1 « bachat kā khātā jamā kar akhaṇḍ mahādānī banō ' '
1Credit your savings account and become a constant great donor.
2Āj nav yug rachtā apnē nav yug adhikārī bachchō̃ kō dēkh rahē haĩ .
2Today, the Creator of the New Age is seeing His children who have a right to the New Age.
3Āj purānē yug mē̃ sādhāraṇ haĩ aur kal nayē yug mē̃ rājya adhikārī pūjya haĩ .
3Today, you are ordinary in this old age, whereas tomorrow, in the New Age, you will be worthy of worship, those who have a right to the kingdom.
4Āj aur kal kā khēl hai .
4It is a play about today and tomorrow.
5Āj kyā aur kal kyā !
5What are you today and what will you become tomorrow?
6Jō ananya gyānī tū ātmā bachchē haĩ , unhō̃ K|kē sāmnē ānē vālā kal bhī itnā hī spaṣhṭ hai jitnā āj spaṣhṭ hai .
6For especially knowledgeable souls, children, the tomorrow that is to come, is as clear as today.
7Āp sabhī tō nayā varṣh manānē āyē hō lēkin bāpdādā nayā yug dēkh rahē haĩ .
7All of you have come to celebrate the New Year, but BapDada is seeing the New Age.
8Nayē varṣh mē̃ tō har ēk nē apnā-apnā nayā plan banāyā hī hōgā .
8Each of you must already have created your own new plan for the New Year.
9Āj purānē key|kī samāpti hai , samāpti mē̃ sārē varṣh key|kī result dēkhī jātī hai .
9Today, it is the end of the old year. 10The result of the whole year is seen at its end.
10Tō āj bāpdādā nē bhī har ēk bachchē kā varṣh kā result dēkhā .
11Therefore, today, BapDada also saw the result of the children for the whole year.
11Bāpdādā kō tō dēkhnē mē̃ samay nahī̃ lagtā hai .
12It doesn’t take BapDada long to see that.
12Tō āj viśhēṣh sabhī bachchō̃ K|kē jamā kā khātā dēkhā .
13So, today, BapDada especially saw the savings account of each one of you.
13Puruṣhārth tō sabhī bachchō̃ nē kiyā , yād mē̃ bhī rahē , sēvā bhī key|kī , sambandh-sampark mē̃ bhī laukik yā alaukik parivār mē̃ nibhāyā , lēkin in tīnō̃ bātō̃ mē̃ jamā kā khātā kitnā huā ?
14All of you children made effort, you also stayed in remembrance, you did service, and also fulfilled your responsibilities to your lokik and alokik close contacts and relations. 15However, how much did you credit in your savings account in all these three aspects?
14Āj vatan mē̃ bāpdādā nē jagat ambā mā̃ kō emerge kiyā .
16Today, BapDada made Mother Jagadamba (World Mother) emerge in the subtle region.
15 ( khā̃sī I|āī|eye ) āj bājā thōṛā kharāb hai , bajānā tō paṛēgā nā .
17(Baba coughed.) 18Today, the harmonium is not so well, but it has to be played.
16Tō bāpdādā aur mama nē milkar sabhī K|kē bachat kā khātā dēkhā . 17Bachat karkē jamā kitnā huā !
19So, BapDada and Mama together looked at each one’s savings account to see how much you credited and accumulated.
18Tō kyā dēkhā ?
20What did they see?
19Number-vār tō sabhī haĩ hī lēkin jitnā jamā kā khātā hōnā chāhiē utnā khātē mē̃ jamā cum|kam thā .
21All of you are numberwise, but, there was less credited in your savings account than there should have been.
20Tō jagat ambā mā̃ nē praśhna pūchhā - yād kī subject mē̃ kaī bachchō̃ kā lakṣhya bhī achchhā hai , puruṣhārth bhī achchhā hai , phir jamā kā khātā jitnā hōnā chāhiē utnā cum|kam kyō̃ ?
22So, Mother Jagadamba asked a question: Many children have a very good aim in the subject of remembrance and they also make good effort. 23So, why is there not as much in their savings accounts as there should be?
21Bātē̃ , rūhrihān chaltē-chaltē yahī result nikalī ki yōg kā abhyās tō kar hī rahē haĩ lēkin yōg K|kē stage key|kī percentage sādhāraṇ hōnē K|kē kāraṇ jamā kā khātā sādhāraṇ hī hai .
24After conversing between themselves, the result that emerged was that you do practise yoga, but because the percentage of the stage of yoga is ordinary, the savings accounts are also ordinary.
