¹Essence: Sweet children, unadulterated love for the one Father can be forged when your intellects’ yoga is broken away from your bodies and all bodily relations.

²prashn:- tum bachchon ki race kaun-si hai? ³us race mein aage jaane ka aadhaar kya hai?

²Question: What race do you children have? ³What is the basis of going ahead in that race?

⁴uttar:- tumhaari race hai “paas with honour banne ki'' is race ka aadhaar hai buddhiyog।

⁴Answer: Your race is to pass with honours. ⁵The basis of this race is your intellects’ yoga. ⁶The more your intellects’ yoga is connected to the Father, the more your sins will be cut away.

⁵buddhiyog jitna baap ke saath hoga utna paap katenge aur atal, akhanda, sukh-shaantimay 21 janma ka raajya praapta hoga।

⁷You will then attain the unshakeable kingdom of constant peace and happiness for 21 births.

¹³You children heard the song. ‘Ulfat’ is another name for love. ¹⁴The love of you children is now tied to unlimited Father Shiva.

¹⁴aise koi manushya nahin hoga jo apne baapdaada ke occupation ko na jaanta ho।

¹⁶There is no human being who doesn’t know the occupations of his Bap-Dada (his father and his grandfather).

¹⁵aisi koi sanstha nahin jahaan itne dher ke dher kahen ki ham brahmaakumaar-kumaari hain।

¹⁷There is no other organisation where so many of them say that they are Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

¹⁶maataayen to kumaari nahin hain phir brahmaakumaari kyon kahlaati hain?

¹⁸Mothers are not kumaris, so why do you call yourselves Brahma Kumaris?

¹⁷yeh to hain brahma mukh vanshaavli।

¹⁹You are the mouth-born creation of Brahma.

¹⁸itne brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan hain prajaapita brahma ki mukh vanshaavli।

²⁰All of you Brahma Kumars and Kumaris are the mouth-born creation of Prajapita Brahma.

¹⁹ek baap ki bachchiyaan hain।

²¹You are all the daughters of the one father.

²⁰brahma ke occupation ko bhi jaanna hai।

²²You also have to know the occupation of Brahma.

²¹brahma kiska bachcha hai?

²³Whose child is Brahma? ²⁴Shiva's.

²²shiv ka। ²³shiv ke teen bachche brahma, vishnu, shankar sookshm vatan vaasi hain।

²⁵Brahma, Vishnu and Shankar are the three children of Shiva and they are residents of the subtle region.

²⁴ab prajaapita brahma to sthoolavtan vaasi hona chaahiye।

²⁶However, Prajapita Brahma has to be a resident of the corporeal world.

²⁵itne sab kehte hain prajaapita brahma ke mukh vanshaavli hain।

²⁷So many children say that they are the mouth-born creation of Prajapita Brahma.

²⁶kukh vanshaavli to ho na saken। ²⁷yeh koi garbha ki paidaais nahin hai।

²⁸They cannot be a physical creation; they are not a creation born through a womb.

²⁸aur phir tumse poochhte bhi nahin ki itne sab brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan kaise kahlaate ho?

²⁹People don't even ask how so many of you can be called Brahma Kumars and Kumaris.

²⁹maataaen bhi brahmaakumaariyaan hain to zaroor brahma ke bachche hue brahma ke mukh vanshaavli।

³⁰You mothers too are called Brahma Kumaris and so you children of Brahma are surely a mouth-born creation.

³⁰yeh sab hain eeshvar ki santaan।

³¹All of you are the children of God.

³¹eeshvar kaun hai?

³²Who is God?

³²woh hai parampita paramatma, rachta।

³³He is the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, the Creator.

³³kis cheez ki rachna karte hain?

³⁴What does He create? ³⁵He creates heaven.

³⁴svarga ki। ³⁵to zaroor apne potre-potriyon ko svarga ka varsa dete honge।

³⁶Therefore, He would definitely give His grandsons and granddaughters the inheritance of heaven.

³⁶unko shareer chaahiye jo raajayog sikhaaye।

³⁷He needs a body so that He can teach you Raja Yoga.

³⁷aise thode hi paag rakh denge।

³⁸He would not be given this title just like that.

³⁸shivbaaba baith brahma mukh vanshaavli ko phir se raajayog sikhlaate hain kyonki phir se svarga ki sthaapna karte hain।

³⁹Shiv Baba sits here and once again teaches Raja Yoga to the mouth-born creation of Brahma, because He is establishing heaven once again.

