3Uttar  : jab tak dēh-abhimān hai tab tak bhakta hō .

4Answer: For as long as you have body consciousness, you are devotees.

4Tum gyānī bannē kē liē paṛh rahē hō .

5You are studying to become knowledgeable.

5Jab imtahān pās|pass karē̃gē , karmātīt ban jāyēṅgē tab sampūrṇ gyānī kahē̃gē .

6When you pass your examinations and become karmateet, you will be called completely knowledgeable.

6Phir paṛhnē key|kī darkār nahī̃ .

7There will then be no need to study.

Murli

7Ōm śhānti .

8Om shanti.

8Bhakta aur bhagvān dō chīzē̃ haĩ nā . 9Bachchē aur bāp .

9There are two things: God and the devotees, children and the Father.

10Bhakta tō ḍhēr K|kē ḍhēr haĩ . 11Bhagvān hai ēk .

10There are many devotees, but there is only the one God.

12Tum bachchō̃ kō bahut sahaj bāt lagtī hai , ātmāyē̃ śharīr dvārā bhakti kartī haĩ , kyō̃  ?

11You children find these things very easy. 12Souls perform devotion through their bodies. 13Why?

13Bhagvān bāp sē milnē kē liē .

14To meet God, the Father.

14Tum bhakta abhī drama kō samajh gayē hō .

15You devotees have now understood the drama.

15Jab pūrē gyānī ban jāyēṅgē tō yahā̃ nahī̃ rahē̃gē .

16When you souls have become completely knowledgeable, you won't remain here.

16School mē̃ paṛhtē haĩ , imtahān pās|pass kiyā tō dūsrē darjē mē̃ chalē jāyēṅgē .

17When you pass an examination whilst studying at school, you go to the next class.

17Abhī tumkō bhagvān paṛhā rahē haĩ .

18God is now teaching you.

18Gyānī kō tō paṛhāī kī darkār nahī̃ rahtī .

19Knowledgeable souls have no need to study.

19Bhaktō̃ kō bhagvān paṛhā rahē haĩ .

20God is teaching devotees.

20Tum jāntē hō ham ātmā bhakti kartē thē .

21You know that we souls used to perform devotion.

21Ab bhakti sē nikal gyān mē̃ kaisē jāyē̃ - yah bāp sikhlātē haĩ .

22The Father is teaching us how we can move away from devotion and enter into this knowledge.

22Abhī bhakti kartē nahī̃ hō parantu dēh-abhimān mē̃ tō ā jātē hō nā .

23We don't perform devotion now, but we still become body conscious.

23Yah bhī tum samajhtē hō , vō bhakta lōg tō bhagvān kō bhī nahī̃ jāntē .

24You understand that those devotees don't even know God.

24Khud kahtē haĩ ham nahī̃ jāntē .

25They themselves say: We do not know.

25Number one jō bhakta haĩ , unsē bhī bāp pūchhtē haĩ tum jis bhagvān K|kē bhakta thē , unkō jāntē thē  ?

26The Father also asks those who were number one devotees: Did you know the God whose devotees you were?

26Vāstav mē̃ bhagvān bhī hōnā ēk chāhiē .

27In fact, there has to be only the one God.

27Yahā̃ tō anēk bhagvān hō gayē haĩ .

28Here, there are so many Gods.

28Apnē kō bhagvān kahtē rahtē haĩ .

29They continue to call themselves God!

29Iskō kahā jātā hai agyān .

30That is called ignorance.

30Bhakti mē̃ ghōr andhiyārā hai .

31There is extreme darkness in devotion.

31Vah hai hī bhakti mārg .

32That is the path of devotion.

32Bhakta lōg gātē haĩ gyān añjan satgurū diyā , agyān andhēr vināśh .

33Devotees sing: When the Satguru gives the ointment of knowledge, the darkness of ignorance is dispelled.

33Gyān añjan gurū lōg nahī̃ dē saktē .

34Gurus cannot give the ointment of this knowledge.

34Gurū tō ḍhēr haĩ .

35There are many gurus.

35Tum bachchē jāntē hō bhakti mē̃ kyā-kyā kartē thē , kiskō yād kartē thē , kiskō pūjtē thē .

36You children know what you used to do in devotion, whom you used to remember and whom you used to worship.

36Vah bhakti kā andhiyārā abhī tumhārā chhūṭ gayā kyōṅki bāp kō jān liyā .

37You have now become free from that darkness of devotion because you now know the Father.

37Bāp nē parichay diyā hai - mīṭhē-mīṭhē bachchē , tum ātmā hō .

