¹ «  mīṭhē bachchē - karma , akarma , vikarma key|kī gati kō dhyān mē̃ rakhtē huē in karmēndriyō̃ sē kōī bhī pāp karma nahī̃ karnā , dē dān tō chhūṭē grahaṇ ' '

¹Essence: Sweet children, pay attention to the philosophy of action, neutral action and sinful action and don't perform any sinful actions with your physical organs. ²Make a donation and the bad omens of the eclipse will be removed.

²Praśhna  : kis bāt mē̃ brahmā bāp kō follow karnē vālē bachchē bhaviṣhya mē̃ takhtnaśhīn bantē haĩ  ?

³Question: By following Father Brahma in which aspect do you children become seated on the throne in the future?

³Uttar  : jaisē brahmā bāp dēh sahit pūrā bali chaṛhē , apnā sab kuchh īśhvar arth|earth bachchō̃ key|kī sēvā mē̃ lagā diyā , direct insure kiyā isliē viśhva key|kī rājāī milī , aisē hī follow father .

⁴Answer: Father Brahma surrendered everything he had, including his body, and gave everything to serve the children in the name of God. ⁵He insured himself directly and thereby received the kingdom of the world. ⁶Follow the father in the same way. ⁷You have to claim a certificate of being worthy.

⁴Sapūt bannē kā certificate lēnā hai . ⁵Sagē ban tan-man-dhan sē sēvā karnī hai .

⁸Become real children and serve with your bodies, minds and wealth.

⁶Bāp kā pūrā madadgār bannā hai .

⁹Become the Father's true helpers.

⁷Sab kuchh insure kar 21 janmō̃ key|kī rājāī kā hakdār ban saktē hō .

¹⁰By insuring everything, you can claim a right to a kingdom for 21 births.

¹⁰Mīṭhē-mīṭhē bachchō̃ nē gīt sunā .

¹³You sweetest children heard the song.

¹¹Ab bachchō̃ nē jītē jī is duniyā sē markar us duniyā mē̃ jānē kē liē bāp key|kī gōd lī hai .

¹⁴You children have now died alive and taken the lap of the Father in order to go from this world to that world.

¹²Kaun-sā bāp hai  ?

¹⁵Which Father is He?

¹³Parampitā param ātmā mānā paramātmā .

¹⁶“The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul”, means God.

¹⁴Hamēśhā jab samjhātē hō tō aisē mat kahō bābā jyōtirliṅgam hai , athāh jyōti svarūp hai , hajār sūryō̃ sē tējōmay hai , yah kahnā vāstav mē̃ wrong hai .

¹⁷Whenever you explain, you mustn’t say that Baba is a Jyotilingam, or that He is the form of light, brighter than a thousand suns. ¹⁸To say this is, in fact, wrong.

¹⁵Kyā kahnā hai  ?

¹⁹What should you say?

¹⁶Parampitā paramātmā yānī param ātmā , vah sadaiv paramdhām mē̃ rahtē haĩ .

²⁰God, that is, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, always resides in the supreme abode.

¹⁷Param arthāt ūñch tē ūñch incorporeal father .

²¹The Supreme means the Highest on High, the incorporeal Father.

¹⁸Vah sabhī ātmāō̃ kā bāp hai isliē unkō supreme kahā jātā hai .

²²He is the Father of all souls and this is why He is called the Supreme.

¹⁹Vah janm-maraṇ K|kē chakra mē̃ nahī̃ ātē haĩ .

²³He doesn’t enter the cycle of birth and death.

²⁰Samjhātē haĩ - bachchē , maĩ bhī agar janm-maraṇ K|kē chakra mē̃ āū̃ tō phir sabkā uddhār kaun karē  ?

²⁴He explains: Children, if I too entered the cycle of birth and death, who would give salvation to everyone?

²¹Maĩ hī ākar sabhī kō duḥkhō̃ sē pār kar lē jātā hū̃ .

²⁵I alone come and take everyone beyond sorrow.

²²Duḥkh hartā aur sukh dēnē vālā maĩ hū̃ parantu jāntē nahī̃ haĩ .

