Essence

1 «  mīṭhē bachchē - sāvdhān hō paṛhāī par pūrā dhyān dō , aisē nahī̃ ki hamārā tō direct śhivbābā sē connection hai , yah kahnā bhī dēh-abhimān hai ' '

1Essence: Sweet children, be cautious and pay full attention to this study. 2Don't think that you have a direct connection with Shiv Baba. 3Even to say this is body consciousness.

Question

2Praśhna  : bhārat avināśhī tīrtha sthān hai - kaisē  ?

4Question: Why can Bharat be called an imperishable pilgrimage place?

Answer

3Uttar  : bhārat bāp kā birth place hōnē K|kē kāraṇ avināśhī khaṇḍ hai , is avināśhī khaṇḍ mē̃ satyug aur trētāyug mē̃ chaitanya dēvī-dēvtā rājya kartē haĩ , us samay K|kē bhārat kō śhivālay kahā jātā hai .

5Answer: Because Bharat is the birthplace of the Father, it is an imperishable land. 6In the golden and silver ages, the living deities rule in the imperishable land. 7At that time, Bharat is called Shivalaya. 8Then, on the path of devotion, they make non-living images and worship them.

4Phir bhaktimārg mē̃ jaṛ pratimāyē̃ banākar pūjā kartē , śhivālay bhī anēk banātē tō us samay bhī tīrtha hai isliē bhārat kō avināśhī tīrtha kah saktē haĩ .

9They even make many Shivalayas (Shiva Temples) and so it is a pilgrimage place at that time too and this is why Bharat can be called an imperishable pilgrimage place.

Song

5Gīt  : rāt K|kē rāhī , thak mat jānā …

10Song: O traveller of the night, do not become weary, the destination of dawn is not far off.

Murli

6Ōm śhānti .

11Om shanti.

7Yah kaun sāvadhānī dē rahē haĩ ki thak mat jānā - ō rāt K|kē rāhī  ?

12O travellers of the night, who is cautioning you not to become weary?

8Yah śhivbābā kahtē haĩ .

13Shiv Baba says this.

9Kaī bachchē aisē bhī haĩ jō samajhtē haĩ ki hamārā tō śhivbābā hī hai , unsē hamārā connection hai .

14Some children are such that they think that Shiv Baba is their everything because they have a connection with Him alone.

10Parantu vah bhī sunāyēṅgē tō jarūr brahmā mukh sē nā .

15However, He also only speaks through the mouth of Brahma, does He not?

11Kaī samajhtē haĩ śhivbābā hamkō direct prērṇā kartē haĩ . 12Parantu yah samajhnā wrong hai .

16Some think that Shiv Baba is inspiring them directly, but it is wrong to think that.

13Śhivbābā śhikṣhā tō jarūr brahmā dvārā hī dēgē .

17Shiv Baba would surely give teachings through Brahma.

14Tumkō samjhā rahē haĩ ki bachchē thak mat jānā .

18He explains to you: Children, don't become weary!

15Bhal tumhārā śhivbābā sē connection hai . 16Śhivbābā bhī kahtē haĩ manmanābhav .

19Although you have a connection with Shiv Baba, Shiv Baba says: Manmanabhav!

17Brahmā bhī kahtē haĩ manmanābhav .

20Brahma also says: Manmanabhav!

18Tō brahmākumār-kumāriyā̃ bhī kahtī haĩ manmanābhav .

21Even the Brahma Kumars and Kumaris say: Manmanabhav!

19Parantu sāvadhānī dēnē liē tō mukh chāhiē nā .

22However, a mouth is needed in order for a caution to be given.

20Kaī bachchē samajhtē haĩ hamārā tō unsē connection hai .

23Some children think that their connection is with that One.

21Parantu direction tō brahmā dvārā dēgē nā .

24However, He would give directions through Brahma, would He not?

22Agar direction ādi direct miltē rahē̃ tō phir unkō yahā̃ ānē key|kī darkār hī kyā hai  ?

25If you continue to receive directions, etc. from Him directly, why would He need to come here?

23Aisē-aisē bachchē bhī haĩ jinkō yah khyālāt ātē haĩ - śhivbābā brahmā dvārā kahtē haĩ tō hamārē dvārā bhī kah saktē haĩ .

26There are some children who have such thoughts as: Since Shiv Baba can speak through the mouth of Brahma, He can also speak through my mouth.

