Question
2Praśhna : tum bachchō̃ kō ôkhē̃ band karkē baiṭhnē key|kī manā kyō̃ kī jātī hai ?
3Question: Why are you children forbidden to sit here with your eyes closed?
Answer
3Uttar : kyōṅki nazar sē nihāl karnē vālā bāp tumhārē sammukh hai .
4Answer: Because the Father, the One who takes you beyond with a glance, is personally in front of you.
4Agar ôkhē̃ band hōṅgī tō nihāl kaisē hōṅgē .
5If your eyes are closed, how can you go beyond with a glance?
5School mē̃ ôkhē̃ band karkē nahī̃ baiṭhtē haĩ .
6You do not sit with your eyes closed at school.
6Ôkhē̃ band hōṅgī tō sustī āyēgī .
7If you close your eyes, laziness will come.
7Tum bachchē tō school mē̃ paṛhāī paṛh rahē hō , yah source of income hai .
8You children are studying in this school. 9This is your source of income.
8Lākhō̃ padmō̃ key|kī kamāī hō rahī hai , kamāī mē̃ sustī , udāsī nahī̃ ā saktī .
10You are earning an income of hundreds of thousands of millions. 11Laziness and sorrow cannot come while you are earning an income.
Murli
9Ōm śhānti .
12Om shanti.
10Mīṭhē-mīṭhē rūhānī bachchō̃ prati bāp samjhātē haĩ .
13The Father explains to you sweetest, spiritual children.
11Yah tō bachchē jāntē haĩ ki rūhānī bāp paramdhām sē ākar hamkō paṛhā rahē haĩ .
14You children know that the spiritual Father comes from the supreme abode and teaches us.
12Kyā paṛhā rahē haĩ ?
15What is He teaching us?
13Bāp kē sāth ātmā kā yōg lagānā sikhlātē haĩ jiskō yād kī yātrā kahā jātā hai .
16He teaches souls to have yoga with the Father. 17This is also called the pilgrimage of remembrance.
14Yah bhī batāyā hai - bāp kō yād kartē-kartē mīṭhē rūhānī bachchē tum pavitra ban apnē pavitra śhāntidhām mē̃ pahũch jāyēṅgē .
18You have also been told that, by remembering the Father, you sweet, spiritual children will become pure and will reach your pure land of peace.
15Kitnī sahaj samjhānī hai . 16Apnē kō ātmā samjhō aur apnē prītam bēhad K|kē bāp kō yād karō tō tumhārē janma-janmāntar K|kē pāp jō haĩ , vah bhasma hōtē jāyēṅgē .
19This explanation is very easy: Consider yourselves to be souls and remember your Beloved, the unlimited Father, and your sins of birth after birth will continue to be burnt away.
17Iskō hī yōg agni kahā jātā hai .
20This is called the fire of yoga.
18Yah bhārat kā prāchīn rājyōg hai , jō bāp hī her|har 5 hazār varṣh kē bād ākar sikhlātē haĩ .
21This is the ancient Raja Yoga of Bharat that the Father teaches every 5000 years when He comes.
19Bēhad kā bāp hī bhārat mē̃ , is sādhāraṇ tan mē̃ ākar tum bachchō̃ kō samjhātē haĩ .
22The unlimited Father comes in Bharat and enters this ordinary body and explains to you children.
20Is yād sē hī tumhārē janma-janmāntar K|kē pāp kaṭ jāyēṅgē kyōṅki bāp patit-pāvan hai aur sarvśhaktimān hai .
23It is by having this remembrance that the sins of your many births will be cut away, because the Father is the Purifier and the Almighty Authority.
21Tumhārī ātmā key|kī battery abhī tamōpradhān ban gaī hai .
24The batteries of you souls have now become tamopradhan.
22Jō satōpradhān thī ab unkō phir sē satōpradhān kaisē banāyē̃ , jō tum satōpradhān duniyā mē̃ jā sakō vā śhāntidhām ghar mē̃ jā sakō .
25They were satopradhan, and so how can they be made satopradhan again, so that you can return home to your abode of peace and then go to the satopradhan world?
