77You have insured everything of yours and so you don’t have any type of worry.

78Everything of yours is being used in a worthwhile way.

76Ab tum kahē̃gē vāh satgurū vāh  !

79You would now say: “Wah Satguru!

77Jisnē hamkō yah rāstā batāyā hai .

80Wah! 81You have shown us the path.

86Agar dēh mē̃ mōh hai , dēh-abhimān rahtā hai tō samjhō hamārī avasthā bahut kachchī hai .

92If you have attachment to your body, if there is body consciousness, you can then understand that your stage is very weak.

97Ātmā kahtī hai abhī ham puruṣhārth kar rahē haĩ , naī duniyā mē̃ jānē kē liē .

104You souls say: “We are now making effort to go to the new world. 105We will definitely become worthy of going to heaven.

98Ham svarg mē̃ chalnē lāyak jarūr banē̃gē .

106We will benefit ourselves and others.”

122Baba sees to what extent you surrender everything to the Father and follow His shrimat.

114Śhurū-śhurū mē̃ bāp nē bhī trustee hō dikhāyā nā .

123In the beginning, the Father demonstrated this by becoming a trustee.

115Sab kuchh īśhvar arpaṇ kar khud trustee ban gayā .

124He surrendered everything he had and he became a trustee.

116Bas īśhvar K|kē kām mē̃ hī lagānā hai .

124Kyā sabhī unnati kī ōr baṛhtē jā rahē hō  ?

133Are all of you progressing?

125Sadā lagan mē̃ magna aur vighna-vināśhak , yah dōnō̃ niśhāniyā̃ kyā anubhav mē̃ ā rahī haĩ  ?

134Are you experiencing both of these signs: being constantly absorbed in love and a destroyer of obstacles?

126Vighna-vināśhak bannē K|kē bajāy , vighnō̃ kō dēkh apnī stage sē nīchē tō nahī̃ ā jātē hō  ?

135Instead of becoming a destroyer of obstacles, you don't come down from your stage when you see any obstacles, do you?

127Kyā anēk prakār K|kē āyē huē tūphān āpkī buddhi mē̃ tūphān tō paidā nahī̃ kartē haĩ  ?

136Do all the different types of storms (toofan) that come create upheaval in your intellect?

128Jaisē kōī K|kē dvārā tōhphā miltā hai tō buddhi mē̃ halchal nahī̃ hōtī hai balki ullās hōtā hai .

137When you receive a gift (tofa) from someone, it doesn't cause upheaval in your intellect, but it creates enthusiasm.

129Isī prakār āyē huē tūphān ullās baṛhātē haĩ yā halchal baṛhātē haĩ  ?

138In the same way, do the storms that come increase your enthusiasm or do they increase your upheaval?

130Agar tūphān kō tūphān samjhā tō halchal hōgī aur tōhphā samjhā va anubhav kiyā tō ussē ullās aur himmat adhik baṛhēgī .

139If you consider the storm to be a storm, there will be upheaval, but if you consider it and experience it to be a gift, enthusiasm and courage will increase greatly.

131Yah hai chaṛhtī kalā key|kī niśhānī .

140This is the sign of ascending.

132Ghabrānē K|kē bajāy gahrāī mē̃ jākar anubhav K|kē nayē-nayē ratna in parīkṣhāō̃ K|kē sāgar sē prāpt karē̃gē kyōṅki halchal K|kē andar ratna samāyē huē haĩ .

141Instead of being afraid, if you go into the depths, you will attain many new jewels of experiences from the ocean of tests, because jewels are merged in upheaval.

133Ūpar-ūpar sē arthāt bāhyamukhtā key|kī dr̥iṣhṭi aur buddhi dvārā dēkhnē sē halchal dikhāī dēgī athavā anubhav hōgī lēkin usī I|āī|eye huī bātō̃ kō antarmukhī dr̥iṣhṭi va buddhi sē dēkhnē sē anēk prakār K|kē gyān-ratna arthāt points prāpt hōṅgī .

142When you look at them on the surface with the vision and intellect of extroversion, you see and experience it as upheaval, but by looking at the same thing with the vision and intellect of introversion, you can attain many types of jewels of knowledge, points of knowledge.

134Agar kōī bhī bāt kō dēkhtē yā suntē huē āśhcharya anubhav hōtā hai tō yah bhī final stage nahī̃ hai .

145If, after having knowledge of the drama, you have such thoughts, then that too is called a slight trace of upheaval. 146If, even now, you have the questions of "Why?