²⁶I am the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness, but no one knows this.

²³Bhakti mārg mē̃ gātē rahtē haĩ - ō parampitā paramātmā  ! ²⁴Jarūr samajhtē haĩ vah father hai .

²⁷On the path of devotion, people continue to sing: O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul!

²⁵Parantu hamārā bāp kaisē hai , vah kyā chīz hai - yah nahī̃ jāntē haĩ . ²⁶Manuṣhya jaisā rūp tō hai nahī̃ .

²⁸They definitely consider Him to be the Father, but they don’t know what their Father is like or what He is.

²⁷Brahmā , viṣhṇu , śhaṅkar kō bhī yād kartē haĩ .

²⁹He doesn’t have the form of a human being.

²⁸Vah tō in āṅkhō̃ sē dēkhnē mē̃ ātē haĩ .

³⁰People also remember Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar.

²⁹Bākī yah ( śhiv ) kaun haĩ , śhiv K|kē mandir mē̃ jātē haĩ parantu unkō kyō̃ yād kartē haĩ , yah nahī̃ jāntē .

³¹They can be seen with these eyes, but who is Shiva? ³²People go to a Shiva Temple, but they don’t know why they remember Him.

³⁰Bāp baiṭh samjhātē haĩ dēvī-dēvtāyē̃ jab vāmmārg mē̃ ātē haĩ tō sōmnāth kā mandir banātē haĩ .

³³The Father sits here and explains: When the deities go on to the path of sin, they build the temple to Somnath.

³¹Sirph itnā samajhtē haĩ ki śhiv-bābā hai , parantu yah nahī̃ jāntē ki vah svarg kā rachayitā hai . ³²Hamkō svarg kā mālik banānē vālā hai .

³⁴The only thing they understand is that He is Shiv Baba, but they don’t know that He is the Creator of heaven or that He is the One who makes us into the masters of heaven.

³³Agar jāntē tō aurō̃ kō śhivbābā key|kī biography batlātē .

³⁵If they knew this, they would tell others the biography of Shiv Baba.

³⁴Drama mē̃ nūndh hī na jānnē kī hai .

³⁶It is fixed in the drama for them not to know.

³⁵Jānnā arthāt varsā pānā .

³⁷To know means to receive the inheritance.

³⁶Na jānnā arthāt varsā ganvānā .

³⁸Not to know means to lose the inheritance.

³⁷Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ svarg kā rachayitā tumkō sukh dētā hū̃ , pāvan banātā hū̃ .

³⁹The Father says: I, the Creator of heaven, give you happiness and make you pure.

³⁸Phir 5 vikār tumkō patit banātē haĩ . ³⁹Kalāyē̃ kamtī hōtī jātī haĩ .

⁴⁰Then the five vices make you impure and your degrees continue to decrease.

⁴⁰Tum kālē hō jātē hō .

⁴¹You then become ugly.

⁴¹Pahlē tum 16 kalā sampūrṇ chandramā thē , pāvan thē , ab tumhārē kō grahaṇ lag gayā hai .

⁴²At first, you were 16 celestial degrees like the full moon; you were pure, but you are now eclipsed.

⁴²Bābā kahtē haĩ dē dān tō chhūṭē grahaṇ .

⁴³Baba says: Make a donation and the bad omens of the eclipse will be removed.

⁴³Pāñch vikārō̃ kō hī grahaṇ kahā jātā hai . ⁴⁴Jissē tum ātmā duḥkhī , kālī ban paṛtī hō .

⁴⁴The five vices are said to be the eclipse of bad omens through which you souls become unhappy and ugly.

⁴⁵Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ tum brāhmaṇō̃ kā bāp hū̃ .

⁴⁵The Father says: I am the Father of you Brahmins.

⁴⁶Hē brāhmaṇō̃ , tumhārē pās|pass jō yah 5 vikār haĩ yah mujhē dān mē̃ dē dō tō grahaṇ chhūṭē .

⁴⁶O Brahmins, donate to Me the five vices that you have and the eclipse of the bad omens will be removed.