22Yōg kā lakṣhya achchhī tarah sē hai lēkin yōg key|kī result hai - yōgyukt , yuktiyukt bōl aur chalan .
25Your aim of yoga is very good, but the result of yoga is to be yogyukt and yuktiyukt in your words and behaviour.
23Usmē̃ kamī hōnē K|kē kāraṇ yōg lagānē K|kē samay yōg mē̃ achchhē haĩ , lēkin yōgī arthāt yōgī kā jīvan mē̃ prabhāv , isliē jamā kā khātā kōī kōī samay kā jamā hōtā hai , lēkin sārā samay jamā nahī̃ hōtā .
26Due to this lack, at the time of having yoga, you are very good in yoga, but to be yogi means that you it has to have an impact on your life. 27This is why you are only able to credit your savings account some of the time, but not all of the time.
24Chaltē-chaltē yād kī percentage sādhāraṇ hō jātī hai .
28Whilst moving along, your percentage of remembrance becomes ordinary.
25Usmē̃ bahut cum|kam jamā khātā bantā hai .
29Very little is then credited into your savings account.
26Dūsrā - sēvā key|kī rūhrihān chalī .
30Secondly, there was a heart-to-heart conversation about service.
27Sēvā tō bahut kartē haĩ , din rāt busy bhī rahtē haĩ .
31You do a lot of service; you even remain busy day and night.
28Plan bhī bahut achchhē-achchhē banātē haĩ aur sēvā mē̃ vr̥iddhi bhī bahut achchhī hō rahī hai .
32You make very good plans and there is also very good expansion in service.
29Phir bhī majority kā jamā kā khātā cum|kam kyō̃ ?
33Nevertheless, why is there so little in the savings account of the majority of you?
30Tō rūhrihān mē̃ yah nikalā ki sēvā tō sab kar rahē haĩ , apnē kō busy rakhnē kā puruṣhārth bhī achchhā kar rahē haĩ .
34What emerged from the heart-to-heart conversation was that all of you are doing service, and you are making effort very well to keep yourselves busy.
31Phir kāraṇ kyā hai ?
35So, what is the reason?
32Tō yahī kāraṇ nikalā , sēvā kā bal bhī miltā hai , phal bhī miltā hai .
36The reason that emerged was that you receive power from service and also the fruit of service.
33Bal hai svayã K|kē dil key|kī santuṣhṭatā aur phal hai sarv key|kī santuṣhṭatā .
37The power is the contentment in your own hearts and the fruit is the contentment of everyone else.
34Agar sēvā key|kī , mēhnat aur samay lagāyā tō dil key|kī santuṣhṭatā aur sarv key|kī santuṣhṭatā , chāhē sāthī , chāhē jinhō̃ key|kī sēvā key|kī dil mē̃ santuṣhṭatā anubhav karē̃ , bahut achchhā , bahut achchhā kahkē chalē jāyē̃ , nahī̃ .
38If you do service and make effort and use your time usefully, there will be contentment in your heart and contentment from everyone else; whether they are your companions or those whom you serve, let there be the experience of contentment in their hearts. 39It shouldn’t be that they go away just saying, “Very good, very good!”.
35Dil mē̃ santuṣhṭatā key|kī lahar anubhav hō .
40They should experience a wave of contentment in their hearts.
36Kuchh milā , bahut achchhā sunā , vah alag bāt hai .
41It is a different matter to say, “We have found something!” or “We heard something very good!”
37Kuchh milā , kuchh pāyā , jiskō bāpdādā nē pahlē bhī sunāyā - ēk hai dimāg tak tīr lagnā aur dūsrā hai dil par tīr lagnā .
42They should say, “We have found something! 43We have attained something!” 44BapDada has already told you earlier: It is one thing for the arrow to hit the head and another for the arrow to pierce the heart.
38Agar sēvā key|kī aur sva key|kī santuṣhṭatā , apnē kō khuśh karnē key|kī santuṣhṭatā nahī̃ , bahut achchhā huā , bahut achchhā huā , nahī̃ .
45To have served and to be content oneself is not just about making oneself happy and saying that what happened was very good. 46No!
39Dil mānē sva key|kī bhī aur sarv key|kī bhī .
47The heart of the self and of others also needs to accept this.
40Aur dūsrī bāt hai ki sēvā key|kī aur uskī result apnī mēhnat yā mainnē kiyā … mainnē kiyā yah svīkār kiyā arthāt sēvā kā phal khā liyā . 41Jamā nahī̃ huā .
