Murli

10Ōm śhānti .

10Om shanti.

11Manuṣhya bāp kō sachchā pātśhāh bhī kahtē haĩ .

11People call the Father, the true Emperor.

12Aṅgrējī mē̃ pātśhāh nahī̃ kahtē , usmē̃ sirph sachchā father kahtē haĩ .

12In English, they don't call Him that, they just call Him the true Father.

13God father is truth kahtē haĩ .

13They say: God, the Father, is the Truth.

14Bhārat mē̃ hī kahtē haĩ sachchā pātśhāh . 15Ab phark tō bahut hai , vah sirph sach kahtē haĩ , sach sikhlātē haĩ , sachchā banātē haĩ .

14It is only in Bharat that they call Him the true Emperor; there is a lot of difference. 15He simply speaks the truth. 16He teaches the truth and makes you true.

16Yahā̃ kahtē haĩ sachchā pātśhāh .

17Here, you call Him the true Emperor.

17Sachchā bhī banātē haĩ aur sachkhaṇḍ kā bādśhāh bhī banātē haĩ .

18He makes you true and also makes you into the emperors of the land of truth.

18Yah tō barōbar hai - mukti bhī dētē , jīvanmukti bhī dētē haĩ , jiskō bhakti kā phal kahtē haĩ .

19It is true that He gives you liberation and also gives you liberation-in-life which is called the fruit of devotion.

19Liberation aur fruition .

20Liberation and fruition.

20Bhakti kā phal dētē haĩ aur liberate kartē haĩ .

21He gives you the fruit of your devotion and liberates you.

21Bachchē jāntē haĩ hamkō dōnō̃ dētē haĩ .

22You children know that He gives you both.

22Liberate tō sabkō kartē haĩ , phal tumkō dētē haĩ .

23He liberates everyone and gives you the fruit.

23Liberation aur fruition - yah bhī bhāṣhā banāī huī hai nā .

24The language has been created: Liberation and fruition.

24Bhāṣhāyē̃ tō bahut haĩ .

25There are many languages.

25Śhivbābā K|kē bhī nām bahut rakh dētē haĩ .

26Shiv Baba has also been given many names.

26Kōī kō kahō unkā nām śhivbābā hai tō kah dētē ham tō unkō mālik hī kahtē haĩ .

27If you tell others that His name is Shiv Baba, they would say: We only call Him the Master.

27Mālik tō ṭhīk hai parantu uskā bhī nām chāhiē nā .

28It is fine to call Him the Master, but He still has to have a name.

28Nām-rūp sē nyārī kōī chīz hōtī nahī̃ .

29Nothing can exist without a name and form.

29Mālik bhī kōī chīz kā bantā hai nā .

30He also has to become the Master of something.

30Nām-rūp tō jarūr hai .

31He definitely has a name and form.

31Abhī tum bachchē jāntē hō - bāp barōbar liberate bhī kartē haĩ phir śhāntidhām mē̃ sabkō jarūr jānā hai .

32You children now know that the Father truly liberates you and that everyone definitely has to go to the land of peace.

32Apnē ghar kā dīdār sabkō karnā hai .

33Everyone has to have a vision of their home.

33Ghar sē āyē haĩ tō pahlē unkā dīdār karē̃gē , uskō kahtē haĩ gati-sadgati .

34You came from the home. 35Therefore, you will first have a vision of that, and it is called liberation and salvation.

34Akṣhar kahtē haĩ parantu arthrahit .

36They speak these words, but without any meaning.

35Tum bachchō̃ kō tō feeling rahtī hai , ham apnē ghar bhī jāyēṅgē aur phal bhī milēgā .

37You children have the feeling: We will go to our home and also receive the fruit.

36Number-vār tumkō miltā hai tō aur dharm vālō̃ kō bhī phir samay anusār miltā hai .

38You receive everything, numberwise, and so all those of other religions also receive everything according to the time.

37Bāp nē samjhāyā thā yah parchā hai bahut achchhā - tum svarg-vāsī hō yā narkvāsī hō  ?

39The Father has said that these leaflets are very good: Are you a resident of hell or a resident of heaven?

38Tum bachchē hī jāntē hō yah mukti jīvanmukti dōnō̃ god fatherly birth right haĩ .

