mē̃ hī hōtā hai .
63Firstly, everyone must definitely return to the sweet home, and so sweet Baba is definitely needed to take you there. 64The Father explains: O people of Bharat, I too take birth in Bharat.
65Maĩ āyā hī bhārat mē̃ hū̃ .
65I have now come in Bharat.
66Tumkō yah bhī patā nahī̃ hai ki bāp pahlē kab āyē thē , ākar bhārat kō beggar sē prince banāyā thā ?
66You don’t even know when the Father first came and changed Bharat from a beggar to a prince.
67Tum mērī jayantī manātē hō . 68Śhivrātri manātē hō nā .
67You also celebrate My birth; you celebrate the night of Shiva.
69Phir hōtī hai śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa jayantī .
68Then comes the birth of Shri Krishna.
70Jab tak śhiv jayantī na hō tab tak śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa jayantī hō kaisē saktī ?
69Until the birth of Shiva takes places, how could the birth of Shri Krishna take place?
71Svarg key|kī jayantī aur nark kā vināśh hōnā hai .
70The birth of heaven and the destruction of hell have to take place.
72Svarg key|kī jayantī śhivbābā hī karē̃gē .
71It is only Shiv Baba who can bring about the birth of heaven.
73Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa thōṛēhī karē̃gē .
72Shri Krishna cannot do that.
74Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa key|kī tō tum mahimā kartē hō ki vah vaikuṇṭhnāth hai , śhiv bhagvān key|kī biography kahā̃ ?
73You sing praise of Shri Krishna that he is a master of Paradise but what about the biography of God Shiva?
75Kōī nahī̃ jāntē .
74No one knows about that.
76Abhī tum jān gayē hō - ājkal tō śhiv jayantī kā kōī mūlya nahī̃ rahā hai . 77Śhiv jayantī nām bhī uṛā diyā hai .
75You have now come to know it. 76Nowadays, Shiv Jayanti has no value; the expression ‘Shiv Jayanti’ has disappeared.
78Trimūrti kē ūpar bhī śhiv kē badlē trimūrti brahmā kah diyā hai .
77Even in the Trimurti, instead of ‘Shiv Jayanti’, they use the term Trimurti Brahma.
79Bāp samjhātē bhī haĩ aur phir sāth-sāth kahtē haĩ - bachchē , yah anādi banā-banāyā drama hai .
78The Father explains everything and, at the same time, He says: Children, this drama is eternally predestined.
80Ādhā-kalp hai bhakti mārg , ādhā-kalp hai gyān mārg . 81Ādhā-ādhā hai nā .
79There is the path of knowledge for half a cycle and the path of devotion for half a cycle; it is half and half.
82Ab vō lōg satyug-trētā kō lākhō̃ varṣh kah dētē haĩ aur kaliyug key|kī āyu chhōṭī dikhātē haĩ tō phir ādhā-ādhā kaisē hōgā ?
80Now, those people say that the golden and silver ages last for hundreds of thousands of years, but they show the duration of the iron age to be much shorter. 81Therefore, how could it be half and half?
83Satyug kō bahut lambā kah dētē haĩ , kaliyug kō 40 hajār varṣh kah dētē .
82They have made the duration of the golden age very long, but they say that the iron age is 40,000 years.
84Ādhā-ādhā tō huā nahī̃ .
83Therefore, it is not half and half.
85Phir bhakti mārg kab śhurū huā ?
84In that case, when did the path of devotion begin?
86Rāmrājya aur rāvaṇrājya ādhā-ādhā hai .
85The kingdom of Rama and the kingdom of Ravan are half and half.
87Kalp key|kī āyu hī 5 hajār varṣh hai .
86The duration of the whole cycle is five thousand years.
884 hissē kā bhī mahatva hai .
87There is importance given to the four equal parts.
89Jagannāthpurī mē̃ cāvalō̃ kā hāṇḍā banātē haĩ phir unkē 4 bhāg hō jātē haĩ .
88In Jagadnath Puri they cook rice in a pot which divides it into four parts.
90Svāstikā mē̃ bhī 4 bhāg dikhātē haĩ .
89Four parts have also been shown in the swastika.
91Usmē̃ gaṇēśh nikāltē haĩ .
90They draw a sign which is called Ganesh (swastika).
92Yah sab hai pūjā kī sāmagrī .
91All of that is the paraphernalia of worship.
93Bāp kahtē haĩ abhī tumhārē pāpō̃ kā khātā chuktū hō puṇya kā khātā jamā hō rahā hai .
92The Father says: Your accounts of sin are now being settled and you are accumulating your accounts of charity.
94Jitnā tum mujhē yād karē̃gē utnā pāp bhasma hōṅgē , tab tum puṇya ātmā banē̃gē .
93The more your remember Me, the more your sins will be burnt away. 94You will then become charitable souls.
