¹“meethe bachche - chaitanya avastha mein rah baap ko yaad karna hai, sunna avastha mein chale jaana ya neend karna - yeh koi yog nahin hai''

¹Essence: Sweet children, remain in a conscious state and remember the Father. ²To go into the stage of nothingness or to sleep is not having yoga.

²prashn:- tumhein aankhe banda karke baithne ki mana kyon ki jaati hai?

³Question: Why are you not allowed to sit here with your eyes closed?

³uttar:- agar tum aankh banda karke baithenge to dukaan ka saara saamaan hi chor chori karke le jaayenge।

⁴Answer: If you sit with your eyes closed, a thief can steal all the goods in your shop.

⁴maaya chor buddhi mein kuchh bhi dhaarna hone nahin degi।

⁵Maya, the thief, will not allow your intellects to imbibe anything.

⁵aankh banda karke yog mein baithenge to neend aa jaayegi। ⁶pata hi nahin chalega isliye aankhe kholkar baithna hai।

⁶If you sit in yoga with your eyes closed, you will fall asleep and you will not know anything. ⁷Therefore, sit with your eyes open.

⁷kaamkaaj karte buddhi se baap ko yaad karna hai।

⁸While doing your work, remember the Father with your intellects.

⁸ismen hathayog ki baat nahin hai।

⁹There is no question of hatha yoga in this.

⁹om shanti।

¹⁰Om shanti.

¹⁰roohaani baap kehte hain bachchon ko, yeh bhi bachcha hai na।

¹¹The spiritual Father tells you spiritual children: This one is also a child.

¹¹dehdhaari sab bachche hain।

¹²All bodily beings are His children.

¹²to roohaani baap aatmaon ko kehte hain, aatma hi mukhya hai।

¹³So, the spiritual Father says to souls: The main thing is the soul.

¹³yeh to achhi reeti samjho।

¹⁴Understand this very well.

¹⁴yahaan jab saamne baithte ho to aise nahin shareer se nyaara ho gum ho jaana hai।

¹⁵When you are sitting here in front, you should not detach yourself from your body and disappear.

¹⁵shareer se nyaara ho gum ho jaana, yeh koi yaad ke yaatra ki avastha nahin hai।

¹⁶To detach yourself from your body and disappear is not the stage of the pilgrimage of remembrance.

¹⁶yahaan to sujaag ho baithna hai।

¹⁷You have to sit here while alert.

¹⁷chalte phirte, uthte baithte apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karna hai।

¹⁸As you walk and move around or sit, consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

¹⁸baap aise nahin kehte yahaan baithe behosh ho jaao।

¹⁹The Father does not tell you to become unconscious as you sit here.

¹⁹aise bahut baithe-baithe gum ho jaate hain।

²⁰There are many who disappear while sitting here.

²⁰tumhein to sujaag hokar baithna hai aur phir pavitra bhi banna hai।

²¹You have to sit here and remain alert. ²²You also have to become pure.

²¹pavitrata bigar dhaarna nahin hogi, kiska kalyaan nahin kar sakenge, kisko kah nahin sakenge।

²³You will not be able to imbibe this knowledge without having purity. ²⁴You will neither be able to bring benefit to anyone nor will you be able to tell this to others.

²²khud pavitra rehte nahin aur doosre ko kehte hain, woh to pandit ho gaya।

²⁵Those who do not remain pure themselves but tell others to do so are like pundits.

²³miya mitthu bhi nahin banna hai, phir woh dil andar khaata rahega।

²⁶You must not consider yourselves to be clever. ²⁷Otherwise, your consciences will bite you.

²⁴aise mat samjho ham sunna mein chale jaate hain।

²⁸Don’t think that you can close your eyes and go into a state of nothingness.

²⁵aankhe banda ho jaati hain, yeh koi yaad ki avastha nahin hai, ismen chaitanya avastha mein rah baap ko yaad karna hai।

²⁹That is not the stage of remembrance. ³⁰Here, you have to remain in a conscious state and remember the Father.

²⁶neend karna koi yaad karna nahin hai।

³¹To fall asleep is not having remembrance.

²⁷bachchon ko kai points samjhaai jaati hain।

³²Many points are explained to you children.