38The Father has given you His introduction. 39Sweetest children, you are souls.

38Tumnē is śharīr kē sāth part bajāyā hai .

40You play your parts through those bodies.

39Tumhārā hai bēhad kā gyān .

41Your knowledge is unlimited.

40Bēhad kā part bajātē rahtē hō .

42You continue to play unlimited parts.

41Tum had sē nikal ab bēhad mē̃ chalē gayē hō .

43You have left the limited and gone into the unlimited.

42Yah duniyā bhī baṛhtē-baṛhtē kitnī bēhad mē̃ chalī gaī hai . 43Phir jarūr had mē̃ āyēgī .

44This world (population) has also become unlimited by expanding and it will then definitely become limited.

44Had sē bēhad mē̃ , bēhad sē had mē̃ kaisē ātē haĩ - abhī tum bachchō̃ kō mālūm paṛtā hai .

45You children now know how you go from the limited into the unlimited and the unlimited into the limited.

45Ātmā chhōṭī star misal hai , itnā samajhtē haĩ phir bhī itnā baṛā liṅg banā dētē haĩ .

46Each soul is like a tiny star. 47People understand this and yet they make such a huge lingam image.

46Vah bhī kyā karē̃ kyōṅki chhōṭī-sī bindu key|kī pūjā tō kar na sakē̃ .

48What can they do, because they cannot worship a tiny point?

47Kahtē haĩ bhrakuṭī kē bīch chamaktā hai sitārā . 48Ab us sitārē key|kī bhakti kaisē karē̃  ?

49They say: “A star shines in the centre of the forehead,” but how can they worship that star?

49Bhagvān kā tō kiskō patā nahī̃ hai . 50Ātmā kā mālūm hai .

50No one knows God, but they know about souls.

51Ātmā bhrakuṭī kē bīch rahtī hai . 52Bas .

51Each soul resides in the centre of a forehead; that’s all!

53Yah buddhi mē̃ nahī̃ ātā ki ātmā hī śharīr lē part bajātī hai .

52It doesn't enter their intellects that each soul takes a body and plays his part.

54Pahlē-pahlē tum hī pūjā kartē thē . 55Baṛē-baṛē liṅg banātē haĩ .

53You were the first ones who performed worship; you used to make huge lingams.

56Rāvaṇ kā bhī din-pratidin baṛā chitra banātē haĩ , chhōṭā rāvaṇ tō banā na sakē̃ .

54People continue to make bigger and bigger images of Ravan day by day. 55They cannot make smaller images of Ravan.

57Manuṣhya tō chhōṭā hōtā hai phir baṛā hōtā hai .

56Human beings are at first small and then they become big.

58Rāvaṇ kō kabhī chhōṭā nahī̃ dikhātē haĩ , vah tō chhōṭā-baṛā hōtā nahī̃ .

57They never show Ravan as small. 58He doesn't become big or small.

59Vah kōī sthūl chīz nahī̃ .

59He is not physical.

60Rāvaṇ 5 vikārō̃ kō kahā jātā hai .

60The five vices are called Ravan.

615 vikārō̃ key|kī vr̥iddhi hōtī jātī hai kyōṅki tamōpradhān bantē jātē haĩ .

61There is growth of the five vices because people continue to become tamopradhan.

62Āgē dēh-abhimān itnā nahī̃ thā , phir baṛhtā gayā hai .

62Previously, there wasn't so much body consciousness, but it has continued to increase.

63Ēk key|kī pūjā kī phir dūsrē key|kī pūjā kī . 64Aisē vr̥iddhi kō pātē gayē haĩ .

63They worship one and then worship another and it has continued to grow in that way.

65Ātmā tamōpradhān ban gaī hai .

64Souls have become tamopradhan.

66Duniyā mē̃ aur kōī manuṣhya nahī̃ hōgā jiskō yah buddhi mē̃ hō ki satōpradhān kab hōtē haĩ  ? 67Phir tamōpradhān kab bantē haĩ  ?

65The intellects of no other human beings in the world are aware of when they are satopradhan and when they become tamopradhan.

68In bātō̃ sē manuṣhya bilkul anjān haĩ .

66People are completely ignorant of these things.

69Knowledge kōī difficult nahī̃ hai .

67This kowledge is not difficult.

70Bāp ākar bilkul sahaj knowledge sunātē haĩ , paṛhātē haĩ .

68The Father comes and gives you completely easy knowledge. 69He teaches you that.

