3Question: What is the magic of the Father, the Magician?

Answer

3Uttar  : jādūgar bāp key|kī jādūgarī dēkhō - itnā ūñchā bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ tumhārī sēvā mē̃ āyā hū̃ , maĩ tumhārā bachchā bhī ban jātā hū̃ . 4Tum bachchē jab mērē par bali chaṛhō tō phir maĩ 21 janmō̃ kē liē tumhārē par bali chaḍhū̃ .

7Tumhārī sab manōkāmanāyē̃ pūrī kartē haĩ .

8These are wonderful things. 9The Father teaches you with so much love.

10He fulfils all your desires. 11He doesn't even take any fees etc. from you.

Song

10Gīt  : jō piyā kē sāth hai …

13Song: The rain of knowledge is on those who are with the Beloved.

Murli

11Ōm śhānti .

14Om shanti.

12Piyā aur varṣhā . 13Jō piyā kē sāth hai uskē liē barsāt hai .

15The Beloved and the rain: the rain is on those who are with the Beloved.

14Kis prakār key|kī  ?

16What type of rain?

15Iskō gyān varṣhā kahā jātā hai .

17This is called the rain of knowledge.

16Gyān varṣhā kaun kartē haĩ  ?

18Who showers this rain of knowledge?

17Gyān kā sāgar .

19The Ocean of Knowledge.

18Ab yah gīt jinhōnnē gāyā yā banāyā vah tō kuchh nahī̃ jāntē .

20Those who sang and composed this song don't know anything.

19Tum hō lucky gyān sitārē .

21You are the lucky stars of knowledge.

20Tum gyān sāgar K|kē bachchē banē hō isliē tumkō gyān sitārē kahā jātā hai .

22You have become children of the Ocean of Knowledge and this is why you are called stars of knowledge.

21Bāp sē gyān lē rahē hō .

23You are receiving this knowledge from the Father.

22Knowledge key|kī hamēśhā aim-object hōtī hai . 23Kuchh na kuchh prāpti kā rāstā miltā hai .

24Knowledge always has an aim and objective; you find the path to one attainment or another.

24Ab tum bachchē jāntē hō bēhad K|kē bāp dvārā bēhad kā varsā lēnā hai .

25You children know that you now have to claim your unlimited inheritance from the unlimited Father.

25Vah hai pārlaukik bāp . 26Tumhārē pās|pass kabhī kōī nayē jijñāsū ātē haĩ tō form bharnē sē ḍartē haĩ .

26He is the parlokik Father (the Father from beyond). 27Sometimes, when new students come to you, they are afraid to fill in a form.

27Tō unkō samjhānā chāhiē kyōṅki phir bhī tumhārē pās|pass āyē haĩ tō kuchh na kuchh bichārō̃ kō milnā chāhiē .

28Therefore, you should explain to them. 29Since they have come to you, they should at least receive a little something from you.

28Bahut garīb haĩ . 29Tumhārē pās|pass tō authority hai .

30They are very poor, whereas you have authority.

30Hā̃ , number-vār kōī full pass hōtē haĩ , kōī cum|kam .

31Yes, it is numberwise: some pass fully and others pass to a lesser degree.

31Yah tō naśhā hai hamārē pās|pass gyān ratna ḍhēr haĩ .

32You have the intoxication of having plenty of these jewels of knowledge.

32Gyān sāgar kōī mahal mē̃ tō nahī̃ rahtē haĩ , jhōpṛī mē̃ rahtē haĩ .

33The Ocean of Knowledge doesn't reside in a palace; He resides in a hut.

33Jhōpṛī mē̃ rahnā pasand kartē haĩ .

34He prefers to reside in a hut.

34Jab kōī kahē ham form nahī̃ bharē̃gē tō bōlō - achchhā , apnā nām tō likhē̃gē , ham baṛī bahan jī kō dikhāyē̃ ki phalānā āyā hai .

35If any of them say that they will not fill in a form, tell them: OK, just write your name so that we can show our senior sister that so-and-so came.

35Kuchh samajhnē kē liē tō āyē hō . 36Achchhā , apnā nām likhō .

36You have come here to understand something; OK, write down your name.

37Laukik father kā bhī nām likhnā paṛē phir samjhānā hai - dō bāp tō haĩ .

37They also have to write down the name of their lokik (physical) father and you can then explain that they have two fathers.

