¹Essence: Sweet children, there is bondage in relationships with bodies, therefore there is sorrow. ²Stay in relationships with souls and you will receive limitless happiness and remain in remembrance of the one Mother and Father.

²prashn:- kis nashe mein raho to maaya par jeet paane ki himmat aa jaayegi?

³Question: Which intoxication should you maintain so that you have the courage to conquer Maya?

³uttar:- nasha rahe ki kalpa-kalpa ham baap ki yaad se maaya dushman par vijayi ban heere jaisa bane hain।

⁴Answer: Have the intoxication that you have stayed in remembrance of the Father every cycle, that you became victorious over Maya, your enemy, and became like a diamond. ⁵God Himself is your Mother and Father.

⁴khud khuda hamaara maat-pita hai, isi smriti va nashe se himmat aa jaayegi।

⁶By having this awareness and intoxication, you will receive courage.

⁵himmat rakhne vaale bachche vijayi avashya bante hain aur sada godly service par hi tatpar rehte hain।

⁷The children who have courage definitely become victorious and they remain constantly engaged in doing Godly service.

⁸devi-devtaaon ke pujaari paarlaukik maat-pita ko yaad to karte hi aaye hain aur bhakta bhi jaante hain hamko bhakti ka phal dene maat-pita ko aana hai zaroor।

¹⁰The worshippers of the deities have been remembering the parlokik Mother and Father, and the devotees know that the Mother and Father definitely has to come to give us the fruit of our devotion.

⁹ab woh maat-pita kaun hai - yeh to bichaare jaante hi nahin।

¹¹Those poor people don't know who that Mother and Father is.

¹⁰pukaarte hain isse siddha hota hai, unka sambandh zaroor hai।

¹²They call out to Him and this surely proves that they definitely have a relationship with Him.

¹¹ek hota hai laukik sambandh, doosra hota hai paarlaukik sambandh।

¹³One is a lokik relationship and the other is the parlokik relationship.

¹²laukik sambandh to anek prakaar ke hain।

¹⁴There are many types of lokik relationships.

¹³kaaka, chaacha, maama aadi-aadi yeh hai laukik bandhan, isliye parampita paramatma ko bulaate hain।

¹⁵Paternal and maternal uncles etc. are lokik bondages. ¹⁶This is why they call out to the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁴yeh to bachchon ko maaloom hai satayug mein koi bandhan nahin।

¹⁷You children know that there are no bondages in the golden age.

¹⁵baap ko bulaate hain ki ham abhi bandhan mein hain, aapke sambandh mein aana chaahte hain।

¹⁸You call out to the Father: We are now in bondage and wish to have a relationship with You.

¹⁶bhakton ko yaad hai ham anek prakaar ke bandhanon mein hain।

¹⁹Devotees remember that they are in many types of bondage.

¹⁷deh ka simran hone kaaran bandhan bahut hain।

²⁰Because of remembering bodies, they have many bondages.

¹⁸dehi ke sambandh se ek hi maat-pita yaad rehta hai।

²¹When in relationship with souls, you only remember the Mother and Father.

¹⁹laukik aur paarlaukik ko yaad karne mein raat-din ka farka hai।

²²There is the difference of day and night between remembering the lokik and the Parlokik.

²⁰yeh hai jismaani bandhan aur woh hai roohaani sambandh।

²³These are physical bondages whereas that is the spiritual relationship.

²¹jismaani sambandh mein satayug mein rehte hain kyonki vahaan sukh ka sambandh kahenge।

²⁴You have physical relationships in the golden age because there are relationships of happiness there.

²²yahaan phir duhkh ka bandhan kahenge।

²⁵Here, they are said to be bondages of sorrow.

²³unko sambandh nahin kahenge।

²⁶They wouldn’t be called relationships here.

²⁴in baaton ka aage pata nahin tha।

²⁷Previously, you didn't know these things.

²⁵ab samajh gaye ho, pukaarte zaroor the - he maat-pita aao।

²⁸You have now understood. ²⁹You definitely used to call out: O Mother and Father, come!

²⁶baap to zaroor sabko sukh hi denge। ²⁷parantu baap kya sukh dete hain - yeh kisko pata nahin hai।

³⁰The Father would definitely only give happiness to everyone, but no one knows what the happiness is that the Father gives.

²⁸abhi baap se sambandh hai, unse sada sukh milta hai।

³¹You now have a relationship with the Father and you receive constant happiness from Him.

²⁹sukh ko sambandh, duhkh ko bandhan kahenge।

³²Happiness is called relationship and sorrow is called bondage.