48Secondly, when you have served and the result you claim is that you made effort and you did it – if you accept that you have done it yourself – it means you have eaten the fruit of service; you haven’t accumulated it.
42Bāpdādā nē karāyā , bāpdādā K|kē taraph attention dilāyā , apnē ātmā key|kī taraph nahī̃ .
49It was BapDada who made you do it. 50Then you will have drawn their attention to BapDada, not towards your own soul.
43Yah bahan bahut achchhī , yah bhāī bahut achchhā , nahī̃ .
51“This sister is very good! 52This brother is very good!”
44Bāpdādā inhō̃ kā bahut achchhā , yah anubhav karānā - yah hai jamā khātā baṛhānā , is-liē dēkhā gayā total result mē̃ mēhnat jyādā , samay energy jyādā aur thōṛā-thōṛā show jyādā , isliē jamā kā khātā kam hō jātā hai .
53It should be, “Their BapDada is very good!” 54To make them experience this is to increase your savings account. 55This is why it has been seen that, as a total result, you do make a lot of effort, you do use a lot of time and energy, but you have a little more external show. 56This is why there is so much less in the savings account.
45Jamā K|kē khātē key|kī chābī bahut sahaj hai , vah diamond chābī hai , golden chābī lagātē hō lēkin jamā kī diamond chābī hai « nimitt bhāv aur nirmāṇ bhāv ' ' .
57The key to the savings account is very easy. 58It is a diamond key. 59You use a golden key. 60However, the diamond key for accumulating is, “The consciousness of being a humble instrument.”
46Agar har ēk ātmā kē prati , chāhē sāthī , chāhē sēvā jis ātmā key|kī kartē hō , dōnō̃ mē̃ sēvā K|kē samay , āgē pīchhē nahī̃ sēvā karnē K|kē samay nimitt bhāv , nirmāṇ bhāv , niḥsvārth śhubh bhāvnā aur śhubh snēh emerge hō tō jamā kā khātā baṛhtā jāyēgā .
61At the time of serving – not before or after but at the time of serving – have the consciousness of being a humble instrument and let there be altruistic good wishes and pure love for every soul, whether they are your companions or the souls you are serving.
47Bāpdādā nē jagat ambā mā̃ kō dikhāyā ki is vidhi sē sēvā karnē vālē kā jamā kā khātā kaisē baṛhtā jātā hai .
62BapDada showed Mother Jagadamba how the savings accounts of those who continue to serve in this way continue to increase.
48Bas , second mē̃ anēk ghaṇṭō̃ kā jamā khātā jamā hō jātā hai .
63You have to be able to accumulate within a second, as much as you now do over many hours.
49Jaisē ṭik-ṭik-ṭik jōr sē jaldī-jaldī karō , aisē machine chaltī hai .
64Every second continues to tick away - tick, tick, tick - telling you to do everything quickly. 65It is as though a machine is moving.
50Tō jagat ambā baṛī khuśh hō rahī thī ki jamā kā khātā , jamā karnā tō bahut sahaj hai .
66Therefore, Jagadamba was very pleased to see that it is very easy to accumulate and credit your savings account.
51Tō dōnō̃ key|kī ( bāpdādā aur jagat ambā key|kī ) rāy huī ki ab nayā varṣh śhurū hō rahā hai tō jamā kā khātā check karō sārē din mē̃ galatī|galtī nahī̃ key|kī lēkin samay , saṅkalp , sēvā , sambandh-sampark mē̃ snēh , santuṣhṭatā dvārā jamā kitnā kiyā ?
67So, the advice from both BapDada and Jagadamba is that, now that the New Year is starting, check your savings accounts. 68Even though you did not make mistakes throughout the whole day, how much did you accumulate throughout the whole day with your time, thoughts, service, close contacts and relations, with love and contentment?
52Kaī bachchē sirph yah check kar lētē haĩ - āj burā kuchh nahī̃ huā . 53Kōī kō duḥkh nahī̃ diyā .
69Some children just check that they didn’t do anything bad that day, or that they didn’t cause anyone sorrow.
54Lēkin ab yah check karō ki sārē din mē̃ śhrēṣhṭh saṅkalpō̃ kā khātā kitnā jamā kiyā ?
70However, now check how much you accumulated in your accounts with your elevated thoughts throughout the day.
55Śhrēṣhṭh saṅkalp dvārā sēvā kā khātā kitnā jamā huā ?
71How much did you credit your accounts of service with elevated thoughts?
56Kitnī ātmāō̃ kō kisī bhī kārya sē sukh kitnō̃ kō diyā ?
72How many souls did you make happy with any task?