38Ēk hai laukik bāp , dūsrā hai pārlaukik parampitā paramātmā .

38One is a lokik father and the other is the parlokik Father, the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

39Jab pitā kahtē hō tō unkā nām tō likhō .

39You speak of the Father, so at least write down His name.

40Parampitā kahtē hō tō vah sabkā bāp hai .

40Since you call Him the Supreme Father, He must be the Father of all.

41Har ēk kō laukik aur pārlaukik bāp hōtē haĩ .

41Each one has a lokik and parlokik Father.

42Bhakti mārg mē̃ dōnō̃ bāp haĩ .

42On the path of devotion, there are both fathers.

43Satyug-trētā mē̃ laukik father tō hai , pārlaukik kā nām bhī nahī̃ lē̃gē .

43In the golden and silver ages you have a lokik father, but the name of the parlokik Father is not even mentioned.

44Yah bātē̃ tum bachchō̃ kō samajhkar phir samjhānā hai .

44You children have to understand these things and then explain them to others.

45Kitnī sahaj bātē̃ samjhāī jātī haĩ .

45These matters that are explained to you are so easy.

46Jiskō god father kahā jātā hai - vah hai parlōk mē̃ rahnē vālā .

46The One who is called God, the Father, is the One who resides in the world beyond.

47Buddhi mē̃ ātā hai - barōbar , satyug-trētā mē̃ pārlaukik bāp kō yād nahī̃ kartē .

47It enters your intellects that you really don't remember your parlokik Father in the golden and silver ages.

48Yahā̃ tō sab yād kartē haĩ .

48Here, everyone remembers Him.

49Tō samjhānā hai laukik father kā nām likhā , ab pārlaukik father kā nām likhō .

49Therefore, you have to explain: You have written down the name of your lokik father, now write down the name of your parlokik Father.

50Sab jīv key|kī ātmāyē̃ us pārlaukik parampitā kō yād kartī haĩ .

50All living, embodied souls remember that Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

51Vah ēk hī hai .

51He is the only One.

52Jaisē ātmā nirākār hai , vaisē vah bhī nirākār hai . 53Unkā tō kōī sūkṣhma vā sthūl śharīr nahī̃ hai .

52Just as souls are incorporeal, similarly, He is incorporeal; He doesn't have a subtle or a physical body.

54Unkō sarvavyāpī tō kah nahī̃ saktē .

53He cannot be called omnipresent.

55Laukik bāp kō kabhī sarvavyāpī nahī̃ kah saktē haĩ .

54You could never say that your lokik father is omnipresent.

56Kyā sarvavyāpī kahnē sē varsā mil saktā hai  ?

55Is it possible to receive an inheritance when you call him omnipresent?

57Phir pārlaukik bāp kō sarvavyāpī kyō̃ kahtē hō  ?

56Then, why do you say that the parlokik Father is omnipresent?

58Pārlaukik bāp kō sab itnā yād kartē haĩ tō jarūr unsē bhī varsā milnā chāhiē .

57Everyone remembers the parlokik Father so much. 58Surely, the inheritance should therefore be received from Him.

59Rachnā kō rachtā sē varsā tō chāhiē nā .

59The creation also needs to receive the inheritance from the Creator.

60Aisē naī-naī bātē̃ samjhānē sē jhaṭ samajh jāyēṅgē .

60When you explain such new things, they will quickly understand.

61Tum anubhav sē batlātē hō us bāp sē varsā pānē key|kī yukti batāī jātī hai .

61You can tell them from your experience: We are showing you the way to claim your inheritance from that Father.

62Vah bāp hai svarg kā rachayitā .

62That Father is the Creator of heaven.

63Tum jāntē hō bhārat jīvanmukt thā , ab jīvanbandh hai .

63You know that Bharat was liberated-in-life and that it is now in a life of bondage.

64Duḥkh sē liberate karnē vālā bāp hī hai .

64Only the Father can liberate you from sorrow.

65Yah trimūrti sahit lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kā chitra bahut achchhā hai .

65This picture of Lakshmi and Narayan with the Trimurti is very good.

66Har ēk kē pās hōnā chāhiē .

66Everyone should have one of these pictures.

67Is par samjhāō ki barōbar yah lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ bhārat K|kē ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā thē , satyug K|kē mālik thē .