³⁹nahin to phir itne brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan kahaan se aayen?

⁴⁰Otherwise, where would so many Brahma Kumars and Kumaris come from?

⁴⁰wonder hai, koi himmat rakh poochhte bhi nahin!

⁴¹It is a wonder that no one has the courage to ask.

⁴¹kitne centres hain!

⁴²There are so many centres.

⁴²poochhna chaahiye aap hain kaun, apna parichay do?

⁴³They should ask: Who are you? ⁴⁴Give us your introduction.

⁴³yeh to saaph hai prajaapita brahma ke kumaar-kumaariyaan aur shiv ke potre-potriyaan hain।

⁴⁵It is clear that you are the sons and daughters of Prajapita Brahma and the grandsons and granddaughters of Shiva.

⁴⁴ham unke bachche bane hain।

⁴⁶We have become His children. ⁴⁷We love Him.

⁴⁵unse hamaara pyaar hai। ⁴⁶shivbaaba bhi kehte hain sabse pyaar athva buddhiyog hataae mujh ek ke saath rakho।

⁴⁸Shiv Baba also says: Remove your love, that is, your intellects’ yoga from everyone else and connect it to Me alone.

⁴⁷main tumko brahma dvaara raajayog sikhla raha hoon na aur tum brahmaakumaar-kumaari sun rahe ho na।

⁴⁹I am teaching you Raja Yoga through Brahma and you Brahma Kumars and Kumaris are listening to Me.

⁴⁸kitni sahaj seedhi si baat hai।

⁵⁰This is something so easy and straightforward.

⁵⁰to yeh ho gai gaooshaala।

⁵²Therefore, this is the cowshed.

⁵¹shaastron mein brahma ki gaooshaala bhi gaai hui hai।

⁵³The cowshed of Brahma has been remembered in the scriptures.

⁵²vaastav mein shivbaaba ki gaooshaala hai, shivbaaba is nandeegan mein aata hai to gaooshaala akshar ke kaaran shaastron mein phir gau aadi dikha di hai।

⁵⁴In fact, it is Shiv Baba's cowshed. ⁵⁵Shiv Baba enters this Nandigan (bull), but because of the word ‘cowshed’, they have shown a cow in the scriptures.

⁵³shiv jayanti hai to zaroor shiv aaya hoga।

⁵⁶Since there is Shiva’s birthday (Jayanti), Shiva must definitely have come.

⁵⁴zaroor kisi tan mein aaya hoga।

⁵⁷He would definitely have entered the body of someone.

⁵⁵tum jaante ho yeh god father ka school hai।

⁵⁸You know that this is the school of God, the Father.

⁵⁶shiv bhagvaanuvaach।

⁵⁹God Shiva speaks.

⁵⁷gyaan saagar patit-paavan woh hai।

⁶⁰He is the Ocean of Knowledge and the Purifier.

⁵⁸shreekrishna to svayan paavan hai, unko kya padi hai jo patit tan mein aaye।

⁶¹Shri Krishna himself is pure. ⁶²Why would he be concerned about entering an impure body?

⁵⁹gaaya bhi jaata hai door desh ka rahne vaala aaya desh paraaye.....।

⁶³It is sung: The Resident of the faraway land came to the foreign land.

⁶⁰shareer bhi paraaya hai। ⁶¹to zaroor shivbaaba ne inko racha hoga tab to manushya srishti rachi jaae। ⁶²to siddha hua ki yeh baapdaada hai।

⁶⁴Even the body is foreign (it doesn't belong to Him). ⁶⁵Therefore, Shiv Baba must surely have created him and that is how the human world was created.

⁶³prajaapita brahma hai aadi dev, mahaaveer kyonki maaya par jeet paate hain।

⁶⁶So, this proves that they are BapDada. ⁶⁷Prajapita Brahma is Adi Dev, Mahavir, because he conquers Maya.

⁶⁴jagdamba bhi gaai hui hai।

⁶⁸Jagadamba is also remembered.

⁶⁵shri lakshmi bhi gaai hui hai।

⁶⁹Shri Lakshmi too is remembered.

⁶⁶duniya ko pata nahin ki jagdamba koi brahma ki beti sarasvati hai। ⁶⁷woh bhi brahmaakumaari hai।

⁷⁰The world doesn't know that Jagadamba is Saraswati, the daughter of Brahma, a Brahma Kumari.