³⁰to bachche maat-pita ko bulaate hain ki aakar ke aisi meethi-meethi baaten sunaao।

³³Therefore, you children call out to the Mother and Father to come and tell you such sweet things.

³¹vo indirect bulaate hain, tum direct bulaate ho।

³⁴Those people call out indirectly whereas you call out directly.

³²woh bhi yaad karte hain - he parampita paramatma।

³⁵They also remember: O Supreme Father, Supreme Soul.

³³pita hai to zaroor maata bhi honi chaahiye।

⁴⁸din kaha jaata hai satayug-treta ko। ⁴⁹raat, dvaapar-kaliyug ko।

⁵⁵to sampoorn baap jo hai woh aakar bachchon ko sampoorn banaate hain।

⁵⁹So the perfect Father comes and makes you children perfect.

⁵⁶16 kala sampoorn tum ban rahe ho।

⁶⁰You are now becoming 16 celestial degrees full.

⁵⁷tum anubhvi ho।

⁶¹You are experienced.

⁵⁸doosra koi kaise jaane।

⁶²How could anyone else know this?

⁵⁹jab tak tum bachchon ke sang mein na aaye tab tak woh kaise samajh sake।

⁶³How could they understand any of this unless they came into the company of you children?

⁶⁰ab tum jaante ho bhakti maarga mein bhi bandhan hai।

⁶⁴You now know that there is bondage on the path of devotion too.

⁶¹yaad tab karte hain jabki raavan roopi 5 vikaaron ke bandhan mein hain।

⁶⁵You remember Him when you are in bondage to Ravan, the five vices.

⁶²baap ka naam hi hai liberator।

⁶⁶The Father's name is the Liberator.

⁶³angreji akshar bahut achha hai।

⁶⁷The English word is very good.

⁶⁴liberate karte hain manushyon ko, liberate kiya jaata hai duhkh se, maaya ke bandhan se liberate karne aate hain।

⁶⁸Human beings become liberated. ⁶⁹He comes to liberate you from sorrow and the bondages of Maya.

⁶⁵phir guide bhi hai।

⁷⁰Then, He is also the Guide.

⁶⁶geeta mein bhi hai machchharon sadrishya sabko vaapis le jaate hain to zaroor vinaash bhi hoga।

⁷¹It is also mentioned in the Gita that He takes everyone back like a swarm of mosquitoes. ⁷²Therefore, destruction will definitely take place.

⁶⁷yeh to gaaya hua hai brahma dvaara sthaapna, shankar dvaara vinaash karaate hain।

⁷³It is also remembered that He inspires establishment through Brahma and destruction through Shankar.

⁶⁸phir jo sthaapna karte hain un dvaara hi paalna bhi hoti hai।

⁷⁴Then sustenance also takes place through the one who carried out establishment.

⁶⁹abhi tum taiyaar ho rahe ho - nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar।

⁷⁵You are now becoming ready, numberwise, according to the effort you make.

⁷⁰deh ke bandhan ko buddhi se todna hai।

⁷⁶The bondages of your bodies have to be broken away from your intellects.

⁷¹sannyaasi log to gharbaar chhod bhaag jaate hain।

⁷⁷Sannyasis leave their homes and families and run away.

⁷²tum grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte raajayog seekhte ho।

⁷⁸You study Raj Yoga while living at home.

⁷³janak ka bhi misaal hai।

⁷⁹There is the example of Janak.

⁷⁴woh phir jaakar anu janak bana।

⁸⁰He then became Anu Janak.

⁷⁵bahut bachche kehte hain janak misal ham apni raajdhaani mein rehte gyaan uthaaven।

⁸¹Many children say that they want to live in their kingdom (home) like Janak and take knowledge.

⁷⁶apne ghar ka to harek raaja hai na।

⁸²Each one is a king of his own home.

⁷⁷maalik ko raaja kaha jaata hai।

⁸³The owner is called the king.

⁷⁸baap hai, unki stri bachche aadi hain - yeh ho gai had ki rachna। ⁷⁹create bhi karte hain, paalna bhi karte hain।

⁸⁴There is the father, his wife, and their children, and so that is a limited creation.

⁸⁰baaki sanhaar nahin kar sakte kyonki srishti ko to vriddhi ko paana hi hai।

⁸⁵He creates it and also sustains it, but he cannot destroy it because the world has to grow.

⁸¹sab paida hi karte rehte hain।

⁸⁶Everyone continues to create.

⁸²sirf behad ka baap hi aate hain jo nai rachna rachte hain aur puraani ka vinaash karaate hain।

⁸⁷It is only the unlimited Father who comes to create a new creation and have the old one destroyed.

