Murli

7Ōm śhānti .

8Om shanti.

8Rūhānī bāp baiṭh samjhātē haĩ .

9The spiritual Father sits here and explains.

9Samjhātē tab haĩ jabki yah śharīr hai .

10He is only able to explain when He takes this body.

10Sammukh hī samjhānā hōtā hai .

11He has to explain personally.

11Jō sammukh samjhāyā jātā hai vah phir likhat K|kē dvārā sabkē pās|pass jātā hai .

12That which is explained personally is then printed and sent to everyone.

12Tum yahā̃ ātē hō sammukh sunnē kē liē .

13You come here in order to listen to Baba personally.

13Bēhad kā bāp ātmāō̃ kō sunātē haĩ .

14The unlimited Father is speaking to you souls.

14Ātmā hī suntī hai .

15It is souls that listen.

15Sab kuchh ātmā hī kartī hai - is śharīr dvārā isliē pahlē-pahlē apnē kō ātmā jarūr samajhnā hai .

16It is souls that do everything through their bodies. 17Therefore, first of all, you definitely have to consider yourselves to be souls.

16Gāyan hai ātmāyē̃-paramātmā alag rahē bahukāl … .

18It is remembered that souls remained separated from the Supreme Soul for a long time.

17Sabsē pahlē-pahlē bāp sē kaun bichhuṛkar ātē haĩ yahā̃ part bajānē  ?

19Who are the first ones to become separated from the Father and come down here to play their parts?

18Tumsē pūchhē̃gē kitnā samay tum bāp sē alag rahē hō  ? 19Tō tum kahē̃gē 5 hazār varṣh .

20When you are asked, “For how long have you remained separated from the Father?”, you reply, “Five thousand years.”

20Pūrā hisāb hai nā .

21This is the full account.

21Yah tō tum bachchō̃ kō patā hai kaisē number-vār ātē haĩ .

22You children know how you came down, numberwise.

22Bāp jō ūpar mē̃ thē vah bhī abhī nīchē ā gayē haĩ - tum sabkī battery charge karnē .

23The Father, who was up above, has also now come down in order to charge everyone’s battery.

23Abhī bāp kō yād karnā hai .

24You now have to remember the Father.

24Abhī tō bāp sammukh hai nā .

25The Father is now personally in front of you.

25Bhakti mārg mē̃ tō bāp K|kē occupation kā patā hī nahī̃ hai .

26People on the path of devotion do not know the Father’s occupation.

26Nām , rūp , dēśh , kāl kō jāntē hī nahī̃ .

27They do not know His name, form, place or time.

27Tumkō tō nām , rūp , dēśh , kāl kā sab patā hai .

28You know the name, form, place and time.

28Tum jāntē hō is rath dvārā bāp hamkō sab rāz samjhātē haĩ .

29You know that the Father explains all the secrets to you through this chariot.

29Rachtā aur rachnā K|kē ādi , madhya , ant kā rāz samjhāyā hai .

30He has explained the secrets of the Creator and the beginning, the middle and the end of creation.

30Yah kitnā sūkṣhma hai .

31He is very subtle.

31Is manuṣhya sr̥iṣhṭi rūpī jhāṛ kā bījrūp bāp hī hai .

32The Father is the Seed of the human world tree.

32Vah yahā̃ ātē jarūr haĩ .

33He definitely comes here.

33Naī duniyā sthāpan karnā unkā hī kām hai .

34It is His task to establish a new world.

34Aisē nahī̃ ki vahā̃ baiṭhē sthāpanā kartē haĩ .

35It isn’t that He establishes it whilst sitting up above.

35Tum bachchē jāntē hō bābā is tan dvārā hamkō sammukh samjhā rahē haĩ .

36You children know that Baba is personally explaining to you directly through this body.

36Yah bhī bāp kā pyār karnā huā nā .

37This is also the Father’s love.

37Aur kōī kō bhī unkī biography kā patā nahī̃ hai .

38No one else knows His biography.

38Gītā hai ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm kā śhāstra .

39The Gita is the scripture of the original, eternal, deity religion.

39Yah bhī tum jāntē hō - is gyān kē bād hai vināśh .

40You also know that, after this knowledge, destruction will take place.

40Vināśh jarūr hōnā hai .

