Murli

9Ōm śhānti .

10Om shanti.

10Bhakta sadaiv bulātē haĩ bhagvān kō .

11Devotees always call out to God.

11Bhagvān kō parampitā kahā jātā hai .

12God is called the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

12Kahtē haĩ - hē patit-pāvan parampitā paramātmā , ākarkē ham bachchō̃ kō patit sē pāvan banāō .

13They call out: O Purifier, Supreme Father, Supreme Soul, come and make us children pure from impure.

13Tō jarūr sab patit ṭhaharē kyōṅki rāvaṇ kā rājya hai , pāñch vikār sarvavyāpī haĩ .

14Therefore, all are surely impure, because this is the kingdom of Ravan and the five vices are omnipresent.

14Aisē nahī̃ ki satyug mē̃ bhī 5 vikār sarvavyāpak haĩ .

15It isn't that the five vices are still omnipresent in the golden age; no.

15Nahī̃ , unkō tō kahā jātā hai sampūrṇ nirvikārī duniyā .

16That is called a completely viceless world.

16Yah hai sampūrṇ vikārī duniyā .

17This is a completely vicious world.

17Bhārat sampūrṇ nirvikārī thā - yah bhūl gayē haĩ .

18They have forgotten that Bharat was completely viceless.

18Mandirō̃ mē̃ jākar dēvtāō̃ key|kī upmā bhī kartē haĩ ki āp sarvguṇ sampann , sampūrṇ nirvikārī hō .

19They go to the temples and praise the deities: You are full of all virtues, completely viceless.

19Yahā̃ sampūrṇ vikārī haĩ , isliē bāp kō bulātē haĩ .

20Here, people are completely vicious. 21This is why they call out to the Father.

20Bāp ākar sampūrṇ vikāriyō̃ kō śharaṇ mē̃ lētē haĩ .

22The Father comes and gives asylum to those who are completely vicious.

21Śharaṇāgati hōtī hai nā .

23He gives them refuge.

22Abhī sab refugee haĩ tō pukārtē haĩ .

24Now all are refugees and so they are calling out.

23Ātmā pukārtī hai bāp kō - bābā , ham ātmāyē̃ bilkul vikārī ban gaī haĩ , āp ākar nirvikārī banāō .

25Souls call out to their Father: Baba, we souls have become completely vicious. 26Come and make us viceless.

24Ēk-dō kō mārtē rahtē haĩ , isliē inhō̃ kō devil bhī kahā jātā hai .

27People continue to kill one another and this is why they are called devilish.

25Bhārat deity world thā - manuṣhya yah nahī̃ jāntē .

28They don't know that Bharat was the deity world.

26Barōbar bhārat dēvī-dēvatāō̃ key|kī bhūmi thī , vah rājya kartē thē .

29Truly, people do not know that Bharat was a land of the deities and that they used to rule there.

27Parantu ādhākalp sē māyā nē dhīrē-dhīrē karkē bilkul hī patit banā diyā hai isliē kahtē haĩ ab ham patitō̃ kō ākar śharaṇ lō|low .

30However, for half a cycle, Maya has gradually made everyone become totally impure. 31This is why people say: Now come and give us impure ones refuge.

28Ab tumnē ākar parampitā paramātmā key|kī gōd lī hai - bhaviṣhya dēvī-dēvtā bannē kē liē .

32You have now come and taken the lap of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, in order to become future deities.

29Yah hai īśhvarīy god fatherly mission , patit kō pāvan athavā kāṇṭō̃ kō fool|phūl banānē key|kī mission hai .

33This is God’s spiritual Godfatherly mission; it is a mission for making impure ones pure and thorns into flowers.

30Bachchō̃ kā dhandhā hī hai parampitā paramātmā key|kī mat par kāṇṭō̃ kō fool|phūl banānā , narkavāsiyō̃ kō svargvāsī banānā . 31Tum kahtē hō ō god father , tō jarūr tum unkō jāntē hō nā .

34It is the children's business to follow the directions of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, and change thorns into flowers and make residents of hell into residents of heaven.

32Phir aisē kah na sakē̃ ki paramātmā kahā̃ hai  !

35You say: O God, the Father! 36Therefore, you surely know Him, do you not?

33Arē , ātmā bōltī hai ō god father .

