1 « satyatā kā foundation hai pavitratā aur niśhānī hai - chalan vā chēhrē mē̃ divyatā ' '
1The foundation of truth is purity and its’ sign is divinity on one’s face and in one's activity.
2Āj sat-bāp , sat-śhikṣhak , satgurū apnē chārō̃ ōr K|kē satyatā K|kē śhakti svarūp bachchō̃ kō dēkh rahē haĩ .
2Today, the true Father, the true Teacher and the Satguru is seeing His children everywhere who are embodiments of the power of truth.
3Satyatā kā foundation pavitratā hai . 4Aur satyatā kā practical pramāṇ chēhrē par aur chalan mē̃ divyatā hōgī .
3The foundation of truth is purity, and the practical proof of truth is divinity on your face and in your activity.
5Duniyā mē̃ bhī anēk ātmāyē̃ apnē kō satyavādī kahtē haĩ vā samajhtē haĩ lēkin sampūrṇ satyatā pavitratā K|kē ādhār par hōtī hai .
4Many souls in the world call themselves truthful or consider themselves to be truthful, but complete truthfulness is based on purity.
6Pavitratā nahī̃ tō sadā satyatā rah nahī̃ saktī hai .
5If there isn't purity, there cannot be constant truthfulness.
7Tō āp sabkā foundation kyā hai ?
6So, what is the foundation of all of you?
8Pavitratā .
7Purity.
9Tō pavitratā K|kē ādhār par satyatā kā svarūp svataḥ aur sahaj sadā hōtā hai .
8On the basis of purity, constantly being an embodiment of truth is natural and easy.
10Satyatā sirph sach bōlnā , sach karnā iskō nahī̃ kahā jātā lēkin sabsē pahlā satya jissē āpkō pavitratā key|kī vā satyatā key|kī śhakti I|āī|eye , tō pahlī bāt hai apnē satya svarūp kō jānā , maĩ ātmā hū̃ - yē satya svarūp pahlē nahī̃ jāntē thē .
9Truth is not just speaking the truth and doing what is truthful, but the first truth is that through which you received the power of purity or the power of truth. 10Therefore, the first aspect is to know your true form: I am a soul. 11Previously, you did not know this true form.
11Lēkin pahlā satya apnē svarūp kō jānā .
12So, the first truth is to know yourself in your true form.
12Maĩ phalānī hū̃ yā phalānā hū̃ , body K|kē hisāb sē vah satya svarūp thā ?
13Did you have the form of truth in terms of the physical body: "I am so-and-so or I am such-and-such?"
13Satya svarūp hai pahlē sva svarūp aur phir bāp K|kē satya parichay kō jānā .
14To know the true form is firstly to know your own form and then to have the introduction of the Father.
14Achchhī tarah sē apnā satya svarūp aur bāp kā satya parichay jān liyā hai ?
15Do you know your own true form very well and do you have the Father's true introduction?
15Tīsrī bāt - is sr̥iṣhṭi chakra kō bhī satya svarūp sē jānā . 16Yah chakra kyā hai aur ismē̃ mērā part kyā hai !
16Thirdly, you also know the world cycle in its true form: what this cycle is and what your part in it is.
17Tō apnā part achchhī tarah sē spaṣhṭ rūp sē jān liyā ?
17Do you now know your part well and very clearly?
18Āpkā part achchhā hai nā ?
18Your part is good, is it not?
19Sabsē achchhā part saṅgamyug kā kahē̃gē .
19The best part is said to be that of the confluence age.
20Lēkin āpkā dēv ātmā kā part bhī viśhva mē̃ sārē chakra key|kī ātmāō̃ sē śhrēṣhṭh hai .
20However, compared to the souls of the world throughout the cycle, your parts of deity souls are also elevated.
21Chāhē dharm ātmāyē̃ , mahān ātmāyē̃ bhī part bajātī haĩ lēkin vō ātmā aur śharīr dōnō̃ sē pavitra nahī̃ haĩ aur āp dēv ātmāyē̃ śharīr aur ātmā dōnō̃ sē pavitra haĩ , jō sārē kalp mē̃ aur kōī ātmā aisī nahī̃ .
21Even though the religious leaders and the great souls play their parts, those souls are not pure in both body and soul, whereas you deity souls are pure, both in body and in soul, which no other souls throughout the cycle are.