57Yōg lagāyā lēkin yōg key|kī percentage kis prakār kī rahī ?
73You had yoga, but what was the percentage of yoga?
58Āj K|kē din duāō̃ kā khātā kitnā jamā kiyā ?
74How much did you accumulate in your accounts of blessings today?
59Is nayē varṣh mē̃ kyā karnā hai ?
75What do you have to do in this New Year?
60Kuchh bhī kartē hō chāhē mansā , chāhē vāchā , chāhē karmaṇā lēkin samay pramāṇ man mē̃ yah dhun lagī rahē - mujhē akhaṇḍ mahādānī bannā hī hai .
76No matter what you do, whether with thoughts, words or deeds, according to the time, let there be this deep concern in your minds: “I definitely have to become a constant great donor.”
61Akhaṇḍ mahādānī , mahādānī nahī̃ , akhaṇḍ .
77A constant great donor, not just a great donor; constant!
62Mansā sē śhaktiyō̃ kā dān , vāchā sē gyān kā dān aur apnē karma sē guṇ dān .
78Donate powers with your minds; donate knowledge with words and donate virtues with your actions.
63Ājkal duniyā mē̃ , chāhē brāhmaṇ parivār key|kī duniyā , chāhē ajñāniyō̃ key|kī duniyā mē̃ sunnē kē bajāē dēkhnā chāhtē haĩ .
79In today’s world, whether in the world of the Brahmin family or in the outside world, they no longer want to hear about everything; they want to see.
64Dēkhkar karnā chāhtē haĩ .
80They want to do everything after seeing it.
65Āp lōgō̃ kō sahaj kyō̃ huā ?
81Why was it easy for you?
66Brahmā bāp kō karma mē̃ guṇ dān mūrt dēkhā .
82You saw Father Brahma as the image who donated virtues with his actions.
67Gyān dān tō kartē hī hō lēkin is varṣh kā viśhēṣh dhyān rakhō - her|har ātmā kō guṇ dān arthāt apnē jīvan K|kē guṇ dvārā sahyōg dēnā hai .
83You donate knowledge anyway. 84However, this year, pay special attention to donating virtues to every soul, that is, you have to give co-operation through the virtues in your lives.
68Brāhmaṇō̃ kō dān tō nahī̃ karē̃gē nā , sahyōg dō .
85You wouldn’t donate to Brahmins, would you? 86You would co-operate with them.
69Kuchh bhī hō jāē , kōī kitnē bhī avguṇdhārī hō , lēkin mujhē apnē jīvan dvārā , karma dvārā , samparka dvārā guṇdān arthāt sahyōgī bannā hai .
87No matter what happens, no matter how many weaknesses others have, you donate virtues through your lives, your actions and your contacts, that is, you have to co-operate.
70Ismē̃ dūsrē kō nahī̃ dēkhnā , yah nahī̃ kartā hai tō maĩ kaisē karū̃ , yah bhī tō aisā hī hai .
88Don’t look at others in this. 89“This one is not doing it, so why should I do it? 90This one is also like this!”
71Brahmā bāp nē kēval śhiv bāp kō dēkhā .
91Father Brahma only looked at Father Shiva.
72Āp bachchō̃ kō agar dēkhnā hai tō brahmā bāp kō dēkhō .
92If you have to look at someone, look at Father Brahma!
73Ismē̃ dūsrē kō na dēkh , yah lakṣhya rakhō jaisē brahmā bāp kā slōgan thā - jō ōṭē sō arjun arthāt jō svayã kō nimitt banāyēgā vah number one arjun hō jāyēgā .
93Don’t look at others in this, but keep the aim that was Brahma Baba’s slogan: “The one who takes the initiative is Arjuna.” 94That is, those who become instruments of their own accord, will become a number one Arjuna.
74Brahmā bāp arjun number one banā .
95Father Brahma became the number one Arjuna.
75Agar dūsrē kō dēkh karkē karē̃gē tō number one nahī̃ banē̃gē . 76Number-vār mē̃ āyēṅgē , number one nahī̃ banē̃gē .
96If you do everything by first looking at others, you do not become number one, but numberwise.
77Aur jab hāth uṭhvātē haĩ tō sab number-vār mē̃ hāth uṭhātē haĩ yā number one mē̃ uṭhātē haĩ ?
97When you are all asked to raise your hands, do you raise them for becoming numberwise or for becoming number one?
78Tō kyā lakṣhya rakhē̃gē ?
98So what aim will you keep?
79Akhaṇḍ guṇdānī , aṭal , kōī kitnā bhī hilāvē , hilnā nahī̃ .