136Ab tak bhī kyō̃-kyā kā question agar uṭhtā hai tō iskā arth|earth hai halchal . 137Jitnā vighna ānā āvaśhyak hai utnā vighna-vināśhak sthiti mē̃ rahnā , yahī harṣhit rahnē kā sādhan hai .

147What?", etc; it means there is upheaval. 148Just as it is essential for obstacles to come, so too, it is essential to stay in the stage of being a destroyer of obstacles. 149This is the way to remain cheerful.

138Nothing new yah hai final stage .

150"Nothing new!" is the final stage.

139Yadi kōī bhī halchal kā kartavya kartē hō va part bajātē hō tō sāgar samān ūpar sē halchal bhalē hī dikhāī dē rahī hō arthāt chāhē karmēndriyō̃ key|kī halchal mē̃ ā rahē hō lēkin sthiti nothing new kī hō .

151If anyone is performing a task or playing a part that creates upheaval, that is just like an ocean being in upheaval, which is visible on the surface. 152This means there may be upheaval of the sense organs, but your internal stage should be "Nothing new!"

140Ēkāgr , ēkras , ēkānt arthāt ēk rachayitā aur rachnā K|kē ant kō jānnē vālē , trikāldarśhī key|kī stage par ārām sē śhānti key|kī stage par sthit haĩ yā karmēndriyō̃ key|kī halchal āntarik stage kō bhī hilā dētī hai  ?

153Are those who are stable, constant and in solitude, that is, those who know the depths of the Creator and the creation and have the trikaldarshi stage, stabilised in a comfortable stage peacefully? 154Or, does upheaval of the sense organs make your internal stage fluctuate?

141Jab sthūl sāgar dōnō̃ hī rūp dikhātā hai tō kyā master gyān sāgar aisā rūp nahī̃ dikhā saktē  ?

155When a physical ocean is able to show both forms, can you master oceans of knowledge not also show both forms?

142Yah prakr̥iti nē puruṣh sē copy kī hai .

156The elements have copied human beings.

143Āp tō puruṣhōttam hō .

157You are the most elevated of all human beings.

144Jab prakr̥iti apnī qualification dikhā saktī hai , tō kyā vah puruṣhōttam nahī̃ dikhā saktē  ?

158If the elements are able to show their qualifications, are you most elevated human beings not also able to show this?

145Abhī samay ati key|kī taraph baṛh rahā hai .

159Now, time is going towards the extreme.

146Sabhī taraph ati dikhāī paṛ rahī hai .

160You can see the extreme in every aspect.

147Ant key|kī niśhānī ati hai .

161The sign of the end is the extreme.

148Tō jaisē prakr̥iti samāpti key|kī taraph ati mē̃ jā rahī hai , vaisē hī sampann bannē vālī ātmāō̃ K|kē sāmnē ab parīkṣhāyē̃ va vighna bhī ati K|kē rūp mē̃ āyēṅgē isliyē āśhcharya nahī̃ khānā hai ki pahlē yah nahī̃ thā , ab kyō̃ hai  ?

162Just as the elements are coming to their extreme form and their end, so too, the tests and obstacles that come to souls who are to become complete also come in their extreme form. 163Therefore, you should not be surprised that something that didn't exist before has now become like that.

149Yah āśhcharya bhī nahī̃ .

164There shouldn't be any surprise about that.

150Final paper mē̃ āśhcharyajanak bātē̃ question K|kē rūp mē̃ āyēṅgī tab tō pās|pass aur fail hō sakē̃gē .

165Only when surprising things come to you in the form of questions in the final paper will you be able to pass or fail.

151Aisī-aisī bātē̃ āyēṅgī jō na chāhtē huē bhī buddhi mē̃ question utpanna hō̃ , yahī tō paper hai .

166Such situations will come that will raise questions in your intellects even against your conscious wish.

152Aur hai bhī ēk second kā paper .

167This is a paper, and it is a paper of just one second.

153Kyō̃ kā saṅkalp chandravanśhī key|kī queue mē̃ lagā dēgā isliē ēkras sthiti mē̃ sthit hōnē kā abhyās nirantar hō .

168The question “Why?” will make you stand in the queue of being part of the moon dynasty. 169Therefore, let there be the constant practice of remaining in a stable stage.

154Samasyā key|kī seat kō sambhālnē nahī̃ lag jāō . 155Lēkin seat par baiṭh samasyā kā sāmnā karnā hai .

170Don't begin to look after (take care of) a seat of problems, but, whilst seated on your seat, face the problems.

156Abhī tak samasyā seat key|kī yād dilātī hai .

171Until now, the problems remind you of your seat.

