1Bāp samān bannē kā sahaj puruṣhārth - «  āgyākārī banō ' '

1The easy effort for becoming equal to the Father is to be obedient.

2Āj bāpdādā apnē holy hans maṇḍlī kō dēkh rahē haĩ .

2Today, BapDada is seeing the gathering of His holy swans.

3Har ēk bachchā holy hans hai . 4Sadā man mē̃ gyān ratnō̃ kā manan kartē rahtē haĩ .

3Each of you children is a holy swan whose mind constantly churns the jewels of knowledge.

5Holy hans kā kām hī hai vyarth K|kē kaṅkaṛ chhōṛnā aur gyān ratnō̃ kā manan karnā .

4The duty of a holy swan is to put aside the stones of waste and to churn the jewels of knowledge.

6Ēk-ēk ratna kitnā amūlya hai .

5Each jewel is so valuable!

7Har ēk bachchā gyān ratnō̃ key|kī khān ban gayē haĩ .

6Each one of you children has become a mine of the jewels of knowledge.

8Gyān ratnō̃ K|kē khajānē sē sadā bharpūr rahtē haĩ .

7You constantly remain full with those jewels of knowledge.

9Āj bāpdādā bachchō̃ mē̃ ēk viśhēṣh bāt check kar rahē thē .

8Today, BapDada was checking one special point in all of you children.

10Vah kyā thī  ?

9What point was that?

11Gyān vā yōg key|kī sahaj dhārṇā kā sahaj sādhan hai bāp aur dādā K|kē āgyākārī ban chalnā .

10The easy way to have gyan and yoga inculcated into you is to move along while being obedient to Bap and Dada.

12Bāp K|kē rūp mē̃ bhī āgyākārī , śhikṣhak K|kē rūp mē̃ bhī aur sadgurū K|kē rūp mē̃ bhī .

11You have to be obedient to the Father, obedient to the Teacher and obedient to the Satguru.

13Tīnō̃ hī rūpō̃ mē̃ āgyākārī bannā arthāt sahaj puruṣhārthī bannā kyōṅki tīnō̃ hī rūpō̃ sē bachchō̃ kō āgyā milī hai . 14Amr̥itvēlē sē lēkar rāt tak her|har samay , her|har kartavya key|kī āgyā milī huī hai . 15Āgyā K|kē pramāṇ chaltē rahē tō kisī bhī prakār key|kī mēhnat vā muśhkil anubhav nahī̃ hōgī .

12To be obedient to all three forms means to be an easy effort-maker, because Baba, in all three forms, gives you children directions for every act you perform from amrit vela till night time. 13If you continue to do everything according to the directions you have been given, you would not experience anything to be laborious or difficult.

16Her|har samay K|kē mansā saṅkalp , vāṇī aur karma tīnō̃ hī prakār key|kī āgyā spaṣhṭ milī huī hai .

14You have been given clear instructions for your thoughts, words and actions at every moment.

17Sōchnē key|kī bhī āvaśhyaktā nahī̃ ki yah karē̃ yā na karē̃ .

15You don’t even need to think whether you should do something or not.

18Yah right hai yā wrong hai . 19Sōchnē key|kī bhī mēhnat nahī̃ hai .

16You don’t even need to make the effort to think whether something is right or wrong.

20Paramātma āgyā hai hī sadā śhrēṣhṭh .

17God’s directions are always elevated.

21Tō sabhī kumār jō bhī āyē hō , bahut achchhā saṅgaṭhan hai .

18So, this is a very good gathering of all of you kumars who have come.

22Tō har ēk nē bāp kā bantē hī bāp sē vāydē kiyē haĩ  ?

19As soon as you belonged to the Father, what did each of you promise the Father?

23Jab bāp K|kē banē haĩ tō sabsē pahlē kaun sā vāydā kiyā  ?

20Did you make a promise? 21What was the first promise you made when you belonged to the Father?

24Bābā tan-man-dhan jō bhī hai , kumār kē pās dhan tō jyādā hōtā nahī̃ phir bhī jō hai , sab āpkā hai .

22“Baba, this body, mind and money,” - in any case, kumars do not have a lot of money, nevertheless - “whatever I have is all Yours.”

25Yah vāydā kiyā hai  ?

23Did you promise this?

26Tan bhī , man bhī , dhan bhī aur sambandh bhī sab āpsē - yah bhī vāydā pakkā kiyā hai  ?

