1Sāthī kō sāth rakh sākṣhī aur khuśhnumā takhtnaśhīn rahō

1Keep your Companion with you, be seated on the throne of

2Āj viśhva kalyāṇkārī bāp viśhva K|kē chārō̃ taraph K|kē bachchō̃ kō dēkh harṣhit hō rahē haĩ .

2a detached observer and remain happy. 3Today, Baba, the World Benefactor, is happy to see the children from all over the world.

3Sabhī bachchō̃ K|kē snēh aur sahyōg key|kī rēkhāyē̃ bachchō̃ K|kē chēhrē sē dikhāī dē rahī haĩ .

4Lines of love and co-operation are visible on the faces of all the children.

4Har ēk K|kē dil sē «  mērā bābā ' ' , yah gīt bāpdādā sun rahē haĩ .

5BapDada is hearing the song, “My Baba”, emerging from the heart of each one.

5Bāpdādā bhī respond mē̃ kahtē haĩ ' ō mērē ati priya , ati snēhī lāḍlē bachchē ' .

6In response, BapDada says: “O My extremely dear, extremely dear and beloved children!”.

6Har ēk bachchā priya bhī hai , lāḍlē bhī haĩ , kyō̃  ?

7Each child is very dear and very much loved. 8Why?

7Kōṭō̃ mē̃ kōī aur kōī mē̃ bhī kōī hō . 8Tō lāḍlē huē nā  !

9You are the few out of multimillions and the handful out of the few.

9Tō bāpdādā bhī lāḍlē bachchō̃ kō dēkh khuśh hōtē haĩ .

10That makes you beloved, does it not? 11BapDada is happy to see the beloved children.

10Bachchō̃ kō bhī sadā khuśhī mē̃ dance kartē huē dēkhtē haĩ aur sadā dēkhnē chāhtē haĩ .

12He constantly sees the children dancing in happiness and wishes to see them dancing - constantly (sada).

11Khuśhī mē̃ rahtē tō haĩ lēkin bāp sadā chāhtē haĩ .

13You do remain happy, but the Father wishes to see you in this state - constantly.

12Sadā khuśh rahtē hō yā khuśhī mē̃ phark paṛtā hai  ?

14Do you remain constantly happy? 15Or does your happiness fluctuate?

13Kabhī bahut khuśhī , kabhī thōṛī cum|kam aur kabhī bahut cum|kam  !

16Is it that sometimes you have a lot of happiness, sometimes a little less and sometimes very little?

14Bāp nē pahlē bhī sunāyā hai ki vartamān samay āp bachchō̃ key|kī viśhva kō is sēvā key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai jō chēhrē sē , nayanō̃ sē , dō śhabda sē her|har ātmā K|kē duḥkh kō dūr kar khuśhī dē dō .

17BapDada also told you earlier that, at present, you children have to serve the world in such a way that with your face, with your eyes and with a few words you are able to remove the sorrow of every soul and give them happiness.

15Āpkō dēkhtē hī khuśh hō jāē̃ isliē khuśhnumā chēhrā yā khuśhnumā mūrt sadā rahē kyōṅki man key|kī khuśhī sūrat sē spaṣhṭ dikhāī dētī hai .

18As soon as they see you, they should become happy. 19This is why you need to constantly have a happy face and be an image of happiness, because the happiness in someone’s mind is clearly revealed on the face.

16Kitnā bhī kōī bhaṭaktā huā , parēśhān , duḥkh key|kī lahar mē̃ āyē , khuśhī mē̃ rahnā asambhav bhī samajhtē hō̃ lēkin āpkē sāmnē ātē hī āpkī mūrt , āpkī vr̥itti , āpkī dr̥iṣhṭi ātmā kō parivartan kar lē .

20Even if a wandering, distressed soul who is experiencing sorrow comes in front of you, even if he considers it impossible to be happy, as soon as he comes in front of you, your image, your attitude and your vision should transform that soul.

17Āj man key|kī khuśhī kē liē kitnā kharchā kartē haĩ , kitnē manōrañjan K|kē nayē-nayē sādhan banātē haĩ .

21Today, people spend so much money in order to make their minds happy and so many new facilities are created for their entertainment.

18Vah haĩ alp-kāl K|kē sādhan aur āpkī hai sadākāl key|kī sachchī sādhnā .

22Theirs facilities (sadhan) are temporary, whereas you are making true spiritual endeavour (sadhna) for all time.

19Tō sādhnā un ātmāō̃ kō parivartan kar lē .

23So, let your spiritual endeavour transform those souls.

20Hāy-hāy lē āvē̃ aur vāh-vāh lēkar jāyē . 21Vāh kamāl hai - paramātma ātmāō̃ key|kī  !

24They may have distress (hai! hai!) when they come to you, but they should be singing praise (wah! wah!) when they leave.

22Tō yah sēvā karō . 23Samay prati samay jitnā alpkāl K|kē sādhanō̃ sē parēśhān hōtē jāyēṅgē , aisē samay par āpkī khuśhī unhō̃ kō sahārā ban jāyēgī kyōṅki āp haĩ hī khuśhnasīb . 24Khuśhnasīb haĩ yā nahī̃  ?

