¹Essence: Sweet children, have the firm faith that you are souls. ²Begin any task in the consciousness of being a soul and you will have remembrance of the Father and not commit any sin.

⁵Answer: In order to become karmateet, make effort to control your physical organs with the power of remembrance.

⁵abhyaas karo main niraakaar aatma niraakaar baap ki santaan hoon।

⁶Practise: I, an incorporeal soul, am a child of the incorporeal Father.

⁶sab karmendriyaan nirvikaari ban jaayen - yeh hai jabardasta mehnat।

⁷The greatest effort you make is for all your physical organs to become viceless.

⁷jitna karmaateet avastha ke sameep aate jaayenge utna ang-ang sheetal, sugandhit hote jaayenge।

⁸The closer you come to your karmateet stage, the more every organ of yours will become cool and fragrant.

⁸unse vikaari baans nikal jaayegi। ⁹ateendriy sukh ka anubhav hota rahega।

⁹The bad odour of vice will be removed from them and you will continue to experience supersensuous joy.

¹¹God Shiva speaks.

¹²yeh to bachchon ko nahin bataana hai ki kiske prati।

¹²You children do not have to be told to whom He speaks.

¹³bachche jaante hain - shivbaaba gyaan ka saagar hai। ¹⁴manushya srishti ka beejroop hai।

¹³You children know that Shiv Baba is the Ocean of Knowledge and that He is the Seed of the human world.

¹⁵to zaroor aatmaon se baat karte hain।

¹⁴Therefore, He would surely speak to souls.

¹⁶bachche jaante hain shivbaaba padha rahe hain।

¹⁵You children understand that Shiv Baba is teaching you.

¹⁷baba akshar se samajhte hain param aatma ko hi baba kehte hain।

¹⁶By using the word “Baba”, you understand that it refers to Baba, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁸sab manushya maatra us param aatma ko hi father kehte hain!

¹⁷All human beings refer to that Supreme Soul as the Father.

¹⁹baba paramdham mein rehte hain।

¹⁸Baba resides in the supreme abode.

²⁰pahle-pahle yeh baaten pakki karni hai।

¹⁹You first have to make this aspect firm.

²¹apne ko aatma samajhna hai aur yeh pakka nishchay karna hai।

²⁰Consider yourselves to be souls and have very firm faith in this.

²²baap jo sunaate hain, woh aatma hi dhaaran karti hai।

²¹You souls have to imbibe what the Father says to you.

²³jo gyaan paramatma mein hai woh aatma mein bhi aana chaahiye।

²²The knowledge that is in the Supreme Soul has to enter you souls too.

²⁴jo phir mukh se varnan karna hota hai।

²³You then have to relate that to others through your lips.

²⁵jo kuchh bhi padhaai padhte hain, woh aatma hi padhti hai।

²⁴Whatever it is you study, it is the soul that studies.

²⁶aatma nikal jaaye to padhaai aadi ka kuchh bhi maaloom na pade।

²⁵When a soul leaves his body, he doesn’t know anything about studying etc.

²⁷aatma sanskaar le gai, jaakar doosre shareer mein baithi।

²⁶The soul carries his sanskars and goes and sits in his next body.

²⁸to pahle apne ko aatma pakka-pakka samajhna pade।

²⁷Therefore, firstly, you firmly have to consider yourselves to be souls.

²⁹deh-abhimaan ab chhodna pade।

²⁸You now have to renounce body consciousness.

³⁰aatma sunti hai, aatma dhaaran karti hai।

²⁹It is souls that listen and souls that imbibe.

³¹aatma ismen nahin hoti to shareer hil bhi na sake।

³⁰When there is no soul in a body, the body cannot even move.

³²ab tum bachchon ko yeh pakka-pakka nishchay karna hai - param aatma ham aatmaon ko gyaan de rahe hain।

³¹You children now have to have the firm faith that the Supreme Soul is giving this knowledge to you souls.

³³ham aatma bhi shareer dvaara sunti hain aur paramatma shareer dvaara suna rahe hain - yahi ghadi-ghadi bhool jaate hain। ³⁴deh yaad aati hai।

³²You repeatedly forget that you are souls who are listening through your bodies and that the Supreme Soul is speaking through a body, because you only remember bodies.