⁶⁸yeh bhi brahmaakumaari hai।

⁷¹This one is that Brahma Kumari.

⁶⁹shivbaaba ne brahma mukh se inko apna banaaya hai।

⁷²Shiv Baba made her belong to Him through the mouth of Brahma.

⁷⁰ab in sabhi ke buddhi ka yog (ulphat) unke saath hai।

⁷³The love of all your intellects is now with Him. ⁷⁴It is said: Love God!

⁷¹kaha bhi jaata hai ulphat paramatma ke saath rakho।

⁷⁵Break it away from everyone else and connect it to the One.

⁷²aur sab saath tod ek saath jodo। ⁷³woh ek hai bhagwan।

⁷⁶That One is God, but they don't know Him.

⁷⁴parantu jaante nahin।

⁷⁷How can they know Him?

⁷⁵jaane bhi kaise? ⁷⁶jab baap aakar apna parichay de, tab nishchay ho।

⁷⁸Only when the Father comes and gives His introduction can there be faith.

⁷⁷aajkal to sikhla diya hai - aatma so paramatma..... jisse sambandh hi toot gaya hai।

⁷⁹Nowadays, they have taught everyone that each soul is the Supreme Soul. ⁸⁰Because of this, their relationship has broken.

⁷⁸ab tum bachche vaastav mein sachchi-sachchi satya naaraayan ki katha sunte ho।

⁸¹You children are now listening to the real story of the true Narayan. ⁸²He is Sukhdev and you are Vyas.

⁷⁹woh hai sukhdev aur tum ho vyaas।

⁸³The name ‘Vyas’ is mentioned in the Gita.

⁸⁰geeta mein bhi vyaas ka naam hai na।

⁸⁴He was a human being, but you are the true Vyas.

⁸¹woh to manushya thahra। ⁸²parantu sachche vyaas tum ho।

⁸⁵The Gita that you create will also be destroyed.

⁸³tum jo geeta banaate ho woh bhi vinaash ho jaayegi।

⁸⁶It is now that there are the true and false Gitas.

⁸⁴jhoothi aur sachchi geeta abhi hai।

⁸⁷There is no mention of falsehood in the land of truth.

⁸⁵sachkhanda mein jhooth ka naam nahin rehta। ⁸⁶tum varsa le rahe ho daade se।

⁸⁸You are claiming your inheritance from Dada (Grandfather).

⁸⁷is baba ki property nahin hai।

⁸⁹It is not the property of this Baba.

⁸⁸svarga ka rachta hai shivbaaba, na ki brahma।

⁹⁰Shiv Baba, not Brahma, is the Creator of heaven.

⁸⁹brahma manushya srishti ka rachayita hai।

⁹¹Brahma is the creator of the human world.

⁹⁰brahma mukh kamal se brahman varna racha gaya।

⁹²The Brahmin clan was created through the lotus mouth of Brahma.

⁹¹tum ho shiv ke potre arthaat eeshvareey sampradaay।

⁹³You are the grandchildren of Shiva, that is, you are the Godly community.

⁹²unko apna banaaya hai।

⁹⁴He has made you belong to Him.

⁹³guru potre kahlaate hain na।

⁹⁵You are called the grandchildren of the Guru.

⁹⁴ab tum ho satguru potre aur potriyaan।

⁹⁶You are now the grandsons and granddaughters of the Satguru.

⁹⁵woh to sirf potre hain arthaat males hain।

⁹⁷There, there are just grandsons, that is, males.

⁹⁶potriyaan hain nahin।

⁹⁸There are no granddaughters.

⁹⁷satguru to ek shivbaaba hai।

⁹⁹Only the one Shiv Baba is the Satguru.

⁹⁸gaaya jaata hai satguru bin ghor andhiyaara।

¹⁰⁰It is said: There is extreme darkness without the Satguru.

⁹⁹tumhaara brahmaakumaar-kumaari naam bada wonder-full hai।

¹⁰¹Your name, Brahma Kumars and Kumaris, is so wonderful.

¹⁰⁰baap kitna samjhaate hain parantu kai bachche samajhte nahin।

¹⁰²The Father explains so much, but some children just don’t understand.

¹⁰¹baap kehte hain mujh behad ke baap ko jaanne se tum sab kuchh jaan jaayenge।

¹⁰³The Father says: By knowing Me, the unlimited Father, you will know everything.

