1 «  vyarth bōl , disturb karnē vālē bōl sē svayã kō mukt kar bōl key|kī economy karō ' '

1Become free from speaking wasteful words and words that disturb others and be economical with your words.

2Āj bāpdādā chārō̃ ōr key|kī ātmāō̃ kō āp sabhī kē sāth dēkh rahē haĩ .

2Today, as well as seeing all of you children here, BapDada is also seeing the souls in all directions.

3Chārō̃ ōr K|kē bachchē ākār rūp sē bāpdādā K|kē sāmnē haĩ .

3Children from all four directions are in their subtle forms in front of BapDada.

4Double sabhā , sākārī aur ākārī dōnō̃ kitnī baṛī sabhā hai .

4Baba is seeing a double gathering: a physical and a subtle gathering.

5Bāpdādā dōnō̃ sabhā K|kē bachchō̃ kō dēkh harṣhit hō rahē haĩ kyōṅki bāpdādā her|har bachchē kō viśhēṣh dō rūpō̃ sē dēkh rahē haĩ .

5Both gatherings are so huge and BapDada is pleased to see the children of both gatherings, because BapDada sees all children in two special forms.

6Ēk - har ēk bachchā is sarv manuṣhyātmāō̃ K|kē pūrvaj , sārē vr̥ikṣha kā foundation haĩ , kyōṅki jaṛ sē sārā vr̥ikṣha nikaltā hai aur dūsrē rūp mē̃ pūrvaj baṛē kō bhī kahtē haĩ .

6One is that each child is an ancestor of all human souls. 7You are the foundation of the entire tree, because the entire tree emerges from the roots and, secondly, elders are called the ancestors.

7Tō sr̥iṣhṭi K|kē ādi mē̃ āp ātmāō̃ kā hī part hai isliē baṛē tē baṛē hō , is kāraṇ sarv ātmāō̃ K|kē pūrvaj hō .

8So, it is you souls who have a part at the beginning of the world and this is why you are the greatest of all. 9Because of this, you are the ancestors of all souls.

8Sāth-sāth ūñchē tē ūñchē bāp key|kī pahlī rachnā āp brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ hō .

10As well as this, you Brahmin souls are the first creation of the highest-on-high Father.

9Tō jaisē ūñchē tē ūñchā bhagvan hai vaisē baṛē tē baṛē pūrvaj āp hō . 10Tō itnē sārē pūrvaj bachchō̃ kō dēkh bāp harṣhit hōtē haĩ .

11Therefore, just as God is the Highest on High, so, too, you are the greatest of all ancestors, and so the Father is pleased to see so many ancestor children.

11Āp bhī harṣhit hōtē hō ki ham pūrvaj haĩ - usī niśhchay aur naśhē mē̃ rahtē hō  ?

12You are also happy to know that you are the ancestors. 13Do you maintain this faith and intoxication?

12Tō bāpdādā āj pūrvajō̃ key|kī sabhā dēkh rahē haĩ .

14So, today, BapDada is seeing a gathering of ancestors.

13Āp sabhī jō bhī bāp K|kē bachchē hō , māyā sē bachē huē hō .

15All of you children of the Father are safe (bachna – to be safe) from Maya.

14Bachchē kā arth|earth hī hai bāp kā bannā arthāt bachchē bannā .

16To be a child (bachcha - child) means to belong to the Father, that is, to be His child, and so you are safe from Maya.

15Tō māyā sē bachē huē bāp K|kē bachchē bantē haĩ .

17Those who are safe from Maya become the Father’s children.

16Āp sabhī māyā sē bachē huē hō nā  ?

18So, all of you are safe from Maya, are you not?

17Ki kabhī chakkar mē̃ ā jātē hō  ?

19Or, do you sometimes come into the spinning of Maya?

18Kahtē haĩ nā aisā bhī pāvyuha hōtā hai jō bahut tarīkē sē nikalnā hōtā hai .

20It is said: There are many ways to free yourself from this chakra-vyuha (a military circular formation that an enemy has to break).

19Tō kōī bhī māyā K|kē pāvyuha mē̃ phansnē vālē tō nahī̃ hō  ?

21So, none of you are going to be trapped in Maya's chakra-vyuha, are you?

20Kyā kōī chakkar hai  ?

22Is there any spinning?

21Bachē huē hō  ?

23Are you safe from that?

22 ( hā̃ jī ) aisē nahī̃ karnā ki yahā̃ hā̃ jī karkē jāō aur vahā̃ jākar kahō nā jī .

24(Ha ji) It shouldn't be that you say "Ha ji" while you are here and then, when you return, you say "Na ji".

23Jab ēk bār chakkar sē nikalnē kā rāstā yā vidhi ā gaī , tō phir phansnē key|kī tō bāt hī nahī̃ hai .

25Once you have learnt the art of breaking out of this circle, there is then no question of being trapped.

24Māyā kō bhī achchhī tarah sē jān gayē hō nā ki kabhī anjān ban jātē hō  ?

26You know Maya very well, don't you? 27Or, do you become ignorant at times?

25Phir kahtē haĩ hamkō tō patā hī nahī̃ paṛā ki yē māyā hai kyōṅki jaisē ājkal kā fashion hai bhinn-bhinn face bahut pahan lētē haĩ . 26Abhī-abhī kyā banē̃gē , abhī-abhī kyā banē̃gē .

28You then say that you didn't realise that it was Maya. 29Nowadays, the fashion is to put on a different face: one minute, they will be one thing and the next minute they will be something else.

27Tō māyā kē pās bhī yē phaṅsānē K|kē face bahut haĩ .

30Maya also has different faces to trap you.

28Uskē pās|pass achchhā baṛā dukān hai .

31Maya has a very good, large shop.

