Question
2Praśhna : kis fazīlat ( manners ) K|kē ādhār par tum bachchē apnī avasthā kō āgē baṛhā saktē hō ?
2Question: On the basis of which manners can you children make your stage progress?
Answer
3Uttar : agar kabhī kōī bhūl hō jātī hai tō bāp sē kṣhamā māṅgnē key|kī bhī fazīlat chāhiē .
3Answer: If you ever make a mistake, you should have the manners to ask the Father to forgive you. 4You should say to the Father: I am sorry. 5There should not be the slightest trace of body consciousness in this.
4Bāp kō kahnā chāhiē I am sorry . 5Ismē̃ jarā bhī dēh-abhimān na āyē , issē avasthā āgē baṛhtī rahēgī . 6Chaṛhtī kalā kā ādhār hai - bāp sē sachchī dil .
6It is through this that your stage will continue to progress. 7The basis of your stage of ascent is keeping your heart honest with the Father.
7Kabhī bhī apnē kō miyā miṭṭhū nahī̃ samajhnā hai .
8Never consider yourself to be very clever.
8Bhūlē̃ har ēk sē hō saktī haĩ kyōṅki abhī tak kōī paripūrṇ nahī̃ banē haĩ .
9Everyone can make mistakes because, as yet, no one has become complete.
Song
9Gīt : hamē̃ un rāhō̃ par chalnā hai …
10Song: We have to follow the path where we may fall and therefore we have to be cautious.
Murli
10Ōm śhānti .
11Om shanti.
11Kuchh tō kahnā paṛtā hai , us hisāb sē ōm śhānti kahnā achchhā hai .
12Something or other has to be said, and so it’s good to say “Om shanti.”
12Ātmā kō apnā svadharm batānā hōtā hai .
13Souls have to be told of their original religion.
13Bāp bhī kahtē haĩ ham śhānt haĩ . 14Śhānti dēśh K|kē rahnē vālē haĩ .
14The Father says: I am peaceful and I reside in the land of peace.
15Tum bhī asul ātmā hō . 16Tumhārā svadharm śhānt hai .
15Originally, you are souls and your original religion is peace.
17Sārī duniyā śhānti-śhānti kartī rahtī hai parantu śhānti kiskō kahā jātā hai , yah kōī nahī̃ jāntē . 18Samajhtē haĩ ki yah laṛnā-jhagaṛnā jō chaltā hai vah śhānt hō jāē .
16The whole world is crying out for peace, but no one knows what peace is. 17They think that there will be peace when all the fighting and quarrelling that is going on stops.
19Parantu vah śhānti tō kōī kām key|kī nahī̃ .
18However, that kind of peace is of no use.
20Ghar mē̃ strī-puruṣh hōtē haĩ , kōī tō jhagaṛtē haĩ , kōī jhagaṛtē nahī̃ haĩ .
19Some husbands and wives quarrel at home whereas others don’t.
21Vah kōī śhānti huī kyā ? 22Śhānti aur chīz hai .
20That is not peace; peace is totally distinct from that.
23Śhānti tō ātmā kā svadharm hai .
21Peace is the original religion of souls.
24Vaisē hī bāp kā bhī svadharm hai śhānt .
22In fact, the Father’s original religion is also peace.
25Ātmāō̃ kā bāp kaun hai ?
23Who is the Father of souls?
26Param-pitā paramātmā .
24The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.
27Unkā dharm kyā hai ?
25What is His religion?
28Unkā bhī dharm hai śhānt .
26His religion is also peace.
29Parampitā paramātmā śhānt dēśh mē̃ rahnē vālā hai .
27The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, resides in the land of peace.
30Ham bhī śhānt dēśh mē̃ rahnē vālē haĩ .
28We are also residents of the land of peace.
31Kōī bhī āyē tō bōlō - tumhārā svadharm tō śhānt hai nā .
29Tell anyone who comes: The religion of one self is peace, is it not?
32Tum asul vahā̃ K|kē rahnē vālē hō , yahā̃ āyē hō part bajānē .