³⁵yeh bhi jaante ho achhe va bure sanskaar aatma mein hi rehte hain।

³³You also know that good and bad sanskars are contained within each soul.

³⁶sharaab peena, chhi-chhi baat karna… yeh bhi aatma karti hai organs dvaara।

³⁴It is souls that drink alcohol and speak of dirty things through their physical organs.

³⁷aatma hi in organs dvaara itna part bajaati hai।

³⁵It is souls that play their parts through their organs.

³⁸pahle-pahle aatma-abhimaani zaroor banna hai।

³⁶First of all, you definitely have to become soul conscious.

³⁹baap aatmaon ko hi padhaate hain।

³⁷The Father teaches souls.

⁴⁰aatma hi phir yeh knowledge saath mein le jaayegi।

³⁸Souls then carry this knowledge back with them.

⁴¹jaise vahaan param aatma gyaan sahit rehte hain, vaise tum aatmaayen phir yeh knowledge saath mein le jaayengi।

³⁹Just as the Supreme Soul resides there with knowledge, in the same way, you souls carry this knowledge with you.

⁴²main tum bachchon ko is gyaan sahit le jaata hoon।

⁴⁰I take you children back home with this knowledge.

⁴³phir tum aatmaon ko part mein aana hai, tumhaara part hai nai duniya mein praalabdha bhogna। ⁴⁴gyaan bhool jaata hai।

⁴¹Then, you souls have to go down to play your parts. ⁴²Your parts are to experience the reward in the new world, but you forget this knowledge.

⁴⁵yeh sab achhi reeti dhaaran karna hai।

⁴³You have to imbibe all of this very well.

⁴⁶pahle-pahle yeh bahut-bahut pakka karna hai ki main aatma hoon, bahut hain jo yeh bhool jaate hain।

⁴⁴First of all, each of you has to make it extremely firm that you are a soul. ⁴⁵There are many who forget this.

⁴⁷apne saath bahut-bahut mehnat karni hai।

⁴⁶You have to make a great deal of effort on yourselves.

⁴⁸vishwa ka maalik banna hai to mehnat bigar thode hi banenge।

⁴⁷You cannot become the masters of the world without making effort.

⁴⁹ghadi-ghadi is point ko hi bhool jaate hain kyonki yeh nai knowledge hai।

⁴⁸Because this knowledge is new, you repeatedly forget these points.

⁵⁰jab apne ko aatma bhool deh-abhimaan mein aate hain to kuchh na kuchh paap hote hain।

⁴⁹When you forget that you are souls and become body conscious, you commit one sin or another.

⁵¹dehi-abhimaani banne se kabhi paap nahin honge। ⁵²paap kat jaayenge। ⁵³phir aadha-kalpa koi paap nahin hoga।

⁵⁰You would never commit sin by being soul conscious; your sins will be cut away and no sins will be committed for half a cycle.

⁵⁴to yeh nishchay rakhna chaahiye - ham aatma padhti hain, deh nahin।

⁵¹Therefore, have the firm faith that it is you souls, and not your bodies, who are studying.

⁵⁵aage jismaani manushya mat milti thi, ab baap shreemat de rahe hain।

⁵²Previously, you used to receive directions from bodily beings. ⁵³Now, you are receiving shrimat from the Father.

⁵⁶yeh nai duniya ki bilkul nai knowledge hai।

⁵⁴This is completely new knowledge for the new world.

⁵⁷tum sab naye ban jaayenge, ismen moonjhane ki baat hi nahin।

⁵⁵All of you will become new. ⁵⁶There is nothing to be confused about in this.

⁵⁸anekaanek baar tum puraane se naye, naye se puraane bante aaye ho, isliye achhi reeti purooshaartha karna hai।

⁵⁷You have changed from old to new and new to old innumerable times. ⁵⁸Therefore, you have to make very good effort.

⁵⁹ham aatma karmendriyon dvaara yeh kaam karte hain।

⁵⁹You souls perform actions through your sense organs.

