Essence

1 «  mīṭhē bachchē - tumhārī yah paṛhāī source of income hai , is paṛhāī sē 21 janmō̃ kē liē kamāī kā prabandh hō jātā hai ' '

1Essence: Sweet children, this study of yours is your source of income. 2Through this study, you arrange an income for 21 births.

Question

2Praśhna  : muktidhām mē̃ jānā kamāī hai yā ghāṭā  ?

3Question: Is it an income or a loss to go to the land of liberation?

Answer

3Uttar  : bhaktō̃ kē liē yah bhī kamāī hai kyōṅki ādhākalp sē śhānti-śhānti māṅgtē āyē haĩ .

4Answer: For devotees it is an income, because for half a cycle, they have been asking for peace.

4Bahut mēhnat kē bād bhī śhānti nahī̃ milī .

5Even after making a lot of effort, they haven’t found peace.

5Ab bāp dvārā śhānti miltī hai arthāt muktidhām mē̃ jātē haĩ tō yah bhī ādhākalp key|kī mēhnat kā phal huā isliē isē bhī kamāī kahē̃gē , ghāṭā nahī̃ .

6They are now to receive peace from the Father, that is, they are to go to the land of liberation. 7So, that is the fruit of their efforts of half a cycle. 8This is why that too is said to be an income, not a loss.

6Tum bachchē tō jīvanmukti mē̃ jānē kā purūṣhārth kartē hō .

9You children are making effort to go to the land of liberation in life.

7Tumhārī buddhi mē̃ abhī sārē world key|kī history-geography nāch rahī hai .

10You now have the history and geography of the whole world dancing in your intellects.

Murli

8Ōm śhānti .

11Om shanti.

9Mīṭhē-mīṭhē rūhānī bachchō̃ kō rūhānī bāp nē yah tō samjhāyā hai ki rūh hī sab kuchh samajhtī hai .

12The spiritual Father has explained to you sweetest children that it is the spirit that understands everything.

10Is samay tum bachchō̃ kō rūhānī duniyā mē̃ bāp lē jātē haĩ .

13At this time, the Father is to take you children to the spiritual world.

11Unkō kahā jātā hai rūhānī daivī duniyā , iskō kahā jātā hai jismānī duniyā , manuṣhyō̃ key|kī duniyā .

14That is called the spiritual deity world and this is called the physical world, the world of human beings.

12Bachchē samajhtē haĩ daivī duniyā thī , vah daivī manuṣhyō̃ key|kī pavitra duniyā thī .

15You children understand that there was a deity world. 16It was a pure world of divine human beings.

13Abhī manuṣhya apavitr haĩ isliē un dēvtāō̃ kā gāyan pūjan kartē haĩ .

17Human beings now are impure and this is why they praise and worship those deities.

14Yah smr̥iti hai ki barōbar pahlē jhāṛ mē̃ ēk hī dharm hōgā .

18You have the awareness that, in the tree, there is truly first just the one religion.

15Virāṭ rūp mē̃ jhāṛ par bhī samjhānā hai .

19You have to explain the picture of the tree too, when you explain the variety-form image.

16Is jhāṛ kā bījrūp ūpar mē̃ hai .

20The Seed of this tree is up above.

17Jhāṛ kā bīj hai bāp , phir jaisā bīj vaisā phal arthāt pattē nikaltē haĩ .

21The Father is the Seed of this tree. 22As is the seed, so is the fruit, that is, the leaves that emerge from it.

18Yah bhī wonder hai nā .

23This too is a wonder.

19Kitnī chhōṭī chīz kitnā phal dētī hai .

24Such a tiny thing gives so much fruit!

20Kitnā unkā rūp badaltā jātā hai .

25Its form continues to change so much.

21Is manuṣhya sr̥iṣhṭi rūpī jhāṛ kō kōī nahī̃ jāntā , iskō kahā jātā hai kalpa vr̥ikṣha , iskā bas gītā mē̃ hī varṇan hai .

26No one knows this human world tree. 27This is called the kalpa tree. 28This is only mentioned in the Gita.

22Sab jāntē haĩ gītā hī number one dharm kā śhāstra hai .

29Everyone knows that the Gita is the scripture of the number one religion.

23Śhāstra bhī number-vār tō hōtē haĩ nā . 24Kaisē number-vār dharmō̃ key|kī sthāpanā hōtī hai , yah bhī sirph tum hī samajhtē hō , aur kōī mē̃ bhī yah gyān hōtā nahī̃ .

