Essence

1 «  mīṭhē bachchē - bāp K|kē galē kā hār bannē kē liē gyān-yōg key|kī race karō , tumhārā farj hai sārī duniyā kō bāp kā parichay dēnā ' '

1Essence: Sweet children, in order to become a garland around the Father’s neck, race in knowledge and yoga. 2Your duty is to give the whole world the Father’s introduction.

Question

2Praśhna  : kis mastī mē̃ sadā rahō tō bīmārī bhī ṭhīk hōtī jāyēgī  ?

3Question: Which intoxication should you constantly maintain so that your illness is cured?

Answer

3Uttar  : gyān aur yōg key|kī mastī mē̃ rahō , is purānē śharīr kā chintan nahī̃ karō . 4Jitnā śharīr mē̃ buddhi jāyēgī , lōbh rakhē̃gē utnā aur hī bīmāriyā̃ ātī jāyēṅgī .

4Answer: Maintain the intoxication of knowledge and yoga. 5Don’t worry about those old bodies. 6The more your intellects are pulled to your bodies, the more greed you have, the more illness there will be.

5Is śharīr kō śhrr̥iṅgārnā , powder , cream ādi lagānā - yah sab phāltū śhrr̥iṅgār hai , tumhē̃ apnē kō gyān-yōg sē sajānā hai .

7To decorate your bodies, to put on powder and cream etc. is all useless. 8You have to decorate yourselves with this knowledge and yoga.

6Yahī tumhārā sachchā-sachchā śhrr̥iṅgār hai .

9This is your true decoration.

Song

7Gīt  : jō piyā kē sāth hai …

10Song: The rain of knowledge is for those who are with the Beloved.

Murli

8Ōm śhānti .

11Om shanti.

9Jō bāp kē sāth hai . . . , ab duniyā mē̃ bāp tō bahut haĩ parantu un sabhī kā bāp rachayitā ēk hai .

12Those who are with the Father… 13There are many fathers in the world, but the Father, the Creator of all of them, is One.

10Vahī gyān kā sāgar hai .

14He alone is the Ocean of Knowledge.

11Yah jarūr samajhnā paṛē ki parampitā paramātmā gyān kā sāgar hai , gyān sē hī sadgati hōtī hai .

15You definitely have to understand that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is the Ocean of Knowledge. 16Only through this knowledge do you receive salvation.

12Sadgati manuṣhya key|kī tab hō jab satyug key|kī sthāpanā hōtī hai .

17Only when the golden age is established can human beings have salvation.

13Bāp kō hī sadgati dātā kahā jātā hai .

18The Father alone is called the Bestower of Salvation.

14Jab saṅgam kā samay hō tab tō gyān kā sāgar ākar durgati sē sadgati mē̃ lē jāē .

19Only when it is the confluence age does the Ocean of Knowledge come and take you from degradation to salvation.

15Sabsē prāchīn bhārat hai .

20Bharat is the most ancient of all.

16Bhāratvāsiyō̃ K|kē nām par hī 84 janm gāyē huē haĩ .

21Only for the people of Bharat has 84 births been remembered.

17Jarūr jō manuṣhya pahlē-pahlē huē hōṅgē vahī 84 janm lētē hōṅgē .

22Surely, the human beings who came first would take 84 births.

18Dēvtāō̃ K|kē 84 janm kahē̃gē tō brāhmaṇō̃ K|kē bhī 84 janm ṭhaharē .

23You say 84 births of the deities and so there are also 84 births of Brahmins.

19Mukhya kō hī uṭhāyā jātā hai .

24It is the main ones that are mentioned.

20In bātō̃ kā kisī kō bhī patā nahī̃ hai .

25No one knows about these things.

21Jarūr brahmā dvārā hī sr̥iṣhṭi rachtē haĩ .

26He definitely creates the world through Brahma.

22Pahlē-pahlē sūkṣhma lōk rachnā hai phir yah sthūl lōk .

27First of all, He has to create the subtle world and then this corporeal world.

23Yah bachchē jāntē haĩ - sūkṣhma lōk kahā̃ hai , mūl lōk kahā̃ hai  ?

28You children know where the subtle region is and where the incorporeal world is.