⁶⁰office aadi mein bhi apne ko aatma samajhkar karmendriyon se kaam karte rahenge to sikhlaane vaala baap zaroor yaad padega।

⁶⁰Even when you are at your office etc., if you consider yourselves to be souls while you continue to act through your sense organs, you will definitely be able to remember the Father who teaches you.

⁶¹aatma hi baap ko yaad karti hai।

⁶¹It is souls that remember the Father.

⁶²bhal aage bhi kehte the ham bhagwan ko yaad karta hoon। ⁶³parantu apne ko saakaar samajh niraakaar ko yaad karte the।

⁶²Previously, although you used to say that you remembered God, you remembered the Incorporeal while considering yourselves to be corporeal.

⁶⁴apne ko niraakaar samajh niraakaar ko yaad kabhi nahin karte the।

⁶³You never used to consider yourselves to be incorporeal while remembering the Incorporeal.

⁶⁵abhi tumko apne ko niraakaar aatma samajh niraakaar baap ko yaad karna hai।

⁶⁴You souls now have to consider yourselves to be incorporeal and remember the incorporeal Father.

⁶⁶yeh badi vichaar saagar manthan karne ki baat hai।

⁶⁵This is an aspect that has to be churned very well.

⁶⁷bhal koi-koi likhte hain - ham 2 ghanta yaad mein rehte hain। ⁶⁸koi kehte hain ham sadaiv shivbaaba ko yaad karte hain। ⁶⁹parantu sadaiv koi yaad kar na sake।

⁶⁶Although some write and say that they stay in remembrance for two hours and some say that they remember Shiv Baba constantly, no one can have constant remembrance.

⁷⁰agar yaad karta ho to pahle se hi karmaateet avastha ho jaaye।

⁶⁷If you did, you would have reached your karmateet stage by now.

⁷¹karmaateet avastha to badi jabardasta mehnat se hoti hai।

⁶⁸Only after making a great deal of effort can you reach your karmateet stage.

⁷²ismen sab vikaari karmendriyaan vash ho jaati hain।

⁶⁹In that stage, all your vicious physical organs are under your control.

⁷³satayug mein sab karmendriyaan nirvikaari ban jaati hain।

⁷⁰In the golden age, all your physical organs become viceless.

⁷⁴ang-ang sugandhit ho jaata hai।

⁷¹Every organ of yours becomes filled with fragrance.

⁷⁵abhi baansi chhi-chhi ang hai।

⁷²Physical organs are dirty now and full of bad odour.

⁷⁶satayug ki to bahut pyaari mahima hai।

⁷³The praise of the golden age is very lovely.

⁷⁷usko kaha jaata hai heaven nai duniya, vaikuntha।

⁷⁴It is called heaven, the new world, Paradise.

⁷⁸vahaan ke features, taaj aadi yahaan par koi bana na saken।

⁷⁵The features and the crowns etc. that exist there cannot be created by anyone here.

⁷⁹bhal tum dekhkar bhi aate ho। ⁸⁰parantu yahaan woh bana na sake।

⁷⁶Even though you go into trance and see them, you cannot create them here.

⁸¹vahaan to natural shobha rehti hai to ab tum bachchon ko yaad se hi paavan banna hai।

⁷⁷There is natural beauty there. ⁷⁸Therefore, you children now have to become pure by having remembrance.

⁸²yaad ki yaatra bahut-bahut karni hai।

⁷⁹You have to stay on the pilgrimage of remembrance a great deal.

⁸³ismen badi mehnat hai।

⁸⁰This requires great effort.

⁸⁴yaad karte-karte karmaateet avastha ko pa len to sab karmendriyaan sheetal ho jaayen।

⁸¹While remembering Baba, you will reach your karmateet stage and all your physical organs will become cool.

⁸⁵ang-ang bahut sugandhit ho jaayen, badbu nahin rahegi।

⁸²Every limb will be full of fragrance and no bad odour will remain.

⁸⁶abhi to sabhi karmendriyon mein badbu hai।

⁸³There is now a bad odour in all the physical organs.

⁸⁷yeh shareer koi kaam ka nahin hai।

⁸⁴These bodies are of no use.