24Lēkin brahmā binā tō connection hō nahī̃ saktā .

27However, you cannot have a connection with Him without Brahma.

25Kaī brahmā vā brahmākumār-kumāriyō̃ sē rūṭhtē haĩ tō aisē kahnē lag paṛtē haĩ .

28Some sulk with Brahma and the Brahma Kumars and Kumaris and then begin to say such things.

26Yōg tō śhivbābā sē rakhnā hī hai .

29We have to have yoga with Shiv Baba alone.

27Bāp kō bachchō̃ kō śhikṣhā sāvadhānī dēnē liē kahnā bhī paṛē .

30In order to give us children teachings and to caution us, the Father has to say something.

28Bāp samjhātē haĩ tum time par class mē̃ nahī̃ ātē hō , kisnē kahā  ?

31The Father says: You don't come to class on time. 32Who said this?

29Śhivbābā aur brahmā dādā dōnō̃ nē kahā , dōnō̃ kā śharīr ēk hai .

33Both Shiv Baba and Brahma Dada said it. 34The body of both is one.

30Tō kahtē haĩ sāvdhān hōkar paṛhāī par pūrā attention dō .

35So, they say: Be cautious and pay full attention to this study.

31Ūñch tē ūñch bāp paṛhātē haĩ .

36The highest-on-high Father is teaching you.

32Pahlē-pahlē mahimā hī śhiv-bābā key|kī karnī hai .

37First of all, you have to praise Shiv Baba.

33Unkī mahimā baṛī bhārī hai .

38His praise is very important.

34Bēant mahimā hai .

39His praise is infinite.

35Unkī mahimā K|kē bahut achchhē-achchhē akṣhar haĩ parantu bachchē kabhī-kabhī bhūl jātē haĩ .

40The words of His praise are very good but you children sometimes forget them.

36Vichār sāgar manthan kar śhivbābā key|kī pūrī mahimā likhnī chāhiē .

41You should churn the ocean of knowledge and write the full praise of Shiv Baba.

37New man kiskō kahē̃  ?

42Who would be called the new man?

38Yū̃ tō heavenly new man śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa hai .

43In fact, the heavenly new man is Shri Krishna.

39Parantu is samay brāhmaṇō̃ key|kī chōṭī gāī huī hai .

44However, the topknot of the Brahmins of this time is remembered.

40Bachchō̃ kō rachā jātā hai tō śhikṣhā dī jātī hai .

45Children are created and so they are given teachings.

41Agar lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kō new man kahē̃ tō unkō śhikṣhā dēnē key|kī darkār nahī̃ hai .

46If Lakshmi and Narayan are called the new man, there is no need to give them teachings.

42Tō ab new man kaun  ?

47So, who is the new man?

43Yah baṛī samajhnē aur samjhānē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .

48These matters have to be understood and explained.

44Vah bāp hai sarvśhaktimān , world almighty .

49That Father is the Almighty Authority, the World Almighty.

45Yah ' world almighty ' akṣhar bābā key|kī mahimā mē̃ likhnā bhūl jātē haĩ .

50You forget to write the words ‘World Almighty’ in the Father's praise.

46Bhārat key|kī bhī mahimā kī jātī hai ki bhārat avināśhī tīrtha hai , kaisē  ?

51Bharat is also praised as being an imperishable pilgrimage place.

47Tīrtha tō bhakti mārg mē̃ hōtē haĩ .

52How is this, since pilgrimages take place on the path of devotion?

48Tō inkō avināśhī tīrtha kaisē kah saktē haĩ  ?

53How can Bharat be called an imperishable pilgrimage place?

49Avināśhī tīrtha kaisē hai  ?

54How is it an imperishable pilgrimage place?

50Satyug mē̃ ham inkō tīrtha kah saktē haĩ  ?

55Can we call it a pilgrimage place in the golden age?

51Agar ham inkō avināśhī tīrtha likhtē haĩ tō kaisē  ?

56If we say that it is an imperishable pilgrimage place, how is it that?

52Clear kar samjhāyā jāē ki hā̃ , satyug-trētā mē̃ bhī yah tīrtha hai , dvāpar-kaliyug mē̃ bhī tīrtha hai .

57This has to be clearly explained: Yes, it is a pilgrimage place in the golden and silver ages and also in the copper and iron ages.