71Phir bhī sārī paṛhāī kā tant rah jātā hai - ham ātmā bāp K|kē bachchē haĩ , bāp kō yād karnā hai .

70Even then, there is just the essence of the study that remains. 71We souls are children of the Father. 72We have to remember the Father.

72Yah bhī gāyan hai - kōṭō̃ mē̃ kōū , kitnē thōṛē nikaltē haĩ .

73It is also remembered that only a handful out of multimillions emerged.

73Kōṭō̃ mē̃ kōī hī yathārth rīti jāntē haĩ .

74Only a handful out of multimillions know the Father accurately.

74Kiskō  ?

75Whom do they know accurately?

75Bāp kō .

76The Father.

76Kahē̃gē , bāp kabhī aisā hōtā hai kyā  ?

77They ask: Can the Father be like that?

77Apnē bāp kō tō sabhī jāntē haĩ . 78Bāp kō kyō̃ bhūl gayē haĩ  ?

78Everyone knows their father, so why have they forgotten the Father?

79Iskā nām hī hai bhūl-bhulaiyā kā khēl .

79This is called the game of a maze.

80Ēk hōtā hai had kā bāp , dūsrā hōtā hai bēhad kā bāp .

80There are limited fathers and there is the unlimited Father.

81Dō bāp sē varsā miltā hai . 82Had K|kē bāp sē thōṛā varsā miltā hai .

81You receive an inheritance from the two fathers; you receive a small inheritance from a limited father.

83Din-pratidin bilkul thōṛā hōtā jātā hai . 84Jaisēki kuchh bhī hai nahī̃ .

82Day by day, it gradually becomes very little; it is as though it is nothing.

85Jab tak bēhad kā bāp na āyē tō pēṭ hī na bharē .

83Until the unlimited Father comes, your stomachs cannot become full.

86Pēṭ hī sārā khālī hō jātā hai , bāp ākar pēṭ bhartē haĩ .

84Your stomachs become completely empty. 85The Father comes and fills your stomachs.

87Her|har bāt mē̃ pēṭ aisā bhar dētē haĩ jō tum bachchō̃ kō kōī chīz key|kī darkār hī nahī̃ .

86In every aspect, He fills your stomachs in such a way that you children no longer need anything.

88Sab āśhāyē̃ pūrī kar dētē haĩ . 89Tr̥ipt ātmā hō jātī hai . 90Jaisē brāhmaṇō̃ kō khilātē haĩ tō ātmā tr̥ipt hō jātī hai .

87He fulfils all your desires and you become fully satisfied souls, just as a (departed) soul becomes satisfied when the brahmin priest is fed.

91Yah hai bēhad key|kī tr̥ipti .

88This is unlimited satisfaction.

92Phark dēkhō kitnā hai .

89Look how much difference there is!

93Ātmā K|kē had key|kī tr̥ipti aur bēhad key|kī tr̥ipti mē̃ phark dēkhō kitnā hai .

90Look how much difference there is between the limited satisfaction of souls and the unlimited satisfaction of souls.

94Bāp kō jānnē sē hī tr̥ipti hō jātī hai kyōṅki bāp svarg kā mālik banātē haĩ .

91By knowing the Father you become satisfied because the Father is making you into the masters of heaven.

95Tum jāntē hō ham bēhad bāp K|kē bachchē haĩ , bāp kō tō sab yād kartē haĩ nā .

92You children know that you are children of the unlimited Father. 93Everyone remembers the Father.

96Bhal kōī-kōī kahtē haĩ - yah tō nature hai , ham brahm mē̃ līn hō jāyēṅgē . 97Bāp nē batāyā hai ki brahm mē̃ kōī bhī līn nahī̃ hōtā .

94Even though some people say that this is nature (the elements) and that they will merge into the brahm element, the Father has told you that no one can merge into the brahm element.

98Yah tō anādi drama hai jō phirtā rahtā hai , ismē̃ mūñjhnē key|kī bilkul darkār nahī̃ .

95This is an eternal drama that continues to turn. 96There is no need at all to become confused about this.

994 yugō̃ kā chakra phirtā rahtā hai . 100Hūbahū repeat hōtā rahēgā .

97The cycle of the four ages continues to turn; it will continue to repeat identically.

101Bāp ēk hī hai , duniyā bhī ēk hī hai .

98There is just the one Father and also only one world.

102Vō lōg kitnā māthā mārtē haĩ . 103Samajhtē haĩ moon mē̃ bhī duniyā hai , sitārō̃ mē̃ bhī duniyā hai .

