1 «  diamond jubilee varṣh mē̃ viśhēṣh attention dēkar samay aur saṅkalp K|kē khajānē kō jamā karō ' '

1In the Diamond Jubilee Year, pay special attention to accumulating the treasures of time and thoughts.

2Āj trimūrti rachtā śhiv bāp bachchō̃ kō tīn badhāiyā̃ dē rahē haĩ .

2Today, Father Shiva, the Creator of the Trimurti, is giving His children three types of greetings.

3Bachchē bāp kō badhāī dēnē āyē haĩ , tō bāp return mē̃ tīn badhā-iyā̃ dē rahē haĩ .

3You children have come to give greetings to the Father and so, in return, the Father is giving you three types of greetings.

4Ēk śhiv jayantī key|kī , dūsrī diamond jubilee key|kī aur tīsrī vartamān samay umaṅg-utsāh sē sēvā karnē key|kī badhāī .

4First are the greetings for Shiv Jayanti, the second are greetings for the Diamond Jubilee and the third are greetings for your zeal and enthusiasm in doing service at the present time.

5Tō tīn badhāiyā̃ chārō̃ ōr K|kē bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā dē rahē haĩ .

5So BapDada is giving three types of greetings to children everywhere.

6Bāp kē pās sabkē dilō̃ K|kē umaṅg-utsāh K|kē sēvā K|kē samāchār pahũchtē rahtē haĩ .

6The service news of zeal and enthusiasm in everyone's heart continues to reach BapDada.

7Yē alaukik jayantī sārē kalp mē̃ nahī̃ hōtī hai kyōṅki sārē kalp mē̃ chāhē dēv ātmā hō , chāhē mahātmā hō , chāhē sādhāraṇ ātmāyē̃ hō lēkin ātmāyē̃ , ātmā key|kī jayantī manātē haĩ .

7This alokik birthday cannot take place at any other time throughout the whole cycle. 8This is because, throughout the whole cycle, whether it is deity souls, great souls (mahatmas) or ordinary souls, souls have been celebrating the birthdays of souls.

8Aur is saṅgam par āp śhrēṣhṭh ātmāyē̃ kiskī jayantī manānē āyē hō  ?

9However, at this confluence age, whose birthday have you elevated souls come to celebrate?

9Param ātmā key|kī aur param ātmā bāp bachchō̃ key|kī jayantī manātē haĩ .

10That of the Supreme Father; and the Supreme Father celebrates the birthday of the children.

10Satyug-trētā mē̃ bhī param ātmā āpkī jayantī nahī̃ manāyēṅgē vā āp paramātmā key|kī jayantī nahī̃ manāyēṅgē .

11Even in the golden and silver ages, neither will the Supreme Soul celebrate your birthday, nor will you celebrate the birthday of God.

11Tō kitnē padma-padma-padma guṇā bhāgyavān ātmā hō .

12So you are multi, multi, multimillion times lucky souls.

12Aisē kabhī apnē śhrēṣhṭh bhāgya kō svapn mē̃ bhī sōchā hōgā  ?

13Did you ever even think of this elevated fortune such as yours even in your dreams?

13Nahī̃ sōchā  ?

14You didn't think about it, did you?

14Lēkin āj sākār rūp mē̃ manā rahē haĩ . 15Tō khuśhī hai nā  !

15However, today, you are celebrating this in your corporeal forms.

16Dēkhō chāhē dēśh vālē , chāhē vidēśh vālē , chāhē madhuban vālē , jō bhī is group mē̃ baiṭhē haĩ , kitnā lucky haĩ  !

16So you have this happiness, do you not? 17Look, whether you are from this land, from abroad or all of you sitting in this group, you are so lucky!

17Andar kyā gīt gātē hō  ?

18So, what song are you singing internally?

18Vāh mērā bhāgya  !

19Wah my fortune!

19Aur bāp bhī gīt gātē haĩ vāh bachchō̃ kā bhāgya  !

20The Father also sings the song: Wah the fortune of My children!

20Viśhēṣh sēvā kā group baiṭhā hai nā , sab taraph K|kē viśhēṣh haĩ nā  !

21A group of souls who do special service is sitting here. 22Special souls from all directions have come.

21Tō viśhēṣh sēvā kā viśhēṣh pratyakṣhaphal prāpt karnē vālī ātmāyē̃ hō .

23So you are the special souls who attain the practical, instant fruit of doing special service.

22Tō bāp bhī aisē śhrēṣhṭh bachchō̃ kō dēkh harṣhit hōtē haĩ .

24The Father is pleased to see such elevated children.

23Bachchē jyādā harṣhit hōtē haĩ yā bāp hōtē haĩ  ? 24Dōnō̃ .

25Are the children happier than the Father or is the Father happier to see the children?

25Yā bāp jyādā hōtā hai  ?

26Are both the same or is the Father happier?

26Āp jyādā hōtē hō .

27You are happier!

27Achchhā .

28Achcha.

28Āj bāpdādā chārō̃ ōr K|kē sēvādhārī diamond key|kī mālā kō dēkh rahē haĩ .

29Today, BapDada is seeing the rosary of the serviceable diamonds everywhere.