40Only you children know that both liberation and liberation-in-life are your Godfatherly birthrights.

39Tum likh bhī saktē hō .

41You can also write this.

40Bāp sē tum bachchō̃ kō yah birth right miltā hai .

42You children receive these birthrights from the Father.

41Bāp kā bannē sē dōnō̃ chīzē̃ prāpt hōtī haĩ .

43By belonging to the Father, you attain both things.

42Vah hai rāvaṇ kā birth right , yah hai parampitā paramātmā kā birth right .

44That is Ravan's birthright whereas this is the birthright from the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

43Yah hai bhagvān kā birth right , vah hai śhaitān kā birth right .

45This is the birthright from God whereas that is the birthright from Satan.

44Aisē likhnā chāhiē jō kuchh samajh sakē̃ .

46You should write in such a way that people are able to understand.

45Ab tum bachchō̃ kō heaven sthāpan karnā hai .

47You children now have to establish heaven.

46Kitnā kām karnā hai  !

48You have to do so much work.

47Abhī tō jaisē babies haĩ , jaisē manuṣhya kaliyug kē liē kahtē haĩ ki abhī baby ( bachchā ) hai .

49At present, it is as though you are babies, just as people say of the iron age that it is still a baby.

48Bāp kahtē haĩ satyug key|kī sthāpanā mē̃ baby haĩ .

50The Father says: The establishment of the golden age is still a baby.

49Abhī tum bachchō̃ kō varsā mil rahā hai .

51You children are now to receive the inheritance.

50Rāvaṇ kā kōī varsā nahī̃ kahē̃gē .

52You would not say that Ravan gives the inheritance.

51God father sē tō varsā miltā hai .

53You receive the inheritance from God, the Father.

52Vah kōī father thōṛēhī hai , uskō ( rāvaṇ 5 vikārō̃ kō ) tō śhaitān kahā jātā hai .

54That (Ravan) is not a father, he is called Satan.

53Śhaitān kā varsā kyā miltā hai  ?

55What inheritance would you receive from Satan?

545 vikār miltē haĩ , show bhī aisā kartē haĩ , tamōpradhān ban jātē haĩ .

56You receive the five vices, which are displayed (used in action) through which you become tamopradhan.

55Ab daśhaharā kitnā manātē haĩ , ceremony manātē haĩ . 56Bahut kharchā kartē haĩ .

57People now celebrate Dashera so much; they have ceremonies; they spend a lot of money.

57Vilāyat sē bhī nimantraṇ dē bulātē haĩ .

58They even invite people from abroad.

58Sabsē nāmīgrāmī daśhaharā manātē haĩ maisūr kā .

59The most well-known celebrations of Dashera are in Mysore.

59Paisē vālē bhī bahut haĩ .

60There are many wealthy people there.

60Rāvaṇ rājya mē̃ paisā miltā hai tō akla hī chaṭ hō jātā hai .

61In the kingdom of Ravan, when they have money, they lose their common sense.

61Bāp detail mē̃ samjhātē haĩ .

62The Father explains to you in detail.

62Inkā nām hī hai rāvaṇ rājya .

63This is called the kingdom of Ravan.

63Uskō phir kahā jātā hai īśhvarīy rājya .

64That is then called the kingdom of God.

64Rām rājya kahnā bhī wrong hō jātā hai .

65It is wrong to call it the kingdom of Rama.

65Gāndhī jī rām rājya chāhtē thē .

66Gandhiji wanted there to be a kingdom of Rama.

66Manuṣhya samajhtē haĩ gāndhī jī bhī avatār thē .

67People think that Gandhiji was an incarnation.

67Unkō kitnē paisē dētē thē .

68They used to give him so much money!

68Unkō bhārat kā bāpū jī kahtē thē .

69They used to call him Bapuji of Bharat.

69Ab yah tō sārē viśhva kā bāpū hai .

70This One is the Bapu (Father) of the whole world.

70Abhī tum yahā̃ baiṭhē hō , jāntē hō kitnī jīv ātmāyē̃ hōṅgī .

71You are now sitting here and you know how many human beings there will be.

71Jīv ( śharīr ) tō vināśhī haĩ , bākī ātmā hai avināśhī .

72Bodies are perishable whereas souls are imperishable.