37So then, you cannot ask where God is.

34Ātmāyē̃ pukārtī haĩ paramātmā kō , vah in āṅkhō̃ sē dēkhnē mē̃ nahī̃ ātā .

38Souls say: O God the Father! 39Souls call out to the Supreme Soul. 40He is not visible through these eyes.

35Ātmā bhī dēkhnē mē̃ nahī̃ ātī .

41Souls too are not visible.

36Yah tō samajh key|kī bāt hai nā .

42This is something to be understood.

37Ātmā jyōti svarūp hai .

43Souls have the form of light.

38Parampitā paramātmā kā bhī vahī rūp hai .

44The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, has the same form.

39Bāp kahtē haĩ tum ātmā ēk chōlā chhōṛ dūsrā lētī hō .

45The Father says: You souls shed costumes and take others.

40Tum ātmā avināśhī hō , śharīr vināśhī hai .

46You souls are imperishable whereas bodies are perishable.

41Ātmā śharīr chhōṛtī hai .

47Souls shed their bodies.

42Kahē̃gē hamārā bāp mar gayā , parantu ātmā martī nahī̃ .

48They say, "My father has died", but the soul doesn't actually die.

43Ātmā kō bulātē haĩ .

49They invoke the (departed) soul.

44Yah tum abhī samajhtē hō .

50You now understand this.

45Bākī sārī duniyā K|kē manuṣhya mātra bāp kō bilkul nahī̃ jāntē haĩ isliē āpas mē̃ kitnā laṛtē-jhagaṛtē rahtē haĩ .

51Human beings of the world don’t know the Father at all. 52This is why they fight and quarrel so much among themselves.

46Abhī mūsalō̃ sē patā nahī̃ kyā karē̃gē  !

53Now, you can't tell what they will do with the missiles.

47Inhō̃ kō kahā jātā hai devils .

54They are said to be devilish.

48Bābā kahtē haĩ maĩ kōī aisī sr̥iṣhṭi thōṛēhī rachtā hū̃ .

55Baba says: I don't create such a world.

49Bābā tō svarg rachtē haĩ .

56Baba creates heaven.

50Svarg kā mālik banātē haĩ .

57He makes you into the masters of heaven.

51Tō jarūr bāp kō ānā paṛē nā .

58Therefore, the Father surely has to come.

52Bāp kahtē haĩ - bachchē , maĩ āyā hū̃ , jō patit-duḥkhī hō gayē haĩ , unkō sadā sukhī banānē .

59The Father says: Children, I have come to make those who have become impure and unhappy ever happy.

53Vahā̃ kōī aisē nahī̃ kahē̃gē - patit-pāvan āō yā ō god father rahm karō .

60There, no one would say: O Purifier, come! or: O God, the Father, have mercy!

54Aisē kabhī bulātē nahī̃ haĩ kyōṅki haĩ hī sukhī .

61They never call out in this way because they are happy anyway.

55Duḥkh mē̃ sabhī yād kartē haĩ .

62Everyone in sorrow remembers Him.

56Ātmā hī yād kartī hai .

63Souls remember Him.

57Śharīr kē sāth sukh-duḥkh hōtā hai .

64There is happiness and sorrow experienced through their bodies.

58Śharīr nahī̃ hai tō ātmā sukh-duḥkh sē nyārī hai .

65When a soul doesn't have a body, he is beyond happiness and sorrow.

59Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ inmē̃ pravēśh kar inkā nām brahmā rakhtā hū̃ .

66The Father says: I enter this one and name him Brahma.

60Kaī tō achchhī rīti samajh lētē haĩ , kaī nahī̃ samajhtē haĩ , tō samjhā jātā hai - yah pāvan duniyā mē̃ chalnē lāyak nahī̃ haĩ isliē śhrīmat par nahī̃ chaltē haĩ .

67Some understand this very clearly whereas others don't. 68So, it is understood that they are not worthy of going to the pure world, and this is why they don’t follow shrimat.

61Yah hai hī āsurī rāvaṇ sampradāy .

69This is the devilish community of Ravan.

62Rāvaṇ kō her|har varṣh jalātē haĩ nā .

70People burn an effigy of Ravan every year.

63Yah niśhānī hai .

71That is a symbol.

