5Answer: The children who constantly remember the land of peace and the land of happiness and whose intellects do not wander anywhere at the time of remembrance, those whose intellects don't have wasteful thoughts, whose intellects are concentrated, who don't nod off and whose mercury of happiness is high, prove that they are moving forward on this path of knowledge.

Murli

5Ōm śhānti .

6Om shanti.

6Bachchē itnā samay yahā̃ baiṭhē haĩ .

7You children have been sitting here for so long.

7Dil mē̃ bhī ātā hai ki ham jaisē śhivālay mē̃ baiṭhē haĩ .

8It enters your hearts that it is as though you are sitting in Shivalaya (Temple of Shiva).

8Śhivbābā bhī yād ā jātā hai . 9Svarg bhī yād ā jātā hai .

9You remember Shiv Baba and you also remember heaven.

10Yād sē hī sukh miltā hai .

10Only by having remembrance do you receive happiness.

11Yah bhī buddhi mē̃ yād rahē , ham śhivālay mē̃ baiṭhē haĩ tō bhī khuśhī hōgī .

11Even if your intellects remember that you are sitting in Shivalaya, you will be happy.

12Jānā tō ākhrīn sabhī kō śhivālay mē̃ hai .

12Eventually, you all have to go to Shivalaya.

13Śhāntidhām mē̃ kōī kō baiṭh nahī̃ jānā hai .

13No one is going to sit permanently in the land of peace.

14Vāstav mē̃ śhāntidhām kō bhī śhivālay kahē̃gē , sukhdhām kō bhī śhivālay kahē̃gē .

14In fact, the land of peace is called Shivalaya and the land of happiness is also called Shivalaya.

15Dōnō̃ sthāpan kartē haĩ .

15Both are established by the Father.

16Tum bachchō̃ kō yād bhī dōnō̃ kō karnā hai .

16You children have to remember both of them.

17Vah śhivālay hai śhānti kē liē aur vah śhivālay hai sukh kē liē .

17That Shivalaya is for peace and the other Shivalaya is for happiness.

18Yah hai duḥkhdhām .

18This is the land of sorrow.

19Abhī tum saṅgam par baiṭhē hō .

19You are now sitting at the confluence age.

20Śhāntidhām aur sukhdhām K|kē sivāē aur kiskī bhī yād nahī̃ hōnī chāhiē .

20You must not remember anything except the land of peace and the land of happiness.

21Bhal kahā̃ bhī baiṭhē hō , dhandhē ādi mē̃ baiṭhē hō tō bhī buddhi mē̃ dōnō̃ śhivālay yād ānē chāhiē .

21No matter where you may be sitting, even if you are at your business, your intellects should remember both Shivalayas.

22Duḥkhdhām bhūl jānā hai .

22You have to forget the land of sorrow.

23Bachchē jāntē haĩ yah vēśhyālay , duḥkhdhām ab khatm hō jānā hai .

23You children know that this brothel, this land of sorrow, is now to end.

24Yahā̃ baiṭhē tum bachchō̃ kō jhuṭkā ādi bhī nahī̃ ānā chāhiē .

24You children should not nod off while sitting here.

25Bahutō̃ key|kī buddhi kahā̃-kahā̃ aur taraph chalī jātī hai .

25The intellects of many children wander off in other directions.

26Māyā K|kē vighna paṛtē haĩ .

26There are obstacles of Maya.

27Tum bachchō̃ kō bāp ghaṛī-ghaṛī kahtē haĩ - bachchē , manmanābhav .

27The Father repeatedly tells you children: Children, Manmanabhav!

28Bhinn-bhinn prakār key|kī yuktiyā̃ bhī batlātē haĩ .

28He also tells you various tactics.

29Yahā̃ baiṭhē hō , buddhi mē̃ yah yād karō ki ham pahlē śhāntidhām , śhivālay mē̃ jāyēṅgē phir sukhdhām mē̃ āyēṅgē .

29While you are sitting here, make your intellects remember that you will first go to Shivalaya, the land of peace, and that you will then go to the land of happiness.

30Aisā yād karnē sē pāp kaṭtē jāyēṅgē .

30By remembering this, your sins will continue to be cut away.

31Jitnā tum yād kartē hō utnā kadam baṛhātē hō .

31The more you stay in remembrance, the more you will move forward.

32Yahā̃ aur kōī khyālāt mē̃ nahī̃ baiṭhnā chāhiē .

32You should not sit here with any other thoughts.

33Nahī̃ tō tum aurō̃ kō nuksān pahuñchātē hō .