24Mūlvatan , sūkṣhmavatan , sthūlvatan - iskō hī trilōk kahā jātā hai .

29The incorporeal world, the subtle region and the corporeal world are called Trilok (the three worlds).

25Jab trilōkīnāth kahtē haĩ tō uskā arth|earth bhī chāhiē nā . 26Kōī trilōk hōgā nā .

30Since you speak of Trilokinath (the Lord of the Three Worlds), this has to have a meaning.

27Vāstav mē̃ trilōkīnāth ēk bāp hī kahlā saktē haĩ aur unkē bachchē kahlā saktē haĩ .

31There must be the three worlds, must there not? 32In fact, only the one Father and His children can be called Trilokinath.

28Yahā̃ tō kaī manuṣhyō̃ K|kē nām haĩ trilōkīnāth , śhiv , brahmā , viṣhṇu , śhaṅkar ādi . . . . . . . . yah sab nām bhāratvāsiyō̃ nē apnē ūpar rakhā diyē haĩ .

33Here, some people are called Trilokinath, Shiva, Brahma, Vishnu, Shankar etc. 34The people of Bharat have given themselves these names.

29Double nām bhī rakhātē haĩ - rādhēkr̥iṣhṇa , lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ .

35They even have double names – Radhe-Krishna, Lakshmi-Narayan.

30Ab yah tō kiskō patā nahī̃ , rādhē aur kr̥iṣhṇa alag-alag thē .

36No one knows that Radhe and Krishna are from separate kingdoms.

31Vah ēk rājāī kā prince thā , vah dūsrī rājāī key|kī princess thī .

37He was a prince of one kingdom and she was a princess from another kingdom.

32Yah abhī tum jāntē hō .

38You know this at this time.

33Jō achchhē-achchhē bachchē haĩ unhō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ achchhī-achchhī points dhāraṇ rahtī haĩ .

39These points are imbibed very well by the intellects of the good children.

34Jaisē doctor jō achchhā hōśhiyār hōgā unkē pās|pass tō bahut davāiyō̃ K|kē nām rahtē haĩ .

40For instance, a clever doctor would be aware of the names of many types of medicine.

35Yahā̃ bhī yah naī-naī points bahut nikaltī rahtī haĩ .

41Here, too, many new points continue to emerge.

36Din-pratidin invention hōtī rahtī hai .

42Inventions continue to take place day by day.

37Jinhō̃ key|kī achchhī practice hōgī vah naī-naī points dhāraṇ kartē hōṅgē .

43Those who practise well would imbibe new points.

38Dhāraṇ nahī̃ kartē haĩ tō mahārathiyō̃ key|kī line mē̃ nahī̃ lāyā jā saktā .

44If you don’t imbibe, you cannot be brought into the line of maharathis.

39Sārā madār buddhi par hai aur takdīr key|kī bhī bāt hai .

45Everything depends on the intellect, and it is also a matter of fortune.

40Yah bhī drama mē̃ hai nā .

46This is also in the drama, is it not?

41Drama kō bhī kōī nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

47No one even knows the drama.

42Yah bhī samajhtē haĩ karmakṣhētra par ham part bajātē haĩ .

48You understand that you are playing your parts on the field of action.

43Parantu drama K|kē ādi , madhya , ant kō nahī̃ jāntē tō gōyā kuchh bhī nahī̃ jāntē .

49However, if you don’t know the beginning, the middle and the end of the drama, you don’t know anything.

44Tumkō tō sab kuchh jānnā hai .

50You have to know everything.

45Bāp āyē haĩ bachchō̃ kō mālūm paṛā tō bachchō̃ kā farj hai aurō̃ kō bhī parichay dēnā .

51You children know that the Father has come and so it is the duty of you children to give others His introduction.

46Sārī duniyā kō batlānā pharz hai . 47Jō phir aisē nā kahē̃ ki hamkō mālūm nahī̃ thā .

52It is your duty to tell the whole world so that no one can say that they weren’t aware of this.

48Tumhārē pās|pass bahut āyēṅgē .

53Many will come to you.

49Literature ādi bahut lē̃gē .

54Many will also take the literature.