30Originally, you are residents of that place, and you have come here to play your parts.
33Śharīr dvārā part tō bajānā hī hai .
31Each part definitely has to be played through a body.
34Śhānti kē liē vāstav mē̃ jaṅgal ādi mē̃ jānē key|kī bhī darkār nahī̃ hai .
32In fact, there is no need to go into a jungle etc. for peace.
35Ātmā kō apnē svadharm kā patā hai .
33Souls know their original religion.
36Ātmā thak jātī hai tō rāt kō aśharīrī hō śhānt hō jātī hai .
34At night, when souls become tired, they become bodiless and peaceful.
37Rāt kō kitnā sannāṭā rahtā hai .
35At night, there is dead silence.
38Subah hōnē sē āvāz śhurū hō jātā hai .
36Noise starts as soon as dawn starts.
39Vah huī had key|kī rāt aur din . 40Abhī tō hai bēhad kā din aur rāt .
37That night and day are limited, whereas this night and day are unlimited.
41Ātmā 84 janmō̃ kā part bajākar thak jātī hai , isliē kahtē haĩ ab vāpis śhāntidhām jānā hai .
38Having played your parts of 84 births, you souls have become tired. 39This is why you souls say that you now want to return to the land of peace.
42Bāp bhī kahtē haĩ śhāntidhām aur sukhdhām kō yād karō .
40The Father also says: Remember the land of peace and the land of happiness.
43Sukhdhām mē̃ baiṭh thōṛēhī yād kiyā jātā hai .
41You will not have remembrance while you are in the land of happiness.
44Yād kiyā jātā hai duḥkhdhām mē̃ , aśhāntidhām mē̃ .
42It is in the land of sorrow, in the land of peacelessness, that you have remembrance.
45Tō ab bāp kahtē haĩ - bachchē , ab nāṭak pūrā huā hai , tumkō ghar chalnā hai , phir tumhārē liē śhānti bhī hai , tō sukh bhī hai .
43Therefore, the Father now says: Children, the play is now about to end; you have to return home. 44Then, for you, there will be peace as well as happiness.
46Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ paṇḍā hū̃ , tumkō vāpis sachchī yātrā par lē jānē āyā hū̃ .
45The Father says: I am your Guide, I have come to take you back, on your true pilgrimage.
47Śhāntidhām kā paṇḍā ēk bantā hai vā unkē bachchē bantē haĩ .
46Is there only the one Guide to the land of peace, or do His children also become guides?
48Ēk sē tō kām nahī̃ hōgā .
47Nothing can be accomplished by just One.
49Kitnī baṛī sēnā hai .
48This is such a huge army!
50Sabhī kā mukh hai śhāntidhām taraph .
49Everyone’s face is turned towards the land of peace.
51Vah hai parē tē parē dhām .
50That land is far beyond.
52Badrīnāth , amarnāth jānā kōī dūr nahī̃ .
51It is not far to travel to Badrinath or Amarnath.
53Vahā̃ jānā tō baṛā sahaj hai .
52In fact, it is very easy to go there.
54Achchhā , batāō mūlvatan-sūkṣhmavatan jānā sahaj hai yā amarnāth badrīnāth jānā sahaj hai ?
53Achcha, is it easier to go to the subtle region and the soul world, or is it easier to go to Amarnath and Badrinath?
55Sūkṣhmavatan-mūlvatan nazdīk hai yā amarnāth , badrīnāth najdīk hai ?
54Are the subtle region and the soul world nearer than Amarnath and Badrinath?
56Dēkhnē mē̃ tō mūlvatan-sūkṣhmavatan parē tē parē hai . 57Parantu vahā̃ jānē mē̃ dērī nahī̃ lagtī hai , second key|kī bāt hai .
55The subtle region and the soul world seem to be very far away, but it doesn’t take very long to go there; it’s just a matter of a second.
58Tum sirph buddhi sē yād karō .
56You simply have to remember them with your intellects.