⁸³nai srishti ki sthaapna aur puraani ka vinaash so to brahma-vishnu-shankar ka rachayita parampita paramatma hi karenge।

⁸⁸Only the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, the Creator of Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar would carry out the establishment of the new world and destruction of the old world.

⁸⁴in baaton ko tum bachche achhi reeti samajhte ho।

⁸⁹You children can understand these things very well.

⁸⁵baaten to badi sahaj hai।

⁹⁰These things are very easy.

⁸⁶naam hi rakha hua hai sahaj yog va yaad।

⁹¹The very name is easy yoga or remembrance.

⁸⁷bhaarat ka gyaan va yog naameegraami hai।

⁹²The knowledge and yoga of Bharat are very well known.

⁸⁸baap abhi tum bachchon ko daivi mat dete hain jisse tum sadaiv harshit rahenge।

⁹³The Father is now giving you children divine directions through which you will remain constantly cheerful.

⁸⁹maat-pita se hi nai srishti ki rachna hoti hai।

⁹⁴The new world is created by the Mother and Father.

⁹⁰yeh to sab jaante hain hamko khuda ne paida kiya।

⁹⁵Everyone knows that God created them.

⁹¹abhi tum samajhte ho khuda kaise aakar nai srishti rachte hain।

⁹⁶You now understand how God comes and creates the new world.

⁹²nai srishti adopt karte hain।

⁹⁷He adopts (creates) the new world.

⁹³maat-pita to zaroor hain।

⁹⁸There are definitely the Mother and Father.

⁹⁴baap hai phir khud hi in dvaara adopt karte hain to yeh badi maata ho gai।

⁹⁹There is the Father and He then adopts you through this one and so this one is the senior mother.

⁹⁵phir pahle number mein sarasvati ko adopt kiya hai।

¹⁰⁰The first adopted one is Saraswati.

⁹⁶baap ne inmen pravesh kiya hai na।

¹⁰¹The Father entered this one. ¹⁰²This Mama is adopted.

⁹⁷yeh mama to adopted hai।

¹⁰³For you, He is the Mother and Father.

⁹⁸tumhaare liye to maat-pita hai।

¹⁰⁴For me, He is my Husband and also my Father.

⁹⁹hamaare liye pati bhi hua to pita bhi hua।

¹⁰⁵He entered me and made me His wife and also His child.

¹⁰⁰pravesh kar apni vanni (yugal) bhi mujhe banaaya hai aur bachcha bhi banaaya hai।

¹⁰⁶These are very entertaining things which you should listen to personally.

¹⁰¹yeh to badi ramneek baaten hain, jo sammukh sunne ki hain। ¹⁰²tumhaare mein bhi nambarvaar samajhte hain।

¹⁰⁷You too understand these things, numberwise. ¹⁰⁸If you have understood everything, then you should explain them to others.

¹⁰³agar sabhi samajhte hon to phir samjhaaven। ¹⁰⁴samjha nahin sakte hain to goya kuchh nahin samjha।

¹⁰⁹If you are unable to explain them, it means you yourself haven’t understood anything.

¹⁰⁵jad beej se jhaad kaise paida hota hai - yeh to koi bhi jhat batla sakta hai।

¹¹⁰Anyone can tell you straightaway how a tree grows from a non-living seed.

¹⁰⁶is behad ke jhaad ka gyaan jab tak baap na aakar samjhaaye tab tak koi samajh nahin sakte।

¹¹¹Until the Father comes and explains the knowledge of this unlimited tree, no one can understand it.

¹⁰⁷tum jaante ho ham baap se raajayog seekhkar varsa le rahe hain।

¹¹²You know that you are studying Raj Yoga with the Father and claiming your inheritance.

¹⁰⁸yeh buddhi mein hona chaahiye।

¹¹³This should be in your intellect.

¹⁰⁹yeh double sambandh hai।

¹¹⁴This is a double relationship.

¹¹⁰vahaan to single sambandh rehta hai। ¹¹¹paarlaukik baap ko yaad nahin karte।

¹¹⁵There, you have a single relationship; you don't remember the parlokik Father.

¹¹²yahaan woh sab hai bandhan।

¹¹⁶Here, all of these are bondages.

¹¹³tum jaante ho ham is samay us bandhan mein bhi hain।

¹¹⁷You know that, at this time, you are also in that bondage.

¹¹⁴pita ke sambandh mein ab aaye hain, us bandhan se chhootne ke liye।

¹¹⁸You have now entered a relationship with the Father to become free from that bondage.

¹¹⁵aajkal to kitni maten ho gai hain।

¹¹⁹Nowadays, there are so many different directions.