29Jis samay jō rūp dhāraṇ karnā chāhē us samay kar lētī hai . 30Aur agar jānē-anjānē phans gayē tō nikalnē mē̃ bahut time lagtā hai .

32She adopts whatever form she wants at any time, and whether you knowingly or unknowingly become trapped in that, it will take you a long time to extricate yourself from it.

31Aur saṅgam kā ēk second vyarth jānā arthāt ēk varṣh ganvānā hai , second nahī̃ .

33To waste a second of the confluence age means to waste a year, not just a second.

32Āp sōchō saṅgamyug kitnā chhōṭā hai .

34Just think how short the confluence age is!

33Abhī tō diamond jubilee manā rahē hō aur is thōṛē sē samay mē̃ jō bannā hai , jō jamā karnā hai vō abhī ban saktē haĩ .

35You will now be celebrating the Diamond Jubilee and whatever you want to become, however much you want to accumulate in this short time, you can become that now.

34Tō bāpdādā dēkh rahē thē ki bannē kā samay kitnā thōṛā hai aur bantē hō sārā kalp .

36So, BapDada saw that there is such a short time to become that and that you become it for the entire cycle.

35Tō kahā̃ 5 hazār aur kahā̃ abhī 60 varṣh , chalō āgē kitnā bhī samay hōgā lēkin hazārō̃ K|kē gintī mē̃ tō nahī̃ hōgā nā  !

37There is such a huge difference between 5,000 years and 60 years now! 38OK, it doesn't matter how much more time there is, but at least it is not in the region of thousands of years.

36Tō is thōṛē sē samay mē̃ rājya adhikārī bannē vā royal family mē̃ ānē kē liē kyā karnā hōgā  ?

39So, what would you have to do in this short time to become one who has a right to the kingdom or to go into the royal family?

37Vaisē saṅkhyā K|kē hisāb sē satyug mē̃ viśhva kā takht sabhī kō tō mil bhī nahī̃ saktā .

40In terms of numbers, not everyone would attain the throne of the kingdom of the world.

38Mānō̃ pahlē lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ tō takht par baiṭhē̃gē lēkin jō pahlē lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ key|kī royal family hai , unhō̃ kō bhī itnā hī sabhī dvārā snēh aur sammān miltā hai .

41OK, Lakshmi and Narayan the first would be seated on the throne, and their royal family would also receive just as much love and regard.

39Tō agar pahlī rājdhānī K|kē royal family mē̃ bhī ātē haĩ tō vō pahlā number haĩ .

42So, if you become part of the royal family of the first kingdom, that is also like the first number.

40Chāhē baṛē takht par nahī̃ baiṭhtē lēkin prālabdh number one K|kē hisāb sē hī hai .

43You may not be seated on the main throne, but your reward is in terms of the first number.

41Nahī̃ tō āp sabhī lōgō̃ kō trētā tak bhī takht thōṛēhī milēgā .

44Otherwise, not all of you would receive a throne even until the silver age.

42Lēkin viśhva rājya adhikārī kā lakṣhya sabhī kā hai nā  ?

45However, all of you have the aim of being world sovereigns, do you not?

43Ki vahā̃ bhī ēk state K|kē rājā ban jāyēṅgē  ?

46Or, will you become a king of one of the states there?

44Tō pahlē number K|kē royal family mē̃ ānā yē bhī śhrēṣhṭh puruṣhārth hai .

47So, to have the reward of the first number in the royal family also requires elevated effort.

45Kōī kō takht miltā aur kiskō royal family miltī hai .

48Some receive the throne and some become part of the royal family.

46Iskē bhī guhya rahasya haĩ .

49There is a deep significance in this too.

47Jō sadā saṅgam par bāp K|kē dil takhtnaśhīn svataḥ aur sadā rahtā hai , kabhī-kabhī nahī̃ , jō sadā ādi sē ant tak svapn mātra bhī , saṅkalp mātra bhī pavitratā K|kē vrat mē̃ sadā rahā hai , svapn tak bhī avitratā kō touch nahī̃ kiyā hai , aisī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāyē̃ takhtnaśhīn hō saktī haĩ .

50At the confluence age, it is those who constantly and naturally remain seated on the heart-throne of the Father, not just sometimes, but it is those who, from the beginning until the end, even in their dreams and thoughts, maintain their vow of purity, those who have not touched impurity even in their dreams, it is such elevated souls who can be seated on the heart throne.

48Jisnē chārō̃ hī subject mē̃ achchhē marks ( numbers ) liyē haĩ , ādi sē ant tak achchhē number sē pās|pass huē haĩ , usī kō hī pass with honour kahā jātā hai .

51Only those who have claimed good marks in all four subjects and have passed with a good number from the beginning until the end are said to have passed with honours.

49Bīch-bīch mē̃ marks kam huī haĩ phir make up kiyā hai , make up vālā nahī̃ lēkin ādi sē chārō̃ hī subject mē̃ bāp K|kē dil pasand hai vō takht lē saktā hai .

52It is not that you can claim fewer marks now and then and then have to catch up; it is only those who, from the beginning, have done everything in all four subjects that the Father likes who can claim the throne.

50Sāth-sāth jō brāhmaṇ saṅsār mē̃ sarv K|kē pyārē , sarv K|kē sahyōgī rahē haĩ , brāhmaṇ parivār har ēk dil sē sammān kartā hai , aisā sammāndhārī takht naśhīn ban saktā hai .

53As well as this, those who are loved by everyone in the Brahmin family, with whom everyone co-operates, who receive regard from the heart of everyone in the Brahmin family, it is those who have won such regard who can claim the throne.

51Agar in bātō̃ mē̃ kisī na kisī mē̃ kamī hai tō vō number-vār royal family mē̃ ā saktā hai .