157Vighna ātā hai , tō viśhēṣh yōg lagātē hō aur bhaṭṭī rakhtē hō , issē siddha hōtā hai ki duśhman hī śhastra key|kī smr̥iti dilātē haĩ lēkin svataḥ aur sadā smr̥iti nahī̃ rahtī .

172When obstacles come, you have special yoga and bhatthis. 173This proves that your enemy reminds you of your weapons, and that you do not have natural and constant remembrance.

158Nirantar yōgī hō yā antar vālē yōgī hō  ?

174Are you constant yogis or yogis who still experience a difference?

159Title tō nirantar yōgī kā hai nā  !

175Your title is "constant yogis", is it not?

160Duśhman āvē hī nahī̃ , samasyā sāmnā na kar sakē .

176Neither should an enemy come nor should a problem oppose you.

161Sūlī sē kāṇṭā bannā , yah bhī final stage nahī̃ hai .

177To become a thorn from a crucifix is also not the final stage.

162Sūlī sē kāṇṭā banē uskē bajāē kāṇṭē kō yōgāgni sē dūr sē hī bhasma kar dē̃ .

178Instead of the crucifix becoming a thorn, burn the thorn in the fire of yoga from a distance.

163Kāṇṭā lagē aur phir nikālō , yah final stage nahī̃ hai .

179It is not the final stage when you have to remove a thorn that has pricked you.

164Kāṇṭē kō apnī sampūrṇ stage sē samāpt kar dēnā , yah hai final stage .

180Finish the thorns with your perfect and complete stage. 181This is the final stage.

165Aisā lakṣhya rakhtē huē apnī stage kō āgē chaṛhtī kalā key|kī taraph baṛhātē chalō .

182Whilst keeping such an aim, move your stage upward into the stage of ascent.

166Baṛī bāt kō chhōṭā anubhav karnā , is stage tak number-vār yathāśhakti pahuñchē haĩ .

183You have reached the stage of experiencing a big thing to be something small, numberwise, according to your capacity.

167Ab pahuñchnā vahā̃ tak hai jō ki aṅśh aur vanśh bhī samāpt hō jāē .

184You now have to reach the destination where even the slightest trace and its progeny have finished.

168Āp sabhī himmat , ullās aur sarv K|kē sahyōgī sadā rahtē huē chal rahē hō nā  !

185All of you are constantly moving along with zeal, enthusiasm and in co-operation with everyone, are you not?

169Kaliyugī duniyā kō samāpt karnē K|kē liyē va parivartan karnē kē liē , māyā kō vidāī dēnē K|kē liyē saṅgaṭhan arthāt ghērāv ḍālā huā hai nā  !

186You have created a gathering and surrounded everything in order to finish the iron-aged world, to transform it and to bid farewell to Maya.

170Majbūt ghērāv ḍālā huā hai yā bīch-bīch mē̃ kōī ḍhīlē hō jātē haĩ athavā thak jātē yā chaltē-chaltē rūk jātē haĩ  ?

187Have you surrounded it strongly or do some of you become weak in-between and become tired? 188Or, do you stop whilst moving along?

171Na āgē baṛhnā , na pīchhē haṭnā , jaisē-kē-vaisē rahnā , yah pāṭh tō pakkā nahī̃ kartē hō  ?

189You haven’t fixed yourself in a part of not moving forwards, not moving backwards, but remaining as you are, have you?

172Samay dhakkā lagāyēgā tō chal paṛē̃gē , aisā sōchkar jahā̃ K|kē tahā̃ rūk tō nahī̃ gayē hō  ?

190You have not stopped anywhere and think that you will move along when the time gives you a push, have you?

173Kisī K|kē kisī prakār K|kē sahārē kā intjār kartē huē khaṛē tō nahī̃ hō gayē hō  ? 174Aisī stage vālō̃ kō kyā kahē̃gē  ?

191You have not come to a standstill while waiting for some sort of support from someone, have you?

175Kyā iskō hī aṅgad key|kī stage samajhtē hō  ?

192So, what would you call those who have such a stage?

176Agar aisē rūk gayē , tō phir last vālē fast chalē jāyēṅgē .

193You do not think that this is the stage of Angad, the unshakeable one, do you?

177Jab bhī pahāṛō̃ par barph girtī hai aur jam jātī hai tō rāstē rūk jātē haĩ , phir us barph kō galānē kē liē vā usē haṭānē K|kē liyē puruṣhārth kartē haĩ , yahā̃ bhī agar barph K|kē muāphik jam jātē hō tō issē siddha hōtā hai ki yōg-agni key|kī kamī hai .