50Bachchō̃ nē śhurū mē̃ sākṣhātkār bhī bahut kiyā hai .

55Children had many visions at the beginning.

51Yah Christ , Abraham|ibrāham bhārat mē̃ ātē haĩ .

56Christ and Abraham came to Bharat.

52Barōbar bhārat sabkō khīñchtā rahtā hai .

57Truly Bharat continues to pull everyone.

53Asul tō bhārat hī bēhad K|kē bāp kā birth place hai nā .

58In reality, Bharat is the birthplace of the unlimited Father.

54Parantu vē|way lōg itnā kuchh jāntē nahī̃ haĩ ki yah bhārat bhagvān kā birthplace hai .

59However, those people don’t know that this Bharat is God’s birthplace.

55Bhal kahtē bhī haĩ śhiv paramātmā parantu phir sabkō paramātmā kah dēnē sē bēhad K|kē bāp kā mahatva gum kar diyā hai .

60They speak of the Supreme Soul, Shiva but, by saying that everyone is the Supreme Soul, they have lost the importance of the unlimited Father.

56Abhī tum bachchē samjhātē hō - bhārat khaṇḍ sabsē baṛē tē baṛā tīrtha sthān hai .

61You children now explain: The land of Bharat is the greatest pilgrimage place of all.

57Bākī aur sab jō bhī paigambar ādi ātē haĩ , vah ātē hī haĩ apnā-apnā dharm sthāpan karnē .

62All the messengers who come just come to establish their own religions.

58Unkē pichhāṛī phir sab dharmō̃ vālē ātē-jātē haĩ .

63Those of all the other religions continue to follow them down.

59Abhī hai ant .

64It is now the end.

60Kōśhiśh kartē hai vāpis jāyē̃ . 61Parantu tumkō yahā̃ lāyā kisnē  ?

65People try to go back, but who brought you here?

62Christ nē ākar kriściyan dharm sthāpan kiyā , usnē tumkō khīñch kar lāyā .

66Christ came and established the Christian religion; he pulled them down here.

63Abhī sab taṅg huē haĩ vāpas jānē kē liē .

67Now, everyone is fed up and wants to go back home.

64Yah tumkō samjhānā hai , sab ātē haĩ apnā-apnā part bajānē .

68You have to explain this. 69Everyone comes to play his or her own part.

65Part bajātē-bajātē duḥkh mē̃ ānā hī hai .

70While playing your parts, you have to come into sorrow.

66Phir us duḥkh sē chhuṛākar sukh mē̃ lē jānā - bāp kā hī kām hai .

71Then, it is the Father’s duty to liberate you from sorrow and to take you into happiness.

67Bāp kā yah birthplace bhārat hai , itnā mahatva tum bachchō̃ mē̃ bhī sabhī nahī̃ jāntē .

72Bharat is the Father’s birthplace. 73Among you children too, not all of you know the importance of this.

68Thōṛē haĩ jō samajhtē haĩ aur naśhā chaṛhā huā hai .

74There are a few who understand this and their intoxication remains high.

69Kalp-kalp bāp bhārat mē̃ hī ātē haĩ .

75Only in Bharat does the Father come every cycle.

70Yah sabkō batānā hai .

76You have to tell this to everyone.

71Nimantraṇ dēnā hai .

77You have to invite them.

72Pahlē tō yah service karnī paṛē .

78First of all, you have to do this service.

73Literature taiyār karnā paṛē .

79You have to prepare literature.

74Nimantraṇ tō sabkō dēnā hai nā .

80You have to give everyone an invitation.

75Rachayitā aur rachnā key|kī knowledge kōī bhī nahī̃ jāntē .

81No one has the knowledge of the Creator or of the creation.

76Serviceable bankar apnā nām bālā karnā chāhiē .

82You should become serviceable and glorify your name.

77Jō tīkhē bachchē haĩ , jinkī buddhi mē̃ bahut points haĩ , unkī madad sab māṅgtē haĩ .

83Everyone asks for the help of the clever children who have many points in their intellects.

78Unkē nām hī japtē rahtē .

84They continue to chant the names of these children.

79Ēk tō śhivbābā kō japē̃gē phir brahmā bābā kō phir number-vār bachchō̃ kō .