64Her|har varṣh rākhī bhī bandhavātē haĩ kyōṅki pavitra nahī̃ rahtē .

72They also have a rakhi tied every year because they don't remain pure.

65Rākhī bandhavātē haĩ phir apavitr ban paṛtē haĩ isliē varṣh-varṣh rākhī bandhavātē haĩ .

73They have a rakhi tied and then become impure. 74This is why they have the rakhi tied year after year.

66Rākhī hai pavitratā key|kī niśhānī .

75The rakhi is a symbol of purity.

67Vikāriyō̃ kō rākhī bhēj dētē haĩ ki pratigyā karō ham pavitra rahē̃gē .

76A rakhi is sent to those who indulge in vice: Promise that you will remain pure.

68Pavitra bannē sē 21 janm rājya-bhāgya pāyēṅgē .

77By becoming pure, you will receive the fortune of the kingdom for 21 births.

69Bābā kahtē haĩ - maĩ hī ākar tum sabkō pūjya banātā hū̃ .

78Baba says: I alone come and make all of you worthy of worship.

70Abhī tum pujārī hō . 71Dēvtāō̃ key|kī , ṭhikkar-bhittar key|kī pūjā kartē dhakkē khātē rahtē hō .

79You are now worshippers: you worship deities, pebbles and stones etc. and continue to stumble around.

72Maĩ tumkō in dhakkō̃ sē chhuṛāē pūjya sō lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ banātā hū̃ .

80I liberate you from that stumbling and make you as worthy of worship as Lakshmi and Narayan.

73Tum yahā̃ āyē hī hō nar sē nārāyaṇ bannē kē liē .

81You have come here to change from an ordinary human into Narayan.

74Ādhākalp māyā sē pīṛit hō abhī tumnē ākar śharaṇ lī hai parampitā paramātmā key|kī .

82You have been suffering from Maya for half a cycle and you have now taken asylum with the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

75Mama nē bhī lī hai .

83Mama too has taken asylum.

76Is bābā nē bhī śharaṇ lī hai śhivbābā key|kī .

84This Baba has also taken asylum with Shiv Baba.

77Unkō tō apnā śharīr hai nahī̃ .

85That One doesn't have a body of His own.

78Unkā nām hī hai śhiv .

86His name is Shiva.

79Śhivbābā kā nām kabhī badaltā nahī̃ hai .

87Shiv Baba's name never changes.

80Manuṣhya ātmā kā nām badaltā rahtā hai .

88The names of human souls keep changing.

8184 nām miltē haĩ .

89Souls receive 84 names.

82In bātō̃ kō manuṣhya nahī̃ jāntē .

90Human beings don't know these things.

8384 janm bhī kahtē haĩ parantu 84 janm kaun lētē haĩ , yah kōī nahī̃ jāntē .

91They speak of 84 births but no one knows who takes 84 births.

84Bhāratvāsī , jō dēvī-dēvtāyē̃ thē , vahī 84 janma lētē haĩ .

92The people of Bharat who were deities are the ones who take 84 births.

85Yah hai bēhad kā drama .

93This is an unlimited drama.

86Isē manuṣhya kō hī tō jānnā hai .

94It is human beings who have to know this.

87Tum jāntē hō god father svarg kā rachayitā hai tō jarūr svarg kā varsā milnā chāhiē .

95You know that God, the Father, is the Creator of heaven and so you should certainly receive your inheritance of heaven.

88Bhārat svarg thā . 89Vah varsā phir māyā rāvaṇ nē chhīn liyā .

96Bharat was heaven and then Maya, Ravan, snatched away that inheritance.

90Ab phir māyā par jīt pānī hai .

97You now have to conquer Maya once again.

91Māyā jītē jagat jīt .

98Those who conquer Maya conquer the world.

92Rāvaṇ sē hār khāī tō devil banē , ab deity ( dēvtā ) bannā hai .

99When you are defeated by Ravan, you become devils and you now have to become deities.

93Kāṇṭē kō kalī , kalī kō phir fool|phūl banānā hai .

100Thorns have to become buds and then buds have to be made into flowers.

94Māyā kā tūphān ānē sē kaliyā̃ vā fool|phūl jhaṛ jātē haĩ .

101When storms of Maya come, the buds and flowers fall off.