23Bachchō̃ kō yah bahut achchhī rīti yād rakhnā hai .
26You children have to remember this very well.
24Bāp bachchō̃ kō yah dose dētē haĩ .
27The Father gives you children this dose.
25Yah yād kī yātrā uṭhtē-baiṭhtē , chaltē-phirtē tum kar saktē hō .
28You can stay on this pilgrimage of remembrance as you walk and move around and when you are sitting down.
26Jitnā hō sakē gr̥ihastha vyavahār mē̃ rahtē huē kamal fool|phūl samān pavitra rahnā hai .
29Stay at home with your family and stay as pure as a lotus to whatever extent possible.
27Bāp kō bhī yād karnā hai aur sāth-sāth daivī-guṇ bhī dhāraṇ karnē hai kyōṅki duniyā vālō̃ K|kē tō āsurī characters haĩ .
30You have to remember the Father and, together with that, you also have to imbibe divine virtues, because people of the world have devilish characters.
28Tum bachchē yahā̃ āyē hō daivī characters banānē .
31You children have come here in order to make your characters divine.
29In lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ K|kē characters baṛē mīṭhē thē .
32The characters of Lakshmi and Narayan were very sweet.
30Bhakti mārg mē̃ unhō̃ key|kī hī mahimā gāī huī hai .
33It is they who are praised on the path of devotion.
31Bhakti mārg kab sē śhurū hōtā hai , yah bhī kiskō patā nahī̃ hai .
34However, no one knows when the path of devotion begins.
32Abhī tumnē samjhā hai aur rāvaṇ rājya kab sē śhurū huā , yah bhī ab samjhā hai .
35You have now come to know. 36You also know when the kingdom of Ravan begins.
33Tum bachchō̃ kō yah sārī knowledge buddhi mē̃ rakhnī hai . 34Jabki jāntē hō ham gyān sāgar rūhānī bāp K|kē bachchē haĩ , ab rūhānī bāp hamkō paṛhānē ātē haĩ .
37Since you know that you are the children of the Ocean of Knowledge, the spiritual Father, you children have to keep all of this knowledge in your intellects. 38The spiritual Father now comes to teach you.
35Yah bhī jāntē hō yah kōī ordinary bāp nahī̃ hai .
39You also know that that Father is not ordinary.
36Yah hai rūhānī bāp , jō hamkō paṛhānē āyā hai .
40He is the spiritual Father and He has come to teach you.
37Unkā nivās sthān sadaiv brahmlōk mē̃ hai . 38Laukik bāp tō sabkē yahā̃ haĩ .
41He constantly resides in the world of brahm, whereas everyone’s physical father resides here.
39Yah bachchō̃ kō achchhī rīti niśhchay mē̃ rakhnā hai - ham ātmāō̃ kō paṛhānē vālā parampitā paramātmā hai , jō bēhad kā bāp hai .
42You children have to have the firm faith that the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul, who is also the unlimited Father, is the one teaching us souls.
40Bhakti mārg mē̃ laukik bāp hōtē huē bhī parampitā paramātmā kō bulātē haĩ .
43On the path of devotion, although people have physical fathers, they call out to the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.
41Unkā ēk hī nām yathārth śhiv hai .
44His one, accurate name is Shiva.
42Bāp khud samjhātē haĩ - mīṭhē-mīṭhē bachchō̃ , mērā nām ēk hī śhiv hai .
45The Father Himself explains: Sweetest children, I only have the one name, Shiva.
43Bhal anēk nām anēk mandir banāyē haĩ parantu vah sab hai bhakti mārg kī sāmagrī .
46Although they have built many temples in His name and given Him many names, all of that is the paraphernalia of the path of devotion.
44Yathārth nām mērā ēk hī śhiv hai .
47My one, accurate name is Shiva.
45Tum bachchō̃ kō ātmā hī kahtē haĩ , sāligrām kahē̃ tō bhī harjā nahī̃ .
48You children are called souls. 49There is nothing wrong in calling you saligrams too.
46Anēkānēk sāligrām haĩ . 47Śhiv ēk hī hai .