30Scriptures too are numberwise, just as religions are established numberwise. 31Only you children understand this. 32No one else has this knowledge.

25Tumhārī buddhi mē̃ hai pahlē-pahlē kis dharm kā jhāṛ hōtā hai phir unmē̃ aur dharmō̃ key|kī vr̥iddhi kaisē hōtī hai .

33It is in your intellects what religion is first in the tree, and then how the other religions grow.

26Iskō kahā jātā hai virāṭ nāṭak .

34This is called a huge drama.

27Bachchō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ sārā jhāṛ hai .

35This whole tree is in the intellects of you children.

28Jhāṛ key|kī utpatti kaisē hōtī hai , mukhya bāt hai yah .

36The main thing is how the tree grows.

29Dēvī-dēvatāō̃ kā jhāṛ abhī nahī̃ hai aur sab ṭāl-ṭāliyā̃ khaṛī haĩ . 30Bākī ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm kā foundation hai nahī̃ .

37The trunk of the deities doesn't exist now. 38All the branches and twigs are still standing there, but the foundation of the original, eternal deity religion doesn't exist.

31Yah bhī gāyan hai - ēk ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm key|kī sthāpanā kartē haĩ , bākī aur sab dharm vināśh hō jātē haĩ .

39It is remembered that the original, eternal deity religion is established and that all the other religions are destroyed.

32Abhī tum jāntē hō kitnā chhōṭā-sā daivī jhāṛ hōgā .

40You now know that the deity tree will be very small.

33Phir aur sab itnē dharm hōṅgē hī nahī̃ .

41At that time, none of the other religions will exist.

34Jhāṛ pahlē chhōṭā hōtā hai phir baṛā hōtā jātā hai .

42The tree is small at first and then it continues to grow.

35Baṛhtē-baṛhtē abhī kitnā baṛā hō gayā hai .

43It has gradually grown and has now become so big.

36Abhī inkī āyu pūrī hōtī hai , insē banyan tree kā misāl bahut achchhā samjhātē haĩ .

44Its lifespan is now over. 45The example of the banyan tree is very good to explain this.

37Yah bhī gītā kā gyān hai jō bāp tumhē̃ sammukh baiṭh sunātē haĩ , jissē tum rājāō̃ kā rājā bantē hō .

46This is also the knowledge of the Gita. 47The Father sits here and personally speaks this to you through which you become the kings of kings.

38Phir bhakti mārg mē̃ yah gītā śhāstra ādi banē̃gē .

48Then, on the path of devotion, the Gita scripture, etc. will be written again.

39Yah anādi drama banā huā hai .

49This drama is eternally predestined.

40Phir bhī aisē hī hōgā .

50The same will happen again.

41Phir jō-jō dharm sthāpan hōṅgē unkā apnā śhāstra hōgā .

51Then, whichever religion is established, it will have its own scripture.

42Sikkh dharm kā apnā śhāstra , kriściyan aur bauddhiyō̃ kā apnā śhāstra hōgā .

52The Sikh religion will have its own scripture and the Christians and Buddhists will have their own scriptures.

43Abhī tumhārī buddhi mē̃ sārē world key|kī history-geography nāch rahī hai .

53The history and geography of the whole world is now dancing in your intellects.

44Buddhi gyān dance kar rahī hai .

54The intellect is dancing the dance of knowledge.

45Tum sārē jhāṛ kō jān gayē hō . 46Kaisē-kaisē dharm ātē haĩ , kaisē vr̥iddhi kō pātē haĩ . 47Phir apnā ēk dharm sthāpan hōtā hai , bākī khalās hō jātē haĩ .

55You know this whole tree and how the religions come and how the tree grows and how our one religion is then established and everything else is destroyed.

48Gātē haĩ nā - gyān sūrya pragaṭā … abhī bilkul andhiyārā hai nā .

56They sing: When the Sun of Knowledge rises…. 57Now there is total darkness.

49Kitnē ḍhēr manuṣhya haĩ , phir yah itnē sab hōṅgē hī nahī̃ .

58There are now so many human beings but not all of them will exist here at that time.

50In lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ K|kē rājya mē̃ yah thē nahī̃ .

59They did not exist in the kingdom of Lakshmi and Narayan.

51Phir ēk dharm sthāpan hōnā hī hai .

60The one religion has to be established once again.

52Yah knowledge bāp hī ākar sunātē haĩ .