24Did you promise that you would give your body, mind and money and have all relationships with the One?

27Jab tan-man-dhan , sambandh sab āpkā hai tō mērā kyā rahā  !

25Since your body, mind and money all belong to the Father, then what is yours?

28Phir kuchh mērāpan hai  ?

26Is there anything that belongs to you?

29Hōtā hī kyā hai  ?

27What else is there?

30Tan , man , dhan , jan … sab bāp K|kē havālē kar liyā . 31Pravr̥itti vālō̃ nē kiyā hai  ?

28Have you given your body, mind, money and surrendered your relationships with everyone to the Father?

32Madhuban vālō̃ nē kiyā hai  ? 33Pakkā hai nā  !

29Have the householders done this?

34Jab man bhī bāp kā huā , mērā man tō nahī̃ hai nā  !

30Have those from Madhuban done this? 31Have you done this firmly?

35Yā man mērā hai  ? 36Mērā samajhkar use karnā hai  ?

32Since your mind also belongs to the Father, it doesn’t belong to you, does it?

37Jab man bāp kō dē diyā tō yah bhī āpkē pās|pass amānat hai . 38Phir yuddha kismē̃ kartē hō  ?

33Or do you think that it is your mind, and that you can use it as you want because you consider it to be yours?

39Mērā man parēśhān hai , mērē man mē̃ vyarth saṅkalp ātē haĩ , mērā man vichalit hōtā hai . . . . , jab mērā hai nahī̃ , amānat hai phir amānat kō mērā samajh kar use karnā , kyā yah amānat mē̃ khyānat nahī̃ hai  ?

34Since you have given your mind to the Father, you entrusted everything to Him. 35Then, why are you battling? 36“My mind is distressed, my mind has waste thoughts, my mind is disturbed.” 37Since, it is not yours, but something you are entrusted with, then is it not being dishonest for you to use something that you are entrusted with?

40Māyā K|kē darvājē haĩ - «  maĩ aur mērā ' ' .

38The doors through which Maya can enter are, “I and mine”.

41Tō tan bhī āpkā nahī̃ , phir dēh-abhimān kā maĩ kahā̃ sē āyā  !

39Since even your body does not belong to you, how can you have the “I” of body consciousness?

42Man bhī āpkā nahī̃ , tō mērā-mērā kahā̃ sē āyā  ? 43Tērā hai yā mērā hai  ?

40Even your mind doesn’t belong to you, so how can you say, “Mine!

44Bāp kā hai yā sirph kahnā hai , karnā nahī̃  ?

41Mine!”? 42Does the mind belong to the Father or to you?

45Kahnā bāp kā aur mānnā mērā  !

43Does it belong to the Father?

46Sirph pahlā vāydā yād karō ki na body conscious key|kī maĩ hai , na mērā .

44Or, is it that you say it belongs to the Father and believe that it is yours?

47Tō jō bāp key|kī āgyā hai , tan kō bhī amānat samjhō . 48Man kō bhī amānat samjhō .

45Otherwise, it means that you say that it belongs to the Father, but you really consider it your own.

49Phir mēhnat key|kī jarūrat hai kyā  ? 50Kōī bhī kamjōrī ātī hai tō in dō śhabdō̃ sē ātī hai - «  maĩ aur mērā ' ' .

46Simply remember the first promise you made, so that there is neither any “I” nor “mine” of body consciousness.

51Tō na āpkā tan hai , na body-conscious kā maĩ . 52Man mē̃ jō bhī saṅkalp chaltē haĩ agar āgyākārī hō tō bāp key|kī āgyā kyā hai  ?

47So, the Father’s instructions are: Consider yourself to be holding your mind in trust. 48Also consider yourself to be holding your body in trust. 49Do you then need to labour?

53Positive sōchō , śhubh bhāvnā K|kē saṅkalp karō .

50Any weakness comes through these two words: “I and mine”.

54Phāltū saṅkalp karō - yah bāp key|kī āgyā hai kyā  ? 55Nahī̃ .

51Therefore, neither does the body belong to you nor do you have any body conscious “I”.

56Tō jab āpkā man nahī̃ hai phir bhī vyarth saṅkalp kartē hō tō bāp key|kī āgyā kō practical mē̃ nahī̃ lāyā nā  !