25“Wah! it is the wonder of the souls who belong to God!” 26From time to time, as souls become distressed, in spite of their temporary facilities, at such times, your happiness will become their support because you are the ones who have the fortune of happiness.

25Adhūrē tō nahī̃  ? 26Haĩ hī khuśhnasīb .

27Do you have the fortune of happiness (khushnaseed) or not?

27Āp jaisā khuśhnasīb sārē kalp mē̃ kōī ātmāyē̃ nahī̃ .

28You are not incomplete in this, are you? 29You are those who have the fortune of happiness.

28Itnā naśhā chēhrē aur chalan sē anubhav karāō . 29Karā saktē hō yā karātē bhī hō  ?

30No other souls throughout the entire cycle have the fortune of happiness that you have. 31Is there anyone else?

30Brāhmaṇ jīvan mē̃ agar khuśhī nahī̃ tō brāhmaṇ bankar kyā kiyā  !

32You have to give others the experience of such great intoxication through your face and behaviour.

31Brāhmaṇ jīvan arthāt khuśhī key|kī jīvan .

33Are you able to do this? 34Or, are you already doing this?

32Kabhī-kabhī bāpdādā dēkhtē haĩ , kōī-kōī K|kē chēhrē jō hōtē haĩ nā vah thōṛā sā … kyā hōtā hai  ?

35If you do not experience happiness in Brahmin life, what have you achieved by becoming a Brahmin? 36Brahmin life means a life of happiness.

33Achchhī tarah sē jāntē haĩ , tabhī hanstē haĩ .

37Sometimes, BapDada sees that the faces of some children are slightly... 38What happens then?

34Tō bāpdādā kō aisā chēhrā dēkh rahm bhī ātā aur thōṛā sā āśhcharya bhī lagtā .

39All of you know very well what happens, and this is why you are laughing. 40Seeing such faces, BapDada feels mercy and is also a little amazed.

35Mērē bachchē aur udās  !

41My children and yet they are unhappy!

36Hō saktā hai kyā  ?

42Is this possible?

37Nahī̃ nā  !

43It is not.

38Udās arthāt māyā K|kē dās .

44To be unhappy means to be a servant of Maya.

39Lēkin āp tō master māyāpati hō .

45However, you are master conquerors of Maya.

40Māyā āpkē āgē kyā hai  ?

46What is Maya compared to you?

41Chīṇṭī bhī nahī̃ hai , marī huī chīṇṭī .

47It is not even an ant; it is a dead ant.

42Dūr sē lagtā hai jindā hai lēkin hōtī marī huī hai .

48From a distance, it seems to be alive, but it is in fact dead.

43Sirph dūr sē parakhnē key|kī śhakti chāhiē .

49You simply need to have the power to discern from a distance.

44Jaisē bāp key|kī knowledge vistār sē jāntē hō nā , aisē māyā K|kē bhī bahurūpī rūp key|kī pahchān , knowledge achchhī tarah sē dhāraṇ kar lō .

50Just as you have the knowledge of the Father in great detail, in the same way, you must imbibe the knowledge of the various forms of Maya and recognise her.

45Vah sirph ḍarātī hai , jaisē chhōṭē bachchē hōtē haĩ nā tō unkō mā̃ bāp nirbhay banānē kē liē ḍarātē haĩ .

51Maya creates fear in you, just like parents create fear in their children in order to make them fearless.

46Kuchh karē̃gē nahī̃ , jānabūjhakar ḍarānē kē liē kartē haĩ .

52They do not do anything, but purposely create fear to make them fearless.

47Aisē māyā bhī apnā banānē kē liē bahurūp dhāraṇ kartī hai .

53In the same way, Maya also adopts various forms to make you belong to her.

48Jab bahurūp dhāraṇ kartī hai tō āp bhī bahurūpī ban uskō parakh lō .

54When Maya adopts any of her various forms, you also need to become those with various forms and recognise her.

49Parakh nahī̃ saktē haĩ nā , tō kyā khēl kartē hō  ?

55What games do you play when you are not able to recognise her?

50Yuddha karnē śhurū kar dētē hō hāy , māyā ā gaī  !

56You start battling and think, “Oh dear! 57Maya has come!”

51Aur yuddha karnē sē buddhi , man thak jātā hai .

58Then, when you battle, your mind and intellect become tired.

52Phir thakāvaṭ sē kyā kahtē hō  ?

59Out of tiredness, what do you then say?

53Māyā baṛī prabal hai , māyā baṛī tēj hai .

60“Maya is very powerful.” 61It is not Maya, but what is it?

54Kuchh bhī nahī̃ hai . 55Āpkī kamjōrī bhinn-bhinn māyā K|kē rūp ban jātī hai .

62It is nothing but your weakness becoming different forms of Maya.

56Tō bāpdādā sadā har ēk bachchē kō khuśhnasīb K|kē naśhē mē̃ , khuśhnumā chēhrē mē̃ aur khuśhī key|kī khurāk sē tandarūst aur sadā khuśhī K|kē khajānō̃ sē sampann dēkhnē chāhtē haĩ .