22Tō pavitratā kā foundation sivāē āpkē aur kōī bhī ātmā kā śhrēṣhṭh nahī̃ hai .
22So, no one, apart from you souls, has the elevated foundation of purity.
23Āpkō dēv ātmā kā part yād hai ?
23Do you remember the part of the deity souls?
24Pāṇḍavō̃ kō yād hai ?
24Do the Pandavas remember it?
25Dēv ātmā key|kī pavitratā natural rūp mē̃ rahī hai .
25Deity souls have purity in a natural form.
26Mahān ātmāyē̃ , ātmāō̃ kō pavitra banātī haĩ lēkin bahut puruṣhārth sē , natural nahī̃ .
26Great souls make other souls pure, but, with a lot of effort; it is not natural.
27Na natural hai na nature rūp mē̃ hai . 28Aur āpkī ādhā kalp pavitratā key|kī jīvan natural bhī hai aur nature bhī hai .
27Neither is it natural, nor is it part of their nature, whereas for you, you have a natural life of purity for half a cycle and you also have that nature.
29Kōī puruṣhārth vahā̃ nahī̃ hai .
28You do not make any effort there.
30Yahā̃ kā puruṣhārth vahā̃ natural hō jātā hai kyōṅki vahā̃ apavitratā kā nām-niśhān nahī̃ , mālūm hī nahī̃ ki apavitratā bhī hōtī hai isliē āpkē pavitratā kā practical svarūp dēvtā arthāt divyatā kā hai .
29The effort made here makes it natural there, because there is no name or trace of impurity there. 30You are not even aware that there is such a thing as impurity. 31This is why the practical form of your purity is that of the deities, that is, of divinity.
31Is samay duniyā vālē kitnā bhī apnē kō satyavān samajhē̃ lēkin sva svarūp key|kī satyatā hī nahī̃ jāntē .
32At this time, no matter how truthful people of the world consider themselves to be, they still do not know the truth of their original form.
32Bāp K|kē satya parichay kō hī nahī̃ jāntē .
33They do not have the true introduction of the Father.
33Tō sampūrṇ satya svarūp nahī̃ kahē̃gē .
34So, you cannot call their form completely true.
34Āpmē̃ bhī satyatā key|kī śhakti sadā tab rahēgī jab apnē aur bāp K|kē satya svarūp key|kī smr̥iti rahēgī , tō svataḥ hī her|har saṅkalp bhī āpkā satya hōgā .
35You can only have the power of truth constantly when you have the awareness of the true form of yourself and of the Father. 36So, your every thought will then be constantly true.
35Abhī kabhī bhūl bhī jātē hō , body-conscious mē̃ ā jātē hō tō saṅkalp sadā satyatā K|kē śhaktiśhālī hō , pavitratā K|kē śhaktiśhālī hō , vah sadā nahī̃ rahtā . 36Sadā rahtā hai ki vyarth bhī hōtā hai ?
37At present, you even forget sometimes or, when you become body conscious, your thoughts are not constantly filled with the power of truth or the power of purity. 38Do you constantly have these types of thoughts or do you even have waste thoughts?
37Tō vyarth kō satya kahē̃gē ?
39Would you call waste thoughts truthful?
38Jhūṭh tō bōlā hī nahī̃ tō kyō̃ nahī̃ satya hai ?
40You did not say anything false, so why would you not call them true?
39Agar kōī yah samajhkar baiṭhē ki maĩ kabhī bhī jhūṭh nahī̃ bōltī , sadā sach bōltī lēkin satyatā key|kī parakh hai ki saṅkalp , bōl , karma , sambandh-sampark sabmē̃ divyatā anubhav hō .
41If someone were to say "I don't ever tell a lie, I always tell the truth", then the recognition of this truth is that there would constantly be divinity experienced in that one's thoughts, words, deeds, relationships and connections.
40Bōl sach rahē haĩ lēkin divyatā nahī̃ hai , dēkhtē hō nā - kaī bār-bār kahē̃gē maĩ sach bōltī , maĩ sach bōltī .
42You may be speaking the truth, but there is no divinity. 43You can see that someone repeatedly says: I am telling the truth, I am telling the truth, I am always truthful.
41Maĩ sadā sachchī hū̃ lēkin bōl mē̃ , karma mē̃ agar divyatā nahī̃ hai tō dūsrē kō āpkā sach , sach nahī̃ lagēgā .