53Avināśhī kahtē haĩ tō chārō̃ yugō̃ mē̃ siddhkar batānā paṛē .

58Since you call it imperishable, you have to prove its existence in all four ages.

54Tīrtha ādi tō hōtē haĩ dvāpar sē .

59Pilgrimages etc. begin to take place in the copper age.

55Phir ham likh saktē haĩ bhārat avināśhī tīrtha hai  ?

60Then, we can write that Bharat is an imperishable pilgrimage place.

56Satyug-trētā mē̃ bhī tīrtha hai , jahā̃ chaitanya dēvī-dēvtā rahtē haĩ .

61Even in the golden and silver ages, it is a pilgrimage place where the living deities reside.

57Yahā̃ hai jaṛ tīrtha , vah hai chaitanya sachchā-sachchā tīrtha , jab śhivālay hai .

62Here, there are non-living pilgrimages whereas when it is Shivalaya it is a true, living pilgrimage place.

58Yah bātē̃ bāp hī baiṭh samjhātē haĩ .

63Only the Father sits and explains all of these things here.

59Bhārat hai avināśhī khaṇḍ .

64Bharat is an imperishable land.

60Bākī sab vināśh hō jātē haĩ .

65All the rest are destroyed.

61Yah bātē̃ kōī manuṣhya nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

66No human beings know these things.

62Patit-pāvan bāp yahā̃ ātē haĩ , jinkō pāvan dēvī-dēvtā banātē haĩ vahī phir is śhivālay mē̃ rahtē haĩ .

67The Purifier Father comes here. 68Those whom He makes into pure deities then go and reside in that Shivalaya.

63Yahā̃ badrīnāth , amarnāth par jānā paṛtā hai .

69Here, people have to go to Badrinath and Amarnath etc.

64Vahā̃ bhārat hī tīrtha hai .

70There, Bharat itself is the pilgrimage place.

65Aisē nahī̃ ki vahā̃ śhivbābā hai .

71It isn't that Shiv Baba exists there.

66Śhivbābā tō abhī hai .

72Shiv Baba is here now.

67Abhī key|kī hī sārī mahimā hai .

73All of His praise is of this time.

68Śhivbābā kā yah birthplace hai . 69Brahmā kā bhī birthplace hō gayā .

74This is Shiv Baba's birthplace, so it is also the birthplace of Brahma.

70Śhaṅkar kā birthplace nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

75It cannot be called the birthplace of Shankar.

71Unkō tō yahā̃ ānē key|kī darkār hī nahī̃ .

76There is no need for him to come here.

72Vah tō nimitt banā huā hai vināśh arth|earth .

77He has become the instrument for destruction.

73Viṣhṇu ātē haĩ jabki dō rūp sē rājya kartē haĩ , pālnā kartē haĩ .

78Vishnu comes and he rules and sustains the kingdom through his dual-form.

74Viṣhṇu K|kē dō rūp yugal dikhāyē haĩ .

79They have shown a couple as the dual-form of Vishnu.

75Unkī yah ( viṣhṇu ) pratimā hai .

80This (Vishnu) is his image.

76Vah tō satyug mē̃ ātē haĩ .

81He exists in the golden age.

77Tō hamkō mahimā ēk bāp key|kī karnī paṛtī hai .

82So, we have to sing praise of the one Father.

78Vah saviour ( bachānē vālā ) bhī hai .

83He is also our Saviour.

79Vah lōg tō dharm sthāpakō̃ kō bhī saviour kah dētē haĩ .

84Those people call the founders of religions their Saviours.

80Christ , buddha ādi kō bhī saviour kah dētē haĩ .

85They call Christ and Buddha etc. their Saviours.

81Samajhtē haĩ vah peace|pīs sthāpan karnē āyē thē .

86They believe that they come to establish peace.

82Parantu vah kōī peace|pīs kartē nahī̃ , kiskō duḥkh sē chhuṛātē nahī̃ .

87However, they don't bring any peace. 88They don't liberate anyone from sorrow.

83Unkō tō dharm key|kī sthāpanā karnī hai .

89They have to establish their own religions.

84Unkē pichhāṛī unkē dharm vālē ātē jātē haĩ .

90Those of their own religions begin to follow them down.

85Yah saviour akṣhar achchhā hai .

91The word ‘Saviour’ is very good.

