Question
2Praśhna : bhakti key|kī kaun-sī bāt gyān mārg mē̃ nahī̃ chal saktī hai ?
3Question: What things of the path of devotion cannot continue on the path of knowledge?
Answer
3Uttar : bhakti mē̃ bhagvān sē kr̥ipā athavā āśhīrvād māṅgtē haĩ , gyān mārg mē̃ āśhīrvād vā kr̥ipā key|kī bāt nahī̃ .
4Answer: On the path of devotion, they ask God for mercy and blessings. 5On the path of knowledge, it is not a question of blessings or mercy. 6This is a study. 7The Father becomes the Teacher and teaches you.
4Yah paṛhāī hai , bāp teacher bankar tumkō paṛhā rahē haĩ .
8The basis of your fortune is how you study.
5Takdīr kā ādhār paṛhāī par hai . 6Agar bāp kr̥ipā karē tō sārā class hī pās|pass hō jāē isliē gyān mārg mē̃ kr̥ipā vā āśhīrvād key|kī bāt nahī̃ .
9If the Father were to have mercy, the whole class would pass. 10This is why it is not a question of mercy or blessings on the path of knowledge.
7Harēk kō apnā-apnā puruṣhārth jarūr karnā hai .
11Each of you definitely has to make your own effort.
Song
8Gīt : maĩ ēk nanhā sā bachchā hū̃ …
12Song: I am a small child and You are the Almighty.
Murli
9Ōm śhānti .
13Om shanti.
10Yah hai bhakti mārg kē liē pukār , chhōṭē aur baṛē key|kī kyōṅki samjhāyā gayā hai bhakta tō yagya , jap , tap ādi kartē haĩ , samajhtē haĩ insē paramātmā sē milnē kā rāstā milēgā .
14This call is from the young and old on the path of devotion, because it has been explained that devotees hold sacrificial fires, do chanting and tapasya etc. 15They believe that they will find a way to the Supreme Soul by doing all of that.
11Phir īśhvar kō sarvavyāpī kahnā , maĩ bhī unkā rūp hū̃ , mērē mē̃ bhī bhagvān hai , yah kahnā tō jhūṭh hai nā .
16To say that God is omnipresent, to say “I am a form of Him” or “God is also in me” are all lies.
12Vah kōī duḥkh sahan nahī̃ kartā .
17God doesn’t experience sorrow.
13Bhagvān tō alag chīz hai nā .
18God is something separate.
14Yahī manuṣhyō̃ key|kī bhūl hai jis kāraṇ duḥkh bhōg rahē haĩ .
19This is the mistake of human beings due to which they are experiencing sorrow.
15Tumhārē mē̃ bhī kōī virlē bāp kō jāntē haĩ .
20Among you also, hardly anyone knows the Father.
16Māyā ghaṛī-ghaṛī bhulā dētī hai .
21Maya repeatedly makes you forget.
17Bāp tō bār-bār kahtē haĩ , tumkō śhrīmat dētē haĩ ki apnē kō ātmā samjhō aur mujh bāp kō yād karō .
22The Father repeatedly tells you: You are given the shrimat to consider yourselves to be souls and to remember Me, the Father.
18Yah hai śhrēṣhṭh tē śhrēṣhṭh mat .
23This is the most elevated direction of all.
19Bāp key|kī śhrīmat sē manuṣhya nar sē nārāyaṇ , patit sē pāvan bantē haĩ .
24With the Father's shrimat, human beings change from ordinary humans to Narayan, from impure to pure.
20Is samay K|kē jō yah patit manuṣhya haĩ unhō̃ key|kī śhrēṣhṭh mat nahī̃ hai .
25The directions that impure human beings of this time give are not elevated.
21Bhagvān nē bhī kahā hai ki yah bhraṣhṭāchārī āsurī sampradāy hai .
26God has also said that this is the corrupt, devilish community.
22Bāp kahtē haĩ tumhārā dēvī-dēvtā dharm bahut sukh dēnē vālā hai .
27The Father says: Your deity religion is one that gives a lot of happiness.
23Tumnē bahut sukh pāyā hai , yah banā-banāyā drama hai .
28You attained a lot of happiness. 29This drama is predestined.
24Aisē nahī̃ ki bhagvān nē kyō̃ banāyā hai ?
30One shouldn’t ask: Why has God created this drama?
25Yah tō anādi drama hai nā .
31This drama is eternal.
26Gyān mānā din , bhakti mānā rāt .
32Knowledge means the day and devotion means the night.