85Firstly, they chant the name of Shiv Baba, then of Brahma Baba and then of the children, numberwise.

80Bhaktimārg mē̃ hāth sē mālā phērtē haĩ , abhī phir mukh sē nām japtē haĩ - phalānē bahut achchhē serviceable haĩ , nirahaṅkārī haĩ , baṛē mīṭhē haĩ , unkō dēh-abhimān nahī̃ hai .

86On the path of devotion, they turn the beads of a rosary physically. 87Now, you chant the names through your lips: so-and-so is very serviceable. 88He is egoless, very sweet and doesn’t have any body consciousness.

81Kahtē haĩ nā miṭharā ghur ta ghurāy ( mīṭhē banō tō sab mīṭhā vyavahār karē̃gē ) .

89It is said: Become sweet and everyone will be very sweet to you.

82Bāp kahtē tum duḥkhī banē hō , ab tum bachchē mujhē yād karē̃gē tō maĩ bhī madad karū̃gā .

90The Father says: You children have become very unhappy and if you now remember Me, I will help.

83Tum naphrat karē̃gē tō maĩ kyā karū̃gā .

91What can I do if you have dislike?

84Yah tō gōyā apnē ūpar naphrat kartē haĩ . 85Pad nahī̃ milēgā .

92This is like disliking yourself. 93In that case, you won’t receive a status.

86Dhan kitnā athāh miltā hai .

94You receive so much wealth.

87Kiskō lottery miltī hai tō kitnā khuśh hōtē haĩ .

95When someone wins a lottery, he becomes so happy.

88Unmē̃ bhī kitnē inām ātē haĩ .

96There are so many prizes there.

89First prize , phir second prize , third prize hōtī hai .

97First prize, second prize, third prize. 98In the same way, this is the spiritual race.

90Hūbahū yah bhī īśhvarīy race hai . 91Gyān aur yōg bal key|kī race hai .

99This is the race of knowledge and the power of yoga.

92Jō inmē̃ tīkhē jātē haĩ vahī galē kā hār banē̃gē aur takht par nazdīk baiṭhē̃gē .

100Those who go fast in this will become the garland around the Father’s neck and they will sit close to the throne.

93Samjhāyā tō bahut sahaj jātā hai .

101All of this is explained to you very easily.

94Apnē ghar kō bhī sambhālō kyōṅki tum karmayōgī hō .

102Also look after your homes because you are karma yogis.

95Class mē̃ ēk ghaṇṭā paṛhnā hai phir ghar mē̃ jākar us par vichār karnā hai .

103You have to study in class for an hour and then go home and think about these things.

96School mē̃ bhī aisē kartē haĩ nā .

104They do the same at school too.

97Paṛhkar phir ghar mē̃ jākar home work kartē haĩ .

105They study and then go home and do their homework.

98Bāp kahtē ēk ghaṛī , ādhī ghaṛī . . . . . . . . din mē̃ 8 ghaṛiyā̃ hōtī haĩ .

106The Father says: Study for an hour, half an hour. 107There are eight hours in a day.

99Unsē bhī bāp kahtē ēk ghaṛī , achchhā ādhī ghaṛī .

108Out of that too, the Father says: Study for an hour, if not that, then for half an hour.

10015-20 minute bhī class attend kar , dhārṇā kar phir apnē dhandhēdhōrī mē̃ jākar lagō .

109Attend class for even 15 to 20 minutes, imbibe that and then become engaged in your business etc.

101Āgē bābā tumkō biṭhātē bhī thē ki yād mē̃ baiṭhō , svadarśhan chakra phirāō .

110In the early days, Baba used to make you sit in remembrance and tell you to spin the discus of self-realisation.

102Yād kā nām tō thā nā .

111There was the mention of remembrance.

103Bāp aur varsē kō yād kartē-kartē svadarśhan chakra phirātē-phirātē jab dēkhō nīnd ātī hai tō sō jāō .

112Remember the Father and the inheritance and spin the discus of self-realisation, and then, when you feel sleepy, go to sleep.

104Phir ant mati sō gati hō jāyēgī . 105Phir savērē uṭhē̃gē tō vahī points yād ātī rahē̃gī .

