¹Essence: Sweet children, remember the Father, the Remover of Sorrow and the Bestower of Happiness, and all your sorrow will be removed and your final thoughts will lead you to your destination.

²prashn:- baap ne tum bachchon ko chalte-phirte yaad mein rahne ka direction kyon diya hai?

²Question: Why has the Father given you the direction to stay in remembrance whilst walking and moving around?

³uttar:- 1. kyonki yaad se hi janma-janmaantar ke paapon ka bojh utrega, 2. yaad se hi aatma satopradhaan banegi, 3. abhi se yaad mein rahne ka abhyaas hoga to ant samay mein ek baap ki yaad mein rah sakenge।

³Answer: 1. It is only by having remembrance that your burdens of sins of many births will be removed. ⁴2. It is only by having remembrance that you souls will become satopradhan. ⁵3. If you practise staying in remembrance from now on, you will be able to stay in remembrance of the one Father in your final moments.

⁴ant ke liye hi gaayan hai - antakaal jo stri simre… 4. baap ko yaad karne se 21 janmon ka sukh saamne aa jaata hai।

⁶It is remembered of the end: Those who remember their wife in their final moments… ⁷4. By your remembering the Father, the happiness of 21 births appears in front of you.

⁵baap jaisi meethi cheez duniya mein koi nahin, isliye baap ka direction hai - bachche, chalte-phirte mujhe hi yaad karo।

⁸There is no one in the whole world as sweet as the Father. ⁹This is why the Father's direction is: Children, whilst walking and moving around, remember Me alone.

⁴⁵Shudras have sorrow. ⁴⁶We have moved away from sorrow and are now climbing to the peak. ⁴⁷Therefore, we have to remember the one Father.

⁴⁸He is the most beloved Father.

⁴⁰unse meethi cheez kaun-si hoti hai?

⁴⁹What is sweeter than Him?

⁴¹aatma us parampita paramatma ko hi yaad karti hai na।

⁵⁰The soul only remembers that Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

⁴²sab aatmaon ka baap hai, unse meethi is duniya mein koi cheez ho na sake।

⁸⁴jab boodhe hote hain tab maaloom padta hai - abhi yeh shareer chhod ham doosre shareer mein jaakar pravesh karenge।

⁸⁹satayug mein apaar sukh hain, kaliyug mein apaar duhkh hain isliye ise kehte hi hain duhkhadhaam।

¹⁰⁰There is limitless happiness in the golden age and limitless sorrow in the iron age. ¹⁰¹That is why this is called a land of sorrow.

⁹⁰baap to koi takleeph nahin dete hain।

¹⁰²The Father doesn't cause you any difficulty.

⁹¹bhal grihastha vyavhaar mein raho, bachchon ko sambhaalo, sirf baap ko yaad karo।

¹⁰³Although you may live at home with your families and look after your children, you simply have to remember the Father.

⁹²guru gosaai sabko chhodo।

¹⁰⁴Renounce all the gurus and holy men.

⁹³main to sab gurooon se bada hoon na।

¹⁰⁵I am greater than all the gurus.

⁹⁴woh sab meri rachna hain।

¹⁰⁶All of them are My creation.

⁹⁵sivaae mere aur koi ko patit-paavan nahin kahenge।

¹⁰⁷No one, apart from Me, can be called the Purifier.

⁹⁶kya brahma, vishnu, shankar ko patit-paavan kahenge?

¹⁰⁸Would you call Brahma, Vishnu or Shankar the Purifier?

⁹⁷nahin। ⁹⁸devtaaon ko bhi nahin kah sakte sivaae mere।

¹⁰⁹No, even those deities cannot be called that. ¹¹⁰No one except Me can be called that.

⁹⁹abhi tum bachche ganga ko patit-paavni kahenge?

¹¹¹Would you children call the Ganges the Purifier?

¹⁰⁰yeh paani ki nadiyaan to sadaiv bahti hain।

¹¹²Those rivers of water flow constantly.

¹⁰¹ganga, brahmaputra aadi bhi to chali aati hain।

¹¹³The rivers Ganges and Brahmaputra etc. have always existed.

¹⁰²inmen to snaan karte hi rehte hain।

¹¹⁴People are always bathing in those.

¹⁰³barsaat padti to flood aa jaati hai। ¹⁰⁴yeh bhi duhkh hua na।

¹¹⁵When there is rain, there are floods and that too is sorrow.

¹⁰⁵athaah duhkh hain, baadh mein dekho kitne manushya mar gaye।

¹¹⁶There is limitless sorrow. ¹¹⁷Look how many people died in the floods.

¹⁰⁶satayug mein duhkh ki baat nahin, jaanavron ko bhi duhkh nahin hota hai, unki bhi akaale mrityu nahin hoti।

¹¹⁸In the golden age, there is no question of sorrow. ¹¹⁹Even animals don't have sorrow there, nor do they have untimely death.

¹⁰⁷yeh drama hi aise bana hua hai।

¹²⁰This drama is created in this way.

