1Essence: Sweet children, have patience. 2Your days of sorrow are now over and your days of happiness are about to come. 3The children whose intellects have faith are patient.
Question
2prashn:- kisi bhi haalat mein murjhaais na aaye iski sahaj vidhi kya hai?
4Question: What is the easy way to prevent yourself from wilting under any circumstance?
Answer
3uttar:- brahma baap ka sample sada saamne rakho।
5Answer: Always keep the sample of Father Brahma in front of you. 6He is the father of so many children.
4itne dher bachchon ka baap, koi sapoot bachche hain to koi kapoot, koi service karte, koi disservice, phir bhi baba kabhi murjhaate nahin, ghabraate nahin phir tum bachche kyon murjha jaate ho?
7Some are worthy, some are unworthy, some do service and some do disservice, yet Baba never wilts nor is ever afraid. 8So, why do you children wilt?
5tumhein to kisi bhi haalat mein murjhaana nahin hai।
9You must not wilt under any circumstance.
Song
6geet:- dheeraj dhar manua…
10Song: Have patience o mind. 11Your days of happiness are about to come.
Murli
7om shanti।
12Om shanti.
8dheeraj dhar manua manushya ko nahin kaha jaata। 9man-buddhi aatma mein hain। 10yeh aatma ko kaha jaata hai।
13It is not human beings who are told “Have patience o mind” because a mind and intellect are in soul and so it is souls that are told this.
11aatma ko sivaae parampita paramatma ke aur koi kah na sake ki dhairya dharo kyonki adheerya ko hi dhairya diya jaata hai।
14No one, except the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, can tell souls to have patience, because patience is only given to those who are impatient.
12agar eeshvar sarvavyaapi hai to usko adheerya kaha nahin ja sakta।
15If God is omnipresent, He can’t be called impatient.
13manushya is samay sab adheerya hain, duhkhi hain isliye dhairya dene ke liye, sukh dene ke liye baap aaye hain।
16At this time, all human beings are impatient and unhappy. 17It is the Father who has come to give you patience and happiness.
14kehte hain ab dhairya dharo।
18He says: Now have patience.
15baap ke mahaavaakya sirf tumhaare liye nahin hain, vaastav mein saari duniya ke liye hain।
19The Father’s versions are not just for you but they are, in fact, for the whole world.
16saari duniya aahiste-aahiste sunti rahegi।
20The whole world will gradually begin to hear.
17jo sunte hain woh aate rehte hain।
21Those who hear will continue to come.
18sabka sadgati daata, duhkh harta ek baap hi hai।
22Only the one Father is the Bestower of Salvation and the Remover of Sorrow.
19yeh hai hi duhkh ki duniya।
23This is a world of sorrow.
20bachche samajhte hain abhi hamaare mukti-jeevanmukti ke din va kaliyug patit duniya se chhutkaara paane ke din hain।
24You children understand that these are the days when you attain liberation and liberation-in-life, that is, these are the days when you are liberated from this iron-aged impure world.
21tumhaari buddhi mein yeh hai, so bhi nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar।
25This is in your intellects, but, numberwise, according to the efforts you make.
22sabko yeh dhairya nahin hai ki abhi ham is duhkh ki duniya se chhutkaara paae apne sukhdhaam jaayenge।
26Not everyone has the assurance that we are now to be liberated from this world of sorrow and go to our land of happiness.
23tum bachchon ko bhi sthaai nishchay rehna chaahiye। 24hamaare sukh ke din ab aa rahe hain, agar shreemat par chalte rahenge to।
27You children should also have the firm faith that your days of happiness are now about to come, but that is only if you continue to follow shrimat.
25ismen aasheervaad va kripa aadi ki baat nahin hai।
28There is no question of blessings or mercy etc. in this.
26baap baith padhaate hain, sahaj svaraajya yog sikhlaate hain।
29The Father sits here and teaches you easy yoga for self-sovereignty.
27padhaai ko knowledge bhi kaha jaata hai।
30This study is also called knowledge.
28tum bachchon ko shreshtha mat de rahe hain।
31He is giving you children elevated directions.
29pahle-pahle to atal nishchay chaahiye, phir kabhi woh neeche-oopar nahin ho sakte।
32First and foremost, your faith has to be unshakeable so that it can never fluctuate.