¹¹⁶aapas mein ladte-jhagadte rehte hain।

¹²⁰They continue to fight and quarrel with each other.

¹¹⁷paani ke liye, dharni ke liye bhi ladte rehte hain।

¹²¹They even fight over water and land.

¹¹⁸yeh hamaari had mein hai, yeh tumhaari had mein nahin hai।

¹²²“This is inside our boundary; this is not inside your boundary.”

¹¹⁹bilkul hi had mein aa gaye hain।

¹²³They have become totally limited.

¹²⁰yeh bhool gaye hain ki bhaaratvaasi satayug mein behad ke maalik the।

¹²⁴They have forgotten that the people of Bharat were the masters of the unlimited in the golden age.

¹²¹jo maalik the vahi phir bhool jaate hain।

¹²⁵Those who were the masters have forgotten this.

¹²²bhoolna bhi zaroor hai tab hi phir baap aakar samjhaate hain।

¹²⁶They definitely had to forget, because it is only then that the Father can come and explain to you.

¹²³in baaton ko abhi tum jaante ho।

¹²⁷You know these things at this time.

¹²⁴vahaan hai bandhan।

¹²⁸There, there is bondage.

¹²⁵yahaan maat-pita se sambandh hai।

¹²⁶jaante ho ham shreemat par chal athaah sukh ka varsa pa rahe hain।

¹²⁷baap kehte hain main tumko sukh ka varsa deta hoon।

¹³¹The Father says: I give you the inheritance of happiness.

¹²⁸phir shraap kaun dete hain?

¹²⁹maaya raavan।

¹³³Maya, Ravan.

¹³⁰shraap mein hai duhkh, varse mein to sukh hota hai।

¹³⁴There is sorrow in a curse and happiness in an inheritance.

¹³¹manushya yeh nahin jaante ki manushya ko duhkh ka varsa kaun dete hain?

¹³⁵People don't know who gives them the inheritance of sorrow.

¹³²baap satayug sthaapan karte hain to zaroor sukh ka hi varsa denge।

¹³⁶The Father establishes the golden age and so He would definitely give you the inheritance of happiness.

¹³³baap ko duhkh ka varsa dene vaala thode hi kahenge।

¹³⁷The Father would not be called one who gives you the inheritance of sorrow.

¹³⁴duhkh to dushman dete hain।

¹³⁸It is an enemy who causes you sorrow.

¹³⁵parantu yeh baaten koi samajhte nahin।

¹³⁹However, no one understands these things.

¹³⁶kahaan ki baat kahaan le gaye hain।

¹⁴⁰They have put the things of one time period into another.

¹³⁷kehte hain lanka looti jaati hai, sona le aate hain।

¹⁴¹They say that Lanka was looted and that gold was brought over. ¹⁴²There isn't any gold in Ceylon.

¹³⁸ab sona koi Ceylon mein nahin rakha hai।

¹⁴³Gold is found in mines and in rivers at some places.

¹³⁹sona to milta hai khaaniyon se।

¹⁴⁴You children now know that this is an eternal world drama.

¹⁴⁰kahaan nadiyon se bhi milta hai। ¹⁴¹bachche jaan gaye hain yeh anaadi world drama hai।

¹⁴⁵This knowledge is in the intellects of you children, numberwise, according to the efforts you make.

¹⁴²tum bachchon ki buddhi mein nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar baitha hai।

¹⁴⁶What status will those who don't understand anything and are unable to explain anything receive?

¹⁴³jo samajhte nahin, na samjha sakte to woh kya pad paayenge!

¹⁴⁷They will have to bow down in front of those who are educated.

¹⁴⁴padhe hue ke aage bhari dhoyenge। ¹⁴⁵raaja-raani, praja mein farka to hai na।

¹⁴⁸There is a difference between the kings and queens and the subjects.

¹⁴⁶jaise yeh mama-baba jaakar oonch pad paate hain। ¹⁴⁷tum bhi purushaartha kar itna padho jo mama-baba ke takhta par baitho, vijay maala ka daana bano।

¹⁴⁹Just as Mama and Baba go and claim a high status, so you too should make effort and study so much that you sit on the throne of Mama and Baba and become a bead of the rosary of victory.

¹⁴⁸temptation bahut di jaati hai।

¹⁵⁰A lot of temptation is given to you.

¹⁴⁹raajayog hai na।

¹⁵¹This is Raj Yoga.

¹⁵⁰tum raajayog se raajaai to praapta kar lo।

¹⁵²Claim the kingdom by studying Raj Yoga.