50There are many saligrams; there is only one Shiva.
48Vah hai bēhad kā bāp , bākī sab haĩ bachchē .
51He is the unlimited Father and all the rest are the children.
49Iskē pahlē tum had K|kē bachchē , had K|kē bāp kē pās rahtē thē .
52Previously, you were limited children, living with your limited fathers.
50Gyān tō thā nahī̃ . 51Bākī anēk prakār key|kī bhakti kartē rahtē thē .
53You did not have this knowledge but you performed many types of devotion.
52Ādhākalp bhakti kī hai , dvāpar sē lēkar bhakti śhurū hōtī hai . 53Rāvaṇrājya bhī śhurū huā hai .
54You performed devotion for half a cycle. 55The path of devotion began in the copper age and the kingdom of Ravan also began then.
54Yah hai bahut sahaj bāt . 55Parantu itnī sahaj bāt bhī kōī muśhkil samajhtē haĩ .
56This is a very easy aspect and yet people find it difficult to understand this easy thing.
56Rāvaṇrājya kab sē śhurū hōtā hai , yah bhī kōī nahī̃ jāntā .
57No one knows when the kingdom of Ravan began.
57Tum mīṭhē bachchē jāntē hō - bāp hī gyān kā sāgar hai .
58You sweet children know that the Father alone is the Ocean of Knowledge.
58Jō unkē pās|pass hai vah ākar bachchō̃ kō dētē haĩ .
59He comes and gives you children what He has.
59Śhāstra tō haĩ bhakti mārg K|kē .
60The scriptures belong to the path of devotion.
60Abhī tum samajh gayē hō - gyān , bhakti aur phir hai vairāgya . 61Yah 3 mukhya haĩ .
61You have now come to know that there is this knowledge, devotion and then disinterest: these are the three main things.
62Sannyāsī lōg bhī jāntē haĩ - gyān bhakti aur vairāgya . 63Parantu sannyāsiyō̃ kā hai apnā had kā vairāgya .
62Sannyasis also know about knowledge, devotion and disinterest, but the disinterest of sannyasis is limited.
64Vah bēhad kā vairāgya sikhlā na sakē̃ .
63They cannot teach unlimited disinterest.
65Dō prakār K|kē vairāgya haĩ - ēk hai had kā , dūsrā hai bēhad kā .
64There are two types of disinterest: one is limited and the other is unlimited.
66Vah hai haṭhyōgī sannyāsiyō̃ kā vairāgya . 67Yah hai bēhad kā .
65One is the disinterest of the hatha yogi sannyasis and the other is unlimited disinterest.
68Tumhārā hai rājyōg , vah gharbār chhōṛ jaṅgal mē̃ chalē jātē haĩ tō unhō̃ kā nām hī paṛ jātā hai sannyāsī .
66Yours is Raja Yoga, whereas they are called sannyasis who renounce their homes and businesses and go and live in forests.
69Haṭhyōgī gharbār chhōṛtē haĩ pavitra rahnē kē liē .
67Those hatha yogis renounce their homes and businesses in order to remain pure.
70Yah bhī hai achchhā .
68That too is good.
71Bāp kahtē haĩ - bhārat tō bahut pavitra thā .
69The Father says: Bharat used to be very pure.
72Itnā pavitra khaṇḍ aur kōī hōtā nahī̃ .
70There is no other land as pure as this one was.
73Bhārat key|kī tō bahut ūñchī mahimā hai jō bhāratvāsī khud nahī̃ jāntē haĩ .
71The praise of Bharat is very elevated. 72The people of Bharat do not know this themselves.
74Bāp kō bhūlnē kāraṇ sab kuchh bhūl jātē haĩ arthāt nāstik nidhankē ban paṛtē haĩ .
73Because of forgetting the Father, you forgot everything, that is, you became atheists and orphans.
75Satyug mē̃ kitnī sukh-śhānti thī .
74There was so much peace and happiness in the golden age.
76Abhī kitnī duḥkh-aśhānti hai !
75Now there is so much peacelessness and sorrow.