99Those people beat their heads so much and think that there is a world on the moon or in the stars.

104Kitnā ḍhūṇḍhtē haĩ .

100They look for that so much.

105Moon mē̃ bhī plat lēnē kā sōchtē haĩ - yah kaisē hō saktā .

101They even think of buying a plot of land on the moon, but how would that be possible?

106Kiskō paisā dēgē  ?

102Whom would they pay?

107Iskō kahā jātā hai science kā ghamaṇḍ .

103That is called the arrogance of science.

108Bākī tō hai kuchh bhī nahī̃ .

104However, there is nothing really there.

109Trial kartē rahtē haĩ . 110Yah māyā kā pomp hai nā .

105People continue to try to do things, but it is all the pomp of Maya.

111Svarg sē bhī jāstī show karkē dikhātē haĩ .

106They have an even greater show than that of heaven.

112Svarg kō tō bhūl hī gayē haĩ .

107They have completely forgotten heaven.

113Svarg mē̃ tō athāh dhan thā .

108There was limitless wealth in heaven.

114Ēk mandir sē hī dēkhō kitnā dhan lē gayē .

109Look how much wealth they took away from just the one temple!

115Bhārat mē̃ hī itnā dhan thā , bahut khajānā bharpūr thā .

110There was so much wealth in Bharat alone. 111All the treasure stores were overflowing.

116Muhammad gajnavī āyā , lūṭkar lē gayā .

112Mahmud Guznavi came and looted everything.

117Ādhākalp tō tum samarth rahtē hō , chōrī ādi kā kōī nām nahī̃ hōtā .

113You remain powerful for half a cycle and there is no mention of stealing, etc.

118Rāvaṇ rājya hī nahī̃ .

114There is no kingdom of Ravan at that time.

119Rāvaṇ rājya śhurū huā aur chōrī chakārī , jhagaṛē|jhagṛē ādi śhurū huē haĩ .

115As soon as the kingdom of Ravan begins, the stealing, looting and fighting, etc. begin.

120Rāvaṇ kā nām lētē haĩ . 121Bākī rāvaṇ kōī hai nahī̃ . 122Vikārō̃ key|kī pravēśhtā huī .

116People mention the name of Ravan, but Ravan is not a being: that is just the existence of the vices.

123Rāvaṇ kē liē manuṣhya kyā-kyā kartē haĩ . 124Kitnā manātē haĩ .

117Look what people do for Ravan; they celebrate so much.

125Tum bhī daśhaharā manātē thē , dēkhnē jātē thē rāvaṇ kō kaisē jalātē haĩ . 126Phir sōnā lūṭnē jātē haĩ .

118You too used to celebrate Dashera. 119People used to go and see how they burn an effigy of Ravan and then they would go to loot the gold (collect a yellow parasite from trees).

127Hai kyā chīz , abhī wonder lagtā hai .

120What was that? 121You now wonder about all of those things.

128Kyā ban paṛē thē . 129Kitnī pūjā ādi kartē thē .

122Look what you became and how much worshipping you used to do!

130Kōī baṛā din hōtā hai tō kyā-kyā kartē rahtē haĩ .

123When they have a big day, look what they continue to do!

131Bhakti mārg jaisē guṛiyō̃ kā khēl hai . 132Vah bhī kitnā samay chaltā hai , yah tum jāntē hō .

124The path of devotion is like playing with dolls and you know for how long it continues.

133Śhurū mē̃ itnā nahī̃ kartē thē .

125They didn't do so much in the beginning.

134Phir vr̥iddhi kō pātē-pātē ab dēkhō kyā hall|hāl hō gayā hai .

126Then, expansion gradually took place and look what the condition has now become!

135Itnā kharchā kar chitra vā mandir ādi kyō̃ banātē haĩ  ?

127Why do they spend so much money on images and on building temples?

136Yah hai waste of money .

128All of that is a waste of money.

137Mandir ādi banānē mē̃ lākhō̃ rūpayē kharcha kartē haĩ .

129They spend hundreds of thousands of rupees on building temples, etc.

138Bāp kitnā pyār sē baiṭh samjhātē haĩ . 139Hamnē tum bachchō̃ kō athāh dhan diyā , vah sab kahā̃ ganvāyā .

130The Father sits here and explains to you with so much love: I gave you children so much wealth. 131So, where did you lose it all?

140Rāvaṇ rājya mē̃ tum kyā sē kyā ban paṛē hō .

132Look what you have become in the kingdom of Ravan from what you were!