²⁸shaastron mein dikhaaya gaya hai - saatveen bhoomika mein chale jaate hain, unko duniya ka pata nahin padta hai।

³³It is shown in the scriptures that they go into the seventh world (stage of consciousness) and they are not aware of this world at all.

²⁹tumko to duniya ka pata hai na। ³⁰yeh chhi-chhi duniya hai।

³⁴You know about the world; this is a dirty world.

³¹baap ko koi jaante nahin hain।

³⁵No one knows the Father.

³²agar baap ko jaante to srishti chakra ko bhi jaan jaaen।

³⁶If they were to know the Father, they would also know the cycle of the world.

³³baap batlaate hain yeh chakra kaise phirta hai। ³⁴manushya punarjanma kaise lete hain।

³⁷The Father tells you how this cycle turns and how human beings take rebirth.

³⁵satayug mein bhal badi aayu ho jaati to bhi badsoorat nahin honge।

³⁸In the golden age, even though you become old, your face does not become ugly.

³⁶baaki sanyaasiyon ka to hai hathayog।

³⁹Sannyasis do hatha yoga.

³⁷aankhe banda karna, guphaaon mein baithe-baithe badsoorat ban jaana…।

⁴⁰They close their eyes and, while sitting in caves, they become old and ugly.

³⁸tumko to baap kehte hain grihastha vyavhaar mein rehte sujaag rehna hai।

⁴¹The Father tells you: While living at home with your families, you have to remain alert.

³⁹sunna mein chale jaana, yeh koi avastha nahin hai।

⁴²To go into the stage of nothingness is not really a stage.

⁴⁰dhandha aadi bhi karna hai, grihastha vyavhaar bhi sambhaalna hai।

⁴³You have to carry on with your business etc. and also look after your household.

⁴¹sunna mein nahin jaana hai।

⁴⁴You must not go into the stage of nothingness.

⁴²kaam-kaaj karte buddhi se baap ko yaad karna hai।

⁴⁵While doing your work, remember the Father with your intellects.

⁴³zaroor kaam karenge, aankhe khol-kar karenge na।

⁴⁶When you do your work, you surely do it with your eyes open.

⁴⁴dhandha aadi sab kuchh karte raho। ⁴⁵buddhi yog baap ke saath ho।

⁴⁷Continue to attend to your business etc., but let your intellects be in yoga with the Father.

⁴⁶ismen gaphlat nahin karni hai।

⁴⁸You must not become careless about this.

⁴⁷dukaan par baithe aankhe banda ho jaayegi to koi saamaan hi le jaayenge aur pata bhi nahin padega।

⁴⁹If you closed your eyes while sitting in your shop, someone would steal your stock and you would not even know.

⁴⁸yeh koi avastha nahin।

⁵⁰That stage is not accurate.

⁴⁹ham deh se nyaare ho jaate hain, yeh sab hathayogiyon ki baaten hain।

⁵¹To become detached from one’s body is the practice of hatha yogis.

⁵⁰riddhi siddhi vaale karte hain।

⁵²It is those with occult power who do that.

⁵¹baap to achhi reeti baith samjhaate hain, ismen aankhe nahin banda karni hai।

⁵³The Father sits here and explains to you very clearly; you must not close your eyes for this.

⁵²baap kehte hain mitra sambandhiyon ko jo baith yaad karte ho, woh sab bhool jaao। ⁵³ek baap ko yaad karna hai।

⁵⁴The Father says: You must now forget all your friends and relatives that you have been remembering, but you must remember the one Father.

⁵⁴sivaae yaad ki yaatra ke paap kat nahin sakte।

⁵⁵Without having the pilgrimage of remembrance, your sins cannot be cut away.

⁵⁵bhog le jaate hain, gum ho jaate hain sookshm vatan mein।

⁵⁶When they take bhog to the subtle region, they get lost.

⁵⁶ismen kya hota hai?

⁵⁷What happens?

⁵⁷jitna samay vahaan hain vikarma vinaash ho na saken।

⁵⁸For as long as they are there, their sins cannot be absolved.

⁵⁸shivbaaba ko yaad kar na saken। ⁵⁹na baba ki vaani sun sakenge। ⁶⁰to ghaata pad jaata hai।

⁵⁹They can neither remember Shiv Baba nor can they hear Baba’s murli, and so there is a loss.