194If you come to a standstill in this way, then those who have come last will go ahead fast. 195Whenever snow settles on a mountain and the roads are blocked, you cannot go ahead, and so you have to make effort to melt or move the snow. 196Here, too, if you settle like snow, it shows that you lack the fire of yoga.

178Yōg-agni kō tēj karō tō rāstā clear hō jāyēgā .

197Intensify the fire of yoga and the path will become clear.

179Milī huī himmat aur ullās K|kē points buddhi mē̃ dauṛāō tō rāstā clear hō jāyēgā .

198Keep in your intellect the points of courage and enthusiasm that you have received and the path will clear.

180Puruṣhārth key|kī gati mē̃ aṅgad banō , māyā sē hār khānē mē̃ aṅgad nahī̃ banō , balki vijayī bannē kē liē aṅgad banō .

199Therefore, become Angad in your present speed of efforts. 200Do not become Angad in being defeated by Maya, but become Angad in being victorious.

181Achchhā  !

201Achcha.

182Ūñch-tē-ūñch bāp dvārā pālnā lēnē vālē , viśhva key|kī pālnā karnē vālē , viṣṇu-kul key|kī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāyē̃ , prakr̥iti kō parivartan karnē vālī puruṣhōttam ātmāyē̃ , viśhva kē āgē sākṣātamūrta prasiddh hōnē vālī ātmāyē̃ , yōgī tū ātmāō̃ kē prati bāp-dādā kā yād-pyār aur good morning .

202To the souls who take sustenance from the highest-on-high Father, to the souls who sustain the world, to the elevated souls of the Vishnu clan, to the most elevated souls who transform the elements, to the souls who are revealed to the world as the images who grant visions, to the yogi souls, love, remembrance and good morning from BapDada.

183Vardān  : sēvā mē̃ rahtē sampūrṇtā K|kē samīpatā key|kī anubhūti karnē vālē brahmā bāp samān example bhav

203Blessing: May you be an example, like Father Brahma, and experience closeness to perfection while keeping busy in doing service. 204 Father Brahma was busy doing service, but he would listen to news and be in solitude.

184Jaisē brahmā bāp sēvā mē̃ rahtē , samāchār suntē ēkāntvāsī ban jātē thē . 185Ēk ghaṇṭē K|kē samāchār kō 5 minute mē̃ sār samajh bachchō̃ kō khuśh karkē , apnī antarmukhī , ēkāntvāsī sthiti kā anubhav karā dētē thē .

205He would understand the essence of one hour’s news in five minutes; he would make the children happy and then give the experience of his stage of introspection and of being in solitude. 206Follow the Father in the same way. 207Father Brahma never said that he was too busy, because he was the example for the children.

186Aisē follow father karō . 187Brahmā bāp nē kabhī nahī̃ kahā ki maĩ bahut busy hū̃ lēkin bachchō̃ kē āgē example banē̃ .

208Similarly, according to the time, there is now a need for this practice. 209When you have love for this in your heart, you will find the time and become an example for many others.

188Aisē samay pramāṇ abhī is abhyās key|kī āvaśhyaktā hai . 189Dil key|kī lagan hō tō samay nikal āyēgā aur anēkō̃ kē liē example ban jāyēṅgē . 190Slōgan  : her|har karma mē̃ - karma aur yōg kā anubhav hōnā hī karmyōg hai . 191Avyakti silence dvārā double light phariśhtā sthiti kā anubhav karō

210Slogan: To experience karma and yoga in every action is karma yoga.

192Sadā yahī lakṣhya yād rahē ki hamē̃ bāp samān bannā hai tō jaisē bāp light hai vaisē double light .

211*** Om Shanti *** With avyakt silence, experience the double light angelic stage.Constantly keep the aim of becoming equal to the Father.

193Aurō̃ kō dēkhtē hō tō kamjōr hōtē hō isliē see|sī|C father , follow father karō .

212So, just as the Father is light, in the same way, become double light. 213When you look at others, you become weak, so see the Father and follow the Father.

194Uṛtī kalā kā śhrēṣhṭh sādhan sirph ēk śhabda hai - sab kuchh tērā .

214The elevated means for the flying stage is just one expression: “Everything is Yours.”

195Mērā śhabda badal tērā kar dō .

215Transform the word “mine” (mera) and make it “Yours” (Tera).

196Tērā hū̃ , tō ātmā light hai aur jab sab kuchh tērā hai tō light ( halkē ) ban gayē .

216Then you belong to Him, your soul is light, and, when everything is “Yours”, you become light.
