12Song: This is a battle between the strong and the weak.

Murli

9Ōm śhānti .

13Om shanti.

10Bābā nē samjhā diyā hai jab aisē gīt suntē hō tō har ēk kō apnē ūpar hī vichār sāgar manthan karnā hōtā hai .

14Baba has explained that, whenever you listen to such songs, each of you should churn the ocean of knowledge for yourself.

11Yah tō bachchē jāntē haĩ - manuṣhya martē haĩ tō 12 rōz dīvā jagātē haĩ .

15You children know that when someone dies, a lamp is kept alight for twelve days for that soul.

12Tum phir marnē kē liē taiyārī kar rahē hō aur apnī jyōt puruṣhārth kar āpēhī jagā rahē hō .

16You are making preparations to die and you are also making effort to keep your own lamps alight.

13Puruṣhārth bhī mālā mē̃ ānē vālē hī kartē haĩ .

17It is those who are to become threaded in the rosary who make this effort.

14Prajā is mālā mē̃ nahī̃ ātī .

18The subjects do not become part of this rosary.

15Puruṣhārth karnā chāhiē ham vijay mālā mē̃ pahlē jāyē̃ .

19You have to make effort to go ahead in the rosary of victory.

16Kahā̃ māyā billī tūphān lagākar vikarma na banā dē jō dīvā bujh jāē .

20You have to take care that Maya, the cat, doesn’t make you perform any sinful acts which would extinguish your lamp.

17Ab ismē̃ gyān aur yōg dōnō̃ bal chāhiē .

21You need both the power of knowledge and the power of yoga for this.

18Yōg kē sāth gyān bhī jarūrī hai .

22Together with having yoga, you must also have this knowledge.

19Har ēk kō apnē dīpak key|kī sambhāl karnī hai .

25Whilst you are racing, you have to take great care that your lamp doesn’t flicker and go out. 26This is why you have to add the oil of this knowledge and yoga every day.

22Yōgbal key|kī tākat nahī̃ hai tō dauṛ nahī̃ saktē haĩ . 23Pichhāṛī mē̃ rah jātē haĩ .

27If you have no energy of the power of yoga, you won’t be able to run and would therefore be left behind.

28There are different subjects in schools, and if someone is not good at a particular subject, he puts in a lot more effort in maths (another subject).

25Yahā̃ bhī aisē haĩ .

29The same applies here.

26Sthūl service key|kī subject bhī bahut achchhī hai .

32Kōī mē̃ cum|kam grāhakī , kōī mē̃ jāstī hōtī hai .

33Tumhārā bhī ēk din vah samay ānē vālā hai jō rāt kō bhī phursat nahī̃ milēgī .

36The day will come when you too won’t have time to sleep at night.

42You have to continue to do service with this knowledge and yoga.

42Jō yah gyān yōg key|kī service nahī̃ kar saktē tō phir karmaṇā service key|kī bhī marks haĩ .

43If you can't serve with this knowledge or yoga, you can earn marks by doing physical service.

43Sabhī key|kī āśhīrvād milē̃gī .

44You will receive blessings from many.

44Ēk-dō kō sukh dēnā hōtā hai .

45You have to give happiness to others.

71At no other sacrificial fire would it be said that they are becoming deities from human beings.

73Ab iskō rūdra gyān yagya athavā pāṭhśhālā bhī kahā jātā hai .

72This is called the sacrificial fire of this knowledge of Rudra and it is also called a place of study (pathshala).

135When earthquakes, etc. take place, everything is buried.

154Baba is making us the same as He did in the previous cycle.

159Ham manuṣhya sē dēvtā ban rahē haĩ .

155We are becoming deities from human beings.

160Barōbar kalp pahlē bhī anēk dharm thē .

156There were definitely the same innumerable religions a cycle ago as there are now.

161Gītā mē̃ kōī yah nahī̃ hai .

157These things are not written in that Gita.

162Gāyā jātā hai ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm key|kī sthāpanā brahmā dvārā .

158It is said: Through Brahma, there is the establishment of the original, eternal deity religion.

163Anēk dharmō̃ kā vināśh kaisē hōtā hai , sō tum samjhā saktē hō .

159You can explain how the destruction of all the innumerable religions takes place.

164Ab sthāpanā hō rahī hai .

160Establishment is now taking place.

165Bābā āyē hī tab thē jab dēvī-dēvtā dharm lōp hō gayā thā .

161Baba came when the deity religion had completely disappeared.

166Phir paramparā kaisē chalā hōgā .

162Therefore, how could that have continued from time immemorial?

167Yah bahut sahaj bātē̃ haĩ .

163These are very easy things.

168Vināśh kiskā huā  ?

164What was destroyed?

169Anēk dharmō̃ kā .

165All of the innumerable religions.