⁸⁸tumhaari aatma abhi pavitra ban rahi hai।

⁸⁵You souls are now becoming pure.

⁸⁹shareer to ban na sake।

⁸⁶Your bodies cannot become pure.

⁹⁰woh tab banen jab tumko naya shareer mile।

⁸⁷That will only happen when you receive new bodies.

⁹¹ang-ang mein sugandh ho - yeh mahima devtaaon ki hai।

⁸⁸The praise “Fragrance in every physical organ” refers to the deities.

⁹²tum bachchon ko bahut khushi honi chaahiye।

⁸⁹You children should experience a great deal of happiness.

⁹³baap aaya hai to khushi ka paara chadh jaana chaahiye।

⁹⁰The Father has come and your mercury of happiness should therefore rise.

⁹⁴baap kehte hain mujhe yaad karo to vikarma vinaash honge।

⁹¹The Father says: Remember Me and your sins will be absolved.

⁹⁵geeta ke akshar kitne clear hain।

⁹²The words of the Gita are so clear.

⁹⁶baba ne kaha bhi hai - mere jo bhakta hain, jo geeta-paathi honge, woh shreekrishna ke pujaari zaroor honge।

⁹³Baba has also said: Those who are My devotees and those who study the Gita will definitely be devotees of Shri Krishna.

⁹⁷tab baba kehte hain devtaaon ke pujaariyon ko sunaana।

⁹⁴This is why Baba says: Also relate this to the worshippers of the deities.

⁹⁸manushya shiv ki pooja karte hain aur phir kah dete hain sarvavyaapi।

⁹⁵People worship Shiva and then say that He is omnipresent!

⁹⁹glaani karte hue bhi mandiron mein roz jaate hain।

⁹⁶Even though they defame Him, they go to the temples every day.

¹⁰⁰shiv ke mandir mein dher ke dher jaate hain।

⁹⁷So many people go to the Shiva Temple.

¹⁰¹bahut oonchi seedhi chadhkar jaate hain oopar mein, shiv ka mandir oopar banaaya jaata hai।

⁹⁸They climb very steep steps to the top. ⁹⁹The Temple to Shiva is built at the top.

¹⁰²shivbaaba bhi aakar ke seedhi bataate hain na।

¹⁰⁰Shiv Baba comes and shows you the picture of the ladder.

¹⁰³unka ooncha naam, ooncha thaanv hai।

¹⁰¹His name is the highest and His place of residence is also the highest.

¹⁰⁴kitna oopar jaate hain।

¹⁰²People go so high up.

¹⁰⁵badreenaath, amarnaath vahaan shiv ke mandir hain।

¹⁰³There are temples to Shiva at Badrinath and Amarnath.

¹⁰⁶oonch chadhaane vaala hai, to unka mandir bhi bahut oonch banaate hain।

¹⁰⁴He elevates us and so they build a temple to Him high up.

¹⁰⁷yahaan guru shikhar ka mandir bhi oonchi pahaadi par banaaya hua hai।

¹⁰⁵Here, too, the Guru Shikhar Temple is built high on a mountain.

¹⁰⁸oonch baap baith tumko padhaate hain।

¹⁰⁶The highest Father sits here and teaches you.

¹⁰⁹duniya mein aur koi nahin jaante ki shivbaaba aakar padhaate hain।

¹⁰⁷No one else in the world knows that Shiv Baba comes and teaches you.

¹¹⁰woh to sarvavyaapi kah dete hain।

¹⁰⁸They say that He is omnipresent.

¹¹¹abhi tumhaare saamne em object bhi khadi hai।

¹⁰⁹You now have your aim and objective in front of you.

¹¹²sivaae baap ke aur kaun kahega - yeh tumhaari em object hai।

¹¹⁰Who else, apart from the Father, would say: “This is your aim and objective”?

¹¹³yeh baap hi tum bachchon ko batlaate hain।

¹¹¹Only the Father tells you children this.

¹¹⁴tum katha bhi satya naaraayan ki sunte ho।

¹¹²You also listen to the story of the true Narayan.

¹¹⁵woh to jo past ho jaata hai, unki kathaayen bataate hain ki aage kya-kya hua।

¹¹³Those people simply relate religious stories of the things that happened in the past and tell you what happened next.