33Otherwise, you would be causing a loss for others.

34Phāydē kē badlē aur hī nuksān kartē hō .

34Instead of benefiting them, you would be causing them a loss.

35Āgē jab baiṭhtē thē tō sāmnē kōī kō jāñch karnē kē liē biṭhāyā jātā thā - kaun jhuṭkā khātē haĩ , kaun āṅkhē̃ band kar baiṭhtē haĩ , tō baṛā khabardār rahtē thē .

35Previously, when you were made to sit in meditation, someone was made to sit in front of you to check who were nodding off and who were sitting with their eyes closed. 36Therefore, you remained very cautious.

36Bāp bhī dēkhtē thē inkā buddhiyōg kahā̃ bhaṭaktā hai kyā yā jhuṭkā khātē haĩ kyā  ?

37The Father also used to see whether your intellects’ yoga was wandering anywhere or if you were nodding off.

37Aisē bhī bahut ātē haĩ , jō kuchh bhī samajhtē nahī̃ haĩ .

38Many come here and don't understand anything.

38Brāhmaṇiyā̃ lē ātī haĩ .

39Brahmin teachers bring them.

39Śhivbābā kē āgē bachchē baṛē achchhē hōnē chāhiē , jō ġaphlat mē̃ nahī̃ rahē̃ kyōṅki yah kōī ordinary teacher nahī̃ .

40Very good children should be in front of Shiv Baba so that they don't create the wrong impression because that One is not an ordinary teacher.

40Bāp baiṭh sikhlātē haĩ .

41The Father sits here and teaches you.

41Yahā̃ bahut sāvdhān hōkar baiṭhnā chāhiē .

42You should sit here with great caution.

42Bābā 15 minute śhānti mē̃ biṭhātē haĩ . 43Tum tō ghaṇṭā dō ghaṇṭā baiṭhtē hō .

43Baba makes you sit in silence for 15 minutes, but you sit for an hour or two hours.

44Sab tō mahārathī nahī̃ haĩ .

44Not everyone is a maharathi.

45Jō kachchē haĩ , unkō sāvdhān karnā hai .

45Those who are weak have to be cautioned.

46Sāvdhān karnē sē suzāg hō jāyēṅgē .

46By being cautioned, they will become alert and careful.

47Jō yād mē̃ nahī̃ rahtē , vyarth khyālāt chalātē rahtē haĩ , vah jaisē vighna ḍāltē haĩ kyōṅki buddhi kahā̃ na kahā̃ bhaṭaktī hai .

47It is as though those who don't stay in remembrance but simply continue to have waste thoughts are creating obstacles because their intellects keep wandering somewhere or other.

48Mahārathī , ghōṛēsavār , pyādē sab baiṭhē haĩ .

48All – elephant riders, horse soldiers and foot soldiers – are sitting here.

49Bābā āj vichār sāgar manthan karkē āyē thē - museum mē̃ athavā prardaśhanī mē̃ tum bachchē jō śhivālay , vēśhyālay aur purūṣhōttam saṅgamyug tīnō̃ hī batātē hō , yah bahut achchhā hai samjhānē kē liē .

49Baba has come today having churned the ocean of knowledge: The models of Shivalaya, the brothel and the most auspicious confluence age, all three that you children show at the museums and exhibitions, are a very good way to explain this knowledge to people.

50Yah chitra bahut baṛē-baṛē banānē chāhiē .

50You should make very big ones.

51Sabsē achchhā baṛā hall|hāl inkē liē hōnā chāhiē , jō manuṣhyō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ jhaṭ baiṭhē .

51You should get the biggest and best halls for them so that this quickly sits in their intellects.

52Bachchō̃ kā vichār chalnā chāhiē ki ismē̃ ham improvement kaisē lāyē̃ .

52You children should think about these things and think about how to improve them.

53Purūṣhōttam saṅgamyug bahut achchhā banānā chāhiē .

53You should make the most auspicious confluence age very good.

54Ussē manuṣhyō̃ kō bahut achchhī samjhānī mil saktī hai .

54People can receive a very good understanding through that.

55Tapasyā mē̃ bhī tum 5-6 kō biṭhātē hō parantu nahī̃ , 10-15 kō tapasyā mē̃ biṭhānā chāhiē .

55You show five to six people sitting in tapasya, but no; you should show 10 to 15 people sitting in tapasya.

56Baṛē-baṛē chitra banākar clear akṣhar mē̃ likhnā chāhiē .

