1 «  man kō durust rakhnē kē liē bīch-bīch mē̃ 5 second bhī nikāl kar man key|kī exercise karō ' '

1In order to keep your mind healthy, exercise it 2for five seconds every now and then.

2Āj dūrdēśhī bāpdādā apnē sākār duniyā K|kē bhinn-bhinn dēśhvāsī bachchō̃ sē milnē āyē haĩ .

3Today, BapDada, the Resident of the far-away land, has come to meet His children who live in the various countries of the corporeal world.

3Bāpdādā bhinn-bhinn dēśhvāsiyō̃ kō ēk dēśhvāsī dēkh rahē haĩ .

4BapDada sees all of you residents of the various countries as residents of the one land.

4Chāhē kōī kahā̃ sē bhī āyē hō lēkin sabsē pahlē sabhī ēk hī dēśh sē āyē hō .

5No matter where each one of you has come from, you have all originally come from the same place.

5Tō apnā anādi dēśh yād hai nā  !

6So, you do remember your eternal land, do you not?

6Pyārā lagtā hai nā  !

7You do love it, do you not?

7Bāp K|kē sāth-sāth apnā anādi dēśh bhī bahut pyārā lagtā hai nā  !

8As well as loving the Father, you also love your eternal land, do you not?

8Bāpdādā āj sabhī bachchō̃ K|kē pāñch svarūp dēkh rahē haĩ , jāntē hō pāñch svarūp kaun sē haĩ  ?

9Today, BapDada is seeing all of you children in your five forms. 10Do you know what those five forms are?

9Jāntē hō nā  !

11You do know them, do you not?

105 mukhī brahmā kā bhī pūjan hōtā hai .

12Brahma with the five faces is also worshipped.

11Tō bāpdādā sabhī bachchō̃ K|kē 5 svarūp dēkh rahē haĩ .

13Therefore, BapDada is looking at all the five forms of all you children.

12Pahlā - anādi jyōtibindu svarūp .

14First: Your eternal form of a point of light.

13Yād hai nā apnā svarūp  ?

15Do you remember your form?

14Bhūl tō nahī̃ jātē  ?

16You don’t forget it, do you?

15Dūsrā hai - ādi dēvtā svarūp .

17Second: Your original form of a deity.

16Pahũch gayē dēvtā svarūp mē̃  ?

18Have you reached your deity form?

17Tīsrā - madhya mē̃ pūjya svarūp , vah bhī yād hai  ?

19Third: Your worthy of being worshipped form of the middle period. 20Do you remember that?

18Āp sabkī pūjā hōtī hai yā bhāratvāsiyō̃ key|kī hōtī hai  ?

21Is it all of you who are worshipped or is it the residents of Bharat who are worshipped?

19Āpkī pūjā hōtī hai  ?

22Are you worshipped?

20Kumār sunāō āpkī pūjā hōtī hai  ?

23Kumars, speak! 24Are you worshipped?

21Tō tīsrā hai pūjya svarūp .

25So, the third form is your worthy of being worshipped form.

22Chauthā hai - saṅgamyugī brāhmaṇ svarūp aur last mē̃ hai phariśhtā svarūp .

26Fourth: Your confluence-aged Brahmin form, and, finally, your angelic form.

23Tō 5 hī rūp yād ā gayē  ?

27So, do you now remember all your five forms?

24Achchhā ēk second mē̃ yah 5 hī rūpō̃ mē̃ apnē kō anubhav kar saktē hō  ?

28Achcha. 29Are you able to experience all of these five forms of yours in a second?

25One , two|to|too , three , four , five … tō kar saktē hō  !

30You can at least count: one, two, three, four, five!

26Yah 5 hī svarūp kitnē pyārē haĩ  ?

31All of these five forms are so lovely!

27Jab chāhō , jis bhī rūp mē̃ sthit hōnē chāhō , sōchā aur anubhav kiyā .

32Whenever and in whichever form you want to stabilise yourself, as soon as you think of it, you experience it.

28Yahī rūhānī man key|kī exercise hai .

33This is a spiritual exercise for the mind.

29Ājkal sabhī kyā kartē haĩ  ?

34What does everyone do nowadays?

30Exercise kartē haĩ nā  !

35They exercise, do they not?

31Jaisē ādi mē̃ bhī āpkī duniyā mē̃ ( satyug mē̃ ) natural chaltē-phirtē key|kī exercise thī .

36In the beginning of your world - and the golden age was your world, was it not? - at that time, you had natural exercise as you walked and moved.

32Khaṛē hōkarkē one two|to|too three . . . exercise nahī̃ .

37You didn’t exercise by standing somewhere and saying, “One, two, three”.