72Ātmāyē̃ tō ḍhēr haĩ . 73Jaisē ūpar mē̃ sitārē rahtē haĩ nā .

73There are many souls; they are like stars living up above.

74Sitārē jāstī haĩ yā ātmāyē̃ jāstī haĩ  ?

74Are there more stars or more souls?

75Kyōṅki tum hō dhartī K|kē sitārē aur vah āsmān K|kē sitārē .

75You are the stars of the earth and they are the stars of the sky.

76Tumkō dēvtā kahā jātā hai vah phir unkō bhī dēvtā kah dētē haĩ .

76You are called deities and so they call those stars deities too.

77Tumkō lucky sitārā kahā jātā hai nā .

77You are called lucky stars.

78Achchhā , is par phir āpas mē̃ discuss karnā .

78Achcha. 79You can discuss this amongst yourselves later.

79Bābā abhī is bāt kō nahī̃ chēṛatē haĩ .

80Baba is not going to take this up now.

80Yah tō samjhāyā hai ki sabhī ātmāō̃ kā ēk bāp hai , inkī buddhi mē̃ tō sab hai , jō bhī manuṣhya mātra haĩ , sabkā vah bāp hai .

81He has explained that there is the one Father of all souls. 82Everyone is in that One's intellect. 83He is the Father of all human beings.

81Yah tō sab jāntē haĩ ki sārī sr̥iṣhṭi samudra par khaṛī hai .

84You all know that the whole world is standing on the ocean (water).

82Yah bhī kōī sabkō nahī̃ mālūm hai .

85Not everyone knows this.

83Bāp nē samjhāyā thā yah rāvaṇ rājya sārē sr̥iṣhṭi par hai .

86The Father has explained that there is the kingdom of Ravan over the whole world.

84Aisē nahī̃ , rāvaṇ rājya kōī sāgar K|kē pār hai . 85Sāgar tō all-round hai hī .

87It isn't that the kingdom of Ravan is across the sea: there is the ocean all around.

86Kahtē haĩ nā - nīchē bail hai , uskē sīṅgō̃ par sr̥iṣhṭi khaṛī hai . 87Phir jab thak jātā hai tō sīṅg badlī|badalī kartā hai .

88They say that there is a bull down below and that the world is resting on one of its horns and that it changes its position to the other horn when it gets tired.

88Abhī purānī duniyā khalās hō naī duniyā kī sthāpanā hōtī hai .

89The old world is now to end and the new world is to be established.

89Śhāstrō̃ mē̃ tō anēk prakār key|kī bātē̃ dant kathāō̃ mē̃ likh dī haĩ .

90In the scriptures, they have written all sorts of things in the form of tall stories.

90Yah tō bachchē samajhtē haĩ - yahā̃ sab ātmāyē̃ śharīr kē sāth haĩ , inkō kahtē haĩ jīv ātmāyē̃ .

91You children understand that all souls here are with their bodies and that they are called human beings.

91Vah jō ātmāō̃ kā ghar hai vahā̃ tō śharīr nahī̃ hai .

92In that home of souls, there are no bodies.

92Unkō kahā jātā hai nirākārī .

93That is called the incorporeal world.

93Jīv ākārī hai isliē sākār kahā jātā hai .

94Human beings are corporeal (with a form) and that is why this is called a corporeal world.

94Nirākār kō śharīr nahī̃ hōtā hai .

95The incorporeal One does not have a body of His own.

95Yah hai sākārī sr̥iṣhṭi .

96This is a corporeal world.

96Vah hai nirākārī ātmāō̃ key|kī duniyā .

97That is a world of incorporeal souls.

97Iskō sr̥iṣhṭi kahē̃gē , uskō kahā jātā hai incorporeal world .

98This is called a world and that is called an incorporeal world.

98Ātmā jab śharīr mē̃ ātī hai tab yah churpur chaltī hai .

99It is when a soul enters a body that movement begins.

99Nahī̃ tō śharīr kōī kām kā nahī̃ rahtā hai .

100Otherwise, the body is of no use.

100Tō unkō kahā hī jātā hai nirākārī duniyā .

101So, that is called the incorporeal world.

101Jitnī bhī ātmāyē̃ haĩ vah sab pichhāṛī mē̃ ānī chāhiē isliē iskō puruṣhōttam saṅgamyug kahā jātā hai .