44However, if you are constantly truthful and yet there isn't that divinity in your words or deeds, then others would not feel your truth to be the truth.
42Yahī samajhē̃gē ki yah apnē kō siddh kar rahī hai lēkin samajh mē̃ nahī̃ ātā ki yah satya hai .
45They would feel that you are only trying to justify yourself; they would not be able to believe that that is the truth.
43Satya kō siddha karnē kē liē siddha karnē key|kī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ hai .
46In order to prove the truth, there is no need to try to prove it.
44Agar apnē satya kō jid sē siddh kartē haĩ tō vah divyatā dikhāī nahī̃ dētī hai . 45Yē sādhāraṇtā hai , jō duniyā mē̃ bhī kartē haĩ .
47If you prove your own truthfulness with stubbornness, that divinity would not be visible; it would only be something ordinary, which everyone in the world also does.
46Aur bāpdādā satya key|kī niśhānī ēk slōgan mē̃ kahtē haĩ , sākār dvārā bhī sunā jō sachchā hōgā vah kaisē dikhāī dēgā !
48BapDada gives the definition of truth in a slogan that you also heard from sakar Baba. 49What would one who is truthful look like? 50Where there is truth, the soul dances.
47Sach tō nach . 48Sadā khuśhī mē̃ nāchtā rahēgā .
51The soul will constantly dance in happiness.
49Jab jid karkē siddha kartē tō āp apnā yā dūsrē kā chēhrā note karē̃gē tō vah khuśhī kā nahī̃ hōgā .
52When you try to prove yourself right with stubbornness, then, if you observe your own or someone else's face, it would not be a face with happiness on it.
50Thōṛā sōchnē kā aur thōṛā udāsī kā hōgā .
53The face would be filled with thoughts or sadness.
51Nāchnē kā nahī̃ hōgā .
54It would not be a face of one who is dancing.
52Sach tō biṭhō nach , sachchā khuśhī mē̃ nāchtā hai .
55Where there is truth, the soul dances in happiness.
53Tō khuśhī mē̃ jīvan K|kē din yā rāt bahut achchhī lagtī hai . 54Aur thōṛā bhī satya mē̃ asatya mix hai tō us samay key|kī jīvan itnī achchhī nahī̃ lagēgī .
56Days and nights spent in happiness are enjoyed very much, but if there is the slightest untruth mixed with the truth, life at that time would not be enjoyable.
55Tō satyatā kā arth|earth hī hai satya svarūp mē̃ sthit hōkē chāhē saṅkalp , chāhē bōl , chāhē karma karnā .
57The meaning of truth is to stabilise in your true form and then to create thoughts, speak words and perform actions.
56Ājkal duniyā vālē tō spaṣhṭ kahtē haĩ ki ājkal sachchē lōgō̃ kā chalnā hī muśhkil hai , jhūṭh bōlnā hī paṛēgā .
58Nowadays, people of the world clearly say of themselves: Nowadays, it is difficult for honest people to move along; they have to tell lies.
57Lēkin kaī samay par , kaī paristhitiyō̃ mē̃ brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ bhī mukh sē nahī̃ bōltī lēkin andar samajhtī haĩ ki kahā̃-kahā̃ chaturāī sē tō chalnā hī paṛtā hai .
59However, at certain times, in certain situations, although Brahmin souls do not tell lies through their lips, you understand internally that, sometimes, you have to be very clever with others.
58Uskō jhūṭh nahī̃ kahtē lēkin chaturāī kahtē haĩ .
60That is not called a lie, but it is called cleverness.
59Tō chaturāī kyā hai ?
61So, what is the cleverness?
60Yah tō karnā hī paṛtā hai !
62Of course you have to be this!
61Tō vah spaṣhṭ bōltē haĩ aur brāhmaṇ royal bhāṣhā mē̃ bōltē haĩ .
63So, those people tell lies clearly, whereas Brahmins tell them using royal language.
62Phir kahtē haĩ mērā bhāv nahī̃ thā , na bhāvnā thī na bhāv thā lēkin karnā hī paṛtā hai , chalnā hī paṛtā hai .
64They then say: That was not my intention. 65It was neither my feeling nor my intention, but I had to do it; I have to interact in that way.