56You should make very big pictures and write in very clear writing.

57Tum itnā samjhātē hō phir bhī samajhtē thōṛēhī haĩ .

57You explain so much and yet people don't really understand.

58Tum mēhnat kartē hō samjhānē kē liē , patthar buddhi haĩ nā .

58You make effort to explain, but they have stone intellects.

59Tō jitnā hō sakē achchhī rīti samjhānā chāhiē .

59So, as much as possible, you should explain very clearly.

60Jō service mē̃ rahtē haĩ unhō̃ kō service baṛhānē kā khyāl karnā hai .

60Those who remain engaged in doing service should think about how to increase service.

61Projector , pradarśhanī mē̃ itnā mazā nahī̃ hai , jitnā museum mē̃ .

61There isn't as much pleasure in explaining using the projector and exhibitions as there is when explaining at museums.

62Projector sē tō kuchh bhī samajhtē nahī̃ .

62They don't understand anything through the projectors.

63Sabsē achchhā hai museum , bhal chhōṭā hō .

63The best of all is the museum, even though it may be small.

64Ēk kamrē mē̃ tō yah śhivālay , vēśhyālay aur purūṣhōttam saṅgamyug kā scene hō .

64In one room, there should be the scenes of Shivalaya, the brothel and the most auspicious confluence age.

65Samjhānē mē̃ baṛī viśhāl buddhi chāhiē .

65A very broad and unlimited intellect is needed to explain this.

66Bēhad kā bāp , bēhad kā teacher āyē haĩ tō baiṭh thōṛēhī jāyēṅgē ki bachchē aim|M|am . A . , be|B . A . pās|pass kar lē̃ .

66The unlimited Father and the unlimited Teacher has come, but He is not just going to sit down thinking that the children should pass their M.A. or B.A.

67Bāp baiṭhā thōṛēhī rahēgā .

67The Father is not just going to remain seated here.

68Thōṛē time mē̃ chalā jāyēgā .

68He will leave in a short time.

69Bākī thōṛā samay hai tō bhī jāgtē nahī̃ .

69There is little time left and people still don't awaken.

70Achchhī-achchhī jō bachchiyā̃ hōṅgī vah kahē̃gī ki in 4-5 sau rūpayō̃ kē liē kyō̃ ham mupht apnā time barbād karē̃ .

70Those who are good daughters would say: Why should I waste my time for just these 400 to 500 rupees?

71Phir śhivālay mē̃ ham kyā pad pāyēṅgē  !

71What status would I then claim in Shivalaya?

72Bābā dēkhtē haĩ kumāriyā̃ tō free haĩ .

72Baba sees that the kumaris are free.

73Bhal kitnā bhī baṛā pagār hō , tō bhī yah tō jaisē muṭṭhī mē̃ chanē haĩ , yah sab khalās hō jāyēṅgē .

73No matter how high a salary you receive, it is just like a handful of chick peas. 74All of that is going to end.

74Kuchh bhī rahēgā nahī̃ .

75Nothing will remain.

75Bāp chanē muṭṭhī ab chhuṛānē āyē haĩ parantu chhōṛtē hī nahī̃ haĩ .

76The Father has now come to make you give up the handful of chick peas. 77However, some don't let it go at all.

76Usmē̃ haĩ chanē muṭṭhī , ismē̃ hai viśhva kī bādśhāhī .

78There, you receive a handful of chick peas whereas here, you receive the sovereignty of the world.

77Vah tō pāī paisē K|kē chanē haĩ unkē pichhāṛī kitnā hairān hōtē haĩ .

79Those are just chick peas worth a few pennies, so why do you distress yourselves chasing after them?

78Kumāriyā̃ tō free haĩ .

80Kumaris are free.

79Vah paṛhāī tō pāī paisē kī hai .

81Those studies are only worth a few pennies.

80Unkō chhōṛ yah knowledge paṛhtē rahē̃ tō dimāg bhī khulē .

82If you stop those studies and continue to study this knowledge, your intellects can open.

81Aisī chhōṭī-chhōṭī bachchiyā̃ baṛō̃-baṛō̃ kō baiṭh knowledge dē̃ , bāp āyē haĩ - śhivālay sthāpan karnē .

83Little daughters should sit and give this knowledge to the older ones and explain that the Father has come to establish Shivalaya.

82Yah tō jāntē haĩ ki yahā̃ kā sab kuchh miṭṭī mē̃ mil jānā hai .

84You know that everything here is going to turn to dust.

83Yah chanē bhī nasīb mē̃ nahī̃ āyēṅgē .