52Since you are obedient, what instructions has the Father given you for whatever thoughts you have in your mind? 53Have positive and benevolent thoughts.

57Sirph ēk śhabda yād karō ki maĩ paramātma āgyākārī bachchā hū̃ .

54Has the Father instructed you to have unnecessary thoughts? 55No!

58Bāp key|kī yah āgyā hai yā nahī̃ hai , vah sōchō . 59Jō āgyākārī bachchā hōtā hai vah sadā bāp kō svataḥ hī yād hōtā hai .

56Since your mind is not yours, you still have waste thoughts, then you are not putting the Father’s directions into practical form, are you?

60Svataḥ hī pyārā hōtā hai . 61Svataḥ hī bāp K|kē samīp hōtā hai .

57Simply remember the term of being an obedient child who obeys God’s directions.

62Tō check karō maĩ bāp K|kē samīp , bāp kā āgyākārī hū̃  ?

58Think about whether something is according to the Father’s directions or not.

63Ēk śhabda tō amr̥itvēlē yād kar saktē hō - «  maĩ kaun  ?

59A father would always automatically remember his obedient children.

64' ' āgyākārī hū̃ yā kabhī āgyākārī aur kabhī āgyā sē kinārā karnē vālē  ?

60Such children are automatically loved and are automatically close to their father.

65Bāpdādā sadā kahtē haĩ ki kisī bhī rūp mē̃ agar ēk bābā kā sambandh hī yād rahē , dil sē nikalē bābā , tō samīpatā kā anubhav karē̃gē .

61Therefore, check to see whether you are close and obedient to the Father. 62You can remember one sentence at amrit vela. 63“Who am I?

66Mantra muāphik nahī̃ kahō «  bābā-bābā ' ' , vah rām-rām kahtē haĩ āp bābā-bābā kahtē , lēkin dil sē nikalē bābā . 67Her|har karma karnē K|kē pahlē check karō ki man kē liē , tan kē liē yā dhan kē liē bābā key|kī āgyā kyā hai  ?

64Am I obedient?” 65Or, is it that you sometimes obey His directions and sometimes move away from the directions? 66BapDada always says that, if you remember the one word “Baba” in every relationship, and it emerges from your heart “Baba”, you will then experience closeness.

68Kumār kē pās chāhē kitnā bhī thōṛā sā dhan hai lēkin jaisē bāp nē āgyā dī hai ki dhan kā pōtāmēl kis prakār sē rakhō , vaisē rakhā hai  ?

67Do not just repeat it like a mantra “Baba, Baba!” 68Those people say “Rama, Rama”, whereas you say “Baba! 69Baba!”. 70However, let it emerge from your heart, “Baba”.

69Yā jaisē ātā vaisē chalātē  ? 70Har ēk kumār kō dhan kā bhī pōtāmēl rakhnā chāhiē .

71Before you do anything, first check what Baba’s directions are for your mind, body and money.

71Dhan kō kahā̃ aur kaisē use karnā hai , man kō bhī kahā̃ aur kaisē use karnā hai , tan kō bhī kahā̃ lagānā hai , yah sab pōtāmēl hōnā chāhiē .

72No matter how little money you kumars have, do you look after it according to the directions that the Father has given you? 73Or, do you simply use it as and when you want?

72Āp dādiyā̃ jab dhārṇā key|kī class karātī haĩ tō samjhātī haĩ nā ki dhan kō kaisē use karō  !

74Each of you kumars has been given directions to keep an account of your money: of how and when to use your money; of how and when to use your mind and your body.

73Kyā pōtāmēl rakhō  !

75You should keep an account of all of this.

74Kumār kō patā hai pōtāmēl kaisē rakhnā hai , kahā̃ lagānā hai , yah mālūm hai  ?

76When you Dadis give classes on dharna, you explain how you should use your money and what accounts you should keep.

75Thōṛē hāth uṭhā rahē haĩ , nayē-nayē bhī haĩ , inhō̃ kō mālūm nahī̃ hai .

77Do you kumars know how to keep your accounts and how to use your money? 78Do you know this?

76Inhō̃ kō yah jarūr batānā ki kyā kyā karnā hai  !

79Only a few of you are raising your hands. 80They do not understand this.

77Niśhchint hō jāyēṅgē , bōjh nahī̃ lagēgā kyōṅki āp sabkā lakṣhya hai , kumār mānā light . 78Double light .