63Lēkin brahmā bāp kō dēkhā , sākār hai nā , nirākār kē liē tō āp bhī sōchtē hō ki śhiv bāp tō nirākār hai , ūpar majē mē̃ baiṭhā hai , nīchē āvē tō patā paṛē kyā hai !
66However, you saw Father Brahma, because he too was in the corporeal form. 67Of course, for the incorporeal One, you think: Father Shiva is incorporeal. 68He is sitting up above enjoying Himself; if He were to come down here, He would then know!
64Lēkin brahmā bāp tō sākār svarūp mē̃ āp sabkē sāth hī rahē , student bhī rahē aur satyatā va pavitratā kē liē kitnī opposition huī tō chālākī sē chalā ?
69However, Father Brahma, in his corporeal form, stayed with all of you. 70He was a student and he also had to withstand so much opposition for the sake of truth and purity. 71Did he move along with that cleverness?
65Lōgō̃ nē kitnā rāy dī|the ki āp sīdhā aisē nahī̃ kahō ki pavitra rahnā hī hai , yah kahō ki thōṛā-thōṛā rahō .
72So many people advised him: Do not tell people directly that they have to remain pure. 73Instead, tell them that they just have to remain a little pure.
66Lēkin brahmā bāp ghabrāyā ?
74However, was Father Brahma afraid?
67Satyatā key|kī śhakti dhāraṇ karnē mē̃ sahanśhakti key|kī bhī āvaśhyaktā hai .
75In order for you to imbibe the power of truth, the power to tolerate is also essential.
68Sahan karnā paṛtā hai , jhuknā paṛtā hai , hār mānnī paṛtī hai lēkin vah hār nahī̃ hai , us samay kē liē hār lagtī hai lēkin hai sadā key|kī vijay .
76You have to tolerate, you have to bow down. 77You have to accept defeat. 78However, that defeat is not defeat. 79Although it feels like defeat at that time, it is victory for all time.
69Satyatā key|kī śhakti sē āj diamond jubilee manā rahē haĩ .
80Today, you are celebrating the Diamond Jubilee with the power of truth.
70Agar pavitratā aur satyatā nahī̃ hōtī tō āj āpkē chēhrō̃ sē , chalan sē ānē vālō̃ kō jō divyatā anubhav hōtī hai vah nahī̃ hōtī .
81If you hadn't had purity or truth, then others would not have experienced on your faces and in your activities the divinity that they experience today.
71Chāhē pyādā bhī hai , number-vār tō hai hī nā . 72Mahārathī bhī haĩ , nām K|kē mahārathī nahī̃ , lēkin jō sachchē mahārathī haĩ arthāt satyatā key|kī śhakti sē chalnē vālē mahārathī haĩ . 73Jō paristhiti kō dēkhkar satyatā sē zarā bhī kinārā kar lētē , kahtē haĩ aur kuchh nahī̃ kiyā ēk dō śhabda aisē bōl diyē , dil sē nahī̃ bōlē aisē bāhar sē thōṛā bōl diyē tō yah sampūrṇ satyatā nahī̃ hai .
82Even if you are part of the infantry - it is numberwise after all, even if you are maharathis - not just those who are maharathis in name, but true maharathis, that is, those who move along with the power of truth, true maharathis - if you step away from the truth on seeing any external situations and say: "I didn't say anything else, I just spoke a few words externally, I didn't mean that in my heart, I just spoke those few words physically", that is not being completely truthful.
74Satyatā kē pīchhē agar sahan bhī karnā paṛtā tō vah sahan nahī̃ hai bhal bāhar sē lagtā hai ki ham sahan kar rahē haĩ lēkin āpkē khātē mē̃ vah sahan śhakti K|kē rūp mē̃ jamā hōtā hai .
83If because of the truth you have to tolerate something, then that is not really tolerating. 84Externally you may feel that you are tolerating something, but that is being accumulated in your account in the form of the power of tolerance.
75Nahī̃ tō kyā hōtā ki agar kōī thōṛā sā bhī sahan karnē mē̃ kamjōr hō jātā hai tō usē asatya kā sahārā jarūr lēnā paṛtā hai .
85Otherwise, what happens is that when someone is even a little weak in tolerating something, he definitely has to take the support of falsehood.
76Tō us samay aisē lagtā hai jaisē sahārā mil gayā , ṭhīk hō gayā lēkin uskē khātē mē̃ sahanśhakti jamā nahī̃ hōtī hai .