54If you lack any of these aspects in one way or another, it is possible that you become part of the royal family, but numberwise.

52Chāhē pahlī mē̃ āvē , chāhē āṭhvī̃ mē̃ āē , chāhē trētā mē̃ āē .

55You can come in the first number, the eighth, or in the silver age.

53Tō agar takhtnaśhīn bannā hai tō in sabhī bātō̃ kō check karō .

56If you want to be seated on the throne, check yourself in these aspects.

54Agar sēvā mē̃ 100 marks jamā haĩ aur dhārṇā mē̃ 25 percent tō kyā hōgā  ?

57What would happen if you have accumulated 100 marks in service but only 25 per cent in your dharna?

55Vō adhikārī banēgā  ?

58Would such a soul have a right?

56Kaī bachchē aur subject mē̃ āgē chalē jātē haĩ lēkin practical dhārṇā mē̃ jaisā samay hai vaisā apnē kō mould karnā vō hai real gold . 57Kahā̃-kahā̃ māyā bachchō̃ sē bhī hōśhiyār hō jātī hai .

59Many children go ahead in other subjects, but to be real gold is to be able to mould yourself according to the time with your practical dharna. 60Sometimes, Maya becomes even cleverer than the children; she instantly adopts a form according to the time.

58Vō phaṭ sē samay pramāṇ svarūp dhāraṇ kar lētī hai aur bachchē kyā kahtē haĩ  ? 59Bāp kē pās tō sabkī bātē̃ ātī haĩ nā  !

61What do the children then say? 62The Father gets to hear of everyone, and so the children say: one person is wrong and the other one is right.

60Mānō ēk wrong hai aur dūsrā right hai .

63It also happens that, sometimes, both sides may be at fault.

61Aisē bhī hōtā hai ki dōnō̃ taraph key|kī kōī nā kōī kamī hōtī hai lēkin mānō̃ āp bilkul hī apnē kō right samajhtē hō aur dūsrā bilkul hī wrong hai , tō āp right hō aur vō wrong hai phir bhī jaisā samay , jaisā vāyumaṇḍal dēkhā jātā hai vaisē apnē kō hī , chāhē samānā paṛtā hai , chāhē miṭānā paṛtā hai , chāhē kinārā karnā paṛtā hai , lēkin bachchē kyā kahtē haĩ ki kyā her|har bāt mē̃ her|har samay hamkō hī marnā hai kyā  !

64However, if, for instance, you consider yourself to be absolutely right and even if the other one is absolutely wrong, and you even understand this, then, since you are right and the other one is wrong, then, according to the time and the atmosphere, even though you are right, you may have to accommodate something in yourself. 65You may have to die; you may have to step away. 66However, what do some children say? 67"Is it always I who have to die in every situation, every time?

62Marnē K|kē liyē ham haĩ aur mauj manānē kē liē yē haĩ  !

68Is it that I am here to die for others and that the others are here to enjoy themselves?

63Sadā hī marnā hai , yē marnā tō bahut muśhkil hai , marjīvā tō ban gayē vō tō sahaj hai .

69I always have to die; it is very difficult to die in this way." 70You have died a living death and that is easy.

64Brahmākumār , brahmākumārī ban gayē yē bhī tō marjīvā banē nā  !

71You have become a Brahma Kumar or a Brahma Kumari and so you have died alive, have you not?

65Yē marnā tō bahut sahaj hō gayā .

72This dying has been very easy.

66Mar gayē , brahmākumārī ban gayē .

73You died and you became a Brahma Kumari.

67Lēkin yē bār-bār kā marnā yē bahut muśhkil hai  !

74However, to die again and again in this way is very difficult.

68Muśhkil hai nā  ?

75It is difficult, is it not?

69Chhōṭiyā̃ kahtī haĩ ki hamkō hī jyādā marnā paṛtā hai aur baṛē kahtē haĩ ki hamkō hī jyādā sunnā paṛtā hai .

76The young ones say that they have to die more often and the older ones say that they have to listen to a lot more.

70Tō āpkō sahan karnā paṛtā , unhō̃ kō sunnā paṛtā , tō marnā kiskō hai  ?

77So, you have to tolerate a lot and they have to listen to a lot, and so who has to die?

71Kaun marē̃  ?

78Who should die?

72Ēk marē , dōnō̃ marē̃  ?

79Should one die? 80Should both die?

73Dōnō̃ hī mar gayē tō bāt khatm , khēl khatm .

81If both of you die, then the situation is resolved, the game is over.

74Tō marnā ātā hai yā thōṛā muśhkil lagtā hai  ?

82So, do you know how to die? 83Or, do you find it difficult?

75Thōṛā sāns hāmphtā hai , muśhkil sāns nikaltā hai . 76Taklīph hōtī hai  ?

84When you only have a little breath, you are breathless, and you are not even able to breathe.

77Us samay jab kahtē hō nā ki kyā hamē̃ hī marnā hai , hamē̃ hī badalnā hai , kyā mērī hī jimmēvārī hai badalnē key|kī  ?

85There is then some difficulty, isn't there? 86At that time, you say, "Is it always I who have to die, I who have to change?"

78Dūsrē key|kī bhī tō hai  ! 79Ādhā-ādhā bāṇṭ lō - tum itnā marō , maĩ itnā marũ .

87"Is it just my responsibility to change?" 88"Others also have this responsibility."

80Bāpdādā kō tō us samay rahm bhī bahut ātā hai lēkin yē marnā , marnā nahī̃ hai .

89You have to share it between yourselves: "You die to this extent and I will die to this extent."

81Yē marnā sadā K|kē liyē jīnā hai . 82Lōg kahtē haĩ nā ki binā marē svarg nahī̃ milēgā .