81New ones are also here. 82You must definitely tell them what to do so that they can become carefree. 83They will then not feel any burden.

79Kumār kā lakṣhya hai nā ki hamkō number one ānā hai  ?

84All of you must have an aim: A kumar means to be light; double light.

80Tō lakṣhya kē sāth lakṣhaṇ bhī chāhiē .

85The aim of you kumars is to become number one.

81Lakṣhya bahut ūñchā hō aur lakṣhaṇ nahī̃ hō tō lakṣhya tak pahuñchnā muśhkil hai isliē jō bāp key|kī āgyā hai uskō sadā buddhi mē̃ rakh phir kārya mē̃ āō .

86Do you have this aim? 87However, together with this aim, you must also have the necessary qualifications. 88If you have a very high aim but don’t have the qualifications for it, it would be difficult to attain your aim.

82Bāpdādā nē pahlē bhī samjhāyā hai ki brāhmaṇ jīvan K|kē mukhya khajānē haĩ - saṅkalp , samay aur śhvāṅs . 83Āpkē śhvāṅs bhī bahut amūlya haĩ .

89Therefore, constantly keep the Father’s directions in your intellects before you act. 90BapDada also told you earlier that the main treasures of Brahmin life are your thoughts, time and breath.

84Ēk śhvāṅs bhī common nahī̃ hō , vyarth nahī̃ hō .

91Your breath is absolutely invaluable, let not even one breath be common or wasteful.

85Bhakti mē̃ kahtē haĩ śhvānsō̃ śhvāṅs apnē iṣhṭ kō yād karō .

92On the path of devotion, people say, “Remember your special, beloved deity in every breath you take.”

86Śhvāṅs bhī vyarth nahī̃ jāyē .

93Let your breath not go to waste.

87Gyān kā khajānā , śhaktiyō̃ kā khajānā . . . yah tō hai hī . 88Lēkin mukhya yah tīnō̃ khajānē saṅkalp , samay aur śhvāṅs - āgyā pramāṇ saphal hōtē haĩ  ?

94There are the treasures of knowledge and powers, but are you using these three main treasures (time, thoughts and breath) in a worthwhile way and according to the directions you have been given?

89Vyarth tō nahī̃ jātē  ?

95You are not wasting any of them, are you?

90Kyōṅki vyarth jānē sē jamā nahī̃ hōtā .

96If you are wasting them, you cannot accumulate anything.

91Aur jamā kā khātā is saṅgam par hī jamā karnā hai .

97Your savings account has to be built up now at the confluence age.

92Chāhē satyug , trētā mē̃ śhrēṣhṭh pad prāpt karnā hai , chāhē dvāpar , kaliyug mē̃ pūjya pad pānā hai lēkin dōnō̃ kā jamā is saṅgam par karnā hai .

98If you want to claim an elevated status in the golden and silver ages, or, even if you want to claim a status of being worthy of worship in the copper and iron ages, you have to build up your account for both at this time.

93Is hisāb sē sōchō ki saṅgam samay key|kī jīvan K|kē , chhōṭē sē janm K|kē saṅkalp , samay , śhvāṅs kitnē amūlya haĩ  ?

99You should accordingly consider how invaluable your time, thoughts and breath of your short life of this confluence age are.

94Ismē̃ albēlē nahī̃ bannā .

100Don’t be careless about this.

95Jaisā āyā vaisē din bīt gayā , din bītā nahī̃ lēkin ēk din mē̃ bahut-bahut ganvāyā .

101Do not spend your days just like that, because that would not just be a day gone by, but a day in which you would have lost a great deal.

96Jab bhī kōī phāltū saṅkalp , phāltū samay jātā hai tō aisē nahī̃ samjhō - chalō 5 minute gayā . 97Bachāō .

102Whenever you have any unnecessary thoughts or whenever you waste your time, don’t just consider that to be five minutes wasted, but you must save those minutes.

98Samay anusār dēkhō prakr̥iti apnē kārya mē̃ kitnī tīvr hai .

103According to the present time, nature does her work very quickly.

99Kuchh na kuchh khēl dikhātī rahtī hai .

104She constantly shows how she plays her part in one way or another.

100Kahā̃ na kahā̃ khēl dikhātī rahtī hai .

105She shows how she plays her part somewhere or other.