41Destruction definitely has to take place.

41Aur jō bhī dharm sthāpak ātē haĩ , unkē ānē par vināśh nahī̃ hōtā hai .

42Destruction does not take place when the other founders of religions come.

42Vināśh kā time hī yah hai , isliē tumkō jō gyān miltā hai vah phir khalās hō jātā hai .

43This is now the time for destruction and this is why the knowledge that you are now being given will end later on.

43Tum bachchō̃ key|kī buddhi mē̃ yah sab bātē̃ haĩ .

44All of these aspects are now in the intellects of you children.

44Tum rachtā aur rachnā kō jān gayē hō .

45You have come to know the Creator and creation.

45Haĩ dōnō̃ anādi jō chaltē ātē haĩ .

46Both are eternal and have always existed.

46Bāp kā part hī hai saṅgam par ānē kā .

47It is in the Father’s part to come at the confluence age.

47Bhakti ādhākalp chaltī hai , gyān nahī̃ chaltā hai .

48Devotion lasts for half a cycle but this knowledge doesn’t.

48Gyān kā varsā ādhākalp kē liē miltā hai .

49You receive the inheritance of this knowledge for half a cycle.

49Gyān tō ēk hī bār sirph saṅgam par miltā hai .

50You only receive this knowledge once, at the confluence age.

50Yah class tumhārā ēk hī bār chaltā hai .

51Only once are you able to have such a class.

51Yah bātē̃ achchhī rīti samajh kar phir aurō̃ kō samjhānā bhī hai .

52You have to understand these aspects clearly and then explain them to others.

52Pad kā sārā madār hai service karnē par .

53The status you claim depends on how much service you do.

53Tum jāntē hō purūṣhārth kar ab naī duniyā mē̃ jānā hai .

54You understand that you now have to make effort to go to the new world.

54Dhārṇā kar aur dūsrō̃ kō samjhānā - is par hī tumhārā pad hai .

55Your status will depend on how much you imbibe and explain to others.

55Vināśh hōnē K|kē pahlē sabkō bāp kā parichay dēnā hai aur rachnā K|kē ādi , madhya , ant kā parichay dēnā hai .

56Before destruction takes place, you have to give everyone the Father’s introduction and the introduction of the beginning, middle and end of creation.

56Tum bhī bāp kō yād kartē hō ki janma-janmāntar K|kē pāp kaṭ jāē̃ .

57You remember the Father so that your sins of many births can be cut away.

57Jab tak bāp paṛhātē rahtē haĩ , yād jarūr karnā hai .

58You definitely have to remember the Father for as long as He continues to teach you.

58Paṛhānē vālē kē sāth yōg tō rahēgā nā .

59There would be yoga with the one who teaches.

59Teacher paṛhātē haĩ tō unkē sāth yōg rahtā hai .

60When a teacher teaches you, you would have yoga with him.

60Yōg bigar paṛhē̃gē kaisē  ?

61How could you study without having yoga with him?

61Yōg arthāt paṛhānē vālē key|kī yād .

62Yoga means to remember the one who is teaching you.

62Yah bāp bhī hai , teacher bhī hai , satgurū bhī hai .

63That One is the Father, Teacher and the Satguru.

63Tīnō̃ rūp mē̃ pūrā yād karnā paṛtā hai .

64You have to remember Him accurately in all three forms.

64Yah satgurū tumhē̃ ēk hī bār miltā hai .

65Only once do you meet this Satguru.

65Gyān sē sadgati milī , bas phir gurū kī rasm hī khatm .

66Once you receive salvation through this knowledge, the system of having gurus comes to an end.

66Bāp , teacher key|kī rasm chaltī hai , gurū kī rasm khatm hō jātī hai . 67Sadgati mil gaī nā .

67The system of having a father and a teacher carries on, whereas the system of having a guru will have ended, because you received salvation.

68Nirvāṇdhām mē̃ tum practical mē̃ jātē hō phir apnē samay par part bajānē āyēṅgē .

68You go to the land beyond sound in a practical way and then come down here at your own time to play your parts.

69Mukti-jīvanmukti dōnō̃ tumkō mil jātī haĩ .

69You receive both liberation and liberation-in-life.

70Mukti bhī jarūr miltī hai .

70You definitely also receive liberation.