90At that time, BapDada also feels mercy for you, but this dying is not dying. 91This dying is to live for all time.

83Tō us marnē sē tō svarg miltā nahī̃ lēkin is marnē sē svarg kā adhikār zarūr milēgā isliē yē marnā arthāt svarg kā adhikārī bannā .

92People say that you can't go to heaven without dying. 93However, through this dying, you will definitely claim a right to heaven. 94Therefore, to die in this way means to claim a right to heaven.

84Ḍar jātē hō nā - marnā paṛēgā , marnā paṛēgā , sahan karnā paṛēgā tō chhōṭī bāt baṛī hō jātī hai .

95When you get scared and think that you will have to die, that you will have to tolerate a great deal, a small thing then becomes something huge.

85Āp sōchō kōī bhī ḍākū yā chōr hai nahī̃ lēkin āpkō ḍar baiṭh gayā ki ḍākū hai , chōr hai tō bhay sē kyā hōtā hai  ?

96For instance, although there may not be any thugs or thieves around, when you are scared that there is a thief nearby, what happens because of that fear?

86Bhay sē yā tō heart nīchē-ūpar hōgī yā blood pressure nīchē-ūpar hōgī .

97Because of fear, either your heartbeat fluctuates or your blood pressure fluctuates.

87Ḍar sē hōtā hai nā  ? 88Tō ḍar jātē hō .

98This happens because of fear, does it not?

89Marnā baṛī bāt nahī̃ hai lēkin āpkā ḍar baṛī bāt banā dētā hai phir kahtē haĩ patā nahī̃ hamkō kyā hōtā hai , patā nahī̃  !

99You get scared, and so the dying is not a big thing, but your fear makes something small into something huge. 100Then, you say, "I don't know what happens to me; I don't know."

90Lēkin jaisē himmat sē marjīvā bannē mē̃ bhay nahī̃ kiyā , khuśhī-khuśhī sē kiyā , aisē khuśhī-khuśhī sē parivartan karnā hai .

101However, just as you didn't have any fear about dying alive, but had courage, and you died in great happiness, in the same way, you have to bring about transformation happily.

91Marnā śhabda nahī̃ hai lēkin āpnē marnā-marnā śhabda kah diyā hai isliē ḍar jātē haĩ .

102There isn’t the word ‘dying’ but, because you have used the word "die", you get scared.

92Vāstav mē̃ yē marnā nahī̃ hai lēkin apnē dhārṇā key|kī subject mē̃ number lēnā hai .

103In fact, this is not dying, but claiming a good number in the subject of dharna.

93Sahan karnē mē̃ ghabrāō mat .

104Do not be afraid of having to tolerate anything.

94Kyō̃ ghabrātē hō  ?

105Why do you get scared?

95Kyōṅki samajhtē hō ki jhūṭhī bāt mē̃ ham sahan kyō̃ karē̃  ?

106Is it because you feel, "Why should I have to tolerate something that is not true?

96Lēkin sahan karnē key|kī āgyā kisnē dī hai  ?

107However, who gave you the order to tolerate?

97Jhūṭh bōlnē vālē nē dī hai  ?

108Did the one who told lies give you this order?

98Kaī bachchē sahan kartē bhī haĩ lēkin mazbūrī sē sahan karnā aur mōhabbat mē̃ sahan karnā , ismē̃ antar hai .

109Very many children do tolerate, but there is a difference between tolerating out of compulsion and tolerating out of love.

99Bāt K|kē kāraṇ sahan nahī̃ kartē hō lēkin bāp key|kī āgyā hai sahanśhīl banō .

110You are not tolerating because of the situation, but because it is the Father’s direction to be tolerant.

100Tō bāp key|kī āgyā māntē hō tō paramātmā key|kī āgyā mānnā yē khuśhī key|kī bāt hai nā ki mazbūrī hai  ?

111Therefore, to accept the Father's directions is to accept God's directions and so is that a matter of happiness or compulsion?

101Tō kaī bār sahan kartē bhī hō lēkin thōṛā mix hōtā hai , mōhabbat bhī hōtī hai , mazbūrī bhī hōtī hai .

112Sometimes, you do tolerate, but it is mixed: there is love as well as compulsion.

102Sahan kar hī rahē hō tō kyō̃ nahī̃ khuśhī sē hī karō .

113Since you are tolerating something, then why not tolerate it happily?

103Mazbūrī sē kyō̃ karō  !

114Why should you do it out of compulsion?

104Vō vyakti sāmnē ātā hai nā tō mazbūrī lagtī hai aur bāp sāmnē āvē , ki bāp key|kī āgyā pālan kar rahē haĩ tō mōhabbat lagēgī , mazbūrī nahī̃ .

115When a person comes in front of you, you feel it to be compulsion, but if the Father comes in front of you and you are following the Father's orders, it would feel like love, not compulsion.

105Tō yē śhabda nahī̃ sōchō .

116So, don't think of this word (dying).

106Ājkal yē thōṛā common hō gayā hai - marnā paṛēgā , marnā paṛēgā , kab tak marnā paṛēgā , ant tak yā dō sāl , ēk sāl , 6 mās , phir tō achchhā mar jāyē̃ … lēkin kab tak marnā hai  ?

117Nowadays, it has become a little common. 118"I will have to die; I will have to die. 119How much will I still have to die? 120Till the end, for two years, one year, six months?

107Lēkin yah marnā nahī̃ hai adhikār pānā hai .

121Then OK, let me die! 122How much more do I have to die?"

108Tō kyā karē̃gē  ? 109Marē̃gē  ?

123This dying is not dying but claiming your rights.

110Yah marnā śhabda khatm kar dō .

124So, what will you do? 125Will you die?