170Tō abhī anēk dharm haĩ nā .

166There are now innumerable religions.

171Is samay ant hai , sārā gyān buddhi mē̃ rahnā chāhiē .

167It is now the end; you should have all of this knowledge in your intellects.

172Aisē tō nahī̃ , śhivbābā hī samjhātē haĩ . 173Kyā yah bābā kuchh nahī̃ batlātē .

168It is not that only Shiv Baba explains; does this Baba not explain anything?

174Inkā bhī part hai , śhrīmat brahmā key|kī bhī gāī huī hai .

169He too has his part to play. 170The shrimat of Brahma too has been remembered.

175Śhrīkr̥iṣhṇa kē liē tō śhrīmat kahtē nahī̃ .

171You wouldn’t say that Shri Krishna gave shrimat.

176Vahā̃ tō sab śhrī haĩ , unhō̃ kō mat key|kī darkār hī nahī̃ .

172Everyone there is “shri” (elevated), and so they have no need for directions.

177Yahā̃ brahmā key|kī bhī mat miltī hai .

173It is here that you receive Brahma's directions.

178Vahā̃ tō yathā rājā-rānī tathā prajā - sabhī key|kī śhrēṣhṭh mat hai .

174There, the directions of all - the king, the queen and the subjects - will be elevated.

179Jarūr kisnē dī|the hōgī .

175Surely, someone must have given those to them previously.

180Dēvtāyē̃ haĩ śhrīmat vālē .

176Deities are the ones who had been given elevated instructions.

181Śhrīmat sē hī svarg bantā hai , āsurī mat sē nark banā hai .

177It is through shrimat that heaven is created and it is through the devil’s directions that hell is created.

182Śhrīmat hai śhiv key|kī .

178Shiva gives you shrimat.

183Yah sab bātē̃ sahaj samajhnē kī haĩ .

179These things are very easy to understand.

184Śhivbābā key|kī yah sab dukān haĩ . 185Ham bachchē chalānē vālē haĩ .

180All of these shops belong to Shiv Baba, and you are the children who run them.

186Jō achchhā dukān chalātē haĩ , unkā nām hōtā hai . 187Hūbahū jaisē dukāndārī mē̃ hōtā hai .

181Those who run a shop well have their names glorified, just as in other businesses.

188Parantu yah vyāpār kōī virlā karē .

182However, only very few can do this business.

189Vyāpār tō sabhī kō karnā hai .

183All of you must do this business.

190Chhōṭē bachchē bhī gyān aur yōg kā vyāpār kar saktē haĩ .

184Even little children can do the business of this knowledge and yoga.

191Śhāntidhām aur sukhdhām - bas , buddhi mē̃ unkō yād karnā hai .

185Just keep the land of peace and the land of happiness in your intellects.

192Vō lōg rām-rām kahtē haĩ .

186Those people say: “Rama! 187Rama!”

193Yahā̃ chup hōkar yād karnā hai , bōlnā kuchh nahī̃ hai .

188Here, you have to remain silent and have remembrance; there’s no need to say anything.

194Śhivpurī , viṣhṇupurī bahut sahaj bāt hai .

189The land of Vishnu and the land of Shiva are very easy things to understand.

195Sweet home , sweet rājdhānī yād hai .

190Remember your sweet home and your sweet kingdom.

196Vah dētē haĩ sthūl mantra , yah hai sūkṣhma mantra .

191They give physical mantras, whereas this is a subtle mantra.

197Ati sūkṣhma yād hai .

192This remembrance is extremely subtle.

198Sirph is yād karnē sē ham svarg K|kē mālik ban jātē haĩ .

193By having this remembrance we become the masters of heaven.

199Japnā kuchh bhī nahī̃ hai sirph yād karnā hai .

194You don’t have to chant any mantras, but simply have remembrance.

200Āvāz kuchh nahī̃ karnā paṛtā .

195You don't have to make any noise.

201Gupta bābā sē gupta varsā chup rahnē sē , antarmukh hōnē sē ham pātē haĩ .

196We attain our incognito inheritance from the incognito Father by becoming introverted and remaining silent.

202Isī hī yād mē̃ rahtē śharīr chhūṭ jāē tō bahut achchhā hai .

197It is very good to shed one’s body whilst staying in this remembrance.

203Kōī taklīph nahī̃ , jinkō yād nahī̃ ṭhahartī vah apnā abhyās karē̃ .

198There is no difficulty in this at all. 199Let those who cannot stay in remembrance practise this.

204Sabhī kō kahō bābā nē kahā hai mujhē yād karō tō ant matī sō gati .

200Tell everyone that Baba says: Remember Me and your final thought will lead you to your destination.

205Yād sē vikarma vināśh hōṅgē aur maĩ svarg mē̃ bhēj dū̃gā .