59Vah jismānī yātrāyē̃ tō kōī naī bāt nahī̃ .
57It’s nothing new to go on a physical pilgrimage.
60Ādhākalp vah yātrā kartē āyē hō .
58You have been going on those pilgrimages for half a cycle.
61Yah rūhānī yātrā tumkō ēk hī bāp ākar karātē haĩ .
59Only the one Father comes and takes you on this spiritual pilgrimage.
62Tum hō sikīladhē bachchē .
60You are the long-lost and now-found children.
63Tumkō tō rāstā batānā hai .
61It is you who have to show the path to others.
64Tum mandirō̃ mē̃ jākar samjhāō yah dēvī-dēvtāyē̃ kab rājya kartē thē , inkō aisā pūjya kisnē banāyā ?
62You can go to the temples and explain when the deities ruled their kingdom. 63Who made them worthy of worship?
65Tum jāntē hō ham pūjya thē , phir pujārī banē haĩ .
64You understand that you were worthy of worship and that you have now become worshippers.
66Tō pujārī kā darjā kam huā nā . 67Pūjya ūñch haĩ . 68Bāp pūjya banātē haĩ .
65Therefore, the status of a worshipper is lower than the status of being worthy of worship.
69Tum pūjya dēvī-dēvtā thē phir pujārī banē̃ , ab pūjā kō chhōṛ phir pūjya bannā hai .
66The Father makes you worthy of worship. 67You were deities, worthy of worship, and you have now become worshippers.
70Māyā K|kē bhī bahut vighna paṛtē haĩ .
68Now renounce worshipping and become worthy of worship again.
71Ablāō̃ par kitnē atyāchār hōtē haĩ .
69Maya creates many obstacles; innocent ones are assaulted so much.
72Aur yātrāō̃ par jānē athavā mandirō̃ mē̃ , satsaṅgō̃ mē̃ jānē kē liē kōī rōktē nahī̃ .
70No one is prevented from going to other pilgrimage places, temples or spiritual gatherings.
73Yahā̃ pujārī sē pūjya bannē mē̃ māyā kitnā hairān kartī hai . 74Ghaṛī-ghaṛī gir paṛtē haĩ .
71Here, Maya causes you a great deal of distress whilst you are making effort to change from a worshipper to being worthy of worship.
75Bahut karkē girtē haĩ kām K|kē khaḍḍē mē̃ .
72You fall again and again. 73Mostly, you fall into the ditch of lust.
76Bāp kahtē haĩ mūt palītī mat banō , insē sambhalnā hai .
74The Father says: Don’t become dirty. 75Be very careful about this.
77Sabsē gandā hai kām chitā par chaṛhnā , viṣhay sāgar mē̃ gōtā khānā .
76The worst thing is to climb onto the pyre of lust and drown in the ocean of poison.
78Bāp kahtē haĩ - bachchē , kām mahāśhatru hai , isliē kabhī bhī vikār mē̃ jānē kā saṅkalp bhī nahī̃ karnā , issē hī gandē ban paṛtē haĩ .
77The Father says: Children, lust is the greatest enemy. 78This is why you must never even think about indulging in vice. 79It is through this that you become dirty.
79Aisē mat samjhō yahā̃ jō ātē haĩ tō unkī buddhi viṣh sē nikal jātī hai .
80Don’t think that the poison is removed from the intellects of all those who come here.
80Kōī-kōī aisē bhī haĩ jō ēk-dō kō dēkhtē haĩ tō andar tūphān chaltā hai gandā bannē liē .
81When they see one another, some experience storms within themselves to become dirty.
81Bāp kahtē haĩ kabhī gandā nahī̃ bannā , kōī kā pīchhā nahī̃ karnā hai .
82The Father says: Never become dirty; don’t chase after anyone.
82Kabhī vikār mē̃ girnē kā puruṣhārth nahī̃ karō .
83Never make effort to fall into vice.
83Bāp issē bachātē rahtē haĩ .
84The Father continues to save you from that.
84Sambhalnē aur girnē key|kī kitnī chaṭābhēṭī chaltī hai .