29Āp sabhī mālā mē̃ hō nā  ?

30All of you are part of the rosary, are you not?

30Bāp K|kē galē mē̃ diamond ban chamaknē vālē mālā K|kē dānē hō yā aur kōī hai  ?

31Are you the beads, the sparkling diamonds, of the garland around the Father's neck or are others these?

31Āp hī hō aur nahī̃  ?

32Are you these, and not anyone else?

32Lōg kahtē haĩ ki 108 key|kī mālā lēkin bāpdādā K|kē galē mē̃ āp sabhī diamonds key|kī kitnī lambī mālā hai  ?

33People speak of the rosary of 108, but how big is the rosary of all of you diamonds around Bapdada's neck? 34One hundred and eight would be just all of you sitting down below.

33108 tō āp nīchē baiṭhē huē hō jāyēṅgē .

35All of you sitting at the back are also this, are you not?

34Pīchhē vālē bhī hō nā  ?

36First are those at the back.

35Pahlē pīchhē vālē . 36Dēkhō yē bhī tyāg kā pratyakṣha phal hai ki bāpdādā pīchhē vālō̃ kō jyādā mubārak dētē haĩ . 37Aur ussē jyādā nīchē vālō̃ kō .

37Look, the instant fruit of renunciation is that BapDada gives more congratulations to those who are sitting at the back; and, even more than them, to the ones who are sitting down below (in the Meditation Hall).

38Bāpdādā har ēk bachchē key|kī viśhēṣhtā kō dēkhtē haĩ .

38BapDada sees the specialities of all the children.

39Chāhē sampūrṇ nahī̃ banē haĩ , puruṣhārthī haĩ lēkin aisā ēk bhī bāp kā bachchā nahī̃ hai jismē̃ kōī viśhēṣhtā nahī̃ hō .

39Even if you haven't become perfect but are still an effort-maker, there isn't a single child of the Father who doesn't have a single speciality.

40Sabmē̃ viśhēṣhtā hai .

40Each one of you has a speciality.

41Sabsē pahlī viśhēṣhtā tō kōṭō mē̃ kōī K|kē list mē̃ tō haĩ nā .

41The first speciality is that you are at least in the list of the handful out of multimillions.

42Aur viśhēṣhtā yē hai ki baṛē-baṛē tapasvī mahān ātmāyē̃ , 16108 jagat gurū , chāhē śhāstravādī haĩ , chāhē mahāmaṇḍalēśhvar haĩ lēkin bāp kō nahī̃ jānā aur bāp K|kē sabhī bachchō̃ nē bāp kō tō jān liyā nā .

42Another speciality is that, even though the great tapaswi souls, those who call themselves the 16,108 Jagadgurus, the scholars of the scriptures, even though the great Mahamandleshwars have not been able to recognise the Father, all of you children of the Father have recognised the Father.

43Tō bāp kō jānnā yah kitnī baṛī viśhēṣhtā hai .

43Therefore, to know the Father is such a great speciality.

44Dil sē ' mērā bābā ' tō kahtē haĩ nā .

44You say from your hearts, "My Baba".

45Mērā kah kar adhikārī tō ban gayē nā .

45By saying, "My Baba", you at least claimed all rights.

46Tō iskō kyā kahē̃gē  ?

46What would you call this?

47Jisnē bāp kō parakh liyā , pahchān liyā , tō pahchānnā yē bhī buddhi key|kī viśhēṣhtā hai , parakhnē key|kī śhakti hai .

47Those who have discerned and recognised the Father have at least the speciality of intellects that are able to recognise the Father. 48At least they have the power to discern.

48Tō āp sabhī K|kē parakhnē key|kī śhakti śhrēṣhṭh hai .

49So, all of you have a very elevated power of discernment. 50Achcha.

49Achchhā , āj viśhēṣh manānē āyē hō nā  ?

51Today, all of you have specially come to celebrate, have you not?

50Āj manānē kā din hai yā āj bhī sunnē kā din hai  ?

52Today is a day for celebrating or is today, just a day for listening to Baba?

51Sunnā bhī hai  ? 52Achchhā .

53You also want to hear something?

53Tō śhivrātri kahtē haĩ lēkin āpkē liē abhī kyā hai  ?

54Achcha. 55People speak of Shiv Ratri, but what is it for you now?

54Āpkē liē rātri nahī̃ hai tō kyā hai  ?

56For you, if it is not the night, then what is it?

55Amr̥itvēlā hai  ?

57Or is it amrit vela?

56Āp tō rātri sē nikal gayē yā thōṛī-thōṛī rātri abhī hai  ?

58You have come out of the night, have you not? 59Or is it still night time a little?

57Chhuṭṭī lē gaī  ?

60Has the night taken leave?

58Kisī bhī prakār kā andhkār ātā hai ki khatm hō gayā  ?

61Do you have any type of darkness? 62Or has it finished?

59Amr̥itvēlā sadā vardān kā samay hai tō āpkō rōz vardān miltā hai nā  ?

63Amrit vela is the time for constant blessings, and so you receive blessings every day, do you not?

60Tō āp kahē̃gē bāp ātā rātri mē̃ hai lēkin hamārē liyē amr̥itvēlā golden morning , diamond morning hō gaī .