113Then your final thoughts will lead you to your destination and, when you wake up in the morning, you will remember those points.

106Aisē abhyās kartē-kartē tum nīnd kō jītnē vālē ban jāyēṅgē . 107Jō karēgā vō pāyēgā .

114By practicing this, you will become conquerors of sleep. 115Those who do something will receive the reward of it.

108Karnē vālē kā dēkhnē mē̃ ātā hai .

116When you do something, it is visible.

109Uskī chalan hī pratyakṣha hōtī hai . 110Nā karnē vālē key|kī chalan hī aur hōtī .

117Your behaviour reveals it. 118The behaviour of those who don’t do anything is completely different.

111Dēkhā jātā hai yah bachchē vichār sāgar manthan kartē haĩ , dhārṇā kartē haĩ . 112Kōī lōbh ādi tō nahī̃ hai .

119It is seen when a child churns the ocean of knowledge and imbibes knowledge and doesn’t have any greed etc.

113Yah tō purānā śharīr hai .

120Those bodies are old.

114Yah śharīr ṭhīk bhī tab rahēgā jab gyān aur yōg key|kī dhārṇā hōgī .

121Those bodies will be fine when you imbibe this knowledge and yoga.

115Dhārṇā nahī̃ hōgī tō śharīr aur hī saṛtā jāyēgā .

122If you don’t imbibe this, your bodies will continue to decay even more.

116Nayā śharīr phir bhaviṣhya mē̃ milnā hai .

123You are to receive new bodies in the future.

117Ātmā kō pure banānā hai .

124You souls have to make your souls pure.

118Yah tō purānā śharīr hai , inkō kitnā bhī powder , lipstick ādi lagāō , śhrr̥iṅgār karō tō bhī worth not A penny hai .

125Those are old bodies. 126No matter how much powder and lipstick etc. you put on, how much you decorate them, they are not worth a penny.

119Yah śhrr̥iṅgār sab phāltū hai .

127All of that decoration is useless.

120Ab tum sabkī sagāī śhivbābā sē huī hai .

128All of you are engaged to Shiv Baba.

121Jab śhādī hōtī hai tō us din purānē kapṛē pahantē haĩ .

129When a marriage is to take place, the bride first wears old clothes on that day.

122Ab is śharīr kō śhrr̥iṅgārnā nahī̃ hai .

130You must not now decorate your body.

123Gyān aur yōg sē apnē kō sajāyēṅgē tō phir bhaviṣhya mē̃ prince-princess banē̃gē .

131If you decorate yourself with this knowledge and yoga, you will become princes and princesses in the future.

124Yah hai gyān mān sarōvar .

132This is a lake of knowledge (Mansarovar).

125Ismē̃ gyān key|kī ḍubkī mārtē rahō tō svarg key|kī parī banē̃gē .

133Continue to take a dip in this knowledge and you will become an angel of heaven.

126Prajā kō tō parī nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

134The subjects would not be called angels.

127Kahtē bhī haĩ kr̥iṣhṇa nē bhagāyā , phir mahārānī , paṭrānī banāyā .

135They say: Krishna abducted women and made them into empresses.

128Aisē tō nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki bhagākar phir prajā mē̃ chaṇḍāl ādi banāyā .

136It would not be said that he abducted them and then made them into cremators of the subjects.

129Bhagāyā hī mahārājā-mahārānī banānē kē liē .

137He abducted them to make them into emperors and empresses.

130Tumkō bhī yah puruṣhārth karnā chāhiē .

138You should also make this effort.

131Aisā nahī̃ jō pad milē sō ṭhīk . . . . . . .

139Don’t be happy with whatever status you receive.

132Yahā̃ mukhya hai paṛhāī .

140The main thing here is the study.

133Yah pāṭhśhālā hai nā .

141This is a school.

134Gītā pāṭhśhālā bahut khōltē haĩ .

142Many people open Gita Pathshalas.

135Vah baiṭh sirph gītā sunātē haĩ , kaṇṭha karātē haĩ .

143Those people simply sit and relate the Gita and make you learn it by heart.