102However many souls there are, all of them will come here by the end. 103This is why this is called the most auspicious confluence age.

102Sab ātmāyē̃ jab yahā̃ ā jātī haĩ tō vahā̃ phir ēk bhī nahī̃ rahtī haĩ .

104When all the souls have come down here, not a single soul remains up there.

103Vahā̃ jab ēkdam khālī hō jātā hai tab phir sab vāpas jātē haĩ .

105When it becomes completely empty there, all will then go back.

104Tum yah saṅskār lē jātē hō number-vār purūṣhārth anusār .

106You carry those sanskars, numberwise, according to your efforts.

105Kōī knowledge K|kē saṅskār lē jātē haĩ , kōī purity K|kē saṅskār lē jātē haĩ . 106Ānā tō phir bhī yahā̃ hī hai .

107Some carry sanskars of this knowledge and some carry sanskars of purity but they still have to come here.

107Parantu pahlē tō ghar mē̃ jānā hai .

108However, you first have to go home.

108Vahā̃ haĩ achchhē saṅskār .

109There are good sanskars there.

109Yahā̃ haĩ burē saṅskār .

110Here, there are bad sanskars.

110Achchhē saṅskār badal kar burē saṅskār hō jātē haĩ .

111Good sanskars change and become bad sanskars.

111Phir burē saṅskār yōgbal sē achchhē hōtē haĩ .

112Then, those bad sanskars become good through the power of yoga.

112Achchhē saṅskār vahā̃ lē jāyēṅgē .

113You will take good sanskars there with you.

113Bāp mē̃ bhī paṛhānē K|kē saṅskār haĩ nā . 114Jō ākar samjhātē haĩ .

114The Father has the sanskars of teaching which is why He comes and explains to you.

115Rachayitā aur rachnā K|kē ādi-madhy-ant kā rāz samjhātē haĩ .

115He explains to you the secrets of the Creator and the beginning, middle and end of creation.

116Bīj key|kī bhī samjhānī dētē haĩ , tō sārē jhāṛ key|kī bhī samjhānī dētē haĩ .

116He also gives you the explanation of the Seed and the whole tree.

117Bīj key|kī samjhānī hai gyān aur jhāṛ key|kī samjhānī hō jātī hai bhakti .

117The explanation of the Seed is this knowledge and the explanation of the tree is devotion.

118Bhakti mē̃ bahut detail hōtī hai nā .

118There is a lot of detail in devotion.

119Bīj kō yād karnā tō sahaj hai .

119It is easy to remember the Seed.

120Vahā̃ hī chalē jānā hai .

120You have to go there.

121Tamōpradhān sē satōpradhān bannē mē̃ thōṛā hī samay lagtā hai .

121It only takes a short time to become satopradhan from tamopradhan.

122Phir satōpradhān sē tamōpradhān bannē mē̃ 5 hajār varṣh lagtē haĩ accurate .

122It then takes 5000 accurate years to become tamopradhan from satopradhan.

123Yah chakra baṛā accurate banā huā hai jō repeat hōtā rahtā hai .

123This cycle is made very accurately and it continues to repeat.

124Aur kōī yah bātē̃ batā na sakē .

124No one else can tell you these things.

125Tum batā saktē hō .

125You can tell them.

126Ādhā-ādhā kiyā jātā hai . 127Ādhā svarg , ādhā nark phir unkā detail bhī batātē haĩ .

126It is split into two: half is heaven and then half is hell. 127Its details also have to be shown.

128Svarg mē̃ janm cum|kam , āyu baṛī hōtī hai .

128In heaven, there are fewer births with longer lifespans.

129Nark mē̃ janm jāstī , āyu chhōṭī hōtī hai .

129In hell, there are more births and shorter lifespans.

130Vahā̃ haĩ yōgī , yahā̃ haĩ bhōgī isliē yahā̃ bahut janm hōtē haĩ .

130There, you are yogis whereas here, you are bhogis (those who indulge in sensual pleasures). 131This is why there are many births here.

131In bātō̃ kō dūsrā kōī nahī̃ jāntā .

132No one else knows these things.

132Manuṣhyō̃ kō kuchh bhī mālūm nahī̃ hai .

133People don't know anything.