86For that time, it feels as though he has found some support and that everything is alright, but he does not accumulate the power of tolerance in his account.
77Tō bāhar sē aisē samajhē̃gē ki ham bahut achchhē chaltē haĩ , hamkō chalnē key|kī chaturāī ā gaī hai , lēkin agar apnā khātā dēkhē̃gē tō jamā kā khātā bahut kam hōgā isliē chaturāī sē nahī̃ chalō , ēk dō kō dēkhkar bhī copy kartē haĩ , yah aisē chaltī hai nā tō iskā nām bahut achchhā hō gayā hai , yah bahut āgē hō gaī hai aur ham sachchē chaltē haĩ nā tō ham pīchhē kē pīchhē hī rah gayē .
87Externally, he would feel that he is moving along very well, that he now knows the art of moving along cleverly. 88However, if he were to see his account, he would see that he has accumulated very little. 89Therefore, do not move along with this cleverness. 90Sometimes, you even move along while copying one another: This one is moving along in that way and her name has been glorified a lot; she has moved forward a great deal, whereas because we are honest and truthful we are left behind.
78Lēkin vah pīchhē rahnā nahī̃ hai , vah āgē baṛhnā hai .
91However, that is not remaining behind; that is actually moving forward.
79Bāp kē āgē , āgē baṛhtē hō aur dūsrō̃ kē āgē chāhē pīchhē dikhāī bhī dō lēkin kām kissē hai !
92In front of the Father, you are moving forward. 93Even when, in front of others, it seems as though you are moving backwards, with whom are you ultimately concerned?
80Bāp sē yā ātmāō̃ sē ?
94Are you concerned with the Father or with other souls?
81 ( bāp sē ) tō bāp K|kē dil mē̃ āgē baṛhnā arthāt sārē kalp K|kē prālabdh mē̃ āgē baṛhnā .
95(With the Father.) 96So, to move forward in the Father's heart means to move forward in your reward for the whole cycle.
82Aur agar yahā̃ āgē baṛhnē mē̃ ātmāō̃ kō copy kartē hō , tō us samay kē liē āpkā nām hōtā hai , śhān miltā hai , bhāṣhaṇ karnē vālī list mē̃ ātē hō , centre sambhālnē key|kī list mē̃ ātē hō lēkin sārē kalp key|kī prālabdh nahī̃ bantī .
97However, if you copy souls here in moving forward, you earn your name at this time, and you receive that regard. 98You enter the list of those who give lectures; you enter the list of those who look after centres, but that is only for this short time. 99You do not create a reward for the whole cycle.
83Jiskō bāpdādā kahtē haĩ mēhnat key|kī , bīj ḍālā , vr̥ikṣha baṛā kiyā , phal bhī nikalā lēkin kachchā phal khā gayē , hamēśhā kē liē prālabdh kā phal khatm hō jātā hai .
100BapDada refers to this as: You made effort, a seed was sown and a tree grew, and you even received some fruit. 101However, you ate unripe fruit. 102The fruit of the reward is finished for all time.
84Tō alpkāl K|kē śhān , mān , nām kē liē copy nahī̃ karō .
103So do not copy others for a temporary name, fame or honour.
85Yahā̃ nām nahī̃ hai lēkin bāp K|kē dil mē̃ number āgē nām hai isliē diamond bannā hai tō yah sab checking karō .
104You may not earn a name here, but your name is ahead in the Father's heart. 105Therefore, if you want to become a diamond, check yourself in all these aspects.
86Zarā bhī royal rūp kā dāg diamond mē̃ chhipā huā tō nahī̃ hai ?
106Check that there isn't any type of flaw, even in a royal way, hidden in the diamond.
87Tō satyatā key|kī śhakti sē divyatā kō dhāraṇ karō .
107Therefore, use the power of truth to imbibe divinity.
88Kuchh bhī sahan karnā paṛē , ghabrāō nahī̃ .
108No matter what you have to tolerate, do not be afraid.
89Satya samay pramāṇ svayã siddha hōgā .
109The truth will automatically be revealed according to the time.
90Kahtē bhī hō nā ki satya key|kī nāv ḍōltī hai lēkin ḍūbtī nahī̃ , tō kinārā tō lē lē̃gē nā .