⁶¹parantu yeh drama mein noondh hai isliye jaate hain।

⁶⁰However, it is fixed in the drama and this is why they go there.

⁶²phir aakar murli sunte hain isliye baba kehte hain jaao, phauran aao, baitho nahin।

⁶¹They then come down and listen to the murli. ⁶²This is why Baba says: Go and return quickly! ⁶³Don’t stay there!

⁶³khelpaal karna baba ne banda kar diya hai।

⁶⁴Baba put a stop to all of those entertaining games.

⁶⁴yeh bhi ghoomna phirna rulna hua na।

⁶⁵To go around in this way is like wandering and wailing.

⁶⁵bhakti maarga mein rulna pitna bahut hota hai kyonki andhiyaara maarga hai na।

⁶⁶There is a great deal of wandering and wailing on the path of devotion, because it is the path of darkness.

⁶⁶meera dhyaan mein vaikuntha mein chali jaati thi।

⁶⁷Meera used to go to Paradise in trance.

⁶⁷woh yog va padhaai thode hi thi।

⁶⁸That was neither yoga nor a study.

⁶⁸kya usne sadgati ko paaya?

⁶⁹Did she attain salvation through that?

⁶⁹svarga jaane laayak bani?

⁷⁰Did she become worthy of going to heaven?

⁷⁰janma-janmaantar ke paap kate?

⁷¹Were her sins of many births cut away?

⁷¹bilkul nahin।

⁷²Absolutely not!

⁷²janma-janmaantar ke paap to baap ki yaad se hi katte hain।

⁷³The sins of many births can only be cut away by having remembrance of the Father.

⁷³baaki saakshaatkaar aadi se koi phaayda nahin hota।

⁷⁴There is no benefit in having visions etc.

⁷⁴yeh to sirf bhakti hai।

⁷⁵That is simply devotion.

⁷⁵na yaad hai, na gyaan hai।

⁷⁶It is neither remembrance nor this knowledge.

⁷⁶bhakti maarga mein yeh sikhlaane vaala koi hota hi nahin to sadgati ko bhi paate nahin। ⁷⁷bhal kitna bhi saakshaatkaar ho, shuru mein to bachchiyaan aapehi chali jaati thi।

⁷⁷There is no one on the path of devotion who teaches these things and so they are not able to attain salvation, no matter how many visions they may have. ⁷⁸In the beginning, children used to go into trance by themselves.

⁷⁸mama-baba thode hi jaate the।

⁷⁹Mama and Baba did not go into trance.

⁷⁹yeh to shuru mein baba ko sirf sthaapna aur vinaash ka saakshaatkaar hua।

⁸⁰In the beginning, Baba simply had a vision of establishment and destruction.

⁸⁰peechhe to kuchh nahin hua।

⁸¹Nothing happened after that.

⁸¹ham kisko bhi bhejte nahin hain।

⁸²I do not send anyone up there.

⁸²haan, bithaakar kah dete baba inki rassi kheencho। ⁸³woh bhi drama mein hoga to rassi kheenchenge, nahin to nahin।

⁸³Yes, I (Brahma) sit them down and say: “Baba, pull the thread of this one,” and if it is in the drama, her thread will be pulled. ⁸⁴Otherwise, it won’t be.

⁸⁴saakshaatkaar to dher hote hain।

⁸⁵Many receive visions.

⁸⁵jaise shuru mein bahut saakshaatkaar karte the, pichhaadi mein bhi bahut saakshaatkaar karenge, mirooa maut malooka shikaar..... itne dher manushya hain, woh sab shareer chhod denge।

⁸⁶Many used to have visions in the beginning and many will have visions at the end. ⁸⁷It will be death for the prey and victory for the hunter. ⁸⁸There are countless human beings and they will all leave their bodies here.

⁸⁶shareer sahit koi satayug mein va shantidham mein nahin jaayenge।

⁸⁹No one will take his body or anything else to the golden age or to the land of silence.

⁸⁷kitne dher manushya hain, sab vinaash ko praapta karenge।

⁹⁰There are countless human beings. ⁹¹All are to be destroyed.