136Kōī ēk śhlōk uṭhākar phir ādhā paunā ghaṇṭā us par bōltē haĩ .

144Some people select a verse and then speak on that for half or three quarters of an hour.

137Issē fāydā tō kuchh bhī nahī̃ .

145There is no benefit in that.

138Yahā̃ tō bāp baiṭh paṛhātē haĩ .

146The Father sits here and teaches you.

139Aim-object clear hai .

147Your aim and objective is clear.

140Aur kōī bhī vēd-śhāstra , jap-tap ādi karnē mē̃ kōī aim object nahī̃ hai .

148There is no aim or objective in reading the Vedas and the scriptures or in chanting or doing tapasya.

141Bas , puruṣhārth kartē rahō .

149Continue to make effort, that’s all!

142Parantu milēgā kyā  ?

150However, what will you receive?

143Jab bahut bhakti kartē haĩ tab bhagvān miltē haĩ sō bhī rāt kē bād din jarūr ānā hai .

151It is said that when people do a lot of devotion, they find God; the day definitely has to come after the night.

144Samay par hōgā nā .

152It will all happen at the right time.

145Kalp key|kī āyu kōī kyā batlātē , kōī kyā batlātē haĩ .

153Some say the duration of each cycle is one thing and others say it is something else.

146Samjhāō tō kahtē haĩ śhāstra kaisē jhūṭhē hōṅgē  ?

154When you explain to them, they would say: How could the scriptures be wrong?

147Bhagvān thōṛēhī jhūṭh bōl saktā .

155God would not tell lies.

148Samjhānē key|kī sirph tākat chāhiē .

156You need to have the power to explain.

149Tum bachchō̃ mē̃ yōg kā bal chāhiē .

157So, you children need to have the power of yoga.

150Yōgbal sē sab kām sahaj hō jātē haĩ .

158Everything becomes easy with the power of yoga.

151Kōī kām nahī̃ kar saktē haĩ tō gōyā tākat nahī̃ hai , yōg nahī̃ hai .

159If you aren’t able to do certain things, it means that you don’t have power, that you don’t have yoga.

152Kahā̃-kahā̃ bābā bhī madad kartē haĩ .

160In some cases, Baba also helps.

153Drama mē̃ jō nūndh hai vah repeat hōtā hai .

161Whatever is fixed in the drama continues to repeat.

154Yah bhī ham samajhtē haĩ aur kōī drama kō samajhtē hī nahī̃ .

162We understand this. 163No one else understands the drama.

155Second by second jō pās|pass hōtā jātā , ṭik-ṭik hōtā jātā hai , ham śhrīmat par act mē̃ ātē haĩ .

164Second by second, every second that passes continues to tick away. 165We act according to shrimat.

156Śhrīmat par nahī̃ chalē̃gē tō śhrēṣhṭh kaisē banē̃gē .

166How would you become elevated if you don’t follow shrimat?

157Sab ēk jaisē ban nahī̃ saktē .

167Not everyone can become the same.

158Yah lōg samajhtē haĩ ham ēk hō jāē̃ .

168Those people think that they will all become one.

159Ēk kā arth|earth nahī̃ samajhtē . 160Ēk kyā hō jāē̃  ?

169They don’t understand the meaning of becoming one.

161Kyā ēk father hō jānā chāhiē vā ēk brother hō jānā chāhiē  ? 162Brother kahē̃ tō bhī ṭhīk hai .

170What should they become one of? 171Should they all become the one Father or should they all become one brother?

163Śhrīmat par barōbar ham ēk hō saktē haĩ . 164Tum sab ēk mat par chaltē hō .

172If they were to say that they will become brothers, that’s fine.

165Tumhārā bāp , teacher , gurū ēk hī hai .

173By following shrimat, we truly can become one.

166Jō pūrā śhrīmat par nahī̃ chaltē tō vah śhrēṣhṭh bhī nahī̃ banē̃gē .

174All of you are following in one direction. 175Your Father, Teacher and Guru are One.

167Ēkdam nahī̃ chalē̃gē tō ḵẖatm hō jāyēṅgē .

176Those who don’t follow shrimat fully will not be able to become elevated.

168Race mē̃ unkō hī nikāltē haĩ jō lāyak hōtē haĩ .