110You say: The boat of truth may rock, but it will not sink. 111In that case, it will take you to the shore.
91Nirbhay banō .
112Therefore, be fearless!
92Agar kahā̃ bhī sāmnā karnā paṛtā hai tō brahmā bāp K|kē jīvan kō āgē rakhō .
113If you have to face anything, then keep Father Brahma's life in front of you.
93Brahmā bāp kē āgē duniyā key|kī paristhitiyā̃ tō thī lēkin variety bachchō̃ key|kī bhī paristhitiyā̃ rahī̃ lēkin saṅgaṭhan mē̃ hōtē , jimmēvārī hōtē satyatā key|kī śhakti sē vijayī hō gayē .
114There were many situations of the world in front of Father Brahma, but there were also a variety of situations concerning the children. 115However, while remaining within the gathering and having responsibilities, he was victorious with the power of truth.
94Bachchō̃ key|kī khiṭkhiṭ brahmā bāp nē nahī̃ dēkhī kyā ?
116Did Father Brahma not see the complications of the children?
95Brahmā bāp kē āgē bhī variety saṅskār vālī ātmāyē̃ rahī , lēkin itnī sab paristhitiyā̃ hōtē huē satyatā key|kī sva sthiti nē sampūrṇ banā diyā .
117Souls with a variety of sanskars also came in front of Father Brahma. 118However, even while he had to tolerate all of those situations, the original stage of his power of truth made him completely perfect.
96Tō āp sabkō kyā bannā hai ?
119So, what do all of you want to become?
97Chaturāī tō nahī̃ hai nā !
120This is not cleverness, is it?
98Bahut achchhā bōltē haĩ - mainnē kuchh nahī̃ kiyā thōṛā chaturāī sē tō chalnā hī paṛtā hai .
121You speak very well, when you say: I didn't do anything. 122Of course, you also have to be a little clever, but for how long?
99Lēkin kab tak ? 100Tō sahanśhakti dhāraṇ kar asatya kā sāmnā karō .
123So, now, imbibe the power to tolerate and confront falsehood.
101Prabhāv mē̃ nahī̃ ā jāō .
124Do not be influenced.
102Kaī samajhtē haĩ ki hamnē mahārathiyō̃ mē̃ bhī aisē dēkhā nā tō follow tō mahārathiyō̃ kō karnā hai nā , abhī brahmā bābā tō sāmnē haĩ nahī̃ , mahārathī haĩ uskō follow kiyā .
125Some think that they saw something in the maharathis and that it is the maharathis they have to follow, that Brahma Baba is not in front of them at the present time, that there are just the maharathis and so they followed them.
103Lēkin agar mahārathī bhī mix kartā hai , chaturāī sē chaltā hai tō us samay mahārathī , mahārathī nahī̃ hai .
126However, even if the maharathis have mixed activity, if they too are moving along with cleverness, then the maharathis are not maharathis at that time.
104Us samay grahachārī mē̃ hai na ki mahārathī hai , isīliē bāp nē kyā slōgan diyā - follow father yā sister brother ?
127At that time, they are under bad omens. 128They are not maharathis. 129What slogan was it that the Father gave? 130Follow the father or follow the sister or brother?
105Tō sākār karma mē̃ brahmā bāp kō āgē rakhō , follow karō aur aśharīrī bannē mē̃ nirākār bāp kō follow karō .
131So, in performing practical actions, keep Father Brahma in front of you, follow him, and, in becoming bodiless, follow the incorporeal Father.
106Chāhē achchhē-achchhē bachchē bhī haĩ lēkin vah bhī follow father kartē haĩ .
132Even when there are very good children, they are following the father. 133So, what do you have to do?
107Tō āpkō kyā karnā hai ?
134Follow the father. 135Are you sure?
108Follow father . 109Pakkā yā thōṛā-thōṛā advantage miltā hai tō lē lō bhaviṣhya mē̃ dēkhā jāyēgā ?
136Or, do you feel that, because you are getting a little advantage, you should take that and think that you will see about the future when it comes?
110Kaī aisē bhī sōchtē haĩ ki satyug mē̃ chāhē cum|kam pad pāyēṅgē lēkin sukhī tō hōṅgē hī . 111Duḥkh tō hōgā hī nahī̃ .
137Some of you even think: We might claim a low status in the golden age, but we will definitely be happy, because there won't be any sorrow there.