¹⁰²satayug-treta mein sooryavanshi chandravanshi raajya tha।

¹⁰⁴In the golden and silver ages, there are the sun and moon dynasty kingdoms.

¹⁰³phir raavan raajya mein brahma ki raat shuru hoti hai।

¹⁰⁵Then, in the kingdom of Ravan, the night of Brahma begins.

¹⁰⁴practical mein brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan tum ho।

¹⁰⁶You are Brahma Kumars and Kumaris in a practical way.

¹⁰⁵satayug ko hi svarga kaha jaata hai jahaan ghi doodh ki nadi bahti hai।

¹⁰⁷Only the golden age is called heaven where rivers of ghee and milk flow.

¹⁰⁶yahaan to ghi milta nahin।

¹⁰⁸Here, you can’t even obtain ghee.

¹⁰⁷baap kehte hain bachche yeh puraani duniya ab vinaash honi hai।

¹⁰⁹The Father says: Children, this old world is now to end.

¹⁰⁸ek din is bhambhor ko aag lagegi, sab khatma ho jaayenge phir mere se varsa to pa nahin sakenge।

¹¹⁰One day, this haystack will be set on fire and everything will be destroyed.

¹⁰⁹main aaoon to zaroor shareer ka loan lena pade। ¹¹⁰makaan to chaahiye na।

¹¹¹At that time, you won’t be able to receive the inheritance from Me.

¹¹¹baba kitna achha, ramneek reeti se samjhaate hain।

¹¹²When I come, I definitely have to take a body on loan; I need a building.

¹¹²tum ab mere dvaara sab kuchh jaan gaye ho।

¹¹³Baba is so good at explaining in such an entertaining way.

¹¹³yeh srishti chakra kaise chalta hai, yeh koi ko bhi pata nahin।

¹¹⁴You now come to know everything from Me. ¹¹⁵No one knows how this world cycle turns.

¹¹⁴84 janma kaun lete hain?

¹¹⁶Who takes 84 births?

¹¹⁵sab to nahin lenge।

¹¹⁷Not everyone will take them.

¹¹⁶zaroor pahle aane vaale devi-devta hi 84 janma lenge।

¹¹⁸Surely, the deities who come first will take 84 births.

¹¹⁷ab unko phir se main raajayog sikhaata hoon।

¹¹⁹I am now once again teaching them Raja Yoga.

¹¹⁸bhaarat ko phir se narka se svarga banaane main aata hoon।

¹²⁰I come once again to make Bharat into heaven from hell.

¹¹⁹inko liberate main karta hoon।

¹²¹I liberate it.

¹²⁰phir guide ban vaapis bhi le jaata hoon।

¹²²Then I become the Guide and take you back home.

¹²¹mujhe jyoti swaroop bhi kehte hain।

¹²³I am also called the form of a jyoti (flame).

¹²²jyoti swaroop ko bhi aana pade, svayan kehte bachche main tumhaara baap hoon।

¹²⁴Even the form of a jyoti has to come. ¹²⁵He Himself says: Children, I am your Father.

¹²³meri jyoti kabhi bujhti nahin।

¹²⁶My light is never extinguished.

¹²⁴woh star hai jo bhrakuti ke beech rehte hain।

¹²⁷It is a star that resides in the centre of the forehead.

¹²⁵baaki sab aatmaayen ek shareer chhod doosra leti hain।

¹²⁸All other souls shed their bodies and take others.

¹²⁶to aatma roopi star mein 84 janmon ka part avinaashi noondha hua hai।

¹²⁹So, an imperishable part of 84 births is recorded in this soul, a star.

¹²⁷84 janma bhog phir pahle number se shuru karte hain।

¹³⁰Souls take 84 births and then begin from number one again.

¹²⁸yatha raaja raani tatha praja।

¹³¹As are the king and queen, so the subjects.

¹²⁹nahin to bhala bataao aatma mein itna part kahaan se bhara hua hai।

¹³²How else would a soul have such a part recorded in him?

¹³⁰isko kaha jaata hai bahut guhya wonderful baat hai।

¹³³This is called a most wonderful, deep secret.

¹³¹saari manushya srishti ki aatmaon ka part noondha hua hai।

¹³⁴Each soul of the human world has a part fixed in him.

¹³²kehte hain mere mein yeh part hai, woh bhi avinaashi hai। ¹³³usmein koi tabdeeli (adli-badli) nahin ho sakti।

¹³⁵He says: I have this part in Me and that too is imperishable; there cannot be any change to it.