77Mūlvatan tō hai hī śhāntidhām , jahā̃ ham ātmāyē̃ rahtī haĩ .
76The supreme region is anyway the land of peace where we souls reside.
78Ātmāyē̃ apnē ghar sē yahā̃ ātī haĩ bēhad kā part bajānē .
77Souls come down here from their home to play their unlimited parts.
79Abhī yah hai purūṣhōttam saṅgamyug jabki bēhad kā bāp ātē haĩ naī duniyā mē̃ lē chalnē kē liē .
78This is now the auspicious confluence age, when the unlimited Father comes in order to take you to the new world.
80Bāp ākar uttam tē uttam banātē haĩ .
79The Father comes and makes you the most elevated of all.
81Ūñch tē ūñch bhagvān kahā jātā hai . 82Parantu vah kaun hai , kiskō kahā jātā hai , yah kuchh bhī samajhtē nahī̃ haĩ .
80God is called the Highest on High but no one knows who He is or who should be called God.
83Ēk baṛā liṅg rakh diyā hai . 84Samajhtē haĩ yah nirākār paramātmā hai .
81They keep an image of a large lingam and they believe that that is the incorporeal Supreme Soul.
85Ham ātmāō̃ kā vah bāp hai - yah bhī nahī̃ samajhtē , sirph pūjā kartē haĩ .
82They do not understand that He is the Father of us souls; they simply worship Him.
86Hamēśhā śhivbābā kahtē haĩ , rūdra bābā vā babulnāth bābā nahī̃ kahē̃gē .
83They always say “Shiv Baba”. 84They never say “Rudra Baba” or "Babulnath Baba”.
87Tum likhtē bhī hō śhivbābā yād hai ?
85You also write: Are you remembering Shiv Baba?
88Varsā yād hai ?
86Are you remembering your inheritance?
89Yah slogans ghar-ghar mē̃ lagānē chāhiē - śhivbābā kō yād karō tō pāp bhasma hōṅgē kyōṅki patit-pāvan ēk hī bāp hai .
87This slogan should be put up in every home: Remember Shiv Baba and your sins will be burnt away, because only the one Father is the Purifier.
90Is patit duniyā mē̃ tō ēk bhī pāvan hō nahī̃ saktā . 91Pāvan duniyā mē̃ phir ēk bhī patit nahī̃ hō saktā .
88Not a single person in this impure world can be pure and no one in the pure world can be impure.
92Śhāstrō̃ mē̃ tō sab jagah patit likh diyē haĩ .
89Impure ones are mentioned everywhere in the scriptures.
93Trētā mē̃ bhī kahtē rāvaṇ thā , sītā churāī gaī .
90They say that Ravan existed in the silver age and that Sita was abducted.
94Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kē sāth kaṅs , jarāsandhī , hiraṇyakaśhyap ādi dikhāyē haĩ .
91Together with Shri Krishna they also show Kans, Jarasandha, Hiranyakasipu (names of devils) etc.
95Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa par kalaṅk lagā diyē haĩ .
92They have made false allegations against Shri Krishna.
96Ab satyug mē̃ yah sab hō nahī̃ saktē .
93Now, none of that can exist in the golden age.
97Kitnē jhūṭhē kalaṅk lagāyē haĩ .
94They have falsely accused him.
98Bāp par bhī kalaṅk lagāyē haĩ tō dēvtāō̃ par bhī kalaṅk lagāyē haĩ . 99Sabkī glāni kartē rahtē haĩ .
95They have slandered God as well as the deities; they continue to defame everyone.
100Tō ab bāp kahtē haĩ yah yād kī yātrā hai ātmā kō pavitra banānē key|kī .
96Therefore, the Father now says: This pilgrimage of remembrance is for purifying souls.
101Pāvan ban phir pāvan duniyā mē̃ jānā hai .
97You have to become pure and go to the pure world.
102Bāp 84 kā chakra bhī samjhātē haĩ .
98The Father also explains the cycle of 84 births.
103Abhī tumhārā yah antim janm hai phir ghar jānā hai .
99This is now your final birth and you have to return home.