⁴⁷Āj sē dān dēkar phir kabhī unsē kuchh nahī̃ karnā .

⁴⁷After donating them today, don’t do anything with them.

⁴⁸Māyā K|kē tūphān tō bahut āyēṅgē . ⁴⁹Lēkin karmēndriyō̃ sē krōdh ādi karnē sē pāp hō jāyēgā .

⁴⁸Many storms of Maya will come, but if you become angry, you would be committing sin with your physical organs.

⁵⁰Karma-akarma-vikarma kī gati bhī tumkō samjhātā hū̃ .

⁴⁹I explain the philosophy of action, neutral action and sinful action.

⁵¹Tumhārā karma vikarma nahī̃ bannā chāhiē .

⁵⁰Your actions should not become sinful.

⁵²Maĩ tum bachchō̃ kō vikarmājīt banātā hū̃ . ⁵³Yah tō rāhū kā grahaṇ hai .

⁵¹I am making you children into conquerors of sinful actions.

⁵⁴Dē dān tō chhūṭē grahaṇ .

⁵²Those are the omens of Rahu.

⁵⁵Bāp kahtē haĩ - mērē mīṭhē bachchē , yah 5 bhūtō̃ kā dān dō , ismē̃ paisē ādi key|kī tō kōī bāt nahī̃ .

⁵³When you make a donation, the eclipse of the omens will be removed. ⁵⁴The Father says: My sweet children, donate those five evil spirits.

⁵⁶Yah tō bāp hai , tum sagē bachchē hō .

⁵⁵There is no question of any money etc. in this.

⁵⁷Bāp kō tō sagē bachchō̃ kō madad karnī hī hai .

⁵⁶He is the Father and you are real children.

⁵⁸Tum bhī tan-man-dhan sē sēvā kartē hō .

⁵⁷The Father surely has to help the real children.

⁵⁹Bāp kā bhī farj hai tumhārī sēvā karē .

⁵⁸You serve with your bodies, minds and wealth.

⁶⁰Bāp kahtē haĩ - yah sab kuchh tum bachchō̃ kā hai .

⁵⁹The Father’s duty is to serve you.

⁶¹Bhakti mārg mē̃ tum bhagvān kō dētē āyē hō .

⁶⁰The Father says: All of this belongs to you children.

⁶²Parantu īśhvar kōī bhūkhā thōṛēhī hai .

⁶¹You have been giving to God on the path of devotion.

⁶³Yah tum insure kartē hō .

⁶²However, God is not greedy.

⁶⁴Īśhvar kō dēnē sē īśhvar phir dūsrē janm mē̃ tumkō dēgē .

⁶³You are insuring yourselves. ⁶⁴By your giving to God, God will then give to you in your next birth.

⁶⁵Yah insure karnā huā nā .

⁶⁵This is insuring, is it not?

⁶⁶Dūsrē janm mē̃ iskā phal miltā hai .

⁶⁶You receive the fruit of it in your next birth.

⁶⁷Īśhvar hai dātā .

⁶⁷God is the Bestower.

⁶⁸Abhī tum apnē kō insure kartē hō - 21 janma liē .

⁶⁸You are now insuring yourselves for 21 births.

⁶⁹Vah insure kartē haĩ ēk janm kē liē .

⁶⁹Those people insure themselves for one birth.

⁷⁰Yahā̃ tō sab kuchh insure hō jātā hai - 21 janmō̃ kē liē .

⁷⁰Here, everything is insured for 21 births.

⁷¹Kahā jātā hai son shows father .

⁷¹It is said: Son shows the Father.

⁷²Dēkhō father ( brahmā bābā ) kē pās jō kuchh thā sab īśhvar arth|earth bachchō̃ key|kī sēvā mē̃ lagā diyā , śhivbābā kō vāris banā diyā , tan-man-dhan sab kuchh dē diyā tō unkē badalē|badlē mē̃ phir apnē puruṣhārth sē viśhva kī bādśhāhī miltī hai kyōṅki direct hai nā .