¹³⁴mere part ko brahmaakumaar-kumaariyaan jaante hain।

¹³⁶The Brahma Kumars and Kumaris know My part.

¹³⁵part ko biography kaha jaata hai।

¹³⁷The part is called the biography.

¹³⁶prajaapita brahma hai to zaroor jagdamba bhi hogi।

¹³⁸Since there is Prajapita Brahma, there must also be Jagadamba.

¹³⁷woh bhi shoodra se brahman bani hai।

¹³⁹She too has changed from a shudra to a Brahmin.

¹³⁸to tum bachche jaante ho hamaari ulphat baap ke saath hai aur hamaara ek ke hi saath pyaar hai।

¹⁴⁰You children know that you love the Father. ¹⁴¹Your love is only for One.

¹³⁹avyabhichaari pyaar hone mein deri nahin lagti hai।

¹⁴²It doesn’t take long for there to be unadulterated love.

¹⁴⁰maaya billi bhi kam nahin hai।

¹⁴³However, Maya, the cat, is no less.

¹⁴¹kai striyaan hoti hain jinki aapas mein eershya ho jaati hai।

¹⁴⁴Some women are jealous of each other.

¹⁴²ham bhi shivbaaba se pyaar rakhte hain to maaya ko eershya ho jaati hai isliye toofaan laati hai।

¹⁴⁵When we love Shiv Baba, Maya feels jealous and so she creates storms.

¹⁴³tum chaahte ho paoombaara daalen (chaupad ka khel) parantu maaya billi teen daane daal deti hai।

¹⁴⁶You want to throw a double six (game similar to Ludo), but Maya, the cat, interferes in this.

¹⁴⁴tum grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte ho sirf tumhaara buddhiyog deh sahit deh ke sab sambandhon se hataae kehte hain mere ko yaad karo।

¹⁴⁷You live at home with your family and so you are told: Remove your intellects’ yoga from your bodies and bodily relations and remember Me.

¹⁴⁵main tumhaara most beloved baap hoon।

¹⁴⁸I am your most beloved Father.

¹⁴⁶main tumko svarga ka maalik banaaoonga, yadi meri shreemat par chalenge to।

¹⁴⁹I will make you into the masters of heaven if you follow My shrimat.

¹⁴⁷brahma ki raay bhi mashhoor hai।

¹⁵⁰The directions of Brahma are very well known.

¹⁴⁸to zaroor brahma ke bachchon ki bhi mashhoor hogi।

¹⁵¹So, surely, the directions of the children of Brahma would also be well known.

¹⁴⁹ve bhi aisi raay dete honge।

¹⁵²They would also give the same directions.

¹⁵⁰yeh saare srishti chakra ka samaachaar to baap hi batlaate hain।

¹⁵³Only the Father tells you the news of the whole world.

¹⁵¹bhal bachchon aadi ko sambhaalo parantu buddhiyog baap ke saath ho।

¹⁵⁴You may look after your children etc. but let your intellects’ yoga be connected to the Father.

¹⁵²samjho yeh kabristaan hai, ham paristaan mein jaate hain।

¹⁵⁵Consider this to be a graveyard and that you are going to the land of angels.

¹⁵³kitni sahaj baat hai।

¹⁵⁶This is something so simple.

¹⁵⁴baap samjhaate hain ki koi bhi saakaari va aakaari devta se buddhiyog nahin lagaao।

¹⁵⁷The Father explains: Do not connect your intellects in yoga to any corporeal or subtle deity.

¹⁵⁵baap dalaal bankar kehte hain।

¹⁵⁸The Father tells you this as the Agent.

¹⁵⁶gaate hain na aatmaayen paramatma alag rahe bahukaal।

¹⁶⁴baap kehte hain - he neend ko jeetne vaale bachche, ab purooshaartha karo।

¹⁷³You will then rule the unshakeable, constant, peaceful and happy kingdom for 21 births.

¹⁷⁰kalpa pahle bhi kiya tha, ab phir raajya-bhaagya lo।

¹⁷⁴You ruled it in the previous cycle. ¹⁷⁵Now claim your fortune of the kingdom once again.

¹⁷¹kalpa-kalpa ham hi svarga banaate, raajya karte hain।

¹⁷⁶We are the ones who create heaven every cycle and then we rule there.

¹⁹⁴When his body becomes tamo and reaches a state of total decay, he sheds that body and takes another.