95Māt-pitā kā bankar phir fārkatī dē dētē haĩ .

102Some belong to the Mother and Father and then divorce Him.

96Yah samajhnē key|kī bāt hai nā .

103These matters have to be understood.

97Aṅgēakharē ( tithi-tārīkh sahit ) proof dēkar samjhāyā jātā hai - yah manuṣhya sr̥iṣhṭi kā ulṭā jhāṛ hai , bīj ūpar mē̃ hai , tab tō ō god father kah yād kartē haĩ nā .

104Everything is explained with dates and time periods etc. 105This human world tree is inverted and the Seed is up above. 106This is why people remember Him and say: O God, the Father!

98Yah knowledge baṛī bhārī hai samajhnē key|kī .

107It is very difficult to understand this knowledge.

99Tum bachchē samajhtē hō sab ātmāō̃ kā jō bāp hai unkō hī yād kartē haĩ .

108You children understand that everyone remembers the One who is the Father of all souls.

100Ham brothers haĩ .

109We are brothers.

101Sabkō bāp sē varsā milnā chāhiē .

110Everyone should receive the inheritance from the Father.

102Unkō brotherhood kahā jātā hai .

111This is called a brotherhood. 112You are brothers.

103Tum hō bhāī-bhāī , varsā milnā hai bāp sē .

113You have to receive the inheritance from the Father.

104Bāp sabkō sukh , śhānti kā varsā dētē haĩ .

114He gives everyone the inheritance of happiness and peace.

105Bāp ākar teacher rūp sē paṛhātē haĩ phir satgurū ban sāth lē jātē haĩ .

115The Father comes and teaches you in the form of the Teacher. 116Then He becomes the Satguru and takes you back with Him.

106Sat ēk hī god father kō kahā jātā hai .

117Only God, the Father, is called the Truth.

107Unkā yah hai satsaṅg .

118This is His Company of the Truth.

108Sat kā saṅg tārē . 109Abhī vināśh hōnā hai .

119“The Company of the Truth takes you across.”

110Sabkō śhāntidhām , sukhdhām jānā hai .

120Destruction now has to take place.

111Kahtē haĩ naīyā mērī pār lagāō , ham viṣhay sāgar mē̃ ḍūbē huē haĩ .

121You all have to go to the land of peace and the land of happiness. 122People say: Take my boat across.

112Tō bāp kō ānā paṛē - śhāntidhām sukhdhām lē jānē . 113Ādhākalp hai sukhdhām , ādhākalp hai duḥkhdhām .

123We are drowning in an ocean of poison. 124Therefore, the Father has to come to take you to the land of peace and the land of happiness.

114Yah bhārat bilkul hī patit , bhōgī hō gayā hai .

125For half a cycle it is a land of happiness and for half a cycle it is a land of sorrow.

115Yōgī nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

126This Bharat is completely impure.

116Satyug-trētā kō kahā jātā hai yōgēśhvar kā rājya .

127It has become a land of bhogis (people who indulge in sensual pleasures).

117Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō yōgēśhvar kahtē haĩ .

128It would not be called a land of yogis.

118Īśhvar kē sāth yōg lagākar pad pānā hai .

129The golden and silver ages are called the kingdom of Yogeshwar.

119Sō tum pā rahē hō .

130They also call Shri Krishna, Yogeshwar.

120Bāp kitnā achchhī rīti samjhātē haĩ .

131You have to have yoga with God and claim that status.

121Samjhānē vālā hai gyān kā sāgar .

132You are now claiming that. 133The Father explains to you so well.

122Manuṣhya gyān sāgar nahī̃ hōtā .

134The One who explains to you is the Ocean of Knowledge.

123Yah ( bābā ) apnē kō gyān sāgar nahī̃ kahtē .

135There cannot be a human ocean of knowledge.

124Tum abhī master gyān sāgar ban rahē hō .

136This Baba doesn't call himself an ocean of knowledge.

125Gyān sāgar sē sārā gyān hap kar lētē hō .

137You are now becoming master oceans of knowledge.

126Jaisē teacher dvārā bairisṭarī kā knowledge students hap kar lētē haĩ phir barrister ban jātē haĩ . 127Tum sārē gyān sāgar kō hap kar lētē hō .