⁷²Look, whatever the father (Brahma Baba) had, he used it in the name of God to serve the children. ⁷³He made Shiv Baba his Heir. ⁷⁴He gave his body, mind and wealth and, because he did everything directly, he received the sovereignty of the world in return through his own efforts.

⁷³Tum mērā bannē sē 21 janm svarg K|kē mālik bantē hō parantu jitnā bali chaṛhē̃gē , utnā varsā milēgā .

⁷⁵By belonging to Me, you become the masters of heaven for 21 births, but you will receive the inheritance to the extent that you surrender yourselves.

⁷⁴Dēh sahit sab kuchh bali chaṛhānā hai .

⁷⁶You have to surrender everything including your bodies.

⁷⁵Jō mother-father kō follow karē̃gē vahī takht par bhī baiṭhē̃gē .

⁷⁷Those who follow the mother and father will sit on the throne.

⁷⁶Tō bāp kahtē haĩ dē dān tō chhūṭē grahaṇ .

⁷⁸The Father says: Make a donation and the eclipse of the omens will be removed.

⁷⁷Dān dēkar aur phir agar vāpis lē liyā tō durgati kō hī pāyēṅgē .

⁷⁹If you take something back after you have donated it, you will become degraded.

⁷⁸Pūrā puruṣhārth karnā hai .

⁸⁰You have to make full effort.

⁷⁹Puruṣhārthī student achchhī rīti paṛhtē tō number bhī lētē haĩ .

⁸¹Effort-making students who study well claim a number.

⁸⁰Tum bhī puruṣhārth kar ūñch number lō|low .

⁸²You too can make effort and claim a high number.

⁸¹Ismē̃ kōī taklīph key|kī bāt nahī̃ , sirph pavitra rahnā hai .

⁸³There is no question of any difficulty in this. ⁸⁴You simply have to remain pure.

⁸²Iskē liē bābā sē bal bhī miltā hai . ⁸³Khuśhī kā pārā bhī chaṛhtā hai .

⁸⁵You receive power from Baba for this and your mercury of happiness also rises.

⁸⁴Hamkō dēvtā bannā hai tō kōī avguṇ nahī̃ hōnā chāhiē .

⁸⁶We want to become deities and so we mustn’t have any defects in us.

⁸⁵16 kalā sampūrṇ , sampūrṇ nirvikārī yahā̃ hī bannā hai tō kōī avguṇ nahī̃ hōnā chāhiē .

⁸⁷You have to become 16 celestial degrees full and fully viceless here and so you mustn’t have any defects.

⁸⁶Ādhākalp vikārī banē hō tō māyā bhī kahtī hai abhī yah nirvikārī bantē haĩ , ham phir vikārī banātī hū̃ .

⁸⁸You have been vicious for half a cycle and so Maya says: You are now trying to become viceless and so I will once again make you vicious.

⁸⁷Yah chaltī hai māyā key|kī yuddha .

⁸⁹This is the war with Maya that continues.

⁸⁸Yah hai muśhkilāt .

⁹⁰This is the difficulty.

⁸⁹Māyā par jīt pānī hai .

⁹¹You have to conquer Maya.

⁹⁰Unhōnnē phir hiṃsak laṛāī dikhāē khaṇḍan kar diyā hai .

⁹²Those people have then shown a violent war and falsified everything.

⁹¹Tum māyā par jīt pānē sē viśhva K|kē mālik bantē hō .

⁹³You become the masters of the world by conquering Maya.

⁹²Bachchē samajhtē haĩ bāp kō 5 vikārō̃ kā dān nahī̃ dēgē tō śhrī nārāyaṇ vā lakṣhmī kō var nahī̃ sakē̃gē .

⁹⁴You children understand that if you don’t donate the five vices to the Father, you won’t be able to marry Shri Lakshmi or Narayan.

⁹³Tō tum bachchō̃ kō dil darpaṇ mē̃ dēkhnā chāhiē - mainnē karmēndriyō̃ sē tō nahī̃ kuchh kiyā  ?