177If you don’t follow shrimat at all, you will be completely finished.

169Jab kōī baṛī race hōtī hai tō ghōṛē bhī achchhē first class nikāltē haĩ kyōṅki lottery baṛī rakhtē haĩ .

178They only enter in a race those who are worthy. 179When it is a big race, they have very good, first-class horses because they have a big lottery at stake.

170Yah bhī aśhva race hai .

180This too is a horse race.

171Husain kā ghōṛā kahtē hō nā .

181They speak of the horse of Hussain.

172Unhōnnē husain kō ghōṛē par laṛāī mē̃ dikhāyā hai .

182They have shown Hussain on a horse in a battle. 183You children are doubly non-violent.

173Abhī tum bachchē tō double ahiṃsak hō .

184The violence of lust is number one.

174Kām key|kī hiṅsā hai number one .

185No one knows about this type of violence.

175Is hiṅsā kō kōī jāntē hī nahī̃ .

186Even sannyasis don’t consider it as such.

176Sanyāsī bhī aisē nahī̃ samajhtē haĩ .

187They simply say that it is a vice.

177Sirph kahtē haĩ yah vikār hai .

188The Father says: Lust is the greatest enemy.

178Bāp kahtē haĩ - kām mahāśhatru hai , yahī ādi , madhya , ant tumkō duḥkh dētā hai .

189It is this that causes you sorrow from its beginning through the middle to its end.

179Tumkō yah siddh kar batānā hai ki hamārā pravr̥itti mārg kā rājyōg hai . 180Tumhārā haṭhyōg hai .

190You have to prove to them that this is your Raja Yoga of the family path, whereas theirs is hatha yoga.

181Tum śhaṅkarāchārya sē haṭhyōg sīkhtē hō , ham śhivāchārya sē rājyōg sīkhtē haĩ .

191They learn hatha yoga from Shankaracharya and we learn Raja Yoga from Shivacharya, the Teacher.

182Aisī-aisī bātē̃ samay par sunānā chāhiē .

192You should tell them these things at the right time.

183Kōī tumsē pūchhē ki dēvtāō̃ K|kē 84 janm haĩ tō bhalā in kriściyan ādi K|kē kitnē janm hai  ? 184Bōlō , yah tō tum hisāb karō nā .

193If someone asks you, “If the deities take 84 births, how many births would Christians take?” tell them: You can calculate this yourself.

185Pāñch hajār varṣh mē̃ 84 janm huē .

194There are 84 births in 5000 years.

186Christ kō 2 hajār varṣh huē .

195It is 2000 years since Christ came.

187Hisāb karō - average kitnē janm huē  ?

196Now, calculate how many births they would take on average.

18830-32 janm hōṅgē . 189Yah tō clear hai .

197They would perhaps take 30 to 32 births.

190Jō bahut sukh dēkhtē haĩ , vah duḥkh bhī bahut dēkhtē haĩ .

198This is clear. 199Those who see a lot of happiness will also see a lot of sorrow.

191Unhō̃ kō cum|kam sukh , cum|kam duḥkh miltā hai . 192Average kā hisāb nikālnā hai .

200Those people see less happiness and so they also receive less sorrow.

193Pīchhē jō ātē haĩ vah thōṛē-thōṛē janma lētē haĩ .

201You have to calculate the average. 202Those who come later take fewer births.

194Buddha kā , Abraham|ibrāham kā bhī hisāb nikāl saktē haĩ .

203You can also calculate how many births Buddha and Abraham take.

195Karkē ēk-dō janm kā fark paṛēgā .

204Perhaps, there would be a difference of one or two births.

196Tō yah sab bātē̃ vichār sāgar manthan karnā chāhiē .

205So, you should churn the ocean of knowledge about all of these things.

197Kōī pūchhē tō kyā samjhāyē̃  ?

206What should we explain if anyone asks us?

198Phir bhī bōlō - pahlē tō bāp sē varsā lēnā hai nā .

207You should tell them: First of all, you have to claim your inheritance from the Father.

199Tum bāp kō tō yād karō .

208At least remember the Father!

200Janm jitnē lēnē hōṅgē utnē lē̃gē .