85There is the struggle of falling down and taking care not to fall again.
85Māyā kitnā tūphān machātī hai .
86Maya creates many storms.
86Kitnā achchhā vaphādār , āgyākārī , serviceable bachchā thā , māyā nē aisī chamāṭ mārī jō ēkdam ḵẖatm hō gayē , mar gayē , yah drama .
87There was a very good, obedient, faithful and serviceable child who was slapped so hard by Maya that he was completely finished; he died. 88That was in the drama.
87Gandā māyā banātī hai .
89Maya makes you dirty.
88Ādhākalp duḥkh dēnē vālī māyā hai , bāp nahī̃ .
90It is Maya, not the Father, that causes you sorrow for half a cycle.
89Mupht mē̃ dōṣh dhartē haĩ ki īśhvar hī duḥkh , sukh dētē haĩ .
91They falsely blame God, saying that God gives happiness and sorrow.
90Īśhvar kō bāp nahī̃ samajhtē .
92They do not consider God to be the Father.
91Paramātmā kabhī kiskō duḥkh kaisē dēgē .
93How could the Supreme Soul cause sorrow for anyone?
92Paramātmā duḥkh dē tō bākī manuṣhya tō ēk-dō mē̃ baṛā hī duḥkh dēgē .
94If the Supreme Soul were to cause sorrow, human beings would cause even greater sorrow for each other.
93Bāp samjhātē haĩ tum hī apnē liē aisē karma banātē hō .
95The Father explains: It is you who create such karmic accounts for yourselves.
94Saṅgdōṣh mē̃ bhī ulṭē karma kar lētē hō . 95Bāp kō bhūl jātē hō .
96You perform wrong actions when you come under the influence of bad company and you forget the Father.
96Sādhāraṇ hai nā . 97Tō bachchē bhūl jātē haĩ .
97He is ordinary, and so children forget Him.
98Bāp tō śhikṣhā achchhī hī dēgē , parantu uskō bhūl jātē haĩ .
98The Father would only give very good teachings. 99However, you forget them.
99Bāp samjhātē haĩ yōg pūrā nahī̃ hai .
100The Father explains: You don’t have complete yoga.
100Aisē mat samjhō bhāṣhaṇ karnē vālē haĩ .
101Don’t think of yourself as someone who only has to give lectures.
101Paṇḍit key|kī ēk kathā hai nā , aurō̃ kō kahā rām-rām kahnē sē nadī pār hō jāyēṅgē . 102Khud pār hō na sakā .
102There is also the story of a pundit. 103He told others that they would be able to go across the river by saying, “Rama, Rama”.
103Bōlā boat ( nāv ) lē āō tō chalē̃ .
104However, he himself could not go across it.
104Jō khud kahtā thā , vah kar nahī̃ sakā .
105He asked for a boat to take him across.
105Sirph kahnā nahī̃ hai parantu karnā hai .
106He himself couldn’t do what he told others to do.
106Kathnī , karnī , rahnī sab samān hō , isliē bāp kō mat bhūlō .
107Things should not simply be said; they have to be done as well.
107Bābā abhul banātē haĩ .
108Your words, deeds and behaviour should all be equal.
108Bāp kahtē haĩ kōī bhī bhūl hō jāē tō ākar māphī māṅgō - I am sorry .
109This is why you must not forget the Father. 110Baba makes you into those who never forget nor make mistakes.
109Samjhō , śhivbābā kahtē haĩ yah tumhārī bhūl hai . 110Achchhā , bābā ham kṣhamā chāhtē haĩ .
111The Father says: If you make a mistake, come and ask for forgiveness and say: I am sorry.
111Yah bhī achchhē-achchhē bachchō̃ mē̃ fazīlat nahī̃ rahtī hai .
112For instance, if Shiv Baba says: “This is your mistake,” then say: OK Baba, please forgive me.
112Itnī baṛī bhūl key|kī , māphī tō māṅgē .
113Some good children don’t even have the manners to do this.