99A very firm, constant donor of virtues. 100No matter how much someone tries to shake you, don’t shake!
80Harēk ēk dō kō kahtē haĩ , sabhī aisē haĩ tum aisē kyō̃ apnē kō mārtā hai , tum bhī mil jāō .
101You all say to one another, “Everyone else is like this, so why are you beating yourself in this way? 102You should also join us!”
81Kamjōr banānē vālē sāthī bahut miltē haĩ .
103You can find many companions to weaken you.
82Lēkin bāpdādā kō chāhiē himmat , umaṅg baṛhānē vālē sāthī .
104However, BapDada wants companions who encourage others and gives them enthusiasm.
83Tō samjhā kyā karnā hai ?
105So, do you understand what you have to do?
84Sēvā karō lēkin jamā kā khātā baṛhātē huē karō , khūb sēvā karō .
106Do service, but do it whilst increasing your savings account. 107Do a lot of service!
85Pahlē svayã key|kī sēvā , phir sarv key|kī sēvā .
108First, serve yourself and then serve others.
86Aur bhī ēk bāt bāpdādā nē note key|kī , sunāyē̃ ?
109BapDada noted one more thing. 110Should He relate it?
87Āj chandramā aur sūrya kā milan thā nā .
111Today, it was the meeting of the moon and the Sun.
88Tō jagat ambā mā̃ bōlī advance party kab tak intjār karē ?
112Jagadamba asked: How much longer will the advance party have to wait?
89Kyōṅki jab āp advance stage par jāō tab advance party kā kārya pūrā hō .
113Only when you reach your advanced stage can the work of the advance party be completed.
90Tō jagat ambā mā̃ nē āj bāpdādā kō bahut dhīrē sē , baṛē tarīkē sē ēk bāt sunāī , vah ēk kaun see|sī|C bāt sunāī ?
114So, today, Jagadamba mother told BapDada something very quietly and tactfully. 115What was that one thing she related?
91Bāpdādā tō jāntē haĩ , phir bhī āj rūhrihān thī nā .
116BapDada knows, but nevertheless, it was a heart-to-heart conversation today.
92Tō kyā kahā ki maĩ bhī chakkar lagātī hū̃ , madhuban mē̃ bhī lagātī hū̃ tō sēnṭarō̃ par bhī lagātī hū̃ .
117She said: “I too go on a tour of Madhuban and also of all the centres.”
93Tō hanstē hanstē , jinhōnnē jagat ambā kō dēkhā hai unhō̃ kō mālūm hai ki hanstē , hanstē īśhārē mē̃ bōltī hai , sīdhā nahī̃ bōltī hai .
118Those who saw Jagadamba know of her that she would jokingly signal with her words, she never said anything directly.
94Tō bōlī ki ājkal ēk viśhēṣhtā dikhāī dētī hai , kaun see|sī|C viśhēṣhtā ?
119She said that, nowadays, she sees one speciality. 120What is that speciality?
95Tō kahā ki ājkal albēlāpan bahut prakār kā ā gayā hai .
121She said that, nowadays, there are many types of carelessness.
96Kōī K|kē andar kis prakār kā albēlāpan hai , kōī K|kē andar kis prakār kā albēlāpan hai .
122Some have one type of carelessness and others another type.
97Hō jāyēgā , kar lē̃gē . . . aur bhī tō kar rahē haĩ , ham bhī kar lē̃gē . . . yah tō hōtā hī hai , chaltā hī hai . . . yah bhāṣhā albēlēpan key|kī saṅkalp mē̃ tō hai hī lēkin bōl mē̃ bhī hai .
123“It will happen. 124I will do it sometime. 125Others are doing it, and I will also do it. 126This happens all the time. 127This will continue…” 128This language of carelessness is in their thoughts anyway, but they also put it into words.
98Tō bāpdādā nē kahā ki iskē liē nayē varṣh mē̃ āp kōī yukti bachchō̃ kō sunāō .
129BapDada said: Give these children a method for this in the New Year.
99Tō āp sabkō patā hai jagat ambā mā̃ kā ēk sadā dhārṇā kā slōgan rahā hai , yād hai ?
130Do you all know the slogan Mother Jagadamba always imbibed herself? 131Do you remember this?
100Kiskō yād hai ?
132Who remembers this?
101 ( hukmī hukm chalāē rahā . . . ) tō jagat ambā bōlī agar yah dhārṇā sab kar lē̃ ki hamē̃ bāpdādā chalā rahā hai , uskē hukm sē her|har kadam chalā rahē haĩ . 102Agar yah smr̥iti rahē tō hamārē kō chalānē vālā direct bāp hai . 103Tō kahā̃ nazar jāyēgī ?