85You won't even have those chick peas in your fortune.

84Kiskī muṭṭhī mē̃ 5 chanē arthāt 5 lākh hōṅgē , vah bhī khatm hō jāyēṅgē .

86Some might have five chick peas, that is, 500,000 rupees in their hands but that too would be destroyed.

85Abhī time bahut thōṛā hai .

87There is now very little time left.

86Din-pratidin hālat kharāb hōtī jātī hai .

88Day by day, conditions are getting worse.

87Achānak āphatē̃ ā jātī haĩ . 88Maut bhī achānak hōtē rahtē haĩ , muṭṭhī mē̃ chanē hōtē hī prāṇ nikal jātē haĩ .

89Suddenly there are calamities; death takes place suddenly. 90Even while holding chick peas in their fists they leave their bodies.

89Tō manuṣhyō̃ kō is bandarpanē sē chhuṛānā hai .

91So, people have to be liberated from this monkey-like behaviour.

90Sirph museum dēkh khuśh nahī̃ hōnā hai , kamāl kar dikhānā hai .

92Don't become happy on just seeing the museum; you have to show wonders.

91Manuṣhyō̃ kō sudhārnā hai .

93People have to be reformed.

92Bāp tum bachchō̃ kō viśhva kī bādśhāhī dē rahē haĩ .

94The Father is giving you children the sovereignty of the world.

93Bākī tō bhūgarā ( chanā ) bhī kiskō nasīb mē̃ nahī̃ āyēgā .

95However, some won't even have chick peas in their fortune; everything will be destroyed.

94Sab khatm hō jāyēṅgē , issē tō kyō̃ na bāp sē bādśhāhī lē lō .

96Instead, why not claim the sovereignty from the Father?

95Kōī taklīph key|kī bāt nahī̃ .

97There isn't any difficulty in this.

96Sirph bāp kō yād karnā hai aur svardaśhan chakra phirānā hai .

98You simply have to remember the Father and spin the discus of self-realisation.

97Bhūgarō̃ sē ( chanō̃ sē ) muṭṭhī khālī kar hīrē-javāharō̃ sē muṭṭhī bharkar jānā hai .

99You have to empty your fists of chick peas and fill them with diamonds and jewels and return home.

98Bāp samjhātē haĩ - mīṭhē bachchē , in chanē muṭṭhī K|kē pichhāṛī tum apnā samay kyō̃ barbād kartē hō  ?

100The Father explains: Sweet children, why do you waste your time chasing after a handful of chick peas?

99Hā̃ , kōī bujurg haĩ , bāl-bachchē bahut haĩ tō unkō sambhālnā hōtā hai .

101Yes, if someone is old and has many children, he has to look after them.

100Kumāriyō̃ kē liē tō bahut sahaj hai , kōī bhī āyē tō unkō samjhāō ki bāp hamkō yah bādśhāhī dētē haĩ .

102It is very easy for kumaris. 103When anyone comes, just explain to them that the Father is giving us this sovereignty.

101Tō bādśhāhī lēnī chāhiē nā .

104So, you should claim the sovereignty.

102Abhī tumhārī muṭṭhī hīrō̃ sē bhar rahī hai .

105Your fists are now becoming full of diamonds.

103Bākī aur tō sab vināśh hō jāyēṅgē .

106Everything else is going to be destroyed.

104Bāp samjhātē haĩ tumnē 63 janm pāp kiyē haĩ .

107The Father explains: You have been committing sin for 63 births.

105Dūsrā pāp hai bāp aur dēvtāō̃ key|kī glāni karnā .

108Another sin is of defaming the Father and the deities.

106Vikārī bhī banē haĩ aur gālī bhī diyā hai .

109You became vicious and you also insulted the Father.

107Bāp key|kī kitnī glāni kī hai .

110You insulted the Father so much!

108Bāp bachchō̃ kō baiṭh samjhātē haĩ - bachchē , time nahī̃ ganvānā chāhiē .

111The Father sits here and explains to you children: Children, do not waste your time.

109Aisē nahī̃ , bābā ham yād nahī̃ kar saktē .

112Do not say: Baba, I cannot stay in remembrance.

110Bōlō , bābā ham apnē kō ātmā yād nahī̃ kar saktē .

113Say: Baba, I am unable to remember myself as a soul.

111Apnē kō bhūl jātē haĩ .

114I forget myself.

112Dēh-abhimān mē̃ ānā gōyā apnē kō bhūlnā .

115To become body conscious means to forget yourself.