113Apnē kō bahut miyā miṭṭhū samajhtē haĩ .
114They make a huge mistake, so they should at least ask to be forgiven.
114Pāp kartē haĩ tō kṣhamā lēnī chāhiē .
115However, they consider themselves to be very clever.
115Nahī̃ tō uskī vr̥iddhi hōtī rahtī hai .
116If you commit a sin, you must ask for forgiveness.
116Bāp kē sāth buddhiyōg baṛā achchhā chāhiē .
117Otherwise, that sin will continue to increase.
117Bhal bhāṣhaṇ tō bahut achchhā-achchhā kartē haĩ parantu sampūrṇ kōī banā nahī̃ hai .
118Your intellects’ yoga with the Father needs to be very good. 119Although some do give very good lectures, no one has yet become complete.
118Ant tak girtē sambhaltē rahē̃gē . 119Kahtē haĩ - bābā , hamsē yah bhūl hō gaī , āp kṣhamā karnā .
120Until the end, you will continue to fall and try to save yourselves. 121You say: Baba, I made this mistake, please forgive me.
120Merciful kṣhamā karō .
122O Merciful One, please forgive me!
121Bhakti mārg mē̃ sārā din kṣhamā-kṣhamā kartē rahtē haĩ .
123On the path of devotion, they continue to ask for forgiveness throughout the day.
122Bāp kō kahtē haĩ kṣhamā karō .
124They pray to the Father: Please forgive me!
123Dharmarāj dvārā phir daṇḍ nahī̃ dilānā , isliē ḵẖabardārī bahut chāhiē .
125Do not let Dharamraj punish me. 126This is why a great deal of caution is needed.
124Aisē mat samjhō ki ham 16 kalā sampūrṇ ban gayē haĩ , nahī̃ .
127Do not think that you have become 16 celestial degrees full; no.
125Bahut bachchē likhtē haĩ bābā aśhuddh svapn bahut ātē haĩ . 126Bābā key|kī yād hī nahī̃ ṭhahartī hai .
128Many children write to Baba and say that they have many impure dreams and that they are not able to remember Baba.
127Miyā-miṭṭhū nahī̃ bannā hai .
129You should not consider yourself to be clever.
128Ant mē̃ 16 kalā sampūrṇ banē̃gē . 129Abhī tō grahaṇ lagā huā hai .
130It is only at the end that you will become 16 celestial degrees full.
130Tumhārī vah avasthā ānī hai .
131At this time, you are still eclipsed.
131Yahā̃ baiṭhē baiṭhē uṛtē rahē̃gē .
132You have yet to reach that complete stage.
132Ātmā kō khīñch hōtī hai kyōṅki kalp key|kī thakī huī hai tō āturvēlā ( jaldī ) hōtī hai - jaldī-jaldī jāū̃ .
133While sitting here, you will continue to fly. 134Because souls are tired at the end of the cycle, they are pulled to go home.
133Parantu lāyak bhī bannā paṛē nā . 134Kōī tō yahā̃ hī ghūmnē-phirnē , zewar pahannē ādi mē̃ khuśh hō jātē haĩ , phir duḥkhī hōtē haĩ , tō kahtē haĩ nāhēk bābā kō chhōṛā .
135They are in a hurry to go home quickly, but they first have to become worthy. 136Some are happy to travel around and wear jewellery etc. 137Then, when they become unhappy, they say: I left Baba unnecessarily!
135Achchhā , phir himmat karō , kuchh sīkhō .
138Achcha, in that case, have courage and learn something.
136Apkār karnē vālō̃ par bhī upkār karnā hai . 137Parantu aisē bhī nahī̃ aur hī māthā kharāb kar dē .
139You have to uplift even those who defame you but it should not be that they spoil your head even more.
138Māyā girātī hai , bāp uṭhātē haĩ .
140Maya makes you fall and the Father uplifts you.
139Mañzil hai ūñchī aur yah hai sārī buddhiyōg key|kī yātrā . 140Puruṣhārth mē̃ time lagtā hai .