30gaate hain parvaah thi paar brahm mein rahne vaale ki, woh pa liya to baaki kya chaahiye।
33There is a song: “I wanted to meet the One who lives beyond in the brahm element. 34Now that I have found Him, what more could I want?”
31yeh to nishchay hai - us baap se svarga ka varsa milna hai।
35You have the faith that you will receive your inheritance of heaven from that Father.
32to dhairya pahle hi sthaai mil jaata hai।
36So, from the beginning, you receive lasting patience.
33yeh hai avinaashi dhairya।
37This is imperishable patience.
34certain hai ham shreemat par shreshtha te shreshtha, shreshthaachaari raajya bhaagya sthaapan kar rahe hain, bigar koi ladaai-jhagde।
38It is certain that you are establishing the most elevated of all kingdoms on the basis of shrimat, without fighting or quarrelling.
35to phir murjhaane ki kya darkaar। 36bhal ghar mein 10-12 bachche hon।
39Even if there are ten or twelve children at home, what need is there to wilt?
37baba ko to dekho, hajaaron-laakhon bachche hain।
40Look at Baba. 41He has thousands, hundreds of thousands, of children.
38kai bachche hangaama bhi machaate hain।
42Some children even create upheaval.
39koi sapoot bachche hain, koi kapoot hain, koi service karte hain, koi to dis service bhi karte hain।
43Some are worthy children whereas others are unworthy. 44Some do service whereas others do disservice.
40phir baba kabhi ghabraata hai kya?
45Does Baba become afraid then?
41to bachchon ko bhi ghabraana nahin chaahiye।
46So, neither should you children become afraid.
42grihastha vyavhaar mein bhi rehna hai।
47You also have to live at home with your families.
43ek taraph hai hathayog karma sannyaas।
48On that side is hatha yoga, the renunciation of karma.
44tumhaara hai behad ka sannyaas।
49Yours is unlimited renunciation.
45yeh hai raajayog।
50This is Raja Yoga.
46tumhein grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte baap se varsa paana hai।
51You have to live at home with the families and claim the inheritance from the Father.
47bahut sahaj hai।
52It is very easy.
48abhi to apne sukh-dhaam ke jhaad dikhaai pad rahe hain।
53You can now see the trees of your land of happiness.
49paroksha-aproksha buddhi se jaante hain। 50saakshaatkaar ho, na ho।
54You recognise the visible and the invisible with your intellect, whether you have visions or not.
51purushaartha karte hain bhavishya sva-raajdhaani ke liye।
55You are making effort for your own kingdom of the future.
52em object saamne hai na।
56Your aim and objective is in front of you.
53lakshmi-naaraayan ka chitra dekh rahe ho na।
57You can see the picture of Lakshmi and Narayan.
54aise nahin ki hamko saakshaatkaar ho to maanen।
58It shouldn't be that you would only believe this if you had a vision.
55yeh to buddhi se samajhne ki baat hai।
59This is something to be understood with your intellects.
56in aankhon se chitra dekh rahe ho na।
60You can see that picture with your eyes.
57in aankhon se phir bhi yahi dekhenge।
61You will then see the same things with your eyes.
58raajayog hai na।
62This is Raja Yoga.
59buddhi bhi kehti hai barobar chitra rakhe hain phir saakshaatkaar kya karaayen?
63Your intellects also say: The pictures are here, and so what need is there to be granted visions?
60shreekrishna satayug ka maalik hai na।
64Shri Krishna is the master of the golden age, is he not?
61shiv paramdham mein rahne vaala hai।
65Shiva is the Resident of the supreme abode.
62tum lakshmi-naaraayan ban sakte ho, yeh hai tumhaari em object।
66You can become Lakshmi or Narayan. 67This is your aim and objective.
63to aaine mein dekho ki woh daiveegun hamaare mein kahaan tak aaye hain?
68Therefore, look in the mirror and see to what extent you have those divine virtues in you.
64baap dhairya to bahut achha dete hain।
69The Father gives you a lot of patience.
65ab padhna hai।
70You now have to study.
66raajaai ke liye gyaan chaahiye। 67woh baap de rahe hain।
71Knowledge is needed for the kingdom and the Father is giving that to you.
68aai.si.S. vaalon ko sabse jaasti nasha rehta hai - ham bade se bada officer banenge।
72Those who study for the Indian Civil Service have the greatest intoxication that they will then become senior officers.
69yoon to dhandhe-vyavhaar mein bhi karodapti ban jaate hain।
73In fact, people become millionaires by doing business.