64You would say that the Father comes in the night, but that it has become amrit vela, the golden morning and the diamond morning for all of you.

61Tō aisē vardānī svarūp apnā dēkhtē hō  ?

65So, does each of you see your form as one who has received such blessings?

62Māyā vardān bhulā tō nahī̃ dētī  ?

66Maya does not make you forget your blessings, does she?

63Ātī hai māyā  ?

67Does Maya still come?

64Kabhī-kabhī tō ātī hai  ?

68Does she come sometimes?

65Māyā tō last ghaṛī tak āyēgī .

69Maya will come till the final moments.

66Aisē nahī̃ jāyēgī .

70She will not go away just like that.

67Lēkin māyā kā kām hai ānā aur āpkā kām hai dūr sē bhagānā .

71It is Maya's duty to come but your duty is to chase her away from a distance.

68Ā jāvē phir bhagāō , yē nahī̃ . 69Yē time abhī samāpt huā .

72You cannot tell her not to come nor can you chase her away after she has come.

70Māyā āvē aur āpkō hilāvē phir āp bhagāō , time tō gayā nā  ! 71Lēkin silence K|kē sādhanō̃ sē āp dūr sē hī pahchān saktē hō ki yē māyā hai .

73No, that time has now finished. 74When Maya came and made you fluctuate and when you then chased her away, your time was wasted. 75However, with the method of silence, you can recognise Maya from a distance.

72Ismē̃ bhī time west|waste nahī̃ karō aur māyā bhī dēkhtī hai nā ki chalō ānē tō dētē haĩ nā , tō ādat paṛ jātī hai ānē key|kī .

76Do not waste any time in this. 77Maya also sees that you allow her to come and so she develops the habit of coming.

73Jaisē kōī paśhu kō , jānvar kō apnē ghar mē̃ ānē key|kī ādat ḍāl dō phir taṅg hōkar bhagāō bhī lēkin ādat tō paṛ jātī hai nā  !

78If you instil a habit in a bird or an animal to come to your home, and then when you get fed up with that and try to chase it away, it will not go because it has developed the habit.

74Aur bāp nē sunāyā thā ki kaī bachchē tō māyā kō chāy-pānī bhī pilātē haĩ .

79The Father has already told you earlier that some children even offer the hospitality of tea, etc. to Maya. 80What tea do you offer her?

75Chāy-pānī kaun see|sī|C pilātē hō  ?

81You know about this, do you not? 82"What can I do?

76Patā hai nā  ?

83How can I do it?

77Kyā karū̃ , kaisē karū̃ , abhī tō puruṣhārthī hū̃ , abhī tō sampūrṇ nahī̃ banē haĩ , ākhir hō jāyēṅgē - yē saṅkalp chāy-pānī haĩ .

84I am still an effort-maker. 85I haven't yet become perfect, but I will become this by the end." 86These thoughts are the tea. 87So, Maya sees that she is being offered tea.

78Tō vō dēkhtī hai chāy-pānī tō miltī hai .

88If you offer tea to someone, would that person go away or would he sit there comfortably?

79Kisī kō bhī agar chāy-pānī pilāō tō vō jāyēgā ki baiṭh jāyēgā  ?

89So, whenever any situation arises and you have the thoughts of "Why? 90What? 91How?

80Tō jab bhī kōī paristhiti ātī hai tō kyō̃ , kyā , kaisē , kabhī-kabhī tō hōtā hī hai , abhī kaun pās|pass huā hai , sabkē pās|pass hai - yē hai māyā key|kī khātirī karnā .

92This happens sometimes anyway! 93Who has passed as yet? 94Everyone has this. 95All of this is offering hospitality to Maya.

81Kuchh namkīn , kuchh mīṭhā bhī khilā dētē hō .

96You offer her something savoury and also something sweet.

82Aur phir kyā kartē hō  ?

97What do you do then?

83Phir taṅg hōkar kahtē hō abhī bābā āp hī bhagāō .

98Then, when you are distressed, you tell Baba to chase her away.

84Ānē āp dētē hō aur bhagāyē bābā , kyō̃  ?

99You are the ones who allow her to come, so why should Baba chase her away?

85Ānē kyō̃ dētē hō  ?

100Why do you allow her to come?

86Māyā bār-bār kyō̃ ātī hai  ?

101Why does Maya come again and again?

87Her|har samay , her|har karma kartē , trikāldarśhī key|kī seat par set nahī̃ hōtē hō .

102Because you do not set yourself on the seat of a trikaldarshi at every second and while performing every action.

88Trikāldarśhī arthāt past , present aur future kō jānnē vālē .

103To be a trikaldarshi means to know the past, present and future. 104You would then not have to ask "Why? 105What?"

89Tō kyō̃ , kyā nahī̃ karnā paṛēgā . 90Trikāldarśhī hōnē K|kē kāraṇ pahlē sē hī jān lē̃gē ki yē bātē̃ tō ānī haĩ , hōnī haĩ , chāhē svayã dvārā , chāhē aurō̃ dvārā , chāhē māyā dvārā , chāhē prakr̥iti dvārā , sab prakār sē paristhitiyā̃ tō āyēṅgī , ānī hī haĩ .