141The destination is very high and this whole pilgrimage is of your intellects’ yoga.
141Lakṣhya tō bahut sahaj hai .
142It takes time to make effort.
142Ēk second mē̃ tum jīvanmukti K|kē adhikārī ban jātē hō .
143The aim is very easy: you claim a right to liberation-in-life in a second.
143Ēk bār bābā kahā phir bhūltē kyō̃ hō ?
144Once you say “Baba”, how can you then forget Him?
144Niśhchay hai bābā sē svarg kā varsā lētē haĩ phir girtē kyō̃ hō ?
145If you have the faith that you are claiming your inheritance of heaven from Baba, why do you fall?
145Yād kar sambhaltē kyō̃ nahī̃ hō ?
146Why do you not stay in remembrance and remain cautious?
146Achchhē-achchhē bachchē bhūl jātē haĩ . 147Phir aur hī dis-service hōtī hai .
147Even very good children forget; they do even more disservice.
148Service bhī gupta hai tō disservice bhī gupta hai .
148Service is incognito and disservice is also incognito.
149Duniyā kō kyā patā ?
149What do people of the world know?
150Kismē̃ kōī bhī bhūt pravēśh hōgā vā aśhuddh soul kā pravēśh hai tō vah bhī nuksān kar dētē haĩ .
150If an evil spirit or an impure soul enters someone, that too causes damage. 151A soul that is caught by Maya is able to enter another.
151Māyāvī soul pravēśh kar lētī hai . 152Bhal gyān hai parantu paripūrṇ kōī nahī̃ hai .
152Even though you have knowledge, none of you has yet become complete.
153Kōī na kōī ḵẖāmī rahtī hai tō ḍar hōnā chāhiē .
153One defect or another still remains, and so you should have fear.
154Hamkō bābā key|kī śhrīmat par chalnā hai .
154We have to follow Baba’s shrimat.
155Agar śhrīmat par na chalē , kōī bhraṣhṭa kām kiyā tō pad bhī bhraṣhṭa hōgā aur sazāyē̃ bhī bahut khāyēṅgē .
155If, instead of following shrimat, you do something corrupt, your status would be destroyed and you would have to experience a great deal of punishment.
156Karmō̃ kā phal yahā̃ bhī baṛā kaṛā bhōgnā paṛtā hai isliē karmātīt avasthā kā puruṣhārth karnā hai .
156Severe punishment for any bad action has to be endured here. 157This is why you have to make effort to reach your karmateet stage.
157Bābā kē sāth baṛā sachchā rahnā hai .
158You have to remain very honest with Baba.
158Sabkā śhivbābā sē connection hai .
159All of you have a connection with Shiv Baba.
159Centres sab śhivbābā K|kē haĩ .
160All the centres belong to Shiv Baba.
160Tumhārā centre phir kahā̃ sē āyā ?
161So, where did “your” centre come from?
161Tum śhivbābā K|kē hō .
162You belong to Shiv Baba.
162Viśhv-vidyālay bāp kā hai nā .
163This world university belongs to the Father.
163Īśhvarīy viśhv-vidyālay .
164It is the Godly World University.
164Mērā yah centre hai - yah khyāl āyā aur marā .
165To have such thoughts as “This is my centre” means to die.
165Aisē mērā-mērā kartē kitnē gir paṛtē haĩ .
166So many fall by saying, “Mine, mine”.
166Sab kuchh śhivbābā kā hai .
167Everything belongs to Shiv Baba.
167Tum kahtē hō - bābā , yah tan-man-dhan sab āpkā hai .
168You say: Baba, this body, mind and wealth all belong to You.
168Tō bābā bhī kahtē haĩ - svarg kī rājāī sārī tumhārī hai . 169Kitnā ēvazā miltā hai .
169Therefore, Baba says: The kingdom of heaven is all yours. 170You receive such a large reward; and, what do you give?
170Tum kyā dētē hō ? 171Marnē sē pahlē karnīghōr kō dētē haĩ nā . 172Jītē jī dān kartē haĩ .