70baba phir tumko yeh dhandha sikhlaate hain - satta matta ka।
74Baba is now teaching you this business of bartering.
71tum baap ko kaudiyaan dete ho, unke evaj mein 21 janmon ke liye baba tumko svarga ka maalik banaate hain।
75You give shells to the Father and, in return, Baba makes you into the masters of heaven for 21 births. 76This is a business as well as a study.
72yeh saudaagri bhi hai to padhaai bhi hai।
77You aren't concerned with just business.
73sirf saudaagri se kaam nahin, world ki history-geography ka bhi knowledge chaahiye na। 74svadarshan chakradhaari bhi banna hai।
78You also need to have the knowledge of this world history and geography. 79You also have to become a spinner of the discus of self-realisation.
75jitna padhenge utna oonch pad paayenge।
80The more you study, the higher the status you will claim.
76svarga ka maalik to praja, naukar-chaakar bhi hogi।
81Even the subjects, maids and servants will be the masters of heaven.
77abhi bhi sab kehte hain na - bhaarat hamaara desh hai।
82Everyone now says that Bharat is their land.
78parantu raaja aur praja mein to bahut farka hai।
83However, there is a lot of difference between kings and subjects.
79baap kehte hain jitna ho sake - oonch te oonch pad paao, maat-pita samaan purushaartha karo।
84The Father says: As much as possible, claim the highest status of all. 85Make effort like the mother and father do.
80samjha jaata hai sab to gaddi par nahin baithenge। 81phir bhi race karaani padti hai।
86It is understood that not everyone will be seated on the throne, but you still have to be inspired to race.
82nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar hi raajaai paayenge।
87The kingdom will be claimed numberwise, according to the efforts made.
83jinka jo purushaartha kalpa pahle vaala hai woh saakshi ho dekhte hain।
88Baba, as the detached Observer, observes the same efforts that everyone makes as they made in the previous cycle.
84phir kisi ka purushaartha thanda dekhte hain to teevra banaaya jaata hai। 85tumhaara to purushaartha bahut thanda dikhaai padta hai।
89Then, when Baba sees that someone’s effort is a little slack, He inspires him or her to make it intense: Your effort appears to be very slack.
86tumhaara mamatva laga hua hai।
90You still have attachment.
87trustee banaaya phir mamatva kyon?
91Once you are made a trustee, why is there still attachment?
88tum shreemat par chalo।
92You simply have to follow shrimat.
89poochhte hain - baba, makaan banaau?
93Some ask: Baba, should I have a house built?
90haan, kyon nahin banaao, bhal aaraam se baitho।
94Yes, why not? 95Build it! 96You may live comfortably.
91baaki thode roz yeh chhi-chhi duniya hai, bhal aaraam karo, bachchon aadi ki shaadi karaao।
97This dirty world is only for a few more days; you may live comfortably. 98You may get your children married.
92baap koi paisa nahin lete hain।
99The Father doesn't take any money from you.
93woh to daata hai।
100He is the Bestower.
94shivbaaba ne is samay bachchon ke rahne liye yeh makaan banaaya hai।
101Shiv Baba has had this building built at this time for the children to live in.
95apne rahne liye to yeh shareer nimitta banaaya hai, jeev aatmaon ko to zaroor rahne ke liye makaan chaahiye।
102He has made this body the instrument for Him to live in. 103However, human beings definitely need buildings to stay in.
96to tum bachchon ke liye bana rahe hain।
104So, Baba is having them built for you children.
97baba bhi is makaan mein baithe hain na।
105Baba is also sitting in this building.
98yeh tum jaante ho - hamaara woh hai aatmaon ka baap aur yeh hai shareer ka baap।
106You know that that One is the Father of souls and that this one is the father of the bodies.
99tumko adopt kiya hai। 100tum hamaare bachche ho।
107He has adopted you: You are My children.
101mama-baba kehte ho na, isko god lena kaha jaata hai।
108You say "Mama and Baba". 109This means you have been adopted.
102prajaapita brahma ko itne bachche hain to zaroor god ke hi bachche honge।
110Prajapita Brahma has so many children and so they would surely be adopted children.
103tum bachchon ko adopt karte hain।
111He adopts you children.
104sarasvati bhi beti hai na।
112Saraswati too is his daughter.
105yeh hai badi guhya baaten samajhne ki।
113These are very deep matters and have to be understood.