133(Hukumi hukum chalai raha .. – The One giving orders is making me do everything.) 134Jagadamba said: If everyone were to imbibe this – that BapDada is making each of one of you move, that your every step is according to His directions - if you have the awareness that it is the Father who is directly making you move, then, where would your vision go?
104Chalnē vālē key|kī , chalānē vālē K|kē taraph hī nazar jāyēgī , dūsrē taraph nahī̃ .
135The vision of the one following directions will only fall on the One giving the directions, not on anyone else.
105Tō yah karāvanhār nimitt banāē karā rahē haĩ , chalā rahē haĩ .
136Karavanhar is making you an instrument and making you move.
106Jimmēvār karāvanhār hai .
137Karavanhar is responsible.
107Phir sēvā mē̃ jō māthā bhārī hō jātā hai nā , vah sadā halkā rahēgā , jaisē rūhē gulāb .
138Then your head that becomes heavy in doing service, would remain constantly light, like a spiritual rose.
108Samjhā , kyā karnā hai ?
139Do you understand what you have to do?
109Akhaṇḍ mahādānī .
140Be a constant great donor.
110Achchhā .
141Achcha.
111Nayā varṣh manānē kē liē sabhī bhāg-bhāg karkē pahũch gayē haĩ .
142All of you have come running to celebrate the New Year.
112Achchhā hai house full hō gayā hai .
143It is good and it is a full house!
113Achchhā pānī tō milā nā !
144Achcha, did you have enough water?
114Milā pānī ?
145Did you have water?
115Phir bhī pānī key|kī mēhnat karnē vālō̃ kō mubārak hai .
146Congratulations to those who make the effort to bring water!
116Itnē hajārō̃ kō pānī pahuñchānā , kōī dō chār bālṭī tō nahī̃ hai nā !
147Providing water for so many thousands is not a matter of bringing two or four buckets.
117Chalō kal sē tō chalāchalī kā mēlā hōgā .
148From tomorrow, it will be the time for the gathering to go back.
118Sab ārām sē rahē !
149Have you all had a comfortable stay?
119Thōṛā sā tūphān nē paper liyā .
150A small storm gave you a test.
120Thōṛī havā lagī .
151There were some strong winds.
121Sab ṭhīk rahē ?
152Were all of you OK?
122Pāṇḍav ṭhīk rahē ?
153Were the Pandavas OK?
123Achchhā hai kumbha K|kē mēlē sē tō achchhā hai nā !
154It is good. 155It is better than the Kumbha mela, is it not?
124Achchhā tīn pair pr̥ithvī tō milī nā .
156At least, you received three feet of land.
125Khaṭiyā nahī̃ milī lēkin tīn pair pr̥ithvī tō milī nā !
157You may not have had a bed, but at least you had three feet of land.
126Tō nayē varṣh mē̃ chārō̃ ōr K|kē bachchē bhī vidēśh mē̃ bhī , dēśh mē̃ bhī nayē varṣh key|kī ceremony buddhi dvārā dēkh rahē haĩ , kānō̃ dvārā sun rahē haĩ .
158In the New Year, children everywhere in this land and abroad are seeing the ceremony for the New Year. 159They are seeing it through their intellects and hearing through their ears.
127Madhuban mē̃ bhī dēkh rahē haĩ .
160Everyone in Madhuban is also watching this.
128Madhuban vālō̃ nē bhī yagya rakṣhak ban sēvā kā part bajāyā hai , bahut achchhā .
161Those from Madhuban played their parts of doing service as protectors of the yagya very well.
129Bāpdādā vidēśh vā dēśh vālō̃ kē sāth madhuban vāsiyō̃ kō bhī jō sēvā kē nimitt haĩ , unhō̃ kō bhī mubārak dē rahē haĩ .
162Together with those from this land and abroad, BapDada is also congratulating those who are instruments for service in Madhuban.
130Achchhā .
163Achcha.
131Bākī tō card bahut āyē haĩ .
164Many cards have been received.
132Āp sab bhī dēkh rahē hō nā bahut card āyē haĩ .
165All of you can see the cards that have come.
133Card tō kōī baṛī bāt nahī̃ hai lēkin ismē̃ chhipā huā dil kā snēh hai .
166The cards are not as important as the love in the hearts that is hidden in them.
134Tō bāpdādā card key|kī śhōbhā nahī̃ dēkhtē lēkin kitnē kīmatī dil kā snēh bharā huā hai , tō sabhī nē apnē-apnē dil kā snēh bhējā hai .