171Before dying, some give their belongings to a karnighor (special brahmin priest); they donate it all to them while they are still alive.
173Dēkhtē haĩ - bas , hopeless case hai tō dān-puṇya karātē haĩ .
172When people see that someone is a hopeless case, they make him donate to charity.
174Bāp bhī kahtē haĩ - bachchē , jītē jī kar lō , yah tō purānā tan hai .
173The Father says: Children, donate everything while alive. 174Those are old bodies.
175Tum ātmāyē̃ mērī hō .
175You souls belong to Me.
176Yah śharīr part bajātē-bajātē ab purānā hō gayā hai .
176You play your parts through your bodies and they have now become old.
177Ab phir mērē banō tō tumhārī ātmā aur śharīr dōnō̃ śhuddha banē̃gē .
177Now belong to Me again and you souls and your bodies will back become clean.
178Dōnō̃ ikaṭṭhē sāph hōtē jātē haĩ .
178Both continue to be cleansed simultaneously.
179Ātmā jō apavitr banī hai , unkō śhuddha banānā hai .
179Souls that have become impure now have to be purified.
180Mērē sāth yōg lagānē sē hī śhuddha banē̃gē .
180You will become pure by having yoga with Me.
181Yōg rakhē̃gē tō chaṛhtī kalā hōgī , yōg nahī̃ rakhē̃gē tō girtī kalā hō jāyēgī . 182Service kā śhauk chāhiē .
181When you have yoga, you go into the stage of ascent. 182When you don’t have yoga, you remain in the stage of descent.
183Pūchhnā nahī̃ hai service par jāyē̃ .
183You have to be interested in doing service.
184Bābā samajhtē haĩ śhauk nahī̃ hai .
184You should not ask if you should go on service.
185Mansā-vāchā-karmaṇā service kā śhauk chāhiē .
185Baba then understands that you are not interested in serving.
186Mansā nahī̃ tō vāchā vā karmaṇā kōī na kōī service mē̃ lag jānā chāhiē tō uzūrā milēgā .
186You should be interested in doing service with your thoughts, words and deeds. 187If not with your thoughts, then serve with your words or deeds.
187Āpēhī jō karē sō dēvtā , kahnē sē karē sō manuṣhya , kahnē sē bhī na karē tō kōī kām kā nahī̃ .
188You should keep yourself busy doing one type of service or another and you will receive the return of that. 189Those who act without being asked are called deities.
188Jitnā service karē̃gē utnā phal milnā hai .
190Those who act after being told are human beings.
189Śhivbābā pūchhtē haĩ - bachchē , mērē kō hāth haĩ ?
191Then, if they don’t act, even after being told, they are completely useless.
190Is tan mē̃ śhivbābā baiṭhē haĩ nā .
192The more service you do, the more the reward you will receive.
191Chiṭṭhī likhtē haĩ nā .
193Shiv Baba asks: Children, do I have hands?
192Bail par sārā din thōṛēhī savārī karē̃gē .
194Shiv Baba sits in this one’s body while writing a letter.
193Bail jab thak jātē haĩ tō unkī āṅkhō̃ mē̃ pānī ā jātā hai .
195He would not sit on a bull all day long. 196When a bull gets tired, its eyes begin to water.
194Yahā̃ tō āṅsū ānē key|kī bāt nahī̃ .
197Here, there is no question of tears flowing.
195Inkō tō service karnī hī hai .
198This one has to do service.
196Bachchō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ māmēkam yād karō .
199He says to you children: Remember Me alone.
197Yah śhivbābā kahtē haĩ , inkī ātmā bhī suntī hai .
200Shiv Baba says this, and this soul also listens. 201This is very easy!
198Yah tō bilkul sahaj hai .
202The unlimited Father is the Creator of heaven.
199Bēhad kā bāp hai hī svarg kā rachayitā .
203Baba comes to create heaven and to have hell destroyed.