111Marnā sōchtē hō nā tō marnē sē tō ḍar lagtā hai nā . 112Dēkhō apnā mr̥ityu tō chhōṛō , kōī-kōī tō dūsrē kā mr̥ityu dēkhkar bhī ḍar jātē haĩ .

126Stop using the words "to die". 127Because you think of the word "dying", there would of course be fear of dying. 128Let alone your own death, some of you even get scared when they see someone else's death.

113Tō yē śhabda parivartan karō , aisē-aisē bōl nahī̃ bōlō .

129So, now transform these words; do not use such words.

114Śhuddha bhāṣhā bōlō .

130Use a pure language.

115Brāhmaṇō̃ key|kī dictionary mē̃ yah śhabda hai hī nahī̃ .

131These words do not exist in the Brahmin dictionary.

116Patā nahī̃ kisnē śhurū kiyā hai  !

132No one knows who invented these words.

117Kiyā tō āp lōgō̃ mē̃ sē hī hai nā  ! 118Āp mānā jō sāmnē baiṭhē haĩ , vah nahī̃ .

133It must have been one of you. 134“You” does not mean those who are sitting in front of Baba, but all Brahmins.

119Brāhmaṇō̃ nē hī kiyā hai .

135BapDada has just given an example.

120Bāpdādā nē yē tō ēk misāl sunāyā lēkin sārē din mē̃ aisē vyarth bōl yā mazāk K|kē bōl bahut bōltē haĩ , achchhē śhabda nahī̃ bōlē̃gē , lēkin kahē̃gē mērā bhāv nahī̃ thā , yah tō mazāk mē̃ kah diyā .

136There are many such wasteful words that are spoken jokingly throughout the day. 137They will not use good words. 138They would even say that that wasn't their intention, but that they just said it jokingly for the sake of it.

121Tō aisā mazāk kyā brāhmaṇ jīvan mē̃ āpkē niyamō̃ mē̃ hai  ?

139So is such fun-making a discipline in your Brahmin life?

122Likhā huā tō nahī̃ hai  ?

140It is not written anywhere.

123Kabhī paṛhā hai ki mazāk kar saktē haĩ  !

141Have you ever read anywhere that you can make fun?

124Mazāk karō lēkin gyānyukt , yōgyukt . 125Bākī vyarth mazāk jiskō āp mazāk samajhtē hō lēkin dūsrē key|kī sthiti ḍagmag hō jātī hai , tō vah mazāk huā yā duḥkh dēnā huā  ?

142Have fun, but let it be immersed in knowledge and yoga, because having the fun which you regard as fun would make someone else's stage fluctuate. 143So is that having fun or causing someone sorrow?

126Tō āj bāpdādā nē dēkhā ki ēk tō sabhī pūrvaj haĩ aur dūsrā sabsē baṛē tē baṛē pūjya ātmāyē̃ bhī āp hō .

144So, today, BapDada saw that everyone is an ancestor, and, secondly, that you are the greatest of all worthy of worship souls.

127Āp jaisī pūjā sārē kalp mē̃ kiskī nahī̃ hōtī .

145No one else is worshipped in the same way as you are worshipped throughout the cycle.

128Tō pūrvaj bhī hō aur pūjya bhī .

146So, you are the ancestors and also worthy of worship.

129Lēkin pūjya bhī number-vār haĩ .

147However, you are worthy of worship, numberwise.

130Jō bhī brāhmaṇ bantē haĩ unkī pūjā hōtī zarūr hai lēkin kiskī vidhipūrvak hōtī hai aur kiskī kām chalāū hōtī hai .

148Those who become Brahmins, are definitely worshipped, but some are worshipped accurately according to the system, whereas others are worshipped superficially.

131Tō jō brāhmaṇ yahā̃ bhī yōg mē̃ baiṭhtē haĩ lēkin kām chalāū , kuchh nīnd kiyā , kuchh yōg kiyā , kuchh vyarth sōchā aur kuchh śhubh sōchā .

149So, what is it when some Brahmins sit here in yoga? 150It is just superficial; they'll be sleeping sometimes, they'll be having yoga sometimes, having a few waste thoughts and a few good thoughts.

132Tō yah kām chalāū huā nā  !

151That is just for the sake of it, is it not?

133Saphēd battī jal gaī , kām pūrā hō gayā .

152Once the white light is switched on, your job is done.

134Aisē dhārṇā mē̃ bhī kām chalāū bahut hōtē haĩ .

153There are also many who are superficial in their dharna too.

135Kōī bhī circumstance āyēgā tō kahē̃gē abhī tō aisē karkē chalāō , pīchhē dēkhā jāyēgā .

154When any such circumstances arise, they would say: Let it continue in this way for now, and we'll see about it later.

136Tō aisō̃ key|kī pūjā kām chalāū hōtī hai .

155Such souls would just be worshipped for the sake of it.

137Dēkhō lākhō̃ sāligrām banātē haĩ lēkin kyā hōtā hai  ?

156Just see, they create hundreds of thousands of saligrams, but what happens?

138Vidhipūrvak pūjā hōtī hai  ?

157Is that accurate worship according to the system?

139Kām chalāū hōtī hai nā  !

158That is also for the sake of it.

140Pipe sē nahlā diyā aur tilak bhī kaṭōrī bharkē paṇḍit lōg aisē-aisē kar dētē haĩ . 141 ( chhiṛak dētē haĩ ) tilak lag gayā .

159They bathe them (the saligrams) with a hosepipe and the pundits apply tilaks with a little bowl of tilak paste (they just sprinkle it), and the tilak is applied.

142Tō yē kyā huā  ?

160So what is that?

143Kām chalāū huā nā .

161That is also just for the sake of it.

144Pūjya sabhī bantē hō lēkin kaisē pūjya bantē hō vō number-vār hai .