61Only the Father comes and speaks this knowledge.

53Tum bachchē kamāī kē liē kitnī knowledge ākar paṛhtē hō .

62You children come and study so much knowledge to earn an income.

54Bāp teacher bankar ātē haĩ tō ādhākalp tumhārī kamāī kā prabandh hō jātā hai . 55Tum bahut dhanvān ban jātē hō .

63The Father comes here as the Teacher and so the arrangement for your income is made for half a cycle and you become very wealthy.

56Tum jāntē hō abhī ham paṛh rahē haĩ .

64You know that you are now studying.

57Yah hai avināśhī gyān ratnō̃ key|kī paṛhāī .

65This is the study of the imperishable jewels of knowledge.

58Bhakti kō avināśhī gyān ratna nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

66Devotion is not said to be of the imperishable jewels of knowledge.

59Bhakti mē̃ manuṣhya jō kuchh paṛhtē haĩ , unsē ghāṭā hī hōtā hai . 60Ratna nahī̃ bantē .

67Through whatever they study on the path of devotion, there is only loss; they don't become jewels.

61Gyān ratnō̃ kā sāgar ēk bāp kō hī kahā jātā hai .

68Only the one Father is called the Ocean of the Jewels of Knowledge.

62Bākī vah hai bhakti .

69The other is devotion.

63Usmē̃ kōī bhī aim object hai nahī̃ .

70There is no aim or objective there.

64Kamāī hai nahī̃ .

71There is no income there.

65Kamāī kē liē tō school mē̃ paṛhtē haĩ .

72They study at school to earn an income.

66Phir bhakti karnē kē liē gurū kē pās jātē haĩ .

73Then, they go to a guru to perform devotion.

67Kōī javānī mē̃ gurū kartē haĩ , kōī buṛhāpē mē̃ gurū kartē haĩ .

74Some adopt a guru at a young age and others adopt a guru in their old age.

68Kōī chhōṭēpan mē̃ hī sannyās lē lētē haĩ .

75Some adopt renunciation at a young age.

69Kumbha K|kē mēlē par kitnē ḍhēr ātē haĩ .

76So many people go to the kumbha mela.

70Satyug mē̃ tō yah kuchh bhī nahī̃ hōgā .

77None of that will exist in the golden age.

71Tum bachchō̃ key|kī smr̥iti mē̃ sab bātē̃ ā gaī haĩ .

78You children now have all of these things in your awareness.

72Rachtā aur rachnā K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kō tum jān gayē hō .

79You now know the Creator and the beginning, middle and end of creation.

73Unhōnnē tō kalp key|kī āyu hī baṛī kar dī hai .

80They have lengthened the duration of the cycle.

74Īśhvar sarvavyāpī kah diyā hai .

81They have said that God is omnipresent.

75Gyān kā patā nahī̃ hai .

82They don't have any of this knowledge at all.

76Bāp ākar agyān nīnd sē sujāg kartē haĩ .

83The Father comes and awakens you from the sleep of ignorance.

77Abhī tumkō gyān key|kī dhārṇā hōtī jātī hai .

84You are now continuing to imbibe this knowledge.

78Battery bhartī jātī hai .

85Your batteries continue to be charged.

79Gyān sē hai kamāī , bhakti sē hai ghāṭā .

86Through this knowledge there is an income and through devotion, there is a loss.

80Time par jab ghāṭē kā samay pūrā hōtā hai tō phir bāp kamāī karānē ātē haĩ .

87When the time of your loss ends, the Father comes to inspire you to earn an income.

81Mukti mē̃ jānā - vah bhī kamāī hai .

88To go into liberation is also an income.

82Śhānti tō sab māṅgtē rahtē haĩ .

89Everyone continues to ask for peace.

83Śhānti dēvā kahnē sē buddhi bāp taraph chalī jātī hai .

90While saying, "O Bestower of Peace”", their intellects go to the Father.

84Kahtē haĩ - viśhva mē̃ śhānti hō , parantu vah kaisē hōgī - yah kiskō bhī patā nahī̃ hai .

91They say: There should be peace in the world, but no one knows how that will happen.

85Śhāntidhām , sukhdhām alag hōtē haĩ - yah bhī nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

92The land of peace is separate from the land of happiness. 93They don’t even know that.

86Jō pahlā number hai , unkō bhī kuchh patā nahī̃ thā .

94Even the one who was number one didn't know anything.