⁹⁵Therefore, you children should look into the mirror of your hearts: Did I do anything wrong with my physical organs?

⁹⁴Māyā K|kē tūphān tō āgē sē bhī jabardast āyēṅgē .

⁹⁶The storms of Maya that come will be stronger than they were previously.

⁹⁵Vaidya lōg davāī dētē haĩ tō kahtē haĩ ki pahlē vālī purānī bīmārī bāhar nikalēgī .

⁹⁷When herbalists give medicine, they warn you that all the old illnesses will erupt before you get better.

⁹⁶Ismē̃ ḍarnā nahī̃ hai .

⁹⁸You mustn’t be afraid of this.

⁹⁷Yah tō āyēṅgē .

⁹⁹They will come.

⁹⁸Yah bhī surgeon hai .

¹⁰⁰That One is also the Surgeon.

⁹⁹Kahtē haĩ ki tum mērē bachchē banē̃gē tō phir tumhārī khūb rāvaṇ sē yuddha hōgī .

¹⁰¹He says: When you become My children, you will have a big war with Ravan.

¹⁰⁰Māyā khūb war|vār karnē lagēgī isliē tūphān sē ḍarnā nahī̃ hai .

¹⁰²Maya will attack you a great deal. ¹⁰³Therefore, you mustn’t be afraid of storms.

¹⁰¹Bāp K|kē banē hō tō yah bachpan bhūl nahī̃ jānā . ¹⁰²Yah hai īśhvarīy bachpan .

¹⁰⁴You belong to the Father and so you must not forget this childhood: this is your Godly childhood.

¹⁰³Īśhvar key|kī gōd mē̃ ēk bār āyē phir dēvtāī gōd mē̃ 21 bār jāyēṅgē .

¹⁰⁵You come into God’s lap once and then into the lap of deities for 21 births.

¹⁰⁴Īśhvarīy janm kē bād tum svarg mē̃ jātē hō .

¹⁰⁶After your Godly birth, you go to heaven.

¹⁰⁵Certificate lēnā hai .

¹⁰⁷Each of you has to claim a certificate.

¹⁰⁶Bābā , ham āpkā sapūt bachchā hū̃ yā kapūt  ?

¹⁰⁸Baba, am I a worthy child or an unworthy child of yours?

¹⁰⁷Tō bābā batlā saktē haĩ , sapūt bhī kis number mē̃ hō  ?

¹⁰⁹Baba can tell you which number worthy child you are.

¹⁰⁸Kyā ḵẖāmī hai  ? ¹⁰⁹Bābā batlā saktē haĩ .

¹¹⁰Baba can tell you what is still lacking in you.

¹¹⁰Khud bhī samajh saktē haĩ ki ham service nahī̃ kartē haĩ tō itnā ūñch pad kaisē pāyēṅgē  ?

¹¹¹You can understand for yourselves: If I do not do service, how can I claim such a high status?

¹¹¹Achchhā , bābā kahtē haĩ tum kyā karō , ēk hospital athavā college khōl dō .

¹¹²Achcha, Baba tells you what to do: Open a hospital-cum-college.

¹¹²Bhal tum ismē̃ jānā nahī̃ , aur bahut lōg śhaphā pāyēṅgē tō uskā izāphā tumkō milēgā .

¹¹³You may not go there, but when many people receive a cure there, you will receive the reward of that.

¹¹³Manuṣhya dharmaśhālā banātē haĩ , isliē ki bahut ākar viśhrām pāyēṅgē tō dūsrē janm mē̃ uskō achchhā mahal milēgā .

¹¹⁴Human beings build dharamshalas so that many people can rest there, and so they would receive a very good palace in their next birth.

¹¹⁴Bābā kē pās bahut ātē haĩ , kahtē haĩ yah hospital khōlō , ham madad dēgē .

¹¹⁵Many children come to Baba and say: Open this hospital and we will help you.

¹¹⁵Baṛī hospital khōlō .

¹¹⁶Open a big hospital.