106Because of being trikaldarshi, you would know in advance that these things are to come, that this is to happen. 107Whether through yourself, through others, through Maya or through the elements, all types of circumstances will arise in all directions. 108They have to come, but if your own stage is powerful, then any external situation is nothing in front of that.

91Lēkin sva-sthiti śhaktiśhālī hai tō par-sthiti uskē āgē kuchh bhī nahī̃ hai . 92Par-sthiti baṛī yā sva-sthiti baṛī  ?

109Is an external situation greater than the stage of oneself? 110Which is greater? 111Or, is it sometimes the stage of yourself and sometimes that of the external situations?

93Yā kabhī sva-sthiti baṛī hō jātī , kabhī par-sthiti  ? 94Tō iskā sādhan hai - ēk tō ādi-madhy-ant tīnō̃ kāl check karkē , samajh kar phir kuchh bhī karō .

112Do they become greater sometimes? 113The method for solving this is to check all three aspects of time, the beginning, the middle and the end, to understand them, and then to do whatever is required.

95Sirph vartamān nahī̃ dēkhō .

114Do not just look at the present.

96Sirph vartamān dēkhtē hō tō kabhī paristhiti ūñchī hō jātī aur kabhī sva-sthiti ūñchī hō jātī .

115If you simply look at the present, then the external situations sometimes become greater and your own stage sometimes seems greater.

97Duniyā mē̃ bhī kahtē haĩ pahlē sōchō phir karō .

116In the world, too, people say: Think before you act!

98Nahī̃ tō jō sōch kar nahī̃ kartē tō pīchhē sōchnā paśhchātāp kā rūp hō jātā hai .

117If you do not first think about it, that later on takes the form of repentance. 118You then think, "If I hadn't done that, but had instead done this."

99Aisē nahī̃ kartē , aisē kartē , tō pīchhē sōchnā arthāt paśhchātāp kā rūp aur pahlē sōchnā yē gyānī tū ātmā kā guṇ hai .

119So, to think later means these thoughts change into a form of repentance. 120However, to think about something beforehand is a sign of being an enlightened soul.

100Dvāpar-kaliyug mē̃ tō anēk prakār K|kē paśhchātāp hī kartē rahē hō nā  ?

121In the copper and iron ages, you have been repenting in many different ways, have you not?

101Lēkin ab saṅgam par paśhchātāp karnā arthāt gyānī tū ātmā nahī̃ hai .

122However, to carry on repenting at the confluence age is not a sign of being an enlightened soul.

102Aisā apnē kō banāō jō apnē āpmē̃ bhī , man mē̃ ēk second bhī paśhchātāp nahī̃ hō .

123Make yourself such that you do not have to repent in your mind for even a second.

103Tō is diamond jubilee mē̃ viśhēṣh sārē din mē̃ ēk samay aur dūsrā saṅkalp - in dō khajānō̃ par attention rakhnā .

124So, in this Diamond Jubilee, pay special attention to two treasures throughout the day: one is time and the other is thoughts.

104Vaisē khajānē tō bahut haĩ lēkin viśhēṣh in dō khajānō̃ kē ūpar attention dēnā hai .

125There are many treasures, but you especially have to pay attention to these two treasures.

105Her|har din saṅkalp śhrēṣhṭh , śhubh kitnā jamā kiyā  ? 106Kyōṅki pūrē kalp K|kē liyē jamā karnē key|kī bank abhī khultī hai .

126Every day, check how many elevated and pure thoughts you have accumulated, because it is now that the bank has opened for you to accumulate for the whole cycle.

107Satyug mē̃ yē bank jamā kī band hō jāyēgī .

127In the golden age, this bank for you to accumulate will be closed.

108Yē bank bhī nahī̃ hōgī , dūsrī bank bhī nahī̃ hōgī .

128There will neither be this bank nor there be any other bank.

109Itnā dhan āpkē pās|pass hōgā jō kisī sē bhī kuchh lēnē key|kī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ hōgī .

129You will all have so much wealth that there will be no need for anyone to take from anyone else.

110Bank mē̃ kyō̃ rakhtē haĩ  ?

130Why is it kept in a bank?

111Ēk tō safety aur dūsrā byāj miltā hai .

131Firstly, for safety and secondly, because you receive interest.

112Kaī bahut hōśhiyār hōtē haĩ jō byāj sē hī chaltē rahtē haĩ .

132Many are very clever in that they simply live on the interest they receive.

113Aur is samay tō agar aisē hōśhiyār haĩ tō achchhē haĩ , jamā kartē haĩ nā .

133If there are such clever ones at this time, that is good; at least they are accumulating.

114Lēkin byāj kis taraph lagātē haĩ vō dēkhnā hai .

134However, you have to see how you are using the interest that you receive.

115Tō satyug mē̃ na yē bank hōgī , na rūhānī khajānē jamā karnē key|kī bank hōgī .

135So, in the golden age, neither will there be that bank nor will there be the bank for you to accumulate spiritual treasures.

116Dōnō̃ bank nahī̃ hōgī .

136Neither bank will exist there.