141Aisē nahī̃ ki īśhvar kī bhāvī par rāzī rahnā hai .

133It isn't that you have to remain happy by thinking that it is the will of God.

142Yah kōī īśhvar kī bhāvī nahī̃ hai , yah tō māyā key|kī bhāvī hai .

134That is not the will of God; that is the will of Maya.

143Abhī tumkō īśhvar kā rājya-bhāgya miltā hai . 144Vahā̃ tō duḥkh key|kī kōī bāt hōtī nahī̃ .

135You are now receiving your fortune of the kingdom of God where there is no question of sorrow.

145Īśhvar kī bhāvī aur āsurī bhāvī mē̃ kitnā phark hai . 146Yah samajh tumkō abhī miltī hai . 147Sō bhī number-vār purūṣhārth anusār .

136It is now that you receive the understanding of how much difference there is between God's will and Maya's will, but that too is numberwise, according to your efforts.

148Gyān injection kiskō lagtā hai , yah tō samajh saktē haĩ .

137You can understand which ones receive the injection of this knowledge.

149Phalānē kō gyān kā injection achchhā lagā hai , phalānē kō cum|kam lagā huā hai , inkō bilkul lagā huā hī nahī̃ hai .

138So-and-so has been injected well with the injection of this knowledge; so-and-so has been injected less and so-and-so has not been injected at all.

150Yah tō bābā hī jāntē haĩ nā .

139Only Baba knows this.

151Service par sārā madār hai .

140Everything depends on your service.

152Service sē hī bāp batāyēṅgē inkō injection lagā nahī̃ , bilkul service karnā jāntē hī nahī̃ .

141It is only from your service that the Father can tell you: This one has not been injected at all; he doesn't know how to do service at all.

153Aisē bhī haĩ kiskō jāstī injection lagā hai , kiskō bilkul nahī̃ .

142There are also some who have been injected with this knowledge more, whereas others have not been injected at all.

154Kahā jātā hai - gyān añjan satgurū diyā , agyān andhēr vināśh .

143It is said: When the Satguru gives the ointment of knowledge, the darkness of ignorance is dispelled.

155Gyān kā , sukh kā sāgar parampitā paramātmā hai .

144The Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, is the Ocean of Knowledge and the Ocean of Happiness.

156Phir unkō ṭhikkar bhittar mē̃ ṭhōk diyā hai .

145People have then said that He is in the pebbles and stones.

157Bachchō̃ kō kitnā niśhchay hōnā chāhiē . 158Bēhad kā bāp hamkō bēhad kā sukh dētē haĩ .

146You children should have so much faith that the unlimited Father is giving you unlimited happiness.

159Gātē bhī haĩ bēhad kā bābā āp jab āyēṅgē tō ham āpkē hī banē̃gē . 160Āpkī mat par hī chalē̃gē .

147You sing: Unlimited Baba, when You come, we will belong to You and we will only follow Your directions.

161Bhakti mē̃ tō bāp kā mālūm hī nahī̃ rahtā hai , yah part abhī hī chaltā hai .

148On the path of devotion, you don't even know the Father. 149This part is only performed at this time.

162Abhī hī bāp paṛhātē haĩ .

150It is only now that the Father teaches you.

163Tum jāntē hō yah paṛhāī kā part phir 5 hajār varṣh bād chalēgā .

151You know that this part of studying will continue again after 5000 years.

164Bāp phir 5 hajār varṣh bād āyēṅgē .

152The Father will come again after 5000 years.

165Ātmāyē̃ sab bhāī haĩ phir śharīr dhāraṇ kar part bajātī haĩ .

153All souls are brothers and then they adopt bodies and play their parts.

166Manuṣhya sr̥iṣhṭi key|kī bhī vr̥iddhi hōtī rahtī hai .

154The human world also continues to grow.

167Ātmāō̃ kā bhī stock hai nā .

155There is a stock of souls.

168Jitnā manuṣhyō̃ kā stock pūrā hōgā utnā hī vahā̃ ātmāō̃ kā stock hōgā .

156Just as the stock of human beings comes to an end, to that extent there will be a stock of souls there.

169Actors ēk bhī cum|kam jāstī nahī̃ hōṅgē .

157There cannot be one more or one less actor.

170Yah sab bēhad K|kē actors haĩ .

158All of you are unlimited actors.

171Inkō anādi part milā huā hai .

159You have all received eternal parts.

172Yah wonderful hai nā .

160This is wonderful!

173Abhī tum bachchē kitnē samajhdār banē hō .

161You children have now become so sensible.