33Tō abhī ant mē̃ bhī bāpdādā man key|kī exercise karātē haĩ .

38Therefore, now that it is the end, BapDada is making you also do this exercise.

34Jaisē sthūl exercise sē tan tandarūst rahtā hai nā  !

39Your bodies become healthy by doing physical exercise.

35Tō chaltē-phirtē yah man key|kī exercise kartē rahō .

40Similarly, continue to exercise your minds whilst walking and moving around.

36Iskē liē time nahī̃ chāhiē .

41You don’t need to find a special time for this.

375 second kabhī bhī nikāl saktē hō yā nahī̃  !

42Are you able to take five seconds at any time or not?

38Aisā kōī busy hai , jō 5 second bhī nahī̃ nikāl sakē .

43Are any of you so busy that you can’t even find five seconds? 44Is there anyone?

39Hai kōī tō hāth uṭhāō .

45If so, raise your hand!

40Phir tō nahī̃ kahē̃gē - kyā karē̃ time nahī̃ miltā  ?

46Then, you wouldn’t say, “What can I do? 47I don’t have any time!” would you?

41Yah tō nahī̃ kahē̃gē nā  !

48You wouldn’t say this, would you?

42Time miltā hai  ?

49Do you have time?

43Tō yah exercise bīch-bīch mē̃ karō .

50So, every now and then, perform this exercise.

44Kisī bhī kārya mē̃ hō 5 second key|kī yah man key|kī exercise karō . 45Tō man sadā hī durust rahēgā , ṭhīk rahēgā .

51No matter what task you are doing, exercise your minds for five seconds and your minds will thereby remain constantly healthy.

46Bāpdādā tō kahtē haĩ - her|har ghaṇṭē mē̃ yah 5 second key|kī exercise karō .

52BapDada says: Perform this five second exercise every hour.

47Hō saktī hai  ?

53Are you able to do this?

48Dēkhō , sabhī kah rahē haĩ - hō saktī hai .

54Look, you are all saying that this is possible to do.

49Yād rakhnā .

55Therefore, remember to do it!

50Ōm śhānti bhavan yād rakhnā , bhūlnā nahī̃ .

56Remember this Om Shanti Bhawan. 57Do not forget it!

51Tō jō man key|kī bhinn-bhinn complain hai nā  !

58You have many different complaints about your minds.

52Kyā karē̃ man nahī̃ ṭiktā  !

59“What can I do if I can’t focus my mind?”

53Man kō maṇ banā dētē hō .

60You make your minds (man) weigh a ton (mann).

54Vazan kartē haĩ nā  !

61You make them heavy.

55Pahlē jamānē mē̃ pāv , sēr aur maṇ hōtā thā , ājkal badal gayā hai .

62Earlier, for measuring weight, you used this system of measurement. 63However, that system of measurement has now changed (to metric).

56Tō man kō maṇ banā dētē haĩ bōjh vālā aur yah exercise kartē rahē̃gē tō bilkul light hō jāyēṅgē .

64You make your minds weigh a ton, that is, you make them very heavy. 65However, if you continue to perform this exercise, you would become very light.

57Abhyās hō jāyēgā .

66So then develop this practice.

58Brāhmaṇ śhabda yād āyē tō brāhmaṇ jīvan K|kē anubhav mē̃ ā jāō .

67Whenever you want to stabilise in any particular form, for instance, the Brahmin form, you will then experience the Brahmin life.

59Phariśhtā śhabda kahō tō phariśhtā ban jāō .

68Say, “Angel”, and you become an angel.

60Muśhkil hai  ? 61Nahī̃ hai  ?

69Is this difficult or not?

62Kumār bōlō thōṛā muśhkil hai  ?

70Kumars speak! 71Is it difficult? 72Is it a little difficult?

63Āp phariśhtē hō yā nahī̃  ?

73Are you angels or not?

64Āp hī hō yā dūsrē haĩ  ?

74Is it you who are angels or is it someone else?

65Kitnē bār phariśhtā banē hō  ?

75So, how many times have you become angels?

66Anginat bār banē hō .

76You have become those countless times.

67Āp hī banē hō  ?

77Are you the ones who have become those?

68Achchhā .

78Achcha.

69Anginat bār key|kī huī bāt kō repeat karnā kyā muśhkil hōtā hai  ?

79Is something you have done countless times difficult to repeat once more?

70Kabhī-kabhī hōtā hai  ?

80Is it sometimes difficult?

71Abhī yah abhyās karnā .

81Now practise this!

72Kahā̃ bhī hō 5 second man kō ghumāō , chakkar lagāō .

82Wherever you are, take your mind on a five second tour.