67Explain using this picture: Truly, Lakshmi and Narayan were the original, eternal deities of Bharat; they were the masters of the golden age.

68Svarg kā varsā jarūr pārlaukik bāp svarg kā rachayitā hī dē saktē haĩ .

68It would definitely be the parlokik Father, the Creator of Heaven, who can give you the inheritance of heaven.

69Kōī form na bhī bharē lēkin yah bāt likhānā tō sahaj hai . 70Dō bāp haĩ , dōnō̃ sē varsā miltā hai .

69Even if some don't fill in a form, it is easy to make them write this down: You have two fathers and you receive an inheritance from both of them.

71Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ athavā unkē bachchō̃ ādi key|kī jīvan kahānī tō hai nahī̃ .

70There isn’t a life story of Lakshmi and Narayan or their children.

72Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kē liē kahtē haĩ unkō ṭōkrī mē̃ lē gayē , yah huā .

71They say of Shri Krishna that he was carried away in a basket and that this happened…

73Achchhā , in lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kō rājya kahā̃ sē milā  ?

72OK, from whom did Lakshmi and Narayan receive their kingdom?

74Barōbar ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvatāō̃ kā rājya thā , inmē̃ pahlā number lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ haĩ .

73It truly was the kingdom of the original eternal deities and the first numbers in that were Lakshmi and Narayan.

75Unhō̃ kō yah svarg kā varsā kisnē diyā  ?

74Who gave them that inheritance of heaven?

76Yah prajāpitā brahmā bhī baiṭhā hai , yah varsā lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ sāmnē khaṛē haĩ .

75This Prajapita Brahma is sitting here, and the inheritance, this Lakshmi and Narayan, are just standing in front of you.

77Phir jhāṛ par lē āō .

76Then, take them to the picture of the tree.

78Yahā̃ tapasyā kar rahē haĩ - rājyōg key|kī .

77Here, they are performing Raj Yoga.

79Insē yah lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ bantē haĩ .

78This is how they become Lakshmi and Narayan.

80Yah samjhānā kitnā sahaj hai .

79It is so easy to explain this.

81Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ K|kē bhaktō̃ kō samjhānā bahut sahaj hai .

80It is very easy to explain to the devotees of Lakshmi and Narayan.

82Ab andar kōī ātē haĩ tō kuchh na kuchh śhikṣhā jarūr dēnī paṛē .

81When anyone comes inside, you definitely have to give him some teachings.

83Tumhārē dvārā in vēśhyāō̃ , bhīlniyō̃ ādi kā bhī uddhār hōnā hai .

82Even those prostitutes and the natives have to be uplifted through you.

84Parantu tumhārē mē̃ abhī vah tākat nahī̃ hai .

83However, you don’t have that power as yet.

85Bābā nē samjhāyā hai tum apnē pati kō bhī bhū̃ bhū̃ kartī rahō .

84Baba has explained: You can also continue to buzz knowledge to your husbands.

86Strī apnē pati sē bhī pūchh saktī hai - tum apnē laukik bāp kā nām batāō .

85A wife can ask her husband: Tell me the name of your lokik father.

87Achchhā , pārlaukik bāp kā nām batāō  ? 88Jiskō tum ghaṛī-ghaṛī janm by janm yād kartē hō , jarūr unsē kuchh jāstī miltā hai . 89Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kō yād karnē sē tō kuchh miltā nahī̃ hai .

86OK, what is the name of the parlokik Father whom you repeatedly remember for birth after birth? 87You must surely receive something more from Him; you don't receive anything by remembering Lakshmi and Narayan.

90Bāp ākar tumhārī kitnī sēvā kartē haĩ .

88The Father comes and serves you so much.

91Bigar māṅgē tumkō paṛhātē haĩ .

89He teaches you without your asking Him to do so.

92Kahtē haĩ - āō , tumkō svarg mē̃ lē chalē̃ .

90He says: Come and I will take you to heaven. 91He fulfils all your desires.

93Sabhī manōkāmanāyē̃ pūrṇ kartē haĩ . 94Nar-nārāyaṇ kā bhī chitra hai nā .

92There is also the image of the ordinary man who becomes Narayan.

95Pūjā lakṣhmī key|kī hōtī hai .

93It is Lakshmi who is worshipped.

96Samajhtē haĩ lakṣhmī sē sampatti milēgī .

94They believe that they will receive wealth from Lakshmi.

97Yah sab bhakti mārg key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .

95All of those things belong to the path of devotion.

98Lakṣhmī ( strī ) dhan kahā̃ sē lāyēgī  ?

96Where would Lakshmi (the wife) bring wealth from?

99Unkō jarūr pati sē miltā hai .

97She definitely receives it from her husband.

100Pujārī lōg yah kuchh bhī nahī̃ jāntē .

98The priests in the temples don't know any of this.

101Tum bachchō̃ kō samjhānā paṛē .

99You children have to explain to them.

102Tum bhī abhī samajhtē hō - āgē ham kyā kartē thē  ?

100You now understand what you used to do previously.

103Kuchh bhī nahī̃ samajhtē thē .

101You too didn't understand anything at that time.

104Ab achchhī rīti jān gayē haĩ .

102You now know this very well.

105Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa-janmāṣhṭamī hōtī hai tō savērē mē̃ unkō dūdh pilātē haĩ , jhūlā jhulātē haĩ aur rāt kō phir pūrī-tasmaī ( khīr ) ādi khilātē haĩ .

103In the morning of Shri Krishna Janamashtami they offer milk to him and rock him in a cradle. 104Then, at night, they feed him puris and rice pudding.

106Kyā itnē mē̃ itnā baṛā hō gayā , jō pūrī tasmaī khānē lāyak hō gayā  !

105Did he become so big in one day that he was able to eat puris and rice pudding?

107Yah bhī samajhnē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ nā .

106This too is something to be understood.

108Tum jāntē hō yah rādhē-kr̥iṣhṇa hī phir lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ bantē haĩ .

107You know that it is Radhe and Krishna who then become Lakshmi and Narayan.

109Śhivbābā inhō̃ kō yah pad dilātē haĩ .

108Shiv Baba gives them that status.

110Śhiv kō kabhī pūrī-tasmaī ādi nahī̃ khilātē . 111Un par sirph dūdh chaṛhātē haĩ .

109They never offer puris and rice pudding to Shiva; they simply pour milk over His image.

112Ab śhivbābā tō hai nirākār , jiskā kōī nām-rūp nahī̃ , un par dūdh ādi chaṛhānē kā matlab kyā hai  ?

110Shiv Baba is incorporeal, so He doesn't have any name or form. 111What is the meaning of pouring milk over Him etc?

113Unkō kuchh khilātē nahī̃ haĩ .

112They don't feed Him anything.

114Nirākār hai nā , śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kō rōṭī ādi khānē K|kē liyē mukh hai .

113He is incorporeal, whereas Shri Krishna has a mouth and is able to eat chapattis etc.

115Śhiv par kuchh nahī̃ chaṛhātē .

114They don't offer anything to Shiva.

116Śhaṅkar par chaṛhātē haĩ , śhiv par nahī̃ .

115They offer things to Shankar, but not to Shiva.

117Śhaṅkar kā tō phir bhī ākār rūp hai nā .

116Shankar has at least a subtle form.

118Dōnō̃ ēk tō hō nahī̃ saktē .

117The two cannot be the same.

119Ab bābā kitnī knowledge dētē haĩ .

118Baba is now giving you so much knowledge.

120Kitnī gupta bātē̃ haĩ .

119These are such incognito matters.

121Tum gōpikāyē̃ śhivbābā kī hō .

120You are Shiv Baba's gopikas.

122Śhiv kō phir bālak bhī kahtē haĩ .

121Shiva is also called the Child.

123Yah bhī śhivbābā pūchhtē haĩ tumnē śhiv kō bālak kyō̃ banāyā hai  ?

122Shiv Baba asks you: Why have you made Shiv Baba your Child?

124Varsā bālak kō diyā jātā hai .

123An inheritance is given to a child.

125Pahlē jab tum bali chaṛhō tab hī śhivbābā bali chaṛhē .

124When you surrender yourself to Him first, Shiv Baba will then surrender to you.

126Yah bhī hai bāp bachchō̃ par bali chaṛhtē haĩ parantu kahtē haĩ pahlē tumkō bali chaṛhnā hai , tab maĩ chaḍhū̃ .

125It is true that the Father surrenders Himself to the children, but He still says: When you surrender yourselves first, I will then surrender Myself to you.

127Bali chaṛhnā arthāt unkō apnā bachchā banānā , unkī pālnā karnā .

126To surrender to Him means to make Him your Child and sustain Him.