86Yah bhī jarūr ḍālnā chāhiē .

92This word should definitely also be used.

87Yah chitra jab vilāyat mē̃ pratyakṣha hōṅgē tō sab bhāṣhāō̃ mē̃ nikalē̃gē .

93When these pictures are shown abroad, they will be printed in all languages.

88Vō lōg pope ādi key|kī kitnī mahimā kartē haĩ .

94Those people sing so much praise of the Pope etc.

89President ādi mar jātē haĩ tō kitnī mahimā kartē haĩ , jō jitnē baṛē ādmī utnī unkī mahimā hōtī hai .

95They sing so much praise of a president etc. when he dies. 96The greater the person is, the more praise there is of him.

90Lēkin is samay sab ēk jaisē hō gayē haĩ .

97However, at this time, all have become the same.

91Bhagvān kō sarvavyāpī kah dētē haĩ .

98They say that God is omnipresent.

92Yah tō sab ātmāyē̃ apnē bāp kō gālī dētī haĩ ki ham sab bhī bāp haĩ .

99By saying that they themselves are the Father, all souls insult the Father.

93Aisē tō laukik bachchē bhī kah na sakē̃ ki ham hī bāp haĩ .

100Worldly children wouldn’t say that they are their father.

94Hā̃ , vah tō jab apnī rachnā rachē̃ tab unkā bāp banē̃ . 95Yah hō saktā hai .

101Yes, when they create their own creation, they become fathers; that is possible.

96Yahā̃ tō ham sab ātmāō̃ kā bāp ēk hai .

102Here, the Father of all of us souls is the One.

97Ham unkē bāp ban hī nahī̃ saktē .

103We cannot become His Father.

98Unkō bachchā kah nahī̃ saktē .

104He cannot be called the Child.

99Hā̃ , yah tō gyān key|kī ramat-gamat hōtī hai jō kahtē haĩ śhiv bālak kō vāris banātē haĩ .

105Yes, it is a playful game in this knowledge when we say that we make Shiv Baba our Child, the Heir.

100In bātō̃ kō tō kōī virlā samajhnē vālā samajhē .

106Scarcely a few people who can understand these things will understand them.

101Śhiv bālak kō vāris banāē un par balihār jātē haĩ .

107They make Child Shiva their Heir and surrender themselves to Him.

102Śhivbābā par bachchē balihār jātē haĩ . 103Yah exchange hōtī hai .

108Children surrender themselves to Shiv Baba; this exchange takes place.

104Varsā dēnē kā kitnā mahatva hai .

109There is so much importance given to an inheritance.

105Bāp kahtē haĩ dēh sahit jō kuchh hai , un sabkā mujhē vāris banāō .

110The Father says: Whatever you have, including your body, make Me the Heir of it all.

106Parantu dēh-abhimān ṭūṭnā muśhkil hai .

111However, it is difficult for your body consciousness to break.

107Apnē kō ātmā niśhchay kar bāp kō yād karē̃ tab dēh-abhimān ṭūṭē .

112Only when you have the faith that you are souls and you remember the Father can your body consciousness break.

108Dēhī-abhimānī bannā baṛī mēhnat hai .

113It requires a lot of effort for you to become soul conscious.

109Ham ātmā avināśhī haĩ .

114We souls are imperishable.

110Ham apnē kō śharīr samajh baiṭhē haĩ .

115We began to consider ourselves to be bodies.

111Ab phir apnē kō ātmā samajhnā - ismē̃ hai mēhnat . 112Baṛē tē baṛī bīmārī hai dēh-abhimān key|kī .

116It now requires effort for us to begin to consider ourselves to be souls once again.

113Apnē kō ātmā samajh , jō parampitā paramātmā kō yād nahī̃ kartē tō vikarma nahī̃ kaṭtē . 114Bāp samjhātē haĩ achchhī rīti paṛhē̃gē , likhē̃gē tō hōṅgē navāb .

117The biggest of all illnesses is body consciousness. 118The sins of those who don't consider themselves to be souls and who do not remember the Father are not cut away.

115Śhrīmat par chalnā chāhiē , nahī̃ tō śhrī śhrī key|kī dil par chaṛhnā bhī asambhav hai .

119The Father explains: If you study well, you will become a lord. 120You have to follow shrimat.

116Dil par chaṛhē tab takht par baiṭhē . 117Bahut merciful bannā hai .