101Lēkin prakr̥itipati brāhmaṇ bachchō̃ kā khēl ēk hī hai - uṛtī kalā kā .

106However, you Brahmin children, who are the lords of nature, have just the one play of the flying stage.

102Tō prakr̥iti tō khēl dikhātī lēkin brāhmaṇ apnē uṛtī kalā kā khēl dikhā rahē hō  ? 103Kōī bachchē nē bāpdādā kō uṛīsā K|kē samudrī tūphān key|kī result likhkar dī|the , yah huā , yah huā . . . .

107Therefore, although nature is showing how she plays, you Brahmins are also showing how you play your parts of the flying stage, are you not? 108A child wrote a letter to BapDada telling Baba about the cyclone that came in Orrisa.

104Tō vah prakr̥iti kā khēl tō dēkh liyā .

109Therefore, BapDada asks you: You saw how nature plays her part.

105Lēkin bāpdādā pūchhtē haĩ ki āp lōgō̃ nē sirph prakr̥iti kā khēl dēkhā yā apnē uṛtī kalā K|kē khēl mē̃ busy rahē  ?

110Were you just watching nature play her part or did you stay busy in playing your parts of the flying stage?

106Yā sirph samāchār suntē rahē  ?

111Or, did you just continue to listen to the news?

107Samāchār tō sab sunnā bhī paṛtā hai , parantu jitnā samāchār sunnē mē̃ interest rahtā hai utnā apnī uṛtī kalā key|kī bājī mē̃ rahnē kā interest rahā  ?

112You do have to listen to all the news, but were you just as interested in maintaining your flying stage as you were in listening to the news?

108Kaī bachchē gupta yōgī bhī haĩ , aisē gupta yōgī bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā key|kī madad bhī bahut milī hai aur aisē bachchē svayã bhī achal , sākṣhī rahē aur vāyumaṇḍal mē̃ bhī samay par sahyōg diyā .

113Some children are incognito yogis and they have received a lot of help from BapDada. 114However, there are also some children who are unshakeable and, as detached observers, they helped to keep the atmosphere calm at that time.

109Jaisē sthūl sahyōg dēnē vālē , chāhē government , chāhē ās-pās K|kē lōg sahyōg dēnē kē liē taiyār hō jātē haĩ , aisē brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ nē bhī apnā sahyōg - śhakti , śhānti dēnē kā , sukh dēnē kā jō īśhvarīy śhrēṣhṭh kārya hai , vah kiyā  ?

115Just as the Government and neighbouring states were ready to give help in a physical way, in the same way, did you Brahmin children perform your duty in doing the elevated Godly task of giving the co-operation of peace and happiness?

110Jaisē vah government nē yah kiyā , phalānē dēśh nē yah kiyā . . . phauran hī announcement karnē lag jātē haĩ , tō bāp-dādā pūchhtē haĩ - āp brāhmaṇō̃ nē bhī apnā yah kārya kiyā  ?

116Those people immediately start announcing that such-and-such a government did this, and so-and-so did that. 117Similarly, BapDada asks: Did you Brahmins carry out your duty?

111Āpkō bhī alert hōnā chāhiē .

118You also have to stay alert.

112Sthūl sahyōg dēnā yah bhī āvaśhyak hōtā hai , ismē̃ bāpdādā manā nahī̃ kartē lēkin jō brāhmaṇ ātmāō̃ kā viśhēṣh kārya hai , jō aur kōī sahyōg nahī̃ dē saktā , aisā sahyōg alert hōkē āpnē diyā  ? 113Dēnā hai nā  !

119It is necessary to give physical help and BapDada is not telling you not to, but the special task of you Brahmin souls is to co-operate in a way that no one else can. 120So, did you stay alert and co-operate in this way? 121You do have to co-operate in this way, do you not?

114Yā sirph unhō̃ kō vastra chāhiē , anāj chāhiē  ?

122Or, is it that they just need clothes and food?

115Lēkin pahlē tō man mē̃ śhānti chāhiē , sāmnā karnē key|kī śhakti chāhiē .

123First of all, they need power and peace of mind in order to face the situation.

116Tō sthūl kē sāth sūkṣhma sahyōg brāhmaṇ hī dē saktē haĩ aur kōī nahī̃ dē saktā hai .

124Therefore, along with physical support, they also need to be given subtle co-operation which only you Brahmins can give.