117Is samay ēk kā padmaguṇā karkē dēnē key|kī bank hai lēkin ēk jamā karē̃gē tab padma milēgā , aisē nahī̃ . 118Hisāb hai .

137At present, this bank gives you a multimillion fold return for one, but it is only when you accumulate one that you will receive multimillion fold. 138You won't get it otherwise; it is a proper account.

119Tō diamond jubilee mē̃ sachchē diamond bannā hī hai , yē tō pakkā hai nā  ?

139So, it is firm for all of you that, in this Diamond Jubilee, you have to become real diamonds, is it not?

120Ki kabhī saṅkalp ātā hai ki patā nahī̃ ban sakē̃gē yā nahī̃  ?

140Or, do you sometimes wonder whether you will be able to become this or not?

121Patā nahī̃ , tō nahī̃ ātā  ?

141You don't have any thought about not knowing this, do you?

122Kyā bhī hō , tyāg karnā paṛē , tapasyā karnī paṛē , nirmān bannā paṛē , kuchh bhī hō jāyē , bannā jarūr hai .

142No matter what happens, even if you have to have renunciation, if you have to have tapasya, if you have to become humble, no matter what you have to do, you definitely have to become this. 143Is this all right?

123Hai  ?

144Speak!

124Bōlō , hā̃ jī yā nā jī  ?

145Ha ji or na ji? 146(Ha ji).

125 ( hā̃ jī ) dēkhnā , hā̃ jī kahnā tō bahut sahaj hai . 126Hā̃ jī bannā ismē̃ attention dēnā paṛēgā .

147Just be careful, because it is very easy simply to say "Ha ji", but, in order to become "Ha ji", you have to pay a lot of attention.

127Pahlā-pahlā tyāg yē ' maĩ ' śhabda hai .

148The first renunciation is of the word "I".

128Yē ' maĩ ' śhabda hai bahut purānā lēkin ājkal yē bahut royal rūp kā hō gayā hai .

149This word is very old, but in fact, this word today has taken on a very royal form.

129Yē ' maĩ ' śhabda samāpt hō bhāṣhā mē̃ bhī ' bābā-bābā ' śhabda ā jāyē .

150Even in your speech, this word "I" should finish and be replaced with "Baba, Baba".

130Kahnē mē̃ dēkhō sādhāraṇ bāt hai , maĩ yōgya hū̃ nā , tō yōgya hū̃ tō salvation yā sēvā usī pramāṇ milnī chāhiyē .

151In speaking about it, it may seem something ordinary. 152"I am a worthy soul. 153Because I am worthy, I should be given facilities and service accordingly.

131Maĩ yōgya hū̃ , maĩ kartī hū̃ , tō yē right hai  ?

154I am worthy, I am doing this." 155So, is this right?

132Kartē tō hō nā phir kyō̃ nahī̃ kahē̃ kartī tō hū̃  !

156"I am doing this, so why don't people say that I am doing this?

133Maĩ wrong hū̃ , right hū̃ , kahnē mē̃ tō āyēgā nā maĩ kartī hū̃  !

157Whether I am wrong or right, it would be said that I am doing it." 158You are not doing it.

134… āp nahī̃ kartī hō  ? 135Kartā bābā hai  !

159It is Baba who is doing everything.

136Vō bāp hai karāvanhār lēkin karanhār tō āp hō nā . 137Tō ' maĩ ' kahnā wrong kyō̃ huā  ?

160The Father is Karavanhar (One who inspires), but I am karanhar (one who does).

138Vaisē jab ' maĩ ' śhabda bhī prayōg kartē hō tō vāstav mē̃ ' maĩ ' śhabda kissē lagtā hai  ?

161So, why is it wrong to say that "I" am doing it? 162When you use the word "I", whom do you refer to as "I"?

139Ātmā sē yā śharīr sē  ?

163The soul or the body?

140Maĩ kaun  ?

164Who am "I"?

141Ātmā hai nā , śharīr tō nahī̃ hai  ?

165"I" am the soul. 166It is not the body, is it?

142Tō agar dēhī abhimānī ban , maĩ ātmā hū̃ - is smr̥iti sē ' maĩ ' śhabda use kartē haĩ tō right hai .

167If someone who is soul conscious uses the word "I" with the awareness of "I am a soul", then that is right.

143Lēkin ' maĩ ' śhabda body conscious K|kē rūp mē̃ agar use kartē haĩ tō wrong hai .

168However, if you use the word "I" out of body consciousness, that is wrong.

144Sārē din mē̃ yē ' maĩ ' śhabda bahut ātā hai aur ānā hī hai .

169Throughout the day, you use the word "I" a great deal, and, in fact, it will be used.

145Tō abhyās karō - jab bhī ' maĩ ' śhabda kahtē hō tō maĩ kaun  ?

170So, practise being aware of yourself: when you use the word "I", who are you?

146Vāstav mē̃ ' maĩ ' hai hī ātmā .

171In fact, you are a soul.

147Śharīr kō ' mērā ' kahtē haĩ .

172Do you refer to the body as "I"?