87Abhī tumkō sārī knowledge hai .

95You now have all of this knowledge.

88Tum jāntē hō - ham is karm-kṣhētra par karma kā part bajānē āyē haĩ .

96You know that you have come to play your parts of acting on this field of action.

89Kahā̃ sē āyē haĩ  ?

97Where did you come from?

90Brahmlōk sē .

98From the world of brahm.

91Nirākārī duniyā sē āyē haĩ is sākārī duniyā mē̃ part bajānē .

99You came from the incorporeal world to this corporeal world to play your parts.

92Ham ātmā dūsrī jagah key|kī rahnē vālī haĩ .

100We souls are residents of another place.

93Yahā̃ yah 5 tatvō̃ kā śharīr rahtā hai .

101These bodies of the five elements remain here.

94Śharīr hai tab ham bōl saktē haĩ .

102It is only when we have bodies that we are able to speak.

95Ham chaitanya pārṭdhārī haĩ .

103We are living actors.

96Abhī tum aisē nahī̃ kahē̃gē ki is drama K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kō ham nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .

104You would no longer say that you don't know the beginning, middle and end of this drama.

97Āgē nahī̃ jāntē thē .

105Previously, you didn't know it.

98Apnē bāp kō , apnē ghar kō , apnē rūp kō yathārth rīti nahī̃ jāntē thē .

106You neither knew your Father nor your home or form accurately.

99Abhī jāntē haĩ ātmā kaisē part bajātī rahtī hai .

107You now know how souls continue to play their parts.

100Smr̥iti āī hai .

108You have remembered this.

101Pahlē smr̥iti nahī̃ thī .

109Previously, you didn't remember this.

102Tum jāntē hō sachchā bāp hī sach sunātē haĩ , jissē ham sachkhaṇḍ K|kē mālik ban jātē haĩ .

110You know that only the true Father tells you the truth through which you become the masters of the land of truth.

103Sach kē ūpar bhī sukhmanī mē̃ hai .

111They have written of the Truth in the Sukhmani (Hymn of Peace), part of the Sikh Granth.

104Sat kahā jātā hai - sachkhaṇḍ kō .

112The land of truth is called the truth.

105Dēvtāyē̃ sab sach bōlnē vālē hōtē haĩ .

113All the deities are those who speak the truth.

106Sach sikhlānē vālā hai bāp .

114It is the Father who teaches you the truth.

107Unkī mahimā dēkhō kitnī hai .

115Look how much He is praised!

108Gāī huī mahimā tumkō kām mē̃ ātī hai .

116The praise of Him that is remembered is useful to you.

109Śhivbābā key|kī mahimā kartē haĩ .

117People praise Shiv Baba.

110Vahī jhāṛ K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kō jāntē haĩ .

118He alone knows the beginning, middle and end of the tree.

111Sach bāp sunātē haĩ tō tum bachchē sachchē ban jātē hō .

119The Father tells you the truth and so you children become truthful.

112Sachkhaṇḍ bhī ban jātā hai .

120The land of truth is also created.

113Bhārat sachkhaṇḍ thā .

121Bharat was the land of truth.

114Number one ūñch tē ūñch tīrtha bhī yah hai kyōṅki sarv key|kī sadgati karnē vālā bāp bhārat mē̃ hī ātē haĩ .

122This is the number one, highest-on-high pilgrimage place, because the Father who grants salvation to everyone only comes in Bharat.

115Ēk dharm key|kī sthāpanā hōtī hai , bākī sabkā vināśh hō jātā hai .

123The one religion is established and everything else is destroyed.

116Bāp nē samjhāyā hai - sūkṣhmavatan mē̃ kuchh hai nahī̃ .

124The Father has explained to you that there is nothing in the subtle region.

117Yah sab sākṣhātkār hōtē haĩ .

125All of those things are just visions that people have.

118Bhakti mārg mē̃ bhī sākṣhātkār hōtā hai .

126They have visions on the path of devotion too.

119Sākṣhātkār nahī̃ hōtā tō itnē mandir ādi kaisē bantē  !

127If there were no visions, how could all of those temples etc. have been built?

120Pūjā kyō̃ hōtī .

128Why does worshipping take place?

121Sākṣhātkār kartē haĩ , feel kartē haĩ yah chaitanya thē .

129They have visions and feel that those beings are in the living form.

122Bāp samjhātē haĩ - bhakti mārg mē̃ jō kuchh mandir ādi bantē haĩ , jō tumnē sunā dēkhā hai , vah sab repeat hōgā .