¹⁰⁸bhakti mein gaate hain - baba, aap jab aayenge to ham aapke hi banenge।

¹²¹On the path of devotion, they sing: Baba, when You come I will belong to You alone.

¹¹¹srishti ki aayu kitni hoti hai, yeh bhi nahin jaante।

¹²⁵No one knows what the duration of the world is.

¹¹²baap kitna sahaj batlaate hain।

¹²⁶The Father tells you everything easily.

¹¹³aage tum jaante the kya ki srishti chakra ki aayu 5 hazaar varsha hai?

¹²⁷Did you know previously that the duration of the world is 5000 years?

¹¹⁴woh to laakhon varsha kah dete hain। ¹¹⁵abhi baap ne samjhaaya hai 1250 varsha ka har yug hota hai।

¹²⁸Those people say that it is hundreds of thousands of years, but the Father has now explained to you that every age is 1250 years.

¹¹⁶svaastika mein poore 4 bhaag hote dikhaate hain।

¹²³shreenaath ke mandir mein ghi ke bhandaar hote hain। ¹²⁴sab ghi ki tali hui achhi-achhi cheezen milti hain।

¹²⁵baahar mein dukaan lag jaate hain।

¹²⁹woh jagat naath, woh shreenaath।

¹⁴²One is Jagannath and the other is Shrinath.

¹³⁰sukhdhaam aur duhkhadhaam ko dikhaate hain।

¹⁴³They show the land of happiness and the land of sorrow.

¹³¹shreenaath sukhdhaam ka tha, woh duhkhadhaam ka।

¹⁴⁴Shrinath belonged to the land of happiness and the other to the land of sorrow.

¹³⁵gyaan ka saagar ek baap hi hai।

¹³⁶bhakti ko kaha jaata hai agyaan, unse kuchh milta nahin।

¹⁴⁹Devotion is called ignorance and you don't receive anything from that.

¹³⁷vahaan sirf guru logon ki aamadni bahut hoti, hoshiyaar hoga, unse koi seekhega to woh kahenge yeh hamaara guru hai। ¹³⁸usne hamko yeh sikhaaya hai।

¹⁵⁰There, the gurus have a lot of income. ¹⁵¹If someone is clever and others learn something from him, those others would say: This one is my guru and he taught me this.

¹³⁹woh sab jismaani hain, janma lene vaale।

¹⁵²All of those are physical, those who take birth.

¹⁴⁰abhi tumhaare saath kaun hai?

¹⁴⁷kuen mein bhi roz-roz paani pahaad se aata hai, woh kabhi banda nahin hota।

¹⁷⁰Renounce your bodies and all your bodily relations, consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me and your sins of many births will be burnt away.

¹⁵⁴baap tumko janma-janmaantar ke paapon se chhudaate hain।

¹⁷¹The Father liberates you from the sins of many births.

¹⁶⁰abhi saari duniya par, usmein bhi khaas bhaarat par raahu ki dasha baithi hui hai।

¹⁶³sachmuch kaala bana dete hain।

¹⁷⁴vichaar karna chaahiye ki kaala kyon banaate hain?

¹⁹⁴Just think about why they show them as ugly.

¹⁷⁵kaali kalkatte vaali bhi hai, maa-maa kah hairaan hote hain, sabse kaali woh hai aur bahut bhayaanak dikhaate hain।

¹⁹⁵There is also Kali of Calcutta. ¹⁹⁶They call out to her, "Ma, Ma," and experience distress. ¹⁹⁷She is a most feared one and they show a very fearsome form of her.

¹⁸¹aage sindh mein devi ka mandir nahin tha।

²⁰²Previously, they didn't have a temple to that goddess in Sindh.

¹⁸²jab bomb phata to ek brahman bola kaali ne humein aavaaz diya hai - hamaara mandir hai nahin, jaldi banaao, nahin to aur bhi bam phatenge।

²⁰⁶kitni thodi jameen chaahiye।

²²⁸You need so little land.

²⁰⁷chhota bageecha phir vriddhi hote-hote kaliyug ant tak kitna bada ho jaata hai aur 5 vikaaron ki praveshta ke kaaran woh kaanton ka jangal ban jaata hai।

²²⁹At first, it is a small garden and it then gradually grows and by the end of the iron age, it becomes so big and, because of the influence of the five vices, it becomes a forest of thorns.

²⁰⁸baap kehte hain kaam mahaashatru hai inse tum aadi, madhya, ant duhkh paate ho।

²³⁰The Father says: Lust is the greatest enemy. ²³¹You receive sorrow from its beginning through the middle to the end.

²⁰⁹gyaan aur bhakti ko bhi ab tumne samjha hai।

²³²You now understand this knowledge and that devotion.

²³³Destruction is just ahead of you. ²³⁴Therefore, now make effort quickly.

²³⁵Otherwise, your sins will not be burnt away.

²³⁶Your sins can only be cut away by having remembrance of the Father.
