¹“meethe bachche - tum baap ke paas aate ho refresh hone, baap ke milne se bhakti maarga ki sab thakaan door ho jaati hai''

¹Essence: Sweet children, you come to the Father in order to be refreshed. ²When you meet the Father, all your tiredness from the path of devotion is removed.

²prashn:- tum bachchon ko baba kis vidhi se refresh karte hain?

³Question: What methods does Baba use to refresh you children?

³uttar:- 1- baba gyaan suna-suna kar tumhein refresh kar dete hain।

⁴Answer: 1. Baba refreshes you by continually giving you this knowledge.

⁴2- yaad se bhi tum bachche refresh ho jaate ho।

⁵2. You are also refreshed by having remembrance of Baba.

⁵vaastav mein satayug hai sachchi vishraam puri।

⁶The golden age is in fact the true land of rest.

⁶vahaan koi apraapta vastu nahin, jisko praapta karne ke liye parishram karna pade।

⁷You lack nothing there for which you would have to make effort.

⁷3- shiv-baba ki god mein aate hi tum bachchon ko vishraam mil jaata hai। ⁸saari thakaan door ho jaati hai।

⁸3. As soon as you children take Shiv Baba's lap, you receive rest and all your tiredness is removed.

⁹Om shanti.

¹⁰baap baith samjhaate hain, saath mein yeh daada bhi samajhte hain kyonki baap in daada dvaara baith samjhaate hain।

¹⁰The Father sits here and explains and, because the Father sits and explains through this Dada, this Dada listens to Him at the same time.

¹¹jaise tum samajhte ho, vaise yeh daada bhi samajhte hain।

¹¹This Dada understands just like you do.

¹²daada ko bhagwan nahin kaha jaata, yeh hai bhagvaanuvaach।

¹²Dada is not called God. ¹³These are the versions of God.

¹³baap kya samjhaate hain?

¹⁴What does the Father explain?

¹⁴dehi-abhimaani bhav kyonki apne ko aatma samajhne bigar parampita paramatma ko yaad kar na saken।

¹⁵May you become soul conscious. ¹⁶This is because, unless you consider yourselves to be souls, you cannot remember the Supreme Father, the Supreme Soul.

¹⁵is samay to sabhi aatmaayen patit hain।

¹⁷At present, all souls are impure.

¹⁶patit ko hi manushya kaha jaata hai, paavan ko devta kaha jaata hai।

¹⁸Impure ones are called human beings, whereas pure ones are called deities.

¹⁷yeh bahut sahaj samajhne aur samjhaane ki baaten hain।

¹⁹These things are very easy to understand and explain to others.

¹⁸manushya hi pukaarte hain - he patiton ko paavan banaane vaale aao।

²⁰It is human beings who call out: O Purifier of the Impure, come!

¹⁹devi-devtaayen aise kabhi nahin kahenge।

²¹Deities never call out in this way.

²⁰patit-paavan baap patiton ke bulaave par aate hain।

²²The Purifier Father comes at the call of the impure ones.

²¹aatmaon ko paavan banaakar phir nai paavan duniya bhi sthaapan karte hain।

²³He makes souls pure and also establishes a pure, new world.

²²aatma hi baap ko pukaarti hai। ²³shareer to nahin pukaarega।

²⁴It is souls who call out to the Father; bodies do not call out.

²⁴paarlaukik baap jo sada paavan hai, use hi sab yaad karte hain।

²⁵Everyone remembers the parlokik Father, the One who is ever pure.

²⁵yeh hai puraani duniya।

²⁶This world is old.

²⁶baap nai paavan duniya banaate hain।

²⁷The Father makes the world new and pure.

²⁷kai to aise bhi hain jo kehte hain hamko to yahaan hi apaar sukh hain, dhan maal bahut hai। ²⁸woh samajhte hain hamaare liye svarga yahi hain।

²⁸Some people say that they have unlimited happiness here (in the old world). ²⁹They have plenty of wealth and property here and so they think that this is heaven for them.

²⁹woh tumhaari baaten kaise maanenge?

³⁰How would they accept the things you say?

³⁰kaliyugi duniya ko svarga samajhna - yeh bhi besamjhi hai।

³¹It is senseless to consider this iron-aged world to be heaven.