⁸⁸baaki ek aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma ki sthaapna ho rahi hai brahma dvaara।

⁹²The one original, eternal, deity religion is now being established through Brahma.

⁸⁹tum bachchiyaan gaanv-gaanv mein jaakar kitni service karti ho।

⁹³You daughters go to the villages and do so much service.

⁹⁰yahi kehti ho ki apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo।

⁹⁴You say to them: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

⁹¹sanyaasi to raajayog sikhlaana jaante nahin।

⁹⁵Sannyasis don’t know how to teach Raja Yoga.

⁹²baap bigar raajayog sikhlaave kaun?

⁹⁶Who, apart from the Father, can teach Raja Yoga?

⁹³tum bachchon ko baap abhi raajayog sikhla rahe hain।

⁹⁷The Father is now teaching you children Raja Yoga.

⁹⁴phir raajaai mil jaati hai। ⁹⁵tum apaar sukhon mein rehte ho।

⁹⁸You will then receive your kingdom and you will remain in limitless happiness.

⁹⁶vahaan to phir yaad karne ki darkaar hi nahin। ⁹⁷rinchak bhi duhkh nahin hota hai।

⁹⁹There will be no need to have remembrance there; there will not be the slightest trace of sorrow.

⁹⁸aayu bhi badi, kaaya bhi nirogi hoti hai।

¹⁰⁰Your lifespans will be long and your bodies will be free from disease.

⁹⁹yahaan kitne duhkh hain।

¹⁰¹Here, there is a great deal of sorrow.

¹⁰⁰aise to nahin baap ne duhkh ke liye khel racha hai।

¹⁰²It is not that the Father has created this play to cause you sorrow.

¹⁰¹yeh to khel sukh-duhkh, haar-jeet ka aadi anaadi hai।

¹⁰³This is an original and eternal play of happiness and sorrow, victory and defeat.

¹⁰²in sab baaton ko sanyaasi jaante hi nahin to samjha kaise sakte।

¹⁰⁴Sannyasis do not know these things and so how could they explain anything?

¹⁰³woh to bhakti maarga ke shaastra aadi padhne vaale hain।

¹⁰⁵They study the scriptures etc. of the path of devotion.

¹⁰⁴tumko kaha jaata hai - apne ko aatma samajh baap ko yaad karo।

¹⁰⁶You are each told: Consider yourself to be a soul and remember the Father.

¹⁰⁵woh sanyaasi phir aatma samajh brahm ko yaad karte hain।

¹⁰⁷Those sannyasis consider themselves to be part of the soul and they remember the brahm element.

¹⁰⁶brahm ko paramatma samajhte hain, brahm gyaani hain।

¹⁰⁸They consider the brahm element to be the Supreme Soul. ¹⁰⁹They only have knowledge of the brahm element.

¹⁰⁷vaastav mein brahm hai rahne ka sthaan। ¹⁰⁸jahaan tum aatmaayen rehti ho woh phir kehte ham unmein leen honge।

¹¹⁰In fact, the brahm element is the place of residence, where you souls reside, but they say that they will merge into the element.

¹⁰⁹unka gyaan hi saara ulta hai।

¹¹¹Their knowledge is totally upside-down.

¹¹⁰yahaan to behad ka baap tum bachchon ko padhaate hain।

¹¹²Here, the unlimited Father teaches you children.

¹¹¹woh kehte bhagwan 40 hazaar varsha baad aayega, isko kaha jaata hai agyaan andhiyaara।

¹¹³They say that God will come after forty thousand years. ¹¹⁴That is called the darkness of ignorance.

¹¹²baap kehte hain nai duniya ki sthaapna aur puraani duniya ka vinaash karne vaala to main hoon।

¹¹⁵The Father says: I am the One who establishes the new world and who has the old world destroyed.

¹¹³main sthaapna kar raha hoon, vinaash bhi saamne khada hai।

¹¹⁶I am carrying out the task of establishment; destruction is also standing ahead.

¹¹⁴ab jaldi karo।

¹¹⁷Now, hurry up and become pure!

¹¹⁵paavan bano tab hi paavan duniya mein jaayenge।

¹¹⁸Only then will you be able to go to the pure world.