130The Father explains: All the temples, etc. that are built on the path of devotion, everything that you have seen and heard will repeat.

123Chakra phirtā hī rahtā hai .

131The cycle continues to turn.

124Gyān aur bhakti kā khēl banā huā hai .

132The play of this knowledge and that devotion has been created.

125Hamēśhā kahtē haĩ gyān , bhakti , vairāgya . 126Parantu detail kuchh nahī̃ jāntē .

133It is always said: “Knowledge, devotion and disinterest”; they don't know any of the detail at all.

127Bāp baiṭh samjhātē haĩ - gyān hai din , bhakti hai rāt .

134The Father sits here and explains that this knowledge is the day and that devotion is the night.

128Vairāgya hai rāt kā . 129Phir din hōtā hai .

135Disinterest is in the night and then it becomes the day.

130Bhakti mē̃ hai duḥkh isliē uskā vairāgya .

136There is sorrow in devotion and that is why there is disinterest in that.

131Sukh kā tō vairāgya nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

137You cannot say that there is disinterest in happiness.

132Sannyās ādi bhī duḥkh K|kē kāraṇ lētē haĩ .

138Renunciation too is adopted because of sorrow.

133Samajhtē haĩ pavitratā mē̃ sukh hai isliē strī kō tyāg chalē jātē haĩ .

139They believe that there is happiness in purity. 140That is why they renounce their wives and leave them.

134Ājkal tō dhanvān bhī ban gayē haĩ kyōṅki sampatti bigar tō sukh mil na sakē .

141Nowadays, they have even become wealthy, because one cannot receive happiness without wealth.

135Māyā war|vār kar jaṅgal sē phir śhahar mē̃ lē ātī hai .

142Maya attacks them and brings them back from the jungles into the cities.

136Vivēkānand aur rāmakr̥iṣhṇa bhī dō baṛē sannyāsī hōkar gayē haĩ .

143Vivekananda and Ramakrishna were two great sannyasis who existed in the past.

137Sannyās key|kī tākat rāmakr̥iṣhṇa mē̃ thī . 138Bākī bhakti kā samjhānā karnā , vah vivēkānand kā thā .

144Ramakrishna had the power of renunciation, but it was Vivekananda who explained and practised everything about devotion.

139Dōnō̃ key|kī pustakē̃ haĩ .

145They both have religious books.

140Pustak jab likhtē haĩ tō ēkāgrachit hō baiṭh likhtē haĩ .

146When someone writes a book, he sits in total concentration.

141Rāmakr̥iṣhṇa jab apnī biography baiṭh likhtē thē tō śhiṣhya kō bhī kahā tum jākar dūr baiṭhō .

147When Ramakrishna was writing his biography, he told his disciple to go and sit far away.

142Thā bahut tīkhā kaṛā sannyāsī , nām bhī bahut hai .

148He was a very strict sannyasi who was very well known.

143Bāp aisē nahī̃ kahtē ki strī kō mā̃ kahō .

149The Father does not say that you have to call your wife your mother.

144Bāp tō kahtē haĩ unkō bhī ātmā samjhō .

150The Father says: Consider her too to be a soul.

145Ātmāyē̃ tō sab bhāī haĩ .

151All souls are brothers.

146Sannyāsiyō̃ key|kī bāt alag hai , usnē strī kō mā̃ samjhā .

152The matter of sannyasis is separate. 153He (Ramakrishna) considered his wife to be his mother.

147Mā̃ key|kī baiṭh baṛāī kī hai .

154He praised his mother.

148Yah gyān kā rāstā hai , vairāgya key|kī bāt alag hai .

155This path is of this knowledge. 156Disinterest is something else.

149Vairāgya mē̃ ākar strī kō mā̃ samjhā .

157Because of disinterest, he considered his wife to be his mother.

150Mātā akṣhar mē̃ criminal eye nahī̃ hōgī .

158There cannot be a criminal eye when the word "mother" is used.

151Bahan mē̃ bhī criminal dr̥iṣhṭi jā saktī hai , mātā mē̃ kabhī kharāb khyāl nahī̃ jāyēṅgē .

159With the relationship of sister, there can be criminal vision. 160There would never be any bad thoughts about a mother.

152Bāp key|kī bachchī mē̃ bhī criminal dr̥iṣhṭi jā saktī hai , mā̃ mē̃ kabhī nahī̃ jāyēgī .