148Tō ' maĩ ' śhabda agar ātma abhimānī bankar kahē̃gē tō ātmā kō bāp svataḥ yād hai . 149Kahnē key|kī bhī jarūrat nahī̃ paṛēgī .

173You speak of it as "mine". 174If you use the word "I" in soul consciousness, the soul will automatically remember the Father.

150Hū̃ hī maĩ ātmā - yē abhyās ḍāl dō .

175There won't be any need to say anything. 176"I am a soul".

151Jaisē yē ulṭā abhyās paṛ gayā hai aur natural hō gayā hai ki jab ' maĩ ' śhabda bōltē hō tō apnā nām-rūp smr̥iti mē̃ ā jātā hai .

177Instil this practice in the same way you have the wrong practice of the natural awareness of your name and form when you speak of yourself. 178“Who am I?

152Maĩ kaun hū̃  ?

179I am so-and-so.

153Maĩ phalānī hū̃ .

180What am I like?”

154Yah natural hō gayā hai nā  ? 155Sōchnā nahī̃ paṛtā hai .

181You have had this wrong practice and it has become natural.

156Tō yē jō ulṭē bhāv sē ' maĩ ' śhabda use kartē hō tabhī result mē̃ mēhnat jyādā aur prāpti cum|kam hōtī .

182You don't even have to think about it. 183When you use the word "I" with the wrong awareness, you have to work harder and attain less results.

157Kaī bachchē kahtē haĩ ham tō bahut sēvā kartē haĩ , bahut mēhnat kartē haĩ lēkin prāpti itnī nahī̃ hōtī hai .

184Many children say that they are doing a lot of service, that they are making great effort, but that there isn't that much attainment. 185What is the reason for this?

158Uskā kāraṇ kyā  ?

186Everyone has received the same blessing.

159Vardān sabkō ēk hai , 60 sāl vālō̃ kō bhī ēk tō ēk mās vālē kō bhī ēk hai .

187Or, do some have different blessings? 188Those of 60 years have the same blessing as those who are just one month old.

160Khajānē sabhī kō ēk jaisē haĩ .

189The treasures of everyone are the same.

161Pālnā sabkō ēk jaisī hai , dincharyā , maryādā sabkē liē ēk jaisī hai .

190Everyone receives the same sustenance; the daily timetable and the maryadas are the same for everyone.

162Dūsrī-dūsrī tō nahī̃ hai nā  !

191They are not different for some.

163Aisē tō nahī̃ , vidēśh key|kī maryādāyē̃ aur haĩ , india key|kī aur haĩ , aisē tō nahī̃  ?

192It isn't that the maryadas for those in the foreign lands are different from the maryadas for those in India. 193It isn't like that, is it?

164Thōṛā-thōṛā phark hai  ?

194Is there a slight difference?

165Nahī̃ hai  ?

195There isn't, is there?

166Tō jab sab ēk hai phir kiskō saphaltā miltī hai , kiskō cum|kam miltī hai - kyō̃  ?

196Since everything is the same, why is it that some receive success whereas others receive less success? 197What is the reason for this?

167Kāraṇ  ? 168Bāp madad cum|kam dētā hai kyā  ?

198Is it that the Father gives less help?

169Kiskō jyādā dētā hō , kiskō cum|kam , aisē hai  ?

199Is it that He gives more help to some than to others?

170Nahī̃ hai .

200It isn't like that.

171Phir kyō̃ hōtā hai  ?

201In that case, why is it like this?

172Matlab kyā huā  ?

202What does this mean?

173Apnī galtī hai .

203That it is your own mistake.

174Yā tō body-conscious vālā maĩ-pan ā jātā hai , yā kabhī-kabhī jō sāthī haĩ unhō̃ key|kī saphaltā kō dēkh īrṣhyā bhī ā jātī hai .

204You either have the consciousness of "I" in terms of body consciousness, or you sometimes become jealous when you see the success of your companions.

175Us īrṣhyā K|kē kāraṇ jō dil sē sēvā karnī chāhiyē , vō dimāg sē kartē haĩ lēkin dil sē nahī̃ .

205It is because of that jealousy that you do the service that you should do with your heart simply with your head and not with your heart.

176Aur phal miltā hai dil sē sēvā karnē kā .

206In fact, fruit is received from the service done with the heart.

177Kaī bār bachchē dimāg use kartē haĩ lēkin dil aur dimāg dōnō̃ milākē nahī̃ kartē .

207Some children often use their heads for doing service, but they don't use both their hearts and their heads together.

178Dimāg milā hai uskō kārya mē̃ lagānā achchhā hai lēkin sirph dimāg nahī̃ .

208It is good to use the head (the intellect) that you have received, but let it not just be the head.

179Jō dil sē kartē haĩ tō dil sē karnē vālē K|kē dil mē̃ bāp kī yād bhī sadā rahtī hai .

209Those who do everything with their hearts also have remembrance of the Father in their heart.

180Sirph dimāg sē kartē haĩ tō thōṛā time dimāg mē̃ yād rahēgā - hā̃ , bābā hī karānē vālā hai , hā̃ bābā hī karānē vālā hai lēkin kuchh samay kē bād phir vō hī maĩ-pan ā jāyēgā isliē dimāg aur dil dōnō̃ kā balance rakhō .