27Gyān sē ab tum svargvāsī ban rahē hō , bhakti sē narkvāsī banē hō .
33With knowledge, you are now becoming residents of heaven whereas with devotion you have become residents of hell.
28Parantu manuṣhya pattharbuddhi hōnē kāraṇ samajhtē nahī̃ .
34However, because human beings have stone intellects, they don't understand.
29Krōdh kitnā bhārī hai .
35Anger is very bad.
30Kitnē bombs banātē rahtē haĩ , samajhtē haĩ vināśh jarūr hōgā .
36They continue to manufacture so many bombs. 37They understand that destruction will definitely take place.
31Tō yah bhraṣhṭāchārī buddhi huī nā .
38Therefore, their intellects are degraded, are they not?
32Kaliyug kō kahā jātā hai rāvaṇ rājya .
39The iron age is called the kingdom of Ravan.
33Rāvaṇ hī bhraṣhṭāchārī banātē haĩ .
40It is Ravan that makes you degraded.
34Bāp ākar ordinance nikāltē haĩ ki ab bhraṣhṭāchār band karō .
41The Father comes and issues an ordinance: Stop this degradation!
35Number one bhraṣhṭāchār hai ēk-dō kō patit banānā .
42The number one degradation is to make one another impure.
36Yah hai vēśhyālay .
43This is a brothel.
37Kaliyugī bhārat kō vēśhyālay kahā jātā hai .
44Iron-aged Bharat is called a brothel.
38Sab viṣh sē paidā hōnē vālē haĩ .
45Everyone is born through vice.
39Satyug kō kahā jātā hai śhivālay .
46The golden age is called Shivalaya.
40Śhivbābā kā sthāpan kiyā huā pavitra bhārat .
47It was the pure Bharat that was established by Shiv Baba.
41Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ ādi kō kahā jātā hai sarvguṇ sampann , 16 kalā sampūrṇ , sampūrṇ nirvikārī … phir yah praśhna nahī̃ uṭh saktā ki bachchē kaisē paidā hōtē haĩ ?
48Lakshmi and Narayan etc. are called full of all virtues, 16 celestial degrees full, completely viceless. 49In that case, the question of how children are born cannot arise.
42Jabki tum bachchē yōgbal sē viśhva K|kē mālik ban saktē hō tō yōgbal sē kyā nahī̃ hō saktā hai !
50Since it is through the power of yoga that you children become the masters of the world, what is not possible through the power of yoga?
43Bābā kahtē haĩ tum yōgbal sē śhrīmat par svarg K|kē mālik ban saktē hō tō vahā̃ yōgbal sē bachchē bhī paidā hōṅgē .
51Baba says: Through the power of yoga you can become the masters of heaven by following shrimat. 52Children there can be born through the power of yoga.
44Bāhubal sē sārī sr̥iṣhṭi par rājya nahī̃ kar saktē .
53You cannot rule the whole world with physical power.
45Unhō̃ kā hai bāhubal , tumhārā hai yōgbal .
54Theirs is physical power whereas yours is yoga power.
46Tum sarvśhaktimān bāp sē yōg lagātē hō .
55You have yoga with the Almighty Authority Father.
47Sarvśhaktimān bāp khud kahtē haĩ mujhē yād karō tō tumhārē vikarma vināśh hōṅgē .
56The Almighty Father Himself says: Remember Me and your sins will be absolved.
48Parantu kōī key|kī buddhi mē̃ ṭhahartā nahī̃ .
57However, this doesn't stay in anyone's intellect.
49Usī samay hā̃-hā̃ kahtē haĩ phir bhūl jātē haĩ .
58They say, "Yes, yes", at that time and then forget.
50Barōbar bhagvān bēhad kā bāp rājyōg sikhlākar gyān sē hamārā śhrr̥iṅgār kar rahē haĩ .
59Truly God, the unlimited Father, is decorating you with knowledge by teaching you Raja Yoga.
51Phir bhī buddhi mē̃ nahī̃ baiṭhtā hai tō kahē̃gē uskī takdīr mē̃ nahī̃ hai isliē tadbīr nahī̃ kartē .
60In spite of that, if it doesn't sit in your intellect, it would be said that it is not in your fortune, and that is why you do not make effort.
52Teacher tō sabkō paṛhātē haĩ phir kōī kitnā paṛhtē haĩ , kōī nā-pass hō jātē haĩ .
61A teacher teaches everyone and then some study to a certain extent and some fail.
53Teacher kō thōṛēhī kahē̃gē āśhīrvād karō .
62You wouldn't ask your teacher to give you blessings.