161A father can also have criminal vision for his daughter, but there would never be any criminal vision about a mother.

153Sannyāsī strī kō mā̃ samajhnē lagā .

162Therefore, the sannyasi began to consider his wife to be his mother.

154Unkē liē aisē nahī̃ kahtē ki duniyā kaisē chalēgī , paidāis kaisē hōgī  ?

163In connection with him they don’t ask: “How would the world continue? 164How would creation take place?”

155Vah tō ēk kō vairāgya āyā , mā̃ kah diyā .

165That was one person who had disinterest and he considered his wife to be his mother.

156Unkī mahimā dēkhō kitnī hai .

166Look how much he is praised!

157Yahā̃ bahan-bhāī kahnē sē bhī bahutō̃ key|kī dr̥iṣhṭi jātī hai isliē bābā kahtē haĩ - bhāī-bhāī samjhō .

167Here, the vision of many is pulled even with the awareness of brother and sister. 168This is why Baba says: Consider yourselves to be brothers.

158Yah hai gyān key|kī bāt .

169This is a matter of knowledge.

159Vah hai ēk key|kī bāt , yahā̃ tō prajāpitā brahmā key|kī santān ḍhēr bhāī-bahan haĩ nā .

170That is a matter of just one person. 171Here, there are many brothers and sisters who are the children of Prajapita Brahma.

160Bāp baiṭh sab bātē̃ samjhātē haĩ .

172The Father sits here and explains everything to you.

161Yah bhī tō śhāstra ādi paṛhā huā hai .

173This one has also studied the scriptures, etc.

162Vah dharm hī alag hai nivr̥itti mārg kā , sirph purūṣhō̃ kē liē hai .

174That religion of the path of isolation is a different one. 175That is just for men.

163Vah hai had kā vairāgya , tumkō tō sārī bēhad key|kī duniyā sē vairāgya hai .

176That is limited disinterest, whereas you have disinterest in this whole unlimited world.

164Saṅgam par hī bāp ākar tumhē̃ bēhad key|kī bātē̃ samjhātē haĩ .

177The Father only comes at the confluence age and explains unlimited things to you.

165Abhī is purānī duniyā sē vairāgya karnā hai .

178You now have to have disinterest in this old world.

166Yah bahut patit chhī-chhī duniyā hai .

179This is a very dirty and impure world.

167Yahā̃ śharīr pāvan hō na sakē .

180Bodies here cannot be pure.

168Ātmā kō nayā śharīr satyug mē̃ hī mil saktā hai .

181Only in the golden age will souls receive new bodies.

169Bhal yahā̃ ātmā pavitra bantī hai , parantu śharīr phir bhī apavitr rahtā hai , jab tak karmātīt avasthā hō .

182Although the soul becomes pure here, his body still remains impure until he reaches his karmateet stage.

170Sōnē mē̃ khād paṛtī hai tō zewar bhī khād vālā bantā hai .

183When alloy is mixed into gold, the jewellery made from that is also mixed with alloy.

171Khād nikal jāē tō zewar bhī sachchā banēgā .

184When the alloy is removed, the jewellery will also be of real gold.

172In lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ key|kī ātmā aur śharīr dōnō̃ satōpradhān haĩ .

185Both the souls and bodies of Lakshmi and Narayan are satopradhan.

173Tumhārī ātmā aur śharīr dōnō̃ hī tamōpradhān kālē haĩ .

186You souls and your bodies are both tamopradhan and ugly.

174Ātmā kām chitā par baiṭh kālī ban gaī hai .

187You souls have become ugly by sitting on the pyre of lust.

175Bāp kahtē haĩ phir ham ākar sānvarē sē gōrā banātē haĩ .

188The Father says: I come and make you beautiful from ugly.

176Yah gyān key|kī sārī bāt hai . 177Bākī pānī ādi key|kī bāt nahī̃ .

189All of these aspects are of this knowledge; there is no question of water, etc.

178Sab kām chitā par baiṭh patit ban paṛē haĩ isliē rākhī bandhavāī jātī hai ki pāvan bannē key|kī pratigyā karō .

190All have become impure by sitting on the pyre of lust. 191Therefore, a rakhi is tied on you to make you promise to become pure.

179Bāp kahtē haĩ ham ātmāō̃ sē bāt kartē haĩ .

192The Father says: I am speaking to souls.