³¹kitni jadajdeebhoot avastha ho gai hai।

³²This world has reached a state of total decay.

³²to bhi manushya kehte hain ham to svarga mein baithe hain।

³³But still people say that they are sitting in heaven.

³³bachche nahin samjhaate hain to baap kahenge na - tum kya pattharbuddhi ho?

³⁴If you children are unable to explain this, the Father would definitely ask if your intellects are made of stone.

³⁴doosre ko nahin samjha sakte ho?

³⁵Are you not able to explain this to others?

³⁵jab khud paarasbuddhi banen tab to doosron ko bhi banaaven।

³⁶Only when you become those with divine intellects will you be able to make others the same as yourselves.

³⁶purooshaartha achha karna chaahiye, ismen lajja ki baat nahin।

³⁷You have to make effort very well. ³⁸There is no question of being embarrassed about this.

³⁷parantu manushyon ki buddhi mein aadhaakalpa ki jo ulti maten bhari hui hain woh koi jaldi bhoolte nahin।

³⁹However, human beings are unable to forget very quickly the wrong ideas that their intellects have been filled with for half a cycle.

³⁸jab tak baap ko yathaartha reeti nahin pahchaana hai tab tak woh taakat aa nahin sakti।

⁴⁰Until you have accurate recognition of the Father, you won’t be able to have that power.

³⁹baap kehte hain in vedon-shaastron aadi se manushya kuchh bhi sudharte nahin hain।

⁴¹The Father says: Human beings have not been reformed by studying those Vedas and scriptures.

⁴⁰din-pratidin aur hi bigadte aaye hain।

⁴²They became worse day by day.

⁴¹satopradhaan se tamopradhaan hi bane hain।

⁴³They have become tamopradhan from satopradhan.

⁴²yeh kiski bhi buddhi mein nahin hai ki ham hi satopradhaan devi-devta the, kaise neeche gire hain।

⁴⁴It is not in anyone's intellect how we were satopradhan deities and how we came down.

⁴³kisko zara bhi pata nahin hai aur phir 84 janma ke badle 84 laakh janma kah diya hai to phir pata bhi kaise pade।

⁴⁵No one knows anything at all. ⁴⁶Instead of 84 births, they speak of 8.4 million births. ⁴⁷Therefore, how could they know anything?

⁴⁴baap bigar gyaan ki roshni dene vaala koi nahin।

⁴⁸No one but the Father can give you the light of this knowledge.

⁴⁵sabhi ek-do ke pichhaadi dar-dar dhakke khaate rehte hain।

⁴⁹Everyone continues to stumble along from door to door, one after another.

⁴⁶neeche girte-girte pat pad gaye hain, sab taakat khatma ho gai hai।

⁵⁰They have continued to come down and have now reached the bottom. ⁵¹They have used up all their strength.

⁴⁷buddhi mein bhi taakat nahin jo baap ko yathaartha jaan saken।

⁵²Their intellects have no strength with which to recognise the Father accurately.

⁴⁸baap hi aakar sabki buddhi ka taala kholte hain।

⁵³The Father comes and opens the lock on everyone's intellect.

⁴⁹to kitne refresh hote hain।

⁵⁴Then they become so refreshed.

⁵⁰baap ke paas bachche refresh hone aate hain।

⁵⁵You children come to the Father in order to be refreshed.

⁵¹ghar mein vishraam milta hai na।

⁵⁶You have rest in your home.

⁵²baap ke milne se bhakti maarga ki sab thakaan hi door ho jaati hai।

⁵⁷When you find the Father, all your tiredness from the path of devotion is removed.

⁵³satayug ko bhi vishraampuri kaha jaata hai।

⁵⁸The golden age is also called a land of rest.

⁵⁴vahaan tumhein kitna vishraam milta hai।

⁵⁹You receive so much rest there.

⁵⁵koi apraapta vastu nahin jiske liye parishram karna pade।

⁶⁰There, you do not lack anything for which you would have to make effort.

⁵⁶yahaan refresh baap bhi karte hain to yeh daada bhi karte hain।

⁶¹Here, the Father, as well as this Dada, refreshes you.

⁵⁷shivbaaba ki god mein aate kitna vishraam milta hai।

⁶²As soon as you come into Shiv Baba's lap you receive so much rest.