121Otherwise, it will be impossible for you to climb into the heart of Shri Shri.

118Manuṣhya bahut duḥkhī haĩ . 119Dēkhnē mē̃ bahut sāhūkār haĩ .

122Only when you climb into His heart can you then sit on the throne.

120Pope kā dēkhō kitnā mān hai .

123You have to become very merciful.

121Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ kitnā nirahaṅkārī hū̃ . 122Vah lōg thōṛēhī aisē kahē̃gē ki mērē svāgat mē̃ itnā kharchā na karō . 123Bābā tō kahā̃ jātē haĩ tō pahlē sē hī likh dētē haĩ - kōī bhī bhabhkā ādi nahī̃ karnā hai , station par sabkō nahī̃ ānā hai kyōṅki ham haĩ hī gupta . 124Yah bhī karnē key|kī darkār nahī̃ .

124People are very unhappy.

125Kōī jāntē thōṛēhī haĩ ki yah kaun haĩ .

125They are very wealthy to look at.

126Aur sabhī kō jāntē haĩ .

126Look how much regard the Pope receives!

127Śhiv-bābā kō bilkul nahī̃ jāntē .

127The Father says: I am so egoless.

128Tō gupta rahnā achchhā hai . 129Jitnā nirahaṅkārī utnā achchhā hai .

128Those people would not tell you not to spend so much money on their welcome.

130Tumhārī knowledge hī hai chup rahnē key|kī . 131Bāp key|kī baiṭh mahimā karnī hai .

129Wherever Baba goes, he writes to them in advance: You mustn't have any type of splendour.

132Unsē hī samajh jāyēṅgē bāp patit-pāvan sarvśhaktimān hai .

130Not everyone must come to the station, because I am incognito.

133Bāp sē hī varsā miltā hai .

131There is even no need to do that.

134Yah bachchō̃ K|kē sivāē aur kōī kah na sakē .

132No one knows who that One is.

135Tum kahē̃gē śhivbābā sē hamkō naī duniyā kā varsā mil rahā hai .

133You would say that you are receiving the inheritance of the new world from Shiv Baba.

136Chitra bhī haĩ .

134There are the pictures.

137In dēvtāō̃ jaisā ham bantē haĩ .

135We are also becoming like those deities.

138Śhivbābā hamkō brahmā dvārā varsā dē rahē haĩ , isliē śhivbābā key|kī mahimā kartē haĩ .

136Shiv Baba is giving us the inheritance through Brahma and this is why we praise Shiv Baba as lot.

139Aim-object kitnā clear hai .

137Our aim and objective is so clear!

140Dēnē vālā vah hai .

138He is the One who gives.

141Brahmā dvārā sikhlātē haĩ .

139He teaches us through Brahma.

142Chitrō̃ par samjhānā hai .

140You have to explain using the pictures.

143Śhiv K|kē chitra bhī kitnē banāyē haĩ .

141So many images of Shiva have been created.

144Bāp ākar patit sē pāvan banāē sabkō mukti , jīvan-mukti mē̃ lē jātē haĩ .

142The Father comes and makes you pure from impure and takes everyone into liberation and liberation-in-life.

145Chitrō̃ mē̃ bhī clear hai isliē bābā jōr dē rahē haĩ ki yah sabkō dō tō vahā̃ lē jākar paṛhē̃gē .

143This is very clear in the pictures. 144Therefore, Baba emphasises that you should give them to everyone so that they can take them and study them.

146Yahā̃ sē chīz lē jātē haĩ vahā̃ jākar decorate kar rakhtē haĩ .

145When they take things from here, they use them to decorate their places there.

147Yah tō bahut achchhī chīz hai .

146This is something very good.

148Kapṛē K|kē pardē tō bahut kām key|kī chīz haĩ .

147Curtain material is very useful.

149In chitrō̃ mē̃ bhī correction hōtī rahtī hai .

148These pictures continue to have corrections made to them.

150Saviour akṣhar bhī jarūrī hai .

149The word Saviour is also necessary.

151Aur kōī na saviour hai , na patit-pāvan hai .

150No one else is the Saviour or the Purifier.

152Bhal pāvan ātmāyē̃ ātī haĩ , parantu vah kōī sabkō pāvan thōṛēhī banātī haĩ .