73Chakkar lagānā tō achchhā lagtā hai nā  !

83You like touring, do you not?

74Teachers ṭhīk hai nā  !

84Teachers, is this OK?

75Round lagānā āyēgā nā  ?

85You know how to go on a tour, do you not?

76Bas round lagāō phir karma mē̃ lag jāō .

86Go on this tour and carry on occupying yourselves in your work.

77Her|har ghaṇṭē mē̃ round lagāyā phir kām mē̃ lag jāō kyōṅki kām kō tō chhōṛ nahī̃ saktē haĩ nā  !

87Go on this tour every hour and then occupy yourselves in your work. 88You can’t leave your work.

78Duty tō bajānī hai .

89You have to fulfil your duties.

79Lēkin 5 second , minute bhī nahī̃ , second .

90However, you can take five seconds, not even a minute, but seconds!

80Nahī̃ nikal saktā hai  ?

91Are you not able to find time for this?

81Nikal saktā hai  ?

92Can you find this time?

82U|you . N . key|kī office mē̃ nikal saktā hai  ?

93Are you able to find this time whilst you are in the U.N. 94Office?

83Master sarvśhaktivān hō .

95You are master almighty authorities!

84Tō master sarvśhaktivān kyā nahī̃ kar saktā  !

96Therefore, what can master almighty authorities not do?

85Bāpdādā kō ēk bāt par bachchō̃ kō dēkh karkē mīṭhī-mīṭhī hansī ātī hai .

97BapDada is very sweetly amused seeing one thing in the children.

86Kis bāt par  ?

98What is that?

87Challenge kartē haĩ , parchā chhapātē haĩ , bhāṣhaṇ kartē haĩ , course karātē haĩ .

99You issue challenges, you have leaflets printed, you give lectures and courses.

88Kyā karātē haĩ  ?

100What else do you do?

89Ham viśhva kō parivartan karē̃gē .

101You say that you will transform the world.

90Yah tō sabhī bōltē haĩ nā  ! 91Yā nahī̃  ?

102All of you say this, do you not?

92Sabhī bōltē haĩ yā sirph bhāṣhaṇ karnē vālē bōltē haĩ  ?

103Do all of you say this? 104Or, is it only those who give lectures who say this?

93Tō ēk taraph kahtē haĩ viśhva kō parivartan karē̃gē , master sarvśhaktivān haĩ  !

105On the one hand, you say that you will transform the world, that you are master almighty authorities.

94Aur dūsrē taraph apnē man kō mērā man kahtē haĩ , mālik haĩ man K|kē aur master sarvśhaktivān haĩ .

106You also say that your minds belong to you, that you are the masters of your minds; that you are master almighty authorities.

95Phir bhī kahtē haĩ muśhkil hai  ?

107Even then, on the other hand, you still say that it is difficult!

96Tō hansī nahī̃ āyēgī  !

108So would Baba not be amused by this?

97Āyēgī nā hansī  !

109He would be amused, would He not?

98Tō jis samay sōchtē hō , man nahī̃ māntā , us samay apnē ūpar muskarānā .

110So when you think that your minds are not listening to you, then you too should be amused with yourselves.

99Man mē̃ kōī bhī bāt ātī hai tō bāpdādā nē dēkhā hai tīn lakīrē̃ gāī huī haĩ .

111BapDada sees the three types of lines that are remembered for when anything enters your minds.

100Ēk pānī par lakīr , pānī par lakīr dēkhī hai , lagāō lakīr tō usī samay miṭ jāyēgī .

112One is a line drawn on water. 113Have you seen a line drawn on water? 114As soon as you try to draw such a line, it is instantly erased.

101Lagātē tō hai nā  !

115You do draw this line, do you not?

102Tō dūsrī hai kisī bhī kāgaj par , slate par kahā̃ bhī lakīr lagānā aur sabsē baṛī lakīr hai patthar par lakīr .

116The second is to draw a line on paper or on a slate. 117However, the biggest line is a line etched on stone.

103Patthar key|kī lakīr miṭtī bahut muśhkil hai .

118It is very difficult to erase a line etched on stone.

104Tō bāpdādā dēkhtē haĩ ki kaī bār bachchē apnē hī man mē̃ patthar key|kī lakīr K|kē muāphik pakkī lakīr lagā dētē haĩ .

119BapDada sees that, sometimes you children etch a very deep line on your minds like a line etched on stone.

105Jō miṭātē haĩ lēkin miṭtī nahī̃ hai .

120You can’t then erase it even when you try to do so.

106Aisī lakīr achchhī hai  ?

121Is such a line good?

107Kitnā vārī pratigyā bhī kartē haĩ , ab sē nahī̃ karē̃gē .