¹¹⁶yeh to puraani tamopradhaan duniya hai। ¹¹⁷lakshmi-naaraayan ka raajya thode hi hai।

¹¹⁹This is an old tamopradhan world; it is not the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan.

¹¹⁸inka raajya nai duniya mein tha, ab nahin hai।

¹²⁰Their kingdom existed in the new world; it no longer exists.

¹¹⁹yeh punarjanma lete aaye hain।

¹²¹They have continued to take rebirth.

¹²⁰shaastron mein to kya-kya likh diya hai।

¹²²All sorts of things have been written in the scriptures.

¹²¹krishna ko dikhaaya hai arjun ke ghode gaadi mein baitha hai।

¹²³They have shown Shri Krishna sitting in Arjuna’s horse chariot.

¹²²aise nahin ki arjun ke andar krishna baitha hai।

¹²⁴It was not that Shri Krishna was sitting inside Arjuna.

¹²³krishna to dehdhaari tha na, na koi ladaai aadi ki baat hai।

¹²⁵Shri Krishna was a bodily being. ¹²⁶There was no question of a war etc.

¹²⁴unhonne to paandavon aur kaurvon ka lashkar alag-alag kar diya hai।

¹²⁷They have divided the armies of the Pandavas and the Kauravas.

¹²⁵yahaan to woh baat nahin।

¹²⁸However, those things do not happen here.

¹²⁶yeh bhakti maarga ke athaah shaastra hain।

¹²⁹Those are the limitless scriptures of the path of devotion.

¹²⁷satayug mein yeh hote nahin।

¹³⁰They do not exist in the golden age.

¹²⁸vahaan to gyaan ki praalabdha raajdhaani hai।

¹³¹There, it is your kingdom, your reward of this knowledge.

¹²⁹vahaan sukh hi sukh hai।

¹³²There, there is nothing but happiness.

¹³⁰baap nai duniya sthaapan karte hain to zaroor nai duniya mein sukh hoga na।

¹³³The Father establishes a new world, and so there would definitely be happiness in a new world.

¹³¹baap kabhi puraana makaan banaate hain kya!

¹³⁴Would the Father build an old home?

¹³²baap to naya makaan banaate hain, us duniya ko hi satopradhaan duniya kaha jaata hai।

¹³⁵The Father would build a new home. ¹³⁶That world is called the satopradhan world.

¹³³abhi to sab tamopradhaan apvitra hain, paraaye raavan raajya mein baithe hain।

¹³⁷This world is now impure, tamopradhan. ¹³⁸You are now sitting in the foreign kingdom of Ravan.

¹³⁴raam to kaha jaata hai shivbaaba ko, raam-raam kah raam naam ka daan dete hain।

¹³⁹Shiv Baba is called Rama. ¹⁴⁰They make donations in the name of Rama, chanting, “Rama, Rama”.

¹³⁵ab kahaan raam, kahaan shivbaaba।

¹⁴¹Now, there is a vast difference between Rama and Shiv Baba.

¹³⁶ab shivbaaba tum bachchon ko kehte hain maamekam yaad karo।

¹⁴²Shiv Baba now tells you children: Remember Me alone.

¹³⁷jahaan se aaye ho vahaan hi phir jaana hai, jab tak baap ko yaad kar pavitra nahin banenge to vaapis bhi ja nahin sakenge।

¹⁴³You now have to return to the place you came from. ¹⁴⁴Until you remember the Father and become pure, you will not be able to return home.

¹³⁸tumhaare mein bhi koi virle hain jo achhi reeti baap ko yaad karte hain।

¹⁴⁵There are very few among you who remember the Father accurately.

¹³⁹mukh se to kahne ki baat nahin।

¹⁴⁶It is not a question of saying anything through your lips.

¹⁴⁰bhakti mein raam-raam mukh se kehte hain।

¹⁴⁷On the path of devotion, people say, “Rama, Rama”, with their lips.

¹⁴¹koi nahin kahenge to samjhenge yeh naastik hain।

¹⁴⁸If someone doesn’t chant this, they call him an atheist.

¹⁴²kitna aavaaz karke gaate hain।

¹⁴⁹They sing very loudly.