71Thōṛē samay kē liē ghar jākar rahē̃gē .

71You will go home and remain there for a short time.

72Yahā̃ tō śharīr sē part bajānā paṛtā hai .

72Here, you have to play your parts through bodies.

73Pichhāṛī mē̃ sab pārṭdhārī ā jāyēṅgē .

73All the actors will have come down by the end.

74Nāṭak jab pūrā hōtā hai tō sab actors stage par ā jātē haĩ .

74When a play ends, all the actors come onto the stage.

75Abhī bhī sab actors stage par ākar ikaṭṭhē huē haĩ . 76Kitnā ghōr ghamsān hai .

75Even now, all the actors have gathered on the stage; there is so much chaos.

77Satyug ādi mē̃ itnā ghōr ghamsān nahī̃ thā .

76There will not be any chaos in the golden age.

78Abhī tō kitnī aśhānti hai .

77There is so much peacelessness now.

79Tō ab jaisē bāp kō sr̥iṣhṭi chakra key|kī knowledge hai tō bachchō̃ kō bhī knowledge hai .

78Just as the Father has this knowledge of the world cycle, so you children also have this knowledge.

80Bīj kō knowledge hai nā - hamārā jhāṛ kaisē vr̥iddhi kō pākar phir khatm hōtā hai .

79The Seed has the knowledge of how our tree grows and how it is then destroyed.

81Abhī tum baiṭhē hō naī duniyā key|kī sapling lagānē athavā ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm kā sapling lagānē .

80You are now sitting here in order to plant the sapling of the new world, that is, to plant the sapling of the original, eternal, deity religion.

82Tumkō patā hai in lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ nē rājya kaisē pāyā  ?

81You know how Lakshmi and Narayan claimed their kingdom.

83Tum jāntē hō ham abhī naī duniyā kā prince banē̃gē .

82You now understand that you will go and become princes in the new world.

84Us duniyā mē̃ rahnē vālē sab apnē kō mālik hī kahē̃gē nā .

83All the residents of that world will call themselves the masters.

85Jaisē abhī bhī sab kahtē haĩ bhārat hamārā dēśh hai .

84Even now, everyone says that Bharat is their country.

86Tum samajhtē hō abhī ham saṅgam par khaṛē haĩ , śhivālay mē̃ jānē vālē haĩ .

85You understand that you are now at the confluence age and that you will be going to the Temple of Shiva.

87Bas , abhī gayē ki gayē .

86You are now about to go.

88Ham jākar śhivālay K|kē mālik banē̃gē .

87You will go and become the masters of the Temple of Shiva.

89Tumhārī aim object hī yah hai .

88This is your aim and objective.

90Yathā rājā rānī tathā prajā , sab śhivālay K|kē mālik ban jātē haĩ .

89The king, the queen and the subjects all become the masters of the Temple of Shiva.

91Bākī rājdhānī mē̃ bhinn-bhinn status tō hōtē hī haĩ .

90However, there are different levels of status in a kingdom.

92Vahā̃ vajīr tō kōī hōtā hī nahī̃ .

91There are no advisors there.

93Vajīr tab hōtē haĩ jab patit bantē haĩ .

92Advisors are only needed when people become impure.

94Lakṣhmī-nārāyaṇ vā rām-sītā kā vajīr nahī̃ sunā hōgā kyōṅki vah khud satōpradhān pāvan buddhi vālē haĩ .

93You would never have heard of advisors to Lakshmi and Narayan or to Rama and Sita, because they themselves have pure and satopradhan intellects.

95Phir jab patit bantē haĩ tab rājā-rānī ēk vajīr rakhtē haĩ rāy lēnē kē liē .

94It is when people become impure that the king and queen have an advisor to advise them.

96Abhī tō dēkhō anēkānēk vajīr haĩ .

95Just look: there are now countless advisors.

97Tum bachchē jāntē hō yah bahut majē kā khēl hai .

96You children understand that this play is very enjoyable.

98Khēl hamēśhā majē kā hī hōtā hai . 99Sukh bhī hōtā hai , duḥkh bhī hōtā hai .

97A play is normally enjoyable; there is happiness as well as sorrow.

100Is bēhad K|kē khēl kō tum bachchē hī jāntē hō .

98Only you children know this unlimited play.