122You promise so many times, “I will now not do this anymore.

108Ab sē nahī̃ hōgā . 109Lēkin phir-phir parvaśh hō jātē haĩ isliē bāpdādā kō bachchō̃ par ghr̥iṇā nahī̃ ātī hai , rahm ātā hai .

123It will not happen anymore”, but you then become influenced by something. 124This is why BapDada does not dislike you children, but He does have mercy for you.

110Parvaśh hō jātē haĩ .

125You are influenced.

111Tō parvaśh par rahm ātā hai .

126Therefore, one feels mercy for someone who is influenced.

112Jab bāpdādā aisē rahm bhāv sē bachchō̃ kō dēkhtē haĩ tō drama K|kē pardē par kyā ā jātā hai  ?

127When BapDada sees you children with His vision of mercy, then what appears on the curtains of the drama?

113Kab tak  ?

128The question: “For how much longer?”

114Tō iskā uttar āp dō .

129Therefore, you have to reply to this. 130Will you reply?

115Kab tak  ?

131How much longer?

116Kumār dē saktē haĩ - kab tak yah samāpt hōgā  ?

132Can you kumars reply? 133When will all of that finish?

117Bahut plan banātē hō nā kumār  !

134You kumars make many plans, do you not?

118Tō kab tak , batā saktē hō  ?

135So, for how much longer?

119Ākhir bhī yah kab tak  ?

136Are you able to reply to this? 137How much longer is this to continue before it eventually stops?

120Bōlō .

138Speak!

121Javāb ātā hai kab tak  ?

139Do you know the answer?

122Dādiyā̃ sunāō .

140Dadis, speak!

123 ( jab tak saṅgamyug hai tab tak thōṛā-thōṛā rahēgā ) tō saṅgamyug bhī kab tak  ?

141(It will continue a little whilst it is still the confluence age.) 142But, for how much longer is the confluence age going to continue?

124 ( jab phariśhtā ban jāyēṅgē ) vah bhī kab tak  ?

143(Until we become angels.) 144But when will that be?

125 ( bābā batāyē̃ ) phariśhtā bannā āpkō hai yā bāp kō  ?

145(Baba should tell us.) 146Is it you who have to become angels or is it the Father?

126Tō iskā javāb sōchnā .

147Therefore, think about the answer to this.

127Bāp tō kahē̃gē ab , taiyār haĩ  ?

148The Father would say “Now!” 149So, are you ready?

128Ādhī mālā mē̃ bhī hāth nahī̃ uṭhāyā .

150You didn’t raise your hands for even half of the rosary being ready!

129Bāpdādā sadā hī bachchō̃ kō sampann svarūp mē̃ dēkhnē chāhtē haĩ .

151BapDada constantly wants to see you children in your perfect form.

130Jab kahtē hī hō , bāp hī mērā saṅsār hai .

152You say that the Father is your world (sansar).

131Yah tō sab kahtē hō nā  !

153All of you do say this, do you not?

132Dūsrā bhī kōī saṅsār hai kyā  ?

154Do you have any other world?

133Bāp hī saṅsār hai , tō saṅsār kēbāhar aur kyā hai  ?

155If the Father is your world, can there be anything outside this world?

134Sirph saṅskār parivartan karnē key|kī bāt hai .

156It is just a matter of transforming your sanskars.

135Brāhmaṇō̃ K|kē jīvan mē̃ majority vighna rūp bantā hai - saṅskār . 136Chāhē apnā saṅskār , chāhē dūsrō̃ kā saṅskār .

157In your Brahmin life, for the majority of the time, it is sanskars that cause obstacles, whether they are your own sanskars or the sanskars of others.

137Gyān sabhī mē̃ hai , śhaktiyā̃ bhī sabhī kē pās haĩ . 138Lēkin kāraṇ kyā hōtā hai  ?

158All of you have this knowledge, all of you have the powers, but what is the reason for obstacles?

139Jō śhakti , jis samay kārya mē̃ lānī chāhiē , us samay emerge hōnē kē bajāē thōṛā pīchhē emerge hōtī haĩ .

159Whatever particular power you need at a particular time, it emerges a little later than it should.

140Pīchhē sōchtē haĩ ki yah na kahkar yah kahtī tō bahut achchhā .

160Afterwards, you think, “Instead of saying that, if I had said this, it would have been much better.”

141Yah karnē kē bajāē yah kartī tō bahut achchhā .

161“Instead of doing that, if I had done this, it would have been a lot better.”