180Maĩ ātmāō̃ kā bāp hū̃ , jiskō tum yād kartē āyē hō - bābā āō , hamkō sukhdhām mē̃ lē chalō .

193I am the Father of souls, the One you have been continually remembering: “Baba, come and take us to the land of happiness!

181Duḥkh harō , kaliyug mē̃ hōtē haĩ apār duḥkh .

194Remove our sorrow!” 195In the iron age, there is limitless sorrow.

182Bāp samjhātē haĩ tum kām chitā par baiṭh kālē tamōpradhān hō gayē hō .

196The Father explains: You have become ugly and tamopradhan by sitting on the pyre of lust.

183Ab maĩ āyā hū̃ - kām chitā sē utār gyān chitā par biṭhānē kē liē .

197I have now come to take you off the pyre of lust and seat you on the pyre of knowledge.

184Ab pavitra ban svarg mē̃ chalnā hai .

198You now have to become pure and go to heaven.

185Bāp kō yād karnā hai .

199You have to remember the Father.

186Bāp kaśhiśh kartē haĩ .

200The Father pulls you.

187Bābā kē pās yugal ātē haĩ - ēk kō kaśhiśh hōtī hai , dūsrē kō nahī̃ hōtī .

201When a couple came to Baba, one of them felt that pull whereas the other one didn't.

188Purūṣh nē phaṭ sē kah diyā - ham is antim janm mē̃ pavitra rahē̃gē , kām chitā par nahī̃ chaṛhē̃gē .

202The husband instantly said, "I will become pure in this final birth and not climb onto the pyre of lust."

189Aisē nahī̃ ki niśhchay hō gayā .

203That doesn't mean that there was faith.

190Niśhchay agar hōtā tō bēhad bāp kō patra likhtē , connection mē̃ rahtē .

204If there were faith, they would write a letter to the unlimited Father and maintain a connection.

191Sunā hai pavitra rahtē haĩ , apnē dhandhē ādi mē̃ hī mast rahtē haĩ .

205Baba has heard that they remain pure, but that they remain totally engrossed in their own business.

192Bāp kī yād hī kahā̃ hai .

206They don't have any remembrance of the Father.

193Aisē bāp kō tō bahut yād karnā chāhiē .

207You should remember such a Father a great deal.

194Strī-purūṣh kā āpas mē̃ kitnā pyār hōtā hai , pati kō kitnā yād kartī hai .

208Husband and wife have so much love for one another. 209A wife remembers her husband so much.

195Bēhad K|kē bāp kō tō sabsē jāstī yād karnā chāhiē .

210The unlimited Father should be remembered the most.

196Gāyan bhī hai nā - pyār karō chāhē ṭhukrāō , ham hāth kabhī nahī̃ chhōṛē̃gē .

211There is a song: Whether you love me or reject me, I will never let go of Your hand.

197Aisē nahī̃ , yahā̃ ākar rahnā hai , vah tō phir sannyās hō gayā .

212It isn't that you have to come and live here. 213That would be renunciation.

198Gharbār chhōṛ yahā̃ ākar rahē̃ .

214It would mean that you leave your homes and families and come and stay here.

199Tumkō tō kahā jātā hai , gr̥ihastha vyavahār mē̃ rahtē pavitra banō .

215You are told: Stay at home with your families and become pure.

200Yah pahlē tō bhaṭṭhī bannī thī , jissē itnē taiyār hō nikalē , unkā bhī bahut achchhā vr̥itānt haĩ .

216This furnace had to be created at the beginning through which so many became ready to go and serve. 217There is a very good story about them.

201Jō bāp kā bankar andar ( yagya mē̃ ) rahkarkē rūhānī service nahī̃ kartē vah jākar dās-dāsiyā̃ bantē haĩ phir pichhāṛī mē̃ number-vār purūṣhārth anusār tāj mil jātā hai .

218Those who belonged to the Father and stayed there in the yagya but didn't do any spiritual service will go and become maids and servants. 219They will receive a crown, at the end, numberwise, according to their efforts.

202Unhō̃ kā bhī gharānā hōtā hai , prajā mē̃ nahī̃ ā saktē .

220There are their clans too; they cannot become part of the subjects.

203Kōī bāhar kā āē andar vālā nahī̃ ban saktā .

221A person from outside cannot become an insider.

204Vallabhāchārī bāhar vālō̃ kō kabhī andar ānē nahī̃ dētē haĩ .

222Those of the Valbhachari sect never allow outsiders to enter their place.