162All of you become worthy of worship, but how you are worshipped is numberwise.

145Kiskī her|har karma key|kī pūjā hōtī hai .

163For some, every deed of theirs is worshipped.

146Dātun ( datūn ) kā bhī darśhan hōtā hai , dātun hō rahā hai .

164They even give a glimpse of the deity having their teeth brushed.

147Mathurā mē̃ jāō tō dātun kā bhī darśhan karātē haĩ , is samay dātun kā samay hai .

165When you go to Mathura, they even give you a view of the idols having their teeth brushed, that it is now the time to brush their teeth.

148Tō kām chalāū nahī̃ bannā . 149Nahī̃ tō pūjā bhī aisī hōgī .

166So, do not become one who just does everything just for the sake of it, otherwise, you will be worshipped accordingly.

150Acchā-sabhī teachers khuśh hō  ?

167Achcha, are all of you teachers happy?

151Yā kōī-kōī ichchhā abhī bhī man mē̃ hai  ?

168Or do you still have some desire in your minds?

152Kōī bhī ichchhā hōgī tō achchhā bannē nahī̃ dēgī .

169If there is any desire (ichcha), it will not allow you to become good (achcha).

153Yā ichchhā pūrṇ karō yā achchhā banō . 154Āpkē hāth mē̃ hai .

170Either fulfil your desire or become good; it is in your hands!

155Aur dēkhā jātā hai ki yē ichchhā aisī chīz hai jaisē dhūp mē̃ āp chaltē hō tō āpkī parchhāī āgē jātī hai aur āp uskō pakaṛnē key|kī kōśhiśh karō , tō pakaṛī jāyēgī  ?

171It has been seen that desires are like walking in the sun. 172When you walk in the sun, you see your shadow going ahead of you, but if you tried to catch hold of it, would you be able to do that?

156Aur āp pīṭh karkē ā jāō tō vō parchhāī kahā̃ jāyēgī  ?

173Then, when you turn back, where would the shadow go?

157Āpkē pīchhē-pīchhē āyēgī .

174It would follow you.

158Tō ichchhā apnē taraph ākarṣhit kar rulānē vālī hai aur ichchhā kō chhōṛ dō tō ichchhā āpkē pīchhē-pīchhē āyēgī .

175So, desires are something that attract you and make you cry, whereas when you let go of desires, they come following you.

159Māṅgnē vālā kabhī bhī sampann nahī̃ ban saktā .

176Those who beg can never become complete.

160Aur kuchh nahī̃ māṅgtē hō lēkin royal māṅg tō bahut hai .

177You may not ask for anything else, but you beg a lot in a royal way.

161Jāntē hō nā - royal māṅg kyā hai  ?

178You do know what a royal form of begging is, do you not?

162Alpkāl kā kuchh nām mil jāyē , kuchh śhān mil jāyē , kabhī hamārā bhī nām viśhēṣh ātmāō̃ mē̃ ā jāyē , ham bhī baṛē bhāiyō̃ mē̃ ginē jāyē̃ , ham bhī baṛī bahanō̃ mē̃ ginē jāyē̃ , ākhir hamkō bhī tō chance milnā chāhiē .

179You want to earn a temporary name for yourself, that you are given some regard, that your name is listed with the special souls, that you are counted among the senior brothers, that you are counted among the senior sisters, that you should be given a chance.

163Lēkin jab tak maṅgtā hō tab tak kabhī khuśhī K|kē khazānē sē sampann nahī̃ hō saktē .

180However, for as long as you are a beggar, you cannot become full of the treasures of happiness.

164Yē māṅg kē pīchhē yā kōī bhī had key|kī ichchhāō̃ kē pīchhē bhāgnā aisē hī samjhō jaisē mr̥igatr̥iṣhṇā hai .

181To chase after your wants or limited desires is like chasing after a mirage.

165Issē sadā hī bachkar rahō .

182Constantly keep yourself safe from this.

166Chhōṭā rahnā kōī kharāb bāt nahī̃ hai .

183It is not a bad thing to remain a junior.

167Chhōṭē śhubhān allāh haĩ kyōṅki bāpdādā K|kē dil par number āgē haĩ .

184The young ones are equal to God, because they have claimed a number ahead in BapDada's heart.

168Alpkāl key|kī ichchhā kā anubhav karkē dēkhā hōgā , tō rulātī hai yā haṅsātī hai  ?

185You must have experienced whether temporary desires make you cry or laugh.

169Rulātī hai nā  !

186They make you cry, don't they?

170Tō rāvaṇ key|kī āgyā hai rulāō , āp tō bāp K|kē hō nā , tō bāp haṅsānē vālā hai yā rulānē vālā  ?

187It is Ravan's order for you to be made to cry. 188However, you belong to the Father, and so would the Father make you laugh or cry?

171Āj bāpdādā viśhēṣh is par attention dilā rahē haĩ ki vyarth bōl jō kiskō bhī achchhē nahī̃ lagtē , āpkō achchhā lagtā hai lēkin dūsrē kō achchhā nahī̃ lagtā , tō sadā kē liē us śhabda kō samāpt kar dō .

189Today, BapDada is especially drawing your attention to wasteful words that no one likes. 190If you like them, but others don't like them, then stop using those words for all time.

172Aisē sārē din mē̃ agar bāpdādā apnē pās|pass bachchō̃ K|kē śhabda note karē tō kāphī file ban saktī hai .

191If BapDada were to note down the children's words throughout the day, it would be a huge file.

173Yah apśhabd , vyarth śhabda , zōr sē bōlnā … yē zōr sē bōlnā bhī vāstav mē̃ anēkō̃ kō disturb karnā hai .