106geeta-bhaagvat aadi to tum bhi padhe ho, yeh baba bhi padha hai।
114You have studied the Gita and the Bhagawad etc. and this Baba has also studied them.
107parantu ab to shreemat milti hai, drama anusaar।
115However, now, according to the drama, you are receiving shrimat.
108jo kuchh kaha so drama anusaar।
116Whatever is said is according to the drama.
109usmein zaroor kalyaan hi hoga।
117There would definitely be benefit in that.
110nuksaan hota hai, usmein bhi kalyaan hi hai।
118Even if there is a loss, there is benefit in that.
111har baat mein kalyaan hai।
119There is benefit in everything.
112shivbaaba hai hi kalyaankaari।
120Shiv Baba is the Benefactor.
113unki mat achhi hai।
121His directions are good.
114agar us par koi shanka rahi to shreemat par na chal apni mat par chalte hain, isse dhokha khaayenge।
122If you doubt it, then, instead of following shrimat, you follow your own dictates and you become deceived.
115phir shivbaaba kya kare।
123What can Shiv Baba do then?
116qadam-qadam par raay poochhna hai।
124You have to ask for advice at every step.
117supreme panda to baitha hai na।
125The Supreme Guide is sitting here.
118bahut bachche yeh baat bhool jaate hain kyonki yog mein nahin rehte hain।
126Many children forget this because they do not stay in yoga.
119yog athva yaad ko hi yaatra kaha jaata hai।
127Yoga or remembrance is called a pilgrimage.
120yaad nahin karte to samjhen ham rest le rahe hain।
128If you are not in remembrance, then you must understand that you are taking a rest.
121yaatra par jaakar koi rest lete hain।
129Some go on a pilgrimage and take a rest.
122tum bhi agar rest lete ho, yaad nahin karte ho to vikarma bhi vinaash nahin honge aur aage bhi nahin badhenge।
130If you too are taking a rest and do not stay in remembrance, your sins will not be absolved and you won't move forward.
123yaad nahin karte to nazdeek nahin jaate।
131You can’t come closer if you don't stay in remembrance.
124aatma thak jaati hai। 125baap ko bhool jaati hai।
132Souls get tired and forget the Father.
126baap kehte hain tum yaatra par chal rahe ho।
133The Father says: You are moving along on the pilgrimage.
127raat ko to tum rest lete hi ho।
134You take a rest at night anyway.
128aise nahin ki raat ko tum neend mein ho to yaatra par ho।
135It isn't that when you are asleep at night, you are on this pilgrimage.
129nahin, woh rest hai।
136No; that is a rest.
130jab jaagte ho tab yaatra par ho।
137You are on the pilgrimage when you are awake.
131neend mein koi vikarma vinaash nahin honge। 132baaki haan, doosre koi vikarma hote nahin hain।
138Sins are not absolved when you are asleep, but, yes, no further sins are committed.
133to baap sabhi baaten samjhaate hain parantu koi amal mein bhi jab laaye।
139So the Father explains everything, but you should still put them into practice.
134dher point batlaate rehte hain।
140He continues to tell you many points.
135bairistari ki points tab buddhi mein aati hain jab woh bairistari padhte hain।
141The points of a barrister enter your intellect when you are studying to become a barrister.
136doktari va engineering padhte hain phir woh doctor athva engineer aadi bante hain।
142When you study to become a doctor or an engineer, you then become a doctor or an engineer.
137jo jaisa course karte hain, vaisa bante hain।
143Whatever course someone takes, that is what he would become.
138yahaan to ek hi course hai।
144Here, there is just the one course.
139chalte chalo, tumhaare sir par janma-janmaantar ke paapon ka bojha bahut hai।
145Continue to move along. 146There is a big burden of the sins of many births on your heads.
140unko vinaash karne ka upaay ek hi hai - baap ko yaad karna।
147There is only one way to have those sins absolved. 148You have to remember the Father.
141nahin to pad bhrashta ho padenge।
149Otherwise, your status will be destroyed.
142maala bani hui hai na।
150The rosary has been created.
1439 ratnon ka bhi gaayan hai।
151There is also the memorial of the nine jewels.
144yeh kahaan se aaye, so manushya nahin jaante hain।
152People don't know where it came from.
1458 ratna hain jo rudra ki maala bante hain।
153The eight jewels are those who become the rosary of Rudra.