167Therefore, BapDada doesn’t look at the beauty of the card, but sees with how much invaluable love from the heart they are filled. 168So, all of you have sent love from your hearts.
135Tō aisē snēhī ātmāō̃ kō viśhēṣh ēk ēk kā nām tō nahī̃ lē̃gē nā ! 136Lēkin bāpdādā card kē badlē aisē bachchō̃ kō snēh bharā regard dē rahē haĩ .
169So, to all such loving souls personally – BapDada does not mention everyone’s name – BapDada is responding to those cards with regard filled with love.
137Yād patra , telephone , computer , e-mail , jō bhī sādhan haĩ un sabhī sādhanō̃ sē pahlē saṅkalp dvārā hī bāpdādā kē pās pahũch jātā hai phir āpkē computer aur e-mail mē̃ ātā hai .
170Letters of remembrance, telephones, e-mails, by computer – whatever facilities there are, before you use them, BapDada first receives all of those through your thoughts. 171They come on your computers and e-mails afterwards.
138Bachchō̃ kā snēh bāpdādā kē pās her|har samay pahuñchtā hī hai . 139Lēkin āj viśhēṣh nayē varṣh K|kē kaīyō̃ nē plan bhī likhē haĩ , pratijñāyē̃ bhī kī haĩ , bītī kō bītī kar āgē baṛhnē key|kī himmat bhī rakhī hai .
172The love of the children reaches BapDada all the time, but, today, many have written their special plans for the New Year, have made promises and have also had the courage to let the past be the past and move forward.
140Sabhī kō bāpdādā kah rahē haĩ bahut-bahut śhābās bachchē , śhābās .
173BapDada is telling all of you: Well done children! 174Well done!
141Āp sabhī khuśh hō rahē haĩ nā !
175All of you are happy, are you not?
142Tō vah bhī khuśh hō rahē haĩ .
176They are also happy.
143Abhī bāpdādā key|kī yahī dil key|kī āśh hai ki « dātā kā bachchā har ēk dātā ban jāō .
177Now, BapDada’s heart’s desire is for each of you children of the Bestower to become a bestower.
144' ' māṅgō̃ nahī̃ yah milnā chāhiē , yah hōnā chāhiē , yah karnā chāhiē .
178Don’t ask for anything: “I should receive this! 179This should happen! 180I should do this!”
145Dātā banō , ēk dō kō āgē baṛhānē mē̃ phrākdil banō .
181Become a bestower, be generous hearted in making one another move forward.
146Bāpdādā kō chhōṭē kahtē haĩ ki hamkō baṛō̃ kā pyār chāhiē aur bāp chhōṭō̃ kō kahtē haĩ ki baṛō̃ kā regard rakhō tō pyār milēgā .
182The younger ones tell BapDada that they want the love of the seniors, and the Father replies to the younger ones, “Give regard to the seniors and you will receive love.”
147Regard dēnā hī regard lēnā hai .
183To give regard is to receive regard.
148Regard aisē nahī̃ miltā hai .
184You don’t receive regard just like that.
149Dēnā hī lēnā hai .
185To give is to receive.
150Jab āpkē jaṛ chitra dētē haĩ .
186Even your non-living images give it.
151Dēvtā kā arth|earth hī hai dēnē vālā . 152Dēvī kā arth|earth hī hai dēnē vālī .
187Deities mean those who give.
153Tō āp chaitanya dēvī dēvtāyē̃ dātā banō , dō .
188So, become living deities, bestowers! 189Give!
154Agar sabhī dēnē vālē dātā ban jāyēṅgē , tō lēnē vālē tō khatm hō jāyēṅgē nā !
190When all of you become bestowers, those who give, then there won’t be anyone left to receive.
155Phir chārō̃ ōr santuṣhṭatā key|kī , rūhānī gulāb key|kī khuśhbū phail jāyēgī .
191Then the fragrance of the spiritual rose of contentment will spread everywhere.
156Sunā !
192Did you hear this?
157Tō nayē varṣh mē̃ na purānī bhāṣhā bōlnā , jō purānī bhāṣhā kaī-kaī bōltē haĩ jō achchhī nahī̃ lagtī hai , tō purānē bōl , purānī chāl , purānī kōī bhī ādat sē majbūr nahī̃ bannā .
193So, in the New Year, don’t speak the old language – the old language that some still use that no one likes. 194Don’t be compelled by your old words, old behaviour and old habits.
158Her|har bāt mē̃ apnē sē pūchhnā ki nayā hai !