210When you just simply do everything with your head, then, for a short time you remember in your head: “Yes, Baba is the One who is inspiring me; Baba is the One who is inspiring.” 211However, after some time, there will be that consciousness of "I" comes. 212Therefore, keep a balance of both the head and the heart.

181Tō sunāyā diamond jubilee mē̃ kyā karnā hai  ?

213So you have been told what you have to do for the Diamond Jubilee.

182Viśhēṣh bachat kā khātā jamā karō .

214Especially accumulate in your savings account.

183Aisē nahī̃ , ki sārā din mērē sē kōī aisī bāt nahī̃ huī , kiskō duḥkh nahī̃ diyā , kisī sē kuchh khiṭkhiṭ nahī̃ huī arthāt ganvāyā nahī̃ .

215It shouldn't be that you simply check and say that you didn't do anything particularly wrong throughout the day today, that you didn't cause sorrow for anyone, that you didn't have any conflict with anyone today, that is, you didn't lose anything today.

184Yē tō achchhī bāt hai ganvāyā nahī̃ lēkin jamā kiyā  ?

216It is good that you didn't lose anything, but did you accumulate anything?

185Sēvā bhī key|kī tō apnē rūhāniyat sē sēvā mē̃ saphaltā prāpt kī  ?

217You may have done service, but, did you also attain success in that service with your spirituality?

186Vā saphaltā jamā kī  ?

218Did you accumulate success?

187Tō sēvā mē̃ samay lagāyā - yē tō achchhī bāt key|kī nā lēkin sēvā kis vidhi sē key|kī  ?

219It is good that you used your time in doing service, but in what way did you do that service?

188Kaī kahtē haĩ ham tō sārā din itnē sēvā mē̃ busy rahtē haĩ jō apnā hī nahī̃ patā paṛtā .

220Many say that they are so busy doing service throughout the day that they are not even aware of themselves.

189Busy rahtē haĩ yah bahut achchhā . 190Lēkin sēvā kā pratyakṣhaphal jamā huā  ?

221It is very good that you remain busy, but did you accumulate the instant fruit of service or did you just work hard?

191Ki sirph mēhnat key|kī  ? 192Sēvā mē̃ samay 8 ghaṇṭā lagāyā lēkin 8 hī ghaṇṭē sēvā K|kē jamā huē  ?

222You may have used eight hours in doing service, but did you accumulate those eight hours in service? 223Did you accumulate that time?

193Samay jamā huā  ? 194Ki ādhā jamā huā , ādhā bhāgdauṛ mē̃ , sōchnē mē̃ gayā  ?

224Or, did you accumulate half and was half of that time spent running around and thinking about everything?

195Śhrēṣhṭh saṅkalp , śhubh bhāvnā , śhubh kāmnā K|kē saṅkalp jamā hōtē haĩ .

225Elevated thoughts and thoughts of good wishes and pure feelings have to be accumulated.

196Tō sārē din mē̃ jamā kā khātā note karō .

226So, note your account of accumulation throughout the day.

197Jab jamā kā khātā baṛhtā jāyēgā tō svataḥ hī diamond ban hī jānā hai .

227When your account of accumulation increases, you will automatically become a diamond.

198Abhī bhī samay aur saṅkalp - nā achchhē mē̃ , nā burē mē̃ hōtē haĩ .

228Even now, your time and thoughts are neither accumulated in the accounts of good or bad.

199Tō burē mē̃ nahī̃ huā yē tō bach gayē lēkin achchhē mē̃ jamā huā  ? 200Samjhā  ?

229It is good that you were saved from accumulating it in the account of bad, but did you accumulate in the account of good?

201Samay kō , saṅkalp kō bachāō , jitnā abhī bachat karē̃gē , jamā karē̃gē tō sārā kalp usī pramāṇ rājya bhī karē̃gē aur pūjya bhī banē̃gē .

230Do you understand? 231Now, save your time and your thoughts. 232The more you now save and accumulate, the more you will accordingly rule and be worshipped throughout the cycle.

202Chāhē dvāpar sē āp sākār rūp mē̃ tō girtī kalā mē̃ ātē hō lēkin āpkā jamā kiyā huā khātā āpkē jaṛ chitrō̃ key|kī pūjā karātā hai .

233Even in the copper age, when you go into the stage of descent, whatever you have accumulated enables your non-living images to be worshipped.

203Tō sab yē note karnā tō mālūm paṛ jāyēgā ki vyarth vā sādhāraṇ samay kitnā hōtā hai  ? 204Sādhāraṇ saṅkalp kitnē hōtē haĩ  ?

234Therefore, note down all of this and you will find out how much time is spent wastefully or in ordinary things and how many ordinary thoughts you have.

205Lēkin ēk attention rakhnā - agar mānō āpkā āj K|kē din jamā kā khātā bahut kam huā tō cum|kam dēkh karkē dilśhikasta nahī̃ hōnā .

235However, you have to pay attention to one thing. 236For instance, your account of accumulation might be very low for a day and you perhaps get disheartened on seeing it so low.

206Aur hī samjhō ki abhī bhī hamkō chance hai jamā karnē kā .