¹⁴³jitna jhaad bada hota hai, utni bhakti ki saamagri badi hoti jaati hai।

¹⁵⁰As the tree grows, so the paraphernalia of the path of devotion also grows.

¹⁴⁴beej kitna chhota hota hai।

¹⁵¹The Seed is very tiny.

¹⁴⁵tumko koi cheez nahin, koi aavaaz nahin।

¹⁵²You do not have anything nor do you make any sound.

¹⁴⁶sirf kehte hain - apne ko aatma samajh mujhe yaad karo।

¹⁵³You are simply told to consider yourselves to be souls and remember Me.

¹⁴⁷mukh se kehna bhi nahin hai।

¹⁵⁴You do not have to say anything with your lips.

¹⁴⁸laukik baap ko bhi bachche buddhi se yaad karte hain।

¹⁵⁵Children remember their physical fathers with their intellects.

¹⁴⁹baba-baba baithkar kehte thode hi hain।

¹⁵⁶They do not sit and say: Baba, Baba.

¹⁵⁰tum abhi jaante ho aatmaon ka baap kaun hai।

¹⁵⁷You now understand who the Father of souls is.

¹⁵¹aatmaayen to sab bhaai-bhaai hain।

¹⁵⁸All souls are brothers.

¹⁵²aatma ko aur koi naam nahin।

¹⁵⁹Souls do not have any other name.

¹⁵³baaki shareer ka naam badalta hai।

¹⁶⁰However, the names of bodies change.

¹⁵⁴aatma to aatma hi hai। ¹⁵⁵woh bhi param aatma।

¹⁶¹A soul is a soul and that One is the Supreme Soul.

¹⁵⁶unka naam hai shiv।

¹⁶²His name is Shiva.

¹⁵⁷unko apna shareer hai nahin।

¹⁶³He does not have a body of His own.

¹⁵⁸baap kehte hain mujhe bhi agar shareer hota to punarjanma mein aana padta।

¹⁶⁴The Father says: If I had a body of My own, I would also have to take birth and rebirth.

¹⁵⁹tumko phir sadgati kaun dete?

¹⁶⁵Who would then grant you salvation?

¹⁶⁰bhakti maarga mein mujhe yaad karte hain।

¹⁶⁶People remember Me on the path of devotion.

¹⁶¹anek chitra hain।

¹⁶⁷There are many images.

¹⁶²abhi tum narkavaasi se svargavaasi bante ho na।

¹⁶⁸You are now becoming residents of heaven from residents of hell.

¹⁶³janma to narka mein liya hai। ¹⁶⁴marenge svarga ke liye।

¹⁶⁹You have taken birth in hell but you will have to die in order to go to heaven.

¹⁶⁵yahaan tum aaye hi ho svarga mein jaane ke liye।

¹⁷⁰You have come here in order to go to heaven.

¹⁶⁶jaise koi bridge aadi banaate hain, to pahle foundation ceremony kar lete hain phir bridge banti rehti hai।

¹⁷¹Before a bridge etc. is constructed, they hold a foundation ceremony and then the bridge continues to be constructed.

¹⁶⁷svarga ki sthaapna ka udghaatan (foundation ceremony) baap ne kar liya hai, ab taiyaari hoti rehti hai।

¹⁷²The Father has already performed the inauguration (foundation ceremony) of the establishment of heaven. ¹⁷³Preparations are now taking place.

¹⁶⁸makaan banne mein time lagta hai kya?

¹⁷⁴Does it take time to build a building?

¹⁶⁹government karne par aaye to ek maas mein makaan khada kar le।

¹⁷⁵Once the Government begins to build one, they are able to construct it within a month.

¹⁷⁰vilaayat mein to makaan taiyaar milte hain।

¹⁷⁶Abroad, you can buy ready-made homes.

¹⁷¹svarga mein to bahut vishaal buddhi satopradhaan hote hain।

¹⁷⁷In heaven your intellects will be broad, unlimited and satopradhan.

¹⁷²science ki buddhi teekhi hoti hai।

¹⁷⁸Scientists have very clever intellects.

¹⁷³jhat banaate jaayenge, makaanon mein jadit bhi lagti jaayegi।

¹⁷⁹They will build things very quickly. ¹⁸⁰There, the walls will be studded with jewels.