⁵⁸vishraam maana hi shant।

⁶³Rest means silence.

⁵⁹manushya bhi thakkar vishraami ho jaate hain।

⁶⁴People go to rest when they are tired.

⁶⁰koi kahaan, koi kahaan vishraam ke liye jaate hain na।

⁶⁵Some go to one place to rest and others go somewhere else to rest.

⁶¹lekin us vishraam mein refreshment nahin।

⁶⁶However, there is no refreshment in that rest.

⁶²yahaan to baap tumhein kitna gyaan sunaakar refresh karte hain।

⁶⁷Here, the Father refreshes you so much with this knowledge.

⁶³baap ki yaad se bhi kitne refresh hote aur tamopradhaan se satopradhaan bhi bante jaate ho।

⁶⁸You also become refreshed by having remembrance of the Father. ⁶⁹From being tamopradhan, you continue to become satopradhan.

⁶⁴satopradhaan banne ke liye yahaan baap ke paas aate ho।

⁷⁰You come here to the Father in order to become satopradhan.

⁶⁵baap kehte hain meethe-meethe bachchon, baap ko yaad karo।

⁷¹The Father says: Sweetest children, remember the Father.

⁶⁶baap ne samjhaaya hai ki saare srishti ka chakra kaise phirta hai, sarva aatmaon ko vishraam kaise aur kahaan milta hai।

⁷²The Father has explained how the world cycle turns and how and where all souls receive rest.

⁶⁷tum bachchon ka farja hai - sabko baap ka paigaam dena।

⁷³It is the duty of you children to give everyone the Father's message.

⁶⁸baap kehte hain mujhe yaad karo to is varse ke tum maalik ban jaayenge।

⁷⁴The Father says: Remember Me and you will become the masters of this inheritance.

⁶⁹baap is sangamayug par nai svarga ki duniya rachte hain।

⁷⁵The Father creates the new world of heaven at the confluence age.

⁷⁰jahaan tum jaakar maalik bante ho।

⁷⁶You go and become the masters there.

⁷¹phir dvaapar mein maaya raavan ke dvaara tumhein shraap milta hai, to pavitrata, sukh, shanti, dhan aadi sab khatma ho jaata hai।

⁷⁷Then, in the copper age, you are cursed by Maya, Ravan, and you lose all of your purity, peace, happiness, wealth, etc.

⁷²kaise dheere-dheere khatma hota hai woh bhi baap ne samjhaaya hai।

⁷⁸The Father has also explained how you gradually lose them.

⁷³duhkhadhaam mein koi vishraam thode hi hota hai। ⁷⁴sukhdhaam mein vishraam hi vishraam hai।

⁷⁹There cannot be any rest in this land of sorrow, whereas there is nothing but rest in that land of happiness.

⁷⁵manushyon ko bhakti kitna thakaati hai।

⁸⁰People become very tired by performing devotion.

⁷⁶janma-janmaantar bhakti se kitne thak jaate hain। ⁷⁷kaise ekdam kangaal ban gaye ho, yeh saara raaz baap baith samjhaate hain।

⁸¹They have become tired by performing devotion for birth after birth and you became totally poverty-stricken. ⁸²The Father sits here and explains all these secrets.

⁷⁸naye-naye aate hain to unhein kitna samjhaana hota hai।

⁸³When new ones come here, you have to explain so much to them.

⁷⁹har ek baat par manushya kitna sochte hain।

⁸⁴They think about everything so much.

⁸⁰samajhte hain kahaan jaadu na ho।

⁸⁵They are afraid that they might have a magic spell cast on them.

⁸¹are, tum hi kehte ho bhagwan jaadoogar hai।

⁸⁶However, you are the ones who say that God is the Magician.

⁸²to baap kehte hain haan, main barobar jaadoogar hoon। ⁸³parantu woh jaadu nahin, jisse manushya bhed-bakri ban jaayen।

⁸⁷So, the Father says: Yes, I truly am the Magician, but I do not perform magic to change people into sheep or goats.

⁸⁴yeh buddhi se samjha jaata hai, yeh to jaise ridh misal hai।

⁸⁸Your intellects can understand which ones are like goats.