¹⁵¹kam se kam purushaartha anusaar praja to banenge hi।

¹⁵³At least make effort through which you will become a subject.

¹⁵²hamesha kaha jaata hai follow father।

¹⁵⁴It is always said: Follow the father.

¹⁵³tum bachche ho na।

¹⁵⁵You are his children.

¹⁵⁴woh father phir yeh father, yahaan phir mother bhi hai।

¹⁶¹There aren't many other relationships: brothers and sisters and that’s all.

¹⁶¹aur unhon ka baap, daada, bhaai, bahnen to bahut hain।

¹⁶²They have fathers, grandfathers, brothers and sisters, many relationships.

¹⁶²baap ek hai, daada bhi ek hai।

¹⁶³Here, there is one Father and one Dada.

¹⁶³ek prajaapita brahma hai, unse phir rachna rachi jaati hai।

¹⁶⁴There is the one Prajapita Brahma and creation is created through him.

¹⁶⁴tum behen-bhaai hi pad paate ho nambarvaar purushaartha anusaar।

¹⁶⁵You brothers and sisters claim a status, numberwise, according to the efforts you make.

¹⁶⁵baaki jaakar apne-apne jhaad mein latkenge।

¹⁶⁶All the rest will go and hang in their own section on the tree.

¹⁶⁶thikaana to hai na।

¹⁶⁷They have their destination.

¹⁶⁷jahaan se phir nambarvaar aate hain।

¹⁶⁸They come down from there, numberwise.

¹⁶⁸yahaan hai jeevanbandh।

¹⁶⁹Here, there is bondage in life.

¹⁶⁹aatmaayen vahaan se pahle-pahle sukh mein aati hain isliye pahle jeevanmukta hoti hain।

¹⁷⁰When souls first come, they come into happiness. ¹⁷¹Therefore, there is first liberation-in-life.

¹⁷⁰pahle-pahle hoti hai svarga mein bhaaratvaasiyon ki jeevanmukti।

¹⁷²First of all, there is the liberation-in-life of the people of Bharat in heaven.

¹⁷¹kitni achhi-achhi baaten baap sunaate hain।

¹⁷³The Father tells you such nice things.

¹⁷²mera to ek sarvottam teacher doosra na koi।

¹⁷⁴Mine is the one most elevated Teacher and none other.

¹⁷³kanyaayen kahengi mera to ek shivbaaba..... kanyaaon ko ismen poora attention dena hai।

¹⁷⁵Kumaris say: Mine is one Shiv Baba. ¹⁷⁶Kumaris have to pay full attention to this.

¹⁷⁴is government ke ho gaye to phir eeshvareey service mein lag jaana hai।

¹⁸²You children are doing Godly service, the service of making others viceless.

¹⁸¹god hamko maaya se yuddha karna sikhlaate hain।

¹⁸⁴God is teaching us how to battle with Maya.

¹⁸²raavan sabse jaasti puraana dushman hai।

¹⁸⁵Ravan is our oldest enemy.

¹⁸³yeh sirf tum hi jaante ho।

¹⁸⁶Only you know this.

¹⁸⁴tum raavan par vijay paakar heere jaisa banenge।

¹⁸⁷You will conquer Ravan and then become like a diamond.

¹⁸⁵bachchon ko woh himmat, woh nasha rehna chaahiye।

¹⁸⁸You children should have that courage and intoxication.

¹⁸⁶manushya to ladte rehte hain, sab jagah dekho jhagda hi jhagda hai।

¹⁸⁹People continue to fight. ¹⁹⁰Everywhere you look, there is nothing but fighting.

¹⁸⁷hamaara koi se jhagda nahin।

¹⁹¹We don't fight with anyone.

¹⁸⁸baap kehte hain mujhe yaad karo to vikarma vinaash honge।

¹⁹²The Father says: Remember Me and your sins will be absolved.

²¹⁶kai bachchon mein sahanshakti ki kami hoti hai isliye koi chhoti si baat bhi hoti hai to chehra bahut jaldi badal jaata hai, phir ghabraakar ya to sthaan ko badalne ki sochenge ya jinse tang honge unko badal denge, apne ko nahin badlenge, lekin doosron se kinaara kar lenge isliye sthaan athva doosre ko badalne ke bajaae svayan ko badal lo, sahansheelta ka avtaar ban jaao।

²²² Some of you children lack tolerance and so your faces change very quickly even over trivial situations, you then become afraid and think of either changing your place or transforming the person you are disturbed by; you would not change yourselves, but would move away from others. ²²³Therefore, instead of changing your place or changing others, change yourself and become an incarnation of tolerance.

²²⁴Learn to adjust yourself to everyone else.