142Lēkin jō samay pās|pass hōnē kā thā vah tō nikal jātā hai , vaisē sabhī apnē mē̃ śhaktiyō̃ kō sōchtē bhī rahtē hō , sahanśhakti yah hai , nirṇay śhakti yah hai , aisē use karnā chāhiē .

162However, the time you had to pass that test has by then passed by. 163You even think about all the powers you have: “I have the power to tolerate, I have the power to discriminate, I should use this power.”

143Sirph thōṛē samay kā antar paṛ jātā hai .

164There is just the difference of a short time.

144Aur dūsrī bāt kyā hōtī hai  ?

165What else happens?

145Chalō ēk bār samay par śhakti kārya mē̃ nahī̃ I|āī|eye aur bād mē̃ mahsūs bhī kiyā ki yah na karkē yah karnā chāhiē thā .

166OK, you were not able to use that power at that time, and you even realise what you should have done instead of what you did.

146Samajh mē̃ ā jātā hai pīchhē .

167You realise later what you should have done.

147Lēkin us galatī|galtī kō ēk bār anubhav karnē kē bād āgē kē liē anubhavī ban uskō achchhī tarah sē realise kar lē̃ jō dubārā nahī̃ hō .

168Having made that mistake once, become experienced and realise what your mistake was so that you don’t make that same mistake again.

148Phir bhī progress hō saktī hai .

169Even then, there can be progress.

149Us samay samajh mē̃ ātā hai - yah wrong hai , yah right hai .

170At that time, you can understand what is wrong and what is right.

150Lēkin vahī galatī|galtī dubārā nahī̃ hō , uskē liē apnē āpsē achchhī tarah sē realisation karnā , usmē̃ bhī itnā full percent pās|pass nahī̃ hōtē .

171Make yourself realise very clearly, so that you do not make that same mistake again. 172However, even in this, not all of you are able to pass to the full percentage. 173Maya too is very clever.

151Aur māyā baṛī chatur hai , vahī bāt mānō āpmē̃ sahanśhakti cum|kam hai , tō aisī hī bāt jismē̃ āpkō sahanśhakti use karnā hai , ēk bār āpnē realise kar liyā , lēkin māyā kyā kartī hai ki dūsrī bārī thōṛā sā rūp badlī|badalī karkē ātī hai .

174She comes to test you again in the same thing. 175For instance, if you lack the power to tolerate, then, even though you have realised that once, Maya will again bring about a situation for which you would need the power to tolerate, but, at that time, she would change her form a little.

152Hōtī vahī bāt hai lēkin jaisē ājkal K|kē jamānē mē̃ chīz vahī purānī hōtī hai lēkin polish aisī kar dētē haĩ jō naī sē bhī naī dikhāī dē .

176It is the same thing, but Maya changes her form a little. 177It is the same old thing, but as happens nowadays, something old is polished very well and made to appear newer than new.

153Tō māyā bhī aisē polish karkē ātī hai jō bāt kā rahasya vahī hōtā hai , mānō̃ āpmē̃ īrṣhyā ā gaī .

178So, Maya, too, comes polished in such a way, that you don’t recognise the significance of the situation to be the same.

154Īrṣhyā bhī bhinn-bhinn rūp kī hai , ēk rūp key|kī nahī̃ hai .

179For instance, you may have become jealous. 180Jealousy too is of many types, not just of one type.

155Tō bīj īrṣhyā kā hī hōgā lēkin aur rūp mē̃ āyēgī .

181So, the seed would be of jealousy, but it would come in a different form.

156Usī rūp mē̃ nahī̃ ātī hai . 157Tō kaī bār sōchtē haĩ ki yah bāt pahlē vālī tō vah thī nā , yah tō bāt hī dūsrī huī nā .

182It will not come in the same form, so you would sometimes think, “The thing that happened before was different. 183This thing is totally different.”

158Lēkin bīj vahī hōtā hai sirph rūp parivartit hōtā hai .

184However, the seed is the same. 185It’s just that its form has been transformed.

159Uskē liē kaun see|sī|C śhakti chāhiē  ?

186What power do you need to recognise this?

160Parakhnē key|kī śhakti .

187The power to discern.

161Iskē liē bāpdādā nē pahlē bhī kahā hai ki dō bātō̃ kā attention rakhō .

188For this, BapDada had also told you earlier to pay attention to two things.

162Ēk - sachchī dil .

189One is to have an honest heart.

163Sachchāī .

190Honesty!

164Andar nahī̃ rakhō .

191Do not keep anything hidden within you.

165Andar rakhnē sē gas kā gubbārā bhar jātā hai aur ākhir kyā hōgā  ?

192What happens when you keep it within you? 193What would happen if a balloon were to be filled with too much gas?

166Phaṭēgā nā  !