63BapDada constantly wishes to see every child having the intoxication of the fortune of happiness, of constantly having a happy face, and of remaining happy with the nourishment of happiness and full of the treasures of happiness.

57Jīvan mē̃ chāhiē kyā  ?

64What does one need in life?

58Khurāk aur khajānā .

65Nourishment and treasures.

59Aur kyā chāhiē  ?

66What else does one need?

60Tō āpkē pās|pass khuśhī key|kī khurāk hai yā stock kabhī khatm hō jātā hai  ?

67Therefore, do you have the nourishment of happiness or does the stock of your treasures finish?

61Khuśhī kā khajānā akhuṭ hai . 62Akhuṭ hai nā  ?

68Your treasures of happiness are limitless.

63Aur jitnā kharcō utnā baṛhē .

69They are limitless, are they not?

64Agar aur kōī bhī puruṣhārth nahī̃ karō sirph ēk lakṣhya rakhō - kuchh bhī hō jāē , chāhē apnē man K|kē sthiti dvārā , chāhē kōī anya ātmāō̃ dvārā , chāhē prakr̥iti dvārā , chāhē vāyumaṇḍal dvārā kuchh bhī hō jāē , mujhē khuśhī nahī̃ chhōṛnī hai .

70The more you spend, the more they increase. 71Even if you do not make any other effort, simply keep this aim: “No matter what happens, whether it is through the state of my own mind, through other souls, or through the elements or atmosphere, I must not let go of my happiness.”

65Yah tō sahaj puruṣhārth hai nā yā khuśhī khisak jātī hai  ?

72This effort is easy, is it not? 73Or, does your happiness slip away?

66Sahaj hai yā kabhī-kabhī muśhkil hai  ?

74Is it easy or is it sometimes difficult?

67Dr̥iṛh saṅkalp rakhō aur bātō̃ kō bhūl jāō .

75Keep this determination and forget everything else.

68Ēk hī bāt pakkī rakhō - mujhē khuśh rahnā hai .

76Simply make this one aspect firm: “I have to remain happy.”

69Tō bātē̃ kyā lagē̃gī  ?

77What will the different situations seem like then?

70Khēl .

78Just a game.

71Aur apnī khēl dēkhnē key|kī sākṣhīpan key|kī seat par sadā sthit rahō .

79Constantly remain seated on the seat of a detached observer when watching your own games.

72Chāhē kōī apmān karnē vālā hō , āpkō parēśhān kar apnē sākṣhīpan key|kī śhān sē nīchē utārnē vālē hō̃ , lēkin āp sākṣhīpan key|kī seat sē nīchē nahī̃ āō .

80Even if someone insults you or tries to upset you and bring you down from your self-respect of a detached observer, you should not come down from your throne of a detached observer.

73Nīchē ā jātē hō tabhī khuśhī kam hō jātī hai .

81Your happiness reduces when you do come down.

74Bāpdādā nē pahlē bhī dō śhabda sunāyē haĩ - sāthī aur sākṣhī .

82BapDada also told you two words earlier: Companion (Saathi) and detached observer (saakshi).

75Jab bāpdādā sāth hai tō sākṣhīpan key|kī seat sadā majbūt rahtī hai .

83When BapDada is with you, your stage of a detached observer is very strong.

76Kahtē sabhī hō bāpdādā sāth hai , bāpdādā sāth hai lēkin māyā kā prabhāv bhī paṛtā rahtā aur kahtē bhī rahtē hō bāpdādā sāth hai , bāpdādā sāth hai .

84All of you say that BapDada is with you, BapDada is with you! 85However, you also have some influence of Maya over you when you say that BapDada is with you.

77Sāth hai , lēkin sāth kō aisē samay par use nahī̃ kartē hō , kinārē kar dētē hō .

86BapDada is with you, but you do not use His companionship at a time of need; you put Him aside at that time.

78Jaisē kōī sāth mē̃ hōtā hai nā , kōī bahut aisā kām paṛ jātā hai yā kōī aisī bāt hōtī hai tō sāth kabhī khyāl nahī̃ hōtā , bātō̃ mē̃ paṛ jātē haĩ .

87When someone is with you, or when a task comes up, when a situation arises, you do not remember the Company you have, but you become engrossed in the situation.

79Aisē sāth hai yah māntē bhī hō , anubhav bhī kartē hō .

88You believe that you have this Company and you also experience it.

80Kōī hai jō kahēgā sāth nahī̃ hai  ?

89Would any of you say that you do not have this Company?

81Kōī nahī̃ kahtā .

90None of you would say this.

82Sab kahtē haĩ mērē sāth hai , yah bhī nahī̃ kahtē ki tērē sāth hai .

91All of you say: “Baba is with me”. 92None of you say: “Baba is with you”.

83Har ēk kahtā hai mērē sāth hai .

93Each of you says: “Baba is with me, Baba is my Companion.”

84Mērā sāthī hai .

94He is, is He not?

85Man sē kahtē hō yā mukh sē  ?

95Do you say this in your mind or with your lips?