112Sab prāptiyā̃ tō hōṅgī .
138At least, we will have all attainments!
113Chāhē prajā key|kī bhī prajā hōgī tō bhī aprāpti tō hōgī nahī̃ , tō abhī tō mazā lē lē̃ , pīchhē dēkhā jāyēgā .
139Even if we become subjects of the subjects, we will not lack any attainments, and so let us take that pleasure now and we will see about the future later on.
114Lēkin yah alpkāl kā mazā , sazā K|kē bhāgī banā dēgā .
140However, this temporary pleasure will also bring you a share of that punishment.
115Tō vah mañjūr hai , sajā khāyēṅgē thōṛī !
141So, do you accept that? 142Will you take a little punishment?
116Vah bhī mazā lē lō ? 117Nahī̃ !
143Will you also take that pleasure?
118Tō tīnō̃ bātē̃ yād rakhō - pavitratā , satyatā aur divyatā .
144No. 145So, remember all three things: purity, truth and divinity.
119Aisē sādhāraṇ bōl nahī̃ , sādhāraṇ saṅkalp nahī̃ , sādhāraṇ karma nahī̃ , divyatā .
146Let there not be ordinary words, ordinary thoughts or ordinary deeds, but let there be divinity.
120Divyatā kā arth|earth hī hai divya guṇ dvārā karma karnā , saṅkalp karnā , vahī divyatā hai .
147Divinity means to perform actions and create thoughts with divine virtues. 148This is divinity.
121Jaisē lōg pūchhtē haĩ nā ki pāp karma kyā hōtā hai ?
149When people ask, "What are sinful actions?", what do you tell them?
122Tō āp kahtē hō ki kōī bhī vikār K|kē vaśh karma karnā yah pāp hai .
150To perform any action under the influence of a vice is a sin.
123Aisē samjhātē hō nā !
151This is what you explain, do you not?
124Tō divyatā arthāt divya guṇ K|kē ādhār par man-vachan aur karma karnā .
152So divinity means to have thoughts, words and deeds based on divine virtues.
125Tō satyatā kā mahatva jānā ! 126 ( drill )
153So, you understood the importance of truth.
127Ēk second mē̃ apnē kō aśharīrī banā saktē hō ?
154(Baba conducted drill.) 155Can you make yourself bodiless in a second?
128Kyō̃ ?
156Why?
129Saṅkalp kiyā maĩ aśharīrī ātmā hū̃ , tō kitnā time lagā ?
157How long did it take to have the thought, "I am a bodiless soul"?
130Second lagā nā !
158It took a second, did it not?
131Tō second mē̃ aśharīrī , nyārē aur bāp K|kē pyārē - yē drill sārē din mē̃ bīch-bīch mē̃ kartē rahō .
159So, every now and then throughout the day, continue to perform the drill: I am detached, bodiless and loved by the Father.
132Karnē tō ātī hai nā ?
160You know how to do this, do you not?
133Tō abhī sab ēk second mē̃ sab bhūlkar ēkdam aśharīrī ban jāō .
161So, now, forget everything in a second and become completely bodiless!
134 ( bāpdādā nē 5 minute drill karāī ) achchhā .
162(BapDada conducted drill for five minutes.) 163Achcha.
135Chārō̃ ōr K|kē sarv pavitratā K|kē foundation kō sadā majbūt rakhnē vālē , sadā satyatā key|kī śhakti sē viśhva mē̃ bhī sat yug arthāt satyatā key|kī śhakti K|kē vibration phailānē vālē sadā her|har samay man-vāṇī-karm tīnō̃ mē̃ divyatā dhāraṇ karnē vālē , sadā follow father karnē K|kē natural abhyās vālī ātmāō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .
164To all the souls everywhere who constantly keep the foundation of purity strong, to those who are constantly bringing about the golden age, that is, those who are spreading the vibrations of the power of truth throughout the world with their own power of truth, to those who constantly imbibe divinity in their thoughts, words and deeds, to the souls who have the natural practice of following the father, to such souls, BapDada's love, remembrance and namaste.
136Is drill kō din mē̃ jitnā bār jyādā kar sakō utnā kartē rahnā .
165Continue to perform this drill throughout the day as many times as you can.