101Ismē̃ rōnē-pīṭnē ādi key|kī bāt hī nahī̃ .

99There is no question of weeping and wailing, etc. in this.

102Gātē bhī haĩ bītī sō bītī dēkhō . . . . . banī-banāī ban rahī .

100It is said: Consider whatever has passed to be the past. 101Whatever happens is predestined.

103Yah nāṭak tumhārī buddhi mē̃ hai . 104Ham inkē actors haĩ .

102This play is in your intellects and you are all actors in this play.

105Hamārē 84 janmō̃ kā part accurate avināśhī hai .

103The parts of our 84 births are accurate and imperishable.

106Jō jis janm mē̃ jō act kartē āyē haĩ vahī kartē rahē̃gē .

104Whatever part you have acted in each birth, you will enact that again.

107Āj sē 5 hazār varṣh pahlē bhī tumkō yahī kahā thā ki apnē kō ātmā samjhō .

105Five thousand years before today, too, you were told to consider yourselves to be souls.

108Gītā mē̃ bhī akṣhar haĩ .

106These words are also mentioned in the Gita.

109Tum jāntē hō barōbar ādi sanātan dēvī-dēvtā dharm jab sthāpan huā thā tō bāp nē kahā thā dēh K|kē sab dharm chhōṛ apnē kō ātmā samjhō aur bāp kō yād karō .

107You understand that when the original, eternal, deity religion was being established, the Father said: Renounce all your bodily religions and consider yourselves to be souls and remember the Father.

110Manmanābhav kā arth|earth tō bāp nē achchhī rīti samjhāyā hai .

108The Father has very clearly explained the meaning of “Manmanabhav”.

111Bhāṣhā bhī yahī hai .

109This is the language He uses.

112Yahā̃ dēkhō kitnī ḍhēr bhāṣhāyē̃ haĩ .

110Just see how many languages there are now.

113Bhāṣhāō̃ par bhī kitnā haṅgāmā hai .

111There is so much chaos because of the different languages.

114Bhāṣhā bigar tō kām chal na sakē .

112Nothing can function without a language.

115Aisī-aisī bhāṣhāyē̃ sīkhkar ātē haĩ jō mother language khalās hō jātī hai .

113People learn such different languages that they forget their mother language.

116Jō jāstī bhāṣhāyē̃ sīkhtē haĩ unkō inām miltā hai .

114Those who learn many languages receive a prize.

117Jitnē dharm , utnī bhāṣhāyē̃ hōṅgī .

115There are as many languages as there are religions.

118Vahā̃ tō tum jāntē hō apnī hī rājāī hōgī . 119Bhāṣhā bhī ēk hōgī .

116You know that you will have your own kingdom there and that there will only be one language.

120Yahā̃ tō 100 mile par ēk bhāṣhā hai .

117Here, every 100 miles, there is a different language.

121Vahā̃ tō ēk hī bhāṣhā hōtī hai .

118There, there is only one language.

122Yah sab bātē̃ bāp baiṭh samjhātē haĩ tō us bāp kō hī yād kartē rahō .

119The Father sits here and explains all of these things to you. 120Therefore, continue to remember that Father alone.

123Śhivbābā samjhātē haĩ brahmā dvārā .

121Shiv Baba explains through Brahma.

124Rath tō jarūr chāhiē nā .

122He definitely needs a chariot.

125Śhivbābā hamārā bāp hai .

123Shiv Baba is our Father.

126Bābā kahtē haĩ mērē tō bēhad K|kē bachchē haĩ .

124Baba says: I have an unlimited number of children.

127Bābā in dvārā paṛhātē haĩ nā .

125Baba teaches you through this one.

128Teacher kō kabhī galē sē thōṛēhī lagātē haĩ .

126You would never embrace your teacher.

129Bāp tō tumkō paṛhānē āyē haĩ .

127The Father has come in order to teach you.

130Rājyōg sikhlātē haĩ tō teacher ṭhaharā|ṭhahrā nā . 131Tum student hō .

128He teaches you Raja Yoga and so He is the Teacher and you are students.

132Student kabhī teacher kō bhākī pahantē haĩ kyā  ? 133Ēk bāp kā bankar phir aurō̃ sē dil nahī̃ lagānī hai .