86Man sē kahtē hō  ?

96Do you say this in your mind?

87Bāpdādā tō khēl dēkhtē haĩ , bāp sāth baiṭhē haĩ aur apnī paristhiti mē̃ , uskō sāmnā karnē mē̃ itnā mast hō jātē haĩ jō dēkhtē nahī̃ haĩ ki sāth mē̃ kaun hai .

97BapDada continues to see the games. 98BapDada is sitting with you and yet you become so engrossed in your own situation, trying to face it, that you don’t even realise who is with you.

88Tō bāp bhī kyā kartē  ?

99So, what does Baba do then?

89Bāp bhī sāthī sē sākṣhī bankar khēl dēkhtē haĩ .

100From being the Companion, BapDada becomes the Observer and observes your games.

90Aisē tō nahī̃ karō nā .

101Do not do this any more.

91Jab sāthī kahtē hō tō sāth tō nibhāō , kinārā kyō̃ kartē hō  ?

102Since you call Him your Companion, fulfil the responsibility of a companion. 103Why do you move away from Him?

92Bāp kō achchhā nahī̃ lagtā .

104The Father does not like that.

93Bāp yahī śhubh āśhā rakhtē haĩ aur hai bhī ki ēk-ēk bachchā svarājya adhikārī sō viśhva adhikārī hai .

105The Father has the pure desire that each of you children becomes, and you truly are, a self-sovereign and thereby one who has a right to world sovereignty.

94Āp lōg prajā haĩ kyā  !

106Are all of you part of the subjects?

95Prajā tō nahī̃ bannā hai nā  ?

107You do not wish to become subjects, do you?

96Rāzē , mahārājē , viśhva rājē hō nā  !

108You are kings, are you not? 109You are the emperors, the world kings.

97Prajā banānē vālē hō , prajā bannē vālē nahī̃ hō .

110You are those who create subjects, not those who become the subjects. 111You are those who will become kings, are you not?

98Rājā bannē vālē , prajā banānē vālē hō .

112You are those who will become kings and who will create subjects.

99Tō rājā kahā̃ baiṭhtā hai  ?

113So, where does a king sit?

100Takht par baiṭhtā hai nā  !

114He sits on a throne, does he not?

101Jab practical mē̃ rājā K|kē naśhē mē̃ hōtā hai tō takht par baiṭhtā hai nā  !

115When someone has the intoxication of being the king, he remains seated on the throne in a practical way.

102Tō sākṣhīpan kā takht chhōṛō nahī̃ .

116So, do not get off your throne of a detached observer.

103Jō alag-alag puruṣhārth kartē hō usmē̃ thak jātē hō .

117When you make effort for something specific, you get tired.

104Āj mansā kā kiyā , kal vāchā kā kiyā , sambandh-sampark kā kiyā tō thak jātē hō .

118Today, you paid attention to your thoughts; tomorrow, you will pay attention to your words or your connections and relationships etc. 119You get tired doing this.

105Ēk hī puruṣhārth karō ki sākṣhī aur khuśhnumā takhtnaśhīn rahnā hai . 106Yah takht kabhī nahī̃ chhōṛnā hai .

120Simply make the one effort of not coming off your throne of a detached observer; remain happy hearted and seated on your throne.

107Kōī rājā aisē serious hōkar takht par baiṭhē , baiṭhā takht par hō lēkin bahut krōdhī hō , official hō tō achchhā lagēgā  ?

121If a king is looking very serious while seated on his throne, if he is seated on the throne and yet looking very angry and official, would you like it?

108Kahē̃gē yah tō rājā nahī̃ hai .

122You would say: That one is not a king.

109Tō āp sadā takhtnaśhīn hai nā  !

123So, all of you are constantly seated on your thrones, are you not?

110Vah rāzē tō kabhī takht par baiṭhtē , kabhī nahī̃ baiṭhtē lēkin sākṣhīpan kā takht aisā hai jismē̃ her|har kārya kartē bhī takhtnaśhīn , utarnā nahī̃ paṛtā hai .

124Those kings sometimes sit on their thrones and sometimes they do not, but your throne of a detached observer is such that you can be seated on your throne while performing any task. 125You do not have to get off your throne.

111Sōtē bhī takhtnaśhīn , uṭhatē-calatē , sambandh-sampark mē̃ ātē takhtnaśhīn . 112Takht par baiṭhnā ātā hai ki baiṭhnā nahī̃ ātā hai , khisak jātē hō  ?

126You are seated on your throne while sleeping; you are seated on your throne while sitting or standing and while having contact or a relationship with others.

113Sākṣhīpan K|kē takhtnaśhīn ātmā kabhī bhī kōī samasyā mē̃ parēśhān nahī̃ hō saktī .

127Do you know how to remain seated on your throne or not? 128Do you slip off your throne?

114Samasyā takht kē nīchē rah jāyēgī aur āp ūpar takhtnaśhīn hōṅgē .

129A soul who is seated on the throne of an observer can never become distressed because of some problem.

115Samasyā āpkē liē sir nahī̃ uṭhā sakēgī , nīchē dabī rahēgī .