117Tō yah kuchh bhī nahī̃ hai , yah tō rehearsal hai .

125No one else can give this co-operation. 126That was nothing, it was just a rehearsal.

118Real tō ānē vālā hai .

127The real thing is yet to come.

119Uskī rehearsal āpkō bhī bāp yā samay karā rahā hai .

128The Father and the time is making you rehearse for what is to come.

120Tō jō śhaktiyā̃ , jō khajānē āpkē pās|pass haĩ , uskō samay par use karnā ātā hai  ?

129Therefore, do you know how to use the powers and treasures you have at the right time?

121Kumār kyā karē̃gē  ?

130What will you kumars do?

122Śhaktiyā̃ jamā haĩ  ? 123Śhānti jamā hai  ?

131Have you accumulated the powers?

124Use karnā ātā hai  ?

132Have you accumulated peace?

125Hāth tō bahut achchhā uṭhātē haĩ , abhī practical mē̃ dikhānā .

133You raise your hands very well. 134Now, show this in a practical way.

126Sākṣhī hōkar dēkhnā bhī hai , sunnā bhī hai aur sahyōg dēnā bhī hai .

135You have to see everything, hear everything and co-operate as detached observers.

127Ākhrīn real jab part bajēgā , usmē̃ sākṣhī aur nirbhay hōkar dēkhē̃ bhī aur part bhī bajāvē̃ .

136At the time when the real thing is happening, you have to be fearless, detached observers and also play your parts.

128Kaun sā part  ?

137What parts?

129Dātā K|kē bachchē , dātā ban jō ātmāō̃ kō chāhiē vah dētē rahē̃ .

138You children of the Bestower have to be bestowers and give souls whatever they want.

130Tō master dātā haĩ nā  ?

139Therefore, you are master bestowers, are you not?

131Stock jamā karō , jitnā stock apnē pās|pass hōgā utnā hī dātā ban sakē̃gē .

140Accumulate your stock! 141You can become bestowers only according to the stock you have accumulated.

132Ant tak apnē liē hī jamā kartē rahē̃gē tō dātā nahī̃ ban sakē̃gē .

142If you continue to accumulate things for yourselves until the end, you cannot become bestowers.

133Anēk janm jō śhrēṣhṭh pad pānā hai , vah prāpt nahī̃ kar saktē haĩ , isīliē ēk bāt tō apnē pās|pass stock jamā karō .

143You will be unable to attain the elevated status that you have to attain for many births. 144Therefore, keep a stock of one thing with yourselves.

134Śhubh bhāvnā , śhrēṣhṭh kāmnā kā bhaṇḍār sadā bharpūr hō .

145Let your treasure store of good wishes and elevated feelings always be full.

135Dūsrā - jō viśhēṣh śhaktiyā̃ haĩ , vah śhaktiyā̃ jis samay , jiskō jō chāhiē vah dē sakō .

146Secondly, you have to be able to give everyone whatever special powers they want.

136Abhī samay anusār sirph apnē puruṣhārth mē̃ saṅkalp aur samay dō , sāth-sāth dātā ban viśhva kō bhī sahyōg dō .

147Now, according to the time, put your thoughts and time into your efforts. 148As well as that, become a bestower and give your co-operation to the world.

137Apnā puruṣhārth tō sunāyā - amr̥itvēlē hī yah sōchō ki maĩ āgyākārī bachchā hū̃  !

149Each of you has been told what efforts you need to make for yourself. 150At amrit vela, think of yourself as an obedient child.

138Her|har karma kē liē āgyā milī huī hai .

151You have been given instructions for everything you do.

139Uṭhnē key|kī , sōnē key|kī , khānē key|kī , karmayōgī bannē key|kī .

152You have been told how to wake up, how to go to sleep, how to eat and how to be a karma yogi.

140Her|har karma key|kī āgyā milī huī hai .

153You have been given instructions for every act you perform.

141Āgyākārī bannā yahī bāp samān bannā hai .

154To obey the Father is to become equal to the Father. 155Simply follow shrimat.

142Bas śhrīmat par chalnā , na manmat , na parmat .

156Do not follow the dictates of your own mind (manmat) or the dictates of others (parmat).

143Addition nahī̃ hō .

157Do not add anything to shrimat.

144Kabhī manmat par , kabhī parmat par chalē̃gē tō mēhnat karnī paṛēgī .