205Yah sab samajhnē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .

223All of these matters have to be understood.

206Gyān hai second kā , phir bāp kō gyān kā sāgar kyō̃ kahā jātā hai  ?

224This knowledge is of only a second. 225So, why is the Father called the Ocean of Knowledge?

207Samjhātē hī rahtē haĩ pichhāṛī tak samjhātē hī rahē̃gē .

226He continues to explain to you and will continue to explain to you till the end.

208Jab rājdhānī sthāpan hō jāyēgī tum karmātīt avasthā mē̃ ā jāyēṅgē phir gyān pūrā hō jāyēgā .

227When the kingdom is established, you will reach your karmateet stage. 228Then, this knowledge will end.

209Hai second key|kī bāt . 210Parantu phir samjhānā paṛtā hai .

229It is a matter of just a second, but it still has to be explained.

211Had K|kē bāp sē had kā varsā , bēhad kā bāp viśhva kā mālik banā dētē haĩ .

230You receive a limited inheritance from a limited father, whereas the unlimited Father makes you into the masters of the world.

212Tum sukhdhām mē̃ jāyēṅgē tō bākī sab śhāntidhām mē̃ chalē jāyēṅgē .

231You will go to a land of happiness and all the rest will go to the land of peace.

213Vahā̃ tō hai hī sukh hī sukh .

232There, there is nothing but happiness.

214Yah tō khātirī hai - bāp āyē haĩ . 215Ham naī duniyā K|kē mālik ban rahē haĩ - rājyōg key|kī paṛhāī sē .

233The Father has come and we have the guarantee that we are becoming the masters of the new world by studying Raja Yoga.

216Achchhā  !

234Achcha.

217Mīṭhē-mīṭhē sikīladhē bachchō̃ prati māt-pitā bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur good morning .

235To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

218Rūhānī bāp kī rūhānī bachchō̃ kō namastē .

236The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.

Essence for dharna

219Dhārṇā kē liē mukhya sār  :

237Essence for dharna:

2201 ) is patit chhī-chhī duniyā sē bēhad kā vairāgya rakh ātmā kō pāvan banānē kā pūrā-pūrā purūṣhārth karnā hai .

238 1. Have unlimited disinterest in this dirty and impure world and make full effort to make your soul pure.

221Ēk bāp key|kī hī kaśhiśh mē̃ rahnā hai .

239Stay attracted to the one Father alone.

2222 ) gyān key|kī dhārṇā sē apnī battery bharnī hai .

240 2. Charge your battery by imbibing this knowledge.

223Gyān ratnō̃ sē svayã kō dhanvān banānā hai .

241Make yourself wealthy with the jewels of knowledge.

224Abhī kamāī kā samay hai isliē ghāṭē sē bachnā hai .

242It is now the time to earn an income. 243Therefore, save yourself from any loss.

Blessing

225Vardān  : gyān ratnō̃ kō dhāraṇ kar vyarth kō samāpt karnē vālē holy hans bhav

244Blessing: May you be a holy swan who imbibes the jewels of this knowledge and finishes all waste.

226Holy hans kī dō viśhēṣhatāyē̃ haĩ - ēk hai gyān ratna chugnā aur dūsrā nirṇay śhakti dvārā dūdh aur pānī kō alag karnā .

245 Holy swans have two specialities. 246One is to pick up the jewels of this knowledge and the other is to discern between water and milk with the power of discernment.

227Dūdh aur pānī kā arth|earth hai - samarth aur vyarth kā nirṇay .

247To separate milk from water means to discern between the wasteful and the powerful.

228Vyarth kō pānī K|kē samān kahtē haĩ aur samarth kō dūdh samān .

248Wasteful is said to be like water and powerful is said to be like milk.

229Tō vyarth kō samāpt karnā arthāt holy hans bannā .

249So, to finish waste means to be a holy swan.

230Her|har samay buddhi mē̃ gyān ratna chaltē rahē , manan chaltā rahē tō ratnō̃ sē bharpūr hō jāyēṅgē .

250Constantly let the jewels of this knowledge be in your intellect at every moment. 251When your churning is continuous, you will become full of jewels.

Slogan

231Slōgan  : sadā apnē śhrēṣhṭh position mē̃ sthit rah opposition kō samāpt karnē vālē hī vijayī ātmā haĩ .

252Slogan: Those who remain constantly stable in their elevated position and finish any opposition become victorious souls.