133Kab dēvtāyē̃ thē , vah kaisē banē̃ , kitnē samajhdār banē haĩ - yah bhī tum jāntē hō .

134When did the deities exist? 135How did they become those? 136How sensible were they? 137Only you know these things.

134Bāp is samay bachchō̃ kō paṛhākar 21 janmō̃ kē liē varsā dētē haĩ .

138The Father teaches you children at this time and gives you the inheritance for 21 births.

135Phir yah tumhārē saṅskār rahtē nahī̃ .

139Then, those sanskars of yours do not remain; they become sanskars of sorrow.

136Jaisē rājāī K|kē saṅskār hōtē haĩ tō gyān key|kī paṛhāī K|kē saṅskār pūrē hō jātē haĩ .

140Similarly, when you have the sanskars of royalty, (of the kingdom), the sanskars of studying this knowledge will end.

137Yah saṅskār pūrē huē tō number-vār purūṣhārth anusār rūdra mālā mē̃ pirō jāyēṅgē phir number-vār āyēṅgē part bajānē .

141When these sanskars end, you will be threaded in the rosary of Rudra, numberwise, according to your efforts and you will then go down, numberwise, to play your parts.

138Jisnē pūrē 84 janma liyē haĩ , vah pahlē ātē haĩ .

142Those who have taken the full 84 births go first.

139Unkā nām bhī batlātē haĩ .

143Their names are also shown.

140Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa tō hai first prince of|off heaven .

144Shri Krishna is the first prince of heaven.

141Tum jāntē hō sirph ēk thōṛēhī hōgā , sārī rājdhānī hōgī nā .

145You know that there won’t be just one, there will be the whole kingdom.

142Rājā kē sāth tō phir prajā bhī chāhiē .

146Subjects too are needed with the kings.

143Hō saktā hai - ēk sē dūsrē paidā hōtē jāyē̃ .

147It is possible that others are created from one.

144Agar kahē̃ 8 ikaṭṭhē ātē haĩ , parantu śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa tō number one mē̃ āyēgā nā .

148Even if you say that eight come together, Shri Krishna would be number one.

1458 ikaṭṭhē ātē haĩ tō phir śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kā itnā gāyan kyō̃  ?

149If the eight come together, then, why is there so much praise of Shri Krishna?

146Yah sab bātē̃ āgē chalkar samjhāyēṅgē .

150All of these things will be explained as you progress further.

147Kahtē haĩ nā āj tumkō bahut guhya tē guhya bātē̃ sunātā hū̃ .

151Baba says: Today, I am telling you very deep things.

148Kuchh tō rahā huā hai nā .

152Some things still remain (to be explained).

149Yah yukti achchhī hai - jis bāt mē̃ dēkhō nahī̃ samajhtē haĩ tō bōlō hamārī baṛī bahan uttar dē saktī hai yā tō kahnā chāhiē abhī bāp nē batāyā nahī̃ hai .

153This is a very tactful method. 154If you feel that people do not understand a particular aspect, then just say: Our senior sister can give you the answer. 155Or, you should say: The Father has not yet explained this.

150Din-pratidin guhya tē guhya sunātē haĩ .

156Day by day, I tell you deeper things.

151Is kahnē mē̃ lajjā key|kī bāt nahī̃ .

157There is no need to be too ashamed to say this.

152Guhya tē guhya points jab sunātē haĩ tō tumkō sunkar bahut khuśhī hōtī hai .

158When you are told the deepest of all points, you have great happiness on hearing them.

153Pichhāṛī mē̃ phir kah dētē haĩ manmanābhav , madhyājībhav .

159Then, at the end, Baba says: Manmanabhav, madhyajibhav!

154Akṣhar bhī śhāstra banānē vālō̃ nē likhā hai .

160Those who have written the scriptures have used these words.

155Mūnjhnē key|kī tō jarūrat nahī̃ hai .

161There is no need to become confused.

156Bachchā bāp kā banā aur bēhad kā sukh milā .

162As soon as a child belongs to the Father, he receives unlimited happiness.

157Ismē̃ mansā , vāchā , karmaṇā pavitratā key|kī jarūrat hai .

163For this, there is a need of purity in your thoughts, words and deeds.

158Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ kō bāp kā varsā milā hai nā .