113Apnē kō ātmā yād nahī̃ kar saktē tō bāp kō phir kaisē yād karē̃gē .

116If you are unable to remember yourself as a soul, how would you be able to remember the Father?

114Bahut baṛī mañjil hai .

117The destination is very high.

115Sahaj bhī bahut hai . 116Bākī hā̃ , māyā kā opposition hōtā hai .

118This is very easy, but yes, there is also opposition from Maya.

117Manuṣhya gītā ādi bhal paṛhtē haĩ parantu arth|earth kuchh bhī nahī̃ samajhtē .

119Although people study the Gita etc., they don't understand the meaning of it at all.

118Bhārat kī hai hī mukhya gītā .

120The main scripture of Bharat is the Gita.

119Har ēk dharm kā apnā-apnā ēk śhāstra hai .

121Each religion has its own scripture.

120Jō dharm sthāpan karnē vālē haĩ unkō satgurū nahī̃ kah saktē .

122None of those who establish a religion can be called the Satguru.

121Yah baṛī bhūl hai .

123That is a big mistake.

122Satgurū tō ēk hī hai , bākī gurū kahlānē vālē tō ḍhēr haĩ .

124There is only the one Satguru, but there are many who call themselves gurus.

123Kōī nē carpenter kā kām sikhāyā , engineer kā kām sikhāyā tō vah bhī gurū hō gayā .

125If someone teaches the work of a carpenter or an engineer, he too is a guru.

124Har ēk sikhlānē vālā gurū hōtā hai , satgurū ēk hī hai .

126Anyone who teaches something is a guru, but there is just the one Satguru.

125Ab tumkō satgurū milā hai vah satya bāp bhī hai tō satya teacher bhī hai isliē bachchō̃ kō jāstī ġaphlat nahī̃ karnī chāhiē .

127You have now found the Satguru. 128He is also the true Father and the true Teacher. 129This is why you children should not be careless.

126Yahā̃ sē achchhī rīti refresh hōkar jātē haĩ phir ghar jānē sē yahā̃ kā sab bhūl jātē haĩ .

130You leave here having become very well refreshed but you forget everything as soon as you arrive home.

127Garbhajail mē̃ bahut sajāyē̃ miltī haĩ .

131A lot of punishment is received in the jail of a womb.

128Vahā̃ tō garbh mahal hōtā hai .

132There, a womb is a palace.

129Vikarma kōī hōtā nahī̃ jō sajā khānī paṛē .

133There are no sinful acts performed that one would have to experience punishment.

130Yahā̃ tum bachchē samajhtē hō ham bāp sē sammukh paṛh rahē haĩ .

134Here (in Madhuban), you children understand that you are personally studying with the Father.

131Bāhar apnē ghar mē̃ tō aisē nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

135Outside, at your home, you would not say the same.

132Vahā̃ samajhē̃gē bhāī paṛhātē haĩ .

136There, you would understand that your brother is teaching you.

133Yahā̃ tō direct bāp kē pās āyē haĩ .

137You have come here directly in front of the Father.

134Bāp bachchō̃ kō achchhī rīti samjhātē haĩ .

138The Father explains to you children very well.

135Bāp key|kī aur bachchō̃ key|kī samjhānī mē̃ fark hō jātā hai .

139There is a difference between the way the Father explains and the way you children explain.

136Bāp baiṭh bachchō̃ kō sāvdhān kartē haĩ .

140The Father sits here and cautions you children.

137Bachchē-bachchē kah samjhātē haĩ .

141He says, "Child, child" and explains to you.

138Tum śhivālay aur vēśhyālay kō samajhtē hō , bēhad key|kī bāt hai .

142You understand Shivalaya (Temple of Shiva) and the brothel (Vaishyalaya). 143It is a matter of the unlimited.

139Yah clear kar dikhāō tō manuṣhyō̃ kō kuchh mazā āyē .

144Show this clearly so that people can enjoy it.

140Vahā̃ tō aisē hī hansī-kuṛī mē̃ samjhātē hō , serious hō samjhāō tō achchhī rīti samajhē̃ .

145There, you explain in a light manner, but you have to explain to them seriously so that they can understand it very clearly: Have mercy for yourselves.

141Rahm karō apnē par , kyā is vēśhyālay mē̃ hī rahnā hai  !

146Are you just going to stay in this brothel?

142Bābā K|kē khyālāt tō chaltē haĩ nā - kaisē-kaisē samjhāyē̃ .

147Baba has thoughts about how to explain.