128Kitnī wonderful bātē̃ haĩ  !

127These are such wonderful matters!

129Mātāyē̃ haĩ nā . 130Puruṣh bhī śhiv bālak kō apnā vāris banātē haĩ .

128There are the mothers, but even the men make Shiv Baba the Child, their Heir.

131Śhivbābā kō jādūgar kahtē haĩ nā .

129Shiv Baba is called the Magician.

132Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ jādūgar nahī̃ haĩ .

130Lakshmi and Narayan are not magicians.

133Yah baṛī gupta bātē̃ haĩ .

131These are very incognito matters.

134Virlā kōī samajh saktē haĩ .

132Hardly anyone can understand them.

135Aparōkṣha bhī batlātē haĩ .

133You are shown all of these things without visions.

136Tum bachchē anubhavī hō bābā nē sākṣhātkār kiyā , mama nē kōī sākṣhātkār nahī̃ kiyā phir bhī mama sabsē tīkhī gaī .

134You children are experienced. 135Baba had visions, but Mama didn't have any visions and yet Mama went ahead of everyone.

137Sabkō tō sākṣhātkār nahī̃ hōgā .

136Not everyone will have visions.

138Aisē tō bahutō̃ kō sākṣhātkār huē , āj haĩ nahī̃ .

137Many did have visions, but they are no longer here today.

139Sākṣhātkār sē kōī connection nahī̃ hai .

138There is no connection with visions.

140Yah tō haĩ dhāraṇ karnē aur karānē key|kī mīṭhī bātē̃ .

139These are the sweet things that you have to imbibe and inspire others to imbibe.

141Jādūgar rājhū ramazbāj tō hai nā .

140He is the Magician and the clever Entertainer.

142Jādūgar lōg bahut tīkhē-tīkhē hōtē haĩ .

141Magicians are very clever.

143Santarē nikāl dikhātē haĩ , sir kāṭkar phir jōṛ dētē haĩ . 144Āgē bahut jādūgarī dikhātē thē .

142They make tangerines emerge from nowhere and they cut off someone's head and put it back on again.

145Ab bachchē jān gayē haĩ bābā key|kī hī mahimā gāī jātī hai .

143Previously, they used to show a lot of magic.

146Tumhārī līlā aparam-apār hai , tumhārī gati mat nyārī hai .

144You children now know that this is only Baba’s praise: “Your divine activities are limitless!

147Bāp kitnī śhrīmat dētē haĩ .

145Your ways and means are unique!”

148Śhrīmat sē tumkō śhrēṣhṭh dēvtā banā rahē haĩ .

146The Father gives you so much shrimat (elevated directions).

149Śhrī śhrī kahā jātā hai nirākār śhivbābā kō .

147He is making you into elevated deities with shrimat.

150Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kō aisā śhrēṣhṭh kisnē banāyā  ?

148Incorporeal Shiv Baba is called Shri Shri. 149Who made Lakshmi and Narayan so elevated?

151Jarūr unsē śhrēṣhṭh tē śhrēṣhṭh hōgā .

150It must definitely have been someone who was more elevated than them.

152Bābā sē ham yah ilam ( vidyā ) sīkhtē haĩ ki manuṣhya kō dēvtā kaisē banāyā jāē .

151We are learning from Baba the knowledge of how human beings can be made into deities.

153Abhī tum sab sītāyē̃ rāvaṇ key|kī jēl mē̃ , śhōk vāṭikā mē̃ duḥkh uṭhā rahī hō .

152All of you Sitas are now experiencing sorrow in Ravan’s jail in the cottage of sorrow.

154Rāmrājya mē̃ kabhī śhōk hōtā hī nahī̃ .

153There is never any sorrow in the kingdom of Rama.

155Tō jissē varsā miltā hai unkō yād karnā hai nā .

154Therefore, you have to remember the One from whom you receive the inheritance.

156Ham ātmā haĩ yah bhī māntē haĩ .

155They also believe that they are souls.

157Pūchhō tumhārē laukik bāp kā nām kyā hai  ?

156Ask them: What is the name of your lokik father?

158Pārlaukik bāp kā nām kyā hai  ?

157What is the name of your parlokik Father?

159Bāp kō sarv-vyāpī tō nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

158The Father cannot be called omnipresent.

160Bāp mānā varsā .

159The Father means the inheritance.