¹¹⁶Agar gyān uṭhānē key|kī khud kō phursat nahī̃ , tō achchhā tīn pair pr̥ithvī K|kē lēkar yah hospital cum college khōl dō .

¹¹⁷If you don’t have time to take this knowledge, then just take three feet of land and open this hospital-cum-college.

¹¹⁷Hospital sē ever healthy banē̃gē . ¹¹⁸College sē ever wealthy bantē haĩ .

¹¹⁸Through the hospital you will become ever healthy and through the college you will become ever wealthy.

¹¹⁹Bahut ākar banē̃gē tō tumhārā puṇya hōgā .

¹¹⁹When many people become this, you will accumulate the charity of that.

¹²⁰Jāstī kharchā bhī nahī̃ hai .

¹²⁰There is not a lot of expense in this.

¹²¹Ājkal paisē kitnē kamātē haĩ , karōṛō̃ K|kē āsāmī haĩ  !

¹²¹People nowadays earn so much money. ¹²²They have properties worth millions.

¹²²Kyā unkē putr-pōtrē khāyēṅgē  ?

¹²³Will their sons and grandsons etc. eat from that?

¹²³Dhūr bhī nahī̃ , sab vināśh hō jāyēgā .

¹²⁴They won’t even get the dust. ¹²⁵Everything is to be destroyed.

¹²⁴Rājāī garībō̃ kō miltī hai .

¹²⁶The poor ones receive a kingdom.

¹²⁵Garīb nivāz hai nā .

¹²⁷Baba is the Lord of the Poor.

¹²⁶Yah bābā number one sādhāraṇ thā .

¹²⁸This Baba was a number one ordinary person.

¹²⁷Hajār dō haĩ tō unkō garīb kahē̃gē .

¹²⁹Someone who just has one or two thousand would be called a poor person.

¹²⁸Yahā̃ garīb bhī achchhā pad pā saktē haĩ .

¹³⁰Here, even the poor can claim a high status.

¹²⁹Kiskā lākh-krōṛ lēkar kyā karē̃gē  ?

¹³¹What would you do with a hundred thousand or a million of someone’s?

¹³⁰Garībō̃ key|kī pāī-pāī sē hī sthāpanā kartē haĩ .

¹³²Establishment is carried out with every penny of the poor.

¹³¹Gāndhī kō kitnā dān dētē thē , usmē̃ kitnē marē  !

¹³³Gandhiji used to receive so many donations, and yet so many people died in that.

¹³²Kitnī taklīphē̃ sahan key|kī  !

¹³⁴They endured so much difficulty.

¹³³Tumkō tō kōī taklīph nahī̃ .

¹³⁵You don’t have any difficulty.

¹³⁴Bāp kahtē haĩ tum pahlē rājyōg sīkhō tō tumkō rājāī dēgē .

¹³⁶The Father says: First of all, study Raj Yoga and the kingdom will be given to you.

¹³⁵Yah rājya tō mr̥igatr̥iṣhṇā sadr̥iśhya hai .

¹³⁷This kingdom here is like a mirage.

¹³⁶Kahānī hai nā drōpadī nē duryōdhan kō nimantraṇ diyā . ¹³⁷Vah āyā tō tālāb samajh vastra utārnē lagā tō drōpadī nē kahā - andhē key|kī aulād andhē , yah tō ruṇya kā pānī ( mr̥igatr̥iṣhṇā ) hai .

¹³⁸There is the story of Draupadi inviting Duryodhan to her palace and when he came, he saw a lake and began to take off his clothes. ¹³⁹So, Draupadi told him: Blind child of the blind, that is just a mirage.

¹³⁸Sabhī samajhtē haĩ hamnē svarājya pā liyā hai , parantu kitnā duḥkh hai  !

¹⁴⁰They all think that they have received their self-sovereignty, but there is so much sorrow.

¹³⁹Prajā kitnī duḥkhī haĩ , maut sāmnē khaṛā hai .

¹⁴¹People are so unhappy. ¹⁴²Death is standing just ahead.

¹⁴⁰Bāp kahtē haĩ yah sab marē paṛē haĩ .