104Ghar mē̃ śharīr tō nahī̃ jāyēgā . 105Sab ātmāyē̃ jānī haĩ isliē mīṭhē-mīṭhē rūhānī bachchō̃ , apnē kō ātmā samajhkar baiṭhō , dēh nahī̃ samjhō .
100Your bodies will not return home; only the souls will return. 101Therefore, sweetest, spiritual children, as you sit here, consider yourselves to be souls, not bodies.
106Aur satsaṅgō̃ mē̃ tō tum dēh-abhimānī hō baiṭhtē hō .
102In other satsangs, you sit in a state of body consciousness.
107Yahā̃ bāp kahtē haĩ dēhī-abhimānī hōkar baiṭhō .
103Here, the Father says: Sit in the state of soul consciousness.
108Jaisē mērē mē̃ yah saṅskār haĩ , maĩ gyān kā sāgar hū̃ … tum bachchō̃ kō bhī aisā bannā hai .
104Just as I, the Ocean of Knowledge, have these sanskars, so you children also have to become the same.
109Bēhad K|kē bāp aur had K|kē bāp kā contrast bhī batlātē haĩ .
105He also explains the contrast between the unlimited Father and limited fathers.
110Bēhad kā bāp baiṭh tumkō sārā gyān samjhātē haĩ .
106The unlimited Father sits here and explains all of this knowledge to you.
111Āgē nahī̃ jāntē thē .
107Previously, you did not know this.
112Abhī sr̥iṣhṭi kā chakra kaisē phirtā hai , unkā ādi-madhy-ant aur chakra key|kī āyu kitnī hai , sab batlātē haĩ .
108He now tells you everything: how the cycle of the world turns and also the beginning, middle and end and the duration of the cycle.
113Bhakti mārg mē̃ tō kalp key|kī āyu lākhō̃ varṣh sunākar ghōr andhiyārē mē̃ ḍāl diyā hai .
109On the path of devotion, you were put into immense darkness by being told that the duration of each cycle is hundreds of thousands of years.
114Nīchē hī utartē āyē haĩ .
110You have continued to come down.
115Kahtē bhī haĩ nā jitnā ham bhakti karē̃gē utnā bāp kō nīchē khīñchē̃gē .
111People say: The more devotion we do, the more we pull the Father down here.
116Bāp ākar hamkō pāvan banāyēṅgē .
112The Father will come and make us pure.
117Bāp kō khīñchtē haĩ kyōṅki patit haĩ , baṛē duḥkhī ban jātē haĩ .
113You pull the Father because you become very unhappy when you are impure.
118Phir kahtē haĩ ham bāp kō bulātē haĩ .
114You say: We call out to the Father to come.
119Bāp bhī dēkhtē haĩ bilkul duḥkhī tamōpradhān ban gayē haĩ , 5 hazār varṣh pūrē huē haĩ tab phir ātē haĩ .
115The Father too sees that 5000 years have passed and it is when people have become totally unhappy and tamopradhan that He comes.
120Yah paṛhāī kōī is purānī duniyā kē liē nahī̃ hai .
116This study is not for this old world.
121Tumhārī ātmā dhāraṇ kar sāth lē jāyēgī .
117You souls imbibe this knowledge and will carry it with you.
122Jaisē maĩ gyān kā sāgar hū̃ , tum bhī gyān key|kī nadiyā̃ hō .
118Just as I am the Ocean of Knowledge, so you are rivers of this knowledge.
123Yah knowledge kōī is duniyā kē liē nahī̃ hai .
119This knowledge is not for this world.
124Yah tō chhī-chhī duniyā , chhī-chhī śharīr hai , inkō tō chhōṛnā hai .
120This is a dirty world and bodies are dirty. 121You have to renounce them.
125Śharīr tō yahā̃ pavitra hō nahī̃ saktā .
122Bodies cannot become pure here.
126Maĩ ātmāō̃ kā bāp hū̃ .
123I am the Father of souls.
127Ātmāō̃ kō hī pavitra banānē āyā hū̃ .
124I have come to purify souls.