95Gaṅgā snān karnē jātē haĩ , pavitra bannē kē liē phir ākar apavitr bantē haĩ .
95People go to bathe in the Ganges in order to become pure, but when they go home they become impure again.
96Parantu yah bhī aur kōī samjhā nahī̃ saktē .
96However, no one else can explain any of this.
97Bāp phir bhī bāp hai bākī tō sab bhāī haĩ .
97After all, the Father is the Father; all the rest are brothers.
98Ātmā K|kē rūp sē sab bhāī haĩ .
98In terms of souls, all are brothers.
99Bhāī kō bhāī sē kōī bhī prakār kā varsā mil nahī̃ saktā .
99A brother cannot receive any type of inheritance from a brother.
100Varsā miltā hī hai bāp sē .
100An inheritance is only received from a father.
101Bāp ēk hai , ismē̃ combined hai .
101There is only the one Father and He is combined with this one.
102Vah ham ātmāō̃ kā bāp aur yah phir hai manuṣhyō̃ kā pitā . 103Prajāpitā hai nā .
102That one is the Father of us souls and this one is Prajapita, the Father of People.
104Abhī tum jāntē hō ki ham is pāp key|kī duniyā sē sukhdhām mē̃ jā rahē haĩ .
103You now know that we are going from this world of sin to a land of happiness.
105Śhrīmat sē ham śhrēṣhṭh arthāt brāhmaṇ sē dēvtā bantē haĩ .
104By following shrimat you become elevated, that is, you change from Brahmins into deities.
106Varṇa bhī bhārat kē sāth hī lagtē haĩ aur dharmō̃ kē sāth varṇa nahī̃ lagtē haĩ .
105The castes only apply to Bharat. 106The castes are not associated with other religions.
107Brāhmaṇ varṇa , phir dēvtā varṇa , phir kṣhatriya varṇa . . . . yah all-round huā nā .
107There is the Brahmin clan, then the deity clan, warrior clan … 108So they go all around.
108Aurō̃ kō in varṇō̃ mē̃ nahī̃ lā|law saktē .
109You cannot bring others into these clans.
109Virāṭ svarūp mē̃ bhī yah varṇa dikhātē haĩ .
110These clans are also shown in the variety-form image.
110Brāhmaṇ varṇa hī īśhvarīy varṇa hai , jismē̃ tum ākar bāp K|kē bachchē bantē hō .
111The Brahmin clan is the Godly clan into which you children come and belong to the Father.
111Prajāpitā brahmā K|kē bachchē tum be|B . K|kē . hō .
112You BKs are the children of Prajapita Brahma.
112Jaisē Christ kriściyan kā jismānī bāp huā .
113Christ is the corporeal father of the Christians.
113Rūhānī bāp sabhī kā ēk hī hai .
114However, the spiritual Father of all souls is one.
114Vah nirākār bāp ākar sākār śharīr kā loan lētē haĩ .
115That incorporeal Father comes and takes a corporeal body on loan.
115Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa key|kī khaṛāū ādi rakh pūjā karē̃gē .
116They worship the wooden slippers that they say belonged to Shri Krishna.
116Śhivbābā kahtē haĩ mērē tō na charaṇ haĩ , na khaṛāū pahantā hū̃ .
117Shiv Baba says: Neither do I have feet, nor do I wear wooden slippers.
117Ham mātāō̃ kō apnē charaṇō̃ par kaisē jhukāūṅgā !
118How could I make you mothers bow down at My feet?
118Bāp jāntē haĩ bachchē bahut thakē huē haĩ . 119Bachchō̃ kā thak ākar miṭātē haĩ .
119The Father understands that all you children are very tired.
120Is thakāvaṭ sē hī dūr kar dētē haĩ , satyug mē̃ thakāvaṭ key|kī bāt hī nahī̃ rahtī .
120He comes and removes the tiredness of you children. 121There is no question of tiredness in the golden age.
121Abhī tō māthā ṭēktē-ṭēktē ṭippaṛ ghaṛī-ghaṛī ghisātē ṭippaṛ hī khālī kar dī hai .
122Because you have been repeatedly bowing down and rubbing your foreheads on the ground, your heads have become empty.
122Waste of time , waste of money . 123Bāp kahtē haĩ hamnē tum bachchō̃ kō bahut dhan-vān banāyā thā .
123All of that has been a waste of time and a waste of money. 124The Father says: I made you children very wealthy.
124Ab phir banā rahā hū̃ .
125I am making you that again.
125Yah ēk-ēk versions lākhō̃ rūpayō̃ key|kī milkiyat haĩ .
126Each version is worth hundreds of thousands of rupees.
126Bhārat kitnā kaṅgāl banā hai .
127Bharat has become so poverty-stricken.
127Itnā insolvent kabhī kōī hōtā nahī̃ .
128No other place becomes as insolvent.