¹⁴³The Father says: All are already dead.

¹⁴¹Kabristān hai , tumkō phir paristān banānā hai .

¹⁴⁴This is a graveyard and you have to make it into a land of angels.

¹⁴²Hīrē-mōtiyō̃ K|kē mahal banāyēṅgē .

¹⁴⁵You will build palaces studded with diamonds and pearls.

¹⁴³Yahā̃ tō yah pattharpurī hai , vahā̃ hōgī sōnē key|kī isliē bāp samjhātē haĩ - dē dān tō chhūṭē grahaṇ , phir 16 kalā sampūrṇ hō jāyēṅgē . ¹⁴⁴Abhī tum patit hō , manuṣhya kitnē duḥkhī haĩ .

¹⁴⁶Here, it is a land of stones, whereas there, it will be a land of gold. ¹⁴⁷Therefore, the Father explains: When you make a donation, the eclipse of the omens will be removed and you will then become 16 celestial degrees full.

¹⁴⁵Laṛāī lagtī hai tō nīnd fit jātī hai .

¹⁴⁸You are now impure. ¹⁴⁹Human beings are so unhappy.

¹⁴⁶Ārām nahī̃ ātā hai , nīnd key|kī gōlī lēkar nīnd kartē haĩ .

¹⁵⁰When war takes place, people lose their sleep; they are unable to sleep. ¹⁵¹They sleep by taking sleeping pills.

¹⁴⁷Yah hai hī rāvaṇ rājya .

¹⁵²This is the kingdom of Ravan.

¹⁴⁸Abhī daśhaharē par rāvaṇ kō jalāyēṅgē , yah ant tak jalātē rahē̃gē , jab tak ki vināśh hō .

¹⁵³They will now burn Ravan at Dashera. ¹⁵⁴They will continue to burn it till the end, until destruction takes place.

¹⁴⁹Vināśh kē bād phir rāvaṇ jalēgā nahī̃ .

¹⁵⁵After destruction, Ravan’s image will not be burnt.

¹⁵⁰Phir dvāpar kē bād rāvaṇ nikāltē haĩ jalānē kē liē .

¹⁵⁶Then, in the copper age, they will again create Ravan in order to burn him.

¹⁵¹Sāl-sāl rāvaṇ kō jalātē haĩ parantu martā hī nahī̃ .

¹⁵⁷They burn Ravan every year, but he just doesn’t die.

¹⁵²Sāl-sāl tum rakṣhābandhan manātī hō , rākhī bāndhtī hō phir apavitr ban jātē haĩ .

¹⁵⁸You celebrate Raksha Bandhan and have a rakhi tied every year and yet you also become impure again.

¹⁵³Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kē pās tō kitnā athāh dhan thā  !

¹⁵⁹Lakshmi and Narayan had so much wealth.

¹⁵⁴Kitnī unhō̃ key|kī pūjā hōtī hai  !

¹⁶⁰They are worshipped so much.

¹⁵⁵Pūjā sirph lakṣhmī key|kī thōṛēhī kartē haĩ , chaturbhuj key|kī kartē haĩ .

¹⁶¹They don't worship Lakshmi alone; they worship the four-armed image.

¹⁵⁶Usmē̃ dōnō̃ ā jātē haĩ .

¹⁶²Both are included in that.

¹⁵⁷Lakṣhmī kē sāth nārāyaṇ tō jarūr cāhiēisaliē dōnō̃ key|kī pūjā kartē haĩ .

¹⁶³Together with Lakshmi, Narayan is also needed; they worship both of them.

¹⁵⁸Jōṛī bigar kām kaisē chalēgā  ?

¹⁶⁴How could anything function without a couple?

¹⁶¹Bachchē pūchhtē haĩ dīvālī par sab kahtē haĩ - agar lakṣhmī key|kī pūjā nahī̃ karē̃gē tō dhan tumhārē pās|pass nahī̃ āyēgā isliē bābā rāy dētē haĩ - bachchē , ismē̃ bhī sākṣhī hōkar part bajāō , nahī̃ tō khiṭ-khiṭ hōgī .