192These words are bad words, wasteful words or words spoken loudly. 193In fact, speaking loudly is disturbing many others.

174Yē nahī̃ bōlō - mērā tō āvāz hī baṛā hai .

194Don't say, "My voice is like that."

175Māyājīt ban saktē hō aur āvāz jīt nahī̃ ban saktē  ! 176Tō aisē kisī kō bhī disturb karnē vālē bōl aur vyarth bōl nahī̃ bōlō .

195You can become conquerors of Maya and yet you can't become the conqueror of your own voice! 196So, don't speak wasteful words or words that disturb others.

177Bāt hōtī hai dō śhabdō̃ key|kī lēkin ādhā ghaṇṭā us bāt kō bōltē rahē̃gē , bōltē rahē̃gē .

197You may have had a conversation with someone of just a few words, but you would continue to speak about that for another half an hour.

178Tō yē jō lambā bōl bōltē hō , jō chār śhabdō̃ mē̃ kām hō saktā hai vō 12-15 śhabda mē̃ nahī̃ bōlō .

198You then speak too many words. 199If you can do something by just speaking four words, then don't speak twelve to fifteen words.

179Āp lōgō̃ kā slōgan hai «  cum|kam bōlō , dhīrē bōlō ' ' .

200You have a slogan: Speak less and speak softly.

180Tō jō kahtē haĩ nā hamārā āvāz bahut baṛā hai , ham chāhtē nahī̃ haĩ lēkin āvāz hī baṛā hai , tō vō galē mē̃ ēk slōgan lagākar ḍāl lēvē .

201Those who say that their voice is loud, that they don't want to speak loudly, but that their voice is like that, they should put this slogan around their necks.

181Hōtā kyā hai  ?

202However, what happens instead?

182Āp lōg tō apnī dhun mē̃ zōr sē bōl rahē hō lēkin ānē-jānē vālē sun karkē yē nahī̃ samajhtē haĩ ki iskā āvāz baṛā hai . 183Vō samajhtē haĩ patā nahī̃ jhagaṛā hō rahā hai .

203You may speak with your own intoxication, but when those who come to you hear it and don't know that your voice is like that, it sounds to them as though you are quarrelling.

184Tō yē bhī disservice huī .

204Therefore, that is also disservice.

185Isliē āj kā pāṭh dē rahē haĩ - vyarth bōl yā kisī kō bhī disturb karnē vālē bōl sē apnē kō mukt karō .

205So Baba is giving you today's lesson: Liberate yourself from wasteful words and words that disturb others.

186Vyarth bōl mukt .

206Become free from speaking wasteful words.

187Phir dēkhō avyakt phariśhtā bannē mē̃ āpkō bahut madad milēgī .

207You will then receive a lot of help in becoming an avyakt angel.

188Bōl , bōl , bōl , bōltē hī rahtē hō .

208You just continue to speak so many words, so many words!

189Agar bāpdādā tape bharkar āpkō sunāyē nā tō āpkō bhī hansī āyēgī .

209If BapDada were to record a cassette and play it back to you, even you would laugh at it.

190Tō kyā pāṭh pakkā kiyā hai  ?

210So, what lesson did you make firm?

191Bōl key|kī economy karō , apnē bōl key|kī value rakhō .

211Be economical with your words. 212Value your own words.

192Jaisē mahātmāō̃ kō kahtē haĩ nā - satya vachan mahārāj tō āpkē bōl sadā sat vachan arthāt kōī na kōī prāpti karānē vālē vachan hō .

213For the mahatmas, it is said: Whatever they speak turns out to be true. 214So too, let your versions also be the same, that is, let these give one attainment or another.

193Kiskō chaltē-phirtē hansī mē̃ kah dētē hō - yē tō pāgal hai , yē tō bēsamajh hai , aisē kaī śhabda bāp-dādā abhī bhūl gayē haĩ lēkin suntē haĩ .

215Sometimes, whilst walking along, you jokingly say: This one is mad. 216This one is stupid. 217There are many such words that BapDada has forgotten for the moment, but He does hear them.

194Tō brāhmaṇō̃ K|kē mukh sē aisē śhabda nikalnā yē mānō̃ āp satvachan mahārāj vālē , kisī kō śhrāp dētē hō .

218For Brahmins to speak such words is like forecasting the truth, for, in fact, you are cursing them.

195Kiskō śhrāpit nahī̃ karō , sukh dō .

219Do not curse anyone; give happiness.

196Yuktiyukt bōl bōlō aur kām kā bōlō , vyarth nahī̃ bōlō .

220Speak yuktiyukt words, speak useful words, not wasteful words. 221Check yourself for an hour.

197Tō jab bōlnā śhurū kartē hō tō ēk ghaṇṭē mē̃ check karō ki kitnē bōl vyarth huē aur kitnē sat vachan huē  ?

222Just as you are now moving along, and after an hour, you start to speak, so check yourself as to how many wasteful words and how many truthful words you spoke in an hour.

198Āpkō apnē bōl key|kī value kā patā nahī̃ , tō bōl key|kī value samjhō .

223You do not realise the value of your own words. 224So now, understand the value of your words.

199Apśhabd nahī̃ bōlō , śhubh śhabda bōlō kyōṅki abhī last mās hai aur ādi kā mās diamond jubilee hai , tō sārā sāl diamond banē̃gē yā 6 mās banē̃gē  ?

225Do not speak bad words. 226Speak auspicious words. 227This is now the last month, and the first month (next year) is the Diamond Jubilee, so will you be a diamond throughout the year or only for six months?

200Sārā sāl banē̃gē nā  !

228You will become this for the whole year, won't you?

201Isliē bāpdādā diamond jubilee K|kē pahlē bachchō̃ kō viśhēṣh attention dilā rahē haĩ .