130The problems would remain under the throne and you would be seated on the throne.

116Āpkō parēśhān nahī̃ karēgī aur kōī kō bhī dabā dō tō andar hī andar khatm hō jāyēgā nā .

131The problems would not be able to raise their heads in front of you; they would remain suppressed underneath. 132They would not trouble you.

117Tō bāpdādā kō aisē samay par āśhcharya lagtā hai , āp nahī̃ āśhcharya karnā .

133When you press hard on something, it finishes by itself. 134At such a time, BapDada is amazed; you should not be amazed.

118Apnē par bhalē karnā , dūsrē par nahī̃ karnā .

135You may be amazed at your own self, but do not be amazed at others.

119Tō āśhcharya lagtā hai ki yah mērē bachchē kyā kar rahē haĩ  !

136Baba is amazed at what His children are doing. 137They are getting off their thrones.

120Takht sē utar rahē haĩ . 121Jab takhtnaśhīn rahnē K|kē saṅskār ab sē hī ḍālē̃gē tab viśhva K|kē takht par bhī baiṭhē̃gē .

138You are seated on your throne now; only when you instil the sanskars of being seated on your throne now will you be able to sit on a world throne.

122Yahā̃ sadākāl takhtnaśhīn nahī̃ hōṅgē tō vahā̃ bhī sadā arthāt jitnā samay full hai , utnā samay nahī̃ baiṭh sakē̃gē .

139If you are not constantly seated on your throne here, then, there too, you will not be able to sit on a throne all the time, that is, for the full period.

123Saṅskār sab abhī bharnē haĩ .

140You have to fill yourself with all these sanskars at this time.

124Phir vahī bharē huē saṅskār satyug mē̃ kārya karē̃gē .

141Whatever sanskars you have filled yourself with will work in the golden age.

125Royalty K|kē saṅskār abhī sē bharnē haĩ .

142You have to fill yourself with sanskars of royalty at this time.

126Aisē nahī̃ sōchnā ki abhī kuchh samay tō paṛā hai , itnē mē̃ vināśh tō hōnā nahī̃ hai , yah nahī̃ sōchnā . 127Vināśh hōnā hai achānak .

143Do not think that some time still remains, that destruction is not going to take place that soon. 144Do not think in this way because destruction will take place suddenly.

128Pūchhkar nahī̃ āyēgā ki hā̃ taiyār hō  !

145It will not first ask you if you are ready.

129Sab achānak hōnā hai .

146Everything will happen suddenly.

130Āp lōg bhī brāhmaṇ kaisē banē̃  ?

147How did all of you become Brahmins?

131Achānak hī sandēśh milā , pradarśhanī dēkhī , sampark-sambandha huā badal gayē .

148You suddenly received the message, you saw an exhibition, you came into contact and relationship and you transformed yourselves.

132Kyā sōchā thā ki is tārīkh kō brāhmaṇ banē̃gē  ?

149Did you think that you would become Brahmins on a particular date?

133Achānak hō gayā nā  !

150Did you think this?

134Tō parivartan bhī achānak hōnā hai .

151You became Brahmins suddenly.

135Āpkō pahlē māyā aur hī albēlā banāyēgī , sōchē̃gē hamnē tō dō hajār sōchā thā - vah bhī pūrā hō gayā , abhī tō thōṛā rest kar lō .

152So, transformation too will take place suddenly. 153First of all, Maya makes you very careless. 154If you think about it, even the year 2000 that you had thought of is almost here.

136Pahlē māyā apnā jādū phailāyēgī , albēlā banāyēgī .

155You think: Let me just take a little rest!

137Kisī bhī bāt mē̃ , chāhē sēvā mē̃ , chāhē yōg mē̃ , chāhē dhārṇā mē̃ , chāhē sambandh-sampark mē̃ yah tō chaltā hī hai , yah tō hōtā hī hai … , aisē pahlē māyā albēlā banānē key|kī kōśhiśh karēgī .

156First, Maya will spread her magic and make you careless in some aspect, whether it is in service, yoga, dharna or relationships and connections. 157You will think: This happens all the time; this will continue to happen. 158In this way, Maya will first try to make you careless.

138Phir achānak vināśh hōgā , phir nahī̃ kahnā ki bāpdādā nē sunāyā hī nahī̃ , aisā bhī hōnā hai kyā  !

159Then, destruction will suddenly take place. 160At that time, do not then say that BapDada did not tell you that it would happen like this.

139Isliē pahlē hī sunā dētē haĩ - albēlē kabhī bhī kisī bhī bāt mē̃ nahī̃ bannā .

161This is why you are being warned in advance not to become careless in any aspect.

140Chār hī subject mē̃ alert , abhī bhī kuchh hō jāē tō alert .

162You have to be alert in all four subjects; even if something happens right now, stay alert!

141Us samay nahī̃ kahnā bāpdādā abhī āō , abhī sāth nibhāō , abhī thōṛī śhakti dē dō , us samay nahī̃ dēgē .

163At that time, do not call out: ‘BapDada, come! 164Come and fulfil Your responsibility, give me a little power!’ Baba will not give it at that time.