195Ask yourselves whether every aspect is new.
159Kyā nayā kiyā ?
196What did you do that was new?
160Bas sirph 21 vī̃ sadī manānā hai , 21 janm kā varsā sampūrṇ 21 vī̃ sadī mē̃ pānā hī hai .
197All you have to do is celebrate the 21st century. 198You have to claim your full inheritance of 21 births in the 21st century.
161Pānā hai nā !
199You do want to attain this, do you not?
162Achchhā .
200Achcha.
163Chārō̃ ōr K|kē nav yug adhikārī śhrēṣhṭh ātmāō̃ kō , sarv bachchō̃ kō , jō sadā her|har kadam mē̃ padam jamā karnē vālī ātmāyē̃ haĩ , sadā apnē kō brahmā bāp samān sarv kē āgē sample ban simple banānē vālī ātmāyē̃ , sadā apnē jīvan mē̃ guṇō̃ kō pratyakṣha kar aurō̃ kō guṇvān banānē vālē , sadā akhaṇḍ mahādānī , mahā sahyōgī ātmāō̃ kō bāpdādā kā yādpyār aur namastē .
201To the elevated souls in all directions who have a right to the New Age, to all the children, the souls, who constantly accumulate multimillions at every step, to the souls who make themselves as simple as the sample of Brahma Baba, to those who make others virtuous by revealing virtues in their own lives, to the constantly great donors, to the greatly co-operative souls, BapDada’s love, remembrance and namaste.
164Is samay purānē aur nayē varṣh kā saṅgam samay hai .
202At this time, it is the confluence of the old year and the New Year.
165Saṅgam samay arthāt purānā samāpt huā aur nayā ārambh huā .
203The time of the confluence means the old finishes and the new begins.
166Jaisē bēhad K|kē saṅgamyug mē̃ āp sabhī brāhmaṇ ātmāyē̃ viśhva parivartan karnē kē nimitt hō , aisē āj K|kē is purānē aur nayē varṣh K|kē saṅgam par bhī sva parivartan kā saṅkalp dr̥iṛh kiyā hai aur karnā hī hai .
204Just as in the unlimited confluence, all you Brahmin souls are instruments for world transformation, in the same way, today, at the confluence of the old year and the New Year, you have determination for self-transformation. 205You have to have this determination.
167Jō batāyā her|har second aṭal , akhaṇḍ mahādānī bannā hai .
206It was said: Be a firm, constant, great donor at every second.
168Dātā K|kē bachchē master dātā bannā hai .
207The children of the Bestower have to become master bestowers.
169Purānē varṣh kō vidāī K|kē sāth-sāth purānī duniyā K|kē lagāv aur purānē saṅskār kō vidāī dē nayē śhrēṣhṭh saṅskār kā āhvān karnā hai .
208Along with bidding farewell to the old year, bid farewell to the attachment for the old world and old sanskars and invoke your new elevated sanskars.
170Sabhī kō arab-kharab bār mubārak hō , mubārak hō , mubārak hō .
209Multimillion fold greetings, greetings, greetings!
Blessing
171Vardān : prāpti svarūp ban kyō̃ , kyā K|kē praśhnō̃ sē pār rahnē vālē sadā prasannchit bhav
210Blessing: May you be constantly happy hearted and stay beyond any questions of, “Why?” and “What?”, by becoming an embodiment of attainments.
172Jō prāpti svarūp sampann ātmāyē̃ haĩ unhē̃ kabhī bhī kisī bhī bāt mē̃ praśhna nahī̃ hōgā .
211 Souls who are full embodiments of attainment cannot ever have any type of question about anything.
173Uskē chēhrē aur chalan mē̃ prasannatā key|kī personality dikhāī dēgī , iskō hī santuṣhṭatā kahtē haĩ .
212The personality of happiness will be visible in their faces and their activity; this is called contentment.
174Prasannatā agar kam hōtī hai tō uskā kāraṇ hai prāpti cum|kam aur prāpti cum|kam kā kāraṇ hai kōī na kōī ichchhā .
213If there is less happiness, the reason for that is some lack of attainment and the reason for a lack of attainment is one desire or another.
175Bahut sūkṣhma ichchhāyē̃ aprāpti K|kē taraph khīñch lētī haĩ , isliē alpkāl key|kī ichchhāō̃ kō chhōṛ prāpti svarūp banō tō sadā prasannchit rahē̃gē .
214Having many subtle desires takes you towards some lack of attainments. 215Therefore, put aside temporary desires, become embodiments of attainment and you will remain constantly happy hearted.