146to purushaartha achha karna chaahiye।
154So you should make good efforts.
147students achha padhte hain to register se maa-baap ko bhi pata lagta hai।
155When students study well at school, their parents become aware of that from their register.
148yahaan to baap hi teacher bhi hain to vahi jaane।
156Here, the Father Himself is also the Teacher and so He would know.
149tum padhte hi ho baap ke paas।
157You are studying with the Father.
150register ka bhi unko pata padta hai।
158He is also aware of your register.
151tum bhi apne register ko samajh sakte ho - kahaan tak hamaare mein gun hain, main auron ko kahaan tak aap samaan banaata hoon?
159You can also understand from your register to what extent you have those virtues in you. 160To what extent am I making others the same as myself?
152itni taakat hai jo koi saamne dekhe unko shareer bhula den?
161Do you have sufficient power that you are able to make others who see you forget their bodies?
153kaha jaata hai himmate marda madde khuda।
162It is said: When the child has courage, the Father helps.
154baap bahut madad dete hain।
163The Father gives a lot of help.
155tum bhi madad dete ho yog ki।
164You also give the help of yoga.
156baap ko chaahiye hi pavitrata ki madad।
165The Father only wants the help of purity.
157saari patit duniya ko paavan banaana hai yogbal se।
166The whole impure world has to be purified with the power of yoga.
158jitna-jitna jo yog ki madad denge utna baba khush honge।
167The more help someone gives with yoga, the more pleased Baba will be.
159yeh baba ke liye madad hai va apne liye?
168Is this help for the Father or for yourself?
160tum jitna padhenge utna oonch pad paayenge।
169The more you study, the higher the status you claim.
161jitna yaad karenge utna mujhe pavitrata ki madad karenge।
170The more you stay in remembrance, the more you help Me with purity.
162main aaya hoon patit ko paavan banaane, paavan duniya ke liye।
171I have come to make impure ones pure for the pure world.
163patit aur paavan yahaan bante hain।
172It is here that you become pure and impure.
164woh to hai hi niraakaari duniya।
173That is the incorporeal world.
165gaate bhi hain patit-paavan aao।
174It is sung: O Purifier, come!
166samajhte nahin ki paavan duniya kisko kaha jaata hai।
175They don't understand what the pure world is.
167seeta ko raavan ki jel se, duhkh se chhudaaya to phir sukh chaahiye।
176Sita was liberated from the jail of Ravan and from sorrow. 177Therefore, there has to be happiness after that.
168auron ko shanti bahut milti hai, sukh thoda milta hai।
178Others receive a lot of peace and a little happiness.
169tumko sukh bhi bahut milta hai to duhkh bhi bahut milta hai।
179You receive a lot of happiness as well as a lot of sorrow.
170pichhaadi mein jo aatmaayen aati hain thoda part bajaae vaapis chali jaati hain।
180Souls who come at the end will play their small parts and then leave.
171ek-do janma bhi lete hain, thoda samay aaya yeh gaya।
181They take one or two births; they just come for a short while and depart.
172tumhaare to 84 janmon ki baat hai।
182For you, it is a matter of 84 births.
173unki ek-do janma ki baat hai।
183For them, it is a matter of one or two births.
174tum 84 janmon ko jaante ho, chakra ko jaanne se chakravarti raaja bante ho।
184You know your 84 births. 185By knowing the cycle, you become the kings who are rulers of the globe.
175woh thode hi ban sakenge।
186They would not be able to become that.
176unke liye yeh gyaan nahin hai।
187This knowledge is not for them.
177yeh gyaan tumhaare liye hai, jinhonne kalpa pahle bhi gyaan liya hai।
188This knowledge is for those who took this knowledge in the previous cycle.
178ab tumko purushaartha karna hai।
189You now have to make effort.
179purushaartha ka samay abhi hai aur tumhaare liye hi purushaartha ki baat hai।
190The time for making effort is now. 191The question of making effort only applies to you.
180devi-devta dharma bahut sukh dene vaala hai, itna sukh aur koi de na sake।
192The deity religion gives a lot of happiness. 193No one else can give as much happiness.
181yeh anaadi drama bana hua hai।
194This eternal drama is predestined.
182sabhi ko to hero-heroine ka part nahin mil sakta।
195Not everyone can receive the part of a hero or heroine.
183kisma-kisma ke manushya hain।
196There are all types of human beings.