54Paṛhāī mē̃ āśhīrvād , kr̥ipā ādi nahī̃ chaltī hai .
63In a study, there cannot be mercy or blessings etc.
55Gyān mārg mē̃ tō bāp tumkō namastē kartē haĩ .
64On the path of knowledge, the Father says namaste to you.
56Kr̥ipā vā āśhīrvād nahī̃ māṅgnī hai .
65You mustn't ask for mercy or blessings.
57Bāp kē pās bachchā āyā tō vah mālik hī ban jātā hai .
66When a child comes to the Father, the child becomes a master.
58Bāp kahtē haĩ yah tō mālik hai , kr̥ipā key|kī bāt nahī̃ .
67The Father says: This one is a master; there is no question of mercy.
59Bāp key|kī milkiyat sō bachchē kī hō gaī .
68The father's property becomes the child's property.
60Hā̃ , bākī bachchō̃ kō sudhārnā , vah phir teacher kā kām hai .
69However, yes, it is a teacher's duty to reform children.
61Teacher kahē̃gē paṛhō .
70A teacher would ask you to study.
62Paṛhnā tumhārā kām hai .
71It is your duty to study.
63Kr̥ipā kyā karē̃gē ?
72What mercy would he have?
64Gurū kā bhī farj hai rāstā batānā , sadgati mārg kā . 65Āśhīrvād key|kī bāt nahī̃ .
73It is a guru's duty to show you the path to salvation; there is no question of blessings.
66Yah tō ēk hī bāp , teacher , gurū hai .
74This is the only One who is the Father, Teacher and Guru.
67Tīnō̃ sē kr̥ipā māṅgnē key|kī bāt nahī̃ .
75There is no question of asking for mercy from any of the three.
68Bēsamajh manuṣhyō̃ kō bāp baiṭh samajh dētē haĩ .
76The Father sits here and gives wisdom to senseless human beings.
69Yah tō unkī āśhīrvād hai hī .
77This is His blessing anyway.
70Bākī us par chalnā bachchō̃ kā kām hai .
78However, it is the children's duty to follow.
71Gāyā huā hai - śhrīmat bhagvānuvāch .
79It has been remembered: Shrimat spoken by God.
72Vah hai ūñch tē ūñch tō unkī mat bhī ūñch hōgī nā .
80He is the Highest on High and so His directions would also be elevated.
73Śhrīmat sē tum śhrēṣhṭh dēvī-dēvtā ban rahē hō number-vār puruṣhārth anusār .
81By following shrimat, you become elevated deities, numberwise, according to your efforts.
74Tum bhī samajh saktē hō ham kitnī marks sē pās|pass hōṅgē .
82You can also understand how many marks you will pass with.
75School mē̃ student samajh tō saktē haĩ nā - hamnē pūrā paṛhā nahī̃ hai isliē ham nā-pass hōṅgē .
83At school, students can understand that they will fail because they haven't studied fully.
76Bāp bhī register sē samajh jātē haĩ yah nā-pass hōgā .
84Even a father can tell from the register that his child will fail.
77Yah bhī bēhad kā bāp , teacher , gurū ēk hī hai .
85This One is the unlimited Father, Teacher and Guru.
78Yah bhī jāntē haĩ , bachchē bhī jāntē haĩ ham paṛhtē nahī̃ .
86This One knows and the children know when they are not studying.
79Paṛhtē nahī̃ tō jarūr cum|kam pad hōgā .
87If you don't study, your status will definitely be low.
80Yah bhī puruṣhārth nahī̃ kartē ki achchhā ham tīkhā paṛhē̃ .
88You are not even making effort to study well.
81Bhal kitnā bhī māthā mārtē hai , samjhātē haĩ tō bhī kuchh kartē nahī̃ .
89No matter how much Baba beats His head and explains to you, you don't do anything.
82Śhrīmat par na chalnē sē cum|kam pad pāyēṅgē .
90When shrimat is not followed, a low status is claimed.
83Jō bachchē bantē haĩ vah dynasty mē̃ tō ā jāyēṅgē .
91Those who become the children will become part of the dynasty.
84Unmē̃ bhī bahut pad haĩ nā .
92There are many levels of status in that too.
85Dās-dāsī bhī bantē haĩ .
93There are those who even become maids and servants.
86Bachchē jāntē haĩ paṛhē̃gē , paṛhāyēṅgē nahī̃ tō dās-dāsī banē̃gē .
94You children know that if you don't study and teach others, you become maids and servants.
87Parantu vah bhī royal rahtē haĩ .
95However, they too remain royal.
88Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ K|kē hīrē javāharō̃ K|kē mahal hōṅgē , tō dās-dāsiyā̃ bhī vahā̃ rahē̃gī nā .
96Lakshmi and Narayan will have palaces studded with jewels and diamonds, and the maids and servants will also reside there.
89Phir number-vār āgē chal pad pā saktē haĩ .
97They can then claim a higher status in the future, numberwise.
90Prajā mē̃ bhī number-vār haĩ .
98The subjects too are numberwise.
91Bhakti mārg mē̃ manuṣhya insure kartē haĩ nā . 92Īśhvar arth|earth dān dētē haĩ .
99People insure everything on the path of devotion; they make donations in the name of God.
93Samjhō kōī nē hospital banāī hōgī tō dūsrē janm mē̃ achchhī nirōgī kāyā milēgī .
100For instance, if someone had a hospital built, he would receive a healthy body free from disease in his next birth.
94Alpkāl kē liē phal tō miltā hai nā .
101Temporary fruit is definitely received.
95Kōī nē pāṭhśhālā khōlī hōgī tō dūsrē janm mē̃ achchhā paṛhē̃gē .
102If someone opened a school, he would study well in his next birth.
96Dharmaśhālā khōlī hōgī tō dūsrē janm mē̃ rahnē kē liē achchhā makān milēgā .
103If someone opened a dharamshala, he would have a good house to stay in, in his next birth.
97Tō yah insure karnā huā nā .
104Therefore, this is insuring, is it not?
98Har ēk apnē kō insure kartē haĩ .
105Each one insures himself.
99Abhī tumhārā hai direct īśhvar kē sāth .
106Everything of yours is now direct with God.
100Vah hai indirect , yah hai direct insure karnā .
107That is indirect whereas this is insuring directly.
101Bābā yah sab kuchh āpkā hī hai , ham trustee haĩ .
108“Baba, all of this is Yours; I am a trustee.
102Inkē badalē|badlē mē̃ āp hamē̃ 21 janm kē liē svarājya dē dēnā .
109In return for this, You give us self-sovereignty for 21 births.”
103Yah huā direct bāp kō insure karnā , 21 janma liē .
110This is insuring directly with the Father for 21 births.
104Bāp kahtē haĩ apnā bag-baggage sab satyug mē̃ transfer kar dō .
111The Father says: Transfer your bags and baggage to the golden age.
105Jaisē laṛāī lagtī hai tō phir chhōṭē-chhōṭē rājāyē̃ baṛē rājāō̃ kē pās apnī milkiyat rakhtē haĩ . 106Phir laṛāī jab pūrī hō jātī hai tō phir baṛō̃ sē vāpis lē lētē haĩ .
112When war breaks out, the smaller kings place all their wealth with the bigger king, and then, when the war is over, they take all their wealth back.
107Bābā tō in bātō̃ kā anubhavī hai nā .
113Baba is experienced in these things.
108Bāp bhī jāntē haĩ , yah dādā bhī jāntē haĩ .
114The Father knows and Dada also knows.
109Samajhnā chāhiē hamkō dādā dvārā bābā sē varsā miltā hai .
115You should understand that you are receiving the inheritance from Baba through Dada.
110Bāp paṛhātē haĩ .
116The Father is teaching you.
111Heavenly god father vah bāp hai , yah nahī̃ , yah hai dādā .
117That Father, not this one, is Heavenly God, the Father. 118This one is Dada (the elder brother).
112Pahlē jarūr dādē kā bannā paṛē . 113Bābā , ham āpkē haĩ , āpsē ham varsā lē̃gē .
119Firstly, you definitely have to belong to Dada (Grandfather): Baba, I belong to You, I will claim my inheritance from You.
114Aur sab taraph sē buddhiyōg tōṛnā ismē̃ mēhnat hai .
120To remove your intellect’s yoga from everyone else requires effort.
115Bāp kahtē haĩ abhī aur gurū ādi K|kē mantra kōī bhī kām mē̃ nahī̃ āyēṅgē .
121The Father says: Now, all the mantras from the gurus etc. are not going to be of any use.
116Kōī bhī manuṣhya mātra kā mantra abhī kām nahī̃ āyēgā .
122None of the mantras from any of the human beings are going to be of use now.
117Maĩ tumkō kahtā hū̃ mujhē yād karō tō tumhārī vijay hai .
123I tell you: Remember Me and victory is yours.
118Tumhārē sir par pāpō̃ kā bōjhā bahut hai .
124You have big burdens of sins on your heads.