137Chāhē ēk minute karō . 138Tīn minute , dō minute kā time na bhī hō ēk minute , ādhā minute yah abhyās karnē sē last samay aśharīrī bannē mē̃ bahut madad milēgī . 139Ban saktē haĩ ?
166Even if you do it for just a minute, even if you do not have two or three minutes, by even carrying out this practice for one or for half a minute, you will receive a lot of help in becoming bodiless in the final moments.
140Abhī sabhī aśharīrī huē yā yuddha mē̃ , mēhnat kartē-kartē time pūrā hō gayā ?
167Are you able to become this? 168Did all of you become bodiless just now, or did you spend your time battling?
141Second mē̃ ban saktē hō !
169Are you able to become this in a second?
142Bahut kām hai phir bhī ban saktē hō ?
170Are you able to become this even when you have a lot of work to do?
143Muśhkil nahī̃ hai ?
171It isn’t difficult?
144U|you . N . mē̃ bahut bhāg dauṛ kar rahī hō aur aśharīrī bannē key|kī kōśhiśh karō , hōgā ?
172You may be running around a lot in the UN, and when you try to become bodiless at that time, are you able to become that?
145Agar yah abhyās samay prati samay karē̃gē tō aisē hī natural hō jāyēgā jaisē śharīr bhān mē̃ ānā , mēhnat kartē hō kyā ?
173If you practise this from time to time, it will then become natural at that time. 174When you are aware of your body, do you have to make effort for that at that time?
146Maĩ phalānī hū̃ , yah mēhnat kartē hō ?
175Do you make the effort to think: I am So-and-so?
147Natural hai .
176It is natural.
148Tō yah bhī natural hō jāyēgā .
177So, this will also become natural.
149Jab chāhō aśharīrī banō , jab chāhō śharīr mē̃ āō .
178Become bodiless when you want and enter your body when you want.
150Achchhā kām hai āō is śharīr kā ādhār lō|low lēkin ādhār lēnē vālī maĩ ātmā hū̃ , vah nahī̃ bhūlē .
179When you have to do something, take the support of your body, but do not forget that it is the soul that is taking the support of the body.
151Karnē vālī nahī̃ hū̃ , karānē vālī hū̃ . 152Jaisē dūsrō̃ sē kām karātē hō nā .
180You are not the one that does, but the one that has it done, just like you have something done through others.
153Us samay apnē kō alag samajhtē hō nā !
181At that time, you consider yourself to be separate.
154Vaisē śharīr sē kām karātē huē bhī karānē vālī maĩ alag hū̃ , yah practice karō tō kabhī bhī body-conscious key|kī bātō̃ mē̃ nīchē ūpar nahī̃ hōṅgē .
182In the same way, whilst having something done through your body, you, the soul that is having it done, are separate. 183Practise this and you will never fluctuate in any kind of body consciousness.
155Samjhā .
184Do you understand?
Blessing
156Vardān : snēh K|kē sāgar mē̃ samākar mērē pan key|kī mail kō samāpt karnē vālē pavitra ātmā bhav
185Blessing: May you become a pure soul by merging yourself in the Ocean of Love and finishing the dirt of the consciousness of “I”.
157Jō sadā snēh K|kē sāgar mē̃ samāyē rahtē haĩ unkō duniyā key|kī kisī bhī bāt key|kī sudhabudh nahī̃ rahtī .
186 Those who constantly remain merged in the Ocean of Love are not aware of anything of the world.
158Snēh mē̃ samāyē hōnē K|kē kāraṇ vē|way sab bātō̃ sē sahaj hī parē hō jātē haĩ .
187Because of being merged in love, they are easily able to go beyond all situations.
159Bhaktō̃ kē liē kahtē haĩ yah tō khōyē huē rahtē haĩ lēkin bachchē sadā prēm mē̃ ḍūbē huē rahtē haĩ .
188It is said of devotees: This one is constantly lost. 189However, you children are constantly merged in love.
160Unhē̃ duniyā key|kī smr̥iti nahī̃ , mērā-mērā sab khatm .
190You are not aware of the world, all the consciousness of “mine” has finished.
161Anēk mērā mailā banā dētā hai , ēk bāp mērā tō mailāpan samāpt hō jātā aur ātmā pavitra ban jātī hai .
191The consciousness of “mine” for many things makes you dirty. 192When you consider the one Father to be “mine”, all the dirt finishes and the soul becomes pure.