151Although pure souls come down, they don’t make anyone pure.

153Unkē dharm vālō̃ kō tō nīchē part mē̃ ānā hai .

152The souls of their religion have to come down and play their parts.

154Yah points haĩ , sensible bachchē jō haĩ vahī dhāraṇ kartē haĩ .

153These are points that only the sensible children will imbibe.

155Śhrīmat par pūrā chaltē nahī̃ tō paṛhtē nahī̃ , phir fail hō jātē haĩ .

154When you don't follow shrimat fully, you are unable to study and then you fail.

156School mē̃ manners bhī dēkhē jātē haĩ - inkī chalan kaisī hai  ?

155One’s manners too are noted down at school. 156What is this one's behaviour like?

157Dēh-abhimān sē sab vikār ā jātē haĩ .

157All the vices come due to body consciousness.

158Phir dhārṇā kuchh bhī nahī̃ hōtī hai .

158Then, no dharna is able to take place.

159Āgyākārī bachchō̃ kō hī bāp pyār bhī karē̃gē .

159The Father only loves obedient children.

160Puruṣhārth bahut karnā hai .

160You have to make a lot of effort.

161Kiskō bhī samjhānā hai tō pahlē-pahlē bāp key|kī mahimā karnī hai . 162Bāp sē varsā kaisē miltā hai  ?

161Whenever you explain to anyone, first of all, tell them the Father's praise and how you receive the inheritance from the Father.

163Bāp key|kī mahimā pūrī likhnī hai .

162You have to write the Father's full praise.

168When you children sit and explain these things, people will be amazed when they hear them.

171Bhārat hīrē jaisā thā phir bhārat kō kauṛī jaisā kisnē banāyā  ?

169Bharat was like a diamond, so who made it like a shell?

172Ismē̃ samjhānē , vichār sāgar manthan karnē key|kī baṛī darkār hai .

170A lot of explanation and churning of the ocean of knowledge are required.

173Bābā tō jhaṭ batlātē haĩ , ismē̃ yah correction hōnī chāhiē .

171Baba instantly tells you: This correction should be made in this.

174Bachchē batlātē nahī̃ haĩ . 175Bābā correction tō chāhtē haĩ .

172You children don't show it to Baba, but Baba wants those corrections made.

176Ēk engineer thā , vah machine key|kī kharābī kō samajh na sakā tō dūsrā assistant engineer thā usnē baiṭh batāyā , ismē̃ yah karnē sē yah ṭhīk hō jāyēgā aur sachmuch vah machine ṭhīk hō gaī . 177Tō vah bahut khuśh hō gayā .

177The Father also says: You do this accurately and I will praise you, just as when Sanjay (Jagdish) sometimes brings out good points, Baba is pleased.

182Bachchō̃ kō service kā śhauk chāhiē .

178Children should be interested in doing service.

183Yah pradarśhanī mēlē tō sab hōtē rahē̃gē .

Blessing

198Vardān  : samēṭnē kī śhakti dvārā second mē̃ fullstop lagānē vālē naṣhṭōmōhā smr̥iti svarūp bhav

195Blessing: May you be a conqueror of attachment and an embodiment of remembrance who puts a full stop in a second with the power to pack up.

199Last mē̃ final paper kā question hōgā - second mē̃ fullstop .

196 The question in the final paper at the end will be of “Putting a full stop in a second.”

200Aur kuchh bhī yād na āyē . 201Bas bāp aur maĩ , tīsrī kōī bāt nahī̃ … second mē̃ mērā bābā dūsrā na kōī … yah sōchnē mē̃ bhī samay lagtā hai lēkin ṭik jāē̃ , hilē̃ nahī̃ .

197Do not remember anything else: just the Father and I and nothing else. 198In a second, belong to the one Father and none other. 199It takes time even to have this thought, but you have to be stable in that awareness and not shake at all.

202Kyō̃ , kyā … kā kōī question utpanna na hō tab naṣhṭōmōhā smr̥iti svarūp banē̃gē isliē abhyās karō jab chāhē̃ vistār mē̃ āyē̃ aur jab chāhē̃ samēṭ lē̃ .

200When you do not have any questions of, “Why?” or “What?”, you can then become a conqueror of attachment and an embodiment of remembrance. 201So, practise expanding when you want and packing up when you want.

203Brake powerful hō .

202Make sure your brake is powerful.