⁸⁵gaayan bhi to hai surmandal ke saaz se… is samay to jaise sabhi manushya ridh-bakriyaan hain।

⁸⁹There is the song that says: What could a goat know about the celestial sounds of heaven? ⁹⁰At present, people are like sheep and goats.

⁸⁶yeh baaten saari yahaan ki hain। ⁸⁷is samay ka hi gaayan hai।

⁹¹All of those stories refer to this place; those songs refer to this time.

⁸⁸kalpa ke pichhaadi ko bhi manushya samajh nahin sakte।

⁹²People are unable to understand even at the end of the cycle.

⁸⁹chandika ka kitna bada mela lagta hai।

⁹³They hold such a large fair for Chandika (the Cremator goddess).

⁹⁰woh kaun thi?

⁹⁴Who was she?

⁹¹kehte hain woh ek devi thi।

⁹⁵They say that she was a goddess.

⁹²aisa naam to vahaan koi hota hi nahin।

⁹⁶They do not have such names in the golden age.

⁹³satayug mein kitne achhe sundar naam hote hain।

⁹⁷They have beautiful names in the golden age.

⁹⁴satayugi sampradaay ko shreshthaachaari kaha jaata hai। ⁹⁵kaliyugi sampradaay ko to kitna chhi-chhi title dete hain।

⁹⁸Those in the golden-aged community are called elevated whereas those in the iron-aged community have been given dirty titles.

⁹⁶abhi ke manushyon ko shreshtha nahin kahenge।

⁹⁹One wouldn’t say that the people of today are elevated.

⁹⁷devtaaon ko shreshtha kaha jaata hai।

¹⁰⁰It is the deities who are called elevated.

⁹⁸gaayan bhi hai manushya se devta kiye, karat na laagi vaar।

¹⁰¹There is a saying that it didn't take God long to change human beings into deities.

⁹⁹manushya se devta, devta se manushya kaise bante hain, yeh raaz baap ne tumhein samjhaaya hai।

¹⁰²The Father has explained to you the secret of how deities change into human beings and how human beings change into deities.

¹⁰⁰unko deity world, inko human world kaha jaata hai।

¹⁰³That is a deity world and this is a human world.

¹⁰¹din ko sojhra, raat ko andhiyaara kaha jaata hai।

¹⁰⁴Day is light and night is darkness.

¹⁰²gyaan hai sojhra, bhakti hai andhiyaara।

¹⁰⁵This knowledge is light and devotion is darkness.

¹⁰³agyaan neend kaha jaata hai na।

¹⁰⁶It is called the sleep of ignorance.

¹⁰⁴tum bhi samajhte ho ki aage ham kuchh bhi nahin jaante the to neti-neti kehte the arthaat ham nahin jaante।

¹⁰⁷You understand that you knew nothing of this previously. ¹⁰⁸You used to say "neti, neti", which means that you didn’t know.

¹⁰⁵abhi tum samajhte ho - ham bhi to pahle naastik the। ¹⁰⁶behad ke baap ko hi nahin jaante the।

¹⁰⁹You now understand that you were atheists previously; you didn’t know the unlimited Father.

¹⁰⁷woh hai asli avinaashi baba।

¹¹⁰He is your true, eternal Baba.

¹⁰⁸use sarva aatmaon ka baap kaha jaata hai।

¹¹¹He is called the Father of all souls.

¹⁰⁹tum bachche jaante ho - abhi ham us behad ke baap ke bane hain।

¹¹²You children know that you now belong to that unlimited Father.

¹¹⁰baap bachchon ko gupta gyaan dete hain।

¹¹³The Father gives you children this incognito knowledge.

¹¹¹yeh gyaan manushyon ke paas kahaan mil na sake।

¹¹⁴You cannot receive this knowledge from human beings.

¹¹²aatma bhi gupta hai, gupta gyaan aatma dhaaran karti hai।

¹¹⁵You souls are incognito and this knowledge that you souls imbibe is also incognito.

¹¹³aatma hi mukh dvaara gyaan sunaati hai।

¹¹⁶You souls speak this knowledge through your mouths.

¹¹⁴aatma hi gupta baap ko gupta yaad karti hai।

¹¹⁷You souls stay in incognito remembrance of the incognito Father.