129Do students ever embrace their teacher? 130After belonging to the Father, you must not allow your hearts to become attached to anyone else.

134Bāp kahtē haĩ maĩ tumkō rājyōg sikhlānē āyā hū̃ nā .

131The Father says: I have come to teach you Raja Yoga.

135Tum śharīrdhārī , ham aśharīrī ūpar mē̃ rahnē vālē .

132You are bodily beings, whereas I am a bodiless One who resides up above.

136Kahtē hō - bābā , pāvan banānē āō tō gōyā tum patit hō nā  ?

133You say: Baba, come and purify us! 134This means that you must be impure.

137Phir mērē kō bhākī kaisē pahan saktē  ?

135Therefore, how can you embrace Me?

138Pratigyā kar phir patit ban jātē haĩ .

136You make a promise and then become impure.

139Jab ēkdam pāvan ban jāyēṅgē , pichhāṛī mē̃ phir yād mē̃ bhī rahē̃gē , teacher kō , gurū kō yād kartē rahē̃gē .

137At the end, when you become completely pure, you will continue to stay in remembrance of the Teacher and the Guru.

140Abhī tō chhī-chhī ban gir paṛtē haĩ , aur hī sau guṇā daṇḍ paṛ jātā hai .

138So many now fall due to becoming dirty. 139They will receive one hundred-fold punishment.

141Yah tō bīch mē̃ dalāl K|kē rūp mē̃ milā hai , unkō yād karnā hai .

140You have found this one as the agent in between. 141You have to remember that One.

142Bābā kahtē haĩ maĩ bhī unkā murabbī bachchā hū̃ . 143Phir maĩ kahā̃ bhākī pahan saktā hū̃  !

142Baba says: I am His special child, but I am not able to embrace Him!

144Tum phir bhī is śharīr dvārā miltē hō .

143At least you are able to meet Him through this body.

145Maĩ unkō kaisē bhākī pahanū̃  ?

144How can I embrace Him?

146Bāp tō kahtē haĩ - bachchē , tum ēk bāp kō hī yād karō , pyār karō .

145The Father says: Children, remember the one Father alone and only love Him alone.

147Yād sē power bahut miltī hai .

146You receive a lot of power by having this remembrance.

148Bāp sarvśhaktimān hai .

147The Father is the Almighty Authority.

149Bāp sē hī tumkō itnī power miltī hai .

148It is from the Father that you receive so much power.

150Tum kitnē balvān bantē hō . 151Tumhārī rājdhānī par kōī jīt pahan na sakē .

149You become so powerful that no one can gain victory over your kingdom.

152Rāvaṇ rājya hī khatm hō jātā hai . 153Duḥkh dēnē vālā kōī rahtā hī nahī̃ .

150The kingdom of Ravan will have ended, so there will be no one remaining there to cause sorrow.

154Unkō sukhdhām kahā jātā hai .

151That is called a land of happiness.

155Rāvaṇ sārē viśhva mē̃ sabkō duḥkh dēnē vālā hai .

152Ravan is the one who causes sorrow for everyone in the whole world.

156Jānvar bhī duḥkhī hōtē haĩ .

153Even animals experience sorrow.

157Vahā̃ tō jānvar bhī āpas mē̃ prēm sē rahtē haĩ .

154There, animals live together with a lot of love.

158Yahā̃ tō prēm hai nahī̃ .

155Here, there is no love.

159Tum bachchē jāntē hō yah drama kaisē phirtā hai .

156You children understand how this drama continues to turn.

160Iskē ādi-madhy-ant kā rāz bāp hī samjhātē haĩ .

157Only the Father explains the secrets of the beginning, the middle and the end of it.

161Kōī achchhī rīti paṛhtē haĩ , kōī cum|kam paṛhtē haĩ . 162Paṛhtē tō sab haĩ nā .

158Some study very well whereas others study less; everyone studies.

163Sārī duniyā bhī paṛhēgī arthāt bāp kō yād karēgī .

159Everyone in the whole world will study, that is, they will all remember the Father.

164Bāp kō yād karnā - yah bhī paṛhāī hai nā .

160To remember the Father is also to study.

165Us bāp kō sab yād kartē haĩ , vah sarv kā sadgati dātā , sabkō sukh dēnē vālā hai .