142Abhī jitnī śhakti chāhiē , jaisī chāhiē utnī jamā kar lō . 143Sabkō khulī chhuṭṭī hai , khulē bhaṇḍār haĩ , jitnī śhakti chāhiē , jō śhakti chāhiē lē lō .

165Accumulate it at this time. 166Whichever power you need to any extent, all of you have full permission to take whatever you want; the treasure store is open. 167However much power you want, whichever power you want, take that now.

144Paper K|kē samay teacher vā principal madad nahī̃ kartā .

168The teacher or principal would not help you at the time of exams.

145Double vidēśhī bachchō̃ kō dēkh bāp kō bhī double khuśhī hōtī hai .

169Baba is doubly pleased to see the double foreigners.

146Kyō̃ hōtī hai  ?

170Why is this?

147Kyōṅki double vidēśhiyō̃ kō svayã kō parivartan karnē mē̃ double mēhnat karnī paṛī isīliē jab bāpdādā double vidēśhī bachchō̃ kō dēkhtē haĩ tō double khuśhī hōtī hai , vāh mērē double vidēśhī bachchē vāh  !

171Because double foreigners have to make double the effort to transform themselves. 172This is why, when BapDada sees the double-foreign children, He is doubly pleased, “Wah, My double-foreign children!”.

148Double vidēśhī hāth uṭhāō .

173Double foreigners, raise your hands!

149 ( viśhva K|kē anēk dēśhō̃ K|kē karīb 1 hajār bhāī bahinē̃ sabhā mē̃ upasthit haĩ ) vāh bahut achchhā .

174(There are about 1000 brothers and sisters from different countries present.) 175Wah! 176It is very good.

150Double tālī bajāō .

177You may clap twice.

151Bāpdādā vidēśh key|kī sēvā K|kē samāchār suntē rahtē haĩ , dēkhtē bhī rahtē haĩ , result mē̃ sēvā kā umaṅg-utsāh bahut achchhā hai .

178BapDada continually hears and sees news of the service done abroad. 179As a result, zeal and enthusiasm for service is very good.

152Sirph kabhī-kabhī apnē ūpar sēvā kā thōṛā sā bōjh uṭhā lētē hō .

180It is just that you sometimes take the burden of service on yourselves.

153Bōjh nahī̃ uṭhāō .

181Do not carry this burden.

154Bōjh bāp kō dē dō .

182Give the burden to the Father.

155Bāp kē liē vah bōjh kuchh bhī nahī̃ hai lēkin āp sēvā kā bōjh uṭhā lētē hō tō thak jātē hō .

183This burden is nothing for the Father, whereas by carrying the burden of service yourself, you get tired.

156Sēvā bahut achchhī kartē hō , sēvā K|kē samay nahī̃ thaktē hō .

184You do very good service and do not get tired when doing service.

157Us samay bahut achchhē chēhrō̃ kā phōṭō nikālnē vālā hōtā hai lēkin kōī-kōī ( sabhī nahī̃ ) sēvā kē bād thōṛā sā thakāvaṭ K|kē chēhrē mē̃ dikhāī dētē haĩ .

185At that time, your faces are very good; they are worth taking a photograph of, but some of you - not all of you - after doing that service have tired faces.

158Bāp kahtē haĩ bōjh uṭhātē kyō̃ hō  ?

186The Father asks: Why do you carry the burden?

159Kyā bōjh uṭhānā achchhā lagtā hai yā ādat paṛī huī hai  ?

187Is it that you like carrying the burden or is it that you have created that habit?

160Bōjh nahī̃ uṭhāō .

188Do not carry the burden.

161Bōjh tab lagtā hai jab bāp sāth nahī̃ hai .

189You feel it to be a burden when the Father is not with you.

162Mainnē kiyā , maĩ kartī hū̃ , maĩ kartā hū̃ tō bōjh hō jātā hai .

190When you think, “I did this, I am doing this, I am doing this”, then that becomes a burden.

163Bāp sāth hai , bāp kā kārya hai , bāp karā rahā hai tō bōjh nahī̃ hōgā .

191If the Father is with you, it is His task and He is enabling you to do it. 192There will then be no burden.

164Halkē hō nāchtē rahē̃gē .

193You will remain light.

165Jaisē dance bahut achchhī kartē hō nā .

194You will begin to dance. 195When you dance, you dance very well.

166Double vidēśhiyō̃ key|kī dance dēkhō tō bahut achchhī hōtī hai .

196Look at the dancing of the double foreigners; it is very good.

167Apnē kō thakātē nahī̃ haĩ , phariśhtē māphik kartē hō .

197They do not tire themselves out, they dance like angels.

168Indian jō karē̃gē vah pāṅw thakāyēṅgē , hāth bhī thakāyēṅgē .

198When Indians dance, their feet become tired, even their hands become tired.

169Lēkin vidēśhī dance bhī light kartē hō , tō aisē sēvā bhī ēk dance samjhō , khēl samjhō .

199Foreigners dance very lightly. 200So, in the same way, consider service to be a dance, consider it to be a game.

170Thakō nahī̃ .