¹⁶⁷Some children say that other people tell them: If you don't worship Lakshmi at Diwali, wealth will not come to you. ¹⁶⁸Therefore, Baba advises you: Children, just play your parts as detached observers. ¹⁶⁹Otherwise, there will be conflict.

¹⁶²Jaisē bābā kahtē haĩ - bachchī key|kī śhādī karānī hai tō sākṣhī hōkar part bajāō , nahī̃ tō jhagaṛā|jhagṛā hōgā .

¹⁷⁰Baba says: If you have to get your daughter married, simply play your part as a detached observer. ¹⁷¹Otherwise, there will be a quarrel.

¹⁶³Bachchiyā̃ nirvikārī nahī̃ rahnā chāhtī tō lāchārī hālat mē̃ unkī śhādī karā dō .

¹⁷²If the daughter doesn't want to remain viceless, then, in those desperate circumstances, get her married.

¹⁶⁴Pavitra rahnā nahī̃ chāhtī haĩ tō ravānā kar dēnā hai , taṅg nahī̃ karnā hai .

¹⁷³If she doesn't want to remain pure, then just let her go; don't harass her.

¹⁶⁵Kumārī vah jō 21 kul kā uddhār karē .

¹⁷⁴A kumari is one who uplifts 21 generations.

¹⁶⁶Tum sab brahmākumāriyā̃ hō , tumhārā dhandhā hai hī sabhī kō svarg kā mālik banānā .

¹⁷⁵All of you are Brahma Kumaris and your business is to make everyone into a master of heaven.

¹⁶⁷Dil sē pūchhō - ham kitnē kō āpsamān banātē haĩ  ?

¹⁷⁶Ask your heart: How many do I make the same as myself?

¹⁸³I have no desire to rule a kingdom.

¹⁷⁵Tumkō rājya dētā hū̃ .

¹⁷⁶Tum apnā rājya-bhāgya phir sē lē lō .

¹⁸⁵You can take your fortune of the kingdom once again.

¹⁷⁷Tum jāntē hō ham sō dēvī-dēvtā thē , 84 janm pās|pass kar āj ham rāvaṇ key|kī sampradāy banē .

¹⁸⁶You know that you were deities. ¹⁸⁷You have gone through 84 births and today you are part of Ravan’s community.

¹⁷⁸Rāvaṇ kō hamēśhā jalātē haĩ .

¹⁸⁸People always burn an effigy of Ravan.

¹⁷⁹Rāvaṇ key|kī kabhī pūjā nahī̃ kartē haĩ .

¹⁸⁹They never worship Ravan.

¹⁸⁰Jō sukh dētā hai unkō pūjā jātā hai .

¹⁹⁰Those who give happiness are worshipped.

¹⁸¹Rāvaṇ kā chitra banāyā aur jalāyā , vah tō sadaiv duḥkh dēnē vālā hai .

²¹⁵ Many children worry about earning an income and sustaining their family, but those who worry cannot become successful in earning an income.

²⁰⁸Chintā kō chhōṛkar karmayōgī ban kām karō tō jahā̃ yōg hai vahā̃ kōī bhī kārya kuśhaltā aur saphaltā pūrvak sampann hōgā .

²¹⁶Put aside your worries, be a karma yogi and then perform actions. ²¹⁷When you have yoga, you will accomplish every task efficiently and successfully.

²⁰⁹Agar chintā sē kamāyā huā paisā āyēgā bhī tō chintā hī paidā karēgā , aur yōg-yukt ban khuśhī-khuśhī sē kamāyā huā paisā khuśhī dilāyēgā kyōṅki jaisā bīj hōgā vaisā hī phal nikalēgā .

²¹⁸If you earn money with worry, that will only create more worries, whereas if you earn it happily by being yogyukt, it will bring you happiness because, as is the seed, so is the fruit that emerges from it.

²¹⁰Slōgan  : sadā guṇ rūpī mōtī grahaṇ karnē vālē holy hans banō , kaṅkaṛ patthar lēnē vālē nahī̃ .