194It would eventually explode, would it not?

167Tō sachchī dil - chalō ātmāō̃ kē āgē thōṛā saṅkōch hōtā hai , thōṛā śharm-sā ātā hai - patā nahī̃ mujhē kis dr̥iṣhṭi sē dēkhē̃gē .

195Therefore, keep your hearts honest. 196OK, perhaps you hesitate a little before speaking in front of other souls. 197Perhaps you are a little ashamed, worrying about how they would see you.

168Lēkin sachchī dil sē , mahsūstā sē bāpdādā kē āgē rakhō .

198However, along with realisation, also have an honest heart and put it in front of BapDada.

169Aisē nahī̃ mainnē bāpdādā kō kah diyā , yah galtī hō gaī .

199Don’t say, “I have already told BapDada about the mistake I made.”

170Jaisē order chalātē haĩ hā̃ mērē sē yah galtī hō gaī , aisē nahī̃ .

200Don’t say it as though you are issuing an order, “Yes, I made this mistake.”

171Mahsūstā kī śhakti sē , sachchī dil sē sirph dimāg sē nahī̃ lēkin dil sē agar bāpdādā kē āgē mahsūs kartē haĩ tō dil khālī hō jāyēgī , kichṛā khatm .

201With your power of realisation and your honest heart, place it in front of BapDada - with your heart, not your head - with your heart. 202Your heart will then be emptied of that rubbish which will be destroyed.

172Bātē̃ baṛī nahī̃ hōtī hai , chhōṭī hī hōtī hai lēkin agar āpkī dil mē̃ chhōṭī-chhōṭī bātē̃ bhī ikaṭṭhī hōtī rahtī haĩ tō unsē dil bhar jātī hai .

203Your heart becomes full of little things, and they are always little things, those things are never big. 204You fill your heart with all the little things you collect.

173Khālī tō nahī̃ rahtī hai nā  ! 174Tō dil khālī nahī̃ tō dilārām kahā̃ baiṭhēgā  !

205Then your heart is no longer empty, and when your heart is not empty, where can the Comforter of Hearts sit?

175Baiṭhnē kī jagah tō hō nā  !

206There should at least be a place for Him to sit! 207Or not?

176Tō sachchī dil par sāhēb rāzī .

208So, the Lord is pleased with an honest heart.

177Jō hū̃ , jaisī hū̃ , jō hū̃ , jaisā hū̃ , bābā āpkā hū̃ .

209“Whatever I am, however I am, Baba, I am Yours.”

178Bāpdādā tō jāntē hī haĩ ki number-vār tō hōnē hī haĩ , isīliē bāpdādā us nazar sē āpkō nahī̃ dēkhēgā , lēkin sachchī dil aur dūsrā kahā thā - sadā buddhi key|kī line clear hō .

210BapDada knows that everyone is going to be numberwise. 211This is why BapDada doesn’t see you with that vision. 212However, each of you must have an honest heart. 213Secondly, the line of your intellect must always be clear.

179Line mē̃ disturbance nahī̃ hō , cut off nahī̃ hō .

214There should be no disturbance in your line. 215The line should not be cut off.

180Bāpdādā jō extra samay par śhakti dēnē chāhtē haĩ , duāyē̃ dēnē chāhtē haĩ , extra madad dēnē chāhtē haĩ , agar disturbance hōgī tō vah mil nahī̃ sakēgī .

216Otherwise, you become unable to receive the extra power, blessings and help that BapDada wants to give you at your time of need.

181Line clear hī nahī̃ hai , clean nahī̃ hai , cut off hai , tō yah jō prāpti hōnī chāhiē vah nahī̃ hōtī .

217If your line is not clear, if it is not clean, the line is cut off. 218You are not then able to attain what you should.

182Kaī bachchē kahtē haĩ , kahtē nahī̃ haĩ tō sōchtē haĩ - kōī-kōī ātmā kō bahut sahyōg miltā , brāhmaṇō̃ kā bhī miltā , baṛō̃ kā bhī miltā , bāpdādā kā bhī miltā , hamkō cum|kam miltā hai .

219Many children say – if they don’t say it, they think it, “Some souls receive a lot of co-operation. 220They receive it from Brahmins, from seniors and even from BapDada. 221I don’t receive as much as they do.”

183Kāraṇ kyā  ?

222What is the reason for this?

184Bāp tō dātā hai , sāgar hai , jitnā jō lēnē chāhē bāpdādā K|kē bhaṇḍārē mē̃ tālā-chābī nahī̃ hai , pahrēdār nahī̃ hai .

223Baba is the Bestower, He is the Ocean. 224Any of you can take as much as you want, because BapDada’s treasure store has no lock or key. 225There are no guards.