209Each one will take as many births as they are to take.

201Bāp sē varsā tō lē lō .

210At least claim your inheritance from the Father.

202Achchhī rīti samjhānā hai .

211You have to explain this very well.

203Mēhnat kā kām hai .

212This is something that requires effort.

204Mēhnat sē hī successful hōṅgē .

213You will become successful by making effort.

205Ismē̃ baṛī viśhāl buddhi chāhiē .

214A very broad and unlimited intellect is required.

206Bābā sē aur bābā K|kē dhan sē bahut lav|love chāhiē .

215There has to be a lot of love for Baba and Baba’s wealth.

207Kōī tō dhan hī nahī̃ lētē .

216Some don’t take this wealth at all.

208Arē , gyān ratna tō dhāraṇ karō .

217Oh! 218At least imbibe the jewels of knowledge!

209Tō kahtē haĩ ham kyā karē̃  ?

219They say: What can I do?

210Ham samajhtē nahī̃ .

220I can’t understand it.

211Nahī̃ samajhtē hō tō tumhārī bhāvī .

221If you don’t understand, that is your destiny.

212Achchhā  !

222Achcha.

213Mīṭhē-mīṭhē sikīladhē bachchō̃ prati māt-pitā bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur good morning .

223To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

214Rūhānī bāp kī rūhānī bachchō̃ kō namastē .

224The spiritual children say namaste to the spiritual Father.

Essence for dharna

215Dhārṇā kē liē mukhya sār  :

225Essence for dharna:

2161 ) kisī sē bhī naphrat nahī̃ karnī hai .

226 1. Don’t dislike anyone.

217Sabsē mīṭhā vyavahār karnā hai .

227Be very sweet with everyone.

218Gyān-yōg mē̃ race karkē bāp K|kē galē kā hār ban jānā hai .

228Race in this knowledge and yoga and become a garland around the Father’s neck.

2192 ) nīnd kō jītnē vālā ban savērē-savērē uṭh bāp kō yād karnā hai .

229 2. Become a conqueror of sleep. 230Wake up early in the morning and remember the Father.

220Svadarśhan chakra phirānā hai .

231Spin the discus of self-realisation.

221Jō suntē haĩ us par vichār sāgar manthan karnē key|kī ādat ḍālnī hai .

232Instil the habit of churning the knowledge that you hear.

Blessing

222Vardān  : buddhi kō direction pramāṇ śhrēṣhṭh sthiti mē̃ sthit karnē vālē master sarvśhaktimān bhav

233Blessing: May you stabilise your intellect in an elevated stage according to the directions and become a master almighty authority.

223Kaī bachchē jab yōg mē̃ baiṭhtē haĩ tō ātma-abhimānī hōnē kē badlē sēvā yād ātī hai , lēkin aisā nahī̃ hōnā chāhiē kyōṅki last samay agar aśharīrī bannē kē bajāē sēvā kā bhī saṅkalp chalā tō second K|kē paper mē̃ fail hō jāyēṅgē .

234 When some children sit in yoga, instead of being soul conscious, they think of service. 235However, it should not be like that because if, instead of becoming bodiless in the final moments, you have thoughts of service, you would fail the paper of a second.

224Us samay sivāē bāp K|kē , nirākārī , nirvikārī , niranhakārī - aur kuchh yād na hō .

236At that time, you must remember nothing but the Father and of being incorporeal, viceless and egoless.

225Sēvā mē̃ phir bhī sākār mē̃ ā jāyēṅgē .

237In thinking about service, you would still come into a physical consciousness.

226Isliē yah abhyās karō ki jis samay jis sthiti mē̃ sthit hōnā chāhē̃ , sthit hō jāē̃ - tab kahē̃gē master sarvśhaktimān , controlling aur ruling power vālē .

238Therefore, when you have to stabilise yourself in a particular stage, practise becoming stable in that alone, for only then will you be called a master almighty authority who has controlling and ruling powers.

Slogan

227Slōgan  : kisī bhī paristhiti kō sahaj pār karnē kā sādhan hai - ēk bal , ēk bharōsā .

239Slogan: The easy way to overcome any situation is to have one Strength and one Support.