200Bābā ātē haĩ svarg key|kī sthāpanā , nark kā vināśh karānē .
204The Mahabharat War is standing ahead. 205There are the Yadavas, the Kauravas and the Pandavas.
201Mahābhārat laṛāī bhī sāmnē khaṛī hai .
206You understand that this play is about to end.
202Yādav , kaurav , pāṇḍav bhī haĩ .
207Baba has come to take us back.
203Tum jāntē hō ab khēl pūrā hōtā hai .
208There is a huge burden of sins on your heads.
204Bābā lēnē āyā hai . 205Sir par vikarmō̃ kā bōjhā bahut hai .
209If you don’t have remembrance, you cannot become an emperor or empress.
206Yād nahī̃ karē̃gē tō mahārānī-mahārājā nahī̃ ban sakē̃gē .
210This is Raj Yoga, the yoga to become rulers, not the yoga to become subjects.
207Hai hī yah rājyōg , na ki prajā yōg .
211You become subjects if you don’t have full yoga.
208Yōg pūrā nahī̃ lagātē haĩ tō prajā ban paṛtē haĩ .
212Some say: Baba, I will claim my full inheritance from You.
209Kahtē haĩ - bābā , ham pūrā varsā lē̃gē . 210Tō service kā śhauk chāhiē .
213However, you need to have a great interest in doing service.
211Likhkar pūchh saktē hō - agar is samay hamārā śharīr chhūṭ jāyē tō ham kyā banē̃gē ?
214You can write and ask Baba: What will I become if I leave my body now?
212Paripūrṇ tō ant mē̃ banē̃gē .
215It is only at the end that you can become complete.
213Abhī tum apūrṇ hō .
216Now you are still incomplete.
214Apnī avasthā key|kī jāñch karnī hai - ham kitnā bābā key|kī service par haĩ ?
217You have to check your own stage and ask yourself: To what extent do I do Baba’s service?
215Kitnā āgyākārī , vaphādār haĩ ?
218To what extent am I faithful and obedient?
216Kitnā service kē liē taṛaphtē haĩ ki kōī kō jākar jīyadān karē̃ ?
219How desperate am I to do service and give someone the donation of life? 220Poor people are very unhappy.
217Bichārē bahut duḥkhī haĩ . 218Yah ēk hī satgurū hai - śhāntidhām-sukhadhām lē jānē āyē haĩ .
221This is the one and only Satguru, and He has come to take us back home to the land of peace and the land of happiness.
219Vah gurū lōg apnē kō jagat pitā , jagat śhikṣhak kah na sakē̃ , sirph jagat gurū kahlātē haĩ .
222Those gurus cannot call themselves the World Father or the World Teacher. 223They simply call themselves world gurus.
220Yah tō jagat kā bāp , teacher , gurū ēk hī hai .
224This One is the only World Father, Teacher and Guru.
221Tum jāntē hō bāp āyā hai tō bāp sē pūrā varsā lō|low .
225You know that the Father has come. 226Therefore, claim your full inheritance from the Father.
222Dēh-abhimān achchhā nahī̃ hai .
227It is not good to be body conscious.
223Dēhī-abhimānī ban bāp kō yād karō phir tumhārī nirōgī kāyā ban jāyēgī .
228Become soul conscious and remember the Father and your bodies will become free from disease.
224Vahā̃ tō pavitratā , sukh , śhānti , sampatti hai .
229There, there is purity, happiness, peace and wealth.
225Athāh sampatti hai .
230There is limitless wealth there.
226Yahā̃ tō dēkhō , pēṭ kē liē mārāmārī hai .
231Here, even you have to struggle to feed yourself.
227Achchhā !
232Achcha.
228Mīṭhē-mīṭhē sikīladhē bachchō̃ prati māt-pitā bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur good morning .
233To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.
229Rūhānī bāp kī rūhānī bachchō̃ kō namastē .
234The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.
Essence for dharna
230Dhārṇā kē liē mukhya sār :

241Hand everything over to the Father while you are alive so that it can be used in a worthwhile way.