237Instead of that, think that, even now, you still have a chance to accumulate.

207Apnē kō umaṅg-utsāh mē̃ lāō .

238Put zeal and enthusiasm into yourself.

208Apnē āpsē race karō , dūsrē sē nahī̃ .

239Have a race with your own self, not with others.

209Apnē āpsē race karō ki āj agar 8 ghaṇṭē jamā huē tō kal 10 ghaṇṭē hō .

240Have a race with yourself for example: if today you accumulated eight hours, tomorrow you will accumulate ten hours.

210Dil-śhikast nahī̃ hōnā kyōṅki abhī phir bhī jamā karnē kā samay hai .

241However, do not become disheartened, because now is still the time for accumulating.

211Abhī too late kā board nahī̃ lagā hai .

242The board of ‘too late’ has not yet been put up.

212Final result kā time abhī announce nahī̃ huā hai .

243As yet, the time for the final result has not been announced.

213Jaisē laukik mē̃ paper key|kī date final hō jātī hai tō achchhē puruṣhārthī kyā kartē haĩ  ?

244In the world outside, what do good effort-makers do when the date of the final paper is fixed?

214Dil-śhikast hōtē haĩ yā puruṣhārth mē̃ āgē baṛhtē haĩ  ?

245Do they get disheartened or do they make progress in their efforts?

215Tō āp bhī dilśhikasta nahī̃ bannā .

246So, you too mustn't get disheartened.

216Aur hī umaṅg-utsāh mē̃ ākarkē dr̥iṛh saṅkalp karō ki mujhē apnē jamā kā khātā baṛhānā hī hai .

247Instead, have that much more zeal and enthusiasm and have the determination to increase your account of accumulation.

217Samjhā  ? 218Achchhā .

248Do you understand?

219Chārō̃ ōr K|kē jayantī key|kī mubārak dēnē vālē bachchō̃ kō , sadā bāp K|kē sāth-sāth rahnē vālē combined rūpdhārī bachchō̃ kō , sadā umaṅg-utsāh K|kē dvārā svayã kō aur aurō̃ kō āgē baṛhānē vālē bachchō̃ kō , chārō̃ ōr K|kē sēvā mē̃ āgē baṛhnē vālē sachchē sēvādhārī bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā key|kī padma-padma-padma guṇā mubārak hō .

249Achcha. 250To the children everywhere who give greetings for the birthday, to the children in the combined form who constantly stay with the Father, to the children who make themselves and others move forward with constant zeal and enthusiasm, to the truly serviceable souls everywhere who move forward in doing service, multi, multi, multimillion fold greetings and congratulations from BapDada.

220Yād-pyār kē sāth bāp bhī bachchō̃ key|kī mubārak , yād-pyār svīkār kar rahē haĩ .

251Together with giving love and remembrance, the Father is also accepting love, remembrance and greetings from the children.

221Dēkh rahē haĩ ki sabhī taraph mubārak-mubārak K|kē dil K|kē gīt baj rahē haĩ .

252Baba is seeing that songs of greetings are being sung everywhere in each one's heart.

222Tō aisē mubārak lēnē aur mubārak dēnē K|kē dōnō̃ K|kē saṅgam key|kī viśhēṣh yād-pyār aur namastē .

253So, now, special love and remembrance and namaste for the confluence of giving and receiving love, remembrance and greetings.

Blessing

223Vardān  : her|har bāt mē̃ kalyāṇ samajhkar achal , aḍōl mahāvīr bannē vālē trikāldarśhī bhav

254Blessing: May you be a trikaldarshi and unshakeable and immovable mahavir, knowing that there is benefit in everything.

224Kōī bhī bāt ēk kāl key|kī dr̥iṣhṭi sē nahī̃ dēkhō , trikāldarśhī hōkar dēkhō .

255 Do not look at any situation with the vision of just one aspect of time. 256See everything as a trikaldarshi.

225Kyō̃ , kyā kē bajāē sadā yahī saṅkalp rahē ki jō rahā hai usmē̃ kalyāṇ hai .

257Instead of asking “Why?” or “What?” always have the thought: “There is benefit in whatever is happening.”

226Jō bābā kahē vah kartē chalō , phir bābā jānē bābā kā kām jānē .

258Continue to do everything that Baba tells you to do. 259Then Baba knows and His work knows.

227Jaisē bābā chalāyē vaisē chalō tō usmē̃ kalyāṇ bharā huā hai .

260Continue to move along as Baba makes you move and that will be filled with benefit.

228Is niśhchay sē kabhī ḍagmag nahī̃ hōṅgē .

261Never let this faith fluctuate.

229Saṅkalp aur svapn mē̃ bhī vyarth saṅkalp na āyē̃ tab kahē̃gē achal , aḍōl mahāvīr .

262Let there not be any waste thoughts or dreams in your mind and you will then be called an unshakeable and immovable mahavir.

Slogan

230Slōgan  : tapasvī vah hai jō śhrīmat K|kē iśhārē pramāṇ second mē̃ nyārā aur pyārā ban jāyē .

263Slogan: A tapaswi soul is one who, with a signal of shrimat, becomes detached and loving in a second.

264*** Om Shanti ***