119Ab mujhē yād karō tō vikarma vināśh hōṅgē .
125Now remember Me and your sins will be absolved.
120Phir tumkō svarg mē̃ bhēj dū̃gā .
126Then I will send you to heaven.
121Pahlē tō yah niśhchay chāhiē nā .
127First of all, you have to have this faith.
122Niśhchay nahī̃ hai tō bābā buddhi kā tālā bhī nahī̃ khōltā , dhārṇā nahī̃ hōtī .
128If you don’t have faith, Baba doesn't open the locks on your intellects and you don’t imbibe anything.
123Bāp kā banē tō varsē kā bhī hakdār banē .
129When you belong to the Father, you also claim a right to the inheritance.
124Buddhi mē̃ baiṭhtā nahī̃ hai .
130This doesn't sit in some intellects.
125Kōī-kōī nayē bhī purānō̃ sē tīkhē chalē jātē haĩ .
131Some new ones go ahead of the older ones. 132The Father explains very clearly.
126Bāp tō achchhī rīti samjhātē haĩ . 127Jitnā jō paṛhē̃gē utnī kamāī hai .
133To the extent that someone studies, accordingly he earns an income.
128Yah god fatherly knowledge source of income hai .
134This Godfatherly knowledge is your source of income.
129Tum viśhva kā mālik bantē hō , knowledge sē .
135By studying this knowledge you become the masters of the world.
130Manuṣhyō̃ mē̃ yah gyān thōṛēhī hai .
136Human beings don't have this knowledge.
131Ab tum mērē bachchē āsurī sampradāy sē daivī sampradāy , bhraṣhṭāchārī sē śhrēṣhṭhāchārī ban rahē hō .
137You have now become My children. 138From the devilish community, you now belong to the deity community. 139From corrupt, you are becoming elevated.
132Sivāē śhrīmat K|kē kōī bhī śhrēṣhṭhāchārī ban nahī̃ saktā .
140No one can become elevated without following shrimat.
133Nahī̃ tō phir ant mē̃ sajāyē̃ khākar vāpis jāyēṅgē .
141Otherwise, at the end, you will return home after experiencing punishment.
134Bhal thōṛā-bahut jō suntē haĩ vō svarg mē̃ āyēṅgē parantu bilkul hī sādhāraṇ prajā mē̃ .
142Although those who listen to a little knowledge will go to heaven, they will attain a completely ordinary status amongst the subjects.
135Martabē tō number-vār hōtē haĩ nā .
143The status there is numberwise.
136Vahā̃ aisē garīb nahī̃ hōṅgē jō kiskō rōṭī nahī̃ milē .
144There, people won't be so poor that they don't have chapattis to eat.
137Yahā̃ jaisē garīb vahā̃ nahī̃ hōtē .
145Poor people there are not like the poor people here.
138Sukh sabkō rahtā hai .
146Everyone has happiness there.
139Parantu aisē nahī̃ samajhnā hai - achchhā , prajā tō prajā hī sahī .
147Don't think: It’s OK even if I am one of the subjects. 148That is weakness.
140Yah tō kamjōrī huī nā . 141Pahlē tō pakkā niśhchay chāhiē . 142Yah nirākār bhagvānuvāch hai .
149First of all, there has to be the firm faith that these are the versions of incorporeal God.
143Bhagvān kahtē haĩ mujhē manuṣhya chōlā tō nahī̃ hai .
150God says: I do not take a human costume.
144Mērā nām hai śhiv .
151My name is Shiva.
145Bākī jō bhī dēvtāyē̃ yā manuṣhya haĩ , sabkē śharīr par nām haĩ , mērā nām śharīr par nahī̃ hai .
152All deities and human beings have names given to their bodies. 153I do not have a bodily name.
146Mujhē apnā śharīr hī nahī̃ hai .
154I do not have a body of My own.
147Śharīrdhārī kō bhagvān nahī̃ kahā jātā , manuṣhya kahā jātā hai .
155Bodily beings cannot be called God; they are called human beings.
148Manuṣhya kō bhagvān mānnē sē hī bhāratvāsī bēsamajh ban gayē haĩ .
156It is due to considering human beings to be God that the people of Bharat have become senseless.
149Nahī̃ tō bhāratvāsī bahut sayānē thē .
157Otherwise, the people of Bharat were very wise and sensible.
150Pahlē bhārat mē̃ kapṛā ādi bahut refine achchhā bantā thā .
158Earlier, the cloth etc. of Bharat was good, very refined.
151Abhī tō vah chīz ban nahī̃ saktī .
159Now, they cannot make those same things.