128In bātō̃ kō manuṣhya tō kuchh bhī samajh nahī̃ saktē haĩ , bilkul hī pattharbuddhi , patit haĩ isliē gātē haĩ patit-pāvan … ātmā hī patit banī hai .
125Human beings are not able to understand any of these things, they have totally stone intellects and they are impure. 126That is why they call out: O Purifier! 127It is souls that have become impure.
129Ātmā hī sab kuchh kartī hai .
128It is the souls that do everything.
130Bhakti bhī ātmā kartī hai , śharīr bhī ātmā lētī hai .
129It was the souls that performed devotion. 130It is the souls that adopt bodies.
131Ab bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ tum ātmāō̃ kō lē jānē āyā hū̃ .
131The Father says: I have now come to take you souls back.
132Maĩ bēhad kā bāp tum ātmāō̃ K|kē bulāvē par āyā hū̃ .
132I, the unlimited Father, have come on your invitation.
133Tumnē kitnā pukārā hai .
133You have been calling out to Me a great deal.
134Abhī tak bhī bulātē rahtē haĩ - hē patit-pāvan , ō god father ākar is purānī duniyā K|kē duḥkhō̃ sē , devil sē liberate karō tō ham sab ghar mē̃ chalē jāvē̃ .
134Even now, people still continue to call out: O Purifier! 135O God, the Father, come and liberate us from the sorrows of the old world and the devil, so that we can all return home.
135Aur tō kōī kō patā hī nahī̃ hai - hamārā ghar kahā̃ hai , ghar mē̃ kaisē , kab jāyēṅgē .
136No one else knows where our home is or how or when we can return home.
136Mukti mē̃ jānē kē liē kitnā māthā mārtē haĩ , kitnē gurū kartē haĩ .
137People beat their heads so much in order to go into liberation; they adopt so many gurus.
137Janma-janmāntar māthā mārtē chalē āyē haĩ .
138They have continued to beat their heads for birth after birth.
138Vē|way gurū lōg jīvanmukti K|kē sukh kō tō jāntē hī nahī̃ . 139Vē|way chāhtē haĩ mukti .
139Those gurus do not even know about the happiness of liberation-in-life; they only want liberation.
140Kahtē bhī haĩ viśhva mē̃ śhānti kaisē hō ?
140They even ask how there can be peace in the world.
141Sannyāsī bhī mukti kō hī jāntē haĩ . 142Jīvanmukti kō tō jāntē nahī̃ .
141Sannyasis only know about liberation; they do not know about liberation-in-life.
143Parantu mukti-jīvanmukti dōnō̃ varsā bāp hī dētē haĩ .
142However, it is the Father who gives the inheritance of both liberation and liberation-in-life.
144Tum jab jīvanmukti mē̃ rahtē hō tō bākī sab mukti mē̃ chalē jātē haĩ .
143When you are in the land of liberation-in-life, everyone else will be in liberation.
145Abhī tum bachchē knowledge lē rahē hō , yah bannē kē liē .
144You children are now taking this knowledge in order to become those.

154According to the drama, every 5000 years, I have to enter this impure body in the impure world.

155Neither is the cycle hundreds of thousands of years long, nor am I omnipresent.

165There is a vast difference between that water and the Purifier Father.
166Vah sab hai bhaktimārg , yah hai gyān mārg .
166All of that is the path of devotion, whereas this is the path of knowledge.

170You now have loving intellects, numberwise, according to your efforts.
171Pūrī nahī̃ hai , kyōṅki māyā ghaṛī-ghaṛī bhulā dētī hai .

183The One who changes humans into deities with a glance is, of course, the Magician.
182Bāp baiṭh battery charge karē aur bachchē ôkhē̃ band kar baiṭhē̃ tō kyā kahē̃gē !
184The Father sits here and recharges your batteries. 185So, if you children sit with your eyes closed, what would be said?
183School mē̃ ôkhē̃ band kar nahī̃ baiṭhtē .
186You do not sit with your eyes closed at school.
184Nahī̃ tō sustī ātī hai .

197The Father comes here and grants salvation to all the founders of religions and the gurus.