185Bābā kahā , jī hājir .

226As soon as you say “Baba”, Baba replies, “Ji Hajir” (I am present.)

186Bābā kahā - lō|low . 187Dātā hai nā .

227As soon as you say, “Baba”, He gives. 228He is the Bestower.

188Dātā bhī hai aur sāgar bhī hai .

229He is the Bestower and He is also the Ocean.

189Tō kyā kamī hōgī  ?

230So, what could He lack?

190Inhī̃ dō bātō̃ key|kī kamī hōtī hai . 191Ēk sachchī dil , sāph dil hō , chaturāī nahī̃ karō .

231Therefore, pay attention to these two things: An honest heart, a clean heart. 232Do not try to be clever!

192Chaturāī bahut kartē haĩ .

233Many of you become too clever!

193Bhinn-bhinn prakār key|kī chaturāī kartē haĩ .

234You try to be clever in different ways.

194Tō sāph dil , sachchī dil aur dūsrā buddhi key|kī line sadā check karō clear hai aur clean hai  ?

235Check that you have a constantly clean and honest heart and that the line of your intellect is constantly clear and clean.

195Ājkal K|kē science K|kē sādhanō̃ mē̃ bhī dēkhtē hō nā thōṛī bhī disturbance clear nahī̃ karnē dētī .

236Even when there is a little disturbance with the facilities of science, you can see that that stops it from being clear.

196Tō yah jarūr karō .

237Therefore, definitely do this.

197Aur viśhēṣh bāt - is season kā last turn hai nā isliē batā rahē haĩ , double vidēśhiyō̃ kē liē hī nahī̃ hai , sabkē liē hai .

238One more thing: This is the last turn of the season. 239This is why Baba is telling you this. 240It is not just for the double foreigners, but for everyone.

198Last turn mē̃ āp sāmnē baiṭhē hō tō āpkō hī kahnā paṛtā hai .

241Because it is you, who are in front of Baba in the last turn, Baba is saying this to you.

199Bāpdādā nē dēkhā hai ki ēk saṅskār yā nature kahō , nature tō har ēk key|kī apnī-apnī hai lēkin sarv kā snēhī aur sarv bātō̃ mē̃ , sambandh mē̃ saphal , mansā mē̃ vijayī aur vāṇī mē̃ madhurtā tab ā saktī hai jab easy nature hō .

242BapDada has seen that there is still one particular sanskar, or, you can call it nature. 243Even though each of you has your own nature, it is only when you have love for everyone and everything, when your relationships are successful, your thoughts are victorious and your words are full of sweetness that you are called one with an easy nature.

200Albēlī nature nahī̃ .

244Do not have a careless nature.

201Albēlāpan alag chīz hai .

245Carelessness is something else.

202Easy nature uskō kahā jātā hai - jaisā samay , jaisā vyakti , jaisā circumstance uskō parakhtē huē apnē kō easy kar dēvē .

246An easy nature is to recognise the time, the person and the circumstances and thereby make yourself easy.

203Easy arthāt milansār .

247To be easy means to be in harmony.

204Tight nature bahut too-much official nahī̃ , official rahnā achchhā hai lēkin too-much nahī̃ aur samay par jab samay aisā hai , us samay agar kōī official ban jātā hai tō vah guṇ kē bajāē , unkī viśhēṣhtā us samay nahī̃ lagtī .

248Do not have a tight nature of being too official. 249It is good to remain official, but not too much! 250If you become official at the wrong time, then for that time, it no longer appears to be a special virtue.

205Apnē kō mould kar sakē , milansār hō sakē , chhōṭā hō , baṛā hō .

251No matter whether you are young or mature, you need to be able to mould yourself and be flexible.

206Baṛē sē baṛēpan mē̃ chal sakē , chhōṭē sē chhōṭēpan mē̃ chal sakē .

252With adults, you need to be able to become like them, and with children, you need to be able to become like them.

207Sāthiyō̃ mē̃ sāthī bankē chal sakē , baṛō̃ sē regard sē chal sakē .

253With your companions, you need to be able to continue with them as their companion. 254With the elders, you need to be able to carry on with them and have regard for them.

208Easy mould kar sakē , śharīr bhī easy rakhtē haĩ nā tō jahā̃ bhī chāhē̃ muḍ jātē haĩ aur tight hōgā tō muḍ nahī̃ sakēgā .

255You need to be able to mould yourself easily. 256Some people keep their bodies easy (flexible), so that they are able to turn as they want, but if some are too tense, they are unable to turn themselves.

209Albēlā bhī nahī̃ , easy hai tō jahā̃ chāhē easy hō jāē , albēlā hō jāē .