158When you sometimes follow your own mind or the minds of others, you have to labour.

145Sahaj nahī̃ hōgā kyōṅki manmat , parmat uṛnē nahī̃ dēgī .

159That will not be easy because manmat and parmat will not allow you to fly.

146Manmat , parmat bōjh vālī hai aur bōjh uṛnē nahī̃ dēgā .

160Those who follow manmat and parmat are burdened and those burdens will prevent you from flying.

147Śhrīmat double light banātī hai .

161Shrimat makes you double light.

148Śhrīmat par chalnā arthāt sahaj bāp samān bannā .

162To follow shrimat means to become equal to the Father easily.

149Śhrīmat par chalnē vālē kō kōī bhī paristhiti nīchē nahī̃ lē ā saktī .

163No situation can bring down anyone who follows shrimat. 164So, do you know how to follow shrimat?

150Tō śhrīmat par chalnā ātā hai  ?

165Achcha, so what will you kumars do now?

151Achchhā , tō kumār abhī kyā karē̃gē  ?

166You have been especially invited. 167Therefore, have you been given that hospitality?

152Nimantraṇ milā .

168You are dearly loved!

153Special khātirī huī .

169So, what will you now do?

154Dēkhō , kitnē lāḍlē hō gayē hō . 155Tō abhī āgē kyā karē̃gē  ?

170Will you give a response, or, once you arrive home, will you forget everything?

156Respond dēgē yā vahā̃ gayē tō vahā̃ K|kē , yahā̃ āyē tō yahā̃ K|kē  ?

171It is not that, whilst you are here, you remember everything of here and that when you go back home, you remember everything of there, is it?

157Aisē tō nahī̃ hai nā  ?

172It is not like that, is it?

158Yahā̃ tō bahut majē mē̃ hō .

173You are enjoying yourselves very much here.

159Māyā K|kē war|vār sē bachē huē hō , aisā kōī hai jiskō yahā̃ madhuban mē̃ bhī māyā āī hō  ?

174You are protected from any attack of Maya. 175Is there anyone here who has experienced Maya even in Madhuban?

160Aisā kōī hai jiskō madhuban mē̃ bhī mēhnat karnī paṛī hō  ?

176Is there anyone who has had to labour even in Madhuban?

161Safe hō , achchhā hai .

177You are safe.

162Bāpdādā bhī khuśh hōtē haĩ .

178It is good. 179BapDada is pleased.

163Samay āyēgā jab youth group par government kā bhī attention jāyēgā lēkin tab jāyēgā jab āp vighna-vināśhak ban jāō .

180The time will come when the Government’s attention will be drawn to the youth group. 181However, that will happen when you become destroyers of obstacles.

164Vighna-vināśhak kiskā nām hai  ?

182Who is called a destroyer of obstacles?

165Āp lōgō̃ kā hai nā  !

183It is the name of all of you, is it not?

166Vighnō̃ key|kī himmat nahī̃ hō jō kōī kumār kā sāmnā karē , tab kahē̃gē vighna-vināśhak .

184Only when no obstacle has the courage to oppose any of you kumars that you will be called destroyers of obstacles.

167Vighna key|kī hār bhalē hō , lēkin war|vār nahī̃ karē .

185Let the obstacles not attack you; you must defeat them.

168Vighna-vināśhak bannē key|kī himmat hai  ?

186Do you have the courage to be destroyers of obstacles?

169Yā vahā̃ jākar patra likhē̃gē dādī bahut achchhā thā lēkin patā nahī̃ kyā hō gayā  !

187Or, is it that when you return home you will write and say, “Dadi, it was very good there, but I don’t know what happened!”

170Aisē tō nahī̃ likhē̃gē  ?

188You will not write this, will you?

171Yahī khuśhkhabarī likhō - ō . K|kē . , very good , vighna-vināśhak hū̃ . 172Bas ēk akṣhar likhō .

189Write good news and say that you are OK and very good, that you are a destroyer of obstacles.

173Jyādā lambā patra nahī̃ .

190Simply write one word, not a long letter.

174Ō . K|kē . . 175Achchhā .

191Simply write, “OK!”

210Even if you forget Baba, Baba constantly turns the beads of the rosary of every child, because the speciality of every child is constantly in front of BapDada.

193Kōī bhī bachchā viśhēṣh na hō , yah nahī̃ hai .

211It is not that any one child is not special.