201It is by having this remembrance that your sins are absolved and that I then send you to heaven.

206Buddhiyōg śhivbābā sē lagānā bahut sahaj hai .

202It is very easy to connect your intellects in yoga with Shiv Baba.

207Parhēj bhī sārī yahā̃ hī karnī hai .

203Here, you have to take all precautions.

208Satōpradhān bantē haĩ tō sabhī sātvik hōnē chāhiē - chalan sātvik , bōlnā sātvik .

204If you want to become completely pure (satopradhan), your behaviour should be pure, and your words and everything else should be pure.

209Yah hai apnē sāth bātē̃ karnā .

205This means you have to talk to yourself.

210Sāthī sē pyār sē bōlnā hai .

206When you speak to your companions, you must do so with love.

211Gīt mē̃ bhī hai nā - piyu-piyu bōl sadā anmōl . . . . . .

207There is a song: “O beloved, always speak invaluable words!”

212Tum hō rūp-basant .

208You are Rup Basant (yogi showering jewels of knowledge).

213Ātmā rūp bantī hai .

209You souls become rup.

214Gyān kā sāgar bāp hai tō jarūr ākar gyān hī sunāyēṅgē .

210The Father is the Ocean of this Knowledge. 211Therefore, He would surely come and speak that knowledge.

215Kahtē haĩ maĩ ēk hī bār ākar śharīr dhāraṇ kartā hū̃ .

212He says: I only come once and adopt a body.

216Yah cum|kam jādūgarī nahī̃ hai  !

213This magic is no less.

217Bābā bhī rūp-basant hai .

214Baba is also Rup Basant.

218Parantu nirākār tō bōl nahī̃ saktā isliē śharīr liyā hai . 219Parantu vah punarjanma mē̃ nahī̃ ātā hai .

215However, the Incorporeal cannot speak, which is why He takes a body, but He does not enter into the cycle of birth and death.

220Ātmāyē̃ tō punarjanma mē̃ ātī haĩ .

216You souls take birth and rebirth.

221Tum bachchē bābā kē ūpar balihār jātē hō tō bābā kahtē haĩ phir mamatva nahī̃ rakhnā .

217You children surrender yourselves to the Father. 218Therefore, Baba says: Have no attachment to anything.

222Apnā kuchh nahī̃ samajhnā .

219Do not consider anything to be yours.

223Mamatva miṭānē kē liē hī bābā yukti rachtē haĩ .

220Baba creates clever ways for you to finish attachment.

224Kadam-kadam par bāp sē pūchhnā paṛtā hai .

221You have to ask the Father at every step.

225Māyā aisī hai jō chamāṭ mārtī hai .

222Maya is such that she punches you.

226Pūrī boxing hai , bahut tō chōṭ khākar phir khaṛē hō jātē haĩ .

223It is completely like boxing. 224Many get hurt but then get up again.

227Likhtē bhī haĩ - bābā , māyā nē thappaṛ lagā diyā , kālā mũh kar diyā .

225They even write: Baba, Maya slapped me and dirtied my face.

228Jaisē ki 4 mañzil sē girā .

226It is as though they fall from the fourth floor.

229Krōdh kiyā tō third floor sē girā .

227If you have anger, that is like falling from the third floor.

230Yah bahut samajhnē key|kī bātē̃ haĩ .

228These things have to be understood very well.

231Ab dēkhō , bachchē tape kē liē bhī māṅg kartē rahtē haĩ .

229Just look, some children are asking for tapes.

232Bābā tape bhēj dō . 233Ham accurate murlī sunē̃ .

230They ask Baba to send them tapes, so that they can hear the murli accurately.

234Yah bhī prabandh hō rahā hai .

231This facility too is being arranged.

235Bahut sunē̃gē tō bahutō̃ K|kē kapāṭ khulē̃gē . 236Bahutō̃ kā kalyāṇ hōgā .

232When many listen to them, many of them will have their intellects opened and many will benefit.

237Manuṣhya college khōltē haĩ tō unkō dūsrē janm mē̃ vidyā jāstī miltī hai .

233When a person opens a college, he receives a lot of wisdom in his next birth.

238Bābā bhī kahtē haĩ - tape machine kharīd karō tō bahutō̃ kā kalyāṇ hō jāyēgā .

234Baba says: Buy a tape recorder and many others will benefit from that.

239Achchhā  !

235Achcha.

240Mīṭhē-mīṭhē sikīladhē bachchō̃ prati māt-pitā bāpdādā kā yād-pyār aur good morning .

236To the sweetest, beloved, long-lost and now-found children, love, remembrance and good morning from the Mother, the Father, BapDada.

241Rūhānī bāp kī rūhānī bachchō̃ kō namastē .

237The spiritual Father says namaste to the spiritual children.