128Prajā sāhūkār hai . 129Government loan lētī rahtī hai .
129Some people are wealthy, whereas the Government has to keep taking loans.
130Kisma-kisma key|kī tarkīb nikāltē haĩ loan lēnē key|kī .
130They invent various ways of taking loans.
131Bhārat key|kī government bichārī sab bhūl gaī hai .
131The poor helpless Government of Bharat has forgotten everything.
132Jō khud mālik thē vahī pūjya sē pujārī ban gayē haĩ .
132Those who were the masters and worthy of worship have now become worshippers.
133Ab samajhtē haĩ barōbar ham sō dēvī-dēvtā thē . 134Viśhva K|kē mālik thē .
133You now understand that you definitely were deities, the masters of the world.
135Ham sō is samay īśhvarīy santān brāhmaṇ kul bhūṣhaṇ haĩ .
134At this time, you are Godly children, the jewels of the Brahmin clan.
136Phir ham sō dēvtā varṇa mē̃ āyēṅgē .
135You are to go into the deity clan.
137Phir kṣhatriya , vaiśhya , śhūdra varṇa mē̃ āyēṅgē . 138Phir brāhmaṇ banē̃gē .
136You will then go through the warrior, merchant and shudra clans and you will then become Brahmins again.
139Yah ham sō kā arth|earth tum samajhtē hō .
137You understand the meaning of “Hum so”.
140Vah phir kahtē ham ātmā sō paramātmā .
138However, they say: I, a soul, am the Supreme Soul.
141Bēṛā hī gark kar diyā hai .
139They have sunk their own boat.
142Manuṣhyō̃ kō yah bhī patā nahī̃ ki svarg kahā̃ haĩ ?
140Human beings don’t even know where heaven is.
143Kahtē haĩ svargvāsī huā athavā jyōti jyōt samāyā . 144Ātmā kō bhī mortal banā dētē haĩ .
141They say that so-and-so has gone to reside in heaven or that the light has merged into the light.
145Buddhū buddhi haĩ nā .
142They have made souls mortal.
146Yah bhī drama banā-banāyā hai .
143Their intellects are foolish.
147Yah laṛāī śhurū hō jāyēgī phir bahut trāhi-trāhi karnā paṛēgā .
144The drama is fixed in this way. 145When the war begins, they will cry out in distress.
148Yah scene bhī brāhmaṇ bachchē hī dēkhē̃gē . 149Sō bhī jō pakkē serviceable bachchē hōṅgē .
146It will be you Brahmin children who see those scenes and only those of you who are firm, serviceable children will be able to watch those scenes.
150Sākṣhātkār bhī pahāṛī sē hōtā hai .
147Visions will be seen from the mountains.
151Tumnē nāṭak dēkhā hōgā - kaisē vināśh hōtā hai , āg lag rahī hai . 152Mūsaldhār barsāt paṛ rahī hai . 153Anāj nahī̃ miltā .
148You may have seen a play in which destruction takes place and there is fire all around and there is torrential rain and they can’t get any grain.
154Kahtē haĩ śhaṅkar K|kē āṅkh khōlnē sē vināśh hō jātā hai .
149It is said that destruction takes place when Shankar opens his eye.
155Yah tō gāyan hai .
150That is just a saying.
156Ismē̃ āṅkh khōlnē key|kī tō kōī bāt hī nahī̃ .
151There is no question of opening the eye.
157Yah tō drama key|kī bhāvī hai .
152This is destined in the drama.
158Bāp ākar naī duniyā banātē haĩ .
153The Father comes and makes the world new.
159Ab duniyā badal rahī hai .
154The world is now being transformed.
160Tum naī duniyā kē liē puruṣhārth kar rahē hō . 161Phir bhī māyā kitnī dustar hai .
155Although you are making effort for the new world, Maya is still very powerful.
162Aisē bāp K|kē bankar phir chhōṛ dētē haĩ .
156Souls belong to such a Father and then leave Him!
163Jākar badnāmī kartē haĩ .

158There were very good children who are no longer here.
166Beloved bāp yā beloved pati hōtā hai tō haphtē-haphtē patra jarūr likhtē haĩ .

167Bachchā bāp kō patra likhtē haĩ khuśh-ḵẖairāphat kā .
160A child would write a letter to his father about his well-being.
168Yahā̃ sē jātē haĩ tō māyā ēkdam nāk sē pakaṛ lētī hai .
161However, when some leave here, Maya catches hold of them by their nose.
169Dhanvān hai tō māyā baṛā jōr sē thappaṛ mārtī hai .
162Maya slaps the wealthy ones, not the poor ones, with great force.

163Baba will not mention any names.
171Bābā nām nahī̃ lētē haĩ . 172Bāpdādā pās|pass āyē , kitnī sēvā key|kī . 173Kōī nē kuchh bōlā , sanśhay āyā , ḵẖalās .