201Do not get tired.

171Bāpdādā kō vah phōṭō achchhā nahī̃ lagtā hai .

202BapDada does not like that photo (of getting tired).

172Sēvā kā umaṅg-utsāh achchhā hai aur yah bhī result bāp kē pās hai ki abhī thōṛī see|sī|C bāt mē̃ halchal mē̃ ānē key|kī percentage bahut cum|kam hai .

203There is good zeal and enthusiasm for service, and the Father also has the result that there is now a very small percentage of coming into fluctuation over little things.

173Majority ṭhīk haĩ , bākī thōṛī saṅkhyā kabhī-kabhī thōṛā sā halchal mē̃ dikhāī dētī hai . 174Lēkin ādi key|kī result aur ab key|kī result mē̃ bahut achchhā antar hai .

204The majority is fine, there is a small number that is sometimes seen to be fluctuating a little, but there is a big difference between the result at the beginning and the result now.

175Aisā dikhāī dētā hai nā  ?

205This can be seen, can it not?

176Abhī nāzukapan chhōṛtē jā rahē haĩ .

206You are now continuing to let go of your delicate natures.

177Bāpdādā kō result dēkh karkē khuśhī hai .

207BapDada is pleased to see this result.

178Abhī chhōṭē-chhōṭē mike bhī taiyār kar rahē haĩ .

208Now, prepare the small “mikes”.

179Abhī chhōṭē mike haĩ , lēkin chhōṭē sē baṛē tak bhī ā jāyēṅgē .

209There are now small “mikes” and there will then even be big “mikes”.

180Bāpdādā kō yād hai - ādi mē̃ yah vidēśhī teachers kahtī thī ki V|we . I|āī|eye . Ps kō milnā hī muśhkil hai , ānā tō chhōṛō , milnā hī muśhkil hai . 181Aur abhī sahaj hō gayā hai kyōṅki āp bhī V|we . V|we . V|we . I|āī|eye . pī|P . hō gayē tō āpkē āgē V|we . I|āī|eye . pī|P . kyā haĩ  !

210BapDada remembers that, in the beginning, the foreign teachers used to say that it was difficult to meet the VIPs. 211Let alone for them to come, it was difficult even to meet them, whereas it has now become easy because you have become VVVIPs and so what are those VIPs in front of you?

182Total vidēśh key|kī result achchhī hai .

212On the whole, the result of the foreign lands is good.

183Centres bhī achchhē haĩ , vr̥iddhi kō prāpt kartē jā rahē haĩ .

213The centres are also doing very well and continuing to expand.

184Bhārat mē̃ hands nahī̃ haĩ , nahī̃ tō bhārat mē̃ bhī sēvākēndra tō bahut khul jāyē̃ .

214In Bharat, there aren’t so many hands, otherwise, many centres would open.

185Ēk-ēk zone vālā kahtā hai - hands nahī̃ haĩ .

215Those of each zone say that they do not have enough hands.

186Tō abhī is varṣh hands nikālnē key|kī sēvā karō .

216In this year, do the service of creating your own hands.

187Hands māṅgō nahī̃ , nikālō  ; aur hī dān-puṇya karō .

217Do not ask for hands. 218Create your own hands and, in fact, donate them to others.

188Vidēśh mē̃ yah bahut achchhā tarīkā hai - jahā̃ bhī centre khultā hai , vahā̃ K|kē hī laukik kārya bhī kartē haĩ centre bhī chalātē haĩ .

219Donate and perform charity. 220In the foreign lands, they have a very good method. 221Wherever a centre is opened, the people there do their worldly jobs and also look after the centre.

189Kaisē chalēgā , kaun chalāyēgā , yah problem cum|kam hai .

222They do not have the problem of how the centre will function or who will look after it.

190Āp lōg yah nahī̃ sōchnā ki ham laukik kām kyō̃ karē̃  !

223You should not think: Why should we do a worldly job?

191Yah tō āpkī sēvā kā sādhan hai .

224This is the means of your service.

192Laukik kārya nahī̃ kartē hō lēkin alaukik kārya kē nimitt bannē kē liē laukik kārya kartē hō .

225You are not doing a worldly job, but are doing that worldly job to become instruments to carry out a spiritual task.

193Jahā̃ bhī jātē hō vahā̃ centre khōlnē kā umaṅg rahtā hai nā .

226Wherever you go, you have the enthusiasm to open a centre there.

194Tō laukik kārya kab tak karē̃gē - yah nahī̃ sōchō .

227So, while you have a worldly job, do not think in this way.

195Laukik kārya alaukik kārya nimitt kartē hō tō āp surrender hō .

228You are doing a worldly job for the sake of this spiritual task and so you are surrendered.

196Laukikpan nahī̃ hō , alaukikapan hai tō laukik kārya mē̃ bhī samarpaṇ hō .

229There shouldn’t be any worldly feelings. 230When there are spiritual feelings, you are surrendered whilst doing a worldly job.

197Laukik kārya kō chhōṛkar samarpaṇ samārōh manānā hai - yah bāt nahī̃ hai .