229This is why BapDada is especially drawing the children's attention to this before the Diamond Jubilee.

202Bāpdādā chārō̃ ōr K|kē dr̥iśhya tō dēkhtē hī rahtē haĩ .

230BapDada continually sees the scenes everywhere.

203Sārā din nahī̃ dēkhtē rahtē haĩ , second mē̃ sab dēkh saktē haĩ .

231He doesn't watch them all day long; He can see everything in just a second.

204Tō pāṭh pakkā kiyā - mukt bannā hai  ?

232So did you make this lesson firm? 233Do you wish to become free from this?

205Yā thōṛā-thōṛā yukta aur thōṛā-thōṛā mukt  ?

234Or, will you be a little clever and become a little free from it?

206Har ēk apnē kō dēkhō .

235Let each one of you check yourself.

207Yē nahī̃ śhurū karnā ki bābā nē vāṇī chalāī phir bhī bōl rahā hai , dūsrē kō nahī̃ dēkhnā .

236Don't then start saying that Baba spoke the murli and yet He is also speaking. 237Do not look at others.

208Apnē kō dēkhō - mainnē bāp key|kī śhrīmat kō kitnā apnāyā hai  ?

238Look at your own self: To what extent am I following the Father’s shrimat?

209Abhī tō ēk-dō kō dēkhtē haĩ - yē kar rahā hai . . . lēkin jab adhikār milnē mē̃ vō nīchē pad mē̃ jāyēgā tō us samay āp sāth dēgē  ?

239At present, you look at one another: Is this one doing this? 240However, when you are to claim your rights, if the other person gets a lower status, would you be with him in that?

210Us samay dēkhē̃gē  ?

241At that time, would you look at the other person?

211Us samay nahī̃ dēkhē̃gē .

242At that time, you won't see the other person.

212Phir abhī kyō̃ dēkhtē hō .

243So, why do you look at others now?

213Achchhā , sabhī mukt banē̃gē nā  ?

244Achcha, will all of you become free?

214Sabhī kō pāṭh yād hai  ?

245Do all of you remember your lesson?

215Kaun sā pāṭh  ?

246Which lesson?

216Vyarth bōl mukt . . . yād hai  ?

247Do you remember that you have to become free from speaking wasteful words?

217Bhūl tō nahī̃ gayā  ?

248You haven't forgotten it, have you?

218Achchhā  !

249Achcha.

219Chārō̃ ōr K|kē pūrvaj ātmāō̃ kō , sadā is niśhchay aur naśhē mē̃ rahnē vālī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō , sadā bāp K|kē śhrīmat pramāṇ her|har karma karnē vālē karmayōgī ātmāō̃ kō , sadā dr̥iṛh saṅkalp sē bāp K|kē her|har kadam par kadam rakhnē vālē follow father bachchō̃ kō bahut-bahut yād-pyār aur namastē .

250To the ancestor souls everywhere who constantly have the intoxication and faith of being the ancestor souls, to the karma yogi souls who perform every deed according to the Father's shrimat, to the children who follow the Father with determination and place their feet in the footsteps of the Father at every step, lots and lots of love, remembrance and namaste from BapDada.

220Double vidēśhiyō̃ kō double namastē .

251Double namaste to the double foreigners.

Blessing

221Vardān  : laukik kō alaukik mē̃ parivartan kar ghar kō mandir banānē vālē ākarṣhaṇmūrt bhav

252Blessing: May you make your home into a temple by transforming the lokik into the alokik and become an image that attracts.

222Pravr̥itti mē̃ rahtē ghar K|kē vāyumaṇḍal kō aisā banāō jismē̃ kōī bhī laukiktā na hō .

253 While living at home with your family, make the atmosphere in your home such that there isn’t anything worldly in it.

223Kōī bhī āyē tō anubhav karē ki yah alaukik haĩ , laukik nahī̃ . 224Yah sādhāraṇ ghar nahī̃ lēkin mandir hai .

254Let anyone who enters it experience that place to be alokik, not lokik; that it is not an ordinary home, but a temple.

225Yah hai pavitra pravr̥itti vālō̃ key|kī sēvā kā pratyakṣha svarūp .

255This is a practical form of doing service with a pure household.

226Sthān bhī sēvā karē , vāyumaṇḍal bhī sēvā karē .

256Let the place and atmosphere do service.

227Jaisē mandir kā vāyumaṇḍal sabkō ākarṣhit kartā hai aisē āpkē ghar sē pavitratā key|kī khuśhbū āyē tō vah khuśhbū svataḥ chārō̃ ōr phailēgī aur sabkō ākarṣhit karēgī .

257Just as the atmosphere of a temple attracts everyone, in the same way, let the fragrance of purity be taken from your home. 258That fragrance will automatically spread everywhere and attract everyone.

Slogan

228Slōgan  : man-buddhi kō dr̥iṛhtā sē ēkāgr kar kamjōriyō̃ kō bhasma kar dō-tab kahē̃gē sachchē yōgī .

259Slogan: Concentrate your mind and intellect with determination on burning your weaknesses, for only then will you be called a true yogi.

229Sūchnā  : āj antarrāṣhṭrīy yōg divas tīsrā ravivār hai , sāyã 6 . 30 sē 7 . 30 bajē tak sabhī bhāī bahinē̃ yōg abhyās mē̃ anubhav karē̃ ki mujh ātmā dvārā pavitratā key|kī kiraṇē̃ nikalkar sārē viśhva kō pāvan banā rahī haĩ .

260*** Om Shanti *** Notice:Today is the International World Meditation Day. 261All brothers and sisters practise yoga tapasya from 6.30 to 7.30 pm. 262Practise: Rays of purity are emerging from myself, a soul, and purifying the whole world.