138You swallow all of this knowledge from the Ocean of Knowledge. 139Just as students swallow all of that knowledge from a teacher and become barristers, in the same way, you swallow the whole ocean of this knowledge.

128Sārā gyān ā jāyēgā tab phir tum prālabdh pā lē̃gē .

140When you have taken all of this knowledge, you will then receive your reward.

129Bāp nirvāṇdhām chalē jāyēṅgē .

141The Father will go back to the land of nirvana.

130Tum bachchē number-vār puruṣhārth anusār varsā lē lētē hō .

142You children claim your inheritance, numberwise, according to your efforts.

131Is knowledge sē tum sō dēvī-dēvtā sadā sukhī ban jātē hō .

143Through this knowledge, you become deities and are constantly happy.

132Abhī tum īśhvar key|kī śharaṇ mē̃ ātē hō .

144You are now in God's asylum.

133Bābā tumkō 21 janm māyā K|kē bandhan sē chhuṛā lētē haĩ .

145Baba is liberating you from the bondage of Maya for 21 births.

134Bāp kitnā sahaj kar samjhātē haĩ .

146The Father explains to you and makes everything very easy.

135Pārasbuddhi bannē vālē jō hōṅgē vahī banē̃gē .

147Only those who are to become ones with divine intellects will become those.

136Tum samajhtē hō ham bābā sē kalp-kalp varsā lētē haĩ .

148You understand that you claim your inheritance from Baba every cycle.

137Māyā chhīn lētī hai phir maĩ ākar tumkō sukh-śhānti kā varsā dētā hū̃ .

149Maya snatches it away from you and I then come and give you your inheritance of happiness and peace.

138Rāvaṇ duḥkh kā varsā dētē haĩ , rām sukh kā varsā dētē haĩ .

150Ravan gives you an inheritance of sorrow and Rama gives you an inheritance of happiness.

139Kitnā janm , kitnā samay duḥkh aur sukh kā varsā miltā hai - vah bhī sab tumkō batlātē haĩ .

151Baba tells you for how many births and for how long you receive the inheritances of happiness and sorrow.

140Bāp kahtē haĩ - sirph mujh bāp kō yād karō .

152The Father says: Simply remember Me, the Father.

141Maĩ ātmā parampitā paramātmā kā bachchā hū̃ .

153I, a soul, am a child of the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

142Bas , bāp kō yād kartē rahō tō tumhārē vikarma vināśh hō jāyēṅgē .

154That’s all! 155Continue to remember the Father and your sins will be absolved.

143Tum vikarmājīt rājā ban jāyēṅgē .

156You will become the kings who are conquerors of sin.

144Vikarmājīt rājā kā saṃvat ēk sē śhurū huā phir vikram saṃvat 2500 varṣh bād śhurū hōtā hai .

157The era of King Vikarmajeet (who conquered sins) began in year one and then, after 2500 years, the era of King Vikram (who committed sins) began.

145Vikarmājīt aur vikram , bhāratvāsiyō̃ K|kē dō saṃvat haĩ .

158Vikarmajeet and Vikram are the two eras of Bharat.

146Vikram kā saṃvat sabhī jāntē haĩ , vikarmājīt kā saṃvat bhūl gayē haĩ .

159Everyone knows about the era of Vikram, but they have forgotten about the era of Vikarmajeet.

147Yah hai paṛhāī .

160This is a study.

148Dēkhō , murlī bhī kitnā travel ( yātrā ) kartī hai . 149Nahī̃ tō gōp-gāpiyō̃ kō murlī kaisē pahũchē  ?

161Look how far the murli travels. 162How else would the murlis reach the brothers and sisters? 163Tapes are also sent everywhere.

150Tapes bhī jātī haĩ . 151Sab centres tape suntē rahē̃gē .

164People at all the centres will continue to listen to the tapes.

152Yah murlī hai wonderful .

165This murli is wonderful.

153Iskē liē hī gāyan hai ki gōpiyā̃ taṛaphtī thī .

166It is remembered of this that the gopis were desperate to listen to it.

154Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ tō ātā hī hū̃ patit duniyā mē̃ .

167The Father says: I come into the impure world.

155Satyug mē̃ dēvtāō̃ kō apār sukh hai .

168In the golden age, the deities have limitless happiness.