¹¹⁶jisko kahaani kaha jaata hai।

¹¹⁴This too is called a story.

¹¹⁷yeh oonch te oonch baap bade te badi kahaani sunaate hain।

¹¹⁵That highest-on-high Father is telling you a great story.

¹¹⁸yeh kahaani tumko bahut oonch banaane vaali hai।

¹¹⁶This story will make you very elevated.

¹¹⁹yeh sadaiv yaad rakhni chaahiye aur bahuton ko sunaani hai।

¹¹⁷You should remember it constantly and also relate it to many others.

¹²⁰kahaani sunaane ke liye hi tum pradarshani va museum banaate ho।

¹¹⁸You create museums and exhibitions to relate these stories.

¹²¹5 hazaar varsha pahle bhaarat hi tha, jismen devtaayen raajya karte the।

¹¹⁹Five thousand years ago, there was just Bharat and the deities used to rule there.

¹²²yeh hai sachchi-sachchi kahaani, jo doosra koi bata na sake।

¹²⁰This is a true story that no one else can tell you.

¹²³yeh real kahaani hai jo chaitanya vrikshapti baap baith samjhaate hain, jisse tum devta bante ho।

¹²¹This is a real story which the Father, the living Lord of the Tree, explains to you and through which you become deities.

¹²⁴ismen pavitrata mukhya hai।

¹²²Purity is the main thing in this.

¹²⁵pavitra nahin banenge to dhaarna nahin hogi।

¹²³If you don't become pure, you won't be able to imbibe.

¹²⁶sherni ke doodh ke liye sone ka bartan chaahiye, tab hi dhaarna ho sakegi।

¹²⁴A golden vessel is required to hold the milk of a lioness. ¹²⁵Only then can imbibing take place.

¹²⁷yeh kaan bartan misal hain na।

¹²⁶Your ears are like a vessel.

¹²⁸yeh sone ka bartan hona chaahiye।

¹²⁷They should be a golden vessel.

¹²⁹abhi patthar ka hai।

¹²⁸They are like stone at present.

¹³⁰sone ka bane tab hi dhaarna ho sake।

¹²⁹Imbibing can take place when they become golden.

¹³¹bada attention se sunna aur dhaaran karna hai।

¹³⁰You have to listen with great attention and imbibe everything.

¹³²kahaani to easy hai, jo geeta mein likhi hai।

¹³¹The story is easy and it is also written in the Gita.

¹³³woh kahaaniyaan sunaakar kamaai karte hain।

¹³²Those people relate stories and earn an income.

¹³⁴sunne vaalon se unhon ki kamaai ho jaati hai।

¹³³They earn their income from those who listen to the stories.

¹³⁵yahaan tumhaari bhi kamaai hai।

¹³⁴Here, you also have an income.

¹³⁶donon kamaai chalti rehti hain।

¹³⁵Both types of income continue at the same time.

¹³⁷donon vyaapaar hain।

¹³⁶Both are businesses.

¹³⁸padhaate bhi hain।

¹³⁷You are also being taught.

¹³⁹kehte hain manamnaabhav, pavitra bano।

¹³⁸He says: Be “Manmanabhav”! ¹³⁹Become pure!

¹⁴⁰aise aur koi nahin kehte, na manamnaabhav rehte hain।

¹⁴⁰No one else can say this nor does anyone remain in the state of “Manmanabhav”.

¹⁴¹koi bhi manushya yahaan pavitra ho nahin sakte kyonki bhrashtaachaar ki paidaais hai।

¹⁴¹No human being here can be pure because creation takes place here through impurity.

¹⁴²raavan raajya kaliyug ant tak chalna hai, usmein paavan hona hai। ¹⁴³paavan kaha jaata hai devtaaon ko, na ki manushyon ko।

¹⁴²The kingdom of Ravan has to continue till the end of the iron age and you have to become pure during that time. ¹⁴³Deities, not human beings, are said to be pure.

¹⁴⁴sannyaasi bhi manushya hain, unhon ka hai nivritti maarga ka dharma।

¹⁴⁴Sannyasis are also human beings but their religion is the path of isolation.