257You should still not be careless. 258It isn’t that if you are easy, you can become easy and careless about everything.

210Nahī̃ .

259No!

211Bāpdādā nē kahā nā easy hō jāō tō easy hō gayē , aisē nahī̃ karnā .

260Do not then say, “Well, BapDada told us to be easy and so we have become easy!”

212Easy nature arthāt jaisā samay vaisā apnā svarūp banā sakē .

261To have an easy nature means to be able to adjust your form according to the time.

213Achchhā - double vidēśhiyō̃ kō achchhā chance milā hai .

262Achcha, you double foreigners have received a good chance.

214Sabhī kō drill yād hai yā bhūl gaī  ?

263Do all of you remember the drill? 264Or, have you forgotten it?

215Abhī-abhī sabhī yah drill karō , lagāō chakkar .

265All of you, perform this drill right now. 266Go on a tour.

216Achchhā .

267Achcha.

217Chārō̃ ōr K|kē sarv śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō , chārō̃ ōr sē yād pyār , samāchār bhējnē vālō̃ kō bahut achchhē bhinn-bhinn sambandh sē snēh K|kē patra aur apnā hālchāl likhā hai , sēvā samāchār umaṅg , plan bahut achchhē-achchhē likhē haĩ , jō bāpdādā kō mil hī gayē .

268To all the most elevated souls everywhere. 269Those who sent love, remembrance and news and those who have also sent very good love letters of their various relationships, their service news and very good plans – they have reached BapDada.

218Jis pyār sē , mēhnat sē likhā hai tō jinhōnnē bhī likhā hai , vah har ēk apnē-apnē nām sē bāpdādā kā , dilārām kā dil sē yādpyār svīkār karē̃ .

270Each one of those who has written and made that effort should personally accept love and remembrance from the heart of BapDada, the Comforter of Hearts, by name.

219Bachchō̃ kā pyār bāp sē aur ussē padamguṇā bāp kā bachchō̃ sē pyār hai aur sadā amar hai .

271Children love the Father and the Father loves the children multimillion-times more. 272This will remain constantly eternal.

220Snēhī bachchē , na bāp sē alag hō saktē haĩ , na bāp bachchō̃ sē alag hō saktē haĩ .

273You loving children can neither become separated from the Father nor can the Father become separated from you.

221Sāth haĩ , sāth hī rahē̃gē .

274You are together and you will remain together.

222Chārō̃ ōr K|kē sadā svayã kō bāp samān banānē vālē , sadā bāp K|kē nayanō̃ mē̃ , dil mē̃ , mastak mē̃ samīp rahnē vālē , sadā ēk bāp K|kē saṅsār mē̃ rahnē vālē , sadā her|har kadam mē̃ bāpdādā kō follow karnē vālē , sadā vijayī thē , vijayī haĩ aur vijayī rahē̃gē - aisē niśhchay aur naśhē mē̃ rahnē vālē , aisē ati śhrēṣhṭh sikīladhē , pyārē tē pyārē , sarv bachchō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .

275To all the children everywhere who make themselves equal to the Father, to those who are constantly close to the Father and in His eyes, in His heart and His forehead, to those who constantly remain in the one world of the Father, to those who constantly follow BapDada at every step, to those who constantly maintain the faith and intoxication of being constantly victorious, who have been victorious and who will always remain victorious, to such extremely elevated, long-lost and now-found children, who are the most loved, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.

Blessing

276Blessing: May you be a powerful soul and know the importance of every second and every thought and thereby fill your account of accumulation.

277 At the confluence age, you receive imperishable attainments from the imperishable Father at every moment.

225Sārē kalp mē̃ aisā bhāgya prāpt karnē kā yah ēk hī samay hai - isliē āpkā slōgan hai «  ab nahī̃ tō kabhī nahī̃ ' ' .

278It is only at this one time out of the whole cycle that you receive such fortune and this is why your slogan is: “If not now, then never”.

226Jō bhī śhrēṣhṭh kārya karnā hai vah abhī karnā hai .

279Whatever elevated tasks you have to carry out, you have to do those now.

227Is smr̥iti sē kabhī bhī samay , saṅkalp vā karma vyarth nahī̃ gãvāyēṅgē , samarth saṅkalpō̃ sē jamā kā khātā bharpūr hō jāyēgā aur ātmā samarth ban jāyēgī .

280When you have this awareness, you will never waste your time, thoughts or actions. 281Through your powerful thoughts, your account of accumulation will become full and you, the soul, will become powerful.

Slogan

282Slogan: The uniqueness of every word and every act is purity. 283Transform ordinariness into uniqueness.