184unmein bhi achhe-bure anek prakaar ke hain।
197There are many types of good and bad people.
185shreshtha te shreshtha devi-devta hain।
198The most elevated of all are the deities.
186shreshtha unhon ko hi kaha jaata hai।
199They are the only ones who can be called elevated.
187woh to satayug mein hi hote hain।
200They only exist in the golden age.
188unhon ke chitra bhi hain। 189parantu woh kaise bane yeh nahin jaante hain।
201There are also their pictures, but no one knows how they became those.
190koi to phir kehte - shreekrishna haazira-hazoor hai। 191bhagwan bhi haazira-hazoor hai।
202Some say that Krishna is present everywhere and that God is present everywhere too.
192in sab baaton ko tum bachche samajh gaye ho।
203You children have now understood all of these things.
193yeh em object bahut achhi hai - samjhaane liye।
204This aim and objective is very good for you to explain.
194sabko nimantran zaroor dena hai।
205You definitely have to invite everyone.
195akhbaar se sabko nimantran mil raha hai।
206Everyone can receive an invitation in the newspapers.
196abhi baaki time bahut thoda hai।
207There is now very little time left.
197ab tak bachche yaatra karte-karte thak jaate hain to baith jaate hain।
208Even now, some children still become tired on this pilgrimage and so they sit down.
198maaya ke toofaan sahan nahin kar sakte hain।
209They are unable to tolerate the storms of Maya.
199yuddha ke maidaan mein maaya to zaroor pakdegi।
210Maya will definitely catch them on the battlefield.
200rustam se rustam hokar ladegi।
211She will become powerful with the powerful ones and fight them.
201zor se toofaan aayenge।
212Storms will come very forcefully.
202phir kehte hain jab se gyaan mein aaya hoon to vighna bahut pade hain, dhandhe mein bhi ghaata hua hai।
213They would then say: There have been many obstacles from the time I came into knowledge. 214There is also loss in business now.
203baba kehte hain aise mat samjho - gyaan mein aaye hain tab vighna padte hain।
215Baba says: Don't think that the obstacles have come because you have come into knowledge.
204yeh to duniya mein hota hi rehta hai, inse darna nahin hai।
216This continues to happen in the world. 217You mustn't be afraid of it.
205kabhi chakra ki dasha, kabhi raahu ki, kabhi kiski dasha baithti hai।
218Sometimes, there is one type of omen and sometimes another type.
206chalte-chalte phaan ho jaate hain।
219Some collapse while moving along.
207raahu ki dasha kadi hoti hai।
220The omens of Rahu are very strong.
208maaya kha jaati hai to kaale ka kaala ban jaate hain।
221Maya eats you and you then become very ugly.
209maaya thappad lagaae ekdam kaala munh kar deti hai।
222Maya slaps you and makes your face completely dirty.
210maaya ki bhi jeet hogi।
223Maya too will be victorious.
211sirf bachchon ki jeet ho phir to jhat raajdhaani sthaapan ho jaae।
224If only the children were to become victorious, the kingdom would very soon be established.
212ustaad ko bhool jaate hain to maaya thappad maarti hai।
225When you forget the Master (Teacher), Maya slaps you.
213aise roohaani saajan ko sajni bhool jaati hai, yeh bhi wonder hai na!
226The brides forget the spiritual Bridegroom. 227This too is a wonder.
214achha!
228Achcha.
215meethe-meethe sikeeldhe bachchon prati maat-pita baapdaada ka yaad-pyaar aur good morning।
229To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.
216roohaani baap ki roohaani bachchon ko namaste।
230The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.
Essence for dharna
217dhaarna ke liye mukhya saar:-
231Essence for dharna:
2181) yogbal se patit duniya ko paavan banaane mein baap ka madadgaar banna hai।
232 1. Become a helper of the Father in making the impure world pure with the power of yoga.
219yaad ki yaatra mein rest nahin leni hai।
233Do not take a rest on the pilgrimage of remembrance.
220aisi yaad ho jo saamne vaala apna shareer bhi bhool jaae।
234Let your remembrance be such that the person in front of you even forgets his body.
2212) shreemat mein kabhi bhi shanka uthaakar apni manmat nahin chalaani hai। 222har baat mein raay lete usmein apna kalyaan samajhkar chalna hai।
235 2. Do not doubt shrimat or use your own dictates. 236Follow the advice you receive for every situation and consider there to be benefit for you in it.