¹¹⁵baap kehte hain bachchon, deh-abhimaani nahin bano।

¹¹⁸The Father says: Children, do not become body conscious.

¹¹⁶deh-abhimaan se aatma ki taakat khatma hoti hai।

¹¹⁹Body consciousness makes you lose your strength.

¹¹⁷aatma-abhimaani banne se aatma mein taakat jama hoti hai।

¹²⁰By becoming soul conscious, you souls accumulate power within yourselves.

¹¹⁸baap kehte hain drama ke raaz ko achhi reeti samajhkar chalna hai।

¹²¹The Father says: You have to continue to move along whilst very clearly understanding the secrets of the drama.

¹¹⁹is avinaashi drama ke raaz ko jo theek reeti jaante hain, woh sada harshit rehte hain।

¹²²Those who very clearly understand the secrets of this imperishable drama will remain constantly cheerful.

¹²⁰is samay manushya oopar jaane ki kitni koshish karte hain, samajhte hain oopar mein duniya hai।

¹²³At this time, people make so much effort to go above because they think that there is a world up there.

¹²¹shaastron mein sun rakha hai oopar mein duniya hai to vahaan jaakar dekhen।

¹²⁴They have heard from the scriptures that there is a world up there and so they want to go and see it.

¹²²vahaan duniya basaane ki koshish karte hain। ¹²³duniya to bahut basaai hai na।

¹²⁵Because this world population has grown so much, they try to establish a world up there.

¹²⁴bhaarat mein sirf ek hi aadi sanaatan devi-devta dharma tha aur koi khanda aadi nahin tha।

¹²⁶There only used to be the one original, eternal, deity religion in Bharat; there were no other lands, etc.

¹²⁵phir kitna basaaya hai।

¹²⁷Then the population grew so much.

¹²⁶tum vichaar karo bhaarat ke kitne thode tukde mein devtaayen hote hain।

¹²⁸Just think about it: the deities must have been living in such a small area of Bharat.

¹²⁷jamuna ke kinaare par hi paristaan tha jahaan yeh lakshmi-naaraayan raajya karte the।

¹²⁹Paristhan existed by the banks of the River Jamuna where Lakshmi and Narayan ruled.

¹²⁸kitni sundar shobhaaymaan, satopradhaan duniya thi। ¹²⁹natural beauty thi।

¹³⁰The world was then so beautiful and satopradhan; there was natural beauty.

¹³⁰aatma mein hi saara chamatkaar rehta hai।

¹³¹The entire sparkle is in souls.

¹³¹bachchon ko dikhaaya tha shreekrishna ka janma kaise hota hai।

¹³²Some of you children have had visions of how Shri Krishna takes birth.

¹³²saare kamre mein jaise roshni ho jaati hai।

¹³³It is as though there is light in the whole room.

¹³³to baap baith kar bachchon ko samjhaate hain, abhi tum paristaan mein jaane ke liye purooshaartha kar rahe ho।

¹³⁴The Father sits here and explains to you children. ¹³⁵You are now making effort to go to Paristhan.

¹³⁴baaki aise nahin - taalaab mein dubki lagaane se pariyaan ban jaayenge।

¹³⁶It isn't that you become angels by taking a dip in that lake.

¹³⁵yeh sabhi jhoothe naam rakh diye hain।

¹³⁷Lakes have been given those false names.

¹³⁶laakhon varsha kah dene se bilkul hi sab-kuchh bhool gaye hain।

¹³⁸By speaking of hundreds of thousands of years, they have completely forgotten everything.

¹³⁷abhi tum abhul ban rahe ho nambarvaar purooshaartha anusaar।

¹³⁹You now remember everything, numberwise, according to the efforts you make.

¹³⁸vichaar kiya jaata hai - itni chhoti-si aatma kitna bada part shareer se bajaati hai, phir shareer se aatma nikal jaati hai to shareer ka dekho kya haal ho jaata hai।

¹⁴⁰You should think about how such tiny souls play such large parts through their bodies. ¹⁴¹Just look at the state of someone’s body after the soul has left it.

¹³⁹aatma hi part bajaati hai।

¹⁴²It is souls who play parts.

¹⁴⁰kitni badi vichaar ki baat hai।

¹⁴³This is a matter for deep thought.