¹⁴⁵baap kehte hain mujhe yaad karo to tum pavitra ban jaayenge।

¹⁴⁵The Father says: Remember Me and you will become pure.

¹⁴⁶bhaarat mein pravritti maarga ka hi raajya chala hai।

¹⁴⁶There has always been the kingdom of the family path in Bharat.

¹⁴⁷nivritti maarga vaalon se tumhaara koi connection nahin hai।

¹⁴⁷You have no connection with those on the path of isolation.

¹⁴⁸yahaan to stri-puroosh donon ko pavitra banna hai।

¹⁴⁸Here, both husband and wife have to become pure.

¹⁴⁹donon pahiye chalte hain to theek hai, nahin to jhagda ho padta hai।

¹⁴⁹When both wheels move together that is fine; otherwise, there is quarrelling.

¹⁵⁰pavitrata par hi jhagda chalta hai।

¹⁵⁰There is quarrelling because of purity.

¹⁵¹aur koi satsang mein pavitrata par jhagda ho, aisa kabhi suna nahin hoga।

¹⁵¹You would never have heard of any quarrelling because of purity in any other spiritual gathering.

¹⁵²yeh ek hi baar jab baap aate hain tab jhagda hota hai।

¹⁵²This quarrelling only takes place once, when the Father comes.

¹⁵³saadhu santa aadi kabhi kehte hain kya ki ablaaon par atyaachaar honge!

¹⁵³Do sages or holy men ever say that innocent ones will be assaulted?

¹⁵⁴yahaan bachchiyaan pukaarti hain baba hamko bachaao।

¹⁵⁴Here, daughters cry out: Baba, save us!

¹⁵⁵baap bhi poochhte hain nangan to nahin hote ho?

¹⁵⁵The Father also asks: You don't become impure, do you?

¹⁵⁶kyonki kaam mahaashatru hai na।

¹⁵⁶Lust is the greatest enemy.

¹⁵⁷ekdam gir padte hain।

¹⁵⁷You fall down completely.

¹⁵⁸is kaam vikaar ne sabko worth not A penny banaaya hai।

¹⁵⁸It is this vice of lust that has made everyone not worth a penny.

¹⁵⁹baap kehte hain 63 janma tum veshyaalay mein rehte ho, abhi paavan ban shivaalay mein chalna hai। ¹⁶⁰yeh ek janma pavitra bano।

¹⁵⁹The Father says: You have been staying in the brothel for 63 births.

¹⁶¹shivbaaba ko yaad karo to shivaalay svarga mein chalenge।

¹⁶⁰Now become pure and go to the Temple of Shiva. ¹⁶¹Become pure in just this one birth. ¹⁶²Remember Shiv Baba and you will go to the Temple of Shiva, heaven.

¹⁶²phir bhi kaam vikaar kitna jabardasta hai।

¹⁶³Nevertheless, the vice of lust is very powerful; it troubles you so much.

¹⁶³kitna hairaan karte hain, kashish hoti hai। ¹⁶⁴kashish ko nikaalna chaahiye।

¹⁶⁴There is so much attraction. ¹⁶⁵That attraction has to be removed.

¹⁶⁵jabki vaapis jaana hai to pavitra zaroor banna hai।

¹⁶⁶Since you have to return home, you definitely have to become pure.

¹⁶⁶teacher koi baitha thode hi rahega।

¹⁶⁷The Teacher will not just remain seated here all the time.

¹⁶⁷padhaai thoda samay chalegi।

¹⁶⁸The study will continue for a short time.

¹⁶⁸baba bata dete hain।

¹⁶⁹Baba tells you that this is His chariot.

¹⁶⁹hamaara yeh rath hai na।

¹⁷⁰He tells you the age of the chariot.

¹⁷⁰rath ki aayu kahenge।

¹⁷¹The Father says: I am ever immortal.

¹⁷¹baap kehte ham to sadaiv amar hain, hamaara naam hi hai amarnaath।

¹⁷²My name is the Lord of Immortality.

¹⁷²punarjanma nahin lete isliye amarnaath kaha jaata hai।