231It is not that you have to give up your worldly job and have a surrender ceremony.

198Aisā karnē sē vr̥iddhi kaisē hōgī  !

232How else would there be expansion?

199Isīliē laukik kārya kartē alaukik kārya kē nimitt bantē hō , tō jō nimitt laukik samajhtē haĩ aur rahtē alaukiktā mē̃ haĩ , aisī ātmāō̃ kō double kyā , padam mubārak hai .

233This is why, whilst doing a worldly job, you become instrumental for this spiritual task, and so, for souls who are living in a spiritual environment while doing a worldly job, not just double congratulations, but multimillion congratulations to such souls.

200Sirph trustee hōkar karnā , maĩ-pan mē̃ nahī̃ ānā .

234Simply do everything as a trustee; do not have the consciousness of “I”.

201Maĩ itnā kām kartī hū̃ , maĩ-pan nahī̃ .

235“I am doing so much work!” 236Do not have this consciousness of “I”.

202Karāvanhār karā rahā hai . 203Maĩ instrument hū̃ . 204Power K|kē ādhār par chal rahī hū̃ .

237Karavanhar is inspiring me to do it; I am just an instrument and am functioning with the support of the Power.

205Achchhā . 206Āj double vidēśhiyō̃ kā turn hai nā .

238Today, it is the turn of the double foreigners.

207Āp lōgō̃ kō bhī double vidēśhiyō̃ kō dēkh khuśhī hōtī hai nā  !

239You also have a lot of happiness on seeing the double foreigners, do you not?

208Tō sabhī double vidēśhī khuśhnumā hō  ?

240So, are all of you double foreigners very happy and cheerful?

209Hāth key|kī tālī bajāō .

241You may clap with your hands (making sound).

210Abhī madhuban mē̃ tō māyā nahī̃ ātī hai nā  ?

242Maya does not come to you in Madhuban any more, does she?

211Achchhā , ēk second mē̃ bilkul bāp samān aśharīrī ban saktē hō  ?

243In a second, can you become as completely bodiless as the Father?

212Tō ēk second mē̃ full stop lagāō aur aśharīrī sthiti mē̃ sthit hō jāō .

244Put a full stop in a second and stabilise yourself in the bodiless stage in a second.

213 ( bāpdādā nē 3 minute drill karāī ) achchhā , yah sārē din mē̃ bār-bār abhyās kartē rahō .

245(BapDada conducted drill for three minutes.) 246Achcha, continue to practise this throughout the day again and again.

214Chārō̃ ōr K|kē sarv māyājīt , prakr̥itijīt , sākṣhīpan K|kē takhtnaśhīn , sāthī kē sāth kā sadā anubhav karnē vālē , sadā dr̥iṛhtā sē saphaltā kō galē kā hār banānē vālē , sadā bāp samān light rahnē vālē , sadā apnē might dvārā viśhva kō duḥkh-aśhānti key|kī kamjōrī sē chhuṛānē vālē aisē master sukh K|kē sāgar , khuśhī K|kē sāgar , prēm K|kē sāgar , gyān K|kē sāgar bāp samān bachchō̃ kō yād-pyār aur namastē .

247To all of those who are conquerors of Maya, conquerors of matter, seated on the throne of a detached observer and constantly experiencing the company of the Companion, to those who, with determination, constantly make success the garlands around their necks, to those who remain constantly light, the same as the Father, to those who use their might to liberate the world from any weakness of sorrow and peacelessness for all time, to such master oceans of happiness, oceans of joy, oceans of love and master oceans of knowledge, to those who are equal to the Father, love, remembrance and namaste.

Blessing

215Vardān  : parakhnē vā nirṇay karnē key|kī śhakti dvārā sēvā mē̃ saphaltā prāpt karnē vālē saphaltāmūrt bhav

248Blessing: May you be an embodiment of success and achieve success in the service you do with the powers to discern and decide.

216Jō parakhnē key|kī śhakti dvārā bāp kō , apnē āpkō , samay kō , brāhmaṇ parivār kō aur apnē śhrēṣhṭh kartavya kō pahchān kar phir nirṇay kartē haĩ ki kyā bannā hai aur kyā karnā hai , vahī sēvā kartē , karma vā sambandh samparka mē̃ ātē sadā saphaltā prāpt kartē haĩ .

249 Those who recognise the Father, themselves, the time, the Brahmin family and their elevated task with the power of discernment and then decide what they want to become and what they have to do are the ones who constantly achieve success in the service they do, in the things they do and in their forming connections and relationships with others.

217Mansā-vāchā-karmaṇā her|har prakār key|kī sēvā mē̃ saphaltāmūrt bannē kā ādhār hai parakhnē aur nirṇay karnē key|kī śhakti .

250The basis of being an embodiment of success in doing service with mind, words and deeds, are the powers to discern and decide.

Slogan

218Slōgan  : gyān yōg key|kī light might sē sampann banō tō kisī bhī paristhiti kō second mē̃ pār kar lē̃gē .

251Slogan: Become filled with the light and might of this knowledge and yoga and you will overcome any adverse situation in a second.

252*** Om Shanti ***