¹⁴¹saari duniya ke actors (aatmaayen) apni act anusaar hi part bajaate hain। ¹⁴²kuchh bhi pharka nahin pad sakta।

¹⁴⁴All the actors (souls) of the whole world have to act out their own parts. ¹⁴⁵There cannot be the slightest difference in their own parts.

¹⁴³hoobhu saari act phir se repeat ho rahi hai।

¹⁴⁶All the acts are being repeated identically.

¹⁴⁴ismen sanshay kar nahin sakte।

¹⁴⁷There can be no doubt about this.

¹⁴⁵har ek ki buddhi mein pharka pad sakta hai kyonki aatma to man-buddhi sahit hai na।

¹⁴⁸There can be a difference between everyone’s intellect, because a mind and intellect are in each soul.

¹⁴⁶bachchon ko maaloom hai ki hamko scholarship leni hai to dil andar khushi hoti hai।

¹⁴⁹When children know that they are going to receive a scholarship, they have happiness in their hearts.

¹⁴⁷yahaan bhi andar aane se hi em object saamne dekhte hain to khushi to zaroor hogi।

¹⁵⁰Here, too, as soon as you come in and see your aim and objective in front of you, you definitely become happy.

¹⁴⁸abhi tum jaante ho ham yeh (devi-devta) banne ke liye yahaan padhte hain।

¹⁵¹You now know that you are studying here in order to become like them (Lakshmi and Narayan).

¹⁴⁹aisa koi school nahin jahaan doosre janma ki em object ko dekh saken।

¹⁵²There isn't any other school where you can see your aim and objective for your next birth.

¹⁵⁰tum dekhte ho ki ham lakshmi-naaraayan jaise ban rahe hain।

¹⁵³You can see how you are becoming like Lakshmi and Narayan.

¹⁵¹abhi ham sangamayug par hain jo bhavishya mein in jaisa lakshmi-naaraayan banne ki padhaai padh rahe hain।

¹⁵⁴We are now at the confluence age and are studying this education in order to become like Lakshmi and Narayan in the future.

¹⁵²kitni gupta padhaai hai।

¹⁵⁵This is such an incognito study.

¹⁵³em object ko dekh kitni khushi honi chaahiye।

¹⁵⁶There should be so much happiness when you see your aim and objective.

¹⁵⁴khushi ka paaraavaar nahin।

¹⁵⁷There is no limit to your happiness.

¹⁵⁵school va paathshaala ho to aisi।

¹⁵⁸This is what a school should be like.

¹⁵⁶hai kitni gupta, parantu jabardasta paathshaala hai।

¹⁵⁹This school is incognito, but very powerful.

¹⁵⁷jitni badi padhaai utni hi facilities rehti hain।

¹⁶⁰Normally, according to how important a study is, there would be that many facilities.

¹⁵⁸parantu yahaan tum pat par baith padhte ho।

¹⁶¹However, here, you study whilst sitting on the floor.

¹⁵⁹aatma ko padhna hota hai phir chaahe pat par baithe, chaahe takhta par, parantu khushi se khaggiyaan maarte raho ki is padhaai ko paas karne baad jaakar yeh banenge।

¹⁶²It is you souls who have to study and so, whether you sit on the floor or on a throne, you should be jumping with the joy of becoming like them after studying for that and passing the exams.

¹⁶⁰abhi tum bachchon ko baap ne aakar apna parichay diya hai ki main inmen kaise pravesh kar tumhein padhaata hoon।

¹⁶³The Father has now come and given you children His introduction and told you how He enters this one and teaches you.

¹⁶¹baap devtaaon ko to nahin padhaayenge।

¹⁶⁴The Father doesn’t teach deities.

¹⁶²devtaaon ko yeh gyaan kahaan।

¹⁶⁵How could deities have this knowledge?

¹⁶³manushya to moonjhate hain kya devtaaon mein gyaan nahin hai।

¹⁶⁶People become confused and ask: Do deities not have this knowledge?

¹⁶⁴devtaayen hi is gyaan se devta bante hain।

¹⁶⁷It was by studying this knowledge that they became deities.

¹⁶⁵devta banne ke baad phir gyaan ki kya darkaar hai।

¹⁶⁸Having become deities, what need would they have for this knowledge?
